Chris Brown In Another Social Networking Fight Threatens To Beat Producer

Chris Brown is going through another bipolar disorder outburst on social networking. This coupled with the fact he is heavily using drugs and drinking again, whilst not taking his medicine as instructed, is compounding an already bad situation. Brown is currently facing several lawsuits for assault, his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, still has not come back to him and his fans overwhelmingly rejected the prices of all the items in his new fashionline that was unveiled this week. Brown's current album "Royalty" has also stalled at 300,000 copies in America.

Today, Brown began ranting against singer/music producer Kevin McCall on the social networking website Instagram. McCall is signed to Chris Brown's CBE (Chris Brown Entertainment) subsidiary record label company. Sony Music is CBE's parent label. Brown has signed artists who have met with moderate success.

McCall has been arguing with Brown to let him out of his contract, which would permit him to leave the label. Brown became angry at the whole incident hit social networking via his and McCall's accounts. Brown invoked the Bloods Piru gang he joined for protection from select people in the entertainment industry. Brown threatened to kill McCall, via telling him to Google his home address and show up for violence.

Rather than stating the phrase, "I'm gonna put the fear of God in you" Brown changed it to, "I'm gonna put the fear of the devil in you." Brown belittled McCall for being a churchgoing Christian, contrasting it with his life as a member of the deadly Bloods Piru. Brown's fans immediately became alarmed and begged him to stop making threats, lest he ends up arrested. Brown then deleted the post. However, some people saved copies of it and posted it on other sites.

These lecherous, ignorant friends, who live vicariously through their famous male friends, while trying to get fame and women by using their pals celebrity names, encourage them to do very risky, dangerous and unwise things that end up damaging their lives. A whorish, slutty, superficial woman, obsessed with designer clothes, shoes, cars, mansions and fame, will not be a good mother to your children or a proper partner to you. Taking care of your home, raising your children correctly and supporting your career in a positive way, is not something she will do or do well. It is just not in the nature of that type of woman to do that or successfully. Her wants and ego will come first.

Some women are beautiful on the outside and inside. However, some women are only beautiful on the outside (and ugly on the inside). At the end of the day looks fade. Everyone ages. As the song says, "Beauty's only skin deep." However, you'll be stuck with someone who is no longer a beauty and have to put up with the ugliness that is inside her soul that wrecked your life.

To pick a woman to show off on your arm, when many people are not even impressed like you think, is the wrong decision to make. Only ignorant people are impressed by promiscuity, superficiality and a woman who looks fake and plastic. The majority of people are impressed by qualities such as intelligence, character, integrity, decency, kindness, warmth and legitimate career accomplishments.

I know who the athletes and singers are, but I am withholding their names at this time. One athlete was even issued a death threat by them if he did not post what they wanted him to on social networking, which is foul. However, it is Madonna and the Kabbalah Center's way to threaten people who don't want anything to do with them.

Drake needs to watch his back. Madonna is an evil, violent psychopath, who is so vile she even choked a child and likes to pay people to harm others, like a disgusting coward and loser.

Singers, Take Care Of Your Voices - Part II

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report article "Singers, Take Care Of Your Voices." Legendary award winning singer/actress, Julie Andrews, famous for the 1965 classic musical film "The Sound Of Music" became a household name for her golden voice and compelling acting abilities. The soprano began to experience vocal trouble for which she sought medical treatment.

When basic treatment options did not correct the problem, in 1997 Andrews underwent surgery at Mount Sinai in New York, with the hope of halting the damage to her voice. However, Andrews contends the surgery destroyed her already damaged voice. Andrews sued and the case was settled out of court.

Mariah Carey's vocal cords have been repeatedly bleeding at regular intervals for two decades, due to releasing many albums back to back in her favored melismatic style, with little and sometimes no rest between projects. Coupled with drug and alcohol use, Carey's voice is damaged.

