Prince Died Of Accidental Fentanyl Pharmaceutical Drug Overdose

Prince

The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office issued a one page report stating the late singer, Prince, died of an accidental Fentanyl pharmaceutical drug overdose. The report did not state underlying medical conditions, which would constitute privacy violations. However, the medical examiner's report does concur with what the Judiciary Report has maintained for weeks, Prince's death was an accident on his part (Vault Of 2,000 Unreleased Prince Songs Opened But Need To Be Protected From Thieves). He was not trying to kill himself. He, like a number of dancers his age, had serious pain issues from hip and knee problems that required replacement surgery. For nearly 40-years, Prince's energetic stage shows and music videos included leaps, jumps, splits, bends and turns, which takes a toll on the body over time. There were many shows that Prince danced just as much as fellow music legend, James Brown.

Sometimes when people are in awful pain, they take more medicine in an attempt to gain physical comfort to do daily activities in the day or get restful sleep at night, but exceed the recommended dosage. As bad as the pain is, you have to follow the doctor's dosage instructions in accordance with pharmaceutical drug manufacturer guidelines. If your pain becomes that severe, go back to the doctor, who can give you a referral to see a pain management specialist to find a more suitable medical regiment that will not imperil your life and health.

Just two months ago the Judiciary Report covered the story of stripper-turned-judge, Diane Hampton, who also had a Fentanyl overdose. She was a university educated woman with a law degree, yet she overdosed on Fentanyl, due to the severe pain that accompanies sepsis, which is blood poisoning (Stripper Turned Judge Died Of Pharmaceutical Drug Overdose and Stripper Turned Judge Found Dead In Nevada).

When people get sick. The pain can get pretty intense. Most don't think they can die from a pharmaceutical drug overdose, but it has happened to many people. It's not that the pharmaceutical drugs are bad, as many have provided great relief and regulated maladies within the body. However, some pharmaceutical drugs are more powerful than others and can cause liver damage, respiratory failure and stop the heart, if taken to excess in violation of doctor's orders and that of the drug manufacturer. Most drug makers have done extensive studies and clinical trials regarding their products. They know the side effects of each drug and the dosage the body can safely tolerate. Be careful and follow your doctor's instructions. I wish you all good health.

Stripper Turned Judge Died Of Pharmaceutical Drug Overdose

Diana Hampton

This is a follow up to the March 22, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Stripper Turned Judge Found Dead In Nevada." Former stripper turned municipal court judge, Diana Hampton, died this past March under unexplained circumstances. The jurist was found dead in her Henderson, Nevada townhouse.

The 50-year-old mother of two was a stripper in university to pay for admission to law school. She became a lawyer, city attorney, then a prominent local judge in Nevada. She was an intelligent woman. However, like many who are struggling with pain, Hampton exceeded the recommended dosage of the opioid painkiller Fentanyl, which created a serious reaction that led to her death.

Hampton had developed an infection in her arm and was suffering from sepsis, which is painful and can become excruciating. I stayed with my friend's mom in the hospital when she had sepsis and had to undergo dialysis as well and she was in a significant amount of pain. I asked the doctor to give her a painkiller and he obliged. The nurse then monitored her condition and at correct intervals gave her painkillers during her stay in the hospital. However, for someone like Hampton, who was in pain at home, it is not difficult to overdose when sepsis is present. People have to follow recommended medication guidelines carefully to prevent overdose.

Henderson Judge's Death Ruled Accidental

April 25, 2016 - 9:22amUpdated April 27, 2016 - 12:15pm - The March death of Henderson Municipal Judge Diana Hampton was caused by an infection in her lower right arm, but the Clark County coroner’s office said Monday that a toxic level of a synthetic opioid pain reliever was a contributing factor. Her death was ruled accidental.

Officially, Hampton died from “sepsis due to necrotizing cellulitis of the lower right arm,” according to a statement from Clark County spokesman Dan Kulin. Clark County Coroner Jon Fudenburg said his office was unable to determine the cause of the infection. But the coroner’s office found two additional factors that contributed to the judge’s death: granulomatous lung disease and toxic levels of the drug fentanyl in her system.

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid used as a pain reliever. The drug is considered 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Granulomatous lung disease is inflammation of the lungs, often caused by an infection or the injection of a foreign substance. Deaths caused by infection are typically ruled natural, Fudenburg said. “What made this an accident was the fentanyl intoxication,” he said. “Absent the fentanyl, it would have been ruled natural.”...

Court Appoints Administrator For Prince’s Estate While Police Seek DEA Help In His Death

Prince

Tyka Nelson, the sister of the late music legend Prince, who died last week, informed the court the late singer has no will for his vast estate. As such, the court appointed an administrator and established a trust today, which the Judiciary Report suggested yesterday (Reports Indicate Singer Prince Left No Will). Nelson states she and Prince’s half siblings should share the estate. They need to be careful, as Prince’s former label Warner Bros, is not to be trusted and will try to take what they are not entitled to in any measure.

