The coroner's report into the death of "The Voice" and You
Tube star Christina Grimmie reveals obsessed stalker, Kevin
James Loibl, shot her in the head and chest, as she extended
her arms to hug him, as she did other fans, at a meet and
greet in Orlando, Florida. The talented singer was the
opening act for the boyband Before You Exit. Both recording
acts were spending time signing autographs for audience
members and giving out hugs when tragedy struck.

Loibl, who had never met or spoken to Grimmie, built up a
non-existent relationship with her that existed solely in
his mind and became angry upon logging on to social
networking one day and discovering she had a boyfriend.
Loibl stalked Grimmie across the state of Florida to her
show in Orlando. The bullets to Grimmie's head and chest
proved catastrophic. Surgeons battled to save her, but she
was pronounced dead hours after the shooting. Loibl turned
the gun on himself and was also pronounced dead. This
nonsensical tragedy is appalling. She was only 22-years-old.
He should not have done this to her.

Hinckley, who was freed yesterday after 35-years in a mental
hospital, is a severely mentally ill stalker, who became
obsessed with actress, Jodie Foster.
Hinckley saw Foster in the debauched 1976 movie "Taxi
Driver" where at age 13 the former child star player a
teenage prostitute, in what was a highly sexualized and
inappropriate role. Hinckley, at age 24, began criminally
stalking a then 17-year-old Foster. Hinckley stalked Foster
when she enrolled at Yale University in New Haven,
Connecticut. He moved from Texas to Connecticut and
routinely stalked her around campus.

Hinckley stalked Foster to the point he found out where she
lived on campus and her private, unlisted telephone number.
Hinckley got so uncomfortably close to Foster via stalking,
he was able to slip letters and notes under her dorm room
door and repeatedly telephoned her room, in what was a
violation of her privacy.
Due to the fact Foster understandably rejected Hinckley, as
no one likes being stalked and hounded, he insanely decided
the only way to get her attention was to kill the President
of the United States, which he later insanely branded, "The
greatest love offering in human history." Hinckley first
sought to kill former President Jimmy Carter, but later
settled on newly elected Reagan.

Right before Hinckley attempted to kill Reagan, he slipped a
note under Foster's dorm room door stating, "Over the past
seven months I've left you dozens of poems, letters and love
messages in the faint hope that you could develop an
interest in me. Although we talked on the phone a couple of
times I never had the nerve to simply approach you and
introduce myself...the reason I'm going ahead with this
attempt now is because I cannot wait any longer to impress
you. - John Hinckley Jr."
The warning signs were there that he was capable of acts of
violence. Hinckley stalked former President Carter from
state to state and was arrested on a weapons charge while
doing so. Hinckley's family missed the warning signs,
despite the fact they did him treatment for depression, that
he had become dangerous. However, the diagnosis was
incomplete and in some regard incorrect. He was having
violent ideations that made him a danger. He bought weapons
prior to the assassination in attempts at acting out violent
ideas.

Hinckley came from a wealthy oil family in Texas. His
family's wealth clearly made a difference in the case, as he
should have been sent to prison and for life, over the
attempted murder of Ronald Reagan, James Brady, Tim McCarthy
and Thomas Delahantry. Now the public is placed in peril
again, as he has been freed, while one of his victims,
Brady, died two years ago due to injuries stemming from the
shooting.
When Hinckley was admitted to a mental hospital after the
attempted assassination, a psychiatrist labeled him
"unpredictably dangerous." For decades his obsession with
Foster has continued, as items relating to her have
repeatedly been found in his possession. Yet, he has been
freed this week.

Stalkers usually do not stop their criminal behavior unless
they are stopped under the law. Stalkers should not be taken
lightly. It is a serious mental disorder and one that
warrants long term psychiatric intervention and confinement
to a mental facility, provided the individual did not commit
attempted murder or murder, which deserves a prison
sentence.
Criminally insane John Hinckley Jr., has been freed 35-years after the 1981 attempted murder of former U.S. President, Ronald Reagan, who had only been in office 69 days. Hinckley shot Reagan in the chest, after a bullet ricocheted off the presidential limo. Reagan suffered a punctured lung and internal bleeding.

A bullet struck White House Press Secretary, James Brady, on the right side of his head. Brady was left paralyzed on the left side of his body. Brady died in 2014, with the coroner listing homicide from the assassination attempt as the cause of death. During the assassination attempt, Hinckley also shot Secret Service agent Tim McCarthy in the stomach and police officer Thomas Delahantry in the neck as they tried to protect the president. Reagan recovered from the shooting and carried on with his duties as head of state.

