Mariah Carey Falls While Walking Down Stairs In Spain Trying To Look Sexy In Front Of Her New Boyfriend James Packer As Nick Cannon Sues Her

Things have been difficult for singer Mariah Carey. Her marriage and career have crumbled. Carey's husband, record label, manager and publicist have dropped her. Now a flight of stairs have as well. While Carey was vacationing in Spain with her new boyfriend, James Packer, a man her fans criticized based on his appearance (and there's nothing wrong with how he looks) the singer took a tumble down some concrete stairs.


Why Carey thought it appropriate to go sightseeing and tethering around in said high heeled shoes is a mystery, as she could have seriously injured herself in a terrible fall. Carey is planning a musical comeback after her most two most recent albums flopped with fans and on the charts. The question is will her voice hold up, as it is not doing so now.


Despite all the studio compression and Autotune software being used to make Carey's damaged voice sound passable, the deterioration can still be heard on the singer's albums. Will Carey have surgery and or begin to take vocal lessons, which at this point in her career she finds demeaning, in light of where her voice once was during her hay day in the 1990s. 


In other news, there has been no official word that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's divorce has been finalized, after the comedian filed legal papers in court to dissolve their union after 6-years of marriage. Reports indicate Cannon has been stating Carey, who is in Kabbalah, is crazy. Cannon has been disgracefully bedding different women and now Carey is dating Packer. Cannon also sued Carey over the sale of their $9,00,000 Bel Air home, stating it was done without his authorization.

Mariah Carey's Brother Confirms Site's Previous Claims She Is A Drug Addict, Alcoholic And Mentally Ill


And There Went Her Voice...

In articles published to the site months ago, the Judiciary Report stated Mariah Carey is a drug addict and alcoholic (May 1, 2015 "Mariah Carey Asked If She Will Lip Sync Live Residency In Las Vegas", May 15, 2015 "Singers, Take Care Of Your Voices - Part II" and May 18, 2015 Mariah Carey's Disastrous Billboard Music Awards Appearance Slammed On Social Networking). This week, Mariah Carey's brother, Morgan Carey, has publicly stated the singer indeed has a drug and alcohol problem. He stated, " Mariah was drinking through her pregnancy- even while she was nursing. I can't say that I have ever been around her when she was sober, and that's very scary."

This week Carey's brother also said something the Judiciary Report stated over a year ago that the singer's husband Nick Cannon was only after her money (Nick Cannon Left Mariah Carey Because He Says She Is Mentally Ill). Morgan Carey stated Cannon is "a crock of s**t" and "Nick listened to people who said, 'Get with Mariah, she thinks you're cute, have kids and ride it to the bank. Nick was there for the cash from day one. He doesn't give a damn about Mariah. Nick took tremendous advantage of her and continues to do so." This week Morgan also expresses the same view the Judiciary Report did last year stating Mariah "may be unfit to care for her twins Monroe and Moroccan."

Neither Carey or Cannon's publicists responded to claims Morgan Carey made because they are true. Much like when the Judiciary Report insisted two years ago Carey's voice is very damaged and a few of her die hard fans lost the plot on my Twitter page (Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon Headed For Divorce After He Does Interview About His Sexual Conquests).

Then in December 2014, the Judiciary Report's previous claims were proven correct as the world saw Carey's disastrous tree lighting performance that TMZ cut the audio backing track and background singer's out of to expose the singer's badly damaged voice cracking on note after note (Mariah Carey's Disastrous Tree Lighting Performance In New York Leaves Critics And Fans Slamming Her [Video]). It happened again recently at the Billboard Music Awards (Mariah Carey's Disastrous Billboard Music Awards Appearance Slammed On Social Networking [Videos]).

It's a shame regarding what has transpired with Carey's voice. On Carey's songs from the early 1990s it is obvious that she could definitely sing. It should serve as a scary and cautionary tale to singers to take care of their vocal instrument, as it is not made of rubber.