Local police in Minnesota are also requesting the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as prescription painkillers were found in Prince’s home, Paisley Park, where he died. Sites such as TMZ are speculating Prince died from a prescription pill overdose. I don’t think Prince meant to overdose. Sometimes when people are sick or in pain from injury, they take more and more painkillers or flu medicine in trying to feel better and end up accidentally overdosing (leading to heart attack, respiratory failure or deadly seizure).

A friend of my family died a few years ago from a heart attack. He was a famous producer with two recording studios, a label, homes, a store and a copyrighted catalog of works. My dad, a musicologist and radio personality, used to tell him to get a will, as he knew so many people in the music industry that passed away from old age, disease, accidents ect. The producer died without a will. It led to a fierce legal battle in two countries, mainly in Britain, as his heirs retained attorneys regarding his assets. So much money has gone to legal fees. It’s a very difficult process when there is no will.

Many label owners, producers and songwriters do not have wills. It’s a bad habit in our trade. Many label owners, producers and songwriters keep much of their business dealings and practices in their heads. If one dies, it can create protracted legal battles in trying to sort out matters concerning their estate. I would advise company owners, production talent, entertainers and athletes to maintain a proper will. Yes, it is morbid and a pain in the backside, but necessary to protect the ones you love after you are gone and will save your heirs additional legal fees and court related distress.

Prince's Death: Local Investigators Ask for DEA's Help on Case

The county sheriff investigating the death of Prince is asking for help from the Drug Enforcement Administration, federal law enforcement officials told NBC News on Wednesday. The officials say prescription painkillers were found in his possession when he died and in his house near Minnesota, though officials have yet to say what role, if any, those medications may have played in his death.

An autopsy was conducted last week, but the medical examiner said it would take weeks before the cause of death would be disclosed. The DEA's role, officials say, will be to determine such things as where the medications came from, and what prescriptions Prince had obtained. DEA agents often check those records in death investigations. Some of his friends have said he took the painkiller Percocet to relieve pain in his hips — the result of years of jumping during performances...

Court appoints Prince estate administrator, sets first hearing date

Maria Puente, USA TODAY 3:10 p.m. EDT April 27, 2016 - The legal machinery assigned to figure out what to do about the late Prince's estate started up Wednesday: A judge assigned a special administrator to the case and set a first probate hearing date for next week. Acting on a petition from Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, Judge Kevin Eide, a district court judge in Carver County, Minn., signed orders appointing Prince's longtime bank, Bremer Trust, National Association, as a special administrator to secure and preserve the estate until a "personal representative," or executor, is appointed by the court.

Newly Crowned WBA Heavyweight World Champion Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne Tests Positive For Steroids And Faces Losing His Title

Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne

Boxer Lucas 'Big Daddy" Browne recently won the WBA regular heavyweight title in a victory over, Ruslan Chagaev, which took place in Chechnya. Yesterday, ESPN boxing analyst, Dan Rafael, broke the story that Browne has tested positive for the banned drug, Clenbuterol. Browne's "A sample" revealed traces of the drug in his urine. Browne must now pay a fee to the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) to test his "B sample" to determine if the original test result is a fluke.

Lucas 'Big Daddy' Browne and Ruslan Chagaev

The composition of the drug Clenbuterol indicates it boosts the metabolism, sharpens acuity and reflexes. This is likely the reason it has been banned, as it would create an unfair and undue advantage in sports. The primary purpose of Clenbuterol is to treat asthma. It opens constricted airways, allowing the patient to breathe more freely. However, it has "off label" uses it has not been approved for, such as weight loss, used by bodybuilders during "cutting cycles" to obtain greater muscle tone and definition. Clenbuterol speeds up the body's metabolism in aiding the system to burn fat at a more rapid rate. However, in speeding up one's metabolism, it is improving reflexes, reaction time and heightens awareness.

Some consider Clenbuterol a steroid, others do not. However, for years it has caused athletes to fail drug tests due to being banned. Over two dozen athletes have received sports bans prohibiting participation over the detected use of Clenbuterol. However, some athletes did test positive for Clenbuterol by consuming meat that unbeknownst to them contained the drug, as stated previously in the column on May 29, 2014 (Steroids Shortens Your Penis And Life).

Browne has expressed dismay at the test result. In a tweet on Twitter, Browne stated, "I don't understand today's news, and I'm seeking legal advice." Rafael is reporting Brown will be stripped of his title, which is sad. Browne is the first Australian heavyweight champion of the world, which complicates the situation more, as it has been a source of national pride. Whatever happens, Browne needs to not beat himself up too much over this. Life goes on and he must too.

