A Top Clinton Ally Arrested, Indicted And Convicted Of Egregious Crimes At State Attorney's Office

50-year-old Kathleen Kane, is being sentenced to up to 2-years in prison for engaging in "egregious" criminal abuses at the State Attorney's office in Pennsylvania. Kane leaked confidential files to the press, in a bid to discredit and embarrass a rival. Former U.S. president, Bill Clinton, campaigned for Kane and she won the post, she has now been fired from in disgrace.

Things were dreadful for those who worked under Kane at the State Attorney's Office. Employees described Kane's behavior as paranoid and "Nixonian" (disgraced former president Richard Nixon). When Kane's behavior crossed into vengeful, vindictive territory, she was arrested for mishandling confidential files. Hmm, sounds just like Hillary Clinton, except Kane failed to issue the right bribes, job inducements and threats to the FBI and DOJ to skate on the charges.

Kane, much like Retired Marine General James Cartwright, are being made examples of by the U.S. government, after losing its name in the nation and the world, for letting Hillary Clinton skate on serious criminal behavior FBI Director James Comey vowed to lock up anyone else for who dares try the same thing. Hypocrites!

I will state this, Kane deserves the punishment being meted out by the court. Cartwright does not deserve a prison sentence, as his conduct did not harm or sellout the American people. However, Clinton sold out the American people's best interests on a regularly basis via the Clinton Foundation. She used private servers, as her behavior was completely illegal ('Clinton Cash').

Ex-attorney general sentenced to jail, then cuffed in court

October 24, 2016 - NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Former state Attorney General Kathleen Kane, once a rising star in state politics, left a courtroom in handcuffs on Monday after getting a 10- to 23-month sentence for a retaliation scheme a judge linked to her all-consuming ego. Kane, 50, also was sentenced to eight years of probation by a Montgomery County judge, who said Kane's need for revenge led her to break the law and then lie to a grand jury. Kane, who was accused of leaking secret investigative files to embarrass a rival prosecutor, was convicted of perjury and obstruction.

Judge Wendy Demchick-Alloy said Kane assumed an "off with your heads" mentality as she ran the state's top law enforcement agency. The judge called Kane a political "neophyte" who failed to make the transition from politician to public servant when she took office in 2013. Kane, the first woman and first Democrat elected as the state's top prosecutor, was released Monday after posting $75,000 cash bail. She can remain free while her legal team appeals her conviction. "I really don't care what happens to me," Kane told the judge. "There is no more torture in the world than to watch your children suffer and know you had something to do with it."...

Ex-state attorney general hopes to avoid jail for perjury

October 23, 2016 - PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A once-rising star in Pennsylvania politics will learn Monday whether she is heading to prison over a feud that led the state attorney general to leak grand jury materials to the press and lie about it under oath. Democrat Kathleen Kane, 50, argues that the loss of her career, law license and reputation is punishment enough. She has asked a judge in suburban Philadelphia to sentence her to probation or house arrest so she can be home to raise her two teenage sons.

However, prosecutors call her crimes "egregious" and will push for jail time. They say a paranoid Kane demeaned the 800-person office and threw the state's law enforcement community into turmoil through a calculated scheme to embarrass a rival prosecutor who had left the office. Kane "repeatedly misused her official authority to advance her personal vendettas," Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele, a fellow Democrat, wrote in a sentencing memo last week...

Rassmussen Reports stated Trump is leading Clinton nationwide for the U.S. presidency by three percentage points. Trump exposed Clinton during the third and final debate of the election, making her look very bad.

Trump painted her as a weak politician world leaders such as Vladimir Putin do not respect or take seriously, as the latter has outwitted her every step of the way, as apart of the Obama Administration. Clinton sold vast quantities of American uranium to Putin and Russia, while she was Secretary of State, under President Obama. Uranium is used to make nuclear weapons. Russia now has more nuclear weapons than America. Here's hoping things remain peaceful between America and Russia.

The evidence shows Clinton is the most corrupt, bribe taking candidate in American history.