Soprano singers such as Mariah Carey belt out notes full throttle to impress audiences and critics, which creates vocal cord damage. Over time it begins to deplete the voice (as does alcoholism and drug use - two other issues Carey struggles with). Doctors have done examinations of singers' throats after such vocally taxing sessions and performances, only to find bleeding vocal cords. If left untreated, over time it leads to permanent damage and the loss of vocal ability (especially upper octave notes).

Athletes don't perform at sporting event after sporting event with injuries, as they will become permanent if left untreated and not given the chance to heal. Neither should singers sing day after day with damaged vocal cords. The voice needs rest to repair itself as best it can. Illegal drugs and hard liquor should also be avoided. Singers need to evaluate their studio practices and performances very carefully to determine if they are damaging their voices. At the end of the day, your voice is irreplaceable. It is your stock in trade. Take care of it and make wise decisions that will allow your voice to last as long as possible.

It’s no secret in the entertainment industry that singer Mariah Carey can’t stand actress Jennifer Lopez. Carey debuted in 1990 under the tutelage of CBS/Columbia Records music executive, Tommy Mottola, a married man the 18-year-old ingénue began having a sexual affair with, leading to his ugly, acrimonious divorce from the mother of his children.

Carey and Mottola wed in an over the top ceremony, but at the end of the day, she never loved him and had married the man, twice her age, for career advancement. Mottola engaged in payola, chart rigging and employed buying teams to put Carey’s career over the top, during their fierce, one-sided competition with the late legendary singer Whitney Houston.

Mottola’s marriage to Carey did not last long. She reportedly spent her honeymoon crying on a beach. The mafia connected music executive, so rigged her career, that when she left him, he walked away from the marriage with far more money than she did, after bilking Sony regarding her supposed sales.

Mottola was bitter and vengeful. Carey was gallivanting with baseball hottie, Derek Jeter, among others, which wounded Mottola’s pride and ego. In 1998, Mottola took his revenge in signing actress Jennifer Lopez to a record deal and using the blueprint he utilized on Carey (not to mention, he embarked on a fling with Lopez as well). However, they took it to new extremes, flat out mimicking Carey at every turn, which annoyed the singer no end.

From her debut, Lopez was styled to look like Carey. She was given a makeover, coloring her hair the same shade as Carey’s locks, with extensions put in to mimic the length. Mottola used many of the same songwriters and producers he hired for Carey’s projects, which created a rivalry as the two singers jostled for the best songs from creative talent. Mottola also had Lopez styled like Carey, as the two once again jostled for the best clothes from the same designers, which Carey having used them first.

Their concert tours began looking similar as well, employing very similar styles, stage sets, dancers and routines. Mottola was not as successful with Lopez as he was with Carey, for the simple fact the actress really is not a singer. Carey has (had) five octaves, while on a good day Lopez has 1 and ½. To this day Lopez continues to mimic Carey’s career. Carey signed up to be a talent judge on the show “American Idol” and then Lopez did the same. Carey signed up for a Las Vegas residency that is not going well and now Lopez has signed up for the same.

Music legend Aretha Franklin is known for being the voice of a generation, as her voice set the soundtrack to many classic songs during the history changing civil rights era in America. She is officially "The Queen Of Soul" due to her extraordinary voice, poise and social relevance throughout the decades. Many consider Aretha the greatest female vocalist of all time.

"The Insider" television show decided to ask Franklin to give her opinion on select contemporary singers and the answers were unintentionally funny. First of all, they were wrong to ask a singing legend about entertainers, who are not known as exceptional vocalists, as no good could possibly come from this without turning the music legend into a liar (LOL). "The Insider" should have asked Franklin which singers she thinks is the most promising, not run down a list by name.

In a touching moment, she referred to the late, great Whitney Houston as a true talent. That is so true. Over the years there were so many times I could not believe the quality and magnitude of the voice coming out of Houston's mouth. She was a phenomenal talent. However, when asked about Taylor Swift, Franklin responded, "Okay. Great gowns, beautiful gowns" and regarding Nicki Minaj, known for her butt, the music legend stated, "Hmm. I’m gonna pass on that one." The video, posted above, has people in stitches. The moral of the story is don't ask people questions you don't want answers to!