Side Bar: As a writer, I find the fans of some entertainers strange. Most fans are normal, but some are disgraceful. When I posted the truth about Carey's voice and marriage a couple years ago, before it was exposed by subsequent events, about 50 of her fans went berserk on my Twitter page. They started defaming me, accusing me of lying about Carey's voice and marriage (she was still with Cannon at the time) and of using Photoshop on my photos when I don't Photoshop my photos.

Carey's fans, the "lambs" started posting nasty items on my page, such as wishing my homeland of Jamaica would "sink" (really, you want an island of 2,700,000 people to sink over a deceitful pop singer you don't even know, who took you for a ride in covering up what has now been revealed as the truth). Now that it has been revealed I have been telling the truth about Carey the whole time, not a word or peep has been posted on my Twitter page by any of her fans apologizing for their vile behavior.

Posted on Jun 3, 2015 @ 6:08AM -Mariah Carey‘s brother Morgan claims in The National ENQUIRER that his sister’s caught in a suicidal web of alcohol and drug abuse, and he fears “she’ll die just like Whitney Houston!” In a bombshell interview with The ENQUIRER, Morgan said he fears his 45-year-old sister “is struggling on a number of levels,” getting worse by the day, and surrounded by an entourage of enablers.

“She does not have a support system, and she is not mentally capable,” said the concerned brother, who has not directly spoken with Mariah in two years. In another jaw-dropper, Morgan told The ENQUIRER he worries that the “One Sweet Day” singer may be unfit to care for her twins Monroe and Moroccan, as he thinks she’s been trying to numb her mental struggles with wine and champagne — even in her days as a mom-to-be.

“Mariah was drinking through her pregnancy — even while she was nursing,” Morgan claimed in The ENQUIRER, noting that the Grammy-winner even drank while in the maternity ward after giving birth to the children in April of 2011.

The “Always Be My Baby” singer’s boozing troubles snowballed, according to Morgan, after she began experiencing mental health issues in July 2001, which at the time was dubbed an “emotional and physical breakdown.”...

He claimed, “I can’t say that I have ever been around her when she was sober, and that’s very scary.” Morgan said that in addition to the alcohol, Mariah is on a daily cocktail of powerful medications such as Zyprexa, Ativan and Depakote. The brother told The ENQUIRER he’s scared that he doesn’t know the handlers Mariah’s surrounded herself with in recent years, as “she’s pushed away the only people who’ve been trustworthy...

The frustrated sibling also characterized the “Dreamlover” singer’s marriage to Nick Cannon as “a crock of s**t from the get-go,” saying Cannon “was never good for Mariah” and only in it for the money. “Nick listened to people who said, ‘Get with Mariah, she thinks you’re cute, have kids and ride it to the bank,'” he told The ENQUIRER. “Nick was there for the cash from day one. Mariah Carey’s Disastrous Billboard Music Awards Appearance Slammed On Social Networking (Videos)

Mariah Carey’s Billboard Music Awards performance descended into disaster. Social networking slammed Carey left right and center over her subpar vocals. The social networking comments were overwhelmingly unfavorable, due to the state of Carey’s vocals. Carey forgets we live in an age where software enables people to strip background music and backup singers to hear what an artist sounds like live. Someone removed all the background music and signers from Carey’s performance and the singer’s vocals were bad. Jennifer Lopez and Kylie Jenner looked at Carey with awkward expressions over the poorly received performance.

This comes on the heels of Carey canceling a performance of her Las Vegas residency last week citing bronchitis. Carey did not sound like someone with bronchitis, but a singer whose voice has deteriorated. The Judiciary Report stated in January 2015 that Carey needed to take a break, spend some time with her kids and work on getting her life together. It was abundantly clear to the site she was not ready for any music endeavors, but she went ahead and signed up for a vocally strenuous Las Vegas residency and live performances, such as the Billboard Music Awards and it has turned into one disaster after another.

