Madonna's Obsession With An Athlete Turns Illegal And Dangerous

Madonna

People who read my site often, know I have been experiencing awful problems regarding deranged pop singer Madonna ripping off my copyrights, as she has done to many other people as well, but also paying private investigators and members of her equally sick cult the Kabbalah Center, to stalk, harass and threaten me and my family, in incidents witnessed by others and captured in pictures, among other means, as evidence.

It resulted in me being interviewed by the FBI twice. 4-months after I gave the FBI my verbal testimony and legal documents regarding the criminal behavior of Madonna and her private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, the law enforcement agency used it to arrest and convict him. Pellicano is currently behind bars on a 15-year prison sentence. However, Madonna's behavior has grown much worse.

Madonna has since hired other private investigators, such as Gavin DeBecker, whom she got sued in another case for spying on and criminally harassing an innocent man. Madonna is a deranged lunatic, who is completely and totally obsessive. Madonna is known to people in the entertainment industry as a person who is very mean spirited, vile, vengeful and obsessed. She is a complete and utter madwoman. She insanely becomes obsessed with someone and latches on like an disgusting leech. She also sticks her big nose in other people's business, in situations she doesn't belong.

Madonna has her hacker emailing me deranged messages from her. Madonna has also repeatedly sent Kabbalah Center members up to me when I go out in public, to relay sick and weird messages from her that I do not want to know or give a darn about. I do not like Madonna, never have, never will, but she is on some other planet and seeing and hearing what she wants to concerning me, regardless of the fact it is completely far removed from reality.

Madonna and her Kabbalah Center cult have gone so far as to contact my friends and some of my family, using telephone numbers they gained via illegally wiretapping and phone hacking my mobile phone and landlines via private investigators. My friends and some of my family were illegally contacted by individuals at the Kabbalah Center, on Madonna's behalf, stating strange things and making some very sick requests of them regarding me. That's the definition of a stalker.

Madonna has also sent members of the Kabbalah Center to threaten me over men who display an interest in me, as well as harassing men regarding me...and sometimes it's men I don't even personally know, who Madonna and the Kabbalah Center have insanely imagined things in scenarios that never happened, based solely on things they read on social networking. I find the whole thing sick and disgusting.

For example, I was trying to help an athlete with his career. Said athlete is 26-years-old. It was months before his professional debut. I did it out of the kindness of my heart, as I like to help people. I never asked him for anything at anytime. The only people I've accepted money from in my life are my parents. I'm not a money oriented person anyway and I've given a lot to charity over the years.

The aforementioned athlete was somewhat known at the time, but not what you would call world famous or a household name. He certainly wasn't rich. He'd even make jokes on Twitter about being broke. He was living in a council flat with his mother. He seemed like a nice, humble person. He followed me on Twitter and I followed him back. We'd tweet stuff at each other. I genuinely wanted him to do well.

When he'd ask his followers on Twitter a question, I'd sometimes respond if I had something helpful or useful to state. During the course of that, I realized he really was struggling with the money issue and not where he wanted to be. So, I tweeted things he could do to make money such as a film on his life (he was arrested for marijuana possession/dealing, but turned his life around via sports and stayed out of trouble - hey, people deserve a second chance), a clothing line, reality type show, several endorsements and a small investment home when earnings began. He did everyone of those things and made money from it. I was genuinely happy for him. I like to see when things turn out well for people. His followers on Twitter saw the tweets/convos back and forth and so did mine.

I also saw where his sports technique could use a significant amount of improvement. He'd just started and was pretty green, as most are in his situation and as he is in a contact sport, that can be dangerous. As stated in the aforementioned lawsuit, I want to open a sports management and talent agency in the future, among other things. Not one to poach talent, as rapper Jay Z has done, ticking off the sports world in anger. I want to find undiscovered, unsigned talent and through my company invest in and develop their talent.

My dad was a professional athlete, then he coached football (soccer) and cricket for years and quite well. My dad is also a tennis and boxing fan. My dad met his favorite, Muhammad Ali, in the 1970s who inspired him to learn more about boxing. My dad knows a significant amount about tennis and boxing, as it relates to sports psychology and coaching/training. My dad has taught me a significant amount about sports and coaching over the years. I retained a lot of the information, as well as developed my own ideas on sports management and coaching.

In an effort to help the aforementioned athlete, I began pointing out on Twitter where he could improve his sporting technique, what he needed to work on and how. I also sent him Mike Tyson's old diet and training program, which he had not seen before (the stuff Cus D'Amato had Tyson doing was intense, but it worked). Once again, his followers on Twitter saw the tweets/convos back and forth and so did mine.

