ABC News has uncovered an item indicating U.S. presidential candidate and current frontrunner, Donald Trump, has ties to the mafia. Trump is feverishly trying to distance himself from the claim, for fear the unsavory and unlawful association will damage his presidential bid for the White House in 2016. However, ABC has aired an expose on the subject that casts doubt on Trumps denials.

ABC news revealed, Trump has tires to the mafia via a twice convicted felon, Felix Sater, a man he hired at his company. Sater was hired by Trump and given a telephone number and email address registered to said candidate’s company. Trump was even questioned about Sater in a deposition, yet pretended he did not know who he is when evidence states otherwise. Much like Trump denied having met or seen disabled journalist, Serge Kovaleski, whose disability he mocked in a videotaped rally, but it was later revealed he lied and had met the scribe several times. 

Side Bar: About a year ago I was walking by one of Trump’s buildings. Due to a lighting issue, the letter "T" was not showing properly and it looked like the building was called Rump Tower (LOL). Well, he’s ironically now acting like a rump via incendiary racist, sexist, bigoted and xenophobic comments.

Dec 10, 2015, 7:30 AM ET - Though he touts his outstanding memory, when Donald Trump was asked under oath about his dealings with a twice-convicted Russian émigré who served prison time and had documented mafia connections, the real estate mogul was at a loss. Even though the man, Felix Sater, had played a role in a number of high-profile Trump-branded projects across the country. “If he were sitting in the room right now, I really wouldn't know what he looked like,” Trump testified in a video deposition for a civil lawsuit two years ago.

In recent weeks, the Republican Presidential candidate has been fending off critics who have accused him of embellishment, insensitivity and in some cases inaccuracy for his descriptions of the Muslim response to 9/11. Trump also dismissed outrage at his purported mocking of a disabled New York Times reporter, saying he simply does not remember meeting the scribe.

Away from the spotlight, Donald Trump has also been seeking to minimize his past business ties with Sater, the Russian émigré who appeared in photos with Trump, and carried a Trump Organization business card with the title “Senior Advisor to Donald Trump.” Asked last week about Sater by The Associated Press, Trump again seemed unable to retrieve a solid memory of the man. "Felix Sater, boy, I have to even think about it," he told the reporter. "I'm not that familiar with him."

Trump and Sater can be seen together in photographs attending a Denver business conference in 2005, and the two men posed on stage together at the 2007 launch party for the Trump SoHo Hotel and Condominium project. And in 2010, according to Trump’s lawyer, Sater was provided business cards by the Trump Organization identifying him as a “senior advisor" to Trump.

Sater has declined repeated requests for an interview, citing the advice of his attorney. But he has not been shy about posting items online touting his ties to Trump. On his website, he called the Trump SoHo his “most prized project.” For years he identified himself on his online resume at the LinkedIn website as having been a "senior advisor" to Trump in 2010-2011. Last month, after ABC News asked Trump’s attorney about it, that portion of Sater’s online resume was deleted…

The Ticketek Australia website today announced that singer Chris Brown's planned concert tour of Australia and New Zealand that was scheduled to take place December 2015 has been cancelled. Brown will lose millions of dollars from the cancellations (tour tickets and merchandising), paid appearances and music sales it would generate.

Brown's initial visa application was denied in September 2015. He was given the option of an appeal that had to be lodged within 28-days from the date of declination (Chris Brown Advertises Tickets On Sale To Australia And New Zealand Tour Despite Visa Ban). However, Brown's appeal has been denied. He and his promoter lost money by putting the shows in New Zealand and Australia on sale and booking venues with associated costs.

Previously, the Judiciary Report wrote it is not a good idea booking concerts and paid appearances in foreign nations without the necessary visas. Promoters cannot assume a nation will let them and or their artist enter each respective nation. This rule is even more relevant when the artist has a criminal record. Major world governments generally do not allow people with felony convictions into their nations (with the exception of select nations). Drug offenses are particularly frowned upon by government visa offices.

Chris Brown's Australian Tour Has Been Canceled

1 hour ago - Chris Brown's planned tour of Australia and New Zealand, originally scheduled for later this month, has been canceled. Billboard reports that a tour promoter confirmed the news today, announcing canceled dates in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane. The news follows reports in September that the Australian government denied Brown's visa application due to "character grounds," an apparent reference to his history of domestic violence. (Australia also kept Floyd Mayweather out of the country earlier this year for the same reason.)

The tour cancelation announcement noticeably didn't cite the rejected visa application and promised to double down on rescheduled performance dates. "Mr Brown and the promoters both remain positive that the tour will take place in the near future," a statement from the promoter said. "Mr Brown wishes to express his deepest gratitude to the fans for their support and looks forward to a successful tour in the near future."

R&B singer Chris Brown tweeted out an item on Twitter telling his fans concert tickets for his “One Hell Of A Nite” tour are available for purchase. However, if you have been following Brown’s visa woes you will know he has been formally denied entry into New Zealand and Australia. The latter gave him the option of making an appeal within 28-days.