It does not make sense for singers, especially those in Carey’s genre, to go out there when they are not at their best. Seriously, why go out there when you are not at your best. While Carey sounds better than Britney Spears and Rihanna, who can’t sing, she still sounds way less than her best and that was automatically going to invite criticism and damage her legacy.

However, listening to advice has always been Carey’s problem. During her years at Sony, especially when she just started her career, she would fight against the executives decisions, who had experience. She was routinely off base with what she was fighting for. An example of this would be, she wanted the impressive songs “Love Takes Time” and “Someday” left off her debut album, but kept talking up “All In Your Mind” which is average. They repeatedly warned Carey about her choice in clothes and behavior, but she started to fight against them when she had more clout and her sales began to plummet due to the changes. An artist who won’t listen to constructive criticism and advice is their own worst enemy.

We see that again this year, as Carey, who reads this website and has for years, rushed forward with the residency that is experiencing low ticket sales and had a cancellation by her, after the first week. She is onstage out of breath and being wheeled around on prop after prop because the show is too taxing for her. It has nothing to do with age, because Patti Labelle and Tina Turner put on energetic shows with great vocals and they are in their 70s.

Carey doesn’t need the money for the shows, as her divorce proceedings regarding husband Nick Cannon revealed she has $150,000,000 in cash and assets. Conversely, with the money and other resources at her disposal, she has the ability to get help for her voice, appearance and health, but refuses to do so. Carey is not too old to be a relevant and successful star with big hits. She is engaging in conduct that is working against her. She has no one but herself to blame for what is happening to her career. However, apart of the problem is Carey is addicted to fame. So she’s going to go out there at all costs, even if it means embarrassment and damaging her legacy.

Singers, Take Care Of Your Voices - Part II

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report article "Singers, Take Care Of Your Voices." Legendary award winning singer/actress, Julie Andrews, famous for the 1965 classic musical film "The Sound Of Music" became a household name for her golden voice and compelling acting abilities. The soprano began to experience vocal trouble for which she sought medical treatment.

When basic treatment options did not correct the problem, in 1997 Andrews underwent surgery at Mount Sinai in New York, with the hope of halting the damage to her voice. However, Andrews contends the surgery destroyed her already damaged voice. Andrews sued and the case was settled out of court.


Mariah Carey's vocal cords have been repeatedly bleeding at regular intervals for two decades, due to releasing many albums back to back in her favored melismatic style, with little and sometimes no rest between projects. Coupled with drug and alcohol use, Carey's voice is damaged.

Soprano singers such as Mariah Carey belt out notes full throttle to impress audiences and critics, which creates vocal cord damage. Over time it begins to deplete the voice (as does alcoholism and drug use - two other issues Carey struggles with). Doctors have done examinations of singers' throats after such vocally taxing sessions and performances, only to find bleeding vocal cords. If left untreated, over time it leads to permanent damage and the loss of vocal ability (especially upper octave notes).

Athletes don't perform at sporting event after sporting event with injuries, as they will become permanent if left untreated and not given the chance to heal. Neither should singers sing day after day with damaged vocal cords. The voice needs rest to repair itself as best it can. Illegal drugs and hard liquor should also be avoided. Singers need to evaluate their studio practices and performances very carefully to determine if they are damaging their voices. At the end of the day, your voice is irreplaceable. It is your stock in trade. Take care of it and make wise decisions that will allow your voice to last as long as possible.

New York Times Rips Mariah Carey’s Vegas Residency To Shreds

On May 7, 2015 the New York Times issued a scathing review of Mariah Carey’s Vegas residency entitled “Mariah Carey and Her Can’t-Look-Away Debut in Las Vegas.” The newspaper pointed out the fact Carey’s voice has significantly deteriorated, as the Judiciary Report has stated for the past few years. The New York Times review stated of Carey:

“But the notes have not been there for Ms. Carey of late: Some performances have been markedly off-base, the subject of intense scrutiny. Ms. Carey is still durable, and sometimes excellent, but her once-transcendent voice is like decaying manufacturing machinery: It still churns, but the product might be polished or dinged. You don’t know until it happens.”