Trump also heavily characterized Clinton as barbaric, for promoting late term abortions, which involve tearing the unborn baby a part in the womb as late as a few short days before birth. The Judiciary Report is not in favor of abortion, especially late term procedures, which Clinton has championed for years, which involves dismantling and pulling/suctioning out the live fetus (unborn baby) from the mother, then discarding the child in a biohazard waste bin. Former Abortionist Reveals Horror Behind Hillary Clinton-Supported Late-Term Abortion Procedure

July 29, 2016|2:19 pm - As Hillary Clinton claimed the Democratic presidential nomination Thursday night, the pro-life group Live Action posted a video on its Facebook page Tuesday showing a doctor who performed over 1,200 abortions explaining the gruesome details behind a Clinton-supported late-term abortion procedure.

The video features obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Anthony Levatino, who conducted abortions in the early part of his career before he realized that abortion, the killing of unborn children, is immoral. "At this point, the baby is almost fully developed and viable. Meaning, he or she could survive outside the womb if the mother were to go into labor prematurely," Levatino explained. "Because the baby is so large and developed, this procedure takes three or four days to complete."

On the first day, Levatino explains that the abortionist essentially poisons the baby by sticking a large needle filled with a drug called Digoxin through the woman's abdomen or vagina into the baby's face, torso or heart. The drug, which is normally used to treat heart problems, causes the baby to suffer from fatal cardiac arrest and die. "The baby will feel it," Levatino asserted. "Babies at this stage feel pain."

The doctor then inserts sticks of seaweed called Laminaria into the woman's cervix so that the cervix will slowly open enough for the delivery of a stillborn baby. The woman returns home or to a hotel and waits for two to three days for her cervix to expand, Levatino said. "On day two, the abortionist replaces the Laminaria and may perform a second ultrasound to ensure the baby is dead. If the child is still alive, he administers another lethal dose of Digoxin," Levatino stated. "The woman then goes back to where she is staying while her cervix continues to dilate."

But if the woman goes into labor before she can make it back to the abortion clinic, the doctor might advise her "to deliver her baby into a bathroom toilet," Levatino added. "If she can make it to the clinic, she will do so during her severest contractions and deliver the dead son or daughter," he continued. "If the baby does not come out whole, then the procedure becomes a D&E — a Dilation and Evacuation. And the abortionist uses clamps and forceps to dismember the baby piece by piece. Once the placenta and all the body parts are removed, the abortion is complete."

The procedure does not come without health risks to the mother. Levatino said that late-term abortions present risks of hemorrhaging, lacerations, uterine perforations and even maternal death. Additionally, he explained that future pregnancies have a greater risk of premature delivery because of "abortion-related trauma" to the cervix. The United States is one of seven countries in the world where late-term abortions are legal beyond 20 weeks of gestation...

Hillary Clinton Wanted To Murder Wikileaks' Julian Assange Via A Drone

This is a follow up to the September 30, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Hillary Clinton's Serious Neurological Problems Would Make Her A Danger Regarding Nuclear Matters, Drones And Missile Strikes In Potentially Attacking The Wrong People."

3-days later the True Pundit website outed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on having asked the U.S. military to murder Australian Wikileaks website founder, Julian Assange, via a drone strike stating, "Can't we just drone this guy." As the story picked up traction yesterday, Clinton being the devious liar she is, began stating that it was just a joke. However, mean spirited Clinton kept inquiring about having Assange murdered.

It was not a joke. She was dead serious. Clinton is evil with no respect for human life (for further reference see: the Benghazi deaths, which she laughed about). And look what the heartless wretch Clinton did to Haiti ['Clinton Cash' Documentary Exposes Hillary Clinton And Bill Clinton Going From Broke To $2 Billion Dollars In Bribe Money From Global Dictators And Businesspeople Stealing From The Poor And Harming The Environment (Video)].

Outrageous, irrational Clinton, got angry when Assange leaked documents online exposing the vast number of crimes she committed while working for the Obama Administration and as a result of the leak inquired about having him murdered. It shows the type of person Clinton is to have asked such a thing. It is the outright solicitation of murder, but she had no qualms about making the sick, self-serving request. I've repeatedly warned the public that Clinton is crazy. Anyone who would seek to have another person killed over non-violent items on the internet is a lunatic and coward.