Brown made a plea to the Australian government via Twitter stating, “The youth don’t listen to parents nor do they listen to PSA’s. The power that we have as Entertainers can change lives. My life mistakes should be a wake up call for everyone. Showing the world that mistakes don’t define you. Trying to prevent spousal abuse. I would be more than grateful to come to Australia to raise awareness about domestic violence. I’m not the pink elephant in the room anymore.”

As was expected due to statements made in the press, the Australian government has denied singer Chris Brown a visa to tour the nation as apart of his “One Hell Of A Nite” concert series (Chris Brown To Be Barred From Entering Australia As His Criminal Record Continues To Cost Him Tens Of Millions Of Dollars). Brown is a felon, after pleading guilty in the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case, in lieu of serving jail time. Brown was sentenced to 5-years probation, which he completed this year.

Brown now has 28 days to file an appeal, challenging the government's statements, on why he deems he is morally fit to receive a visa to Australia. Women’s groups have been protesting his planned visit. There is also a petition calling for Brown to be barred from Australia. These events have worked against him. However, Brown is on social networking telling his fans he will be in Australia soon.

The Australian government has announced it is preparing to bar singer Chris Brown from the nation, denying him entry for his "One Hell Of A Nite" worldwide concert tour. Brown has a criminal record from the Rihanna domestic violence case, where he plead guilty in lieu of prison, for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, after an argument between the two turned violent after she struck him. Brown was placed on probation for 5-years after accepting a guilty plea to avoid prison.

A few years ago I saw a documentary on Australia's Border Protection and the checks visitors must go through to visit their nation. Australia has stringent rules for entering their country. One is not allowed to have a felony conviction on one's record and must show means of support when attempting to gain a visa for entering Australia.

Australia's Minister for Women and Minister for Employment Michaelia Cash stated, "I can assure you that the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection will be looking at this very, very seriously. People need to understand, if you are going to commit domestic violence and you want to travel around the world, there are going to be countries that say to you: ‘You cannot come in because you are not of the character that we expect in Australia.' This is a government that is not afraid to say no. We said no, you are not the type of person we want in Australia." The Prime Minister is in agreement with immigration regarding denying Brown a visa.

This marks the fourth nation to do so, after Canada, Britain and New Zealand denied Brown entry, costing him millions of dollars in concert revenues, paid appearances, endorsements and other tie-ins recording artists' representatives negotiate on their behalf. Brown has also lost many sponsorship deals in America. Overall, he has lost tens of millions of dollars since the ill-fated 2009 incident.

Yesterday, the Judiciary Report wrote about Chris Brown's money woes (Chris Brown Isn't Broke But Is Having Money Woes). Today things just got worse for the singer. Brown was denied entry to Canada, where he was scheduled to perform on tour with singer Trey Songz. Brown was set to take the stage at the Bell Centre in Montreal tonight and the Air Canada Centre tomorrow, for two "sold out" shows.

However, due to Brown's inability to enter the country, their Toronto and Montreal tour stops have been cancelled. Brown stands to lose $100,000 due to the cancellation and additional funds from paid appearances. Brown was denied entry to Canada, as he has a felony conviction, after pleading guilty to a domestic violence incident regarding then girlfriend, Rihanna.

Convicted felony Jeremy Meeks, who is currently behind bars in Stockton, California, caused quite a stir online, as his mug shot received over 20,000 likes. The blue-eyed black inmate, who served 9-years in prison on arms charges, was arrested again on new gun charges, which stemmed from an FBI investigation. Meeks was rounded up in an FBI raid. As the phrase goes, "Pretty is as pretty does."

Women have been swooning over Meeks photo online, particularly his blue eyes, but it is for superficial, vain reasons. I think every eye color, blue to brown and everything in between is beautiful, none better than the other, but not everyone shares that view. I've heard women state they'd like to have a man's baby solely based on his looks (and not his character). Some women and men pick mates based on eye, hair and skin color - not because of love, then end up disappointed when subsequent children do not inherit said look. 

The way genetics works is unless you have those features yourself and or carry those specific genes, regarding one of your not too distant ancestors having those physical traits, any subsequent child will not have blonde or red hair and or blue eyes. Therefore, marry for love, not superficial reasons, so no matter what happens your marriage will be based on the right thing and has a greater chance of succeeding.

Women labeling Meeks their #FelonCrushFriday on Twitter and talking about how "hot" he is reveals why so many women fall for the wrong type of men, who end up breaking their hearts. Meeks is a badboy, who has made poor choices that brought those who care about him pain, as he's spent most of his adult life in prison. People need to think their choices through. Immediate gratification can result in a lifetime of regret. Avoid peer pressure and do what is right.

In response to the newfound attention Meeks stated, "I just visited my wife and she said that I blew up all over Facebook. Well I appreciate that but I just want them to know that this is really not me. I’m not some kingpin." There are a number of crimes one can be arrested for, but clearly a change is needed in Meeks' life, as he did not learn his lesson from the first time he was imprisoned and is unreformed. 

Meeks mother, Katherine Angier, stated he is "a working man" with "no gang affiliations" and "is so sweet." Parents err in coddling their children, overlooking and excusing unethical behavior, which over time becomes a pattern. Call it what it is and take a hardline with your offspring to get the message through that they are not to re-offend.

