Rihanna's Career In Freefall As Album Flops, Grammy Appearance Was Cancelled And Tour Postponed

Rihanna's "Anti" album fiasco continues full speed. The album was deliberately leaked by Jay Z and Tidal, a foolish move that resulted in a public mudslinging match between the company and Universal Music. Jay Z's Roc Nation lied about a $25,000,000 deal from Samsung regarding an upcoming Rihanna tour, when the company didn't even promise half that figure.

Samsung also paid $1 per album for 1,000,000 copies of "Anti" which were immediately disqualified by the Billboard charts, as the public did not buy them, one corporation did so. To save face, Jay Z lied stating Rihanna had sold 400,000 copies of "Anti" during the first week of sales, when only 460 copies were purchased by the public. News also surfaced that ticket sales for Rihanna's "Anti" tour are very poor. Sales are so bad they have been giving many tickets away, far more than usual, through contests and to radio stations in promotions, to fill the unsold, empty seats.

This past Saturday, Rihanna abruptly cancelled her Grammy awards appearance, where she was slated to perform. Rihanna claimed bronchitis, but people noted she was seen out the day before and did not look or sound sick. This week it was announced Rihanna's "Anti" tour has been postponed, despite the fact it was due to begin at the end of this month (February 28, 2016). That's enough time to recover and Rihanna largely lip-syncs anyway.

Roc Nation and Universal are going into meltdown, as is Rihanna, due to her sales being in the toilet across the board. Roc Nation and Universal were afraid Rihanna's frequently delayed "Anti" album would flop (and now it has) but they didn't expect it to do this poorly or for the tour to suffer such weak sales. They have been actively trying to cover up what has transpired, but with sales flops, it is an exercise in futility, as it means money is not being made, but loss on the corporate end (and for the recording artist).

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts Complains About Negative Public Perception Of The Court

First racist Supreme Court judge, Antonin Scalia, made bigoted, ignorant remarks about black people (Antonin Scalia Slammed By Members Of Congress As A Racist Who Should Be Removed From The Supreme Court) then tried to invoke the name of God and His role in America, when God in heaven doesn't support the behavior of such a man or his corrupt judicial colleagues who are helping to destroy the United States. Now Chief Justice John Roberts has done an interview complaining about the negative public perception of the court.  

The Washington Post stated, "Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said late Wednesday that partisan extremism is damaging the public’s perception of the role of the Supreme Court." The court has made decisions that cost innocent people their lives. Public perception of the Supreme Court is very negative. The reason the Google Maps debacle happened, where the Supreme Court was labeled "The Dumb F**ks" is because the public labeled them as such and the tech company failed to edit it (Google Calls Black President Obama's White House 'The Nig*a House' And The Supreme Court 'Dumb F**ks'). 

Online searches will also reveal very negative comments from the American and global public about the Supreme Court. The comments indicate the court is hated by many, consistently going against the will of the people to do the bidding of presidents and special interests.

In the not too distant future, due to egregiously corrupt decisions the Supreme Court has already made, the public will petition them far, far less. There will be a massive decline in cases. Then you guys will have time to play Scrabble, watch Wheel of Fortune on TV and a riveting show you guys should be on "American Greed."

The political wars damage public perception of Supreme Court, Chief Justice Roberts says

February 4 at 9:53 AM - BOSTON — Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said late Wednesday that partisan extremism is damaging the public’s perception of the role of the Supreme Court, recasting the justices as players in the political process rather than its referees. Divisive battles over confirmations and mischaracterization of the merits of the court’s decisions worry him, Roberts told a ballroom crowd of about 1,000 people at a celebration of Law Day for New England Law-Boston.

Criticism of the court “doesn’t bother me at all,” Roberts said, as long as it is not based on a misunderstanding of how the court differs from the political branches. “It’s usually discussed as, ‘Oh, you’re in favor of this or you’re in favor of that,’ ” Roberts said in response to questions from the law school’s dean, John F. O’Brien.

“In fact, our ruling is that whoever does get to decide this or that is allowed to do it, and that it’s not unconstitutional, that it’s consistent with the law,” Roberts said. “But we often have no policy views on the matter at all, and that’s an important distinction.”

