Chris Brown Transferred To Less Austere Jail In His Home State Of Virginia But Is Placed In The General Population
There’s a double standard present in the Chris Brown case that should concern the public as if it happened to him it can happen to you, regarding getting arrested for something someone else in your company did to another in self-defense or attempting to protect one’s property from intrusion. The law cannot work this way, as once the precedent is set it becomes a risk to everyone. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, if you’re going to lock someone up, jail them for something they actually did, as anything less comes across as corruption.

Prosecutors Are Making An Example Of Chris Brown In Washington Assault Case
Tuesday, April 8, 2014
Judge Denies Chris Brown's Lawyer's Motion To Dismiss Washington Assault Case Sending It To Trial As Bodyguard Admits He Threw The Punch
Brown was extradited from Los Angeles, California to Washington, DC to stand trial for allegedly assaulting Parker Adams, a local man who stalked, photobombed and propositioned Brown, attempting to board the singer's tour bus. A melee ensued, as Brown's bodyguard, Hollosy, prohibited Adams from boarding the bus by punching him. Adams, who summoned police to the scene, stated within earshot of a Secret Service agent that Brown did not hit him. However, the second version of a subsequent police report was changed to state Brown punched Adams and broke his nose.
Judge James Brandlin, who is presiding over the Los Angeles probation violation case, stemming from the Rihanna domestic violence incident, ruled it is appropriate the Washington courts handle the case. As such Brown was shackled and extradited over the course of 4-days from Los Angeles to Washington, via Con Air.
Brown, who is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and is also Bipolar, faces 6-months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted in Washington. He could also face an additional 4-years in jail under the Los Angeles case, on the legal premise he violated his probation. If Brown is jailed for an extended period of time, he would be placed in solitary confinement for his own protection, segregating him from other inmates, due to his high profile status.
Solitary confinement to a mind struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar Disorder would be next to unbearable and do more harm than good in the way rehabilitation. A medical facility for offenders would be more beneficial in the way of rehabilitation to an inmate struggling with mental illness.

Pivotal Court Hearing Today In Chris Brown Assault Trial
Friday, April 4, 2014
Judge Refuses Chris Brown’s Private Transportation Request In Assault Trial And Orders Him Shackled And Placed On Con Air For 3-Day Flight To Washington
The Judiciary Report has been expressing the fact things are stacked against Chris Brown in his Washington assault case, regarding local man, Parker Adams, who photo bombed and harassed the singer, then tried to board his tour bus. The incident triggered a violation of Brown‘s probation in the Rihanna domestic violence case.
Decisions in the case have been going against Brown, which is an indication they intend to lock him up for a longer period of time. Two decisions have gone against Brown thus far. First Judge James Brandlin refused Brown’s request, via lawyer Mark Geragos, to be placed in a third rehab facility, in lieu of jail, when his probation was violated.
Now Brown’s request to fly to Washington with his lawyer via private jet or commercial airliner has been declined, with an order being issued to place him on Con Air with other prisoners. TMZ stated the flight is estimated to take three days, as the plane has to make stops in other U.S. cities to pick up additional inmates being extradited to other jurisdictions. Normally, a direct flight from Los Angeles to Washington, DC takes a few short hours. Brown’s attorney seeks to have the case dismissed, citing improper conduct by the prosecutors. If the case is not dismissed or settled, Brown is looking at years of his life in jail.
Chris Brown Con Air to D.C. Now Boarding
4/3/2014 12:28 PM PDT - Chris Brown has just been picked up by federal marshals on what will be one of the longest journeys across the country since the prop plane era ... TMZ has learned. Sources connected with the case tell us Chris is on his way to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino to begin his long trip to Washington D.C. ... where he will stand trial for assault. Later today Chris will board a airplane -- guarded by U.S. Marshals and appropriately restrained -- but the flight is NOT a non-stop. In fact, we're told there are so many stops he probably won't get there until Sunday...

Obama Administration Losing Extradition Battle Against NSA Whistle Blower Edward Snowden
As American whistleblower Edward Snowden continues fielding asylum offers from three nations (Venezuela, Nicaragua and Bolivia) U.S. President Barack Obama is having trouble extraditing him. Papers have been filed to no success. American born and raised Snowden, blew the whistle on criminal activity by the government, leaking evidence the Obama Administration is criminally spying on Americans in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Snowden has many supporters in America and around the world, over his brave decision to go public with the wrongdoing he witnessed coming from the government. Maybe one day a future American president will pardon Snowden. It would be the right thing to do.

