In a very sad and tragic twist, 23-year-old American Airman, Spencer Stone, was repeatedly stabbed in the chest on Thursday, October 8, 2015, while attempting to help a friend that was under attack on a Sacramento, California street. Stone is in the hospital and is listed in critical condition. 

In August 2015, Stone and two other men subdued terrorist Ayoub El Khazzani, who was threatening to blow up a French train. For their valiant efforts, Stone and the two other men were awarded the the French Legion d’Honneur in France and the American Purple Star upon returning to the United States.

Spencer Stone, who was awarded the French Legion d’Honneur and the American Purple Star after tackling Ayoub El Khazzani on the Thalys express, was said to have been “repeatedly” knifed in the chest on a street corner in Sacramento, California. Reports suggested that the 23-year-old was stabbed after coming to the defence of a friend.

Bambi Johnson of the VH1 reality show "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" stated her sister, Stephanie Harp, is the individual behind the bathroom stabbing and beating of co-star, Erica Pinkett. Erica's arm was sliced open with a razor. She was also punched in the face and knocked to the ground during the attack. Bambi also stated she did not order the attack on her rival Pinkett.

The problem is most people will not believe Bambi did not have something to do with the vicious attack, as Erica has been having a sexual relationship with her boyfriend, rapper Lil Scrappy. Bambi has been jealous of Erica for this reason and made statements that caused her sister to attack Pinkett in a violent manner that resulted in her arrest in Atlanta.

Wendy Williams Rips Chris Brown (Video)

Talk show host Wendy Williams has ripped singer Chris Brown over his tirade against lawless rapper Jay-Z. During a segment on the Wendy Williams Show, she stated Brown "looks like a junkie" among other things, making reference to his noticeable weight loss and openly acknowledged drug habit.

Williams is right in stating Brown needs to take responsibility for his actions (as we all do in life) she also stated he is "Not smart to blame Jay-Z" but technically he didn't do that. He pointed out the blaring double standard in that Jay-Z stabbed a man, sold crack cocaine (not to mention, beat up a woman backstage at a concert and reportedly shot one of his relatives) yet has received a free pass from the press.

While Brown has posted pictures of himself smoking marijuana, many in the industry believe he is on stronger narcotics (cocaine, sizzurp). When weed smokers come down from their high, they often become very hungry and go on food binges. Brown's fans have been concerned that he has become the opposite, emaciated and drawn. Drugs are no joke and considering all the high profile overdoses over the past few years, Brown needs an intervention stat.

Carter one month before its release date. In the latest issue of Jet magazine Chris Brown wonders why Jay Z gets a pass and not him telling the mag, "No disrespect, because I’m a fan, but nobody brings up the fact that [Jay Z] stabbed somebody and sold drugs. He gets a pass."

Deadly Terrorist Attack On British Soldier In South London (Video)

A brutal, grisly terrorist attack occurred yesterday in Woolwich, South London (Britain). A solider was stabbed and hacked to death by two Muslim men complaining about the British army, which has a unit in Woolwich. The soldier was hit by a car, butchered with knives and meat cleavers in front of horrified onlookers, then dragged into the middle of the street.

Police were summoned and the two men tried to attack them as well and were subsequently shot. The British government is treating the incident as a terrorist attack and understandably so. South London is a nice place. I spent a lot of time there last year and always felt safe. It is obvious this soldier was targeted. This was a senseless attack that will not garner sympathy from decent people. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the soldier’s family and friends.

Jodi Arias Found Guilty In Grisly Murder Of Boyfriend Travis Alexander (Video)

Today, 35-year-old Jodi Arias was found guilty of first-degree murder in the brutal killing of ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, 32. He was found dead on June 4, 2008 with vicious injuries that consisted of a bullet wound to the head, deeply slit throat and multiple stab wounds to the back. Arias literally and figuratively stabbed this man in the back.

