Haiti Could Have Used The Billions Of Dollars Bill Clinton And Hillary Clinton Stole Through The Clinton Foundation To House And Feed People During Hurricane Matthew

In the aforementioned article I discussed how Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton collected $13 billion dollars in donations from all over the world that poured in to help the people of Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake destroyed much of their nation's capital, Port-au-Prince, but kept the majority of the money in the Clinton Foundation, while 200,000 Haitians are living in outdoor tents and starving to death. The Clintons are extremely evil to have done such a horrible thing.
 
In the July 29, 2016 article "Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort" I wrote "Haiti needs something similar via a financial and construction drive to help solve the housing crisis that occurred due to the quake. Haiti also needs a stronger building code to help withstand natural disasters... it is apparent the building code on the island needed revision from then to put the island's buildings on firmer foundation. Natural disasters happen everywhere. However, through science and technology some of the damage can be mitigated. Just two days ago a magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck the other side of the island Haiti shares with the Dominican Republic. Natural disasters are a fact of life. The world must do its best to build and prepare for them in the safest way possible."

Today, the eye of ferocious Hurricane Matthew passed over the western region of Haiti, leaving 8 people dead, many displaced and structures destroyed. The people of Haiti needed all $13 billion dollars of the money donated from people all over the world, to rebuild their island to a stronger structural standard, in order to help withstand natural disasters. However, the Clintons stole billions of dollars in donated money and Haiti got hit with another natural disaster they were financially ill-equipped to protect themselves against. In the 5-years since the Clintons stole billons of dollars from the people of Haiti, the country could have build many sturdy homes for the poor.
 
As mentioned in the July 29, 2016 article "Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort" the nation of Venezuela built over 700,000 homes for the poor. Venezuela built over 700,000 homes in a 5-year time span and for less money than the Clintons stole from Haiti in the 6-years since the earthquake ravaged their nation.
 
The Clintons should have been indicted and imprisoned for what they did to Haiti. It constitutes crimes against humanity. However, the FBI as they have already shown, are too corrupt to do their jobs [Members Of Congress Question FBI Director James Comey In Hearing About Hillary Clinton Lying To The Legislature And FBI Under Oath]. However, God is not corrupt. Mark my words, God has been and will continue to punish the Clinton's dearly for stealing and continuing to withhold all that money meant to help poor, starving, homeless Haitians.

Men, women, children and babies are suffering in Haiti, while the evil, contemptible Clintons sit on billions of dollars that could feed, clothe and house people the money was intended for in the first place. To think, all this human suffering in Haiti could have been stemmed years ago had the Clintons not done this unspeakably wicked and evil thing in stealing the Haitian people's money. Give the Haitian people their money back.

Miami Voted 'The Worst Place To Live'

The Washington Times posted a report which stated Miami has been voted "the worst place to live." The article stated of the study, "No city in the United States is worse to live in than Miami." It's a terrible and dubious distinction, given to Miami due to the sheer levels of corruption in the city, among other things. Thanks to this corruption, which only begets crime, Miami is not considered a model city, which is indicated by the Washington Times article. 

Considering the harrowing nightmare my family and I faced in Miami for years, thanks to a sick, bribe issuing Hollywood cult and the corruption of the FBI, in tandem with local government and the court system, roped into helping them do the unthinkable, I'm not surprised Miami has been voted "the worst place to live." 

Innocent people have been brutalized and killed in Miami in deeds the federal and local government knew about and could have prevented, but due to bribery chose to look the other way and unconscionably let it happen. Yet, it's amazing how after the FBI disgraced Miami to America and on the world stage with millions have read about the corruption and taking a dim view of it, the FBI left Miami, relocating to another city in Florida, ensconced in Broward County. 

The FBI could have picked anywhere to relocate the FBI's Miami office within the city limits. However, the FBI chose a city outside of Miami, well outside the Miami city limits, to put the new Miami FBI office. Let that sink in, the Miami FBI office IS NOT EVEN IN MIAMI. It's one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. But the FBI knows why it hightailed it out of Miami...

Another thing the government needs to let sink in regarding their corruption that has greatly damaged Miami's name in the aforementioned study, even with poison water in Flint, Michigan - 49 people being unjustly killed in an Orlando, Florida night club shooting, a singer fatally gunned down in an Orlando, Florida theatre and a beautiful child being killed by an alligator at Disney in Orlando, Florida...Miami still beat those cities as "the worst place to live."

At the end of the day, it is the government's fault Miami has been given such a dubious distinction. The government are supposed to be the gatekeepers who maintain law and order, evenly distributing justice. The government are the gatekeepers, who are supposed to make sure people aren't being ripped off, homes stolen, working for low wages at arduous jobs and subjected to human rights abuses. What has negatively transpired in Miami is what the government has corruptly allowed.

Not so sunny: Miami tops list of the 50 ‘worst cities to live in’: report

Tuesday, June 28, 2016 - It is a city said to be glamorous, historic, scenic, vibrant and charming. Nonetheless, Miami has been named the absolute “worst city to live in,” according to a meticulous new analysis of demographics and other data. Researchers from 24/7 Wall Street, a consumer and financial advisory site, based their conclusions on U.S. Census Bureau statistics from 550 American cities with populations over 65,000. They collected numbers on categories such as crime, economy, education, environment, health, housing, infrastructure, and leisure to make their judgments. 