Australian boxing champion Lucas Browne tests positive for clenbuterol

March 22, 201610:04am - AUSTRALIA’S first heavyweight boxing champion Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne has sensationally tested positive to banned substance clenbuterol. A drugs test conducted by the Las Vegas-based agency Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) before his WBA regular heavyweight world champion title fight victory over Russian Ruslan Chagaev in Chechnya two weeks ago returned a positive result.

ESPN has reported Browne tested positive to clenbuterol in his “A sample” and no testing has been done of his “B sample” because of the testing agency demanding the Sydney-based fighter pay for the second round of testing. Browne’s breakthrough win over Chagaev marked him as an Australian champion, but his bright future and promise of potential mega-fights against the likes of David Haye, Tyson Fury and Fres Oquendo is now clouded.

ESPN boxing analyst Dan Rafael reported the 36-year-old is expected to be stripped of his title. VADA president Dr. Margaret Goodman wrote a letter to the organisers of the Browne-Chagaev fight, informing them of Browne’s positive test. Unclear future. “This letter is to advise you that the ‘A’ sample urine specimen number 2998060 collected from Lucas Browne ... has been analysed for anabolic agents, diuretics, beta-2 agonists and stimulants,” Goodman wrote. “The results of the analysis are as follows: Adverse. Urine specimen contains Clenbuterol. “Mr. Browne has the right to promptly request analysis of the ‘B sample’ at his expense.”...

Man Contracts HIV While On PrEP Drug Truvada Confirming Site's Previous Claims

This is a follow up to the November 18, 2015 Judiciary Report article "Charlie Sheen's Porn Star Ex-Girlfriends State He Did Not Tell Them He Is HIV" and "Charlie Sheen And His Doctor Painted A Misleading Picture On TV About HIV And AIDS Which Can Create More Infections" and the November 19, 2015 article "Charlie Sheen's Nurse Had Unprotected Sex With Him For Months" where the site explicitly warned against trusting the PrEP antiviral HIV pharmaceutical drug Truvada, as a 100% guaranteed method of preventing the spread of HIV.

4-months later it has been announced (yesterday) that a 43-year-old gay man has become the first person to contract HIV while on Truvada. Many men in the gay community have been actively using Truvada and engaging in very promiscuous sexual behavior, believing the pharmaceutical drug would completely protect them from contracting HIV. Heterosexuals have also been using Truvada and engaging in promiscuity, believing they were completely protected as well.

While the drug has proven useful, it is not an impenetrable shield between the public and HIV. Truvada was not meant to be used as a facilitator of reckless sexual behavior. Gilead, the manufacturer of the drug, does repeatedly warn it is not a failsafe method of HIV prevention. Therefore, they can't be sued in said transmission case, as the disclosure statements provided to a number of drug regulation agencies and drug database websites, as well as what is stated on the Truvada website, clearly makes consumers aware of the dangers ("safer sex").

People cannot afford to take their sexual health lightly. What I strongly dislike is the amount of celebrities out there posting items on social networking containing the most promiscuous behavior, bragging to their impressionable audiences about debauchery. They are helping by example, to spread HIV and AIDS via this irresponsible conduct.

I was reading an article on a website, only to see a side link to another article about 34-year-old promiscuous poker player, Dan Bilzerian, posting a picture of an orgy he threw. The picture was disgraceful and encouraging the nearly 16 million people following him on Instagram, to seek out reckless, meaningless sexual conduct that will put them at risk of contracting HIV. Bilzerian and those in his sexual circle are headed for disaster with what they are doing.

A Man Has Contracted HIV While on PrEP. What This Means—and Doesn’t—for the Future of HIV Prevention

PrEP Is Not Magic—and Treating It That Way Undermines Its Incredible Power. It’s been a confusing week with regard to PrEP—an HIV-prevention strategy which currently consists of taking a daily pill (Truvada) to prevent infection if one is exposed to the virus. At a major conference for HIV research—the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections—the CDC revealed that, if deployed widely alongside pushes for more HIV testing and treatment, PrEP has the potential to help reduce new infections in the U.S. by 70 percent, preventing an estimated 185,000 new cases by 2020. Specifically, suppressing the virus to “undetectable”—and therefore essentially nontransmissible—levels in HIV-positive people could prevent 168,000 infections, while an expansion of access to PrEP to negative individuals could forestall 17,000 new cases.
Those numbers add to the promise of PrEP, which has been shown to be 99 percent effective at preventing HIV transmission if taken daily as directed. But of course, that statistic leaves a 1 percent chance of infection open—and, unfortunately, an instance of that 1 percent also showed up at the conference.