The court is under heavy criticism from all sides in the presidential campaigns, with Republican Donald Trump suggesting he would appoint justices who would overturn the court’s 5-to-4 decision saying gay couples have a constitutional right to marry and Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders making a rejection of the court’s Citizen United campaign finance decision a litmus test for their potential nominees.

And before the justices adjourn in June, the court will decide a host of issues at the heart of the political debate: affirmative action in university admissions, abortion restrictions, the ability of religious objectors to opt out of the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive coverage obligation, and President Obama’s plan to shield millions of illegal immigrants from deportation.

Roberts himself — once touted by Republicans as a prototypical Supreme Court nominee — has become a focus on the right. GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz, the senator from Texas, said Roberts’s nomination was a mistake, and even former Florida governor Jeb Bush, whose brother chose Roberts as chief justice, has criticized him.

The unhappiness arises basically from two of Roberts’s decisions on the same subject — finding Obama’s health-care act constitutional and then last year saving it from a potentially devastating challenge based on the language of the law...

Rihanna Slammed Over The Song And Video 'American Oxygen'

Last week there were complaints on mainstream television and the internet about singer Rihanna's new song and video "American Oxygen." Some Americans have taken offense to it, stating Rihanna, who is Barbadian, should not be the one to sing it. The song contains the lyrics, "We sweat for a nickel and a dime/Turn it into an empire" when she is a frequently sued, brazen copyright thief, who does not know the meaning of hard work. Some are also taking the lyric "We are the new America" as an insult. It is also disrespectful to perform a song about a nation while wearing no bra and a thin shirt. Rihanna's nipples protruded in the video and accompanying publicity photos in what was a deliberate decision.

"American Oxygen" marks Rihanna's third poorly received single, after "Four Five Seconds" and "B***h Better Have My Money" were slammed by the public. "B***h Better Have My Money" is also on the receiving end of copyright infringement claims that disgraced Rihanna worldwide, for stealing from Texas rapper/singer, Just Brittany. As her current singles have been imploding, damaging her career, Rihanna cancelled a planned tour with contentious rapper Kanye West.

Desperate Publicity Seeker Madonna Slammed Over Online Margaret Thatcher Comment And New Photo Rips Off Singer Charlotte Church's Copyright

Desperate, publicity seeking, unoriginal pop star, Madonna, whose recent CD "Rebel Heart" has flopped, continues to act out like a child, albeit a 60-year-old child, looking for attention from a world that has moved on from her. Madonna, who still thinks she is a teenager, has been embarrassing herself with a series of publicity stunts that have all backfired.


According to Billboard magazine, in her latest publicity stunt, Madonna posted a quote by Margaret Thatcher and was slammed by Britons for it. "If you set out to be liked you would be prepared to compromise on anything at anytime, and you would achieve nothing. Thank you Margaret Thatcher! #unapologetic." But that's the problem with Madonna. She fails to realize people are no longer interested in her and she has become an internet punchline.

Madonna also posted a heavily Photoshopped picture of herself that is a complete rip off of Welsh singer Charlotte Church's preexisting, copyrighted CD cover for the 2005 album "Tissues And Issues" (I have written about Charlotte Church and her great voice in past articles). That's right, 10-years ago, now here comes Madonna ripping it off and quite poorly might I add (what's the sense of using Photoshop to that extreme degree, then when people see you in public...). As usual, Madonna is breaking the law stealing copyrighted works for her fake, fraudulent career that has been a complete and utter rip off from day one (see a long list of Madonna's thefts that comprise her entire career).

Rihanna's Forthcoming CD Significantly Pushed Back Again Over Flopped Singles, Song Stealing And Cocaine Scandal

 Copyright infringing singer Rihanna is again experiencing career trouble. Her forthcoming eighth album that is one year overdue, has been pushed back again after several delays and failed release dates. The most recent release date was April 7, 2015, but that one failed as well. The website Digital Spy wrote yesterday, "Rihanna is expected to release her eighth studio album later this year."