“When it came to the notes, though, the struggle was real” and “’Fantasy’ featured Ol’ Dirty Bastard, who died in 2004, rapping via video, and he felt more alive than Ms. Carey, who was right on stage” and “even Ms. Carey’s movements were kept to a minimum. Several times, she was wheeled out on stage - singing in a pink convertible, singing on a Jet Ski, singing on a round bed.”

The New York Times also accused Carey of lip sync some of her show, “But as the night wore on, it became increasingly unclear whether the sounds coming through the speakers were coming from her mouth.” The article goes on to state Carey is contracted to perform 50 shows over 2-years at the Coliseum at Caesar’s Palace. Considering Carey’s barely done 3 shows and there is already a problem, her residency is going to be very difficult, as I anticipated months ago.

Mariah Carey Cancels A Show Of Her Vegas Residency After One Week With Vocal Trouble (Videos)

 Months ago in the January 9, 2015 article "Mariah Carey Planning Las Vegas Residency But Will Her Voice Hold Up" the Judiciary Report stated pop singer Mariah Carey should not undertake a residency, which is a singer performing night after night at a venue. Yesterday, Carey cancelled her May 13, 2015 concert at Caesar's Palace, which was apart of her residency, just days into her stint in Las Vegas, Nevada. Carey is citing bronchitis, but she's actually having vocal trouble. The show will not be rescheduled. Fans who flew in are upset, as they've lost time and money and are disappointed. Critics are slamming Carey as well.

For the past few years the Judiciary Report has stated Carey's voice is badly damaged and needs rest and vocal retraining to help combat the deterioration of her vocal cords. Her fans kicked a fit on my Twitter page and I kicked back. However, I know music, write it, engineer it and understand singers' voices and could hear the damage developing regarding Carey's vocal cords.
  
A singer undertaking a concert tour or even more difficult, a residency, will punish and batter the voice in a sustained manner if one is not careful, especially a performer who often utilizes the beautiful technique of melisma. The Judiciary Report was not trying to be mean in stating Carey should avoid a  residency at this time - it was practical advice regarding her vocal difficulties and the trouble that could and has now ensued.

Have you ever tried to sing for 60-90 minutes straight (and night after night). The throat will become parched, irritated and inflamed if you employ melisma often and you can develop headaches from belting out notes full force, as singers in Carey's genre do. It's not easy. For a damaged voice to undertake a residency is even more difficult and risky.

Carey's only other option was to lip sync the entire show, which would leave fans angry and critics like sharks spotting blood in the water. Performing night after night with vocal damage will only do more harm to the voice. Under those conditions one is supposed to rest the voice and seek treatment and therapy for it.

To illustrate my point regarding what has transpired with her voice, listen to the deterioration in Carey's voice from a strong 1991 live Soul Train performance of the George Michael/"Careless Whisper" sounding "Can't Let Go" by Carey to a 2013 concert performance of the same song, where she could not hit the high notes and asked the audience to do so, as she struggled whispering out the notes:

Mariah Carey I'm Going Dark Tonight Concert Cancelled

5/13/2015 8:39 PM PDT - Mariah Carey's tour is already rocky and it's only been a week ... she's just cancelled Wednesday night's Vegas show. Our Mariah sources say the singer has bronchitis and her doctors have advised her not to use her voice. We're told so far only Wednesday night's show is cancelled and she has a couple of days off until the next scheduled performance. But it's uncertain she'll be able to perform. The cancellation came at the last minute. People have flown in for the show and we're told many have arrived at the venue, where they saw the sign that says "Tonight's performance has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled."