Hinckley pled not guilty by reason of insanity and was sent to a mental hospital for three and a half decades. Brady was not charged with the death of Brady, though responsible for his early passing. The Judiciary Report is of the belief schizophrenic Hinckley should have spent the rest of his life in confinement. There is no known cure for schizophrenia and if he forgets to take his medicine, no longer being watched and ordered to by medical staff, something bad could happen again.

Would-be Reagan assassin John Hinckley Jr. to be freed after 35 years
July 27 at 7:52 PM - Thirty-five years after he shot President Ronald Reagan and three others outside a D.C. hotel, John W. Hinckley Jr. will be released from a government psychiatric hospital, a federal judge ordered Wednesday. The ruling ends the institutionalization of the one of the nation’s most notorious mental health patients.
Outrage over Hinckley’s acquittal in the 1981 shooting reshaped the insanity defense in courts across the country. The revelation that he had pulled the trigger to impress a movie star added obsession and celebrity to the case. And extraordinary television footage of the attack on the 40th U.S. president brought the event to millions of American homes.
In Wednesday’s court order, U.S. District Judge Paul L. Friedman wrote that Hinckley, 61, no longer poses a danger to himself or others and will be freed to live full time with his mother in Williamsburg, Va. His release could come as early as Aug. 5 and is subject to dozens of conditions, some of which could be phased out after a year if Hinckley adheres to them.

Approximately a week later on June 16, 2016, a
report was released yesterday stating Grimmie's
stalker, Kevin James Loibl, was indeed in love with
her, thought they were getting married though they
didn't know each other, became enraged when he
discovered she had a boyfriend, then stalked and
murdered her. In Loibl's
crazy mind Grimmie, whom he did not know and had no
relationship with, had somehow betrayed him with her
boyfriend.

Loibl worked with computers at the electronics
chain, Best Buy, as apart of one of their
Geek Squad teams. Loibl's coworkers on the Geek Squad
recently told police he was obsessed with Grimmie,
kept stating he was going to marry her and in a manner
that indicated he really believed they were getting
married and a wedding date was already set, despite
the fact they did not know each other. His co-workers did not think Grimmie
would like him and expressed said view. Loibl

glasses), hair
implants and went vegan to get trim and muscular
with the goal of marrying Grimmie.
Then, Loibl discovered Grimmie has a boyfriend. Pictures
were posted to Instagram showing Grimmie being
affectionately hugged by her boyfriend, who is
her producer, Stephen Rezza. Grimmie and Rezza made
a cute couple (they kind of look alike) and by all
accounts she was happy with her boyfriend. It was
her right to date whomever she felt like that was
interested in her as well.
Relationships can't be one-sided, but with
stalkers they always are, because one person has
invented the whole thing in their mind. In trying to
date and marry someone who did not know him, then
getting mad at her for having someone to the point
it led to murder, reveals serious mental issues.
Loibl claimed to be a fan, so he should have been
happy for her. However, stalkers are not fans, they
are crazy, evil minded people trying to own, control
and possess others in strange ways. Stalkers are
illogical and irrational. They are so detached from reality and
decency, they pose a serious threat to innocent
people.

Many people have spotted others online,
interacted with them and began dating them (in some
cases it led to marriage). Many fans have crushes on
their favorite celebrity and some even end up dating
them (once again, in some cases it led to marriage).
That's normal. However, to like someone you see
online or on TV, then get enraged because they have
someone and decide to kill them, is a whole other
matter. Loibl had no right to attack Grimmie. He
robbed a bright and talented young woman of her
life. She, like everyone else, deserved to find
someone and be happy with that person of her
choosing.

obsessed fan who murdered “Voice” singer Christina
Grimmie tried to transform himself into a pretty boy
in a delusional bid to win over the songbird,
co-workers said. Kevin Loibl got hair transplants,
underwent Lasik eye surgery and even turned vegan to
shed pounds and become too-hot-resist to Grimmie,
the killer’s colleagues with Best Buy’s Geek Squad
told TMZ.
Loibl vowed to co-workers — who would tease him
about his infatuation with the singer– that he’d
someday marry Grimme, who rose to fame first on
YouTube, and then in the sixth season of NBC’s
singing talent show, “The Voice.” And he told them
he went to one of her concerts in March, and hinted
that he met her there. He also claimed that he
played online games with Grimmie, which a source
told TMZ was untrue.
The killer apparently became enraged when he was
shown pictures of Grimmie with another man, possibly
her boyfriend TMZ reported. His obsession turned
unspeakably violent last Friday when Loibl shot and
killed the talented 22-year-old singer after a
concert in Orlando.’ He fatally shot himself after
wounding Grimmie, who died the next day.

