A Top Clinton Ally Arrested, Indicted And Convicted Of Egregious Crimes At State Attorney's Office

50-year-old Kathleen Kane, is being sentenced to up to 2-years in prison for engaging in "egregious" criminal abuses at the State Attorney's office in Pennsylvania. Kane leaked confidential files to the press, in a bid to discredit and embarrass a rival. Former U.S. president, Bill Clinton, campaigned for Kane and she won the post, she has now been fired from in disgrace.

Things were dreadful for those who worked under Kane at the State Attorney's Office. Employees described Kane's behavior as paranoid and "Nixonian" (disgraced former president Richard Nixon). When Kane's behavior crossed into vengeful, vindictive territory, she was arrested for mishandling confidential files. Hmm, sounds just like Hillary Clinton, except Kane failed to issue the right bribes, job inducements and threats to the FBI and DOJ to skate on the charges.

Kane, much like Retired Marine General James Cartwright, are being made examples of by the U.S. government, after losing its name in the nation and the world, for letting Hillary Clinton skate on serious criminal behavior FBI Director James Comey vowed to lock up anyone else for who dares try the same thing. Hypocrites!

I will state this, Kane deserves the punishment being meted out by the court. Cartwright does not deserve a prison sentence, as his conduct did not harm or sellout the American people. However, Clinton sold out the American people's best interests on a regularly basis via the Clinton Foundation. She used private servers, as her behavior was completely illegal ('Clinton Cash').

Ex-attorney general sentenced to jail, then cuffed in court

October 24, 2016 - NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Former state Attorney General Kathleen Kane, once a rising star in state politics, left a courtroom in handcuffs on Monday after getting a 10- to 23-month sentence for a retaliation scheme a judge linked to her all-consuming ego. Kane, 50, also was sentenced to eight years of probation by a Montgomery County judge, who said Kane's need for revenge led her to break the law and then lie to a grand jury. Kane, who was accused of leaking secret investigative files to embarrass a rival prosecutor, was convicted of perjury and obstruction. 

Judge Wendy Demchick-Alloy said Kane assumed an "off with your heads" mentality as she ran the state's top law enforcement agency. The judge called Kane a political "neophyte" who failed to make the transition from politician to public servant when she took office in 2013. Kane, the first woman and first Democrat elected as the state's top prosecutor, was released Monday after posting $75,000 cash bail. She can remain free while her legal team appeals her conviction. "I really don't care what happens to me," Kane told the judge. "There is no more torture in the world than to watch your children suffer and know you had something to do with it."...

Ex-state attorney general hopes to avoid jail for perjury

 October 23, 2016 - PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A once-rising star in Pennsylvania politics will learn Monday whether she is heading to prison over a feud that led the state attorney general to leak grand jury materials to the press and lie about it under oath. Democrat Kathleen Kane, 50, argues that the loss of her career, law license and reputation is punishment enough. She has asked a judge in suburban Philadelphia to sentence her to probation or house arrest so she can be home to raise her two teenage sons. 

However, prosecutors call her crimes "egregious" and will push for jail time. They say a paranoid Kane demeaned the 800-person office and threw the state's law enforcement community into turmoil through a calculated scheme to embarrass a rival prosecutor who had left the office. Kane "repeatedly misused her official authority to advance her personal vendettas," Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele, a fellow Democrat, wrote in a sentencing memo last week...

The FBI Is Locking Up People Over Retweets On Twitter

22-year-old Ali Saleh of Queens, New York was arrested by the FBI for making plans to join the terror group ISIS. Saleh went on Twitter and began retweeting ISIS propaganda and it was enough for the FBI and Department of Justice to secure an indictment against him. Saleh tweeted: "IS is winning battle of hearts and minds. People have started to realize that war is a necessity" "I am ready to die for the Caliphate, prison is nothing" and "Come and join the Caliphate."