David C. Knox, a physican and researcher from Toronto, presented a case study of a patient who, according to the doctor, represents “the first reported case of breakthrough HIV infection with evidence of long-term adherence to PrEP.” The patient, a 43-year-old man, had been on PrEP for about two years (testing negative for HIV seven times as part of the regular checkups required for the regimen) when he seroconverted. Importantly, pharmacy records and further medical investigations confirmed his claim that he had been taking the medication as prescribed. (Cases of infection in PrEP patients who had not kept up with the daily pill have been reported; this is the first time an apparently compliant individual has seroconverted.) The patient reported multiple instances of anal sex without condoms in the period before testing positive. While PrEP’s protection rates are actually higher than those for condoms, it is currently recommended that individuals on the program continue to use them, as condoms help protect against other STIs and enhance coverage for HIV.

To the scientific community, this is an intriguing—though rare—case of HIV multi-drug resistance. The patient’s particular viral pool showed varying levels of resistance to a host of drugs, including those that make up Truvada—though he is now on a customized regimen rendering him undetectable. In the presentation (which is streamable online), Knox suggested that the patient was likely infected by an HIV-positive partner whose own treatment on the drug cocktail Stribild was “failing,” or losing efficacy, as sometimes happens for various reasons over the long term.

It’s important to note that the resistance of this particular instance of the virus is extremely uncommon. Speaking to Betablog, Dr. Robert Grant, a noted HIV/AIDS researcher, provided some helpful context...

Did Michael Jackson's Drug Use Help To Destroy His Nose

Michael Jackson

In the charging indictment against Conrad Murray, the doctor of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, the physician was accused and convicted of supplying  powerful narcotics to a drug addict. The reference regarding drug addict meant Jackson. For years Jackson was improperly described large quantities of controlled narcotics, well exceeding the manufacturers recommendations. Hillbilly heroin was also found in Jackson's bathroom when he died.

Jackson famously had a number of rhinoplasty procedures (nose jobs) to reduce the size of his nose. However, after a while his nose rapidly fell apart to the point he had to wear masks or when his face was uncovered, band aid strips across the bridge of his nose, to conceal the damage. It is a well known fact some drug addicts snort drugs like cocaine. However, some drug addicts also  crush powerful pharmaceutical drugs, such as the ones Jackson was prescribed and snort them as well. Is this what happened to Jackson's nose.

I've never seen rhinoplasty go so wrong, as it did with Jackson. However, I have seen cases of celebrities who've snorted drugs repeatedly over the years and it resulting in them losing a part of their nose. Could the effects of excessive plastic surgery and drug use have destroyed Jackson's nose.

Britney Spears Having A Rough Time Again

Britney Spears (2012)

I received word that there is trouble in Britney Spears' camp. The 35-year-old singer, who was famously placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold in Los Angeles on two separate occasions in 2008, suffering from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, is getting agitated with the state of her life and career. Spears has been married and divorced twice and experienced failed engagements.

Spears most recent albums have flopped on the charts, leaving her owing her record label Sony money for expensive songs, music videos and marketing that did not pan out in the sales department. As her concert sales began to decline as well, Spears took up a residency in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Spears is obsessing over her career and changing looks, as she is showing the signs of aging. Spears has aged fast as the stress of the wild life she was living in her twenties, which entailed illegal narcotics, alcoholism and wild partying took its toll. The combination of 10 pharmaceutical drugs to keep her severe mental illness under control also aided in aging the star's appearance.

Spears has turned to plastic surgery to help her with her body. However, she did not want excessive procedures done to her face, which is showing the signs of aging more than others her age for the aforementioned reasons. In the pop music world, this is a dilemma, as through marketing practices, labels have trained consumers to believe only youth is buyable. This is traditionally how pop music has worked, unlike R&B and rock, where artists' ages do not take precedence over the quality of the music.

Chris Brown Almost Went To Jail Again In Latest Fight (Video)

Another Violent Dust Up!

In the March 23, 2015 article "Chris Brown's Probation In The Rihanna Domestic Violence Case Ends But His Legal Woes Are Not Over" the Judiciary Report stated, "Brown is also in danger of being caught up in another criminal case, due to affiliates and the fact violence keeps following him in well documented incidents."

Chris Brown looking worse for wear again

In the April 30, 2015 article "Chris Brown's Bipolar Medicine Is A Dangerous Mix With His Other Habits" the Judiciary Report expressed concern over Brown doing drugs and drinking alcohol whilst taking medication for bipolar disorder. Fast-forward one week and Brown got into another fight this past weekend. Brown punched a man in Las Vegas, Nevada on a basketball court. The unnamed man went to police. The police issued Brown a misdemeanor battery citation. However, Brown got the man to recant his $tory and now the case is closed.

Chris Brown in concert

As stated in the column previously, Brown's medications are not going to work correctly with marijuana and alcohol present in his system. The alcohol is creating agitation. It's not safe taking drugs and alcohol with pharmaceutical meds. It will have adverse reactions and some properties in the illegal narcotics and alcohol will cancel out or agitate properties of medical compounds.

