Former Subway Restaurant Spokesperson Jared Fogle Sentenced to 15-Years In Prison For Pedophilia

Jared Fogle

Former Subway restaurant spokesperson, Jared Fogle, whose claim to fame was losing weight eating sandwiches from the famed restaurant chain, has been convicted of having sex with minors and possessing child porn. Fogle was charged with, "Traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and distribution and receipt of child pornography."

Fogle, who initially denied all the charges until he saw the sweeping evidence against him, pled guilty and has now been sentenced to 15-years in prison for these serious offenses. This exceeds the government's request of 12-years. This is likely due to the fact members of the public flooded the chambers of Judge Tanya Walton Pratt with letters demanding she not be lenient in sentencing, for the safety of children in the community. Hopefully, Fogle will serve his full sentence and not be granted parole under early release, as his sex crimes have significantly damaged innocent children.

Jared Fogle, ex-Subway spokesman, gets 15 years in prison for child porn, sex crimes

By Sarah Larimer November 19 at 3:40 PM -  Fogle faced two counts: traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor, and distribution and receipt of child pornography. “How do you plead to the charges?” U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Walton Pratt asked Fogle on Thursday at the federal courthouse in Indianapolis, according to the Indianapolis Star. “Guilty,” Fogle replied.

Pratt sentenced him to 15 years and eight months behind bars, according to the Associated Press. The news service reported that prosecutors had recommended a 12½-year sentence. “The level of perversion and lawlessness exhibited by Mr. Fogle is extreme,” the judge said, according to the Star. The AP reported that Fogle’s family grew emotional as Pratt announced the sentence. Some of Fogle’s family members in the courtroom started crying and hugging each other when he ordered taken into immediate custody.

“Members of my family are also victims of my acts,” Fogle said before noting that his wife will be a single mother...“You gave your wife $7 million, so she’ll be OK,” the judge said, interrupting...

Thief And Gunman Apprehended By Police With Fake Modeling Shoot After Becoming A Model And Rapper With Instagram Page

When Instagram Goes Wrong

Ben Fiberesima on the set of one of his music videos that received 186,000 views on You Tube

A gangster who fled London for Australia and embarked on a career as a model and musician, was arrested by authorities, after police lured him to a fake modeling shoot. 30-year-old Ben Fiberesima fled North London's South Kilburn, after being arrested and bailed on weapons, theft and fraud charges in England.

Ben Fiberesima's Instagram account

Fiberesima fled to Australia and became a rapper under the moniker Roky Million, branding himself "the sexiest rapper alive" and modeled for famous designers such as Tom Ford. Fiberesima also authored a self-help book which stated he was worth seven figures. He set up an Instagram account, unwisely refusing to lay low as a fugitive.

The Metropolitan Police, much like their police force counterparts worldwide, loves social networking for catching criminals. They've nabbed a number of lawbreaking individuals, who either surfaced online or even more incriminatingly flashed stolen loot and property on social networking for all to see.

Ben Fiberesima modelling

Someone sent the Metropolitan Police a tip after spotting Fiberesima on Instagram with a bevy of beauties (Fiberesima will no doubt brand the tipster a hater). This prompted the police to set up a fake modeling shoot in the fashionable North London district of Kentish Town, after contacting a top modeling agency he worked for, requesting his services. When Fiberesima showed up to the Kentish Town studio to model, police arrested him. He has been sentenced to 3-years and 9-months in jail.

Ben Fiberesima modelling

My question is, Fiberesima clearly has the ability to model and rap, why didn't he just do that in the first place instead of turning to a life of crime. People, work on your goals and dreams and stick to that. It will take hard work and dedication but you can make it. Be sensible with your choices and leave the life of crime alone.

Fugitive model Ben Fiberesima jailed after London police sting

Tuesday 19 May 2015 - Police have snared a gangster from London, almost a decade after he established a second life as a model and musician while he was a fugitive in Australia. Ben Fiberesima, 30, from South Kilburn, skipped bail while on trial for fraud and weapons charges in London seven years ago.