It's ironic that Saleh states "prison is nothing" because that's exactly where he is headed (and do not let anyone fool you, prison is horrible and to be avoided, so stay out of trouble). The FBI views Twitter retweets (and favorites) of terrorist materials or pro-terrorist statements as an endorsement of said conduct. Socially and legally retweets (and favorites) do constitute an endorsement of the statements made, photos, memes, music, video and or links contained in the tweet.

If a person endorses or plots criminal activity contained in their retweets/favorites they should face the legal consequences for it in a court of law. As the Drum website mentioned, America is not the only nation with this viewpoint. The British Crown Prosecution Service has a warning on its website, "Communications sent via social media are capable of amounting to criminal offences."

I don't know why people go online and act out. Things they would not have the gumption to state in person, they cut loose and post on social networking. Some people issue violent threats, espouse support for criminal activity and develop a pack mentality in attacking people and things in acts that are uncalled for and sometimes illegal.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned in past articles to be careful of what you post on social networking as the police, feds and potential employers are reading your pages and your conduct online could prove quite costly (and in some cases cost you your freedom). But you know what, at the end of the day, if you are planning or involved in criminal acts and posting about it online showing very poor judgment, you are a danger to the community and yourself and legal intervention is needed from the authorities to protect others.

Fogle, 37, started a kids charity called the Jared Foundation. This past April, the director of Jared Foundation, Russell Taylor, 43, was arrested on child porn charges. A raid of his home resulted in the confiscation of 400 child porn videos he made and distributed to others. Jared released a statement on the matter revealing, “I was shocked to learn of the disturbing allegations against Mr. Taylor. Effective immediately, the Jared Foundation is severing all ties with Mr. Taylor.”

Apparently, he wasn’t too shocked, as this week the FBI raided Jared’s home in Zionsville, Indiana and confiscated items from the house in connection with a child porn investigation. As such, Subway has terminated its relationship with Jared. Subway released a statement on breaking ties with Jared, “Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation. Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming. Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take.”

Based on their actions in past cases, for the FBI to have done this, they are calling Jared a pedo. Hence the high profile raid. They found something they do not like and decided to raid Jared's home as a result to obtain additional evidence. It's very sad that children have been harmed and hopefully justice will be served regarding the perpetrators.

The shooting death was secretly captured on film by a bystander, who was puzzled at the sight of Slager chasing Garner. Little did he know a murder was about to unfold. Slager, who has been incarcerated since the April 4th murder, was indicted on murder charges that could see him sentenced to life in prison if convicted by a jury.

Stevie J has been living lavishly with girlfriend, Joseline Hernandez, a former stripper and prostitute, while ignoring his financial obligations to his children. It is always sad when men do this, when they have the ability to pay for the care of their children. Stevie J and Joseline are raging cocaine addicts, who are so disconnected from reality, they don't care how this all looks. Their drug use is fuelling violent behavior, as seen on their reality show "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta."

Crack cocaine addicted rapper and drug dealer, Bobby Shmurda, 22, appeared sad and tearful as he was perp walked with members of his GS9 crew in New York. The indie rapper, who shot to fame this past summer, is up on a litany of criminal charges, ranging from murder to drug dealing in New York and Miami. The rapper signed to embattled Sony, when his hit song "Hot Ni**a" became an internet sensation, but he soon fell shortly after.

Police in New York are maintaining Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, headed up the GS9 crew, which they state is not a music collective, but a violent, drug dealing street gang. Police caught Shmurda and members of GS9 using what they state is code word, on wiretaps. Unless someone snitches, it will be difficult for the prosecution to convince a jury Shmurda and his crew were using code words that represented guns and murder. They can simply label it street slang. 

Police state a man was killed by GS9 and that's serious. He is believed to be a rival gang member. The Judiciary Report does not support murder. If GS9 is responsible for someone's death, they indeed need to be held responsible. As people we must respect human life.

