Russian President Vladimir Putin Says Nuclear War Against America Will Happen If Hillary Clinton Is Elected President Of The United States (Video)

Russia And Other Nations Threatening To Bomb America Over Hillary Clinton

VIDEO: PUTIN DECLARES WAR WITH UNITED STATES INEVITABLE IF HILLARY CLINTON WINS

U.S. Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, is imperiling America. Clinton, who has dementia due to Parkinson's, has repeatedly provoked Russian President, Vladimir Putin. He in response is stating he is not going to tolerate it and there will be a nuclear response if she is elected, as her actions are being deemed a provocation to war. Putin is serious regarding his statements.

Why is Clinton provoking this man. Putin has nuclear missiles named "Satan" and "Satan 2." Why would you want to provoke him. How does provoking him benefit America. Yes, America has nuclear weapons as well, but why not keep the peace. The U.S. missile shield has many vulnerabilities/gaps in it missiles can get through. Clinton needs to stop provoking people. How will the world benefit from Americans and Russians dying in nuclear strikes. The world will not be made better for it, but worse. Please, keep the peace.

Donald Trump Leading Hillary Clinton In Top Poll After Third Debate (Hillary Clinton Endorses Barbaric Painful Late Term Abortions)

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton

U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, is leading rival, Hillary Clinton, in the race for the White House. Rassmussen Reports stated Trump is leading Clinton nationwide for the U.S. presidency by three percentage points. Trump exposed Clinton during the third and final debate of the election, making her look very bad.

Trump painted her as a weak politician world leaders such as Vladimir Putin do not respect or take seriously, as the latter has outwitted her every step of the way, as apart of the Obama Administration. Clinton sold vast quantities of American uranium to Putin and Russia, while she was Secretary of State, under President Obama. Uranium is used to make nuclear weapons. Russia now has more nuclear weapons than America. Here's hoping things remain peaceful between America and Russia.
Trump brought up many embarrassing and incriminating points about Clinton accepting bribes from foreign entities that are America's rival in the world ['Clinton Cash' Documentary Exposes Hillary Clinton And Bill Clinton Going From Broke To $2 Billion Dollars In Bribe Money From Global Dictators And Businesspeople Stealing From The Poor And Harming The Environment (Video)]. The evidence shows Clinton is the most corrupt, bribe taking candidate in American history.

Trump also heavily characterized Clinton as barbaric, for promoting late term abortions, which involve tearing the unborn baby a part in the womb as late as a few short days before birth. The Judiciary Report is not in favor of abortion, especially late term procedures, which Clinton has championed for years, which involves dismantling and pulling/suctioning out the live fetus (unborn baby) from the mother, then discarding the child in a biohazard waste bin. The fetus feels pain during the abortion. Read more about the subject below.

Former Abortionist Reveals Horror Behind Hillary Clinton-Supported Late-Term Abortion Procedure

July 29, 2016|2:19 pm - As Hillary Clinton claimed the Democratic presidential nomination Thursday night, the pro-life group Live Action posted a video on its Facebook page Tuesday showing a doctor who performed over 1,200 abortions explaining the gruesome details behind a Clinton-supported late-term abortion procedure.

The video features obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Anthony Levatino, who conducted abortions in the early part of his career before he realized that abortion, the killing of unborn children, is immoral. "At this point, the baby is almost fully developed and viable. Meaning, he or she could survive outside the womb if the mother were to go into labor prematurely," Levatino explained. "Because the baby is so large and developed, this procedure takes three or four days to complete."

On the first day, Levatino explains that the abortionist essentially poisons the baby by sticking a large needle filled with a drug called Digoxin through the woman's abdomen or vagina into the baby's face, torso or heart. The drug, which is normally used to treat heart problems, causes the baby to suffer from fatal cardiac arrest and die. "The baby will feel it," Levatino asserted. "Babies at this stage feel pain."

The doctor then inserts sticks of seaweed called Laminaria into the woman's cervix so that the cervix will slowly open enough for the delivery of a stillborn baby. The woman returns home or to a hotel and waits for two to three days for her cervix to expand, Levatino said. "On day two, the abortionist replaces the Laminaria and may perform a second ultrasound to ensure the baby is dead. If the child is still alive, he administers another lethal dose of Digoxin," Levatino stated. "The woman then goes back to where she is staying while her cervix continues to dilate."

But if the woman goes into labor before she can make it back to the abortion clinic, the doctor might advise her "to deliver her baby into a bathroom toilet," Levatino added. "If she can make it to the clinic, she will do so during her severest contractions and deliver the dead son or daughter," he continued. "If the baby does not come out whole, then the procedure becomes a D&E — a Dilation and Evacuation. And the abortionist uses clamps and forceps to dismember the baby piece by piece. Once the placenta and all the body parts are removed, the abortion is complete."

The procedure does not come without health risks to the mother. Levatino said that late-term abortions present risks of hemorrhaging, lacerations, uterine perforations and even maternal death. Additionally, he explained that future pregnancies have a greater risk of premature delivery because of "abortion-related trauma" to the cervix. The United States is one of seven countries in the world where late-term abortions are legal beyond 20 weeks of gestation...

U.S. National Security Agency Hacked And Top Secret Files Are Offered Up For Sale On The Black Market (NSA)

Barack Obama has engaged in more spying than any president in U.S. history. It has well and truly rankled feelings abroad in government circles and made American intelligence a greater global target.

A hacking group called "The Shadow Brokers" has hacked the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and swiped very important files. "The Shadow Brokers" are now offering vital NSA spy tools, such as original malware, spyware and virus programs authored by the agency, which is National Security Agency intellectual property, for illegal sale on black market websites. The files are being sold in two batches.