Police arrested him in 2008 after they discovered a stun gun, a canister of CS gas and stolen property at his flat after he reported an attempted burglary. After he was bailed, he absconded and adopted a false identity, the Kilburn Times reported. While on the run, Fiberesima modelled for high fashion labels including Tom Ford, and recorded rap using the stage name Roky Million.

In a self-help book Fiberesima penned last year, he boasted he was “worth seven figures by the age of 26”, and used his social media accounts to flaunt his success. But last year Fiberesima’s lavish lifestyle came to an abrupt end when an anonymous tipster alerted the police that he had returned to London. Metropolitan Police detectives posed as a fake photograph company to contact a prestigious modelling agency which had Fiberesima on its books...

Lil Kim's Ex-Boyfriend Gets 6 Life Sentences For Multiple Murders And Drug Dealing Mimicking The Movie 'New Jack City'

Lil Kim

A bad example of life imitating art has surfaced regarding Damion Hardy, 40, the drug dealer and ex-boyfriend of rapper Lil Kim. Hardy, a fan of the 1991 film classic "New Jack City" tried to become like the lead character Nino Brown, a murderous drug dealer, who took over an entire apartment block in New York, using the moniker "Cash Money Brothers" for his outfit's moniker.

Lil Kim wearing a gold digger t-shirt

Hardy, who used to live with Kim in her New Jersey mansion, has been sentenced to six life sentences for drug offenses and commissioning the murders of dozens of people in New York, via his "Cash Money Brothers" drug and murder outfit. One of Hardy's henchmen, Aaron Granton, was also found guilty. Family members of the deceased slammed Hardy and Granton after the guilty verdicts were read for robbing them of their loved ones.

Damion Hardy

While running his drug outfit from the Lafayette Gardens housing projects in Brooklyn, New York, Hardy ordered the murder of the brother of the former bodyguard to champion heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson. Hardy also ordered the murder of a man he believed disrespected him at a roller skating rink. The government successfully prosecuted Hardy and Granton on six murders, but there are believed to be many more.

"New Jack City" film

The U.S. government stated, "CMB maintained control of Lafayette Gardens through acts of violence that included near-daily gun battles with rival organizations and numerous murders. For example, in 1998, Hardy ordered a junior gang member to shoot and kill Michael Colon because Hardy believed Colon disrespected and humiliated him at a roller skating rink. In 1999, while Hardy was incarcerated, his brother Myron was shot and killed in Lafayette Gardens. Hardy and other CMB members believed that a rival drug dealer named Ivery “Peanut” Davis and other members of Davis’s drug organization were responsible for the murder. While Hardy lay wounded in the hospital, Damion Hardy, from his prison cell, directed his gang members to exact revenge and ordered CMB members to murder Darryl Baum, James Hamilton, Tyrone Baum, and Ivery Davis—each was murdered by Granton. Davis’s killing also resulted in the death of an innocent bystander, Johan Camitz."

Damion Hardy and Lil Kim

Often rappers brag about drug dealing and organized crime in their music, videos and on social networking, but it is a dead end that has proven very harmful and destructive to many. If you are dealing drugs, the Judiciary Report implores you to leave that lifestyle and find an honest living, as you will end up in terrible situations - either behind bars or dead - if you don't stop.

Life Behind Bars In Solitary Confinement Is Going To Be Tough For Former NFL Star Aaron Hernandez

Aaron Hernandez after being convicted of first degree murder

Former NFL star and multi-millionaire, Aaron Hernandez, was convicted of first degree murder in the death of friend, Odin Lloyd. In Boston, Massachusetts the first degree murder conviction constitutes an automatic sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Hernandez is also facing trial in a double murder that also occurred in Massachusetts.