 
Three poorly received singles "Four Five Seconds" "B***h Better Have My Money" and "American Oxygen" have been rejected by audiences, who have given the tracks overwhelmingly negative reviews on social networking and in blog feedback sections. Sales are also in the toilet. The fiasco that has become Rihanna's current project is reminiscent of what transpired with Mariah Carey's "Me. I Am Mariah. The Elusive Chanteuse." That album was pushed back several times until two years had passed and it flopped upon release, creating the lowest selling recording of her career.

Rihanna's career has also been hit by scandal over stealing the song "B***h  Better Have My Money," slamming Indiana's religious freedom legislation in a foul mouth tirade that led to Americans telling her to go back to Barbados and being caught snorting cocaine on camera. Rihanna continues to deny she was snorting cocaine, lying that it was weed, but so do most stars with said dangerous habit, until that near fatal or fatal overdose exposes the truth.

Some of Rihanna's dwindling fanbase have been crazily attacking people on social networking and blog sites for stating she is using cocaine. That type of irrational behavior in the face of proof, says they need to get a grip on reality. Madonna Mocked On Social Networking For French Kissing Drake Causing Him To Gag And Wipe His Mouth In Disgust

Media hungry faux singer Madonna made a surprise appearance at the Coachella music festival in California, only to be embarrassed and humiliated by the publicity stunt she pulled that went terribly wrong. Crazy Madonna grabbed 28-year-old rapper Drake by his head and French kissed him on stage, wrongly thinking it would bring her the publicity she so desperately craves.

However, it all went wrong when Drake immediately gagged and said "what the f**k was that" then wiped off his mouth in absolute disgust. You could literally see the look of disgust on his face. Social networking had a field day mocking Madonna over it, labeling her vile and washed up. People all over social networking lambasted Madonna.

Some made comments about her age, as Madonna is almost 60, while Drake is headed for 30. However, had it been Halle Berry or Christie Brinkley, people would not have reacted so negatively to the stunt. Security would probably have to pull Drake off them (LOL). The problem is Madonna's promiscuity and lack of looks. She thought people would find the publicity stunt sexy, but no one did. Many made jokes that Drake probably contracted STDs via that one kiss and that she is unattractive and needs to stop behaving like an 18-year-old.

Madonna's appearance on the Brit Awards last month was similarly disastrous, as she accidentally fell down a flight of stairs, which led to countless jokes on social networking at her expense.

Rihanna Desperate Over Her Failing CD Singles And Unreleased CD Drops Third Poorly Received Track Before The Stalled Album’s Release

 Rihanna's imploding music career is in more trouble. "Four Five Seconds" the lead single from her yet to be released album flopped on the charts. Her second single "B***h Better Have My Money" was hit with serious and embarrassing copyright infringement claims from Houston, Texas singer/rapper Just Brittany and low sales, sending her career into turmoil.

As much as Rihanna and company have pushed, Bibi Bourelly, the song's alleged writer forward to take the brunt of the blame, it still doesn't explain why Rihanna reinvented herself as Just Brittany, dressing and behaving like the "trap music" artist from America's south. Rihanna stole Just Brittany's song and morphed into her as well, via an image change. That liar Rihanna needs to go and sit down somewhere. She knows exactly who Just Brittany is from her collaboration with rapper Rick Ross and her appearances on the Billboard charts.

Rihanna Slammed For Rant On Indiana Religious Freedom Law

Barbadian singer, Rihanna, took to the stage in Indiana, performing her latest stolen song, "B***h Better Have My Money" and launched into a foul mouth, expletive laden rant about the state's new religious freedom law. The problem is Christian businesses want the right to object to participating in items that go against the faith. For example, Christian bakeries want to turn down orders that go against the religion.

Jewish owned bakeries and other business of the Hebrew faith want the right to reject catering or providing services for Neo Nazi gatherings or other items promoting Hitler, due to the historical atrocities committed by the deranged, deceased former murderous world leader.

TMZ covered the story, looking for controversy and uploaded the video of Rihanna's explicit rant in Indiana. Many Americans responded in the feedback section of the TMZ article overwhelmingly slamming Rihanna over the profane rant, stating she is "not American" and "Go back to Barbados." Beyonce And Jay Z Sticking Together Hoping To Be Worth $1 Billion But The Numbers Say Different

Reports on pop culture websites indicate singer Beyonce has been seeing advisers regarding the public implosion of her marriage to cheating rapper, Jay Z. Thanks to inflated items on rich lists, the couple have been propagating the myth they are worth $1 billion dollars. The fact of the matter is they don't even have $200,000,000 in cash and assets between them, let alone $1 billion. Just two years ago Jay Z was in financial trouble, with bad credit and was and continues to spend his wife's money. 