Government hackers from world nations, as well as civilian computer hackers, are trying to get their hands on the exclusive NSA programs, manuals and other top secret agency files swiped in the unprecedented hack. Initial reports state the hackers in question are of Russian origin, but this has not been confirmed. In another recent unprecedented hack, Russian hackers hacked the Democratic National Party (DNC), copied and then released 20,000 embarrassing emails revealing hypocrisy among the liberals managing the political party, who are engaging in anti-religious prejudice, racism, xenophobia and homophobia.

The NSA routinely hacks the computers of Americans, international citizens, world governments and global corporations, to steal data and proprietary information, such as top secret files and protected trade secrets. However, this marks the first major case of the NSA being hacked with their intellectual property swiped and financially exploited to the highest bidders. This data loss is quite damaging to the NSA, as their own tools are being used against American politicians, corporations and high profile silicon valley executives. The NSA shouldn’t be surprised, as this development, as they do this to others on a regular basis.

‘Shadow Brokers’ Claim to be Selling NSA Malware, in What Could Be Historic Hack

Programs posted online allow espionage on network devices

August 15, 2016 - A mysterious online group calling itself “The Shadow Brokers” is claiming to have penetrated the National Security Agency, stolen some of its malware, and is auctioning off the files to the highest bidder. The authenticity of the files cannot be confirmed but appear to be legitimate, according to security researchers who have studied their content. Their release comes on the heels of a series of disclosures of emails and documents belonging mostly to Democratic officials, but also to Republicans. Security researchers believe those breaches were perpetrated by agents thought to be acting on behalf of Moscow.

The NSA did not answer Foreign Policy’s questions about the alleged breach on Monday. But if someone has managed to penetrate the American signals intelligence agency and post its code online for the world to see — and purchase — it would constitute a historic black eye for the agency. “It’s at minimum very interesting; at maximum, hugely damaging,” said Dave Aitel, a former NSA research scientist and now the CEO of the security firm Immunity. “It’ll blow some operations if those haven’t already been blown.”

The files posted over the weekend include two sets of files. The hackers have made one set available for free. The other remains encrypted and is the subject of an online auction, payable in bitcoin, the cryptocurrency. That set includes, according to the so-called Shadow Brokers, “the best files.” If they receive at least 1 million bitcoin — the equivalent of at least $550 million — they will post more documents and make them available for free.

The set of files available for free contains a series of tools for penetrating network gear made by Cisco, Juniper, and other major firms. Targeting such gear, which includes things like routers and firewalls, is a known tactic of Western intelligence agencies like the NSA, and was documented in the Edward Snowden files. Some code words referenced in the material Monday — BANANAGLEE and JETPLOW — match those that have appeared in documents leaked by Snowden. Security researchers analyzing the code posted Monday say it is functional and includes computer codes for carrying out espionage.

The Equation Group is a collection of hackers whose activities were first documented by Kaspersky Lab, a Russian cybersecurity firm, last year. Kaspersky connected the activities of the Equation Group, which it called “a threat actor that surpasses anything known in terms of complexity and sophistication of techniques,” to operations carried out by U.S. intelligence. While Kaspersky did not outright attribute the Equation Group to the NSA, security researchers say in private that they believe it is a project of the American signals intelligence unit...

Boxer Alexander Povetkin Testing Positive For Steroids Causes Cancellation Of Deontay Wilder Fight And Possible Lawsuits

Deontay Wilder v. Alexander Povetkin

On Saturday, May 14, 2016, ESPN announced 36-year-old boxing challenger, Alexander Povetkin (31-1), tested positive for the banned steroid, meldonium, which is a commonly used heart drug in his native Russia. Povetkin was scheduled to fight undefeated 30-year-old WBC heavyweight champ, Deontay Wilder (36-0), on May 21, 2016 in Moscow, Russia. In the weeks leading up to the fight, Alabama native, Wilder, even billed the bout the new Rocky IV on his social networking pages. Ironically, in more ways than one. Povetkin has become a real live Drago.

The WBC has announced today that in light of the Povetkin's positive drug test, the fight has been postponed. Prominent figures in boxing are stating the fight should be cancelled, not postponed and Povetkin handed a ban. Wilder's promoter is looking into a potential lawsuit, as a $5,000,000 purse is at stake and Povetkin is liable. Wilder's manager Jay Deas has told the press the fight is not postponed, but cancelled, which prompted Povetkin's promoter to threaten a lawsuit.

Alexander Povetkin

It's sad to have to cancel a fight, especially with a large number of tickets already sold. Russian fans and others around the world who purchased tickets to fly to Moscow to see the bout that was scheduled for this Saturday, will be disappointed, but there are valid issues regarding Povetkin that warrant a cancellation.

Meldonium gives athletes an undue advantage. It increases endurance, stamina and strength. The mere fact Povetkin tested positive for meldonium, means his body is still benefiting from the drug. Povetkin's January 2016 drug test came back clean. However, Povetkin's April 2016 drug test came back positive for meldonium, which means it was ingested recently during training camp.

Deontay Wilder

In March 2016, 29-year-old tennis star Maria Sharpova, tested positive for meldonium. Sharapova, a resident of Florida since age 7, was taking the drug for most of her adult career (for the past 10-years) and stated she was unaware it was banned in January 2016. However, it has been stated, tennis players were warned 5-times in writing (emails) that meldonium is banned as of January 1, 2016. Sharapova, who is barred from playing tennis, is now awaiting word on how long she will be banned, pending an appeal. Meldonium is not approved for any type of use in America. However, it can be lawfully purchased in Russia.

Sharapova has many multi-million dollar endorsements with companies such as Nike, Porsche and Tag Heuer, which have already been revoked in light of the positive drug test. Tennis players are not expressing sympathy for her plight, with rival Jennifer Capriati stating Sharapova should be stripped of her 35 tennis titles. Even ex-boyfriend Andy Roddick has stated Sharapova should receive a ban.

