An email published by the U.S. government as a part of their criminal investigation into presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, revealed she invited her top assistant and lesbian lover, Huma Abedin, into her bedroom. The email was sent by Hillary at 12:21AM, which is well outside of normal office hours. In the email Hillary states to Huma, "Sorry--I'm up now so come when you are able. Just knock on the door to the bedroom if it's closed." Straight women don't send each other such messages. That was a lesbian booty call. 

Years ago, Rupert Murdoch's newspapers, famous for obtaining information via illegal wiretaps, phone hacking, computer hacking, stalking and bribery, exposed the fact Hillary and Huma are sex partners. Murdoch's employees were arrested and convicted in the phone hacking scandal in Britain, for illegally spying on others.

Huma and Hillary even went to the gay pride parade in New York without Bill Clinton. Straight female friends usually don't do that. Gay couples do. Hillary Clinton is a hypocrite for speaking to the American people about honesty and integrity, while living a double life behind closed doors in an open, corrupted marriage full of adultery and deceit on both sides.

August 31, 2016 - Now that Huma Abedin is a single lady, her close relationship with Hillary Clinton is only likely to grow, given all the extra time she now has. Evidence of that appears in Clinton’s emails, including this one from 2009: Hillary Huma sleeping. “Checked on you but you were sleeping,” Abedin wrote to Clinton at 7:44 p.m. on Sunday, November 1. “I’m up now so come when you are able,” Clinton replied later that night at 12:21 a.m. “Just knock on the door to the bedroom if it’s closed.”

However, it is quite disappointing that this bright, resourceful lady has succumb to the corruption of the Clintons (Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton).

The site was briefly restored online, then no sooner was it offline again a few hours later on Wednesday morning through to Thursday evening, due to a fraudulent DMCA filed with the site's host, by a member of crazy Madonna's Kabbalah cult.

The Kabbalah Center did the aforementioned in criminal bids at getting the site knocked offline due to the articles about Hillary Clinton having Parkinson’s disease. The idiot member of the Kabbalah Center that filed the fraudulent DCMA complaint in a bid at restricting free speech/free press is going to get sued and publicly disgraced over it in a forthcoming documentary. 

I was trying to play nice to some degree regarding my writing on the current election. However, over the aforementioned little stunt they pulled in tampering with the site, I declare I will not vote for Hillary Clinton in the election. 

As longtime Judiciary Report site readers know, I had to go to the FBI about Hillary Clinton and Madonna’s private investigator Anthony Pellicano, due to his criminal conduct in engaging in mass illegal wiretapping, identity theft, racketeering and computer hacking on behalf of famous people, who paid him in excess of $100,000 (per incident) to target innocent people. I gave the FBI documents and spoken testimony detailing his criminal behavior in tandem with people like Madonna. It resulted in his arrest on wiretapping charges 4-months later. I also broke the phone hacking case with a formal written complaint to the Metropolitan Police in London, England.

Clinton has been heavily involved in Pellicano’s crimes, having hired him to illegally stalk, wiretap, threaten, computer hack and burglarize political enemies and women her husband, Bill Clinton, was having sex with. However, as with the 2016 case regarding Clinton criminally mishandling classified documents, the FBI corruptly allowed her to skate on charges, in an outcome that outraged America (FBI Hit With Massive Backlash From Americans Labeling Them 'Corrupt' For 'Rigging' Hillary Clinton Investigation Into Mishandling Classified Information And Not Charging Her For Crimes She Committed and Members Of Congress Question FBI Director James Comey In Hearing About Hillary Clinton Lying To The Legislature And FBI Under Oath).

It’s no secret Madonna is affiliated with Hillary Clinton. The loser Madonna name drops Clinton every chance she gets. Madonna was also seen crazily slithering out of Bill Clinton’s office in New York. Madonna also insanely stated she was going to redecorate the White House [Dish Nation TV Show Slams Madonna As A 'Crazy' Madwoman For Stating She Is Moving To The White House And Can't Wait To Redecorate (Hillary Clinton)]. 

I can tell you from the FBI case involving Clinton and Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, that Madonna has criminally passed to the Clintons time stamped computer documents and emails that were illegally hacked and contained original political items the Clintons' used without permission and publicly so, especially Hillary. It's very dumb to publicly reference hacked documents and emails in public, especially considering they are time stamped and predate you spewing them off attributing it to yourself like a parrot in a pantsuit. Very incriminating. This is part of how I know Clinton's mind is going. 