For the past few years, a man has been submitting stories to blogs claiming he is the secret son of R&B legends Pebbles (born Perri McKissack) and El Debarge. He even took Pebbles' last name calling himself "Sebastian McKissack." He took his mentally unstable, stalker behavior to new heights recently, stating he is going to publish a tell-all book on the subject next month.

Being a Pebbles fan since I was a kid, I found the rumors unsettling and did not (and do not) believe them. I did not like the reaction the lies were provoking from the public on feedback sections of various blogs, who were being duped. I even did an article about it several months ago.

Last week, I tweeted to Pebbles about it on Twitter, stating I do not believe the rumors and the same was said about Janet Jackson having a secret son with a Debarge (James). However, it turned out it was Janet's niece someone mistook for her daughter, as the Jacksons have very similar features and have a very distinct look with the high cheek bones and doe eyed (big, brown eyes).

Pebbles responded to the tweet stating she does not have a secret son and does not know El Debarge, though she is a fan of his music (as am I). I hope this puts this matter to rest for the public. The public should not buy the forthcoming book, as it is not based in truth. No need to read a pack of lies. Sometimes people latch on to pretty female singers and actresses, making outlandish, untrue claims. Pebbles is beautiful and El Debarge is almost as pretty as Pebbles (El, you know you're pretty, embrace it bro LOL).

Either "Sebastian" was lied to by someone in his actual family, as has happened in other cases or he developed the scientifically recognized psychiatric disorder Erotomania, where one believes one is related to, married to or has a special connection to a celebrity, when in reality no such relation, relationship or bond exists.

Stars With Image Problems That Cost Them Millions Of Dollars

As a general rule, stars having an image of partying too much limits sponsorship opportunities, which means less revenue for you and your manager. Endorsers don’t want to log on and see entertainers and athletes being promiscuous, cursing and excessively partying and drinking. They will skip right over you for endorsement deals, as not fitting with their brand and it will cost you money.

Endorsers and sponsors don’t want stars representing their brands, who engage in said conduct. It would damage their brand. As such, it results in corporations foregoing sponsorship deals with such athletes, costing you hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of dollars in endorsement deals as an athlete. 

And over what? Partying and being promiscuous with women whose names you will not even remember. Years down the road when you have trouble paying your bills, you will regret those choices. Put things in perspective and realize having a career in entertainment and sports is limited and you have to make the most of it while it lasts. Don’t destroy your earnings capabilities by making poor choices.

Often stars in their teens and twenties think they're indestructible and know it all. The sad fact of the matter is they have a lot to learn about life. Rule number one, it is better to learn from other people's mistakes than your own, especially when your own cause you to crash and burn.

Aaliyah's Family Release Statement On Unauthorized Lifetime Biopic Slamming The Planned Movie While Lead Actress Zendaya Coleman Says She's Black Enough To Play The Singer

Fans of the late R&B singer, Aaliyah, who died in a plane crash in 2001, continue to protest the Lifetime network's choice of casting Disney actress, Zendaya Coleman, in the lead role, as she is mixed race and the vocalist is not. However, Coleman stated she is suitable to play the part, "A lot of people say I’m not black enough. Half black is just enough. It doesn’t matter what color you are, it’s about how you portray the character. For those that don’t know, Angela Bassett and Tina Turner, they look nothing alike but she was that character so I think that’s what it’s all about." 

The Judiciary Report is of the belief Coleman is not right for the part and it's nothing to do with her skintone. She is a pleasant comedic actress, but she simply doesn't resemble Aaliyah and isn't a dramatic actress to make one forget that while she's onscreen. The facial features and bone structure are quite different between the two women.