When I wrote about Clinton in this regard 3-days prior to True Pundit outing her on soliciting the illegal murder of Assange, I did so after hearing credible rumors Clinton wants to launch a drone strike against a law abiding U.S. citizen visiting a foreign nation in an area many are present, including children, because the person discovered some very serious crimes Hillary has been committing and could testify against her. Clinton is an evil person not suitable for the presidency.

This is one of the things I find so terrible about the Obama Administration. They are not only committing crimes in America, but foreign nations as well. They don't care about the international impact their behavior has on Americans in the United States and those traveling/living abroad or the global retaliation innocent Americans or a foreign nation could face over the Obama Administration illegally wiretapping, assaulting, kidnapping, renditioning and or murdering people in other nations.

Assange has been holed up in London, England in the Ecuadorian embassy, due to Clinton having the CIA frame him for rape. Selfish Clinton wanted a U.S. drone strike launched from America to heavily populated London, England on British shores, which would have brought Britain heinous publicity in the world. To show how evil and self-serving she is, Hillary didn't give a damn what it would have meant for Britain in the world.

The government tries to do any insane madness that comes to their minds, the consequences be damned. The CIA got Italy sued over the agency kidnapping an Egyptian man off the streets of Italy, flying him out of the country and torturing him for four years, only to release him afterwards without charges, because they had the wrong person. CIA employees were later convicted in Italy of renditioning people off Italy's streets.

Side Bar: Bully Clinton is letting her pantsuit fool her into thinking she can have anyone killed. Clinton loves to chat crap and sic violent private investigators such as Anthony Pellicano on innocent women her adulterous husband has sex with, but if it came right down to it and she had to back up that big mouth, she would get her butt kicked by any of Bill's mistresses.

The comment, reported by the website True Pundit, has been gaining traction despite attempts by the Clinton campaign to spin it away, according to The Hill. It reportedly came while Clinton was secretary of state and under increased pressure from the Obama administration's inner circle to stop Assange from delivering leaked cables about the U.S. war in Afghanistan.

"Hence, Clinton's early morning November meeting of State's top brass who floated various proposals to stop, slow or spin the Wikileaks contamination," said True Pundit. "That is when a frustrated Clinton, sources said, at some point blurted out a controversial query."

This is a follow up to the Jul 26, 2016 Judiciary Report article "'Clinton Cash' Documentary Exposes Hillary Clinton And Bill Clinton Going From Broke To $2 Billion Dollars In Bribe Money From Global Dictators And Businesspeople Stealing From The Poor And Harming The Environment (Video)"

In the aforementioned article I discussed how Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton collected $13 billion dollars in donations from all over the world that poured in to help the people of Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake destroyed much of their nation's capital, Port-au-Prince, but kept the majority of the money in the Clinton Foundation, while 200,000 Haitians are living in outdoor tents and starving to death. The Clintons are extremely evil to have done such a horrible thing.

In the July 29, 2016 article "Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort" I wrote "Haiti needs something similar via a financial and construction drive to help solve the housing crisis that occurred due to the quake. Haiti also needs a stronger building code to help withstand natural disasters... it is apparent the building code on the island needed revision from then to put the island's buildings on firmer foundation. Natural disasters happen everywhere. However, through science and technology some of the damage can be mitigated. Just two days ago a magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck the other side of the island Haiti shares with the Dominican Republic. Natural disasters are a fact of life. The world must do its best to build and prepare for them in the safest way possible."

Today, the eye of ferocious Hurricane Matthew passed over the western region of Haiti, leaving 8 people dead, many displaced and structures destroyed. The people of Haiti needed all $13 billion dollars of the money donated from people all over the world, to rebuild their island to a stronger structural standard, in order to help withstand natural disasters. However, the Clintons stole billions of dollars in donated money and Haiti got hit with another natural disaster they were financially ill-equipped to protect themselves against. In the 5-years since the Clintons stole billons of dollars from the people of Haiti, the country could have build many sturdy homes for the poor.

As mentioned in the July 29, 2016 article "Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort" the nation of Venezuela built over 700,000 homes for the poor. Venezuela built over 700,000 homes in a 5-year time span and for less money than the Clintons stole from Haiti in the 6-years since the earthquake ravaged their nation.