Russia, China And Hong Kong Pass On Extraditing Edward Snowden To The Obama Administration (Video)
Former NSA contractor, Edward Snowden, is thought to be in Russia. President of Russia, Vladmir Putin stated Snowden is in the Moscow Airport and his government will not extradite him to America for leaking the existence of a two illegal NSA programs spying on the American people and world nations. Hong Kong and China have also refused to get involved in the matter.
This development has left the Obama administration at a loss. It is the Judiciary Report's hope Mr. Snowden will be safe and happy wherever he chooses to go, as he did the American people a great service in providing proof of the illegal spying the government has been engaging in against the nation and the world.
Putin said Snowden remained in Sheremetyevo airport's transit area and vowed that Moscow would not extradite the whistleblower to the US. He also insisted that Russia's security services had no contact with Snowden, a claim greeted with suspicion. "Mr Snowden really did fly into Moscow," he said on an official visit to Finland on Tuesday. "For us it was completely unexpected," he claimed.

Africans Want Chris Brown Extradited To Ghana For Breaking The Law During A Concert
Warning: video contains explicit language |
Promoters in Ghana, Africa generously paid singer Chris Brown $1,000,000 to perform on stage during a big concert held in their nation this month. It was quite the payday for Brown, as his concert dates and those of his contemporaries usually do not guarantee him anywhere near said financial figure (usually paid between $50,000 to $200,000 per show depending on the promoter and venue).
In footage posted on YouTube, Brown is seen asking the crowd: "How many of you all smoke weed?", to which the crowd cheer. He then adds: "S**t, I got my blunt right here." According to Radio.com, Ghanaian youth activist Jonathan Osei-Owusu claims that Brown "promoted an illegality". He continued: "You can see from the video, and yet he was let go free."

U.S. Government Violating International Agreements In The Eduardo Saverin Tax Campaign From Congress
The U.S. Congress, via senators Charles Schumer and Bob Casey, put on a disgraceful display last week, slamming Facebook co-founder, Eduardo Saverin for leaving America and renouncing his U.S. citizenship (well, that was before Zuckerberg and Facebook fell from grace in the company's subsequent disaster of an IPO).
Some state Saverin's departure is for tax purposes, but he firmly disagrees and has paid huge sums of money in U.S. taxes over the years. The case brings up a very serious issue, of the U.S. government willfully violating international agreements with other nations of the world, regarding taxes.
The general rule in the international community among Western nations is, if one is from another country, but working elsewhere in the world, one pays taxes to the nation one is employed in (America included). That's been the international agreement and standard for years.
It also poses a problem for American expatriates, if the U.S. Congress continues to march any further into international illegality in said maneuvers, via greedily and spitefully trying to bankrupt people that have left America and now work and live elsewhere, via double taxation (taxes in two countries).
To enforce the aforementioned illegal double taxation, Congress and the IRS, may resort to criminal extraditions to vindictively snatch back Americans working and living abroad, for not paying taxes in America, in addition to their new nations. This would mean they would be working with no money to show for it, being illegally forced to pay taxes in two countries.
Ultimately, it will trigger a pattern of certain nations legislatively cancelling their extradition treaties with the U.S. government, over abuses thereof for financial gain in the tax realm. This would become a doubleedged sword for Washington, as people abroad accused of serious crimes regarding America, would never face justice in the States. What you will also see is creative and financial geniuses fleeing or not coming to America with their ideas and investments, in favor of living and working in countries with no extradition treaties with the United States.

Alicia Keys Husband Is Listed As CEO Of Megaupload Yet He Was Not Arrested By The Feds Like Everyone Else
Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz
As many internet readers know, Megaupload.com was raided by the U.S. FBI, assets were seized and employees taken into custody. The owner of Megaupload.com is eccentric Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom. However, the husband of Sony Music singer, Alicia Keys, rapper and producer, Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean) is listed as CEO of the company that makes $175,000,000 per year from mass criminal copyright infringement. Amazingly Dean was not arrested, but far be it from the FBI to do such a thing to a star.
Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys
While the Judiciary Report does not agree with copyright infringement, especially as the owner of a vast Copyrighted Catalog, I find it quite hypocritical Hollywood was all in a huff over Megaupload, when tinseltown criminally steals more copyrights than any other entity in existence. So basically, what Hollywood is complaining about and pushed the FBI to do something regarding, is Megaupload criminally infringing the copyrights Hollywood criminally stole from other people.