“While people love and hate cities for any number of reasons, there are some objective measures by which all cities can be compared,” wrote Thomas Frolich and Samuel Stebbins, who led the research. “Based on a range of variables, including crime rates, employment growth, access to restaurants and attractions, educational attainment, and housing affordability, 24/7 Wall Street identified America’s 50 worst cities to live.” The Florida showplace landed at the top of the roster. 

“No city in the United States is worse to live in than Miami. The city’s median home value of $245,000 is well above the national median of $181,200. However, with a median household income of only $31,917 a year, well below the national median of $53,657, most of these homes are either out of reach or a financial burden on most Miami residents,” the authors noted in their rationale. “Like most of the worst cities to live in, more than one in every four people in Miami live in poverty.” 

The Florida showplace landed at the top of the roster. They also cited “citywide violence” along with rates of incarceration, unstable employment, lower cognitive functioning among children, and “anxiety.”...

Muhammad Ali Spoke About Blacks Facing Discrimination In Obtaining Loans And Opening Businesses In America In A Problem That Still Exists Today (Video)

 
Last week I saw a video of a Muhammad Ali interview from the 1960s (posted above), featuring the late heavyweight boxing champion discussing the terrible abuse and discrimination black people face in America. Ali stated blacks were being discriminated against in attempting to open businesses. Ali correctly stated blacks were being discriminated against in trying to obtain business loans and retail real estate space. 

The video was a real eye opener, as the irony of Ali's statements is the discrimination he truthfully spoke of is still happening in America today. Blacks and other minorities are being discriminated against when applying for loans from lending institutions (Select Mortgage Companies In America Such As First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation Are Asking Consumers Their Race In Loan Applications Then Using It To Discriminate In Denying Loans and Boycott First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation And Coester VMS Who Are Scammers And Con Artists Engaging In Discrimination While Ripping Off People Seeking Mortgages). 

Blacks are also being discriminated against when trying to lease real estate space for businesses. I can testify to this firsthand as well. 4-years ago, I encountered horrible discrimination in Miami, Florida in attempting to lease retail space for my business. In watching the Ali video posted above, it was a terrible reminder to me of how much things have not changed in America, in regard to discrimination against blacks and other minorities. I've been called everything from "slave" to "nigger" in America and in modern times.

Ali and I do not share the same religion. Ali was a Muslim and I am a Christian. Ali leaned more towards the ways of Malcolm X (black power), whereas I embrace the ideas of Martin Luther King Jr (equality for all races and all men are created equal). I don't share Ali's views on the English, as seen in the video posted above. However, Ali and I do agree on this - America has a massive problem with racism and discrimination. After all this time you would think things have changed, but sadly it's the same. The U.S. government and Wall Street have an ingrained contempt for minorities that manifests itself in discriminatory abuses and mistreatment.

Ali was brave to stand up for civil rights. He was unjustly stripped of his boxing titles and sentenced to 5-years in prison, for being a peaceful man who objected to the war and abuses against minorities. Ali's sentence was later overturned. Some may not understand Ali's anger in that video, but in his day blacks were being openly lynched, attacked with dogs, not allowed to eat in most restaurants, as they were "whites only" establishments.

Ali was repeatedly told at restaurants "we don't serve niggers" or "we don't serve negroes" - even after he won a gold medal for America in the Olympics. Now, there are mainstream reports of racist waiters and waitresses writing "nigger" or "nigga" on black people's receipts at restaurants. An improvement to some degree, but still disgusting nonetheless. I was a waitress for several months when I was 21-years-old and I never wrote anything on anyone's receipt. It's not necessary. You have to go out of your way to do that, which shows it is intentional when someone writes "nigger" or "nigga" on a restaurant receipt.

I love people of all races. I would marry a white man in a heartbeat and color wouldn't even be a consideration. I am not a prejudice person. However, I am not a person who is in denial, as there are serious problems in America that need to be addressed. Black people are being discriminated against, abused and in some cases murdered in racially motivated killings. 

It's amazing how some of the same people in the U.S. government in the 1960s who vehemently opposed Ali and treated him like dirt are now applauding him as a hero, when he never changed his stance on human rights. Why does the U.S. government keep abusing people who go on to become legends. Why is it outstanding Americans who stand up for freedom and justice are more appreciated in the international community than by the U.S. government, who constantly keeps terrible, invasive files on them at the CIA and FBI. 

Then when the legend dies, the FBI and CIA are quick to destroy some of the illegal files that are subject to FOIA requests, while heavily redacting others that shows the contempt and abuse they leveled at innocent Americans, who spoke the truth and took a stance against injustice and abuse by the government. So, you can go ahead and continue to hide the disgraceful, invasive, malicious Ali files at the FBI and CIA, but make no mistake, we saw what you did to him and will remember it. 

Much like they keep hiding the Martin Luther King Jr files after they had him set up, spied on, assaulted, arrested and murdered (former FBI agents have stated the FBI murdered Martin Luther King Jr). Congress claims they have been trying to pass legislation regarding ordering the FBI to release Ali's full file, but corruptly have not done so. Yet they can quickly pass resolutions about eating fried chicken in Congress.