When the 26-year-old athlete's career started picking up, I tweeted at the person handling his career, stating they should make him a headliner on shows, as opposed to one of the other attractions on the bill. At the time they didn't think he could sell out shows as a headliner, but I did. So I tweeted twice at his promoter stating they should make him the headliner instead. Shortly after, they did just that and the tickets have quickly sold out ever since, proving my theory was right. This also meant he would get more money, which is what I wanted for him as well, as that was his goal.

I even wrote articles about him on this site to my millions of readers, many of whom are in America, a place that didn't really know about him, as he is not based in the States. Once again, I was happy for him as his career was on the up. I never asked for anything from him at any point (which is a lot more than I can say for some of his lecherous friends whose hands are always out online and using his name to get things).

Madonna crazily got mad at the whole thing and started sending Kabbalah Center members to harass me over said 26-year-old athlete. Keep in mind, I never met him, nothing was going on, but Madonna and her crazy cult started imagining things. Next thing I know, she and Jay Z started contacting said athlete and asking him and a few of his friends on Twitter, to tweet out certain items they sent. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt in that he did not know the exact origin of what he was tweeting (but as the phrase goes, that's up for debate).

I was told by a trusted source that Madonna and Jay Z started making him all sorts of promises of what they would do for his career in America if he would tweet certain items and he did (but neither Madonna or Jay Z know squat about his sport). The items he began randomly tweeting that Madonna and Jay Z started sending him came directly from my private, time stamped emails that Madonna pays this idiotic hacker to criminally hack and forward to her.

After I had given this athlete ideas for free to help him make money, ideas might I add that he used and made money, putting money in his pockets, Madonna and Jay Z in being nasty use him to take money out of my pockets, tweeting out items from my time stamped emails containing my preexisting, unpublished copyrights. I have saved copies of the emails, as well as the tweets Madonna and Jay Z had the athlete tweet out on Twitter (as well as those of the athlete's two friends, who are lower league footballers, who tweeted items from my private, time stamped emails containing my copyrights.

Madonna also began sending famous members of the Kabbalah Center to contact and circle him in public, which is ironic, as none of them gave a darn about him before when he was a struggling athlete. The Kabbalah members she sent are people who had previously stolen some of my copyrights in tandem with Madonna and the cult (among them are Jessie J and Rita Ora).

That mess couldn't have happened at a worst time, as I was just dealing with the death of one of my aunts, who passed away from cardiac arrest, in what was very traumatic for me and my family. Shortly after, I was also taking care of another aunt for 5 months, who has Parkinsons and it made me so sad to see the changes it had brought about, deteriorating her physical movement. Yet there were those idiots Madonna and Jay Z, being mean spirited, maliciously and disgusting, sending items from my personal emails/copyrights to an athlete I had helped, to tweet out online, without my permission, in trying to be nasty to me for no reason. What was Madonna and Jay Z doing in the middle of this. I wasn't talking to either one of them. However, it shows the sick extremes Madonna and company have gone to regarding me and it is very disturbing.

Crazy, ignorant Madonna and Jay Z are currently giving said athlete some very bad advice, when they known nothing about the dangerous combat sport he is in and he could land in the hospital seriously injured or worse from the crazy bull they are advising him to do. Things are being staged, in what is dishonest, unfair to the fans and a massive risk to his career and health. A sports writer recently pointed out in April what I was told several months prior (last November) regarding this staging they've started doing regarding the athlete, which is a known pattern of behavior regarding Madonna and the Kabbalah Center - to rig and fake everything. However, not every opponent will go along with the rigging and it could end in him being seriously hurt and hospitalized.

Madonna also convinced herself said athlete is in love with her (LOL) when he has made very negative comments about her to others. Madonna has also insanely convinced herself that I am in love with her (this is what her deranged Kabbalah Center members have told me in unwelcome conduct when they've stalked me in America) when Madonna disgusts me and I can't even stand the sight of her on television or online. Seriously, when she is on television, I change the channel. If I land on a site with her on the page, I go to another page or another site.

Needless to say, when the athlete started tweeting out items they sent him from my private time stamped emails containing my copyrights, I unfollowed him on Twitter. He got upset, but under the circumstances, who can blame me. When Kabbalah began circling him and sending him and a few of his friends VERBATIM items from my private time stamped emails/copyrights to tweet out on their Twitter pages, taking money out of my pocket, when I helped him for free, I backed away from that situation, wanting no part of it.

So, to those of you asking and wondering about what happened concerning me and said athlete, that's what transpired. I didn't just abandon him. I'm not a fickle person. I'm a very reliable, trustworthy and faithful friend. However, I am not going to support someone who has betrayed me. I don't wish him any harm and I'm not trying to take any action against him, but I don't want any part of that situation. The whole thing was disgusting, unnecessary and made me not want to help anyone again.