CNN did a report on the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Massachusetts, where Hernandez will be housed for the rest of his life and it's not pretty. As Hernandez is a famous inmate, he will be segregated from the rest of the prison population, placed in solitary confinement either temporarily or indefinitely as the situation warrants it. Hernandez will spend 19-hours per day in a small cell with a small window.

Prison consultant Leslie Walker stated to CNN regarding solitary confinement, "Solitary confinement is a kind of torture that no one does well in. The lack of meaningful sensory stimulus and contact drives people mad. Prison officials may feel they have to put him there for his safety, but I hope not. It's very hard time." It may seem harsh to some, but just think about what the victims families are going through.

Once again, the Judiciary Report would like to implore the site's readers to stay on the straight and narrow path. Appreciate what you have and make the best of your life and freedom. Work hard and stay out of trouble.

What prison life will be like for Aaron Hernandez

Updated 11:01 PM ET, Thu April 16, 2015 - Prison life won't be pretty for Aaron Hernandez, the NFL football player and convicted murderer sentenced to life without parole. After correction officers evaluate him, he will be shipped to Massachusetts' flagship maximum-security prison, one of the most high-tech jails in the United States with no history of breakouts: the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, about 40 miles outside downtown Boston.

It's called Souza, for short, and it's the state's newest prison, opened in 1998, with a matrix of 366 cameras recording live 24 hours a day and a microwave detection perimeter with taut wire. "I don't know the date, but he'll be going there. That's the maximum-security facility," Department of Corrections spokesman Darren Duarte said. Legal advocates for inmates describe Souza as sterile and violent at once. Its diverse demographic includes the young and the old, many of whom are also doing life. One stubborn problem is that opiates are smuggled to inmates, the legal advocates said...

The prison system has yet to determine where to initially place Hernandez in Souza: solitary confinement; the less harsh but restricted block; the general population; a privileged section known as the "lifers block," for those serving a life sentence; or the "kitchen block," for those who work in the prison kitchen...

Even so, the cells are stark, small rooms of painted cinder-block walls with metal fixtures: a bunk mounted to the wall, a toilet and sink combination, a small writing shelf attached to the wall, and a nearby small stool affixed to the floor, Walker said. There's also a shelf for a small television, which must have a clear back for easy inspection, Walker said. With the exception of the TV, which inmates can buy for under $200, all furnishings are metal and bolted down to keep inmates from throwing them, she said...

"There's very little to do," Walker said of inmate life. "It was built as a punishment facility. The thing in corrections is that you don't want people to like it there. Some people have been there since it opened, and those people are excruciatingly bored or scared or both."... "Solitary confinement is a kind of torture that no one does well in. The lack of meaningful sensory stimulus and contact drives people mad," Walker said. Initially, "prison officials may feel they have to put him there for his safety, but I hope not," Walker said. "It's very hard time."

Man Found Guilty In The Murder Of 'American Sniper' Chris Kyle Faces Life In Prison

Chris Kyle

Eddie Ray Routh, 27, was found guilty in the murder of U.S. Navy Seal, Chris Kyle, whose book "American Sniper" became a bestseller. The subsequent film of the same name has become a  box office success, grossing $300,000,000. Routh murdered Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield at a Texas shooting range. The men had no time to react, in a place they thought they would be safe. However, when a stalker strikes, anything can happen.

Chris Kyle

Reports indicate Routh stated he murdered Kyle and Littlefield because, "They wouldn't talk to me." However, they were correct in their view of avoiding social contact with Routh, as he is a violent man, prone to drug use. Routh pled insanity, blaming his conduct on serving in the military in a non-combat role. However, the jury did not take Routh's insanity plea into consideration when finding him guilty.