Maria Sharapova

If one does not have heart problems, it is not a good idea to take the drug. Long term effects on healthy patients is currently unknown by medical science. More investigation is needed regarding comparative studies with proper control groups. Meldonium could lead to cancer and or heart problems, among other things, for disrupting the body's natural mechanisms, when no illness is present.

As state above, meldonium increases strength, stamina and endurance, which means the heart is working harder than it normally would, via increased levels of hyperactivity, if the drug was not present in the healthy person's system. This risk is multiplied in a heavyweight, as the heart already works harder in larger people. Speeding up its processes with an artificial drug, magnifies any negative effects. One of them being an enlarged heart, which if left unchecked can lead to an early death.

Maria Sharapova

Heart patients know they are barred from overexerting themselves, engaging in strenuous physical activity and must be cautious of stair climbing, due to the negative effect these acts can have on a damaged heart. An athlete will do all those things in training and practice for several hours per day, on average 5 days a week (weight lifting, stair climber and running for miles). Therefore, the risks are compounded.

If you pay attention to the ages of steroids using wrestlers who have suddenly died at early ages from heart attacks, many of them are in their 40s and 50s, which is usually the age heart disease begins to kick in for people who engaged in practices detrimental to their health (cocaine, smoking cigarettes ect). Once again, proper studies need to be conducted, factoring in age, weight, lifestyle and period of time the drug was ingested by each subject and in what quantity, to gain accurate answers. Either way, if you aren't sick, you shouldn't be taking pharmaceutical drugs, as fundamentally it is not a good idea.

Two reports assert Alexander Povetkin took meldonium after ban

6:38 PM ET - While the fight between heavyweight titleholder Deontay Wilder and mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin hangs in the balance after Povetkin's positive test for the banned substance meldonium, the assertion from Povetkin's promoter that it was in his system only because he took it late last year -- before it was banned -- appears untrue.

After ESPN first reported on Friday that Povetkin tested positive for meldonium in an April 27 urine test conducted by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association in Chekhov, Russia, promoter Andrey Ryabinsky of World of Boxing told the Russian TASS news agency that "traces of extremely low concentration of meldonium have been found in his blood. He consumed it in September last year. He has not taken it since Jan. 1. The situation is ambiguous. The blood sample was taken in April this year. We have been in contact with the World Boxing Council, which is to decide if Povetkin's boxing bout against Deontay Wilder will take place or not."

However, ESPN.com has obtained two separate written reports sent by VADA's president, Dr. Margaret Goodman, to both camps as well as the WBC, whose title Wilder holds, notifying them that Povetkin was negative for any banned substances in VADA-conducted tests on April 7, April 8 and April 11. So Povetkin, who has yet to ask for his B sample to be tested, apparently used meldonium between April 11 and his positive test on April 27. The letter Goodman sent disclosing the negative results on April 7 and April 8 was sent on April 21. The letter confirming the negative results on April 11 was sent on April 30.

"The information you have obtained is accurate," promoter Lou DiBella, who represents Wilder, told ESPN.com on Saturday. "It also contradicts the public statements made by Mr. Ryabinsky attempting to excuse Povetkin's positive result. If there was a trace amount from 2015 in his system, it would have shown up in the other three tests in April that preceded the positive result. "This is a very serious PED because it wasn't on the (World Anti-Doping Agency) banned list until Jan. 1. This is the type of PED that results in extremely elevated stamina and a fighter performing like the Energizer bunny."...

Deontay Wilder-Alexander Povetkin title fight postponed

6:53 AM ET - Heavyweight titleholder Deontay Wilder's defense against mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin was called off Sunday in the wake of Povetkin's positive test for the banned substance meldonium. Wilder and Povetkin were scheduled for their much-anticipated fight on May 21 at the Khodynka Ice Palace in Moscow, but in a Voluntary Anti-Doping Association urine test conducted April 27 in Chekhov, Russia, Povetkin tested positive for meldonium. The test results came to light Friday when the VADA sent letters to both camps and the WBC, whose title Wilder holds, disclosing them.

Wilder and his team have been in Sheffield, England, for the past two weeks training and adjusting to several hours of time difference. They were scheduled to fly to Moscow on Sunday afternoon but did not board their flight and were making plans to return to the United States despite having not heard from the WBC on the matter, a member of Wilder's team told ESPN.com...

There is a lot of money at stake. Based on Ryabinsky's winning purse bid of $7.15 million, Wilder was due $4,504,500 to Povetkin's $1,930,500 with the remaining 10 percent -- $715,000 -- going to the winner. With no fight, the purses won't be paid and a lawsuit is likely to ensue; Wilder's purse is sitting in escrow in a United States bank, according to his camp...

Space Junk Causing Military Concerns Of Confrontations

In 2010 the Judiciary Report did articles on space pollution regarding junk left behind by space crews (Space Pollution and Space Pollution - Part 2). Months after the article was published on the Judiciary Report, both Russia and America commissioned studies on the potential impact of space junk. Two years later in 2012, space junk nearly hit a group of astronauts in what could have turned fatal (Space Junk Nearly Hits Astronauts Forcing Them To Flee To Capsules). It is a genuine matter of concern.

Media reports this week indicate space junk is creating other problems. Scientists are stating nations are in danger of mistaking impacting space junk for attacks by other countries on their satellites in space. Russia, who were the first nation in space, are set to publish a report on the subject. The Guardian newspaper in London wrote, "In a report to be published in the journal Acta Astronautica, Vitaly Adushkin at the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow writes that impacts from space junk, especially on military satellites, posed a 'special political danger' and 'may provoke political or even armed conflict between space-faring nations. The owner of the impacted and destroyed satellite can hardly quickly determine the real cause of the accident.'"