Aaliyah's uncle, Jomo Hankerson, also released a statement on the film on behalf of the family, strongly disapproving of the unauthorized film, "Aaliyah was more than a singer, she was -and is still – an American music icon whose legacy continues to live on and influence today’s music culture, just as Ray Charles, Notorious B.I.G., Selena and Johnny Cash. Considering the magnitude of her fans’ affection alone, she deserves to have a tribute much more grand than a television network debut that won’t even consider the perspectives of those who were closest to Aaliyah."

A recent report indicates B2K rapper, Lil Fizz, real name, Dreux Pierre Frédéric, 28, filed for bankruptcy and surrendered his $215,000 condo back to the bank in the proceedings. The former teen group B2K burst onto the scene in 2001 with the hit “Uh Huh!” It was quickly followed by the hit “Gots Ta Be.” The group embarked on “Scream” tours throughout America with fellow artists Bow Wow and IMX, which drew large crowds.

The group disbanded after a few short years and with the exception of group member Omarion, no significant money has been coming in to support the members. Better financial planning would have benefited the group. When the first checks start coming in artists must think ahead and make wise investments, such as a moderately priced home and CDs (certificate of deposit) to save for a rainy day.

Lil Fizz bought a condo and three costly cars. The latter led to financial problems. Paying off the condo should have been first priority and the car payments for several vehicles could have accomplished that. Fizz was also sued over a marijuana shop in California, where the state assessed fines. His earning ability was also limited after B2K closed shop, as his solo career did not take off.

His problems were compounded, as there was also turmoil behind the scenes in the group. Allegations of molestation by the group’s producer Chris Stokes, caused quite a stir. For years Stokes has sent me legal threats at the Judiciary Report over articles on the subject. However, he doesn’t want me in a court room telling that judge what I know. However, I hope the FBI, who reads this website everyday investigates him.

He listed his income at the time as $3,250 a month and his expenses at $4,4937. He had $300 in his Wells Fargo checking account, $500 in clothes and a $200 electric scooter. However, he had a 200k mortgage on a Northridge, CA apartment, 2k debt on his Sears charge account, owed 2k on a credit card, 45k on a land rover, 49k on another car and 32k on another car ... along with various other debts.

According to his docs, he listed himself as a self-employed entertainer. He brought in the $3,250 from his job ... but he was paying $2,425 on his home, $480 in transportation not from his 3 cars, $1,200 to other people he supported and $200 in food which left him with a negative balance of $1,687 a month. Lil Fizz lost his home as part of his bankruptcy. Then last year he was he was finally discharged from his bankruptcy and his debt was wiped clean.

These were all calculated attempts at deliberately starting trouble in his personal life, because she believes she is the only one who should have Brown. She is very possessive of him.

Then, Rihanna began openly dating rapper Drake, a man Brown had a violent feud with at a night club, ending in a massive lawsuit against the two men and the establishment. Rihanna has been doing this while Brown is helpless trying to recover in rehab. It's no secret Rihanna has never gotten over Brown. She continues to try to worm her way back into his life (see: rehab visit) and is trying to make him jealous at every turn. The sad part is, her plan is working in stirring up trouble...but hurting people in the process (see: Brown, Tran and Drake).

Rihanna’s parents and Brown’s mom, Joyce Hawkins want them back together. The two singers are a lot alike and really appear to be soulmates. However, Brown is recovering in rehab. Rihanna is a full fledged drug addict and alcoholic. She smokes weed laced with cocaine and other items. She takes ecstasy pills. She sees nothing wrong with it, when she could overdose. People in her circle also dabble in heroin. She is also violent and engaged in conduct that brought on that regrettable domestic violence fight between her and Brown. This is not a good environment for someone coming out of rehab, seeking to put his life back together. Brown’s fans are also against them reconciling.

Chris Brown Spotted At Super Bowl Party After Leaving Rehab (Photo)

R&B singer Chris Brown has been in rehab for the past two and a half months, under the orders of a Los Angeles Superior Court judge. He is not scheduled to leave rehab until February 19, 2014. However, fellow singer, Trey Songz released an item online showing himself and Brown enjoying Super Bowl festivities. 