Bobbi Kristina Brown On Life Support Due To Overdose Confirming Previous Site Statements From 2012

Bobbi Kristina Brown

21-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singing legend, Whitney Houston, was found unresponsive, face down in her bathtub, by her estranged husband, Nick Gordon. This was the same manner in which her mother was found 3-years ago, when she passed away from a drug use and drowning. Brown's husband tried to revive her via CPR, after finding her unconscious in the bathtub.

Gordon's friend, Max Lomas, a known drug dealer was present and called paramedics to the Alpharetta home she once shared with her mother. Lomas was arrested on January 14, 2105 for drugging his girlfriend to prevent her from leaving him. Police also found a saleable amount of narcotic drugs, drug paraphernalia, illegal prescription meds and an unlicensed gun. Basically, Lomax is one of Bobbi and Nick's drug dealers.

Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon

Emergency responders were able to successfully resuscitate Brown, as a paramedic reported to emergency services that he heard gurgling noises. Brown was transported to North Fulton Hospital in Atlanta and placed on a ventilator and in a medically induced coma, to relieve brain edema (swelling). Brain swelling can lead to death and in emergency cases fluid is drained from the brain to alleviate intracranial pressure.

Hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) wreaks havoc on the body. After 10 minutes of submersion in water, the patient does not recover. It takes less than half that time for irreversible brain damage to occur.

Submerging a person in water without oxygen is the equivalent of the process of erasing a computer hard drive - the longer it continues, the more data (brain function) is lost. Authorities did not divulge how long Brown was oxygen deprived in the bathtub, but the mere fact she was unresponsive and Gordon was unable to revive her indicates she was oxygen deprived for several minutes. The drugs caused her to black out, water enter her lungs and the lack of oxygen damage her internal organs.

Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina

Brown, much like her mother, Houston, who died on February 11, 2012, had a habit of taking prescription drugs (muscle relaxers and mood stabilizers) and illegal narcotics in hot baths, as a form of relaxation, which is very dangerous. One can easily lose consciousness under those circumstances and drown. Brown has done this before as well, but did not black out. It is a recipe for disaster.

Being submerged in warm or hot water, as opposed to cold, in a manner that impedes breathing, decreases the chances of survival and a full recovery. Cold tends to preserve the organs and bodily functions a short while longer than hot water, which accelerates deterioration. Taking prescription or illegal drugs in quick proximity to having a bath can make one so relaxed, one drowns.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown

A year and a half before Houston died, the Judiciary Report stated she would overdose if she did not get help (see: Whitney Houston On The Brink and Whitney Houston Is The Latest Hollywood Star To Die Under Tragic Circumstances).

Beginning in 2012, the Judiciary Report repeatedly published articles warning that Bobbi Kristina would overdose as well if she did not get help. In looking through the site's archive to write this article, I am reminded that I wrote that warning so many times in so many articles, but no one got her any help and now she's "fighting for her life" with little brain activity (see all the past Judiciary Report articles from 2012 warning Bobbi would overdose in the "PREVIOUS ARTICLES" section below). Some outlets are reporting she is brain dead and the family has been advised on funeral arrangements. This all could have been prevented. Sadly, history has repeated itself.

Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown shortly before the singer's death

Brown was in a significant amount of emotional pain. Her mother was her whole world and in many ways her identity. She was severely depressed over her mother's death and upset at martial problems she began experiencing regarding Gordon's highly unreasonable behavior. Prior to Brown marrying Gordon, the Judiciary Report twice stated she should have a relationship with him (see: Would Whitney Houston Have Wanted Her Daughter To Date Her Adopted Son and Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Is Said To Be Engaged To Adopted Brother Against Grandmother's Wishes and Bobbi Kristina Brown Getting Engaged To Her Informally Adopted Brother Is Not The Best Way To Start Her Career and Cissy Houston Was Right To Challenge Her Daughter Whitney Houston's Will And Here's Why).

On March 19, 2012 the site also stated "If Nick Gordon Marries Bobbi Kristin Brown And Something Happens To Her Will He Get Everything" and that's exactly what has happened 3-years later, as Bobbi Kristina lays on life support. Ironically, on March 5, 2011 the Judiciary Report stated, "You are fighting for your life." 3-years later, Bobbi Kristina's family released a statement this past weekend stating she is, "Fighting for her life."

Gordon began cheating on Brown even before they were married in a pattern of behavior that did not abate. Gordon is a spendthrift, who is abusive and ungrateful. Houston took him into her home when he was age 12 and gave him a life of privilege. After Houston passed away, Brown kept him in that lifestyle as well. Only for him to cheat on and abuse her, while spending her money. Since the time they got married, Gordon has physically fought Brown's family, who filed a restraining order against him. He has brandished guns and crashed Brown's cars three times.