Prosecutors stated Routh was high on marijuana and drunk when he murdered Kyle and Littlefield. Routh's lawyer contended he was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. However, many people have experienced Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and did not murder anyone. As such, the jury understandably did not buy Routh's claims. He is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Two Vanderbilt Players Found Guilty Of Rape And Are Facing A Potential 15-Years In Prison (Video)

Two 21-year-old Vanderbilt university students, Brandon Vandenburg and Cory Batey, were found guilty of rape, stemming from a 2013 incident. The former football players were convicted of raping Vandenburg's girlfriend and filming the ordeal. The men sent the graphic video to friends, none of whom reported the crime to police.

The video showed Vandenburg passing around his drunk, unconscious girlfriend to his teammates. She was thrown on the floor, then penetrated with fingers and penises and her anus violated with a water bottle, as Vandenburg chanted, "Squeeze that sh*t! Squeeze that sh*t! Vandenburg's girlfriend was found the next morning in the dorm corridor by a female friend. Shortly after it was discovered she had been raped. The two remaining suspects, Brandon Banks and Jaborian McKenzie, both age 20, will be tried at a later date.

Brandon Vandenburg

The defense attempted to blame the rape on binge drinking and promiscuity, which is a serious problem facing youth in society. However, the jury rejected the claim, insisting the young men be held responsible for their damaging conduct. The jury reached a quick verdict in four minutes, finding Vandenburg and Batey guilty.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned against binge drinking and promiscuity. What can seem like a good time at first, can quickly spiral out of control and lead to terrible situations and lasting damage. People have been raped, assaulted, injured and contracted life altering STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) from being promiscuous and or drunk. If you choose to drink, be responsible and do not test your limits by getting drunk. It can endanger your safety and will damage your health.

Cory Batey

Pop culture, especially certain celebrities, encourage people to be promiscuous, labeling women prudes and men nerds, losers and wimps, for not having sex with as many people as possible. However, there is always a consequence for living in that manner. Take care of yourselves and realize in life, you can't trust everyone. Bad things can happen, even when you are not at fault. Therefore, be careful and avoid certain situations.

2 former Vanderbilt players are convicted of rape

January 27, 2015 - A jury convicted two former Vanderbilt players on Tuesday of raping an ex-student, rejecting claims they were too drunk to know what they were doing and that a college culture of binge drinking and promiscuous sex should be blamed for the attack. A jury convicted two former Vanderbilt players on Tuesday of raping an ex-student, rejecting claims they were too drunk to know what they were doing and that a college culture of binge drinking and promiscuous sex should be blamed for the attack.

The jury deliberated for three hours before announcing Tuesday that Brandon Vandenburg and Cory Batey, both 21, were guilty of aggravated rape and aggravated sexual battery. The victim, a 21-year-old neuroscience and economics major at the time of the June 2013 attack, cried as each guilty verdict was announced in Nashville, Tenn. The men face decades in prison when they are sentenced March 6.

The jury heard two weeks of testimony from a parade of witnesses, including police, former and current Vanderbilt students and the woman, who said she didn’t remember what happened that night, only that she woke up in a strange dormitory room. They also saw cellphone images from the night of the attack Vandenburg sent to friends as it was happening. Despite the photos and video, and witnesses seeing the woman unconscious and at least partially naked in a dorm hallway, no one reported it.

Jaborian “Tip” McKenzie, who is also charged in the case, testified he did not touch the woman himself but also took pictures. No trial date has been set for McKenzie and Brandon Banks, the fourth former player accused in the assault...

Prince Andrew Named In Florida Lawsuit Over Convicted Pedophile Supplying Underage Girls To Rich Men For Sex

Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein

Prince Andrew, the Duke Of York, is embroiled in a sex scandal. A woman, who is now 30-years-old, has filed a lawsuit in West Palm Beach, Florida, alleging the Duke's friend, billionaire banker, Jeffrey Epstein, procured underage girls, ages 15-17, for sex on numerous occasions, including an orgy. The story first came to light in 2011 and was carried in the British press.