killer was on a mission to make himself so appealing
she couldn't resist him, and when it didn't work he
changed his plan to kill her ... this according to
his former co-workers. Various people who worked
with Kevin Loibl tell TMZ his infatuation with
Christina was boundless. He went on a mission to
change his appearance for her and, toward the end,
got hair transplants and Lasik eye surgery. He also
went vegan to lose weight.
He would also listen to her music at work and vow
she would someday be his wife. Loibl's Best Buy
co-workers say he went to one of Christina's shows
in March and hinted that he actually met her. The
co-workers also say the Geek Squad killer claimed to
have played online games with the singer. A source
close to the singer, however, tells us Christina
never had contact with Loibl.
And there's this. The co-workers say they teased
Loibl that he would never score because Christina
had a boyfriend ... her producer. That relationship
was never public, but pictures of Christina and the
guy together on social media made it pretty clear
... they were together. We're told that enraged
Loibl. That rage was vented last Friday after
Christina's show, when he shot her in the head and
then killed himself.
A few hours after the Judiciary Report's article, police in Orlando, Florida held a press conference
confirming Grimmie was indeed killed by a stalker. Later that evening police further revealed the stalker is 27-year-old
Kevin James Loibl of St. Petersburg, Florida. There were
claims by a Facebook user that Grimmie was killed by an
ex-boyfriend, but police are now stating there is no
evidence to suggest Grimmie knew Loibl.
Police revealed that Loibl was a stalker with a
criminal history for theft, who tried to connect with
popular Grimmie over the internet on social networking. At
the time Grimmie's shooting was announced, she had 659,000
followers on Twitter and 3,000,000 subscribers on You Tube.
There are many major label artists, who have been recording
music for many years, but don't have that type of online
following. Grimmie was definitely being heard online.
Loibl went to Grimmie's concert at The
Plaza theatre, where she was opening for boyband Before You
Exit. Loibl was carrying two guns and a knife, walked over
to Grimmie, who was signing autographs and opened fire. He
shot her 4 times in the chest and head. A hot dog vender at
the venue stated he went inside the theatre when he heard
the commotion and saw Grimmie on the ground with blood
pouring from her head. When I read the vendor's statement, the scenario he described fit that of a stalker,
to just walk up to a singer and shoot that person in
particular, no questions asked. Grimmie's brother tackled
Loibl, who then turned the gun on himself.
Though quite talented (her voice is amazing) and popular
online, Grimmie was by no means rich, as it was the
beginning stages of her career (she had the potential to
become wealthy from music). She was on the television talent
show "The Voice" in 2014, placing third. Then Grimmie began
making appearances and doing shows in smaller venues, but
not enough work yet to necessitate or afford bodyguards. At
this early stage of her career, it was not warranted yet.
However, with the way social networking is working now, with
a small minority of deranged, abusive, violent people
ruining what is often a very positive and uplifting
experience of interacting with others who are nice and
decent, even Twitter famous and Instagram famous people need
to be careful. Poor girl never realized such a thing could
happen.

Grimmie was a lovely singer with a great voice and good
attitude. Her social networking pages were positive and
funny, as she politely interacted with others. She would be
one of the last people you would think something like this
would happen to, as all indications show she
was sweet to people. However, with crazy people, you never
know what will set them off. A pretty young woman with
talent doing something with her life will attract attention
online. Some will be women who enjoy your work (and in
listening to Grimmie last night for the first time due to
her name trending over tragedy, I was very impressed with
her big voice and enjoying her singing as refreshing and
beautiful). While others will be men who like you and want
to date you.

One really would not think violence would erupt at a Before
You Exit or Christina Grimmie show, as they are not
controversial new artists. It's a sad situation.