Last photo Bobbi Kristina Brown posted to social networking

Gordon is wild, unfaithful and violent. He has repeatedly made Brown cry, much like her father did regarding her mother. She married a man who is like her dad and it has brought her a significant amount of distress and emotional pain. There is also some jealousy, as Gordon was attempting to start a music career at the same time as Bobbi Kristina. A person going through severe depression due to bereavement, did not need the additional pain of an unfaithful, abusive partner. It is more incentive for an addict to sink further into illegal drug use.

Another item the Judiciary Report warned against was Brown trying to become her mother. Bobbi Kristina kept saying she is just like her mother, even when discussing negative things like drugs and embraced the habits that led to her mother's demise. At the end of the day this is not what her mother wanted for her.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's home

Bobbi Kristina needed her own identity, but was overwhelmed by her mother's name and legacy. As discussed in a previous article on the Judiciary Report, people gave Bobbi Kristina a hard time for not looking and singing like her mom. However, her dad was a good looking man in his hay day before drugs and alcohol started to impact his looks. He's not unattractive now, but drugs, alcohol and hard living with various groupies took their toll on him. Brown was also a good singer and an even better dancer when he was still performing. Bobbi Kristina had talent too. She was nice looking and could sing. She was a diamond in the rough.

That's one of the problems with drugs, if you don't get your life together, it can claim it, wiping out all your dreams. I implore anyone reading this who has a drug problem to go to rehab and seriously work on your sobriety. Many people who overdose don't expect it, as it just happens. Some people get a bad batch of drugs or things reach a point where their body says no more after chronic abuse. Others suffer tragic secondary events that led to death while inebriated.

Whitney Houston's Daughter Devastated At Coroner's Pronouncement Her Mom Died With Cocaine In Her System

March 24. 2012

19-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, was spotted in public with boyfriend brother, Nick Gordon, looking very sad and upset this past Thursday, when it was announced her mom, Whitney Houston, died of a cocaine overdose and cardiac episode last month. 48-year-old Houston was found submerged in the bathtub of her Beverly Hilton hotel suite.

Once again, Bobbi Kristina and her dad, Houston's ex-husband, Bobby Brown, who are both addicted to drugs and struggle with alcoholism, need to embrace sobriety and stick with it, as their very lives depend on it. You're not too young to die of an overdose...Both Browns need to view sobriety as a life or death situation and keep in mind that their next hit, could be their very last. It's not worth dying over, as they have much to live for.

Reports Indicate Whitney Houston's Daughter Disappeared After Her Funeral To Do Drugs

She Could Overdose If This Continues

February 20. 2012

On February 13, 2012, the Judiciary Report warned, "Bobbi Kristina Brown and her dad also struggle with hard drug and alcohol abuse and need to view Houston's death in part as a wake up call, lest they pass prematurely as well." Sadly, reports published yesterday indicate, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 18-year-old daughter of the late award winning singer, Whitney Houston, disappeared after her funeral on Saturday, February 18, 2012, for several hours, to do drugs. It is not surprising, as addicts often turn to drugs during crisis, in an effort to numb the pain, but this is dangerous, as it can lead to overdose. Prayer and intensive rehab are best.

Bobbi Kristina was very close to her mom and went everywhere with her. Therefore, it is understandable that this loss would hit her very hard. However, she must move forward with her life. Her mother loved her and would want her to overcome her addictions and make the most of her life. She would not want her to self-destruct. Bobbi Kristina also needs to think about her grandmother, Cissy Houston, who does not need to lose her as well. Drugs are a terrible thing…

Coroner Confirms Peaches Geldof Died Of Heroin Overdose

July 25. 2014

As stated on Twitter the day she died, socialite Peaches Geldof, died of a drug overdose at the age of 25. This week, a coroner’s report has confirmed this tragic fact. Geldof left behind a husband and two small children. She died much in the same way her late mother, Paula Yates did, from a heroin overdose…

For instance, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, received $10,000 per month in allowance since age 12. Today she is hooked on drugs and in serious danger of dying early from an overdose if she does not get help.

Whitney Houston's Ex-Husband Bobby Brown Arrested For Driving Under The Influence In California

March 26. 2012

Since legendary vocalist Whitney Houston died of a drug overdose last month, the Judiciary Report has issued pleas to her daughter, 18-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown and her ex-husband, Bobbi Brown, to get sober in rehab to kick their addiction to drugs and alcohol. Even as recently as this past Saturday, March 24, 2012, the Judiciary Report published another article in this regard (Whitney Houston's Daughter Devastated At Coroner's Pronouncement Her Mom Died With Cocaine In Her System).

Today it was announced, Bobby Brown has been arrested for Driving Under The Influence and detained in California for this offence. If they continue along this path they are going to die early. They are tempting death with these addictions in decisions they will regret.