Dec 15, 2014, 3:00p  - The restaurant owner claims "no malice was intended." People really need to stop writing controversial/insulting/racist things on receipts: According to The Patriot News, one Pennsylvania man was shocked when he found the N-word on his receipt instead of his name. 

Marquis Moore was about to eat an order of wings he had ordered for take-out from Zembie's Sports Tavern in Harrisburg when he noticed that the term "nigga" was printed near the check number.
Moore tells the paper that he is insulted and "will never go back" to the restaurant: "It makes me feel like I'm just low... nigga is an ignorant, disrespectful person. It has nothing to do with your skin color. What would possess you to put something like that on a piece of paper? You don't even know who I am." 

The owner of the restaurant, Angelo Karagiannis, claims the incident was just a "misunderstanding," and that "no malice was intended." (Since when is that word an acceptable joke?) Karagiannis even falls back on the good old "we're can't be racist because we have black customers" excuse: "We have a Redskins fan club and every week there are 12-15 black guys who come in to watch the games. We are not racist at all and serve anyone."

New Orleans Restaurant Employee Fired After Typing “Nigger” on Receipt Given to Neville Brothers’ Sibling

May 22, 2015 -  A member of one of the most famous musical families in New Orleans received a racially insulting message on her lunch receipt. Multiple news sources report Gaynielle Neville posted a photo of her receipt from Huck Finn’s Cafe after she visited the restaurant Thursday afternoon. The type receipt used the N-word and said “100 percent dislike.” 

Huck Finn’s Cafe posted a statement on its website apologizing for the actions of the employee, who was immediately fired. Neville is a sibling to The Neville Brothers, an R&B, soul and funk group, which has been performing since 1977.

From 'Chinx' to 'Mc StinkyNigger': Five Racist Restaurant Receipts

September 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. -  From 'Chinx' to 'Mc StinkyNigger': Five Racist Restaurant Receipts. Here we go again. Another restaurant, another racist receipt. This time, it was found at a Hooters in Queens. In the space reserved for the customer's name, an employee typed out the word "Chinx" to identify a Korean American couple. According to NBCNewYork.com, the couple noticed the hostess and another employee standing at the computer giggling and "gawking at them." Now the man, Kisuk Cha, is suing for racial discrimination. 

It's the latest in a string of similar WTF incidents around the country, two right here in OC. Ah, the (not-so-distant) memories. Let's look back at the stupidity, shall we? "Mc Stinkynigger," "Mc Nigsh*t" and "Mc Cottonwood" at Landmark Steakhouse. From 'Chinx' to 'Mc StinkyNigger': Five Racist Restaurant Receipts. African American businessman Mark McHenry filed a lawsuit in OC federal court against Landmark Steakhouse in Corona del Mar after an employee repeatedly listed him on credit card receipts using the racial slurs. The employee, who never confessed, was fired and the lawsuit was settled. 

Minhee Cho received this receipt at a New York City location. The image went viral when she tweeted, "Hey @PapaJohns just FYI my name isn't 'lady chinky eyes." Papa Johns apologized and fired the employee...

Did restaurant employee who wrote 'n-word' on receipt think it would slide?: Jarvis DeBerry

May 22, 2015 at 9:55 AM, updated May 22, 2015 at 2:51 PM - I have no problem with the use of the word "nigger" in Mark Twain's classic "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn," and I've decried attempts to scrub the novel clean of that epithet, but I raise my glass at the news that an employee of Huck Finn's Café was fired for writing that insult on a black customer's receipt. 

What, did that employee think the black customer couldn't read? Did that employee think this was still the antebellum period and that black illiteracy was the general rule? 

Even Jim stood up for himself. (I'm referring to the novel here.) He ran away to avoid being sold. Did the person who printed the racist epithet on the French Quarter restaurant's receipt think, "Black people are so docile. They take so much stuff. I can call them out their name and give them documented evidence that I did, and they won't dare report me"? 

Should've read "Huckleberry Finn," I guess. Because when the title character plays a particularly mean trick on the man running away from slavery, Jim breaks all the conventional rules that prohibit black people from pushing back at white ones. He tells the boy that he's nothing but trash for doing what he did...

Congress Can’t Even Agree On LUNCH

According to MSNBC’s First Read, Republicans are peeved because Democrats are picking the menu: Domenico Montanaro: Congressional food fight? The presidential race is not the only place where change is an issue. Members of Congress returning to the Capitol this week are being confronted by transformational happenings that have shaken the building to its foundations: Democrats have hired a new company to run cafeteria services. Naturally, this has caused an outbreak of partisan skirmishing. 

“I like real food,” proclaimed Republican leader John Boehner when asked about the new menu by a producer for another cable news outfit. “Food that I can pronounce the name of.” 