Jun 11, 2016, 8:11 PM ET - The man who shot
and killed singer Christina Grimmie after her concert in
Orlando traveled there from another Florida city to attack
her, police said today. The suspected gunman, Kevin James
Loibl, 27, of St. Petersburg, had two handguns, loaded
magazines and a hunting knife, the Orlando Police Department
said. Police released his name this afternoon, after earlier
only giving his age -- mistakenly given as 21.
There is no indication that he knew the
22-year-old singer, who was a performer on "The Voice" in
2014, police said. "The suspect traveled to Orlando
apparently to commit this crime," Orlando Police Department
Chief John Mina told reporters at a news conference today.
Loibl was not on police radar and there was "nothing that
would stand out or raise suspicious that he would do
something like this," St Petersburg Police Department
spokesman Rick Shaw said.
According to a Pinellas County police
database, Loibl was never arrested, Shaw said. He was in the
police system, but for minor infractions such as petty
theft, a minor battery incident in which he was the victim
and a 2008 car accident. He was once suspected of aggravated
battery, but no charges were filed after the alleged victim
said she couldn't remember the incident and then became
uncooperative, Shaw said.

signing autographs and selling merchandise after their show
ended Friday night at 10 p.m. at Orlando's Plaza Live
Theater, when Loibl walked up to her and shot her, Orlando
police said. Loibl fatally shot himself after Grimmie's
brother tackled him to the ground.
"During the struggle, the suspect shot
himself. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene,"
Orlando Police Department public information officer Wanda
Miglio said during an earlier press briefing this morning.
"Her brother is a hero for saving and stopping him from not
hurting anyone else."...
22-year-old You Tube star, Christina Grimmie, who placed
third on the 2014 edition of the television talent show "The
Voice" was shot and killed in Orlando, Florida, while
signing autographs for fans outside The Plaza theatre. The
talented singer/pianist Grimmie and the boyband Before You
Exit, held a concert at the venue, but trouble erupted at
the meet and greet after the show.
A man opened fire on Grimmie as she signed autographs,
shooting her in the head, then fatally turning the gun on
himself, after the singer's brother tackled him. Grimmie was
rushed to hospital and listed in critical condition.
However, shortly after Grimmie was declared dead. This is so
tragic and sad. She was someone's child. To die at 22-years
old and in an act of violence, when all she wanted to do was
sing, is terrible. He had no right to take her life away
from her.
Ironically, Grimmie did a version of David Guetta's
"Titanium" repeatedly singing the lyric "Shoot me down, but
I won't fall." To most who've heard the song, it is just
lyrics. However, to a crazed stalker, it's an invitation to
do the unthinkable. Where normal people see, read and hear
one thing, a lunatic interprets it completely differently
and destructively. Stalkers imagine hidden meanings in words
and statements that aren't there.
Stalking is a serious crime. It denotes serious mental
illness. The sad fact of the matter is a number of stalkers
resort to acts of violence against innocent victims, who
have done them no harm. However, stalkers build up insane
scenarios in their heads of imagine invitations, offenses,
slights or provocations that simply never occurred.
33-year-old stalker, Charles Moreland, has
been targeting Townhall.com journalist and Fox News
commentator, Catherine “Katie” Pavlich, whom he is in love
with, resulting in the FBI indicting him on criminal
charges, such as cyberstalking. Previously, Morelanad was
jailed for cyberstalking and making threats against U.S.
congressional senator, Harry Reid.
Moreland, sent Palvich a barrage of unwanted
and threatening emails at the online address posted on her
website articles. Such email addresses are meant for public
feedback, which includes compliments, constructive criticism
or requests regarding what people would like to see on a
website. Said email addresses are not meant for threats and
abuse. Writers don't mind emails that criticize their
writing and written opinions. You can even tell a writer via
email that their work stinks or is biased. However, when it
crosses the line into threats, that's when it becomes
illegal.
Moreland used fake names and various email
addresses to submit a multitude of harassing, threatening
and abusive items to Palvich, in conduct psychologists
attribute to stalkers. Moreland took his conduct even
further in sending threatening and crazy items to Palvich's
brother on social networking. Papers in psychiatric journals
by psychologists do state, stalkers often target the family
members, spouses and or love interests of their victims. It
is a crazy means of indirect contact with a victim they are
stalking and getting no response from, leading to greater
restlessness. However, it is unwise to respond to a stalker.