Beyonce Mocked Online For Not Understanding Tennis At Wimbledon And Cheering Too Late When Serena Won Her 22nd Title

Serena Williams

Singer Beyonce and her cheating husband Jay Z are two attention seekers. They go to public events for publicity and half the time don't know what's going on. This past Saturday was no different. The clueless couple attended the women's final at Wimbledon in England in support of tennis superstar, Serena Williams, who clinched the title in a sensational, hard fought victory. Congrats to Serena.

Beyonce still not getting the fact Serena won and is sitting down looking confused

Beyonce to Jay Z: what happened? Did Serena get a free throw or a three pointer?

Beyonce's delayed reaction after everyone finished cheering

When Williams won, she collapsed to the ground in exhaustion and jubilation. However, Beyonce still didn't get it that Williams had won. Beyonce, who really isn't too bright, in what is not really a secret on social networking, is now being mocked for cheering too late in what is being referred to as a delayed reaction. After all these years of knowing Williams and attending a few tennis matches for publicity, Beyonce and Jay Z still don't understand the game.

'She don't know a thing about tennis!' Beyonce is mocked on Twitter over her hilarious 'delayed reaction' to Serena Williams' Wimbledon victory

Published: 03:55 EST, 11 July 2016 | Updated: 10:14 EST, 11 July 2016 - Beyonce and Jay-Z were at SW19 supporting Serena Williams on Saturday. But when Williams won her match point, Beyonce didn't seem to notice. Star looked confused before finally rising to her feet as the penny dropped. Twitter was awash with comments about Beyonce's delayed reaction. Williams made tennis history, equalling Stefi Graf's 22-title record.

It was a moment that propelled Serena Williams into tennis history books...but it seemed to pass the biggest star in the audience by. Beyonce, 34, joined husband Jay-Z and sports fans on Centre Court on Saturday afternoon to watch the women's world number one - and her close friend - Serena clinch her 22nd career title.

But it seems the global pop icon isn't exactly au fait with how you win a tennis match. When Serena hit the winning shot to defeat opponent Angelique Kerber 7-5, 6-3, the crowd leapt to its feet - but it took Queen Bey a little longer to register what had actually just happened. Moment of victory: Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z appear to be still engrossed in the game on tenterhooks while Serena Williams' family are about to launch themselves from their seats in joy as Serena wins.

What happened? While the rest of Serena's box rose to their feet as the 34-year-old world number one captured her 7th Wimbledon title, Beyonce looked a little confused. Earlier in the match; a braided Beyonce, sat next to husband Jay-Z had gestured her support for her friend...

Johnny Manziel Could Learn From Jamie Vardy's Success As Family And Friends Fear For Former NFL Star

Johnny Manziel

The Judiciary Report first did a story on then NFL quarterback, Johnny Manziel, sounding the alarm on his partying (Partying Your Career Away). In the two years since the Judiciary Report article, Manziel has hit rock bottom this year. He has been dropped by the Cleveland Browns, his girlfriend dumped him after a domestic violence incident that left her deaf and he is currently under criminal indictment in connection with the aforementioned fight. Today, TMZ is reporting Manziel's family and friends are afraid he is going to die from his wild partying.

Manziel could learn from British Leicester City football player, Jamie Vardy. A couple years ago, Vardy began showing up to training drunk. The Leicester City staff decided to take a proactive approach with Vardy, who was receptive to their suggestions that he control his alcohol intake for the sake of his health and career. Leicester City was fighting off relegation last season. This month, Leicester City hit the news worldwide, as Vardy, its leading scorer and the squad made history in winning the Premier League. Vardy and the team are the success story of the season, as what they accomplished is unprecedented in football.

You have to make disciplined sacrifices in life to truly get the things you want. Some things money can buy. Others things it can't. You have to develop and protect your talents and gifts in life. Do not squander what God has given you. Make something of your life. Invest in yourself in getting clean and sober. Make an effort to get your life and career back on track.

Johnny Manziel Friends Concerned ... 'He's Gonna Die'

5/24/2016 1:00 AM PDT BY - Johnny Manziel's drinking and drug use is worse than ever -- but the QB refuses to seek help ... and now people close to him are convinced he's going to die unless something changes soon. Here's what we know ... Manziel has become even more reckless with his drug problem recently -- even blowing lines in front of people he barely knows. "He's in a horrible downward spiral," one source very close to the QB tells TMZ Sports.

There have been multiple serious attempts to help Johnny -- with one group of close friends recently sitting him down and "confronting" him about his situation. But, as one source put it, "He flipped out and would not hear it." "He's too much of a risk," one high-powered nightclub source tells us ... "He's a good guy, but he's a f***ing mess."...