Boehner is now forced to wrap his lips around such phrases as “broccoli rabe and shaved persimmon,” “balsamic glazed butternut squash,” and “calico pinto beans”…all on this afternoon’s menu, along with the downright patriotic “American Regional Yankee Pot Roast,” which, even Boehner would have to admit, kind of rolls right off the tongue. On Fridays, there is a real sushi bar tended by a bona fide Japanese sushi chef. Gone are such grade-school cafeteria specialties as Salisbury steak and fried chicken, slathered in gravy and served with a side of chips. Debate rages among regulars about the merits of the new offerings. One consensus downside: the prices have gone upscale right along with the fare. 

The company that Nancy Pelosi and her people have hired has a mandate to “Go Green,” complete with a mission statement posted outside the cafeteria on an eco-friendly LCD screen and a requirement to buy carbon offsets. Boehner doesn’t think much of that either. “It reminds me of the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages, when we had indulgences,” says Boehner of the offsets. Perhaps he will nail his theses to the cafeteria door. We’ll ask for a photo-op if he does.

Bernie Sanders Expresses Concern About The CIA's Illegal International Conduct (CIA Accused Of Torturing Innocent Children To Get Information From Their Parents)

Presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders, has expressed concern about the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and their illegal conduct in America and the world. Sanders stated, "I do have some concerns about past activities of the CIA, which, continues, by the way, to the present...CIA was involved in the overthrow of a gentleman named Mohammad Mosaddegh way back when in Iran. Overthrew him on behalf of British oil. And you know what happened, that led to the Iranian revolution and we are where we are today...A democratic candidate (Salvador Allende of Chile), he won a fair election, the CIA overthrew him."

There is an inherent and virulent hatred for blacks, Latinos and Arabs (also known as people of color) at the CIA and its sister agency FBI. So much, the number of minorities have plunged at the agencies, as Americans come to the horrific realization of what the two government entities are truly like. If you look carefully at the federal agencies history of insidious and nefarious attacks on others, the victims are usually blacks, Latinos and Arabs.

Americans are often baffled when they take vacations in the international community and are treated badly. It is because the CIA and FBI were there before you and made such enemies with unlawful conduct, people of various world nations in turn have America off for it. The CIA and the FBI have made it very unsafe for Americans in the world. The agencies have broken so many international laws and committed such heinous crimes in foreign nations that it has provoked hatred for America in the world. The FBI and CIA are the source of the anti-American sentiment in the world.

The irony is if the American people were asked to take a vote regarding the illegal activity the CIA and FBI get up to in America and the world, the country's citizens would overwhelmingly vote against it. For decades, the FBI and CIA have been led by racist, hateful, power hungry, money grubbing men, who all know or are related to each other and have deranged goals regarding so-called world domination.

The CIA and FBI are the catalyst for much of the corruption U.S. presidents engage in when they assume office. A president gets elected, then the CIA and FBI fill their heads with pure paranoid madness and the deranged "us against the world" mentality, in bids at controlling the head of state and keeping big budgets flowing at the American taxpayers' expense. Rather than seeing the world as a whole, the CIA and FBI seek division through divisiveness, in bids at "divide and conquer."

The CIA and FBI live for toppling world governments. It is a perverse obsession. They think they are playing some board game of world domination and end up killing millions of global citizens with this madness. They invent "weapons of mass destruction" and brand world government after world government a danger that must face upheaval and the instillation of the head of state the federal agencies see fit. The will of the people, who voted in each respective nation to chose their leader, be damned. 

CIA Director, John Brennan, has done the devil proud, as he and his predecessor, along with former FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, ordered heinous human rights abuses against children and old ladies. They are the embodiment of evil and have done America a great disservice, that when fully exposed in the press, the history books will record in a terrible light. 
 
The CIA has kidnapped people from a number of western nations, as well as Middle Eastern countries, viciously tortured them in gruesome acts (burning their flesh, mutilation, boring holes into victims with drills, repeatedly cutting their body parts including genitals with sharp knives, waterboarding, punching, kicking, stabbing and electrocuting kidnapped victims) only to release them after months of torture, proclaiming they nabbed the wrong people. As a result, there are many lawsuits against the CIA and FBI for terrible, abusive acts. 

There are prevalent claims that the CIA with the support of the FBI has been torturing people's children in their presence, as a way to extract information and or cooperation from them. One doesn't fall any lower in life than to do such unspeakably evil things and God is going to judge the CIA and FBI. You don't commit crimes against children and God not punish you for it.

Due to the conduct of the CIA and FBI, there are a number of lawsuits against the U.S. government in America and the international community, for serious criminal misconduct that constitutes heinous human rights abuses. The U.S. government has also gotten many world nations into legal and social trouble over the aforementioned sick criminal misconduct, when innocent people were kidnapped from their streets and viciously tortured for months. The CIA and the FBI has gotten Britain, Italy and France sued by people, who were illegally abducted from their streets by the psychopathic federal agencies, then tortured in other nations.

It is completely deranged. How can the U.S. government claim to be a shining example of human rights and allow the CIA and FBI to do such sick, depraved things. Security experts have stated on record that torture does not produce credible intel/data from the subjects being abused. Yet the U.S. government is actively engaging in this sick practice via the FBI and CIA, with the knowledge and consent of the President and Congress. 