The Clintons should have been indicted and imprisoned for what they did to Haiti. It constitutes crimes against humanity. However, the FBI as they have already shown, are too corrupt to do their jobs [Members Of Congress Question FBI Director James Comey In Hearing About Hillary Clinton Lying To The Legislature And FBI Under Oath]. However, God is not corrupt. Mark my words, God has been and will continue to punish the Clinton's dearly for stealing and continuing to withhold all that money meant to help poor, starving, homeless Haitians.

Men, women, children and babies are suffering in Haiti, while the evil, contemptible Clintons sit on billions of dollars that could feed, clothe and house people the money was intended for in the first place. To think, all this human suffering in Haiti could have been stemmed years ago had the Clintons not done this unspeakably wicked and evil thing in stealing the Haitian people's money. A new report reveals U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has been overcharging her poorest campaign donors. Clinton is running a scam in repeatedly charging the cards of her poorest donors small amounts, but it exceeds the agreed upon financial donation. The Observer reported, "Hillary Clinton’s campaign is stealing from her poorest supporters by purposefully and repeatedly overcharging them after they make what’s supposed to be a one-time small donation through her official campaign website."

God doesn't like ugly. Considering Clinton's poor health coupled with her advanced age, she's no spring chicken. It's astonishing all the dirty money Clinton has accumulated, which she can't even spend all of at her age. Undoubtedly, she will leave the dirty money to her daughter and grandchildren. However, it's blood money and will do them no good. Inheriting money like that is not a blessing. You need to give your victims back the money you stole from them.

Wells Fargo fraud department inundated with calls from low-income Clinton supporters reporting repeated unauthorized charges

09/15/16 2:35pm - Hillary for America processed a total of $94 in unauthorized charges to Carol Mahre’s US Bank account. This follows a pattern in which unwitting donors are charged multiple times, but always for a total of less than $100, which is a key trigger point for banks’ internal action systems. Hillary Clinton’s campaign is stealing from her poorest supporters by purposefully and repeatedly overcharging them after they make what’s supposed to be a one-time small donation through her official campaign website, multiple sources tell the Observer.

The overcharges are occurring so often that the fraud department at one of the nation’s biggest banks receives up to 100 phone calls a day from Clinton’s small donors asking for refunds for unauthorized charges to their bankcards made by Clinton’s campaign. One elderly Clinton donor, who has been a victim of this fraud scheme, has filed a complaint with her state’s attorney general and a representative from the office told her that they had forwarded her case to the Federal Election Commission.

“We get up to a hundred calls a day from Hillary’s low-income supporters complaining about multiple unauthorized charges,” a source, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of job security, from the Wells Fargo fraud department told the Observer. The source claims that the Clinton campaign has been pulling this stunt since Spring of this year. The Hillary for America campaign will overcharge small donors by repeatedly charging small amounts such as $20 to the bankcards of donors who made a one-time donation. However, the Clinton campaign strategically doesn’t overcharge these donors $100 or more because the bank would then be obligated to investigate the fraud.

“We don’t investigate fraudulent charges unless they are over $100,” the fraud specialist explained. “The Clinton campaign knows this, that’s why we don’t see any charges over the $100 amount, they’ll stop the charges just below $100. We’ll see her campaign overcharge donors by $20, $40 or $60 but never more than $100.” The source, who has worked for Wells Fargo for over 10 years, said that the total amount they refund customers on a daily basis who have been overcharged by Clinton’s campaign “varies” but the bank usually issues refunds that total between $700 and $1,200 per day...

10 Doctors Question Hillary Clinton’s Health And Suitability To Be President

10 prominent doctors have gone on record questioning the health of U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. Many are of the belief Clinton should produce her real medical records and not a cursory missive from a doctor. Clinton is exhibiting signs of dementia and Parkinsons. Clinton also has cardiac issues. Her heart is not pumping blood correctly, hence all the coughing.