Rise in space junk could provoke armed conflict say scientists

Friday 22 January 2016 13.54 EST - Last modified on Friday 22 January 2016 17.02 EST - The steady rise in space junk that is floating around the planet could provoke a political row and even armed conflict, according to scientists, who warn that even tiny pieces of debris have enough energy to damage or destroy military satellites. Researchers said fragments of spent rockets and other hurtling hardware posed a “special political danger” because of the difficulty in confirming that an operational satellite had been struck by flying debris and had not fallen victim to an intentional attack by another nation.

Space agencies in the US and Russia track more than 23,000 pieces of space junk larger than 10cm, but estimates suggest there could be half a billion fragments ranging from one to 10cm, and trillions of even smaller particles. The junk poses the greatest danger to satellites in low Earth orbit, where debris can slam into spacecraft at a combined speed of more than 30,000mph. This realm of space, which stretches from 100 to 1200 miles above the surface, is where most military satellites are deployed...

Data in the study from the Russian space agency show that the International Space Station took evasive action five times in 2014 to avoid space debris. Even small flecks of paint that have flaked off spacecraft can be hazardous. Nasa’s space shuttle was struck by flying paint several times in orbit, forcing ground staff to replace some of the spaceship’s windows. The report follows a report commissioned by Nasa in 2011 which warned that the level of space junk was rising exponentially, and had reached a “tipping point” in the threat it posed to satellites and the International Space Station.

Russia: Obama Is Protecting ISIS

Barack Obama

The Russian government is accusing U.S. President, Barack Obama, of protecting ISIS, refusing to hand over the locations of the terrorist group. The Obama Administration has ordered the Pentagon to hide the locations of ISIS in Syria, repeatedly declining the Russian government's formal requests for the intel, which would allow them to effectively bomb said terror sites.

Obama has done a number of things that is causing Americans to question his conduct regarding the fight against terrorism. U.S. congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard, accused Obama of "working hand in hand with ISIS" [President Obama's Fellow Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard Has Accused Him Of Working Hand In Hand With ISIS In Syria (Video)]. Obama recklessly wasted $500,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer money in an ill-advised military maneuver to arm and train Syrian rebels who have known ties to Al Qaeda and ISIS. Said rebels then gave the sophisticated U.S. weaponry to ISIS and Al Qaeda (Obama Administration Loses $500 Million Dollars In Taxpayer Money As Rebels They Trained Give U.S. Weapons And Equipment To Al Qaeda In Syria).

Obama enacted rules at Homeland Security barring the agency from properly screening immigrants coming into America, prohibiting employees from checking social networking pages for criminal comments (Obama Administration Policy Led To Homeland Security Not Checking Social Networking Pages Of Terrorists Coming Into America).

This enabled terrorists like Tashfeen Malik to enter the United States and wage Jihad, which resulted in the San Bernardino terrorist attack (14 Dead And 17 Wounded In Shooting By 3 Jihadis At A California Disability Center). Many know people often write their true feelings on social networking, promoting items and causes that are important to them. People have been caught unethically espousing support for terrorism on social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram (The FBI Is Locking Up People Over Retweets On Twitter).

Obama also angered Americans in refusing to acknowledge the San Bernardino attacks were due to terrorism (Obama Administration Being Slammed By Americans For Refusing To Label San Bernardino Killings Terrorism). Things grew worse when Obama backed Syrian rebels shot down a Russia plane on its way to fight ISIS (Obama Backed Syrian Rebels Linked To ISIS Deliberately Shoot Down Russian Rescue Helicopter Aiding Downed Jet That Was On Its Way To Fight The Terrorist Group).

Obama Backed Syrian Rebels Linked To ISIS Deliberately Shoot Down Russian Rescue Helicopter Aiding Downed Jet That Was On Its Way To Fight The Terrorist Group

Barack Obama

The Obama Administration is under fire tonight, as newspapers revealed Syrian rebels the President of the United States backed and gave $500,000,000 in American weapons and training, shot down a Russian rescue helicopter that went to aid a fighter jet that had two pilots on board. The fighter jet with the two pilots were on their way to fight terrorist group ISIS.

The incident happened over Turkey, where according to the Daily Mail, the Obama Administration has a military base. The Russian jet was on its way to Syria. As the pilots ejected from the plane that was hit by a missile, the Syrian rebels shot them to death, then exclaimed, "allah akbar." A Russian rescue helicopter was sent and it too was shot down by Obama's Syrian rebels.

The Syrian rebels, who are apart of ISIS, downed the Russian rescue helicopter using American missiles given to them by the Obama Administration. Stories such as these give credence to claims by Obama's own fellow Democrat, Congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard that, "Obama is working hand in hand with ISIS in Syria." Exactly what is Obama playing at. This does not look good at all.

Russian rescue helicopter 'shot down by Syrian rebels' while searching for pilots of plane downed by Turkey

13:58, 24 Nov 2015 Updated 19:56, 24 Nov 2015 - The Russian leader also warned it would have serious consequences for his country’s relations with Turkey. A Russian rescue helicopter has been shot down by Syrian rebels while searching for pilots missing after Turkey downed a Russian jet. The helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing in a government-held area in Syria's Latakia province. A Syrian insurgent group, which uses U.S. Tow missiles, said its fighters hit the helicopter with an anti-tank missile.

Video footage has emerged online appearing to show the helicopter after it crashed in dense woodland. Plumes of smoke can be seen coming from the aircraft. Vladmir Putin earlier warned Turkey of "significant consequences" after the Russian plane was shot down. The Russian President also said the action by Turkey was a "stab in the back" and said it would have serious consequences for his country’s relations with Turkey...