I'm sure growing up Meeks was taught he is special solely based on his unusual looks of being black and blue eyed and as a result felt entitled, shunning the need to achieve anything based on merit and hard work (I'm not saying all black blue-eyed people are like this, as my great-grandmother was a half Irish black woman with blue eyes and stick straight hair and never got into trouble with the law). 

Angier's son is a convicted felon, who did a significant amount of time behind bars. Tough love is needed. In general, people should encourage their children to live off their intellect and not their looks. Teach them that no one owes them anything in life and the only way they will be truly successful is hard work. Every other shortcut leads to a dead end. Build character in your children, not vanity.

Many in society have fallen afoul of the law. However, they deserve another chance in society (provided they are reformed). In those situations, the key is to become a reformed person, who forsakes a life of crime. Meeks still has not learned that lesson, as he is in prison once again. Make it worse, he has a wife and child, who have to do without him being around, while he sits behind bars. Here's hoping Meeks learns from the errors of his ways and does not re-offend. Start to make a positive contribution to society.

Now I admit, I too like most of the global population heard the song "Baby" by teen pop star Justin Bieber one too many times, but that's no reason to kill someone. Authorities disrupted a prison plot by convicted murderer Dana Martin and fellow inmate, Mark Staake, who sought to kill Bieber. Martin was sent to prison for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl, which makes him very dangerous. The plan was to kidnap and strangle Bieber. Ironically, Martin has a tattoo of Bieber on his body. Could it be, a male "belieber."

While Bieber was on Twitter making jokes about champion boxer Manny Pacquiao getting knocked out, someone was planning to take him out. Like I said on Twitter, Bieber, regarding the knock out, when Selana Gomez caught you with Barbara Palvin that could have been you. Nonetheless, glad the prison plot didn't take off.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Into Another Car Wreck Then Tries To Bribe The Victim

You know how the Judiciary Report constantly calls Lindsay Lohan a train wreck, well the latter part, wreck, is more fitting than ever. Last week, Lohan crashed a rented Porsche into the back of an 18-wheeler truck in Santa Monica, California and was rushed to the hospital, as she was bleeding and sustained bruises.

Her assistant, who was a passenger in the car, suffered the same. According to reports, Lohan tried to bribe the driver of the 18-wheeler, via a friend, to keep quiet about the incident and take the blame. However, the truck driver blabbed and blamed her. 

So, to keep you up to speed, Lohan has crashed into hedges, hit a baby stroller with a toddler in it, ran over the foot of a man she pulled out of a vehicle to go on a sick car chase through Los Angeles pursuing her terrified assistant that quit her job and has now smashed into the back of an enormous 18-wheeler of all things. 18-wheeler trucks are pretty hard to miss, because they can carry about as much drugs as Lindsay has snorted.

The website Rolling Out has brought forth an interesting point regarding 28-year-old murderer, George Zimmerman, who killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin in cold blood. Zimmerman's dad is retired Florida magistrate Judge Robert Zimmerman.

The younger Zimmerman has assaulted a cop, in another incident resisted arrest regarding a police officer, stalked and physically attacked his ex-fiancée and murdered young Trayvon, yet has not spent a day in jail or had his gun license revoked. It appears he has not been hindered by a publicly available criminal record, as each one of his messes has been conveniently closed.

Zimmerman also stands accused of bullying neighbors and trespassing, forcing his way into a lady's home, under the guise of being a neighborhood watch captain, leading to a complaint against him. Yet, after all these crimes, he remains free.

11:25 AM EDT 3/27/2012 - ... Did George Zimmerman have help from his father, a retired judge, in clearing his name in three separate arrests? According to a records search on George, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison.

All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? TMZ captured footage of 24-year-old Christal Spann telling police that Chris Brown snatched her $500 iPhone, because she lawfully took a photo of him on the sidewalk, after the womanbeating singer left the Cameo night club on Miami Beach, with rapper Tyga.

Spann's two friends back up her story, as they witnessed the incident as well. For a working class person to lose a $500 phone is a big deal and upsetting. For some an iPhone is a week's wages. If this story is true, he should be financially and legally charged, compelled by a court of law to pay fines and restitution.

I have seen copyright infringing Chris Brown's bizarre behavior with my own eyes on two separate occasions, when the boy stalked me and it distressed me (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood and Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood Again). What was he trying to prove. He is a convicted felon and violated his probation in doing so.

He is very good at distressing women as well, which is misogynistic. He has a problem and its time people stop making excuses for him, defending his socially schizophrenic and inappropriate behavior, which is the end result of joining Kabbalah and working with Madonna, before he ends up spontaneously lashing out and killing somebody for rejecting or telling him something he does not want to hear.

He is a womanbeater, stalker and thief. It's time he faces that and changes his ways. You cannot say you have changed and go around exhibiting such strange and upsetting behavior towards women, especially those you don't even know. There's a problem there.

They see no need for behaving, as legal consequences are removed when one is famous. They set a bad example for the public and it erodes confidence in the judiciary. No one likes a double standard. It also makes the public resentful of those that receive special treatment and they are less inclined to support them in buying their products.