It is vile the manner in which they behave like America is a lawless land where one can do anything illegal thing imaginable to innocent people. America is supposed to be a country of free speech and free press, yet look what those people in Hollywood, backed by the U.S. government, keep doing in going to drastic, fraudulent lengths to suppress freedom of expression. 

Millions of people read my sites from all over the world. Many world governments of various ideologies are in the Judiciary Report’s site hits. They range from people who practice democracy to those who are socialists and communists. How do you think it looks to them that the U.S. government is touting free speech and free press, while criticizing countries like China, then insanely trying to suppress free speech and free press in America. They are calling you hypocrites and frauds for it.

Another thing, I’m sick of people trying to tell me how to vote and who to endorse on this website for government elections. I am not a puppet. I do what I want. You are not going to control what I do, say or write. You are not going to tell me how to think or do anything else in my life, where you are not wanted.

For the past 8 years I’ve been approached in America and Britain by people from the U.S. government and the Kabbalah Center trying to browbeat and bully me into voting for Barack Obama, then Hillary Clinton. At this rate I don’t like either one of them. I am going to do a forthcoming article on just how far the harassment has gone, with receipts and saved time stamped emails to accompany my claims.

Embrace this: I am not voting for Hillary Clinton. Not now. Not ever. Not in a million years. I know too much about Clinton from the Anthony Pellicano case I went to the FBI about to ever endorse such a brazen criminal, who has harmed many innocent people. Clinton has done horrible things to innocent people and is completely unfit, both mentally and physically, to be President of the United States. I would never and will never endorse Clinton. So get over it. 

I tried to play nice and not say it outright, but you tampering with my site has provoked me into publicly denouncing her. I would have preferred it if Bernie Sanders had been the nominee. We don't share the same political views (he's a liberal and I'm a conservative), but I like that he cares about poor people and was trying to improve life for the less fortunate and middle class. I also like the work he did during the civil rights era.

American voters need to take note of the kind of madness emanating from the Clinton camp. Her crazy friends in Hollywood are attacking innocent people for not endorsing her and for having an opinion critical of her behavior (Benghazi, mishandling classified information ect). One Clinton supporter, actor Wendell Pierce, punched a woman in the head over not supporting Hillary in favor of Bernie Sanders.

Free speech is allegedly covered by the Constitution, but Hollywood is proving otherwise, by outright spitting on the law of the land in verbally, physically and financially abusing people who don't support Clinton. The whole thing looks crazy and sick. You only get one vote. Leave other people and their vote alone.

Journalist who criticize Clinton, as with what transpired with those who disagree with President Obama's policies and behavior, Google will financially punish you by stripping away ad revenue on your websites, Blogger and You Tube.

How is that free speech or free press as promised by the U.S. Constitution? How is that a free society? How can you criticize nations like China regarding press freedoms, yet you do this. America is no longer a free and democratic society. Obama, the Clintons and their crazy cronies in Hollywood have seen to that, all while Congress snoozes on the job.

Since Clinton’s friends in Hollywood like to aggravate people, I’ll spell it out in plain English: if the public votes for Clinton, you will be getting a person who has exhibited an alarming drive to control and suppress the press, which would spell a gross lack of personal and social freedoms for the public. You would also be getting a person too sick and incapacitated to carry out the duties of president, who would be routinely sidelined due to blackouts, fainting spells and other symptoms of her neurological disorder.

A hacking group called "The Shadow Brokers" has hacked the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and swiped very important files. "The Shadow Brokers" are now offering vital NSA spy tools, such as original malware, spyware and virus programs authored by the agency, which is National Security Agency intellectual property, for illegal sale on black market websites. The files are being sold in two batches. 

Government hackers from world nations, as well as civilian computer hackers, are trying to get their hands on the exclusive NSA programs, manuals and other top secret agency files swiped in the unprecedented hack. Initial reports state the hackers in question are of Russian origin, but this has not been confirmed. In another recent unprecedented hack, Russian hackers hacked the Democratic National Party (DNC), copied and then released 20,000 embarrassing emails revealing hypocrisy among the liberals managing the political party, who are engaging in anti-religious prejudice, racism, xenophobia and homophobia.  

The NSA routinely hacks the computers of Americans, international citizens, world governments and global corporations, to steal data and proprietary information, such as top secret files and protected trade secrets. However, this marks the first major case of the NSA being hacked with their intellectual property swiped and financially exploited to the highest bidders. This data loss is quite damaging to the NSA, as their own tools are being used against American politicians, corporations and high profile silicon valley executives. The NSA shouldn’t be surprised, as this development, as they do this to others on a regular basis.

