Rapper Rich Homie Quan Turns Himself Into Miami Police For Assaulting Club Bouncer And Is Charged With Battery (Video)

Atlanta rapper, Rich Homie Quan, real name Dequantes Lamar, has turned himself into police in Miami, Florida, over his unprovoked attack on bouncer, Christian Cajigas, at the LIV night club, located in the historic FontaineBleau hotel. The incident stems from Cajigas informing Rich Homie Quan the club was at capacity and he could not be admitted for this reason, lest they be in violation of city ordinances.

Quan was angered by the denial of entry and stated to the bouncer, "I'm Rich Homie Quan and I'm a rich millionaire, b***h." Quan punched the bouncer in the face twice, breaking his nose and causing a facial laceration. Quan then fled to a nearby boat located across Collins Avenue, adjacent to Millionaires Row. The rapper has been charged with simple battery and is also facing a civil lawsuit from Cajigas. If he fails to control his temper, Rich Homie Quan could become Broke Homie Quan.

Former felon Lil Wayne's music is not making enough money to pay his bills. As the Judiciary Report stated in a past article, the drug addicted rap star is being sued left, right and center for non-payment of bills (Young Money Becoming Broke Money As Creditors Sue Lil Wayne And Company). One of his creditors, who sued him for $1,000,000 over a customized private jet, stated Lil Wayne lives by the LaGorce Country Club on Miami Beach's LaGorce island, but won't pay his bills.

Wayne has put his mansion in Miami on the market for $18,000,000, a price that is a bit steep for that property, especially in the current market. Wayne purchased the La Gorce Circle, 8 bedroom, 15,000 square foot house in 2011 for $11,800,000 and is seeking to make a big profit. The home's assessed value is approximately $10,000,000.

The property taxes on the mansion is not cheap. According to Miami tax assessors' records Wayne is delinquent and owes the city $196,824.09 in property taxes for 2014 (dude, I think they want their money). Maintaining a home at that price tag requires significant funds on a monthly and yearly basis.

Last month the home was the subject of a hoax, as a call was placed to 911 claiming people were shot and killed at the property. This prompted a dozen SWAT police officer to storm the property, only to find out the whole thing was a hoax (known as swatting). Wayne was not home at the time of the incident.

Wayne's record record label Young Money is also in financial straits. Young Money and Wayne have been sued for copyright infringement in stealing music from legendary singers as well as indie recording acts, songwriters and producers. They have also been sued for non-payment of bills. Young Money artists' albums are being shelved as well, due to lack of finances to properly release and market the projects, as well as paying for music videos (and industry illegalities, such as payola, chart rigging and buying one's own releases).

Furthermore, how can one effectively run a record label partying and getting high all the time. You can't do it in that manner. Some mainstream artists are starting subsidiary record labels and stealing from many to get material for their own artists in what is illegal conduct. It is a complete and utter sham and scam.

According to website Media Take Out, rapper Drake is already cheating on singer Rihanna, after the two resumed their relationship with a string of high profile dates a few weeks ago. Unrepentant killer George Zimmerman decided to take a vacation in Miami this week and things didn't go as smoothly as he would have hoped. Zimmerman, his girlfriend and brother were laying on Miami Beach, which is usually tranquil, when people recognized the self-appointed neighborhood watchman. According to reports, a mob formed and chased Zimmerman off the beach into his hotel.

Zimmerman is infamous for murdering unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old Miami native, Trayvon Martin, in cold blood, shooting the teen for in his estimation, looking like he did not belong in the Sanford, Florida neighborhood he was temporarily staying in with his dad, Tracy Martin. He was unjustly acquitted in the murder, by a jury now regretting its decision.

Zimmerman is clearly crazy and arrogant at the same time to come to Martin's hometown, chilling on the beach like nothing happened, when his deeds have caused so many heartache. There are blacks, whites and Hispanics in Miami who have denounced Zimmerman's unprovoked killing of Martin. Only Castro would have received a more aggressive reaction.

2/18/2014 12:40 AM - George Zimmerman fled Miami after someone threatened there was a huge bounty on his head. Zimmerman taped an interview last Tuesday with Univision and Fusion, and then took his girlfriend, her kid and his brother to the beach. While they were catching some rays, people noticed him, started harassing him, and then someone shouted out George had a $10,000 bounty on his head. We're told it freaked him out and they all retreated to the hotel, but the crowd followed them. 