Prince Andrew publicly apologized for his friendship with Epstein, but denied any wrongdoing. The U.S. government later arrested and imprisoned Epstein on charges he solicited paid sex from a minor. Epstein was sentenced to a year and a half in jail and served 13-months behind bars.

Duke of York, Epstein victim Virginia Roberts (at age 17) and Ghislaine Maxwell

Today it was disclosed via the lawsuit the unnamed victim filed against Epstein that the Duke Of York is one of three rich and famous men accused of having sex minors procured by the aforementioned banker. She is acknowledged by the U.S. government as one of Epstein's victims, as she testified against him in the criminal case that sent him to jail.

She states in her lawsuit that she was forced to have sex with the Duke Of York, whom she met three times beginning at the age of 15. She alleges the non-consensual sex occurred in London, New York and the Caribbean at age 17, where Epstein "loaned" her and other minors out for sex with rich and famous men. In America the age of consent is generally 18. The Caribbean is much the same.

Virginia Roberts today at age 30

The lawsuit states, "Epstein's purposes in 'lending' Jane Doe (along with other young girls) to such powerful people were to ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political and financial gain, as well as to obtain blackmail information. One such powerful individual Epstein forced Jane Doe 3 to have sexual relations with was a member of the British Royal Family, Prince Andrew (a/k/a Duke of York). Jane Doe 3 was forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when she was a minor in three separate geographical locations: in London (at Ghislaine Maxwell’s apartment), in New York, and on Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands (in an orgy with numerous other under-aged girls)."

Prince Andrew has denied the allegations. In a statement from Buckingham Palace, a representative for the royal family stated, "This relates to long-running and ongoing civil proceedings in the US to which the Duke of York is not a party. As such we would not comment on the detail. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue."

Oscar Pistorius Found Guilty Of Manslaughter In The Death Of Girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp

Oscar Pistorius

After being acquitted of "premeditated murder" athlete Oscar Pistorius has been found guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. The beautiful model and reality star was shot dead by Pistorius in his home. Pistorius stated he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder. Prosecutors in his native South Africa are of the belief, the couple had a fight, Steenkamp fled to the bathroom and Pistorius in a rage shot her to death through the door.

Reeva Steenkamp

South African judge, Thokozile Masipa, ruled Pistorius shooting Steenkamp four times would cause anyone to believe death could result from discharging a firearm multiple times. Other items have created pause among the public. Why would Steenkamp have locked herself in the bathroom, putting the lock on, if she was not afraid of being attacked. Secondly, why did Pistorius wait so long to call for help. The life drained out of Steenkamp while Pistorius waited so long after shooting her to call an ambulance. It gives a certain impression.

Reeva Steenkamp and Oscar Pistorius

Pistorius, who cried uncontrollably in court, is currently free on bail in South Africa and must return to the court next month to be sentenced regarding his manslaughter conviction. Pistorius faces up to 15-years in prison on the manslaughter conviction.

He was one of the top publicists in the world, making lucrative deals for people selling unsavory stories on celebrities and politicians, in acts that invaded their privacy and betrayed their trust. Now he’s going to be an inmate. Famous publicist, Max Clifford, has been sentenced to 8-years in prison for having sex with underage girls, as young as 12-years of age. Compelling testimony from victims put the millionaire behind bars in a case that was well prosecuted.

It is alleged in some instances, females were told sex with Clifford was the only way he would make the famous in the entertainment industry. Clifford brings to mind Lou Pearlman, the former manager behind then teen music stars the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, O-Town and Aaron Carter. There were allegations of sexual abuse of underage teen boys, who were allegedly told they had to have sex with Pearlman if they wanted to be stars. One young hopeful was aghast when he asked Pearlman what he would have to do to become a star and Pearlman allegedly responded by opening his robe, revealing his penis and informed the underage teen boy he would have to perform oral sex on him.