Here are A FEW of many other offenses committed by the CIA and some with the assistance of the FBI:
 
1. Under former U.S. President, Ronald Reagan, whose vice president at the time was George H.W. Bush, who had previously worked as CIA director, the CIA flooded the African-American neighborhood of Compton, California and surrounding Hispanic communities with crack cocaine, to raise money for illegal initiatives during the Iran-Contra affair. It gave rise to the crack cocaine epidemic that wreaked havoc on America in the 1980s, as it began to spread from California to the rest of the nation. 

The damage from it can still be seen today regarding addiction rates and the way it has moved through generations of families (addiction becomes embedded in DNA, making some more predisposed to it than others). Convicted drug kingpin "Freeway" Rick Ross, among others, confirmed the story, regarding illegal interactions with the CIA, who sold Nicaraguan drugs to dealers in America for large scale sale and distribution in Compton. The CIA then used the millions of dollars in illicit, illegal drug proceeds to wage an illegal war in Nicaragua and other locations.   

2. Under former president, Richard Nixon, the CIA. used an alleged "war on drugs" to target black people. Former Nixon aide, John Ehrlichman, was quoted as stating, "We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did." 

3. Under former U.S. President George H.W. Bush, the CIA with the assistance of the FBI, illegally invaded Panama and overthrew its head of state, Manuel Noriega, killing 3,500 Panamanians.

4. Under former U.S. President George W. Bush, his vice President, Dick Cheney and the CIA and FBI encouraged him to invade Iraq under the deceitful premise its then head of state, Saddam Hussein, had "weapons of mass destruction" that threatened the whole world. They all knew the story was a lie and sold it to the American people in trying to drum up support for the illegal war. The war was about controlling Iraq's massive oil reserves and pilfering tons of gold. Hussein was known to accumulate gold bricks as a form of universal currency. Credible American and international papers began to report millions of barrels of oil had gone missing during the Bush invasion. A photo was also released of soldiers loading thousands of gold bricks into tankers. 

Over 1,000,000 Iraqis died and 4,000,000 fled for Syria, due to the Bush Administration's invasion in Iraq. Over 6,000 U.S. soldiers died as well. Bush was heard on a tape telling the U.S. military not enough Iraqis had died and to take off the gloves and hurt them. This is the kind of heinous cruelty that surfaces when one's genetic code includes the DNA of a man that funded the construction of Nazi concentration camps.

5. Under former U.S. President, George W. Bush, the CIA with the assistance of the FBI, illegally entered the island of Haiti and kidnapped its democratically elected head of state, Jean-Bertrand Aristide. In 2004, U.S. congressional representative, Maxine D. Waters, informed the public she received a call from Aristide stating a representative from the U.S. embassy in Haiti, threatened he would be killed if he did not resign. The U.S. embassy representative threatened Aristide stating "a lot of Haitians would be killed" and he "has to go now." 

The CIA then forced Aristide to resign and kidnapped him. They forced him at gunpoint onto a U.S. military airplane against his will. Aristide had no idea where he was being taken or what would be done to him by the CIA with the support of the FBI. Aristide was removed because the U.S. government wanted to financially exploit Haiti as though slavery is still in effect, via not reasonably paying black workers on the island employed by American corporations.

The CIA funded military rebel Emmanuel Constant in Haiti, who began to murder Haitian civilians that supported Aristide and wanted him back as head of state. The United Nations imposed an embargo to force Constant out. The CIA did the same, battering Haiti's economy (granting only an exemption to the embargo to American businesses with outposts in Haiti). The CIA, with the support of the FBI, destroyed Haiti's economy and plunged the nation into extreme poverty and bloodshed.

The CIA is desperately deranged, greedy and evil. More than anything, the CIA and FBI are about money and power, not national security and social justice. It's about stripping foreign nations of their wealth and assets, even if it means the enslavement and death of innocent people. They have attacked and brutalized children and little old ladies (in some cases killed them) to get what they want from their relatives. The Associated Press revealed the CIA on average, breaks international law 100,000 per year. The CIA is a criminal outfit, not a law abiding intelligence agency. Based on the egregious things the agencies are doing, coupled with mushrooming problems in the U.S. economy that is not being corrected, the CIA is going to massively collapse and end up a weak shell of its former self and the FBI shuttered.

Report: Nixon's War On Drugs Targeted Hippies And Black People 

Mar 24, 2016 - Disgraced president's aide sheds light on discriminatory policy. Former President Richard Nixon's anti-drug laws were used as a political weapon against African Americans and the anti-war left, according to a recently published 22-year-old interview with one of his top advisers. Former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman's interview with writer Dan Baum was published by Harper's Magazine. In it, Ehrlichman says the criminalization of drugs such as marijuana and heroin was used to help Nixon stay in office. 

"We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities," he said. "We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did." ... 

Former president Nixon's paranoia and racist tactics have been well-documented, which also included keeping a list of political enemies. The Drug Policy Alliance, a reform group pushing for the end to the discriminatory war on drugs, issued a statement in response to the revelations, saying Nixon's sentiments towards hippies and black people are not surprising. 

"This explosive admission, while provocative, is sadly nothing new," the statement read. "Our (DPA) allies in the movement to end the drug war have long known that U.S. drug policies and have been inherently racist and discriminatory. Despite comparable rates of drug use and sales, communities of color and other marginalized groups have been the principal targets of drug law enforcement and make up the vast majority of people who have been incarcerated or otherwise had their lives torn apart by the drug war."