When a person coughs as much as Clinton does, doctors check for cancer, HIV or cardiac problems, among other things. The manner in which Clinton’s coughing/hacking is being so nonchalantly and publicly brushed aside by her team is crazy and sets a poor example for members of the public suffering from her symptoms. Clinton could have an embolism or heart attack continuing along this inadvisable path of extreme stress and the physical rigors of campaigning.

Based on what is public information regarding Clinton’s blood clot on the brain, blackouts, fainting, seizures, memory loss, falls, inability to take a flight of stairs unaided for fear she will become injured, she is not in good health. Any doctor who states anything to the contrary is not worth their salt or deserving of a medical license.

Something tells me we won't get the real medical records for Clinton. They've gone to such great lengths to hide the files. They also have a habit of destroying files, as seen in the FBI investigation into Clinton's criminal behavior at the State Department. The cover-ups the Clintons have engaged in, as uncovered in the "Clinton Cash" documentary, reveal they are not truthful politicians.

And now GOP nominee Donald Trump has raised the issue to a new level, CNN reported, by challenging Clinton to release “detailed medical records,” insisting he would have “no problem” with his own becoming public.

Trump tweeted: “I think that both candidates, Crooked Hillary and myself, should release detailed medical records. I have no problem in doing so! Hillary?” Clinton’s campaign spokesman Glen Caplin, noting Clinton provided a letter from a doctor last year certifying she was in good health, said Trump “has put forward a laughable letter that omits basic health information including the date of his exam, past medications, family medical history, heart rate, respiratory rate, EKG, or cholesterol level.”

The Fox News medical “A-Team” of Dr. Marc Siegel and Dr. David Samadi had questions. “In 2008 … I looked over a thousand pages of John McCain’s records because of a melanoma he had 10 years ago. What about Hillary? In 2009, a severe fall. She breaks her elbow. In 2011, she boards a plane, falls. In 2012, she has a severe concussion which Bill Clinton says took her six months to recover from,” Siegel said. He continued: “Then she ends up with a blood clot in the brain and a lifetime of blood thinners. Just that point alone – if she’s prone to falling, you can see from that picture up there that it looked like she can barely get upstairs without two people carrying her. Guess what if she falls and hits her head? She’ll get a blood clot.”

Samadi added: “The picture going up the stairs speaks a million words. Is she fatigued? Is she dehydrated? One of the main reasons she fell in 2012 and had the concussion was severe dehydration. They’re holding her and going up the stairs. So she may be really dehydrated, she may have arthritis, she may have back pain, she may have fallen again. We don’t know.”

Dr. Drew Pinsky’s television show on the HLN cable network, “Dr. Drew on Call,” was canceled after he raised questions about Clinton’s health in an interview on KABC-AM in Los Angeles.

Dr. Gerard Gianoli argued that if the concerns were about Donald Trump’s health, establishment media would spotlight the issue. He wrote: Imagine, if you would, that tomorrow Donald Trump suffers a concussion. Suppose he trips on a flight of stairs, falling down and hitting his head. The head injury is so severe that he is unconscious for a time and has to be hospitalized for a week. After getting out of the hospital, the Trump campaign tells us that he has fully recovered and that there are no lingering effects of the head trauma. During the following weeks, he is seen in public to wear glasses with a Fresnel lens on one side. He also seems to have trouble maintaining his balance, loses his thoughts in the middle of speeches, and has episodes of spasmodic movements suggestive of seizures.

In this imaginary scenario, would it surprise anyone if the media became skeptical and pressed for release of Mr. Trump’s medical records? Would it surprise anyone if the Clinton campaign made an issue of Mr. Trump’s health status during speeches and in TV ads? Would the media cry ‘foul’ over the Clinton campaign doing so? I think the answers to these questions are self-evident. The media and the Clinton campaign would be all over this like white on rice, and no one would question the appropriateness of their actions…

However, according to CBS News and a separate report by MSNBC, more Pennsylvanians are voting Republican this year in a switch to candidate, Donald Trump. The U.S. economy is in a bad way. National debt has reached a record high under current President Barack Obama, hitting $13 trillion dollars.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- When CBS News' poll asked voters who would do better on the economy, Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton by 11 points. Last month, they were dead even. Tough times are drawing voters to Trump, as CBS News found out in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. There was a time when the city led the nation in steel production.