The FBI never nabbed Pearlman for these crimes, though it was widely alleged he molested Aaron Carter and two of the Backstreet Boys when they were underage. However, Florida police were able to arrest Pearlman for financial fraud via a type of ponzi scheme he was running from his Orlando, Florida office. Pearlman was sentenced to 15-years in prison and is currently behind bars.

Famous PR Agent Max Clifford Found Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting Underage Girls

Max Clifford

This is a follow up to the article "Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal" where the Judiciary Report broke the story first regarding pedophiles at the BBC, due to criminal conduct buy Madonna and her pedophilic Kabbalah Center.

Beginning in 2009, the Judiciary Report began making claims that there is a problem at the BBC regarding select people and pedophilia (Top BBC Executive Charged As Pedophile, Another BBC Exec Busted, Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors and Aisha v. FBI).

In 2013, PR agent Max Clifford was arrested in the aforementioned BBC Jimmy Savile scandal. This week Clifford was found guilty on 8 counts of “indecent assault” on minors, as young as age 11, under the Metropolitan Police’s Operation Yewtree. Well done to the police, prosecution, judge and jury on the conviction.

The Judiciary Report would like to commend the brave victims who came forward and gave their testimony in the case. It could not have been easy for them reliving the trauma for court testimony, but it has helped other victims and means Clifford has been brought to justice, sparing other kids from abuse.

Max Clifford trial: public relations guru guilty of eight counts of indecent assault

2:14PM BST 28 Apr 2014 - Britain's best known public relations supremo becomes first to be convicted as a result of Operation Yewtree, the police inquiry set up in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal. Max Clifford, the public relations guru, has been found guilty of indecently assaulting teenage girls over nearly 20 years. Clifford, 71, is facing jail after an eight-week trial in which he faced 11 counts of indecent assault against seven teenagers. He was convicted of eight charges, cleared of two and the jury was unable to reach a verdict on one other.

Clifford became the first high-profile defendant to be convicted as a result of Scotland Yard’s Operation Yewtree, which was set up in the wake of the scandal surrounding Jimmy Savile, the BBC entertainer who was unmasked as Britain’s worst paedophile following his death in 2011. The outcome will go some way towards restoring the Crown Prosecution Service’s reputation following widespread criticism over its decision to take a series of public figures to trial only for them to be acquitted on all charges.

The Case Of The Three Young Women Abducted In Ohio Another Reminder Of The Time Victims Of Crime Lose (Ariel Castro Convicted)

Gina DeJesus, 23, Amanda Berry, 27 and Michelle Night, 32 were cruelly kidnapped by 53-year-old Ariel Castro in Cleveland, Ohio. He kept the women as sex slaves, brutally raping and beating them repeatedly over a 11 year time frame. The women were freed this year due to the intervention of two neighbors. Police were summoned and Castro arrested, indicted and convicted on a host of charges. He has been sentenced to life in prison, plus 1,000 years.

They were robbed of their innocence and years by a man who behaved illegally and unconscionably. Survivors of such confinement, often feel cheated as they miss developmental milestones and important events in their lives, due to being locked away against their will.

Similarly, when you look at great men like Nelson Mandela, who were wrongfully locked away for years against their will, they all basically tell the same story - they felt as though life was passing them by and they had become spectators instead of participants.

The things some people go through in this world can be so disheartening. When you see humanity at its worst, it causes great pause. The resilience of the human spirit is not to be underestimated. Men and women have survived horrors and reemerged with a steely determination to continue with their lives and they are some of the strongest among us in this world.

Former Prime Minister Of Italy Silvio Berlusconi Found Guilty Of Sex With Underage Prostitute (Videos)

Silvio Berlusconi, 76, the former Prime Minister of Italy, has been found guilty of having sex with an underage prostitute and sentenced to 7-years in prison on the charge. It is thought Morrocan Karima El Mahroug is one of several (then) underage women Berlusconi paid for sex. His second wife, Veronica Lario, divorced him over his penchant for underage girls.