Hulk Hogan Takes The Stand In $100,000,000 Leaked Sextape Lawsuit Against Gawker Website

WWE and WWF wrestler, Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, took the stand today in his $100,000,000 lawsuit against the website Gawker, owned by Nick Denton. Hogan was conducting an extramarital affair with the wife of his then best friend, radio host, Bubba The Love Sponge Clem, with his knowledge and permission, in what is an unwise and unethical open marriage. Hogan states he was unaware Bubba The Love Sponge Clem was using a hidden camera to make a sex tape of Hogan and his wife. Bubba The Love Sponge Clem then leaked the video to Gawker.

Hogan stated in court, "I was embarrassed by what it did to me as a person, but it was even embarrassing as a character. Hulk Hogan was embarrassed." Denton argued his parents saw during the Holocaust "First hand what happens when free speech is suppressed." Firstly, this is exactly why Denton should have more respect for the human rights of others and not criminally aide in the violation of their privacy. The Jews were treated very badly, denied all privacy and human rights in general. Secondly, don't invoke the horrible Holocaust, something so serious that is a terrible human atrocity where people were murdered, as a legal defense for violating the rights of others. It is insulting. Thirdly, leaked a secretly made sex tape has nothing to do with free speech. You criminally violated Hogan's human rights.

So, Denton, following your illogical, defective defense, another blogger would have the right to secretly install a hidden camera in your bedroom and bathroom, then unbeknownst to you record you in states of undress and engaging in sexual activity, then publish it to their blog? You would sue them into poverty if you were disgustingly violated in that manner, so stop pretending.

As a writer and blogger, who has respect for the law and people's rights, I am of the belief, Gawker had absolutely no right to post the secretly made sex tape of Hogan. What Gawker did was unkind, cruel and criminal. There is a depravity that exists today among some in society, emanating from Hollywood, where select people think they have the right to secretly spy on others in their homes and hotel rooms. It is perverted, sick and demonic. It is a sign of serious mental illness that is a threat to society.

They keep pushing the envelope with this vile behavior, moving the goalpost each time in trying to get the public to accept the unacceptable as normal behavior and next thing you know, they will are going to try to excuse secretly spying on underage children in their homes and bathrooms in states of undress. Some are already engaging in this abominable conduct and deserve to be locked up for a long stretch of time over it, as they are a danger to society. Some are already under indictment and in prison for the aforementioned behavior. 

Congress has not done enough to protect the public from mentally deranged voyeurs. Psychiatry lists voyeurism as a mental disorder. It is nasty. They are also sexual predators. It is not something to be celebrated or encouraged. Many U.S. states have criminal laws against it, but serious, sweeping federal legislation that would cover the entire country needs to be passed to protect the public.

U.S. FBI And Affiliates In Hollywood Hacking And Removing Exposé Articles From The Site

The U.S. government likes to tell Americans and the world that there is free speech in the United States, under the U.S. Constitution, but that is a blatant lie. This website has been repeatedly hacked by the deranged U.S. FBI and Madonna's Kabbalah Center, to delete articles that pertain to their unethical and criminal conduct. The Judiciary Report has never done a retraction. The site has been offered illegal incentives and inducements by people in Hollywood, as well as a demonic threat from the FBI. They got so desperate they insanely began stalking and contacting people I am related and others I know, harassing them and demanding they tell me to write what they want on the site. What a bunch of psychotics.

What I find most deranged about their behavior is the fact many of the topics written about on the Judiciary Report are documented on mainstream sites such as the Associated Press and in newspapers such as the New York Times. However, the Judiciary Report does have nearly 300 exclusives that later proved true and correct.

I noticed last night while working on the site that the following articles were hacked and removed from the website (there may be more, I'm still checking): Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn and Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants). I have now republished the articles to the site, using back up copies.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers also hacked this website and deleted online copies of the following articles: News Corp's Andy Coulson From The Phone Hacking Scandal Is Struggling With Mental Illness, regarding him walking up the street, staring at me and angrily muttering. Coulson was later arrested and sentenced to prison in the phone hacking scandal I first reported to police. Madonna's hackers have also deleted Aisha's Affidavit  |  Aisha's Mom's Affidavit  | Kabbalah Center's Yehuda Berg Following Aisha On Twitter. I have since republished these articles using offline back-up copies of the site. 

Exactly who do these people think they are to be criminally hacking and editing this website to remove what they don't want. They are such arrogant trash to be doing such a thing. They also aren't very bright, as each time I discover such conduct, I simply take to the internet and write something even more revealing and damning about them and it works its way through other sites that reference it, then ends up in the mainstream press, then Congress as a scandal. Even Pavlov's dogs had more sense than them. Each time they hack the site and or remove anything from it, I write a worse exposé, but they are that dim they haven't made the connection yet.