The Intelligence Community Attributes Downing Of Russian Airplane In Egypt To A Bomb Placed By Terror Group ISIS

Russian Metrojet plane used for Flight 9268

British and American intelligence communities have respectively attributed the downing of Russia's Metrojet Flight 9268 On October 31, 2015 to the terrorist group ISIS. The flight was departing from the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, returning Russian tourists to Saint Petersburg, Russia. Flight 9268 had 224 innocent civilians aboard, including a 10-month old baby girl, none of whom deserved to be killed.

Both the British and American governments have stated they picked up intelligence indicating the plane was brought down by an incendiary device and report they heard Jihadists cheering on mobile phone calls regarding their terrorist plot targeting the aircraft. Select airlines in Britain had also stopped flying over the region (Sinai), after a missile came within 1,000 feet of a Thomson Airways airplane in August 2015.

The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the families and friends of the victims on board Metrojet Flight 9268. May God rest their souls and comfort you in your time of bereavement.

Rocket which came 'within 1,000ft' of Thomson flight fired during Egyptian military training exercise, Government says

The rocket which reportedly came "within 1,000ft" of a British aircraft as it approached Sharm el-Sheikh in August was fired by the Egyptian military during a routine training exercise, the Government has said. The Thomson flight took evasive action after the pilot spotted the missile, The Daily Mail reported. Their source said: "The first officer was in charge at the time but the pilot was in the cockpit and saw the rocket coming towards the plane. "He ordered that the flight turn to the left to avoid the rocket, which was about 1,000ft away." They reportedly went on to say that the staff were offered the chance to stay in Egypt, but chose to head back to the UK on a flight which took off with no internal or external lights...

Obama Administration Loses $500 Million Dollars In Taxpayer Money As Rebels They Trained Give U.S. Weapons And Equipment To Al Qaeda In Syria

U.S. President Barack Obama

The Obama Administration paid $500 million dollars in U.S. taxpayer money to train and arm rebels in Syria, only for them to hand over the sophisticated weaponry to an Al Qaeda terrorist affiliate. The Obama administration backing off their current failing combat plan due to this event was announced Friday, October 9, 2015. This is one of the reasons why days prior on Tuesday October 6, 2015, the Judiciary Report stated let the Russians address ISIS in Syria.

I wrote that because it could help with the migrant crisis, neutralize ISIS and for the simple reason the U.S. government is hated in the region thanks to the Bush years (i.e. war in Iraq/weapons of mass destruction), has no loyal allegiances there and does not have a firm grip on combat in the Middle East.

A week ago many read news reports regarding the U.S. government bombing a charitable Doctors Without Borders hospital in Afghanistan, killing 12 medical personnel and 10 patients (with an additional 33 missing). Patients were seen “burning in their beds” from the surprise bombing. Doctors Without Borders stated they “repeatedly” gave the U.S. government their coordinates to prevent being bombed, yet this horror still happened. The U.S. government is now offering to pay victims of the bombing.

Doctors Without Borders bombing

Then there's the incident days ago where U.S. military ended up killed in a Russian bombing meant for and hitting terrorist targets. This happened despite the fact the Russian government gave the U.S. government clear advance warning to leave that particular zone that would be bombed in air strikes. The U.S. government is having serious tactical problems in the region and it is creating more problems than it is solving.

The goal of the West and moderates in the Middle East is to neutralize ISIS. What does it matter who accomplishes this. The Russian government was invited by Syrian head of state, Bashar al-Assad, as their ally and given key intel on the region. Russia is aiding them with armed forces bearing sophisticated weaponry. While I do not agree with Assad's politics, he is still the president of Syria and their nation's sovereignty, just like any other country's, should be respected.

The West could monitor events via satellite, news reports and messages from select diplomats. The Obama administration could have allowed the Russian military to  handle ISIS in Syria and it would have saved the U.S. taxpayers a significant amount of money and future problems (see: terrorists now have sophisticated U.S. equipment and weaponry with which to target the West - they also know American military training methods/trade secrets).

Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Barack Obama

Why was it really necessary for the Obama administration to waste $500 million dollars of U.S. taxpayer money on this ill-fated venture in Syria. Do you know how much good that money could have done in America. You could have built 10,000 affordable homes for lower income families at $50,000 a piece, with special loans at favorable, fixed interest rates (and even giving subsidies to lower income buyers to help with purchasing the homes).

You could have given business grants of $5,000 to $20,000 to Americans who have solid business plans and want to start a small business. Alternatively, you could have built 200-300 new schools in America to ease overcrowding at existing learning institutions. You could have started a great drive to help feed, clothe and house the homeless and try to get them back on their feet in the workplace. You could have rebuilt areas of Detroit suffering from widespread urban decay. There’s so much you could have done with the $500 million dollars in America that would have improved the country and the lives of many.

Rebels in Syria

Instead, you’ve unwittingly armed Al Qaeda, a terrorist group that hates the West and is trying to destroy us. You cannot have these unnecessary Middle East excursions, especially ones that routinely go wrong, then cut money in America on things the American people need. That is gross mismanagement and very poor prioritizing.

I don’t even understand why, after the Bush years and all the civilian casualties it created in the Middle East, the U.S. government thought for a split second there is no bitter feelings among Arabs in the region, who saw their friends and families (who weren’t terrorists) killed in bombings. Why did the U.S. government think they could trust the rebels after the war in Iraq, military maneuvers/combat in Afghanistan and Pakistan during Bush's time in office, that yielded a combined civilian casualty rate that is very high, from U.S. military bombings that sometimes hit schools and villages, killing many children.

Rebels in Syria

The U.S. government needs to face facts on this matter and not army anymore rebels. The Arabs in the Middle East and some in the West have America off and are angry over the 1,000,000 plus casualties from U.S. combat (Bush) in the region and will not show the United States any loyalty due to it. If someone killed off over 1,000,000 Americans in bombings would you show them any loyalty? Of course not. So why are you expecting that from them and endangering western lives in arming rebels (previously, the CIA armed and trained a rebel and his cohorts - you now know them as Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda).