The crime scene photos are horrible and the Judiciary Report does not recommend readers look at them. Alexander’s body was in such bad shape when authorities found it, due to the severity of his injuries, the way he was left for dead, naked in a bathtub and the fact he’d begun to decompose. He was someone’s child and to see anyone in that state is heartbreaking. Arias deserves life in prison.
Alexander died a horrible death that no one deserves, especially at the hands of someone who had claimed she cared for him. Arias’ defense was mainly self-defense, but his injuries tell another story.

Stabbing someone in the back is a tough sell as self-defense. Furthermore, the bullet to the head, slit throat and existence of far too many stab wounds and defense wounds on his hands, do not constitute self-defense, firmly drifting into the territory of cold-blooded murder.

Arias stated Alexander was a pedophile, but her defense team has been unable to prove this claim over the past 5-years, with many stating it was put forth for sympathy. Alexander is also being denied dignity in death as fully nude crime scene photos are on the internet, as well as graphic photos of his wounds. It’s just not right. No one deserves that.

It was discovered Arias had become obsessed with Alexander, who had dumped her. Arias began stalking him, slashing his tires, hacking into his Facebook account and accessing his voice messages. It is a well-established psychiatric rule that stalkers are capable of murder. This was a regrettable progression for Arias. During the trial, psychologists declared her mentally ill.

At the heart of the story is the claim Alexander was a Mormon, who wanted to abstain from sex, in adherence with his religion. He began dating promiscuous Arias who wanted full on sex before marriage, something he was not comfortable with. Instead they resorted to an alternative – anal sex.

Now, what people do in their bedrooms is their own business, so no one take the following the wrong way. For argument’s sake, if one is having anal sex, does that not also constitute the Bible definition of being "one flesh" with someone. Just because someone has not penetrated one in the traditional manner (vaginally) doesn’t meant using a backdoor entry is somehow not sex.

On the day he died, it is believed he and Arias engaged in some form of sexual activity, as a camera revealed nude photos of Alexander, taken by Arias. As the pictures progressed, photos began to appear of Alexander "profusely bleeding." The photos had been deleted by Arias, but authorities were able to retrieve the images. Maybe he had dumped her again after they had anal sex, which sent her into a rage.

Pakistani Politician Murdered In London

A Pakistani politician, Dr. Imran Farooq, who received asylum in Britain in 1999, was stabbed and battered to death, outside his London home yesterday. Scotland Yard is currently investigating the case, with the press classifying it as an assassination.

Farooq helped to lead his political party, the Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), in Pakistan, but fled when death threats were issued, prompting his departure. A bounty was put on his head, over what is thought to be unsubstantiated charges. Since that time, Farooq and his fellow party members, have reportedly run Karachi, Pakistan, from an office building in the leafy English suburb of Barnet, which contains wealthy enclaves, such as Hadley Wood.

There are no reports of Farooq having been robbed during the murder and the viciousness of the crime indicates, it is someone that knew exactly who he was and wanted him dead, not a random act of violence. Some are speculating it was the possible fulfillment of the bounty that was originally placed on his head in Pakistan. The only other option would be a domestic dispute, but even that seems bizarre, according to how the crime transpired and its location.

As someone that was raised in an environment that revolves a lot around politics, it never ceases to amaze me how far some will go to neutralize others. It doesn't matter what country, there is always someone willing to go too far, in silencing another for their political work, views and aspirations. People have been killed for simply seeking political office or attempting to vote, in a worldwide trend that must desist.

Serial Stabber Targeting Blacks In Michigan & Virginia

Police are on the look out for a white, male serial stabber, who has been targeting black people in the U.S. states of Michigan and Virginia. 14 of the 16 people the unknown assailant has viciously stabbed, are black. Five of his victims have died.

One victim was a black teen, who is currently in critical condition, after receiving multiple stab wounds. A federal manhunt is underway to apprehend him. The Judiciary Report implores the serial stabber to turn himself in.