‘Shadow Brokers’ Claim to be Selling NSA Malware, in What Could Be Historic Hack

August 15, 2016 - A mysterious online group calling itself “The Shadow Brokers” is claiming to have penetrated the National Security Agency, stolen some of its malware, and is auctioning off the files to the highest bidder. The authenticity of the files cannot be confirmed but appear to be legitimate, according to security researchers who have studied their content. Their release comes on the heels of a series of disclosures of emails and documents belonging mostly to Democratic officials, but also to Republicans. Security researchers believe those breaches were perpetrated by agents thought to be acting on behalf of Moscow. 

The NSA did not answer Foreign Policy’s questions about the alleged breach on Monday. But if someone has managed to penetrate the American signals intelligence agency and post its code online for the world to see — and purchase — it would constitute a historic black eye for the agency. “It’s at minimum very interesting; at maximum, hugely damaging,” said Dave Aitel, a former NSA research scientist and now the CEO of the security firm Immunity. “It’ll blow some operations if those haven’t already been blown.” 

The files posted over the weekend include two sets of files. The hackers have made one set available for free. The other remains encrypted and is the subject of an online auction, payable in bitcoin, the cryptocurrency. That set includes, according to the so-called Shadow Brokers, “the best files.” If they receive at least 1 million bitcoin — the equivalent of at least $550 million — they will post more documents and make them available for free. 

The set of files available for free contains a series of tools for penetrating network gear made by Cisco, Juniper, and other major firms. Targeting such gear, which includes things like routers and firewalls, is a known tactic of Western intelligence agencies like the NSA, and was documented in the Edward Snowden files. Some code words referenced in the material Monday — BANANAGLEE and JETPLOW — match those that have appeared in documents leaked by Snowden. Security researchers analyzing the code posted Monday say it is functional and includes computer codes for carrying out espionage. 

The Equation Group is a collection of hackers whose activities were first documented by Kaspersky Lab, a Russian cybersecurity firm, last year. The first day of the Democratic Nation Convention did not go well at all. First a thunderstorm rained out the press tent, soaking equipment and chasing reporters out of the makeshift structure soaking wet. It only went downhill from there. DNC chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is embroiled in a email scandal regarding election rigging for candidate Hillary Clinton, was booed right off the stage with chants of “shame!” and “shame on you.” Security had to escort Wasserman Schultz off the stage. This past Sunday when the story broke, Wasserman Schultz had promised to resign by Friday, but decided to push it by showing up at the convention and ended up being loudly booed.

 The Wikileaks document dump of thousands of Democratic Nation Committee emails revealed political party management being mean, cruel, disparaging, racist, xenophobic and homophobic. The emails also revealed election rigging. Elizabeth Warren was also jeered at the convention, as the crowd heckled her stating, “We trusted you!” Warren and Wasserman Schultz, among others, conspired to rig the election to unlawfully give the nomination for President of the United States to fellow female, Hillary Clinton, who is unfit to hold the post.

You do women no favors when you cheat a man, Bernie Sanders, out of his destiny, in order to steal an election for a woman, Hillary Clinton, who is a lying, scheming, cheating, privacy invading, records destroying, classified files mishandling, careless, criminally negligent person. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi took the boos from Bernie Sanders' supporters at the California delegation breakfast in Philadelphia on Monday in her stride. Democratic discontent with Hillary Clinton was on full display at the California delegation breakfast Monday morning ahead of the first night of the Democratic National Convention. 

Members of the delegation repeatedly disrupted the lineup of speakers, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, with protestations against Clinton and cheers for her erstwhile primary rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. Sanders won 43 percent of the California's Democratic primary vote in June, compared to Hillary Clinton’s 56 percent. But whenever a speaker talked about uniting to elect Clinton in November, the crowd balked. They booed Rep. Michael M. Honda. And chanted, “Bernie, Bernie, Bernie!” during Rep. Barbara Lee’s address. 

Pelosi tried to unify the room by emphasizing the commonalities in the room rather than the divisions. “The differences that we have are not so great compared to the chasm between us and Republicans,” she said. But the crowd wasn’t having it. When a "Bernie" sign was thrust in Pelosi’s face on stage, she remained calm, saying, “I don’t consider it a discourtesy even if it is intended as one.”

July 25, 2016, at 10:32 a.m. - PHILADELPHIA -- Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the embattled outgoing chair of the Democratic National Committee, was forcibly driven out of her own state delegation's breakfast Monday amid vocal and unwieldy protests by Bernie Sanders' supporters.

Schultz, who announced Sunday she would resign her chairmanship after emails showed top staffers at the Democratic National Committee worked to undermine Sanders' primary campaign against Hillary Clinton, attempted to talk over a chorus of heckles and boos at a downtown hotel hosting the Florida Democratic Party. 