For a peaceful existence, the U.S. government needs to focus on making America better and leave the Middle East excursions alone, lest something worse happens. The government needs to choose its battles more carefully. It’s not everything the government should get involved in.

U.S.-trained fighters in Syria gave equipment to al-Qaeda affiliate

American-trained Syrian fighters gave at least a quarter of their U.S.-provided equipment to al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria early this week, the U.S. Central Command said late Friday. In a statement correcting earlier assertions that reports of the turnover were a “lie” and a militant propaganda ploy, the command said it was subsequently notified that the Syrian unit had “surrendered” some of its equipment — including six pickup trucks and a portion of its ammunition — to Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda’s arm in Syria.

The acknowledgment is the latest discouraging report regarding the $500 million train-and-equip program, which Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, head of Central Command, said last week had only “four or five” trained Syrian fighters active in Syria. Since then, the military has said approximately 70 fighters have been added...

FBI Reveals Communist Block Sent Hillary Clinton Malware To Hack Her Emails As Secretary Of State

Hillary Clinton

Last week the FBI revealed that China and Russia made attempts at hacking the emails of former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who is now a presidential candidate for the 2016 election in America. This confirms the Judiciary Report's claims from a month ago regarding the communist block targeting Clinton's computers (The Communist Block Accessed Hillary Clinton's Unencrypted Emails).

The FBI has not confirmed the communist block hacked Clinton's emails, but I have it on good authority they did, due to the lack of security regarding her unencrypted, private server that hosted them. Clinton is trying to make the scandal out to be a political matter, in some not wanting her to be president. However, it is a national security matter.

Clinton grossly deviated from procedure and protocol. In doing so, Clinton greatly endangered national secrets (even though it was unintentional on her part). That's not good in any government or from any political party. Those security rules were implemented for a reason, so things like this won't happen.

There are now foreign governments, who are America's allies, that are upset that statements they made in confidence to Clinton via email are now in the hands of the communist block, who are formidable rivals that are growing in strength, wealth and influence and can do them damage. In the future they are not going to be inclined to open up to you regarding anything classified, because in you leaving the server unencrypted you left them open to trouble as well.

Emails: Russia-linked hackers tried to access Clinton server

Sep 30, 7:31 PM (ET) - WASHINGTON (AP) — Russia-linked hackers tried at least five times to pry into Hillary Rodham Clinton's private email account while she was secretary of state, emails released Wednesday show. It is unclear if she clicked on any attachment and exposed her account. Clinton received the infected emails, disguised as speeding tickets, over four hours early on the morning of Aug. 3, 2011. The emails instructed recipients to print the attached tickets, which would have allowed hackers to take control of their computers.

Security researchers who analyzed the malicious software in September 2011 said that infected computers would transmit information from victims to at least three server computers overseas, including one in Russia. That doesn't necessarily mean Russian intelligence or citizens were responsible...the State Department and other government agencies, during Clinton's tenure and after, suffered its own series of hacking attacks. U.S. counterterrorism officials have linked them to China and Russia.

Hillary Clinton Joked About Chinese Hacking Her Email

5:09 PM, Sep 30, 2015 - In a newly released Hillary Clinton email, Clinton jokes that the Chinese must have hacked her email. "Even weirder--I just checked and I do have your state but not your gmail--so how did that happen. Must be the Chinese!" To make matters even more hilarious, over the past few months, numerous questions have been raised about the security of her email system. As RB Pundit notes on Twitter, "Hillary Clinton joking about Chinese possibly hacking into email. Which they probably did."

The 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony Was Beautiful (Photos)

The opening ceremony of the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics was beautiful and unforgettable. The colors were rich and the performing talent in abundant supply. I especially enjoyed the ballet sequence with classical music backing. The fireworks were a spectacular finish to the ceremony.

U.S. President Barack Obama Open To Russia's Proposal On Syria's Chemical Weapons (Video)

U.S. President Barack Obama has indicated during a televised interview that he is open to the idea of having Syria's chemical weapons brought under the control of international authorities, as suggested by Russia.

President Obama is questioning the feasibility of the idea, but under the right circumstances, with international participation it could work. Assurances would be required. Proper controls and monitoring could be a solution to avoiding military conflict, as many Syrian lives would be lost in a battle their army would not win.

Obama says Russian Syria proposal could be a breakthrough

8:44 p.m. EDT September 9, 2013 - President Obama said on Monday he would "run to ground" a proposal outlined by the Russians that would wrest control of chemical weapons from Syria and would potentially head off a U.S. military strike against the Bashar Assad regime.

Obama, who conducted a half dozen television interviews on Monday afternoon to try to gin up support for his call for military action against Syria said he would "absolutely" put off a punitive strike if Assad gave up his weapons.

"It's possible if it's real," Obama told CNN in an interview that aired Monday of the possible breakthrough on the Syria crisis. "And, you know, I think it's certainly a positive development when, the Russians and the Syrians both make gestures toward dealing with these chemical weapons. This is what we've been asking for not just over the last week or the last month, but for the last couple of years."

President Obama Cancels Russia Trip After President Putin Grants NSA Leaker Edward Snowden Asylum

Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin

U.S. President Barack Obama has cancelled his scheduled visit to Russia, after President Vladimir Putin granted American NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden asylum in their nation. Many have applauded the Russian government’s decision - Obama is not one of them.

Edward Snowden

Snowden leaked evidence regarding the illegal NSA program PRISM which secretly spies on innocent Americans over the phone and online, in violation of the Constitution, confirming what I had revealed online several years prior (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). For the sake of U.S. and Russian ties, Obama needs to put his feelings aside and reschedule his visit. It would be a goodwill gesture to the people of Russia from America.