The Woman Dominique Strauss-Kahn Is Accused Of Raping Is Named In The European Press
The London Telegraph is reporting, the 32-year-old African maid that IMF chief, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, is accused of raping and sodomizing, has been named in the French press. Strauss-Kahn has denied raping her, stating the sex was consensual. The New York District Attorney disagrees and as such, the IMF chief is being held without bail, in New York's infamous Riker's Island Prison. The evidence against Strauss-Kahn does not look good. If DNA is successfully employed, coupled with his well-publicized past history, provided it is not disallowed by the judge, the case will result in a conviction.
Initially, it was reported the 32-year-old woman was from Ghana. Recent reports have since indicated, she is an immigrant from Guinea, who is the mother of a 14-year-old girl. It was only a matter of time before her identity was exposed. This has become one of the biggest stories in the world and bribes will be issued by news media in several nations for information on the alleged victim.
News coming out of France reveals outrage that Strauss-Kahn was perp walked and according to some, denied the presumption of innocence. It is being said, in France, the custom is for criminals to be perp walked after conviction in court. As a result, some believe Strauss-Kahn is being treated differently, as he is French.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn (center) being perp walked in New York
People should bear in mind, Strauss-Kahn is one man and does not represent all of France and every Jewish person on the planet (the latter is being brought up as well). He is one individual and only represents himself.
Therefore, it is wrong for anyone to use this case, which hasn't even been tried, to slur nations and ethnic backgrounds. France is a wonderful country and there are many law abiding Jewish people all over the world that have not hurt a soul.
However, there is a bias in this - much of the handling of the Strauss-Kahn arrest, leads right back to the hurdles the U.S. government faced in the Roman Polanski case, where the director was accused of rape, fled, then dodged extradition, refusing to return to America. The U.S. government refused to allow Strauss-Kahn to return to France and denied him bail, due to how the Polanksi case unfolded. Different countries have different laws and each will act according to what they deem fit.

Obama Wants Access To Osama's Family
The Associated Press is reporting, U.S. President, Barack Obama, wants access to the family of terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, who was gunned down by American Navy Seals in his Abbottabad, Pakistan home, on the orders of the Commander-in-Chief in Washington.
Barack Obama: you will talk!
As Pakistani officials have been releasing information from their debriefing of the family, the U.S. government hopes to do the same. However, it is not yet clear if the Pakistani government will hand over Bin Laden's family to President Obama. This is due to their extradition policies and exceptions that sometimes occur regarding America, on a "human rights abuse" basis.
Osama Bin Laden "sleeps with the fishes"
If an extradition is ruled out, individuals from the Obama Administration, may seek to fly to Pakistan to question the family, before they are turned over to their native nations, such as Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Osama's widows may not want to cooperate with any American questioning, but it is dependent upon the methods used during the interrogations (legal or otherwise).

Tunisia To Extradite Former First Lady That Stole $50,000,000 In Gold
Leila Ben Ali
The government of Tunisia has wisely decided to extradite former First Lady, Leila Ben Ali, who fled their nation with $50,000,000 in gold bricks, stolen directly from the Treasury. Ben Ali, brazenly took the valuables and has attempted to set up a luxury lifestyle in Saudi Arabia with some of her nation's pilfered wealth.
Two other First Ladies that should face charges for profligate spending - Grace Mugabe of Zimbabwe, Africa and Michele Bennet, formerly of Haiti. As a general rule for all First Ladies worldwide, if you want to increase your bank accounts while in office, write a book and stop stealing the people's money. That goes for First Men (Heads of State) as well.
The world is mired in such financial chaos, with people genuinely suffering as a result of it, no one should be depriving the populace of their money or state assistance in line with reasonable standards of living. Lavish living by the government on the people's dime needs to stop.

Wikileaks Founder Concerned About Being Extradited And Executed By Obama Administration
Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, has voiced his concerns, regarding being extradited and executed by the Obama Administration. These explosive, plausible claims surfaced in court hearings yesterday, as Assange's lawyer, is fighting an extradition request, which could send him from England to Sweden, then America.
However, England has a rule of prohibiting extraditions to foreign nations, where civilians could face the death penalty. Assange is being accused of a host of crimes by the U.S. government, regarding his whistleblowing website, www.Wikileaks.org.
U.S. politicians even called for his assassination. The Judiciary Report is genuinely concerned Assange is going to be murdered. The site is of the belief, someone is going to kill this man. Washington's political cries of execution with or without trial, further proves his case against extradition.