Many public figures have stated rich lists published by magazines are incorrect. They project what they think a person can earn over time coupled with what they estimate their current assets, usually mostly intangibles, are worth. Jay Z's adultery with protégés Rihanna and Rita Ora among others, has greatly damaged the couple's brand. The cat came out of the bag due to globally mocked elevator fight between Beyonce's sister Solange, who repeatedly punched, slapped and kick Jay Z over his affairs.    

Their current on the run tour has suffered from weak ticket sales in the face of the scandal. The duo charged exorbitant amounts, in many cases five to ten times the sum per ticket that similar artists in their genre do for concerts. Damage control consultants and famous friends of the couple have done their best to mitigate the damage. However, as they say, the damage is done.

Partying Your Career Away (Johnny Manziel)

21-year-old NFL football player, Johnny Manziel, A/K/A Johnny Football, who recently signed with the Cleveland Browns, has come under fire by many for engaging in too much partying. Photos have been making their way around the internet showing Manziel partying with alcohol and loads of women. This is a shaky start to his pro-career. It also makes coaches nervous.

The Washington Post wrote, "It's going to be really fun to watch Johnny Hungover try to play quarterback in the NFL with nightclub-baked eyes and the shakes." Former NBA star turned commentator, Charles Barkley stated, "Johnny has to understand, everybody has a cell phone. You have to be careful when you're out in public...Johnny Manziel and his friends are always taking pictures. You should never take selfies of yourself doing anything that can be considered stupid..."

The negative effects of alcohol on athletes is well documented. It’s one thing to have a glass of wine, but drinking beer and excessive amounts is damaging. Spending time partying when you could be studying plays and training is also inadvisable. The constant partying is wasted time and energy that takes away from one's athletic ability and strength.

Manziel is a very promising talent, but if he wants to make a big impact on the NFL, he is going to have to cut out the partying, buckle down, dedicate himself to his craft and make sacrifices. NBA basketball star, Lebron James, is a friend of Manziel’s and he needs to talk to him in an effort to try to get him to calm down before he wrecks his career and life. 


Manziel is always surrounding himself with women, a habit that's jeopardizing his health and sapping his strength. Not to mention, potential sponsors don't like seeing this type of debauched behavior.

In Britain, team managers impose curfews and strict dietary demands on football players. Former Manchester United coach, Alex Ferguson, had a clear cut policy when it comes to partying and excessive drinking. Manziel could benefit from such a regimen, lest his career crashes and burns.

Stars With Image Problems That Cost Them Millions Of Dollars


As a general rule, stars having an image of partying too much limits sponsorship opportunities, which means less revenue for you and your manager. Endorsers don’t want to log on and see entertainers and athletes being promiscuous, cursing and excessively partying and drinking. They will skip right over you for endorsement deals, as not fitting with their brand and it will cost you money.

Endorsers and sponsors don’t want stars representing their brands, who engage in said conduct. It would damage their brand. As such, it results in corporations foregoing sponsorship deals with such athletes, costing you hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of dollars in endorsement deals as an athlete. 


And over what? Partying and being promiscuous with women whose names you will not even remember. Years down the road when you have trouble paying your bills, you will regret those choices. Put things in perspective and realize having a career in entertainment and sports is limited and you have to make the most of it while it lasts. Don’t destroy your earnings capabilities by making poor choices.

Often stars in their teens and twenties think they're indestructible and know it all. The sad fact of the matter is they have a lot to learn about life. Rule number one, it is better to learn from other people's mistakes than your own, especially when your own cause you to crash and burn.

Exclusive: Rihanna's Label And Management Angry Over Her Mean Behavior

I received a good tip that Rihanna's record label and management are angry over the nasty public social networking fights and mean acts she has been engaging in against other artists, in incidents that are unprovoked. Her sales are down and the latest scandal regarding Rihanna being nasty to fellow singer Ciara, then having sex with the latter's fiancé, Future, whose baby she just gave birth to, has annoyed her label and management.