Instead, he continues to party like a maniac -- L.A., Vegas, Miami, Coachella, Dallas -- and, as one source put it, "If he continues this way for much longer he will die.” His own father expressed grave concern about Johnny back in February -- saying if he doesn't get help, "he won't live to see his 24th birthday."

The names being bantered about as opponents are MMA fighter, Conor McGregor, which would be a megafight that would pull significant ratings and gross many millions of dollars. The two have a rivalry, having exchanged words in the past about who would win a fight if they stepped into the ring. However, there has been no confirmation of a fight between them, even though it is a good business idea.

Gary Neville Let Go As Coach Of Valencia FC Proving Being A Football Manager Is Not As Easy As It Looks

Gary Neville

Former Manchester United FC star, Gary Neville, has been let go as manager (coach) of La Liga side Valencia, after 4-months on the job. Neville, a former television football pundit, a career he embraced after his successful spell at Manchester United, realized firsthand it is not easy being a manager, after spending years criticizing coaches on TV. Neville is very passionate about football and this is where his criticism of managers emanated from in his scathing critiques.

Twitter teasing Neville about being let go from Valencia

Under Neville, Valencia lost several games at slipped to number 14 on the La Liga table. This recent development regarding Neville supports the March 3, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Football Great Zinedine Zidane Going Through Rough Patch As Manager Of Real Madrid (Do Legends Make The Best Coaches)." Top footballers often have a difficult time becoming successful managers.

Another of many posts on Twitter regarding people teasing Neville about his departure from Valencia

You have to have a coaching mind, not just a football one. It's part disciplinarian, captain and motivational speaker. It is a mentally and emotionally taxing job, but quite rewarding when you make a difference in a squad. You almost have to figuratively go into matches like you're waging war, planning football attacks with military precision.

Pele Sues Samsung For $30,000,000 Over Using His Image And Likeness Without Permission In Football Ad

Pele

Legendary Brazilian footballer, Pele, has filed a $30,000,000 lawsuit against tech giant Samsung for illegally using his image and likeness in a newspaper ad, by employing a look alike. Upon looking at the photo in the ad that ran in the New York Times, you immediately think it is Pele. This is made more apparent by the fact it is a football ad.

Samsung football ad deceives people into thinking that's football legend Pele and he has endorsed their product

Samsung was in negotiations with Pele to use his image in 2013, but the deal broke down. Pele's lawsuit reveals Samsung, "never obtained the right to use Pele's identity in any manner or format." It is unlawful to use someone's image as a means of misleading the public into thinking they have endorsed your product or event.

Pele: Soccer legend files $30m lawsuit against Samsung for 'improperly using his image'

The advertisment appeared in the 'New York Times' last year

Tuesday 29 March 2016 - He was the man who made the beautiful game even more beautiful. Now, the Brazilian soccer legend Pele is suing Samsung, claiming that the electronics firm improperly used his identity. The lawsuit has been filed by the former soccer star’s lawyer, Fred Sperling, and alleges that the firm used a Pele look-alike in an October advertisement for televisions in the New York Times newspaper.

While the advertisement did not name the 75-year-old, the elderly black man featured in “very closely resembles” Pele, the lawsuit says. The lawsuit says the ad will confuse consumers and hurt the value of his endorsement rights. It seeks $30m in damages, the Associated Press added. Pele has endorsement deals with other companies, including Volkswagen, Subway, Emirates and Procter and Gamble.

The lawsuit says the ad appeared after Samsung broke off negotiations to use Pele’s image in 2013. Specifically, the lawsuit said the South Korean firm pulled out of negotiations at the last minute “and never obtained the right to use Pele's identity in any manner or in any format”...

Newly Crowned WBA Heavyweight World Champion Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne Tests Positive For Steroids And Faces Losing His Title

Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne

Boxer Lucas 'Big Daddy" Browne recently won the WBA regular heavyweight title in a victory over, Ruslan Chagaev, which took place in Chechnya. Yesterday, ESPN boxing analyst, Dan Rafael, broke the story that Browne has tested positive for the banned drug, Clenbuterol. Browne's "A sample" revealed traces of the drug in his urine. Browne must now pay a fee to the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) to test his "B sample" to determine if the original test result is a fluke.

Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne and Ruslan Chagaev

The composition of the drug Clenbuterol indicates it boosts the metabolism, sharpens acuity and reflexes. This is likely the reason it has been banned, as it would create an unfair and undue advantage in sports. The primary purpose of Clenbuterol is to treat asthma. It opens constricted airways, allowing the patient to breathe more freely. However, it has "off label" uses it has not been approved for, such as weight loss, used by bodybuilders during "cutting cycles" to obtain greater muscle tone and definition. Clenbuterol speeds up the body's metabolism in aiding the system to burn fat at a more rapid rate. However, in speeding up one's metabolism, it is improving reflexes, reaction time and heightens awareness.