Jean-Claude Duvalier's Ex-Wife Stole $94 Million From Haiti
Michele Bennett and Jean Claude Duvalier
According to the Miami Herald, Michele Bennett, the ex-wife of former Haitian President, Jean-Claude Duvalier, stole $94,000,000 from the nation of Haiti's treasury. Yes, you read that right - $94,000,000. This chick must be related to Madoff.
Bennett and her sons living the high life in France
The report was featured in the January 26, 2011 edition of the paper, in the article "For Haiti, no payback after Duvalier's reign." It was revealed, lawyers traced the massive sum back to her, after it was transferred from the nation's coffers and illegally so. The paper stated, "Over time, money traced back to Duvalier's ex-wife, Michele Bennett, totaled more than $94 million, according to an affidavit signed by former Haitian Justice Minister Francois St. Fleur."
Bennett and Duvalier's son living it up in France
The Duvaliers fled to France in exile, under a popular uprising, after 16 years of oppressing and robbing the people of Haiti. Not long after, Bennett divorced Duvalier and was given a large settlement, which she has used to live a very luxurious lifestyle, while her countrymen suffer in poverty and illness. That is infuriating. An additional $400,000,000 is missing from Haiti's treasury thanks to the Duvaliers.
Michele Bennett
Once again, as stated in the January 21, 2011 article "Jean-Claude Duvalier Apologizes To Haiti" it is the Judiciary Report's position, Bennett should be prosecuted and extradited, with all her assets and that of her children with Duvalier, seized and repatriated to the people of Haiti. Bennett was not born into wealth and her first marriage was to a policeman. Therefore, where did this $94,000,000 transferred to her come from (rhetorical). That money could do a lot of good in Haiti.

CIA: We Are Hypocritical Exporters Of Terrorism
The website Wikileaks has done it again, with an embarrassing CIA memo, revealing the agency's fears the world will, "Internationally understand that the United States is an exporter of terrorism." Oh snap! The leak speaks of "US double standards in international law."
The CIA memo also disgracefully revealed the brazen self-interest of the agency in protecting its "extrajudicial activity." This is in reference to acts such as kidnapping, rendition and torture.
The sad part about it all is, the average American does not support such misconduct. However, it is a global fact, some Presidents and their cabinets, have secretly engaged in criminal conduct that has provoked this world view.
The document also reveal the hypocrisy of the government in demanding foreign extraditions, but seeking to dodge such legal proceedings when the shoe is on the other foot, by not being a signatory to the International Criminal Court.
This encourages corrupt behavior from government officials, who believe they are above the law and can do anything, including ordering rendition and torture. Case in point, Germany demanded the extradition of 13 CIA agents that kidnapped and tortured an innocent Muslim man, under a case of mistaken identity.
However, the U.S. government refused to extradite the CIA agents. Such deeds do not command international respect for the government, but global condemnation. With the U.S. economy in significant financial decline, previous international threats of the government withdrawing financial support from a foreign nation, if demands are not met, shall be deemed an empty threat, especially with how Obama is spending. What worked in the past, will not in coming years, due to the current financial dynamic in Washington. If the money is not there, financial threats or incentives cannot be issued.
In viewing these documents, the Judiciary Report, is once again reminded, the international interference by the U.S. government in other nations, is uncalled for and unethical. The government should work on building up America, which is in a financial depression. The government should focus on the positive in the nation.
Washington and Langley need to desist forcefully tearing down other governments and foreign citizens. It is counterproductive, costly and unbecoming. This cannot be the way. As any astute historian should be able to detect, the wars, international conflicts and massive spending, is breeding the end of the empire.

Obama Wants Wikileaks Founder Arrested
Wikileaks Founder, Julian Assange (left) ...or the blonde dude from "Harry Potter" (right) *suspicious look*
Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, stated he has been informed by American Government sources, that the Obama Administration seeks to arrest him, should he ever visit U.S. shores, for leaking classified documents, relating to the war in Afghanistan.
The Obama Administration is claiming Assange's conduct constitutes espionage, but the Judiciary Report disagrees. The Wikileaks site is in receipt of documents that are the property of the U.S. government.
The documents have not been used for financial or personal gain by Assange, but released to the world, to illustrate the fraud and brutality of the war in Afghanistan. The world hates the war in Afghanistan, much in the same way it despises the conflict in Iraq and wishes for it to end.
U.S. President Barack Obama
Assange was passed classified documents by a U.S. solider, Bradley E. Manning, who had access to the items, due to his post. Assange in turn, passed on the documents to newspapers, such as the New York Times. However, under U.S. law, it was to remain confidential and leaking such items, as brave as it was, is a violation of domestic laws.
Bradley E. Manning
The most Australian Assange is guilty of is receiving and releasing classified documents, which were not copyrighted under U.S. law, but protected by the Berne Convention. Once again, U.S. law forbids releasing classified documents, without the proper authorization.
However, it remains to be seen, whether the Obama Administration will seek an extradition, which they stink at. Just ask Roman Polanski or Dudus.
As for Manning, his conduct does not qualify as espionage either. The Judiciary Report would classify him as a whistleblower and let him go. He exposed horrible corruption and heinous war crimes against humanity, initiated and perpetrated by the Bush Administration. He blew the whistle by uncovering documents illustrating wrongdoing and illegal behavior, not national secrets of propriety.