These allegations regarding criminal activity should come as no surprise to Shmurda's fans. He raps about drug dealing and murder on his songs, which sends a negative message. One should endeavor to leave a life of crime behind and not espouse it as something good for street cred, because it is destructive and a surefire way to end up dead or in prison. If you think it is good promoting murder and drugs there is something wrong with your mindset, your way of thinking and you need to change. 

Celebrities must be mindful of their audience and not promote murder and or drug dealing in their work, interviews or on social networking, as it sets a bad example and is not a positive reflection on them. People will think the worst of you for it, not say it to your face, but act accordingly. It will cost you work and money. Not to mention, catch the eye of the government.

Shmurda and his crew need to face the must, so to speak and use this as a learning experience. Leave that negative, unlawful lifestyle alone. Live your lives the right way. Make something positive out of your lives. Make a positive contribution to society.  The opposite is unenviable and can cost you more than you are willing to pay.

This year's most popular rapper, Bobby Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, has been arrested by the New York Police Department (NYPD) in a drug sting. Shmurda was arrested outside a recording studio in Manhattan, with two illegal guns in his possession and a small quantity of crack cocaine. 15 members of Shmurda's entourage and gang, were arrested as well, in reference to attempted murder, assault, narcotics and weapons possession charges. The indictment alleges Shmurda is apart of a gang responsible for shootings in New York, in connection with drug trafficking turf wars.

This past summer, as his hit "Hot Ni**a" began spreading around the internet, Shmurda was arrested on a weapons charge in June. In October, when his debut song had become the top track of the year among internet audiences worldwide, Shmurda was arrested for smoking marijuana in New York.

Shmurda, who signed to Sony Music, receiving a hefty financial advance against future royalties, recently complained of being ripped off by music industry promoters in not being paid for concerts. Chief Keef, who is based in Chicago, has also had a number of run-ins with the law, regarding gang violence and drugs.

Artists have to be smart when they decide to become entertainers. When the spotlight turns to you as an urban artist, so does police attention, especially if you are outspoken or have a criminal record. To espouse violence, drug use or narcotics trafficking in one's lyrics is a sure way to invite the wrong type of attention and send a negative message to impressionable audiences.

Reality TV just got real on the "Real Housewives Of Atlanta." Apollo Nida, the ex-convict husband of lawyer Phaedra Parks, is under criminal indictment on massive identity theft charges. The U.S. Secret Service, charged with protecting the President of the United States, also addresses select crimes dealing with mail and wire fraud. The Secret Service brought Nida up on charges alleging he stole $3,000,000 via creating fake companies to committ identity theft and open many bank accounts to house the stolen funds. 

Previously, Nida spent 5-years in jail for changing the VIN numbers on cars to sell stolen automobiles. His wife was implicated in the scandal in a tell-all book. However, she faced no charges and represented Nida in the case. Once Nida was released from prison, the two got married and started their own family. The coupe have two young sons. With family comes responsibility. However, with the way things are going, Parks will have to raise her sons without Nida. 

Prior to the "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" Parks was most known for being singer Bobby Brown's attorney during his troubling bouts with drugs and alcohol and during his divorce from the late legendary singer, Whitney Houston. 

Parks took a chance on Nida, where some probably warned her about his past and the time he did in prison. However, everyone deserves a second chance. Many come out of prison and do no re-offend. There are many who were arrested for crimes who have been living honest, successful lives. They deserve to be commended for turning their lives around. But Nida didn't do that. He went right back to crime.

Nida had a new life with Parks, who helped him with his legal troubles. He even started a career as a personal trainer. There's nothing wrong with a woman helping her man get through a rough time and trying to build him up into a successful, respectable member of society. However, problems occur when people refuse to leave their old life of crime behind, attempting to get quick money and unethically climb the ladder of success overnight. 

It's regrettable Nida didn't learn from his past mistakes that landed him in prison. To come out of prison, meet and marry a successful lawyer, move into her lovely home, have two kids with her and a new career, was a blessing and one Nida took for granted. 