Bobbi Kristina Brown Feuding With Her Grandmother Cissy Houston In Acts Whitney Houston Would Not Approve Of

October 17. 2012

According to Radar Online, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, is feuding with her grandmother, Cissy Houston, over "adopted brother" and boyfriend, Nick Gordon. While I am sorry for their loss, I can't help but think Whitney Houston would not want her family fighting like this, nor would she approve of her daughter's downward spiral.

I have it on very good authority that 19-year-old Bobbi Kristina is a full fledged drug addict and alcoholic. She has publicly stated she is just like her mother and it is obvious she is embracing Houston's vices as well, when her mom would want better for her. At the rate Bobbi Kristina is going, they are going to end up burying her prematurely over wild living that is not worth her life.

She and her dad, R&B singer, Bobby Brown are in danger of death. They need not take it lightly. A year and a half before it happened, I was the first to state Whitney would overdose and die, due to what she was doing to herself via addiction, in a serious habit that God knows could not be sustained without disastrous results (i.e. death).

Bobbi Kristina needs intensive rehab, new friends that are sober and living right and to embrace the understanding that tomorrow is not promised. What good will your dreams of becoming a singer and actress be, if you die because of your addictions. I'm sure your dad and grandmother do not want to attend your funeral, nor would your mom want you to die young.

People die at different ages. Just because you are young, doesn't mean you will live to be old. You can't take that for granted or believe long life to be a given or entitlement. Sometimes accidents happen and people die young, but don't encourage death with bad choices such as addiction. This is a wake up call. Don't ignore it like your mom did, as death doesn't differentiate. It comes for us all - some earlier than others due to drug and alcohol addiction.

Bobbi Kristina Brown Must Have A Death Wish Meeting In Three Accidents In The Past Few Months

November 29. 2012

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly reiterated its concern Brown is going to die young due to decisions she is making. If she does get clean and sober via rehab, she is moving closer to a sad and early end that her mom would not want for her.

Whitney Houston's Daughter Betrayed By Ex-Boyfriend That Sold Cocaine Photos

March 5. 2011

Two days ago, photos were disseminated online of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's 18-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, snorting lines of cocaine through a straw. Initially, some bloggers were given incentives by PR representatives, to deny it was even Brown in the photos, but the Judiciary Report knew better and stated it as fact.

One day later, Houston's daughter admitted she is the young woman featured in the photo snorting cocaine, but claims it was a set up and not what it looks like. Sadly, it is what it looks like. The photos were sold to the National Enquirer by Brown's ex-boyfriend, Zach Jafarzadeh. It was an unkind thing to do.

Regarding, Brown's explanation, there's no sense in lying about it. The best thing to do is get into a reputable rehab facility. Some people knock it, but it has worked for many. Even if you fall of the proverbial wagon, get sober again. Fight for your sobriety, as you are fighting for your life. It's better than abusing drugs and alcohol all the time.

Another item of concern is Houston snorted more than one line of cocaine in some of the photos, which is particularly troubling, as that level of drug use makes her a candidate for an overdose. She's got to rein in that problem. She's too young, with too much to live for, to play with her life via abusing drugs and alcohol. If an intervention is not staged, this is not going to end well.

Is Justin Bieber's Anger Due To The Combined Effects Of Xanax And Alcohol

Blogs are alleging an underage Justin Bieber was drinking alcohol from a water bottle in an Atlanta night club two days ago

19-year-old singer Justin Bieber has gotten into confrontations with a number of people in several incidents that made the news. Some of these incidents resulted in public complaints regarding the outbursts police recorded as acts of violence against the pop star.

Bieber is on the anti-anxiety medication Xanax and he also drinks alcohol, something you are not advised to do while on pharmaceutical meds. Though Xanax is an anti-anxiety medication, it can create depression and agitation in some. Adding alcohol to the mix will only serve to interfere with the drug's effectiveness as well as create new negative side effects.

Celebrities in Hollywood have a well-documented habit of abusing Xanax, as it can create a temporary high when taken in excess or in tandem with other inebriants. However, it places them in danger of overdose. It should be stated, Xanax has helped some people, but only when used correctly.

Justin Bieber Arrested For Drag Racing Drunk And High On Millionaire's Row In Miami Beach And Resisting Arrest (Video)

Bieber High On Drugs And Drunk On Alcohol

Justin Bieber's mug shot dated January 23, 2014

19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber was arrested early this morning on Miami Beach, Florida for drag racing, driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid driver's license and resisting arrest. Bieber and his pal, rapper Khalil, were apprehended after members of the teen singer's entourage brazenly closed off a segment of Pinetree Drive on the expensive Miami Beach strip of homes known as Millionaire's Row.

Bieber and company may as well have been drag racing right in front of the police station, as Pinetree is a heavily patrolled area, due to some mansions on the street being valued at $10,000,000, making the picturesque properties the interest of unscrupulous burglars.