The next time you stand up in Washington, the United Nations or anywhere else in the world and open your hypocritical mouths to lecture Americans and the world on the merits of a free society and ethics - I want you to remember the extreme lack of freedoms in America, how black people are being horrifically abused and killed by cops and how you are criminally brutalizing immigrants, such as Jamaican Christians and other groups such as Muslims - and shut your hypocritical mouths. You attack innocent people who haven't done a thing to you and do so for the most nefarious, insidious, inexcusable, greedy reasons. Rita Ora Sues To Leave Roc Nation After Lawsuit Exposes And Humiliates Her As A Thief And Fraud

 Fake artist Rita Ora, has filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation, demanding to be released from her recording and management contract with the company, owned by violent rapper, Jay Z. Ora got a music deal through Jay Z after repeatedly having sex with the unfaithful, now married rapper.
Jay Z has been pimping Ora out to music industry and movie executives, in exchange for songs, movie roles, marketing opportunities and publicity. Jay Z has also been pimping Ora out to professional athletes in America and Britain, as an inducement to sign with his floundering Roc Nation sports company, when he doesn't know anything about sports management and is currently messing up careers as a result.

Ora and her Roc Nation label mate Rihanna are two prostitutes Jay Z has been pimping out all over the industry like whores, in trying to make money for him at Roc Nation, in conduct that is criminal (prostitution is a crime). Every minute Ora or Rihanna are pictured going into a hotel with some famous man or industry executive. Two whores!

I sued Ora, Jay Z and others who are apart of the Hollywood cult Kabbalah, led by crazy pop singer, Madonna. The lawsuit is for copyright infringement, hacking, invasion of privacy and harassment. Ora is embarrassed that her name is attached to the lawsuit and is suing Jay Z as a means of distancing herself from it. However, the deceitful little witch knew exactly what was going on and knowingly and willingly participated in the financial crimes.

Ora and Rihanna also did sick thing to provoke me behind the scenes. Those two whores have been willfully stealing copyrights that took me over 25-years to author and register with the Library of Congress and criminally getting rich off the illegal proceeds of the thefts. Then they started engaging in mean spirited, nasty acts in attempts at spitting in my face. I've already asked the public to boycott Rihanna and her album "Anti" flopped. I am going to do the same regarding Ora next.

 Ora would also do well to remember, she is not British. Ora is from Kosovo. As she is living in Britain and committing serious financial and social crimes, she needs to remember, the British government (as well as the U.S. government) has implemented a law of deporting foreign born citizens, who engage in egregious financial and or social crimes.

For example, 35-year-old stock market trader, Kweku Adoboli, engaged in financial crimes that caused USB to lose $2.3 billions dollars, has been issued deportation orders, to send him back to his native Ghana. Adoboli has been in Britain since he was 12, which means he has been in London for 23-years of his life. However, due to the massive financial crime he has committed, he is now eligible for deportation.

Another example, 18-year-old Junior Bayode, who is serving 11-years in a British prison for the stabbing death of another teen, has been handed deportation orders. Bayode was born in Germany to Nigerian parents, who immigrated to London, England when he was an infant. However, he and a group of boys gang stalked and killed another teen, 15-year-old, Sofyen Belamouadden, robbing the poor boy of his life in a painful manner.

Ora and Rihanna are the absolute worst type of immigrant (I am an immigrant as well, but I believe in decency and hard work). They go to other countries to live and rather than follow the law, they criminally steal and engage in social crimes, because they are too lazy to get real jobs and want illegal shortcuts to success at other people's expense. There is no excuse for your behavior. None! It is disgusting.

Jay Z's Company Sues Rita Ora We Didn't Screw You You Screwed Us

2/1/2016 10:55 AM PST - Roc Nation, the music label run by Jay Z, is now suing Rita Ora. The label claims it signed Rita in 2008 when she was unknown and invested millions in her career. In return she had to deliver 5 albums, but the label says it only got one.

As we previously reported ... Rita filed a lawsuit back in December claiming she had a bunch of new music for her second album but the label hadn't released it, instead focusing on repping pro athletes.

But according to Roc Nation's lawsuit, the label has already spent more than $2.3 million marketing her second LP and the point of the lawsuit is to get the money back. There's another twist ... Ora's attorney, Howard King, claims Jay Z's already promised to release Rita from her contract ... so the lawsuit will probably just go away.


Rita Ora, Pointing in Lawsuit to Roc Nation's New Interests, Demands Freedom

December 17, 2015 8:48am PT - The singer and actress is suing Jay-Z's company over a violation of California's "seven-year rule." Rita Ora, British chart-topping songstress and coach on The Voice UK, has filed a lawsuit that addresses the current state of Roc Nation and tests California's famous "seven-year rule" on personal service contracts.

In a complaint filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, she's seeking a declaratory judgment that the recording agreement she signed in 2008 at the age of 18 with Roc Nation violates California law and is unenforceable. Ora is taking such action after presenting herself as "orphaned" from Roc Nation in light of the Jay-Z company's developing interest in sports management and other endeavors.

"When Rita signed, Roc Nation and its senior executives were very involved with her as an artist," states the complaint. "As Roc Nation's interests diversified, there were fewer resources available and the company suffered a revolving door of executives. Rita's remaining supporters at the label left or moved on to other activities, to the point where she no longer had a relationship with anyone at the company."