Moreland became so obsessed with Palvich,
everything she or her brother posted online, he crazily
misinterpreted it as something directed to and written about
him. Moreland made statements that reveal he is in love with
pretty Palvich and wanted to marry her. Many people have
crushes on public figures, post comments to that effect on
social networking and even send fan email. That's no crime.
However, once again, Moreland veered into completely illegal
territory in sending threatening items via email, where
Palvich and her brother began to reasonably fear for their
safety.
Moreland was jailed and given court orders
not to use a computer, laptop, tablet or any other device to
cyberstalk and harass people. However, the minute he got out
of jail in the Reid case, he began targeting Palvich to
greater degrees, sending more and more threatening emails.
This case further alarmingly proves many stalkers cannot be
rehabilitated. It is a serious mental disorder that not even
shock therapy can fix.
Stalkers are not harmless. Many of them
engage in criminal violence against innocent people. Their
minds are gone, believing they own and or are in a romantic
relationship with their victim, who wants nothing to do with
them. The justice system needs to take a hard line with
stalkers. Too many of them have killed innocent people.
Stalkers belong behind bars indefinitely or in a mental
institution to protect the public.

FBI Probing Stalking Of Fox Commentator
Suspect was convicted for death threats against
Sen. Harry Reid
MAY 19--The Oklahoma man convicted of
threatening to kill U.S. Senator Harry Reid is now the
target of an FBI investigation into his alleged online
stalking of a prominent conservative journalist and frequent
Fox News Channel contributor, court records show. According
to an FBI affidavit, Charles Moreland, 33, has spent most of
the last year harassing Catherine “Katie” Pavlich, a
Townhall.com editor. Pavlich, 27, has received more than 250
e-mails from Moreland, a barrage that left the journalist
“in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury,”
federal agents allege.
Moreland, a Tulsa resident, pleaded guilty
in January 2015 to sending Reid messages stating that the
politician was a “dead man.” One e-mail warned Reid that if
he did not resign his Senate seat he and his family members
would “face stern, harsh, unimaginable consequences.” In
another message, Moreland wrote that if the Democratic power
“opens his mouth again, we will take action against him and
his family immediately.”
In a misdemeanor plea deal, Moreland was
sentenced to a month in jail and five months of home
detention. He was also placed on probation for a year.
Beginning last May, investigators charge, Moreland inundated
Pavlich with creepy and menacing e-mails. While claiming in
one e-mail, “I am not going to harm anyone,” Moreland stated
in a later communication, “If I come to DC you will ignore
me and say you have no idea who I am.”
Upon receiving some of Moreland’s initial
e-mails, Pavlich told a colleague that, “I think this guy…is
a serious harm to himself and possibly a legitimate stalker
of me.” Pavlich, identified as “CP” in the FBI affidavit,
did not respond to TSG e-mails seeking comment about the
federal probe.
In other e-mails, Moreland appeared
infatuated with Pavlich, asking, “When are you going to
seduce me?” and “Does that mean you are going to kill me if
I don’t marry you?” When Pavlich solicited reader questions
in advance of an interview with Carly Fiorina, Moreland
wrote, “Ask her if she thinks I should marry you.”
Moreland, the FBI affidavit notes, even
monitored an Instagram account maintained by Pavlich’s
brother. When Pavlich’s sibling uploaded video of himself
shooting at a Tulsa gun range, Moreland interpreted the clip
as a direct threat. “I have no interest in harming you or
anyone you care about. I honestly do not,” Moreland wrote to
Pavlich in a September 2015 e-mail. “However, if you have
interest in harming me, please make sure you follow through
on the implied.”
Moreland’s e-mails to Pavlich stopped after
he was arrested in November for violating terms of his
probation. He was cited for failing to disclose his use of a
tablet and laptop that were capable of accessing the
Internet. Additionally, court records show, Moreland sent
“threatening” e-mails to the White House, Hillary Clinton,
and other public officials. The Clinton e-mail, forwarded to
the Secret Service by the campaign’s correspondence
director, prompted agents to confront Moreland about his
unhinged communications...
Last week, the Judiciary Report was proven
right again, as Danielle Patti, the woman some press
outlets, such as TMZ, initial thought was Brown’s
girlfriend, just slipped up in a massive way, by outright
trespassing at his home in Los Angeles. She was arrested and
the presiding judge in the case ordered her to undergo an
involuntary psychiatric evaluation. Patti has now firmly
shown she was not Brown’s girlfriend, but a stalker who lied
to the court about having a relationship with him, when none
existed or exists, obtaining a restraining order in the
process against her victim (Brown). I think Patti is
mentally unwell and actually believes she is Brown's
girlfriend and that his mansion is where she lives and has a
right to be, when those are delusions.
Danielle Patti got more than she bargained for
stalking and harassing Chris Brown a second time, as she has
been arrested and forced to undergo a mental evaluation.
Having felt empowered by going to the court
and filing a fraudulent restraining order against Brown,
lying to a judge stating they dated, the singer wouldn’t
permit her leave his home and sent her death threats via
text messages (none of which she could produce in court),
she believed she had gotten away with it, then went too far
(again) trespassing on his property once more. Someone who
is a victim of a stalker, would not trespass on the alleged
stalker’s property…not to mention, doing so twice. Victims
avoid stalkers. Stalkers strangely crave attention of any
kind from their victims, as they are mentally deranged and
view trespassing or even rejection as validation, which is
unbalanced and weird. They want attention and to be close to