But the Florida congresswoman, who faces a newly emboldened primary challenge in her home state, could barely be heard over the ruckus. As soon as she took the stage, attendees donning Sanders shirts and holding signs that read "Email" began to disrupt her remarks. The delegation breakfast, normally a calm, sleepy, mundane affair, devolved into outright chaos. 

Some started chanting "Shame on you!" 

Another man screamed, "We are not cool with this!"...

Facebook Unblocks DNC Email Leak After WikiLeaks Accuses Them of Censorship
 

1:22 pm, July 25th, 2016 - Facebook is chalking some controversial content blocking up as an “accident” following reports that the social media site was forbidding links to the WikiLeaks data dump on the Democratic National Committee. 

WikiLeaks created a political firestorm over the weekend after they published hacked emails showing Democratic Party officials discussing ways to undermine Bernie Sanders‘ presidential run. As the story developed however, WikiLeaks took notice of a trend on Twitter, where Facebook users posted screenshots of the error messages they received when they tried to post certain links referencing the scandal. 

Eventually, WikiLeaks received a Twitter response from a user called @SwiftOnSecurity, who said that “Facebook has an automated system for detecting spam/malicious links, that sometimes have false positives.” Soon afterwards, Facebook CSO Alex Stamos appeared to acknowledge the censorship and say that the social media site is addressing the problem. 

WikiLeaks has apparently acknowledged Stamos’ tweet, describing the block as “an accident.”

The data publishing site has also been suggesting that Twitter is taking action against the leak...

This is a follow up to the July 2, 2016 article "Hillary Clinton Sits For FBI Criminal Interview As Democrats And Republicans Continue To Slam Her Husband Bill Clinton For Clandestine Meeting With Attorney General Loretta Lynch" where the site stated the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) are not to be trusted, as they are corrupt and will not have Hillary Clinton prosecuted with the charges she so richly deserves, for outright criminal behavior committed in defiance of the law. 3-days later on July 5, 2016, FBI Director Comey proved the Judiciary Report right again in announcing to the world the agency will not recommend Clinton be prosecuted for the same crimes they've indicted others for in numerous cases.

I also warned in the July 1, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Bill Clinton Slammed For Meeting With Attorney General Loretta Lynch While Wife Hillary Clinton Is Under Criminal Investigation (Video)" that Bill Clinton secretly met with Attorney General, Loretta Lynch last week, telling her to rollover regarding Clinton's crimes, instructing the FBI and its parent agency, the DOJ, which she heads up, not to charge his crooked wife and with Obama's blessing. Clinton and Lynch's security were seen in the airport trying to shoo away people watching and trying to film the disgraceful, dirty, corrupt exchange.

I've had firsthand experience in seeing the FBI's corruption for over a decade, after they called me in for an interview regarding Hillary Clinton and Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano. I've seen this before at the Department of Justice (in 2009). When one U.S. government department says they will leave a matter to the discretion of another and concur with whatever they find, it means the outcome is already rigged to protect an entity like the Department of Justice and or its Inspector General. Then, last week Lynch came forward and says she will leave the case to the discretion of the FBI, who was already told by Obama to drop the case, even though it is valid and serious.

FBI Director Comey's press conference yesterday morning regarding the criminally "careless" mishandling of classified information by questionable presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, told the world all it needed to know to brand the agency "corrupt." The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice have brought the U.S. government into domestic and international disrepute via the press conference, in a manner that will go down in world history in an indelibly negative way. The offenses that occurred during Clinton's time as Secretary of State, under President Barack Obama, are quite serious and proves she is unfit to be America's head of state.
  

 

James Comey disgraced himself and the U.S. government yesterday during the deceitful, corrupt press conference that appalled millions of Americans and global citizens. He sold out the government's name for a crooked politician, Hillary Clinton. No one will ever believe him again. The American people are openly stating he has been bought by the Clintons.

1.) Clinton illegally used several private email servers in violation of U.S. law, to conduct State Department business, during her tenure as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama. Clinton's emails were hacked by communist nations America deems enemies. Clinton's criminal negligence constitutes violations of the U.S. "Espionage Act."

2.) Clinton destroyed evidence via deleting 30,000 emails that incriminated her, in trying to pervert the course of justice. In doing so, Clinton engaged in criminal "obstruction of justice."

3.) Clinton committed perjury in lying to Congress stating none of the emails she sent via private servers, in violation of government procedures and protocols, were classified. FBI Director Comey revealed yesterday that 36 email chains did indeed contain classified information. Once again, Clinton committed the crime of "perjury." She should have invoked her 5th Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination, but Clinton decided her cajones were big that day and decided to lie her butt off.