Some consider Clenbuterol a steroid, others do not. However, for years it has caused athletes to fail drug tests due to being banned. Over two dozen athletes have received sports bans prohibiting participation over the detected use of Clenbuterol. However, some athletes did test positive for Clenbuterol by consuming meat that unbeknownst to them contained the drug, as stated previously in the column on May 29, 2014 (Steroids Shortens Your Penis And Life).

Browne has expressed dismay at the test result. In a tweet on Twitter, Browne stated, "I don't understand today's news, and I'm seeking legal advice." Rafael is reporting Brown will be stripped of his title, which is sad. Browne is the first Australian heavyweight champion of the world, which complicates the situation more, as it has been a source of national pride. Whatever happens, Browne needs to not beat himself up too much over this. Life goes on and he must too.

Australian boxing champion Lucas Browne tests positive for clenbuterol

March 22, 201610:04am - AUSTRALIA’S first heavyweight boxing champion Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne has sensationally tested positive to banned substance clenbuterol. A drugs test conducted by the Las Vegas-based agency Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) before his WBA regular heavyweight world champion title fight victory over Russian Ruslan Chagaev in Chechnya two weeks ago returned a positive result.

ESPN has reported Browne tested positive to clenbuterol in his “A sample” and no testing has been done of his “B sample” because of the testing agency demanding the Sydney-based fighter pay for the second round of testing. Browne’s breakthrough win over Chagaev marked him as an Australian champion, but his bright future and promise of potential mega-fights against the likes of David Haye, Tyson Fury and Fres Oquendo is now clouded.

ESPN boxing analyst Dan Rafael reported the 36-year-old is expected to be stripped of his title. VADA president Dr. Margaret Goodman wrote a letter to the organisers of the Browne-Chagaev fight, informing them of Browne’s positive test. Unclear future. “This letter is to advise you that the ‘A’ sample urine specimen number 2998060 collected from Lucas Browne ... has been analysed for anabolic agents, diuretics, beta-2 agonists and stimulants,” Goodman wrote. “The results of the analysis are as follows: Adverse. Urine specimen contains Clenbuterol. “Mr. Browne has the right to promptly request analysis of the ‘B sample’ at his expense.”...

Work Hard To Achieve Your Dreams

People must come to the realization that to achieve one's dreams takes hard work. Do not look for the shortcuts, as they never last or produce real results. Cheating is not the answer either, as it brings a new breed of trouble all on its own. If you love something, you will work for it. However, everyone must make the first move to begin the process to reach the summit that is their dreams. If you do not start, you will not finish.

You have to look deep within yourself and summon the will to make your dreams happen. Find a great motivation and use it to succeed. Work towards your dreams on a regular basis, with the knowledge that each step you take in that direction will bring you closer to your goals. Don't be afraid. You can do it.

Should Professional Boxers Be Allowed In The Olympics

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather

The New York Times quoted Wu Ching-kuo of the amateur boxing federation as having stated, “Professional boxers will be at Rio: I don’t know how many, but they will be.” The amateur boxing board has been broaching the subject of potentially allowing professional boxers to compete at the Olympics. The issue is scheduled for a vote at the end of May 2016. Some are in favor of it, while others are against the idea. Amateur boxers fight with headgear and are not used to the hardcore level of fighting that goes on in the ring at the professional level. It is something they have to be somewhat eased into in order to become accustomed to in the ring.

Amateur boxers fighting professionals at the Olympics likely would not be a level playing field (though it would give some professional boxers the chance to finally represent their country, such as the Philippines Manny Pacquiao, who has expressed an interest in winning his nation's first gold medal and I don't blame him). Imagine an amateur boxer having to face Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder in the ring. It would be an intimidating and daunting task. The professional boxer would likely use experience to win. However, there is also the possibility it would bring up the level of talent in amateur boxers, which could aid in their development (provided the professional boxer doesn't punch the amateur to the moon).

As stated in the column previously, you can see the progression in most boxers from their first professional fight to approximately their tenth. The development begins to show by the end of that time period. The body language exudes more confidence. The punches become more precise. By approximately their twentieth professional fight, if they progress correctly, boxers look like confident, skilled pugilists, who punch correctly and in a controlled manner.

Why Do Boxers Grow Out Their Beards During Training Camp

Does It Help Them Box Better Or Deflect Shots (LOL)

Heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury with his beard (in training camp) and with it shaved down in the ring

I've noticed a number of professional boxers grow out their beards during training camp. I jokingly thought to ask, does it help them fight better. However, I know better. It has to do with a mentality and getting in the zone. Boxers get into a mind state where grit and hardness become assets in training, in order to adapt to tough and trying conditions. It's a form of deprivation. Some boxers deprive themselves during training camp. During training they go back to the basics of life.