He preferred the fast life of illegally gained money, spending thousands on strippers at the strip club, cheating on his wife and taking her for granted. Now he's facing up to 20-years in prison. If convicted he is going to miss his children growing up, which is something you can't put a price tag on. Rather than satisfying with the wife he has, he cheated on her and is now potentially facing years without the company of a woman in a men's prison (and as pretty as he is, if he is sent back to prison, gay men are going to target him behind bars). 

Be thankful for what you have in life. Treasure your freedom. It's better to live within your means and work hard to properly and ethically progress in society, than to end up in prison for years over a fast rise up the ladder of success that came from criminal activity.

Jeffrey Simon Hubbard has been indicted in America by a Georgia grand jury, in the death of singer Usher's 11-year-old stepson, Kile Glover, who died due to a water pontoon accident on Lake Lanier. Hubbard's jet ski collided with Glover, who was on an inflatable floating device.

According to TMZ, Hubbard has been arrested on charges of "Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel, as well as Reckless Operation of a Vessel." Hubbard has also been denied bail. Regardless of the fact the incident appears to be an accident, as a human life was lost, especially that of a child, the court seeks redress in the matter for the bereaved.

The government in India has indicted 5 men in the brutal rape, beating and death of a 23-year-old medical student, after the woman and her boyfriend were lured onto a public bus and attacked. The couple were on their way home after a movie, when the bus stopped to pick them up. The 5 men unleashed a furious and vicious attacked raping and beating the young woman, even violating her with an iron bar.

When the attack was over, they threw the couple off the bus, then attempted to run over her, which prompted her injured boyfriend to pull her out of the way. However, her injuries were too severe and two weeks later she died from organ failure. This incident has sparked protests in India with the government vowing to address the people's concerns. It can be difficult being a woman in this world. Human rights for women need to be improved globally.

Former Turks And Caicos Premier, Michael Misick, was arrested in Brazil this month, after fleeing his homeland under a cloud of suspicion, regarding corruption and financial theft. Misick, who married Hollywood actress, Lisa Raye, in a union that ended in disaster, has been plagued by claims he stole the state money of the people of Turks and Caicos, a lovely island in the Caribbean.

Misick was also accused of illegally seizing and developing state land as his own. It has been said he went into office with $5,000 in his bank account, but his wife made claims that she is entitled to a big chunk of the $120,000,000 he has stashed in offshore accounts. Both Misick and Raye are in the wrong in their financial dealings in this matter. 

As a result of the couple's chronic six figure shopping sprees and expensively chartered private jets on the people's dime, the Turks And Caicos went into financial distress, which was then worsened by the global financial crisis that began on Wall Street. The British government then made the move to return the island to colony status and take over governmental administrative duties. 

Misick isn't the only one in trouble. In an unrelated case, the Premier of the Cayman Islands, McKeeva Bush, has been arrested for misuse of a government credit card. As the financial crisis continues in the world, people have become more concerned about where state money is going.

As many internet readers know, Megaupload.com was raided by the U.S. FBI, assets were seized and employees taken into custody. The owner of Megaupload.com is eccentric Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom. However, the husband of Sony Music singer, Alicia Keys, rapper and producer, Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean) is listed as CEO of the company that makes $175,000,000 per year from mass criminal copyright infringement. Amazingly Dean was not arrested, but far be it from the FBI to do such a thing to a star.

While the Judiciary Report does not agree with copyright infringement, especially as the owner of a vast Copyrighted Catalog, I find it quite hypocritical Hollywood was all in a huff over Megaupload, when tinseltown criminally steals more copyrights than any other entity in existence. So basically, what Hollywood is complaining about and pushed the FBI to do something regarding, is Megaupload criminally infringing the copyrights Hollywood criminally stole from other people.

Former presidential candidate and senator, John Edwards, has been indicted on campaign fraud charges that allege bribery and improper use of funds. It all stems from the disastrous affair Edwards conducted with publicity seeking videographer, Rielle Hunter.