Mariah Carey Asked If She Will Lip Sync Live Residency In Las Vegas

Pop singer Mariah Carey has signed on to do a Vegas residency, meaning she will be performing night after night at a large venue. Carey’s show is entitled “Mariah Carey Number 1’s.”  When asked by the press if she will lip sync the live show, which would be wrong and false advertising, Carey stated, “I mean, I have so many overlapping parts and background vocalists and background things. There’s always some confusion and something about it, but I mean like, if there’s any confusion they’re welcome to come to my house and sing in the shower with me. It’s not a problem.” Translation: yes (LOL).


Carey debuted in 1990 with a very strong voice, rivaled by the late, great Whitney Houston, who had released her first song years prior. As the Judiciary Report has stated in the past, something happened to Carey’s voice, damaging it by her “Music Box“ album. Nonetheless, her voice was still strong, but the tone began to deteriorate. It became more nasal in sound and whispery, a sign a singer‘s voice is experiencing damage. For the past few years, Carey has cut out upper octave vocals from her live shows as she is unable to hit the notes she once did on songs such as “Vision Of Love” “Emotions” and “Can’t Let Go.” She asks the audience to sing the more challenging parts.


Things got so bad for Carey that non-singing, untalented Madonna was taking shots at her vocals, claiming hers are better by comparison, but Madonna can‘t even sing. Madonna needs to sit down and be quiet. Madonna always sounds like someone kicked her in the throat right before she starts singing. Legendary singer, Billie Holiday, also experienced vocal damage in her early forties that was noted by music historians. The damage occurred due to drug use (cocaine) and alcohol abuse. Carey is a known alcoholic who has taken drugs as well.

Heartbroken Over Nick Cannon Singer Mariah Carey Has Let Herself Go (Photos)

45-year-old Pop singer Mariah Carey has been vacationing in St. Barts with her twins Moroccan and Monroe and she cut a very sad figure. The once glamorous Carey, looked tired, weary and weathered. People in feedback sections have been stating she does not look her best, stating she looks "haggard" "old" and "fat." With the money at Carey's disposal, she can afford to  take better care of herself. However, she is depressed and that is apart of the problem.


Carey's marriage to unfaithful gigolo actor Nick Cannon, 34, has resulted in divorce proceedings, while he goes around being promiscuous with various women. Cannon cheated on Carey during their troubled marriage. He then abandoned her and the kids, labeling her mentally ill. Carey's latest album "Elusive Chanteuse" also bombed on the charts.


A series of disastrous high profile performances, where Carey's voice gave out, caused her more distress. Carey was also pictured getting cozy with director Brett Ratner, only for him to hook up with another woman hours later, whom he was pictured privately kissing on the lips. The singer is not taking any of this well and has let herself go.


As mentioned previously in the column, Carey has signed on to perform a string of shows in Las Vegas, which the Judiciary Report thinks is a bad idea, as her voice is damaged. If she sings, she risks further damage and terrible, crushing press. If she lip syncs fans will be angry and critics will savage her. She needs to take a break and focus on her mental health and raising her children.

Mariah Carey Slammed For Lip Syncing During Live Concert (Video)


Singer Mariah Carey was slammed by mainstream news sites and blogs for lip syncing her way through a live concert in Kingston, Jamaica at the Jazz and Blues Festival this past Friday. Carey performed her past hits and dishonestly mimed the entire show at what is a live event, again confirming to the world her voice is badly damaged.

Weeks before her disastrous performance at the Jazz and Blues Festival, the Judiciary Report stated Carey should forgo an announced Las Vegas residency, where she has signed a contract to perform night after night (Mariah Carey Planning Las Vegas Residency But Will Her Voice Hold Up). The Judiciary Report has been proven right again, as this week it has been revealed ticket sales for Carey's upcoming Vegas shows are very low.

Years ago the Judiciary Report was the first to state Carey's voice is badly damaged. Then some of her fans raised a stink on my Twitter page, only to be confronted by the truth years later when mainstream sites and television shows began stating the same, airing footage to illustrate said claims. These same fans have not said a word to me since, as the truth has now come out about Carey's voice. Ironically, those same fans have not supported Carey's CD released last year or her new Las Vegas show, both of which have bombed in the sales department.