Silvio Berlusconi

The billionaire, who owns the football team A.C. Milan, was also found guilty of tax evasion and sentenced to 4-years in prison. He is now banned from public office for life as a result of these offenses and convictions. Publications have also written of his mafia ties and how it allegedly funded his businesses.

Berlusconi, famous for "bunga bunga" parties at his mansion, which are basically big orgies with dozens of people, deeply offended the prosecutor's office in Italy with his conduct that was caught on wiretaps. Berlusconi's leadership sent Italy into disarray and financial chaos as his cabinet was largely comprised of attractive, breast implant bearing, unqualified women with no background in politics or economics.

Berlusconi will appeal his convictions in each case but it is being stated it is unlikely he will serve anytime in prison

June 24, 201311:29 AM - A court in Milan found former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi guilty Monday in a sex-for-hire case. The court sentenced Berlusconi to seven years in prison and barred him from public office indefinitely.

"Berlusconi, 76, [was] charged with paying an underage Moroccan teen for sex and then trying to cover it up with phone calls to Milan police officials when she was picked up for alleged theft. Berlusconi and the woman deny having had sex with each other...

"Even if he is convicted, there are two more levels of appeal before the sentence would become final. The process can take months." Berlusconi had already been sentenced to four years in prison in a tax fraud case in 2012...

Jodi Arias Found Guilty In Grisly Murder Of Boyfriend Travis Alexander (Video)

Today, 35-year-old Jodi Arias was found guilty of first-degree murder in the brutal killing of ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, 32. He was found dead on June 4, 2008 with vicious injuries that consisted of a bullet wound to the head, deeply slit throat and multiple stab wounds to the back. Arias literally and figuratively stabbed this man in the back.

The crime scene photos are horrible and the Judiciary Report does not recommend readers look at them. Alexander’s body was in such bad shape when authorities found it, due to the severity of his injuries, the way he was left for dead, naked in a bathtub and the fact he’d begun to decompose. He was someone’s child and to see anyone in that state is heartbreaking. Arias deserves life in prison.
Alexander died a horrible death that no one deserves, especially at the hands of someone who had claimed she cared for him. Arias’ defense was mainly self-defense, but his injuries tell another story.

Stabbing someone in the back is a tough sell as self-defense. Furthermore, the bullet to the head, slit throat and existence of far too many stab wounds and defense wounds on his hands, do not constitute self-defense, firmly drifting into the territory of cold-blooded murder.

Arias stated Alexander was a pedophile, but her defense team has been unable to prove this claim over the past 5-years, with many stating it was put forth for sympathy. Alexander is also being denied dignity in death as fully nude crime scene photos are on the internet, as well as graphic photos of his wounds. It’s just not right. No one deserves that.

Travis Alexander and Jodi Arias

It was discovered Arias had become obsessed with Alexander, who had dumped her. Arias began stalking him, slashing his tires, hacking into his Facebook account and accessing his voice messages. It is a well-established psychiatric rule that stalkers are capable of murder. This was a regrettable progression for Arias. During the trial, psychologists declared her mentally ill.

At the heart of the story is the claim Alexander was a Mormon, who wanted to abstain from sex, in adherence with his religion. He began dating promiscuous Arias who wanted full on sex before marriage, something he was not comfortable with. Instead they resorted to an alternative – anal sex.

Now, what people do in their bedrooms is their own business, so no one take the following the wrong way. For argument’s sake, if one is having anal sex, does that not also constitute the Bible definition of being "one flesh" with someone. Just because someone has not penetrated one in the traditional manner (vaginally) doesn’t meant using a backdoor entry is somehow not sex.

On the day he died, it is believed he and Arias engaged in some form of sexual activity, as a camera revealed nude photos of Alexander, taken by Arias. As the pictures progressed, photos began to appear of Alexander "profusely bleeding." The photos had been deleted by Arias, but authorities were able to retrieve the images. Maybe he had dumped her again after they had anal sex, which sent her into a rage.