Edward Snowden Officially Granted Asylum In Russia Angering Obama (Video)

NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden has officially been granted asylum in Russia, on a 1-year renewable basis, with the proviso he stops leaking information detrimental to the U.S. government. This decision has come much to the anger of the Obama Administration, who wants Snowden locked away for life or killed, according to security experts. Snowden leaked evidence of the NSA illegally spying on Americans, creating a worldwide scandal that exposed the government.

The Obama Administration has been aggressively pursuing Snowden for extradition, but has been unsuccessful. Attorney General Eric Holder, has been issuing threats over Snowden's approved asylum case as well. Either way, the Judiciary Report wishes Mr. Snowden the best.

Edward Snowden Granted Papers To Enter Russia And Obama Is Scheduled To Visit

Edward Snowden

NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, has been granted papers to enter Russia (according to the BBC). The brave American computer contractor, took on Washington and won. Two months ago, Snowden disclosed the contents of an illegal, unconstitutional NSA program, entitled Prism, which spies on the American people in criminal violation of the law.

For several years, I have written the FBI and NSA are illegally spying on Americans, in articles the government agencies hoped the public would brand paranoia, but there you have it - Snowden released the proof, which prove my claims (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). It is one of many exclusives I have released. At the end of the day, only fight the government when you're right (don't be like Wesley Snipes and fight them when you know you're dead wrong).

Russian President Vladimir Putin Makes It Clear He Will Not Bow To Obama Administration Pressure On Edward Snowden Who Fears For His Life

U.S. President Barack Obama

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated his government will not bow to pressure from the Obama Administration on requests to hand over NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden. Putin stated, "We won’t behave like many countries are behaving. We are an independent country and we have an independent foreign policy and we will carry it out. I hope our partners understand this and respond calmly."

Russian President Vladimir Putin

Snowden's attorney, Anatoly Kucherena, has communicated he is concerned for his safety and "fears for his life." Kucherena stated, "Of course he is afraid for his life and safety, absolutely. He wrote this in his request for asylum and it is understandable that he has grounds to be worried, quite substantial grounds."

Edward Snowden

Kucherena further stated, "He explained his position very clearly - he said that he can't go back to America because he is scared that he could be subjected to torture there and that he could be subjected to capital punishment. He explained that different statements from representatives of the State Department of the US are blatantly filled with threats towards him, and of course he decided to apply to the Federal Migration Service in Russia because he understands that his life is in danger."

Putin Warns U.S. Russia Won’t Back Down on Snowden Asylum

July 17, 2013 11:26 AM ET - President Vladimir Putin warned the U.S. that Russia won’t yield to pressure to hand over Edward Snowden, while insisting he won’t allow the fugitive American to poison ties between the former Cold War foes.

"We won’t behave like many countries are behaving," Putin told reporters in the Siberian city of Chita, a day after the former U.S. security contractor bid for temporary asylum in Russia. "We are an independent country and we have an independent foreign policy and we will carry it out. I hope our partners understand this and respond calmly."

NSA Whistle Blower Edward Snowden Holds Press Conference In Russia Stating He Wants To Stay (Video)

NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, held a press conference today in Russia, with the support of officials in Moscow, stating he wishes to remain there under asylum. The Obama Administration has filed extradition papers demanding Snowden from Venezuela, where they initially thought he would go, due to a generous offer.

Anna Chapman proposing to Edward Snowden: I'm gonna hit that!

Could it be due to pretty Russian spy, Anna Chapman, proposing marriage to Snowden, as she thinks he's hot (he is very cute). Wow girl, you're good (LOL). Seriously, this issue seems to be a logistical one, as Snowden would have to find a way to Venezuela through territories the Obama Administration could intercept his plane and extradite him.

NSA Whistle Blower Edward Snowden Facing Difficulties Regarding Asylum Applications After Obama Revokes His Passport

Edward Snowden

Brave American whistle blower, Edward Snowden is stuck in a Russian airport, after the Obama Administration revokes his passport. Many of Snowden's asylum applications to other nations have been denied, as select nations are stating it is their policy is one must be on their soil to receive said legal status. The Obama Administration is putting economic and military pressure on other nations to deny Snowden's application for asylum. The administration has done it before in other matters.

Thus far, Venezuela has been the most responsive to Snowden's request for asylum. Russia has been responsive as well, but offered Snowden asylum with the requirement he must desist activities against the "United States" government. Snowden does have the option of giving all the NSA documents revealing the government violating the Constitution, to Wikileaks and moving on with his life.

Snowden's father floated the idea of him returning to the U.S. under certain circumstances, but the Judiciary Report is of the belief there woudl be problems. Even if he received a pardon, as a White House petition by the people overwhelmingly demanded, there would still be trouble. While the American people would embrace Snowden, the government would engage the FBI, CIA, IRS, NSA and Homeland Security to go after him with the intent of quietly ruining his life at every turn.

Nonetheless, the Judiciary Report wishes Mr. Snowden well, commends his bravery and hopes he will find a new home, a new life and one with happiness soon.

Snowden, who has been charged under espionage laws in the US after leaking top-secret documents on US surveillance programmes, has been trapped in Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport since 23 June after flying in from Hong Kong. He has yet to receive a positive response to his applications for asylum. Some countries have yet to respond but a number have already rejected his request...

Russia, China And Hong Kong Pass On Extraditing Edward Snowden To The Obama Administration (Video)

Former NSA contractor, Edward Snowden, is thought to be in Russia. President of Russia, Vladmir Putin stated Snowden is in the Moscow Airport and his government will not extradite him to America for leaking the existence of a two illegal NSA programs spying on the American people and world nations. Hong Kong and China have also refused to get involved in the matter.

Edward Snowden

This development has left the Obama administration at a loss. It is the Judiciary Report's hope Mr. Snowden will be safe and happy wherever he chooses to go, as he did the American people a great service in providing proof of the illegal spying the government has been engaging in against the nation and the world.