4.) Clinton also lied to the FBI about the nature of her emails, swearing left, right and center, none of the items contained classified materials. Once again, yesterday Director Comey revealed 36 email chains were classified. Lying to the FBI is a federal offense under 18 USC 1001.

 

Hillary Clinton and Obama wasting U.S. taxpayer money on Air Force one via campaigning for her, which has an appearance of impropriety and financial misappropriation. The American taxpayer should not be underwriting Clinton's travel plans in her rigged bid to become president, which has seen her disenfranchise American voters through voter fraud at rival Bernie Sanders' expense.

I was informed by a very credible source responsible for some of my site exclusives, nearly 300 of which have since proven true, that "Comey was forced to" drop the case against Clinton, by President Obama and his cohorts. The Clintons requested Obama's help and it was granted in the form of putting pressure on Lynch and Comey to drop the case. This meddlesome misconduct is criminal. They should have resigned rather than betray their oath of office, justice and the American people.

They have disgraced the justice system for a woman who is an outright criminal and did so in clear sight of the nation and the world, who are condemning their brazenly corrupt actions. It set off a domestic and international backlash online, slamming the U.S. government, particularly the FBI. Americans took to Twitter and other online outlets to repeatedly proclaim the FBI and DOJ are "corrupt" and "the system is rigged." Americans lost faith in the U.S. government yesterday and in a very noticeable way, over someone who isn't worth it (Clinton).

Many people slammed Comey, stating he openly lied and defied the law, corruptly rigging a federal criminal investigation to let lawbreaking Hillary Clinton off the hook. The FBI's name is gone. So is the name of the DOJ. Comey contradicted himself and brought shame on the law by stating, "This is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences." Comey has prosecuted General Petraeus and various members of the military for doing far less than the crimes Clinton committed with classified information, where the damage was nowhere near as great.

Thanks to Clinton, the communist bloc has a massive amount of American top secret files. They must have thought it was their birthdays when said files fell into their laps, thanks to Clinton's criminal negligence. Their hackers really didn't have to work for it either, as Clinton's personal email servers had no anti-virus, no anti-spyware and no firewall.

In Comey stating others who engage in the same conduct Clinton did will be prosecuted, he proved what the Judiciary Report has stated on this site for years, even days before the announcement, America has a two tier justice system - laws that apply to the middle class and poor do not apply to the rich (Corruption And Loopholes In The American Justice System Empowering Criminals To Further Victimize Victims).

Due to yesterday's events, Americans are openly calling the U.S. government "rigged." I've stated for years things have become rigged in America. The bribe taking judges in the court system, even the Supreme Court takes bribes, the FBI, the DOJ, the stock market, telephone systems, mobile phone systems, the U.S. mail, select U.S. lotteries, the Google search engine, music charts, the U.S. box office, ratings systems, the Oscars, the Grammys. Regrettably, much of life in America has become rigged. Even a number of press outlets (not all of them) covering up what the government does not want the public to know. They actively suppress stories on the orders of the government.

Even the 2016 U.S. election is being rigged by the Bilderberg Group, Rothschild family and Clinton's Wall Street donors who have given her millions of dollars for so-called speeches, in an effort to get Hillary Clinton into the White House, as she will do whatever they say, which is good for the very rich, but terrible for the poor and middle class. Bernie Sanders would have been a better choice.

The Bilderberg group is a secret, clandestine meeting of very wealthy people that takes place each year, in an effort to direct the economic future of the world. The Rothschild family own much of the central banks in the world. They control a chunk of the world's wealth and have wreaked havoc in trying to maintain that unhealthy, undemocratic, greedy financial stranglehold that was created through the outright criminal deceit, lying and fraud of their thieving ancestor, Nathan Rothschild. The Rothschilds are responsible for a significant amount of human suffering in this world since the 1800s and they have Clinton in their back pocket.

Clinton is highly corrupt and living off her husband's name and legacy. That's how she got the job as Secretary of State. Now she is using his name and legacy in a bid to be president, a job she is grossly unqualified for in many ways. A good head of state has to be disciplined, methodical and clinical on matters of national security. Clinton does not have those traits.

Sometimes she goes so far as to resort to commissioned invasion of privacy to gain ideas she spouts off during speeches (illegal wiretapping and computer and email hacking, as was seen with Clinton's private investigator Anthony Pellicano, in behavior she still engages in to this day). Other times Clinton just kept mimicking Bernie Sanders like a mindless parrot who can't think for herself.