Carey has made her vocal problems worse year after year with poor practices that have created additional damage. It should be a scary warning to singers about the perils of forcefully belting in an upper octave range while singing. Take care of your voices (those of you who can sing, that is).

2/1/2015 7:30 AM - Mariah Carey would have been better off pretending to faint during her concert Saturday night, because pretending to sing was just an epic fail. Mariah was performing at the 2015 Jazz and Blues Festival Friday, when everything just went to hell.

It starts off bad and then ... well as Reese says, it's just beyond.  She mixes lines, forgets the words and almost just gives up. It's almost like a blood sport.  Are people going to her concerts to hear her sing, or watch what you see in the video?

Published: 12:37 EST, 31 January 2015 - She's known for her signature screaming soprano sounds. But on Friday, Mariah Carey was caught lip-syncing her hit single Fantasy during her first-ever performance at the 2015 Jazz And Blues Festival in Jamaica, disappointing fans who paid upwards of $200 to watch her belt out her chart-topping hits.

The mother-of-two was noticeably out of breath and failed to hit the high notes as she appeared to have given up halfway through and let the backing track take over the vocals.

Mariah tried to keep her composure while roaring in and out of the microphone, specifically while attempting to sing Fantasy. In dramatic fashion, she closed her eyes and placed her hand near her ear as she faked the alto notes and missed her cue multiple times. The beauty tried to make up for her lack of singing by flashing a smile at the audience, but it seems it wasn't enough.

This recent lip-sync blunder comes over a month after she was harshly criticized for mouthing the words to her mega-successful holiday hit All I Want For Christmas Is You at the annual NBC special Christmas In Rockefeller Center in December.

Mariah Carey Planning Las Vegas Residency But Will Her Voice Hold Up

Is Mariah Carey hurting for money. Is Nick Cannon sticking her up for a lot of cash in their divorce. Why you ask? The struggling singer is in talks to do her own residency in Las Vegas, which equates to a series of singing shows. Carey, whose voice spectacularly gave out in 2014, with the website TMZ there to capture every excruciating and embarrassing detail, is not in the condition to hit the road. 

Carey needs to give her voice a rest, lest she does more permanent damage to her already battered and torn vocal cords. Throwing herself into her work in this manner is not going to help her forget about Cannon's cheating. I'll tell you what's going to happen. She is going to go on stage and it will open her voice up to repeated strain and literal tearing, night after night, as well as errors due to distractions (see: Nick Cannon's cheating) creating even more bad publicity when the mistakes go viral. She's just setting herself up for more punishment.

She needs to stay home and spend time with her children and see a therapist on a weekly basis, as she is prone to suicidal behavior (she has attempted suicide more than once). A therapist can help her let go of all the quirks and eccentricities, as well as the narcissism and other personality disorders that have damaged her relationships with people in her professional and personal life.

There are legendary stories in the industry of the sheer nightmare Carey put employees of numerous companies through with her unreasonable, demanding behavior. A therapist can also help her come to terms with no longer being a teen star (she debuted at age 18) as her mind is still stuck in that phase and so is her dress sense and mannerisms.

Carey's 2014 tour did not fail because she is getting older (Carey is 45). It failed because she refuses to accept the fact she is no longer 18 and her voice is damaged from years of drinking, drug use and overuse of her vocal cords via belting in upper octave registers (there had to have been repeated tearing and bleeding of her vocal cords for years to produce said sounds on a constant basis). 

There are artists who are older than Carey, such as the Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Patti Labelle and Barbra Streisand, to name a few and their live vocals are still strong and on point. In closing, Carey needs to enter rehab for alcohol and prescription pill abuse, as well as narcotics use. This would make a significant difference in her life. Carey's children need her. She needs to change her life in order to be there for them in a full capacity as parent.