With unmistakable references to Jay-Z's new pursuits (the streaming service Tidal is mentioned), the lawsuit paints Roc Nation as a "diminished" record label with "only a handful of admittedly worthy heritage superstar artists." Ora (now living in California) says she's on her own, "self-funding her promotional television appearances, recording costs and video projects," but she has a problem. In 2013, Roc Nation switched its distribution partner from Sony to Universal, but according to the lawsuit, she's been left behind at Sony, which she paints as "hamstrung" by Roc Nation's alleged inattention...

Why Is The Obama Administration Contacting The Family And Friends Of Journalists And Bloggers Harassing Them On His Behalf Over His Press Clippings

The Constitution was formed with the provision that there be free speech and free press in America. Megalomaniac, narcissist, President Barack Obama, disagrees and has been waging a war against journalists and bloggers for criticizing his actions in office. No U.S. President has gone to the extreme lengths Obama has in attacking members of the press that disagree with him. I have read articles by bloggers who stated the Obama Administration contacted their sites complaining about lawful items they wrote demanding the content in question be removed. I’ve read items by journalists and bloggers who have complained of being harassed by the Obama Administration over items criticizing the president on their sites.

The Obama Administration has engaged in unlawful activity regarding the Judiciary Report as well, before and after the site broke exclusive articles that later proved true regarding Obama as well as his vile campaign donors in Hollywood. In what is disturbing conduct, members of the Obama Administration have contacted some of my family and friends, demanding they tell me what to write in my column concerning him and his agenda, while complaining about items on the site they want removed.

The Obama Administration violated domestic and international law via this conduct in harassingly contacting some of my family and friends in America and Europe with this crap. They have absolutely no conscience, as some of the people they have been contacting who are related to me and others who are friends, are elderly and have physical aliments, such as heart issues, among other things. Such harassing conduct has created stress and distress in their lives and could induce heart attacks. However, that should let you know how abominable the Obama Administration is, as they don’t care about other people’s health and well-being, only their foul agenda and getting it across.

The irony is I don’t like the Obama Administration. I do not like the president due to his corrupt conduct in office. And for every time someone I know or am related to has been contacted by them with his crap regarding the Judiciary Report, it only made me dislike Obama and company even more. They even had the gall to harass someone close to me demanding they tell me I must like the president. Clearly, America has become North Korea under Supreme Leader Obama.

For every time they contacted someone I know, I simply got online and wrote something even more incendiary in exposés about the Obama Administration. Smart people would have made the connection by now and stopped. However, they kept running with this crap until I exposed so much about him and his administration that my exclusives ended up in the mainstream press, then in congressional hearings as scandals.

For those of you who like to bury your heads in the sand, Obama has quoted from time stamped items in my column and blog, AFTER I PUBLISHED THEM ONLINE, attributing my original writing to himself on several occasions (Obama has been outed in the press for being a chronic plagiarist). He reads this website. Site statistics for this site, provided by Go Daddy, also revealed numerous website visits from just about every department of the Obama Administration.

The man has no integrity or class. There have been stories published about Obama’s underage daughters that were unflattering and I opted not to run them or to ask the public to go easy on his kids as they are minors (though items were released that his first born was engaging in underage drinking, among other things). Yet here is this dictator in the White House, violating the constitution and U.S. Code having weirdos in his administration contacting my actual family and friends over lawful articles about him and his misconduct. They even showed up at one of my elderly relative’s house with this crap, harassing an old lady with preexisting heart issues in a foreign country which is a criminal violation of U.S. and international law.

Once again, you have no class and your administration loves crossing illegal and inappropriate boundaries no head of state or his administration ever should, as it is a mark of shame and disgrace. What kind of animals and savages do something like that to an old lady. Is that how your parents raised you to behave and disgrace the government in the process. Do you think that is a desirable image for the U.S. government to have - harassing and trying to manipulate old ladies because a vain, narcissistic head of state can’t stand lawful criticism that exposed his unlawful behavior.

You’re nothing but a bunch of common thugs wasting taxpayer money. Your consciences are seared, because decent human beings who were properly raised by people with morals, would be too embarrassed and ashamed to do such vile things. However, you guys revel in it. There is a distinct lack of decorum and character with the Obama Administration that is repugnant and sick, not befitting any government.

Can you imagine if someone started having people contact and publicly approach, Marian Robinson, Mr. Obama’s elderly mother-in-law, over the phone and at her home, criminally harassing her, demanding she censure Obama over his public opinions and tell him to retract it and remove it all from the internet. He and Mrs. Obama would throw a massive hissy fit and sick law enforcement on said individuals for breaking the law. So, tell me why is it okay when his administration breaks the law and does so to others.

Once again, I do not like Obama over terrible things he and his administration have done in office that I do not agree with. It is my right to dislike him and anybody else I feel like, as it is a right of ALL members of society. If he searched online he would find millions of items by millions of people in America and around the world who dislike him for things he has done. He needs to act like a grown up and accept the fact that many people do not like him and have the right to voice their opinions. He, however, does not have the right to misuse and waste American taxpayer money in harassing and abusing journalists and bloggers who disagree with him and his political policies. Congress should make him and every employee that engaged in said misconduct of targeting journalists and bloggers pay that money back.