Security swept their room to make sure no one tampered with their stuff and then stood guard throughout the day and night. We're told Zimmerman did his CNN interview early the next morning and then beat it ... literally fleeing Miami. Fact is ... the bounty threat seems somewhat real. There's a Black Panthers video online in which one of the leaders puts a $1 MILLION bounty on Zimmerman's head.

Pop singer, Justin Bieber, is looking to turn over a new leaf. The singer is mulling over a move to Atlanta, Georgia, the first place he lived in America when he was 14, in the year leading up to his big debut. Bieber has gotten into a number of confrontation with neighbors in his Calabasas, California neighborhood called The Oaks. Police subsequently raided the property. Reports state Bieber is now looking to purchase a home in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bieber’s mentor, singer Usher, who signed him to a subsidiary company record deal, has lived in Atlanta since his formative years. Over the past couple years, Usher has spent more time in Los Angeles as well, due to his tumultuous relationship with adulterous manager Gracie Miguel, who helped to break up his marriage to adulterous Tameka Foster, who left her husband to be with the singer. However, Usher maintains strong ties to Atlanta, with homes in the city. His camp believes Bieber would benefit from a greater level of privacy the city would afford, as opposed to Los Angeles. However, as other sites have pointed out, paparazzi will follow Bieber to Atlanta.

If Bieber chooses a tony area like historic and wealthy Buckhead, he cannot speed through the streets, as he was arrested for doing on Miami Beach, Florida. The same goes for other celebrity enclaves in Atlanta such as The Country Club Of The South and Sugarloaf. Los Angeles is more lenient on stars. However, it generally doesn’t fly in the South. Celebrities in Georgia have been pulled over and arrested for various offenses.

Next month Bieber will no longer be a teenager (yep, he's hitting the big 2-0). It's time for him to embrace adulthood and the responsibilities attached to it. People don't want him to end up like James Dean, a tragic, rebellious star, who died in a terrible car crash due to speeding on a public street.

Justin Bieber's dad Jeremy Bieber, is being criticized all over the internet in the fall out from the 19-year-old pop star's arrest in Miami, Florida yesterday. Bieber was arrested, jailed, then bailed for drunk driving, drag racing and driving on a suspended license.

It was revealed Bieber's dad was one of two SUVs that blocked off expensive Pine Tree Road on Miami Beach's Millionaire's Row. I've been on that road quite a few times over the years and it is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a moderate speed limit. Bieber was going twice the speed limit when he was caught.

Trying to illegally shutdown Pine Tree Road was like trying to close off Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California or Park Lane in London, England for an illegal drag race. It simply was not a good idea. They make race tracks for such activities. Public roads with innocent bystanders are not meant for racing.

Bieber and company could have killed someone crossing the street or pulling out of their driveway. Just because you block off a road, does not mean unsuspecting residents driving out of homes or crossing the street will have enough time to get out of the way and vice versa, while you illegally drag race. Yesterday could have ended tragically for Bieber and or someone else.

 Miami Police are a bit more hardened than Los Angeles cops who have repeatedly let Bieber off with warnings for illegal road behavior. Miami is the gateway into America where people attempt to illegally import drugs and weapons. Therefore, they have to work harder to keep law and order.

They take down drug kingpins in tandem with federal agencies, so arresting Justin Bieber for what is unquestionably illegal and dangerous behavior is nothing to them. Someone should have told Justin that, but frankly I don't think it would have mattered, because Justin is not listening to anyone. Furthermore, if he had crashed and died in Miami, the police would have been blamed for letting him drag race and under the influence. Arresting him was the best solution. Bieber has so much to live for, but is throwing it all away.

Bieber's minders hired local big dog Roy Black to be his attorney. Black is well known in legal circles. Black made an appearance in the case yesterday afternoon representing Bieber in court. The look on the singer's face in court yesterday, reveals the visage of someone that received a wake up call. he needed it. Here's hoping some good comes out of it via Bieber changing his life, because what he is doing is self-destructive and dangerous to those around him.

I've watched Bieber's rise to fame and witnessed his personal decline as well. I've broken stories on Bieber that later proved true. Prior to his arrest, I'd been writing Bieber needs rehab for drug and alcohol addiction. His subsequent arrest confirming drunk driving and illegal drug use confirms my previous claims. If his fans care about him, they should tell him to take responsibility and encourage him to go to rehab.

Bieber's parents also need to stop being enablers. Between his dad helping him drag race while drunk and high and his mom giving him prescription drugs he is abusing by taking well beyond the manufacturer's recommendations, he is being sent the wrong image. I don't doubt his parents love him, but they've got to change their approach to interacting with him. They also need to stop speaking negative words over his life.