She made life difficult for his late wife, Elizabeth Edwards, who died of cancer, by flaunting their affair in her face and doing a number of press interviews about the relationship and the child that sprang from it. It cost Edwards a shot at the presidency, as his name took a battering in the court of public opinion, largely due to Hunter's arrogance towards his sick wife.

The grand jury returned an indictment against Edwards, which led to charges this week. Edwards is proclaiming his innocence, but his pleas are being overshadowed by public view on the turmoil and heartache his wife faced in her last days.

Another case of life imitating art has surfaced in the arrest and conviction of famed music manager, Jimmy Henchman, real name James Rosemond, who was indicted on massive cocaine charges. Henchman has represented music stars such as Brandy, Akon, Game, Gucci Mane and Shyne, to name a few.

It is alleged Henchman used his management company and recording studio, to traffic large quantities of narcotics in and around America, then distributed the cash proceeds, via an elaborate scheme involving Fedex and rented mail boxes. Money was shipped through the mail, vacuum sealed and coated in mustard, to throw off dogs that sniff mail packages. Henchman's arrest is said to be part of a larger drug probe into rap music.

The entertainment industry is no stranger to entertainers being involved with organized crime. The late Notorious B.I.G. was a drug dealer, who got involved with the Genovese mafia, as confirmed by FBI reports. Former Sony CEO, Tommy Mottola, who was married to singer Mariah Carey, after she broke up his 20-year marriage, bragged of his mafia ties in Vanity Fair.

Rapper 50 Cent was also a drug dealer. Rapper, Jay-Z, another drug dealer, continues to boasts about his debauched life in profane songs. Lastly, pop singer Madonna, has financial ties to the mafia, even dated a member of it as well. In closing, many people in the entertainment industry are always looking to make a fast buck, which often entails breaking the law. What a horrible example to set.

MAY 17--The Drug Enforcement Administration probe that has ensnared a well-known rap music manager is focusing on the shipment of kilos of cocaine from Los Angeles to New York by a narcotics ring that stashed the drug in “road cases” delivered to recording studios, The Smoking Gun has learned.

Payment for the cocaine was sent back to the West Coast in vacuum-sealed packages that were coated with mustard, the pungent smell of which was intended to conceal from drug-sniffing dogs the scent of narcotics on the currency. Haiti Arrests Former President Jean-Claude Duvalier

A visibly ailing, Jean-Claude Duvalier, made his way from France back to his homeland of Haiti, only to be arrested hours after he touched down, for human rights abuses committed when he was President of the island nation.

At the age of 19, Jean-Claude succeeded his father, Francois Duvalier, as President of Haiti. He was unprepared for the role his father appointed him to, as he was not duly elected by the people and knew very little about successfully running a nation.

Jean-Claude Duvalier was ensconced in office from 1971-1986. During his bloody reign, over 60,000 Haitians were tortured and killed for opposing his rule. Duvalier and his money loving wife, Michele Bennett, looted Haiti's coffers to fund their very extravagant lifestyles.

The couple frequently took shopping trips, spending $100,000 on each outing. While they lived the high life, a segment of Haiti's population suffered in poverty and infirmity in City Soleil, which was originally named after his mother Simone Duvalier (Cite Simone).

Duvalier is being made to face the music this week and is a shell of his former self. He has the appearance of someone struggling with Parkinsons disease or Alzheimer's. It is a stark contrast to the Duvalier of 1986.

When he and his family fled Haiti for France, after a national uprising, Louis Vuitton bags lined the runway adjacent to their plane. They had pilfered millions of dollars from Haiti's treasury, only for it to be seized by world governments.

Duvalier, a former head of state, was humbled, forced to find work as a janitor in France to support himself. It was just and poetic, for all he and his family had stolen from the people of Haiti.

By this time, his wife had fled, stating she married the President of Haiti and not a pauper. During times of adversity, one learns who one's true friends are. His mother died embittered, after years of being pushed aside in favor of his wife's presence in his government, then losing their stolen possessions.