Edward Snowden is in Moscow airport, says Vladimir Putin

The Guardian, Tuesday 25 June 2013 14.29 EDT - The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, has revealed that the surveillance whistleblower Edward Snowden is indeed in a Moscow airport, ending a global guessing game over the US fugitive's whereabouts. The admission reversed days of Russian obfuscation and came just hours after Putin's foreign minister said Russia had nothing to do with Snowden's travel plans.

Putin said Snowden remained in Sheremetyevo airport's transit area and vowed that Moscow would not extradite the whistleblower to the US. He also insisted that Russia's security services had no contact with Snowden, a claim greeted with suspicion. "Mr Snowden really did fly into Moscow," he said on an official visit to Finland on Tuesday. "For us it was completely unexpected," he claimed.

Obama Speaks About The Heavily Criticized FBI's Handling Of The Boston Bombing Case

Barack Obama

U.S. President Obama is defending the beleaguered FBI, who are on the hot seat in America and around the world for the agency's failures under director Robert S. Mueller. As stated previously in the column, evidence has surfaced that the FBI was given "multiple" tips in advance that Boston Marathon bomber, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, is a terrorist.

Sorry, but if I were in a government post of said nature and I received a report from a credible foreign intelligence agency, such as the FSB, stating a national in the country was speaking about waging jihad, I would have had the person immediately deported. There are provisions under U.S. Law for such legal action. Therefore, the FBI has no excuse. The behavior of someone with deadly views exhibiting intent to kill can be equated to cancer. You don't wait to see where it goes, if it will metastasize. You catch it early enough and extricate the cancer, lest it kills.

I don't understand, did the FBI think the tip was a trick from the Russian government. Use your heads. What would they have accomplished by tricking you regarding a tip from a wiretap (or did you think they were trying to frame Tsarnaev, as you've done to men like scientist Bruce Ivins). America and Russia are fighting the same war against jihadists.

A part of the problem is the FBI's Director, Robert S. Mueller, is a paranoid schizophrenic, with emphasis on the word "paranoid." He thinks everyone is up to something. He thinks every foreign government is the enemy, which is crazy. Mueller also hates blacks, Arabs and Chinese, as illustrated by credible court cases.

This week Obama stated regarding Mueller and the FBI's failures in heeding tips 2-years ago regarding Tsarnaev, "There are still suspicions sometimes between our intelligence and law enforcement agencies that date back 10, 20, 30 years to the Cold War..."

So what was Mueller's excuse for ignoring tips from America's greatest ally, Britain, when MI6 tipped them off about radicalized terrorist, Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab and no action was taken to put him on a no-fly list, barring him from entering the country. As stated before, had it not been for brave passengers, 200 people could have been killed when he tried to detonate a bomb on an airliner landing in Detroit, Michigan.

What was Mueller's excuse for deliberately failing to share intelligence with the British government which could have prevented the London terrorists bombings that killed and maimed innocent Britons (FBI Knew About London Bombing Plot 1 Year In Advance). Once again, Mueller is a sick man with a corrupt agenda. There is no excusing his conduct. There is something severely wrong with his man.

Robert S. Mueller

I've spoken to people in legal, political and security circles, who shall remain anonymous, about the FBI's conduct in certain matters and they all stated, without knowing each other, that said conduct is wrong and constitutes breaches of established domestic and international protocol. People said of the FBI's conduct: "They're not supposed to do that," "That's weird" "Strange" "They are not telling the truth" "They are up to something" "They're dragging their feet" and one that was repeated three times from very credible sources, "They took a bribe." By the way, Congress needs to check Mueller's offshore holdings. He's got a lot of explaining to do.

Time to face facts, the FBI has serious problems. The FBI leadership's way of thinking and operating is archaic, antiquated, illogical and corrupt. People could tolerate unconventional ways if they produced good results. However, the FBI is being given $8 billion dollars per year in taxpayer money and keep failing to act on credible tips, resulting in terrible loss of life and serious injury to survivors. One doesn't have to be a genius to tell the FBI's way is not working.

After being interviewed by the FBI twice in 2005, I got to see what a mess the agency is and the serious problems it was creating for various victims of crime. They took some tips and used them, but blew it on others that went on to cause terrible harm to innocent people.

They are also disorganized and inept. They lose important items in the mail (not to mention their own weapons), have a broken chain of command, had no email and no working computer system. In 2006 I authored a series of articles on how the FBI could get a proper computer system up and running. I noticed after a short while, some of my tips were implemented, but at the same time, over $200,000,000 in taxpayer money and equipment, went unaccounted for, indicating theft, embezzlement and misappropriation. How did the taxpayers deserve that.

Where is the accountability in any of this. Even the FBI's oversight (Inspector General) turns a blind eye to their crimes or comes up with some cockamamie excuse to justify the unjustifiable. The worst part is the FBI would not want anyone to show their families the criminal negligence and carelessness they show others. They'd be beside themselves, but this is how the agency treats people. I don't agree with the FBI's methods. Justice should always be even, fair and thorough, otherwise it qualifies as injustice.

Obama Defends FBI Over Boston, Won't Commit to Action Against Syria

April 30, 2013 President Obama said the FBI and law enforcement officials worked appropriately and swiftly in chasing down the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing and the country should be "proud of their work," although the country might be more at risk to lone-wolf attacks because of the amount of intelligence gathered and pressure put on organized terrorist networks...

"There are still suspicions sometimes between our intelligence and law enforcement agencies that date back 10, 20, 30 years to the Cold War, but they are continually improving," Obama said. "I've spoken to President [Vladimir] Putin directly. He's committed to working with me to make sure those that report to us are cooperating fully in not only this investigation, but how to work in counterterrorism generally."