For the past few years, I've seen interviews and clips where Bieber family members says they thought he would be "dead or in jail" and this was prior to Justin's legal troubles. He's fulfilled half that prophecy, don't let him fulfill the other half (via premature death). Get him some help. No matter who you are, speak good things and blessings over your children's lives. The key is to overcome, not go under.

19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber was arrested early this morning on Miami Beach, Florida for drag racing, driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid driver's license and resisting arrest. Bieber and his pal, rapper Khalil, were apprehended after members of the teen singer's entourage brazenly closed off a segment of Pinetree Drive on the expensive Miami Beach strip of homes known as Millionaire's Row. 

Bieber and company may as well have been drag racing right in front of the police station, as Pinetree is a heavily patrolled area, due to some mansions on the street being valued at $10,000,000, making the picturesque properties the interest of unscrupulous burglars.

Ironically, hours before Bieber's arrest, I commented on Twitter that his eyes looked sad and "bleary" in a local newscast showing him going around Miami Beach and posing with fans. You could see he was as high as a kite, agitated and disturbed.

It appears Bieber was attempting to recreate items from the "Fast And Furious" film that was filmed in Miami, Florida a decade ago. However, that was a closed film set with professional drivers. Not to mention, Miami is not Los Angeles, were cops routinely give him a slap on the wrist and then let him go without arrest. 

Bieber tried to flee the scene but a police officer caught up with the troubled star and pulled his rented Lamborghini over. Bieber was belligerent, repeatedly using profanity when addressing the police officer. Bieber also refused to keep his hands on the police car while being searched. After repeatedly engaging in this misconduct, the police officer arrested Bieber and took him to the Miami Beach Police station. He was then transported to Dade County jail. He is expected to receive bail.

Miami is a tourist city. Local government officials and police do not want citizens or tourists endangered by what is flagrant misconduct that could result in casualties and damage the city's image. Miami relies on tourist dollars to support local businesses and keep people employed. If Bieber had crashed and harmed himself or others, the publicity would have been very negative. 

Miami Beach Police did Bieber a favor. Hopefully a judge will order him to rehab before he overdoses. In previous articles I've stated Bieber has a drug (marijuana and ecstasy) and alcohol problem and needs rehab. He is also taking prescription meds (Codeine and Promethazine in the illegal concoction sizzurp and Xanax).

The combination of narcotics, pharma meds and alcohol can easily prove lethal. The sizzurp Bieber is taking is also causing his body to not produce waste properly, some of which is sitting in the cells. He is destroying himself from the outside in and the inside out.

A few days ago, former NFL football player, Chad Ochocinco Johnson and his ex-wife "Basketball Wives" star, Evelyn Lozada, got into a Twitter fight. The two divorced against Johnson's wishes, after he headbutted Lozada when she questioned him about cheating on her.

This week, Johnson accused Lozada of having cheated during their marriage with members of Young Money. Lozada signed a deal with Young Money's book publishing company and Johnson alleges she had sex with someone in their camp. Lozada became angry at his allegations and threatened if he continued, she will send her lawyer after him, stating his conduct violates the restraining order in place from the domestic violence incident.

Tonight I went for a walk on Miami Beach (sometimes I walk on the sidewalk, other times the sand over by the ocean). As I was walking down Collins Avenue, I passed by David's Cafe and there was Johnson inside having dinner. He had his hands on a woman standing beside his stool. She was Hispanic, had long jet black hair and wore a tight black dress and heels that were giving her trouble to walk in. As she was ready to leave, he hugged her intimately (translation: copped a few feels) and kissed her full on the mouth like you would a girlfriend.

Seconds after she left, another woman came up to him grinning and started intimately hugging him (translation: copping a few more feels). The second woman was black with curly brown hair. This all happened in the minute and a half I stopped outside the restaurant in disbelief, as he was so open with it (dude works fast - it was like a rotation in there).
 

 

  
My point? For him to accuse Lozada of being promiscuous is odd when he is so touchy feely with women, sleeps with strippers and random groupies. Yes, Lozada is known in sports for being a groupie who damaged relationships, engagements and marriages, but Johnson is wild as well. They both need to reevaluate where they are going with their lives, as promiscuity has burned them, much like it's done to many others.