Ironically, hours before Bieber's arrest, I commented on Twitter that his eyes looked sad and "bleary" in a local newscast showing him going around Miami Beach and posing with fans. You could see he was as high as a kite, agitated and disturbed.

It appears Bieber was attempting to recreate items from the "Fast And Furious" film that was filmed in Miami, Florida a decade ago. However, that was a closed film set with professional drivers. Not to mention, Miami is not Los Angeles, were cops routinely give him a slap on the wrist and then let him go without arrest.

Bieber tried to flee the scene but a police officer caught up with the troubled star and pulled his rented Lamborghini over. Bieber was belligerent, repeatedly using profanity when addressing the police officer. Bieber also refused to keep his hands on the police car while being searched. After repeatedly engaging in this misconduct, the police officer arrested Bieber and took him to the Miami Beach Police station. He was then transported to Dade County jail. He is expected to receive bail.

Miami is a tourist city. Local government officials and police do not want citizens or tourists endangered by what is flagrant misconduct that could result in casualties and damage the city's image. Miami relies on tourist dollars to support local businesses and keep people employed. If Bieber had crashed and harmed himself or others, the publicity would have been very negative.

Miami Beach Police did Bieber a favor. Hopefully a judge will order him to rehab before he overdoses. In previous articles I've stated Bieber has a drug (marijuana and ecstasy) and alcohol problem and needs rehab. He is also taking prescription meds (Codeine and Promethazine in the illegal concoction sizzurp and Xanax).

The combination of narcotics, pharma meds and alcohol can easily prove lethal. The sizzurp Bieber is taking is also causing his body to not produce waste properly, some of which is sitting in the cells. He is destroying himself from the outside in and the inside out.

Michael Jackson's Doctor: I Held Michael Jackson's Penis Every Night

He Said What!

Conrad Murray - official penis holder

Conrad Murray is going from bad to worse with his revelations about former patient, Michael Jackson. When Murray stated in an interview that he held Michael Jackson's penis every night to insert a catheter for the star he referred to as incontinent I was speechless (*crickets*). You know when you have to reread something to make sure you read it right.

Urinating is a normal bodily function and many people become incontinent as they get older, but Murray violated patient privacy and confidentiality in telling the world all these things about Jackson. Too much information. We really didn't need to know all this.

Michael Jackson: I should come back and moonwalk right on this negro's head for telling everyone this!

Once again, money corrupted Murray's judgment in the tell all interview, much like it led him astray in administering a powerful anesthetic to Jackson because he requested it as a sleep aide. Murray keeps insisting he did not kill Jackson but his conduct slowly poisoned him until he died when his heart couldn't take the over-medicating and gave out.

Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare

...But Will It Be Enough

Barack Obama

The US Congress has voted to give Americans a one year extension to keep their current health insurance plans, after millions were dropped due to Obamacare. Previously, President Barack Obama told Americans anyone who wanted to keep their health insurance plan would be able to do so, in spite of Obamacare becoming law. However, the exact opposite happened and many are upset. People are now accusing Obama of not being truthful regarding his previous statements.

One year is not going to be enough time to sort out the confusion and mountains of paperwork associated with this switch. Furthermore, many Americans cannot afford the health care plans under Obamacare, as it is simply too costly. This is going to create financial problems in America. This is also occurring during a time the nation is already economically weakened from the effects of the 2008 financial crisis.

Obamacare website crashed weeks ago upon launch and the government is struggling to get it fixed. One has to wonder if it was hacked or sabotaged as similar government sites and those belonging to health insurance companies have not experienced such sweeping problems indicative of foul play.

The Judiciary Report has been skeptical of Obamacare from the start, primarily due to its hasty passage, sketchy details and clauses. The site was not in favor of the manner in which Obamacare was rammed through the legislature, with no real forethought to what the true impact would be on the American people once implemented. No one in Congress read all 10,000 pages of the bill before it was passed - a piece of important legislation, which could have said anything.

The site has offered time stamped suggestions, such as medical equipment tax, which was later picked up and put into Obamacare several months later (Can ObamaCare Work). However, there are other aspects of Obamacare that need to be changed. You can’t charge the middle class high insurance rates to cover the poor. It’s not going to work. It will economically weaken the middle class that already took a terrible financial battering in the 2008 crisis. Many still have not recovered from it.

People without preexisting conditions should have lower rates, as their health histories indicate it will cost less money to treat them. Rich people with preexisting conditions should be required to pay more, within reason, as they can afford it. A new pharma drug tax on pharmaceutical companies could be enacted and implemented as well, to help pay for the poor with preexisting medical conditions which places them at high risk. It would offset some of the costs.

If you make a certain amount of money, in a higher tax bracket than average, there should be no tax rebates or subsidies granted under Obamacare. Tax rebates and subsidies on Obamacare should only be for lower and middle income people.