the property around 3 AM Thursday. She was caught by
security and held until police arrived. She was charged with
two counts of trespassing to which she pled not guilty on
Friday. Brown was home at the time, and we're told his
attorney will file for a temporary restraining order..

Brown's alleged stalker Danielle Patti will undergo a mental
evaluation after her latest arrest at the singer's home.
Danielle Patti was in court Friday for a bail hearing when
the judge gave the order. You can see in the video, Patti
tried to speak directly to the judge -- declaring she wanted
to dump her attorney and represent herself -- but the judge
wasn't having it. Danielle's been in jail since last week
after she was arrested for trespassing at Chris' home for
the second time since December. Chris currently has a 100
yard restraining order against her.
Danielle Patti, a woman believed to be
stalking Chris Brown, was arrested for trespassing at his
Los Angeles mansion. She told police she was dating Brown
and he blocked her in the property as she tried to leave the
premises. Patti then stated Brown began threatening her on
social networking for stalking him.

published to the site on March 17, 2016, "Patti filed paperwork to obtain a
restraining order against Brown and it was granted, even
though he is a victim of her criminal stalking. Brown has
not handled this matter correctly. He is the one that should
have a restraining order against Patti.
However, by lashing
out against her directly on social networking, he has now
broken the law. Brown should have let his lawyer Mark
Geragos handle the matter."
Brown finally turned the matter over to his
attorney's office, who went to court on Tuesday, March 29,
2016 and had restraining order Patti obtained overturned, as
she produced no evidence she dated Brown or that he sent her
threatening text messages. According to TMZ, when the judge
asked Patti to give the court the threatening text messages
Brown sent her, she stated she had deleted them because they
"scare her" and she "didn't want the memories." TMZ is also
reporting she did not have Brown's phone number or email
address.

I did not believe the story was true,
evidenced by the fact that two weeks ago I referred to her
as his stalker. Now that her picture has been posted, I can
also state she's a nice looking person, but she's not Chris
Brown's type. Not because she's white. He has dated
beautiful white women, as well as beautiful black women,
Latinos and Asians. However, he has a type. He likes women
who are glamorous.
Patti is suffering from a case of Erotomania,
a psychiatric condition where the subject is convinced they
are in a special romantic relationship with someone who is
not dating them. Patti convinced herself that Brown is in
love with her, she was invited to his home (she was
trespassing) and they are dating, when none of that is true
and it appears they've never even met.
Fans like to take celebrity bus tours
operated by companies to go sightseeing or on their own
drive by the homes of their favorite stars and take a
picture of it. That is not uncommon. Under the law that is
not stalking. However, if someone takes it too far by
trespassing and or breaking an entry into the actual
house/apartment, then it becomes illegal. It also becomes
illegal if there exists a pattern of stalking, such as
following the target around various locations such as
medical appointments, business meetings, their home ect., in
a repeated pattern.
Brown is still in love with his
ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who dumped him for cheating on

to be Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend didn't get the restraining
order she requested after failing to produce any evidence
she'd ever dated the singer. Danielle Patti got her day in
court to back up her bizarre claims -- that she and CB
hooked up last December and when they broke up, he started
harassing and threatening her via text and social media.
She'd already been granted a temporary
restraining order, but on Tuesday in a L.A. court a judge
asked Patti to hand over proof of any threatening messages
from Brown. She told the judge she'd erased them because
they scare her and she "didn't want the memories." She
also admitted she didn't have Chris' phone number or email
address after being grilled by Chris' lawyers, Ben Meiseles
and Setara Qassim. The judge quickly tossed the case...
26-year-old singer, Chris Brown, has a
number of stalkers, due to his career in music and looks
that has attracted many female admirers online. Stalkers
often engage in trespassing, which is illegal. A year ago,
stalker Amira Kodcia Ayeb, broke into Brown's home, put on
his clothes and spray painted walls and cabinets with items
proclaiming herself his wife. Never mind Brown is not