Ashley Theophane (left column) and Adrien Broner (right column) set to square off on April 1, 2016 in at the DC Armory in Washington, DC. Before and after training camp photos shows them without and with beards.

Former world heavyweight champ Lennox Lewis stated of training camp, "You have to sacrifice things when you are going to the top and are at the top." He further stated, "I used to go away to the Poconos Mountains to train for months. I was fortunate to have a mother come with me and make sure my meals were set in the training camp and so she sacrificed with me. This is part of the game."

Luis Suarez Nearly Misses Airplane After Leaving Passport At Home En Route To London For Arsenal v Barcelona Champions League Match

Luis Suarez

Arsenal F.C. squares off today against Barcelona F.C. in London, England. Reports indicate Barcelona footballer Luis Suarez, forgot his passport at home and nearly missed his flight to London today. However, an overly efficient Barcelona staffer rushed to Suarez's house and quickly brought the passport to the airport, getting him on the plane on time, in defiance of my malevolent benevolent prayer days prior on Twitter that they be banned from Britain (you know God was in heaven like "No she didn't just ask Me to do that" LOL).

Alexis Sanchez is a former Barcelona player, who now plays for Arsenal. He could give Arsenal insight to Barcelona's methods and things of that nature.

You have to admit it though, Suarez leaving his passport at home is ironic and humorous, in light of what I have jokingly been tweeting on Twitter, asking God to ban him from Britain (where London is located) and his fellow top scorers Neymar and Lionel Messi. I've also jokingly been communicating my willingness to bribe someone in British immigration with a meal at Nandos in exchange for banning them (yet British immigration amazingly managed to let the entire Barcelona squad through the airport and probably wished them a great trip too LOL).

My tweets on my Twitter page on the match

Seriously, this has the potential to be one of the biggest matches of the year. These types of matches are good for football. It draws considerable public interest to the top sport in the world. Arsenal are considered the underdogs, as Messi. Neymar and Suarez are widely considered the top attacking trio in the world. However, Arsenal, who also has quality talent, is presented with the opportunity to rise to the challenge and give Barcelona a tough match (don't be intimidated by their stature, as they are mortals too). Hope it all goes well and everyone has a great time on both sides playing, "The Beautiful Game."

Suarez forgets his passport ahead of Barcelona's Champions League clash with Arsenal

22 Feb 2016 20:09:00 - A club official from Barca was forced to race back to the Uruguayan's home but the striker was able to make Monday's flight without delay. It’s the nightmare everyone potentially faces at an airport but for Luis Suarez, forgetting your passport is not the end of the world. The Spanish champions made their way to Barcelona airport on Monday morning ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday evening.

But instead of leaving Suarez to browse the duty-free bargains, Barcelona sent a club official racing back to the Uruguayan’s home to fetch his passport. Unfortunately for Arsenal, Suarez, who has already scored 41 goals in 37 games this season, was able to make the flight with his team-mates and took part in training on Monday night.

Brazilian Judge Orders Neymar's Private Jet, Yacht And Sports Cars Seized In Tax Evasion Case

Neymar

Beloved Brazilian football ace, Neymar, is in trouble in his homeland. The 24-year-old Barcelona F.C. forward is at the center of a tax evasion case. A judge has ordered his private jet, yacht, luxury cars and other valuable items seized until the case is formally resolved. The value of the seized items equal $47 million dollars. According to the Financial Times newspaper, "Prosecutors allege the star used marketing and other shell companies to distribute his earnings in such a way that he paid less tax."

Neymar in action for Barcelona

The Judiciary Report has written and published to the site, a number of sports articles, some containing items regarding the importance of paying one's taxes. World governments want their tax money. Tax evasion is almost always discovered, then hefty fines and penalties are added. Neymar needs sound financial advice from experts who are held accountable by government regulatory agencies. Considering Neymar is in line for a massive new football contract that could break existing records, he is in dire need of proper financial advice to prevent future problems. Neymar's teammate, Lionel Messi, is also facing a tax evasion case. However, Messi's case is transpiring in Spain.

Neymar

Side Bar: Neymar and Barcelona F.C. are scheduled to play my beloved Arsenal F.C. this month in London, England. As stated on Twitter, I have devised a plan to have the visas of Neymar and their other top footballers, such as Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Andres Iniesta, denied by British immigration. So, who do I have to bribe in British Passport Control with a Nandos to make this happen (LOL).