Some are wondering how this happened. However, Brown has been given a day pass before. Weeks ago he attended a Los Angeles toy drive with the permission of the rehab facility and the court. The Super Bowl is a big event that is therapeutic for many. Therefore, it is reasonable that one be given a day pass for such an event or festivities related to it. However, Brown's camp began asking his fans to remove the photos of him at the Super Bowl party from the internet. Trey Songz led the charge in removing the video.

Rumors have been spreading that Mariah Carey may be undergoing a risky surgery. It's not a cosmetic surgery, as many would think, but instead an operation that would help salvage her golden pipes. Ever since her 1990 debut, the pop diva has been working at a non-stop pace, putting out an album every year and touring every other year. This has caused Carey to form vocal nodules, which have damaged her voice due to its overuse.

Normal vocal cords have smooth, white mucosal surfaces without any irregularities on the vibrating borders. Excessive tension or force used when singing or speaking often "overloads" the vibration of the vocal cords, resulting in too much friction. A bruise on the vibrating edge develops, generally occurring at the anterior one-third of the vocal cord, which is the point of maximal contact during phonation. Later, fibrous tissue replaces the hematoma, becomes larger, and eventually appears as a soft or hard white nodule.

Such nodules have caused problems with Carey's vocal production and her condition has developed for the worst in the past few years. Repeated hoarseness, breathy and husky tones and the need to use greater-than-normal breath pressure to sustain the voice (thereby increasing the overall effort of singing) are danger signals that Carey has experienced since 1998 and many others have noticed, as well.

Usually, nodules can be cured and prevented with proper vocal technique and a sensible lifestyle, which includes necessary rest and relaxation, aerobic exercise, and a healthy diet. In fact, recent studies of the laryngeal biomechanics of singers at the Center For Voice Disorders have shown that excessive muscle tension patterns in the larynx are greatly reduced in singers with vocal training, as compared to singers who have never studied voice.

Carey has taken note of that, too. Since her emotional breakdown last summer, the singer has taken more time to relax her voice and has been seeing a vocal coach at the advice of her mother. Although this has greatly improved Carey's voice and has it sounded like it did before her hoarseness took over, an ever-perfectionist, Carey is looking to surgery to restore her voice to it's full capacity - as it sounded in 1990…"

Even Carey has admitted her voice does not sound the same and fills her bedroom and hotel suites with several humidifiers. She is known for this. Carey has done interviews speaking about a change in her voice that occurred in the mid-nineties. During the video interview Carey stated she believes it was due to emotional trauma.

In a teaching capacity, my mother has worked with disabled people who sustained serious emotional trauma, which led to vocal changes. One disabled student stopped speaking after witnessing the murder of one of her parents. There are noted medical cases of people permanently changing accents and vocal pitch after emotional trauma. Therefore, emotional trauma can cause vocal changes, but regarding Carey that does not seem to be the case.

Regarding Price’s claims, Carey would not be the first to do such a thing. Paula Abdul was sued by her credited background singer, Yvette Marine, for using too much of her voice as the basis for the singer’s lead vocals. The Los Angeles Times reported, "Marine--who claims a lead vocal track that she sang was electronically combined with Abdul's voice on at least two of the album's songs--is seeking proper credit and compensation for what her lawyer calls ‘co-lead or supporting vocal’ contributions." First of all, a background singer is not supposed to be singing the entire lead vocal in a studio session (with the exception of choral pieces). That’s a red flag.

Marine lost the lawsuit, but with the way Hollywood corrupts the court system, having been caught red-handed issuing stocks as bribes for favorable judicial decisions that’s not a victory for Abdul , who really can’t sing live. The FBI is currently formally investigating judges for accepting donations and or bribes from people in the entertainment industry to corrupt court cases.

Madonna is also known in the industry for using background vocalist to sing lead vocals under her main tracks to cover the significant deficiencies in her voice. However, no one has sued thus far for this, because really, who would want to take credit for that voice. She’s no Whitney Houston. Having a great singing voice truly is a gift.