individuals stalking me (Kabbalah
Center) and found it does not work with those who
are schizophrenic and suffering from Erotomania. It's best
to avoid them altogether, but make sure there is proper
documentation of their criminal behavior, making it easier
to pursue legal action for one's own protection. When a
stalker is far gone, they only hear what they want to hear,
no matter how much you tell them no.

turned the tables on the woman who was arrested for
trespassing at his house -- because now he won't stop
threatening her on social media ... according to her,
anyway. Danielle Patti filed for a temporary restraining
order against Chris, claiming he's repeatedly harassed her
on his social media platforms and said he'd like to see her
dead. She also says they used to date.
Patti is the same woman who ... as we
reported, was arrested in December when she allegedly drove
onto Chris' property and refused to leave. In the docs,
filed by Patti herself, she tells it differently ...
claiming she was trying to leave, but couldn't because
someone parked a car in front of hers. She says Chris called
the cops and she was arrested. She claims she was cleared of
all charges. The judge granted the restraining order --
meaning Chris must stay 100 yards away from Patti and have
no contact with her -- pending a hearing later this month.
We're guessing he'll be cool with that.
ESPN sportscaster and "Dancing With The
Stars" television host, Erin Andrews, was victorious in
court this week, with a jury awarding her $55,000,000 in
damages against the Marriott chain of hotels (and her
stalker), for allowing her deranged voyeuristic stalker,
Michael David Barrett, to obtain her hotel room information
and booking him a suite next to her, enabling him to
secretly record her naked, then upload it to the internet
like a depraved pervert and sexual predator. As the damages
are split 51/49, Marriott Hotels is liable for $27,000,000
in damages. Barrett, who is not wealthy, is liable for the
remaining damages. As such his wages will be garnished, as
will any existing bank account in his name, likely for the
rest of his life, in attempts to financially repay his
victim. Barrett was also sentenced to 5-years in prison in a
separate criminal case.

Andrews sued for $75,000,000, but the jury awarded her
$20,000,000 less than requested. Previously, the Judiciary
Report alluded to the fact the damages requested would be
considered high for the crime in question, as usually cases
that resulted in death for the victim (filed by heirs) or
extreme medical misconduct, are awarded such high damages (Erin Andrews Seeks $75,000,000 In Hotel Voyeurism Case).
The Judiciary Report's figure of $20,000,000 in damages is
in line with what Andrews is likely due to receive,
regarding the $27,000,000 verdict. The $27,000,000 damage
award could be reduced on appeal, but hopefully the verdict
regarding said figure will stand.
Nonetheless, it is a sizeable sum of money for such a case.

Andrews deserves the money. What was done to her is cruel
and inhumane. It was meant to degrade and humiliate.
Regrettably, the Marriott's negligence facilitated the sick
conduct of a sexual predator. Under the law, they are liable
for the severe mental and emotional trauma Andrews
sustained. Hotels are not supposed to release the
information of their guests to unauthorized parties. It is
an invasion of privacy and security risk. What if Barrett
had been a killer.

published an article stating Madonna has hired a private
investigator to follow her 15-year-old son around in London,
after he fled her care and went to live with his dad, Guy
Ritchie, in London, England. Madonna is using her son as an excuse
to continue to spy on Ritchie and his new, pretty wife Jacqui
Ritchie. Madonna has been
using private investigators to inappropriately spy on the couple
and their kids for years, out of jealousy and
well prior to her son going to live with them against her
wishes.

TMZ, claiming Ritchie allows their son to do bad things,

underage offspring engaged in underage drinking, smoking and
illegal drug use, posting pictures online to that effect
(other photos were obtained by paparazzi revealing the
illegal behavior and terrible parenting by Madonna).

According to TMZ, the singer is keen to see what her
15-year-old son with the film director is up to ahead of the
former couple's custody court date next month.

have told the site that 'Madonna believes Guy has set no
rules for 15-year-old Rocco and he's living dangerously'.