Lauryn Hill Sentenced To 3-Months House Arrest For Tax Evasion And...

9-Months Supervised Release

Lauryn Hill

Sony Music singer Lauryn Hill, was sentenced to 3-months house arrest and 9 months supervised release for deliberately failing to pay taxes on millions of dollars in income. Considering the gravity of the tax crime, that was a relatively light sentence.

Actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 5-years in prison for not paying taxes on millions of dollars in income for over a decade. However, he provoked the government telling them lines from his movies such as "always bet on black" in challenging their case against him. When I read he said that I giggled and thought to myself of Wesley, "You’re going to JAILLLLLLL!" What did you tell them that for. However, in other ways his sentence is also just, as he beat ex-girlfriend Halle Berry and made her deaf in one ear, which must have been devastating for her. Snipes was released last month after serving over 3-years on his sentence.

Only fight the government in court when you are in the right, not in the wrong. And tax evasion is being in the wrong, as it is a crime. Hill was honest with the court, admitting what she’d done. She also equated her recording career at Sony to "slavery." At the end of the day, she knew she had to pay her taxes. She needs to be thankful they did not put her in jail and for years.

Two Prisoners Plotted To Murder Justin Bieber In New York

Justin Bieber

Now I admit, I too like most of the global population heard the song "Baby" by teen pop star Justin Bieber one too many times, but that's no reason to kill someone. Authorities disrupted a prison plot by convicted murderer Dana Martin and fellow inmate, Mark Staake, who sought to kill Bieber. Martin was sent to prison for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl, which makes him very dangerous. The plan was to kidnap and strangle Bieber. Ironically, Martin has a tattoo of Bieber on his body. Could it be, a male "belieber."

While Bieber was on Twitter making jokes about champion boxer Manny Pacquiao getting knocked out, someone was planning to take him out. Like I said on Twitter, Bieber, regarding the knock out, when Selana Gomez caught you with Barbara Palvin that could have been you. Nonetheless, glad the prison plot didn't take off.

R. Allen Stanford's Guilty Conviction Brings An End To A Terrible Chapter In Banking History

R. Allen Stanford

Financial fraudster R. Allen Stanford, who was arrested and remanded into custody in 2009, over a $7 billion dollar ponzi scheme the FBI knew of for over a decade, but let continue to the detriment of the public, was found guilty on a host of criminal charges, during March 6, 2012 court proceedings.

Stanford's corrupt bank sold the domestic and international public certificates of deposit (CDs) with a high rate of return, not supported by any discernible profits. It was all a ponzi scheme to fleece the public and fund Stanford's very lavish lifestyle that included mansions around the world, wives and mistresses.

Due to the Stanford's ties to President Bush and the $5,000,000 in donations he gave Congress, the FBI, headed up by Robert S. Mueller, covered up his crimes for over a decade, which caused the damages in the case to grow to over $7 billion dollars. This represents the public's money unwittingly invested in Stanford's scam, much of which is forever lost to the ponzi scheme and his extravagant spending.

Stanford's remaining stolen, ill-gotten assets were no where near enough to even approach the amount of money the public lost, to make any type of decent financial restitution to victims (FBI has only found peanuts in missing funds).

A guilty verdict was reached in the second degree murder trial of 22-year-old University of Virginia lacrosse player, Yeardley Love, who was killed by her boyfriend, George Huguely V, 24. Love was beaten to death in an act of rage by Huguely, with the cause of death being blunt force trauma. He did not display much remorse in his expressions outside the courthouse.

Yeardley Love

The two university students had been dating, but broke up. Love began dating a male lacrosse player, which enraged Huguely, who began sending her threatening emails. Huguely wrote in one email "I should have killed you." And that he did - beating the defenseless young woman to death, consumed with jealousy. Huguely faces a potential 60-years in prison.