Held in Heathrow airport until after the Arsenal match. That's right Neymar, go do some skills on the plane on your way back to Spain. Kick the ball over the pilot's head. Messi can nutmeg the flight attendant and not Arsenal (I'm kidding). Seriously, Barcelona is a great team...and so is Arsenal. Regardless of what sport you play, you can't let rivals intimidate you with their stature. Play with confidence and the desire to win.

Judge orders Neymar assets seized in tax case

February 16, 2016 7:12 pm - A Brazilian judge has ordered the seizure of a private jet, a luxury yacht and other goods worth a total of R$192.8m (US$47.3m) from Neymar, the country’s biggest football star. The case against Neymar da Silva Santos Junior, who is accused of using shell companies to avoid taxes, mostly relates to his career at the Brazilian team Santos between 2011 and 2013. He is also at the centre of a separate case in Spain over alleged irregularities in his transfer from Santos to Barcelona, the reigning European champions.

“There were omissions of revenue received from sources inside and outside the national territory,” said the court ruling from a federal judge in Santos. The case against Neymar, who like most Brazilian footballers is generally known by his first name, comes as the country’s elites face increasing scrutiny from regulatory authorities...Prosecutors allege the star used marketing and other shell companies to distribute his earnings in such a way that he paid less tax...

Is One Race Superior To Others

I do not believe God created any one race smarter or stronger than another. I am of the belief God created us all as equals. We are what we become through faith and our efforts. I have been privileged to witness amazing and inspiring feats in the areas of science, medicine, education, the arts and sports, from people of many races and nationalities. I have met brilliant people from many nations, who are of different races.

The one common denominator I've found in people who have accomplished truly amazing things is not their race or nationality, but the hard work they put into what they do and not giving up when setbacks or failures occur. That is the true mark of greatness - faith and perseverance in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.

Anthony Crolla Becomes WBA World Lightweight Boxing Champion After Life Changing Injury Nearly Ended His Career

Anthony Crolla

Anthony "Million Dolla" Crolla has overcome adversity to become the new WBA World Lightweight Champion in his boxing bout against Darleys Perez. A year ago, Crolla's boxing career was seriously sidelined after he attempted to stop burglars from robbing his neighbor's home. Crolla was hit over the head with a concrete slab and sustained a broken ankle during the dust up.

Doctors were concerned whether Crolla would fight again, as a fractured skull is a serious traumatic brain injury with significant neurological side effects. However, with hard work he recovered from his injuries and thankfully his brain has responded well to treatment (though some neurological risks still remain, due to what had transpired with the fractured skull). In July 2015, Crolla fought Perez in their first outing which resulted in a draw. Crolla was crushed. However, the rematch this past Saturday in Manchester, England resulted in a decisive win for Crolla, whose face said it all in the ring. He was ecstatic at winning after his ordeal.

I give Crolla credit. If someone was breaking into my neighbor's house, I'd phone the police...from the safety of under my bed and whisper so low during the call that only owls could truly hear what I was saying and emergency dispatch would have to put it on speakerphone to hear it. When my neighbor got home I'd be like, "I tried to stop them, but they took all your stuff" (LOL).

Floyd Mayweather Made A Record Breaking $800 Million During His Boxing Career

Floyd Mayweather

Recently retired boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has earned over $800,000,000 during his career (pre-tax, of course). Those are remarkable numbers, especially for a man who came from poverty. 19-years of boxing and winning everything in the sport led to Mayweather amassing a fortune. In a recent press conference, Mayweather, who is undefeated with a record of 49-0, discussed his career and hopes for the future.

Mayweather stated, "My 49-0 record is a part of boxing. Records are made to be broken. Hopefully someday we can find the next Floyd Mayweather. Now it's time to spend time with my family and children; make sure they get the proper education." Indeed, the Judiciary Report previously wrote that Mayweather needs to establish trust funds for his children and require they get jobs in their mid-teens to learn and understand the value of money and hard work.

Mayweather Promotions is the pugilist's boxing promotions company. The company has signed a number of boxers they believe will do well in the sport. Mayweather, is one of a few in the sport that understands the secrets if boxing (and there is a science to the sweet science, as it is called). It remains to be seen if he will share those secrets with the next generation of stars.

'Money' earned over $800 million

13 September 2015, 10:10 - Floyd Mayweather says he made at least $70 million from his fight against Andre Berto at the weekend. And in remaining undefeated in 49 fights over 19 years he earned “upwards of $800 million from the sport”. Now, having won his last fight, he wants to spend time with his family and train young boxers, Mayweather said after beating Berto on points over twelve rounds in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

The American, who retained his WBA and WBC welterweight titles, confirmed he was retiring, even though some fans and critics still believe he will try to take his professional record to 50-0. "I've had a great career. Very comfortable, made great investments. I am A OK," he said at a press conference where he talked at length about his career and plans for the future.