That industry, and its thousands of good paying jobs, have long since left. "This is a small town," said John Silk. "It used to be like a small Pittsburgh. It's just...a hard hit area." Silk is a welder, and his faith in the future has been shaken. He was a lifelong Democrat. But now, he is a Trump supporter. "You can only go forward with him," he said. "I don't think you can go backwards and you sure as heck can't stay the same."

Silk said he has lost faith in the Democratic Party. "We have way too many regulations," he said. "Donald Trump has talked about undoing them and getting them out of the way and letting our local industry do that they do best and just create jobs." But restoring Johnstown's former glory is a tough order. The average income in the town is less than half the national average. And 34 percent now live in poverty. "Our economy obviously hasn't recovered from the crisis in 2008 so we gotta start worrying about home -- we gotta take care of this place first," Ankney said. Pennsylvania has favored Democrats in every presidential election since 1992. But this year, the ghosts of long-dead industries could have their final revenge.

Hillary Clinton Failed To Create The 200,000 Jobs She Promised As Senator In New York As She Is Not Good With The Economy

Hillary Clinton has proven she is not good with economic matters

A new report in the Washington Post has slammed Hillary Clinton for her poor handling of the New York economy when she was senator of the U.S. state. Clinton promised to create 200,000 jobs in New York and miserably failed to do so. Clinton is not good with economic matters. The “Clinton Cash” documentary revealed, the money Clinton and her husband, former U.S. president, Bill Clinton, are sitting on comes from bribes in exchange for government favors.

Clinton is not financially savvy at all. There are lawyers who legitimately became millionaires and billionaires through companies they created. Clinton was not one of them. You can only collect bribe money in exchange for political favors for so long (Clinton Cash). That does not grow an economy. It hampers it. America needs a brilliant businessperson to change its dwindling financial fortunes. America has hit a number of economic lows under current President Barack Obama and needs an aggressive, dedicated financial plan.

August 7 at 7:43 PM - In her presidential bid, Hillary Clinton has made job creation a centerpiece of her platform, casting herself as a pragmatist who would inspire “the biggest investment in new, good-paying jobs since World War II.’’ Her argument that she would put more Americans to work has focused on her time in the Senate, when she took on the mission of creating jobs in chronically depressed Upstate New York. As her husband, former president Bill Clinton, put it recently, she became the region’s “de facto economic development officer.”

But nearly eight years after Clinton’s Senate exit, there is little evidence that her economic development programs had a substantial impact on upstate employment. Despite Clinton’s efforts, upstate job growth stagnated overall during her tenure, with manufacturing jobs plunging nearly 25 percent, according to jobs data.

The former first lady was unable to pass the big-ticket legislation she introduced to benefit the upstate economy. She turned to smaller-scale projects, but some of those fell flat after initial glowing headlines, a Washington Post review shows. Many promised jobs never materialized and others migrated to other states as she turned to her first presidential run, said former officials who worked with her in New York...

Clinton’s pledge to help Upstate New York amid an early 2000s recession was risky, experts say. “To her credit, she really did focus on economic development upstate as a focus and as a purpose,’’ said David Shaffer, former president of the Albany-based Public Policy Institute, which compiles New York jobs data.

But Shaffer and other experts faulted Clinton for setting an unrealistic goal by promising to create 200,000 new jobs in a region struggling to retain existing positions. “As soon as I heard that, I thought, ‘Okay, some D.C. consultant sat around with focus groups to figure out what would sound good. You wouldn’t make a promise like that if you had seriously looked into it,’’ Shaffer said.

Clinton also has touted success with cosmetic projects that created few jobs, The Post found.

Nicholas A. Langworthy, the Republican Party chairman in Erie County, N.Y., said he’s taken aback by Clinton’s repeated references to what he described as “small bore” efforts, such as securing federal money for a Buffalo project called Artspace that created residential living space for artists. Clinton cites Artspace in her list of Senate accomplishments.

“To have someone running for president of the United States bragging about an Artspace apartment building in Buffalo is laughable,’’ Langworthy said. “That’s a project a city council member or a small-city mayor would champion, not a U.S. senator.’’