Lozada was wrong to tell Johnson he could cheat as long as he informed her of his actions. She did this in a bid to look cool and down while she was trying to get him to commit to her, only to explode in anger when she found a receipt for condoms, which ended his marriage and career. You can't tell a man it's okay to cheat. That's begging for trouble. If you want God to bless your marriage, don't do that. Physically and spiritually adultery destroys marriages and the family unit, bringing God's disfavor on the union.

Johnson and I have a mutual friend in Miami. She said the women in his hometown, Overtown, are upset with him for marrying Lozada, when many of them wanted to wed him. She said the women in his hometown deemed Lozada an opportunist, who would use him for his wealth and bring problems into his life. Now they are all saying they were right. They knew him before he was famous and were glad for him when he made it out of the projects, but as stated above didn't agree with him marrying Lozada.

At the end of the day, I do believe she cared for him deeply and that Johnson loved Lozada the most of the women in his life (whom he is not related to). They made a nice couple, but set themselves up for a fall via cheating, anger, lack of impulse control and a failure to communicate. These other people, folks using them for sex, did not belong in their relationship. It's a shame things ended the way they did, as their marriage could have worked if they had done the right thing by each other and not let promiscuous women come between them. They are going to regret it for a long time.

Reports indicate the Miami Beach Police Department and the State Attorney's Office are fighting over whether to arrest Chris Brown for stealing a young woman's iPhone, because she tried to photograph his excellency on South Beach, leaving the club with two women.

The fact of the matter is the law does not make allowances for a raging misogynistic star to stomp around town snatching a $500 phone from a victim he cursed at for lawfully taking a picture. He stole someone's property in an act of aggravated theft. He should be arrested like any other thief and forced to face the music in court.

History has shown in a number of cases, when the court lets the rich and or famous off the hook, they go out and break the law again. If you read the feedback sections of a number of high traffic websites, regarding articles on celebrities breaking the law, there exists a high level of skepticism and claims of corruption in the court system where stars are concerned. It has caused an erosion of faith in the justice system, with the populace expressing their disdain.

R&B singer Chris Brown left the Cameo night club on Miami Beach, then snatched a $500 iPhone from a fan, who was with her two friends, because she snapped him in a somewhat compromising situation. Womanbeater Brown was leaving the club with two blondes and didn't want girlfriend Rihanna to know about it. Uh oh! She knows now.

Kawasaki just bleached her long black hair blonde and was photographed with him in Miami on valentine's day, as revealed on other blogs. The blonde with the lighter hair seems to be wearing a Beyonce issued weave, so maybe it's not Kawasaki.

*Remember the film "Jungle 2 Jungle" when Tim Allen's character couldn't get his son's name right and kept calling him Mitsubishi. There are just too many variations of Brown's sex partner's name online.

TMZ captured footage of 24-year-old Christal Spann telling police that Chris Brown snatched her $500 iPhone, because she lawfully took a photo of him on the sidewalk, after the womanbeating singer left the Cameo night club on Miami Beach, with rapper Tyga.

Spann's two friends back up her story, as they witnessed the incident as well. For a working class person to lose a $500 phone is a big deal and upsetting. For some an iPhone is a week's wages. If this story is true, he should be financially and legally charged, compelled by a court of law to pay fines and restitution.

I have seen copyright infringing Chris Brown's bizarre behavior with my own eyes on two separate occasions, when the boy stalked me and it distressed me (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood and Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood Again). What was he trying to prove. He is a convicted felon and violated his probation in doing so.

I was angry that he had the nerve to do that and twice and right before my birthday celebration, as stalking is defined as mental illness. So is kleptomania. This dude steals songs and iPhones. He behaves like a spoiled star, who does not like hearing the word no or getting his own way and does whatever he pleases as a result, no matter the damage to others.

He is very good at distressing women as well, which is misogynistic. He has a problem and its time people stop making excuses for him, defending his socially schizophrenic and inappropriate behavior, which is the end result of joining Kabbalah and working with Madonna, before he ends up spontaneously lashing out and killing somebody for rejecting or telling him something he does not want to hear.

Sony Music womanbeater Chris Brown is in trouble with the law again. Fresh off criticism he and girlfriend Rihanna are facing, he went and got himself into more problems (Rihanna And Chris Brown Are Publicly Back Together). Brown is accused of snatching a $500 iPhone from a woman in Miami Beach, who snapped a photo of him and rapper Tyga from the sidewalk. As Tyga and Brown drove off, he allegedly grabbed the woman's phone, telling her, "Bit*h, you ain't going to put that on no website."