"I think you all need to go the Floyd Mayweather way. I know no one who made upwards of $800 million from the sport." Mayweather, widely regarded as the best boxer of his generation, was adamant it was time to let someone else grab the limelight...

Floyd Mayweather Wins Fight Against Andre Berto And Says It Was His Last Bout

Floyd Mayweather and Andre Berto

As should have been expected, the world's richest boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has won his fight against challenger, Andre Berto. Mayweather cruised to a clear win in a bout that went the full 12-rounds in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mayweather scored a victory of 120-108, 118-110, 117-111. The undefeated champ's record stands at 49-0.

After 19-years as a professional boxer, Mayweather has stated the Berto bout was his last fight. Mayweather is retiring from the sport that has given him so much. It's too bad, as he is still in great shape. One more win and he could have surpassed the record held by heavyweight boxer, Rocky Marciano, rather than equaling it.

Andre Berto and Floyd Mayweather

Mayweather was evasive the whole fight, exhibiting the great defense that is his trademark. Berto, who had two swollen eyes after the fight stated, "I pushed him to the limit, but he was just better." Still, don't feel sorry for Berto, who earned $4,000,000 from the fight and has bragging rights to state he fought the world champion. For $4,000,000 I would fight Mayweather (I'm kidding).

Mayweather's top rival Manny Pacquiao posted a photo of himself at home bored during the fight, humorously trolling him (LOL)

The Mayweather v. Berto fight was not as lucrative as the Mayweather v. Pacquiao bout in May that shattered all pay-per-view records and sold many tickets at unprecedented sums. However, Mayweather will earn at least $28,000,000 from the Berto fight and there are other tie-ins that are revenue streams as well.

Twitter Blames Drake For Serena Williams Losing The U.S. Open But Is It His Fault

Serena Williams

People on the social networking website Twitter have launched a hashtag titled #BlameDrake, regarding the rapper Drake and his girlfriend, the top female tennis player in the world, Serena Williams, losing the U.S. Open in the semi-finals to Roberta Vinci, who went on to win the tournament. Williams was attempting to become the first woman since Steffi Graff to win all the Grand Slam tournaments in one calendar year. Williams was so close, just a couple matches away from said feat. However, it was derailed in her match against Vinci, who won 2-6, 6-4, 6-4.

As a joke, Twitter users blamed Drake for Williams' defeat, labeling him everything from a jinx to a bad luck charm. Some clearly view him as a distraction. However, to be fair, there were no reports of Williams and Drake partying or getting drunk. The two were spotted together once having dinner a few weeks ago. Since that time Drake  has been in her box at matches.

Drake (top right)

There are other distractions certain types of relationships can create to sports stars, when one dates someone who is promiscuous, a gold digger or has lecherous friends. But by all accounts, Drake has been trying to clean up his act regarding women and spending his time with Williams instead. Days prior to her loss on the court, Williams had a tough match against her sister, fellow champion, Venus Williams and was clearly still mentally and physically exhausted from the game.

Drake was visibly saddened by Williams' defeat. The two left the venue immediately after her post match interviews. That's how it goes in sports. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. However, as emotionally painful as it can be, it's not the end of the world.

Serena Williams just endured the biggest upset of her career — and everyone's blaming Drake

Tennis Pro Serena Williams lost the most heartbreaking match of her career Friday. Williams is the No. 1 player in the world, had won the last four Grand Slam tournaments, and was an enormous favorite against her opponent, Italian Roberta Vinci, ranked No. 43. After crushing Vinci in the first set 6-2, Williams went on to lose the next two sets 6-4, 6-4...

But the world isn't blaming Williams or Vinci for the loss. It's blaming Williams' love interest, hip-hop mogul Drake — basically insinuating that the rapper/singer is Williams' bad-luck charm...
Following the loss, people on Twitter were ruthless:

The 2015 IAAF Championship Games In Beijing Was Fantastic (Video)

The World Athletics Championships in Beijing, China has come to a close, in what was a thrilling and thoroughly entertaining sports event. Kenya topped the medal table, followed by Jamaica in second, the United States in third and Great Britain in fourth. It’s great when the world gets together in the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood, to celebrate each other and have a good time.

Could Kenya’s Ezekiel Kemboi (top) out dance Jamaica’s Usain Bolt (above) as both men are known for celebratory dancing after victorious races (LOL)

The star of the championship was sprinter Usain Bolt, who successfully defended his titles and scored three gold medals to add to his impressive collection. The Kenyan team also turned in some masterful performances. It’s amazing to watch Kenyans run long distances and not break a sweat or even breath hard. If it were me I’d be like “Somebody call an ambulance!”