The label and management are in agreement, with an exasperated executive stating "not even Rihanna's fans are trying to defend what she did" to Ciara, because it looks so bad. People are siding with Ciara. Said executive involved in Rihanna's career stated of the scandal regarding Future "Rihanna needs to stop being a jerk" as it is damaging her sales and that's all the label and management care about - revenues.

However, as an industry source informed me, "Rihanna thinks she is some queen that everyone is here to serve." It's always sad and pathetic when singers take the titles "princess of pop" "pop princess" "queen of pop" and "prince of r&b" seriously. You're not royalty. Stop buying into the hype and publicity your label pays journalists and bloggers to write. You're one flop away from becoming irrelevant.

Rihanna's 15 Minutes Of Fame Running Out As People Ignore Her In Public

This week troubled singer Rihanna was spotted walking through the Grove shopping complex in Los Angeles and the public ignored her. The attention seeking star had a perplex and concerned look on her face regarding the blasé reaction she received. Deluded Rihanna believes her own hype and has done very seedy things to get a career in the industry, not realizing how it all truly works. It's all been bought and paid for by her label and management. The majority of it is not real.

As it stands the public is tired of Rihanna's social networking fights, antics and publicity stunts, with no talent to back it up, as she can't sing, only strips. Her sales have been steadily declining for several years and her label has had to put more and more cash into buying advertising, paying select bloggers to write flattering articles about her everyday, buying her followers in bulk on  social networking, paying hackers to inflate her You Tube video counts and using connections to get her on more television shows. They are not making a good return on their investment.

Beyonce And Jay Z Have A Staged Lunch With Solange Playing Happy Families For The Cameras In Doing More Damage Control

Rapper Jay Z and his wife singer Beyonce, flew all the way to New Orleans from New York just to have lunch with her sister, Solange, in a staged PR appearance where the paparazzi was tipped off by their publicists, in an effort to quell rumors their is discord in their family after the elevator fight that took place last week. Solange sensationally punched and kicked Jay Z over trying to leave the Met Gala with his mistress Rihanna, in conduct that infuriated her and Beyonce.

Jay Z was seen inappropriately holding Rihanna earlier in the evening, then told his wife and Solange he was not coming home with them, but headed to Rihanna's party alone after the Met Gala. Solange decided to remind him who he is married to with an old fashion butt kicking that made Jay Z a mockery and the butt of jokes on social networking...all over the world.

Beyonce And Jay Z's Brand Takes A Hit From Elevator Fight Scandal With Solange Leaving Publicists Scrambling To Do Damage Control

 

In the face of a plethora of stories speculating on what triggered the sensational fight between disgraced rapper, Jay Z and his sister-in-law Solange Knowles, while her sister, Beyonce, stood by and approvingly watched with a smile, the couple's brand has taken a massive hit. Their publicists have been scrambling planting stories in the mainstream press and blogosphere in trying to clean up a PR disaster.

Beyonce and Jay Z's publicists floated a story that Solange and the rapper were spotted jewelry shopping at the store, Mr. Flawless, but shortly after the claims were slammed when it was revealed undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather, was the one at the jeweler (Mayweather needs to sign Solange and her feet and fists of fury to his boxing company Mayweather Promotions). 


When Beyonce and Jay Z made an appearance at the Heat vs. Nets game on Monday night, with their best plastered on frozen smiles, the public did not buy it, with social network stating they are just saving face and keeping up appearances. 

Posts on Instagram by Beyonce, done on the instruction of her record label and publicist, released online to show a united front, have failed to convince the public all is well with Solange, Beyonce, Jay Z and the rapper's mistress Rihanna, after the elevator fight. Posts their publicists made to blog feedback sections did nothing to quell public speculation that Beyonce and Jay Z's marriage is in trouble due to his cheating with women like Rihanna. 

 

This scandal has caused Jay Z's stock to plummet and damaged Beyonce's brand as well. Men with a similar cheating mindset would laud Jay Z online for adulterously having sex with Rihanna, in addition to his wife. Now these men have gone quiet on social networking, due to the fact their immoral role model has spectacularly fallen. 