The woman filed a report with the police, as she wants her phone back. If this story is true, Brown is crazier than I thought. Under the law, one can snap a picture of someone in public. As long as the photo is not something inappropriate, such as an up-skirt, it is lawful.

This month, Brown was also seen angrily chasing seagulls on Miami Beach. Dude, why? What did the birds do to you.

On the first occasion, as I was leaving a Bank of America branch five minutes from my home, in a quiet area not frequented by celebrities Brown, his bodyguard and two men in the backseat, drove up in a black Escalade staring at me. I glared at Brown, which caused him to quickly look away and his bodyguard laugh. I was going to meet my mom, cousin and a friend for my birthday dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.

The second time it occurred was months later. I was at the local gas station in my neighborhood, five minutes away from my home and and Brown did the same mess again, but he was by himself in the same black Escalade again, staring at me, only a few feet away. I don't go out much, as I spend most of my time writing copyrights and patents, yet, here we have it, he was able to catch me twice shortly after I left the house. He is in Kabbalah and Madonna put him up to it.

Just like this past December, the brown hair guy from LMFAO walked towards me, in one of my mom's favorite stores JC Penney, as I accompanied her shopping (yes, I'm her official purse and bag carrier). I really didn't notice him, until a little girl and her mom said to me, "That's the guy from LMFAO!" Meanwhile, I started thinking, "Dude, seriously, JC Penney! I thought you were rich" (JC Penney does have nice stuff, though, but its items are moderately priced).

He was with a guy that looked like a bodyguard. Imagine my surprise when several weeks later, he appeared at the Super Bowl as Madonna's DJ. She put him up to approaching me as well, apart of her dumb Kabbalah shenanigans. Then there was the incident when the Sony guy from X-Factor tried to approach me as well (It's Amazing How Simon Cowell Will Stab Friends In The Back For Ratings). They've gone too far.

The Miami Beach Police Department pulled a weapon on Beyonce Knowles' sister, Solange Knowles, for being uncooperative and disobeying orders they issued, after she was being disruptive outside a South Beach club.

The eccentric Knowles, was carrying a massive, 5-foot inflated banana when trying to gain admittance into a club. When she was denied entrance to the club, due to the giant fruit, she pulled the race card. The club owners called police, stating she was disturbing the peace.

Knowles continued to be belligerent, even as the police tried to calm the situation, which led to them "pulling a weapon" on her. She later filed a complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department regarding the incident, claiming innocence. The Miami Beach Police Department stated the officers were off duty. So to be clear, Knowles is calling Club Cameo and the Miami Beach Police Department racist.

Side Bar: Why was she trying to go into a club with a 5-foot banana. Though I don't go to clubs, I've seen ads stating they have dress codes. How would a big old banana figure into that. What would the ad say, "Cocktail dress, heels and a 5-foot yellow Chiquita banana."

While driving down Ocean Drive on South Beach, singers Justin Bieber and Sean Kingston, were swarmed by people as they came to a stop at a restaurant. The Bieber became concerned and called for a police officer to stand by the car to make sure things remained calm.

In other news, the Miami Herald newspaper, posted a copy of Justin Bieber's State of Georgia learners permit, which allows him to drive in the company of a licensed driver. Check out the Bieber's hair and look at those cheekbones. In that photo, he's prettier than Halle Berry and Megan Fox combined (LOL - just teasing).

"Black And Blue: Legend of the Hip Hop Cop" is an interesting documentary following the work of former police officer Derrick Parker. The New York Police Department and Miami Beach Police Department have collaborated to spy on rappers in the entertainment industry, compiling a massive dossier that is passed around among agencies, including the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation).

The documentary features a number of rappers and music industry executives, angered at the dossier that has been assembled on them, tracking their movements. The Reverend Al Sharpton questions the legitimacy of this initiative, as individuals who were not under indictment, are being spied on, with voluminous files being kept in this regard.

However, that being said, to be fair, some rappers have given the police much reason to be concerned and launch investigations, as acts of violence are more common in hip hop than any other genre of music. This is undeniable. There have been slayings on public streets, where famous rappers were gunned down in brutal fashion.

Many rappers have also engaged in financial crimes, attempting to live the lavish lifestyle fictitiously portrayed on their albums and in music videos. Police work being what it is, means such criminal activity will show up on their radar and face intense scrutiny. But, thankfully for the entertainment industry, the FBI takes bribes and is at the top of the law enforcement chain of command.