Decent men and women who've watched Jay Z embarrass his wife chasing after other women, have expressed no sympathy for him online over Solange's physical attack and his punk like reaction to it. He wasn't a punk for not hitting a woman back (for once). 


Jay Z, who brags he is a hardcore rapper, looked like a punk in the shaken, female-like expression he had on his face after Solange beat him up. The Judiciary Report does not encourage or espouse violence, but the site has no sympathy for Jay Z in this matter. Right is right and wrong is wrong. It's high time certain stars like Jay Z stop setting a bad example for the public regarding cheating.

Mimi Faust And Nikko Sextape Is A Publicity Stunt For The New Season Of 'Love And Hip Hop Atlanta'

“Love And Hip Hop Atlanta” reality stars Mimi Faust and her boyfriend, aspiring rapper Nikko, made a sextape, which has been leaked against their will, according to website TMZ they want publicity for their reality show. The tape somehow landed in the hands of a porn company Mimi And Nikko sent it directly to them.

The tape is said to be very graphic and has sparked much criticism on Twitter and message board forums. It is regrettable that Mimi and Nikko took this route. They sold themselves out and are being mocked and laughed at online for it. Faust also has a little daughter, who is going to be very embarrassed by the tape.

Kim Kardashian Slammed By Her Fans For Revealing Bikini Picture Showing Most Of Her Behind (Photo)

Reality star Kim Kardashian posted what is known as a "selfie" photo to Instagram (a photo of one's self), revealing most of her behind and was roundly criticized for it by the public. Kardashian, 32, who just gave birth to baby North West, sired by trouble prone rapper, Kanye West, 36, was slammed by fans as an attention seeking insecure woman, who is engaging in conduct not befitting a mother.

Kardashian has no musical ability or talent for acting and seeks relevancy in the entertainment industry the only way she knows how, exploiting her body, which most do not deem respectable conduct. The message online has basically been put your clothes on and go take care of  your baby. And a beautiful little baby she is.

The Kardashians are doing way too much for publicity in bids at saving their show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" which has fallen in the ratings. Kris and Bruce Jenner separated for publicity, while she floats rumors he is a transvestite. Jenner was an Olympian. The man deserves more than someone trying to air his alleged secrets. Then there's the Jenners' underage daughters, Kendall and Kylie, going to a sex club in Los Angeles and leaving looking drunk. The club is now under investigation as the underage minors were not allowed to be in the club in conduct that violated the law.

Now Kardashian is baring most of her behind for attention and getting bashed for it. None of this is good publicity. It's not going to help the show's ratings return to what it once was at the height of their popularity. It's only breeding intense scrutiny and public disfavor.

This family is so in need of an image consultant. Kris Jenner is not a professional. She is a stage mom, who walked right into the minefield that is Hollywood (she even tanked Lamar Odom and Kris Humphries and they are athletes). The Kardashians would not be in this mess if Jenner hadn't done so many money hungry deals that destroyed their brand. A true pro in management knows what offers to take to bring in revenues and what to turn down for the sake of longevity and preserving a name. She took just about everything and they ended up severely overexposed.

Miley Cyrus Fiancé Liam Hemsworth Dumps Her And Moves Out Of Her Home

Singer, former Disney child star and twerker, Miley Cyrus, has been dumped by her fiancé, handsome Australian actor Liam Hemsworth. It is being reported he has moved out of her Los Angeles home, embarrassed by the scandal she caused via her raunchy VMA performance last month, featuring married singer Robin Thicke. Cyrus provocatively gyrated on Thicke in a performance that drew a significant amount of unflattering criticism online and in the press. It was a bad career move that cast Cyrus in a new, negative light.

Hemsworth, who had cheated on her with serial homewrecker, January Jones, rekindled his romance with Cyrus after she took him back. However, it has been said her salacious VMA gig and nude music video for the copyright infringing track "Wrecking Ball" sent him heading for the hills.

Cyrus confirmed the split and the two have unfollowed each other on the social networking website Twitter. It's a shame, as they really seemed to be in love. However, he let meaningless sex flings damage the relationship and she brought public ridicule and controversy to her career he could not deal with. The question is will they be happy without each other, as they seemed quite suited to one another.
