32-year-old mother of four, Nykea Aldridge, was shot to death while walking her baby in a stroller in Chicago, Illinois. Aldridge was shot in the head and arm, but her baby escaped injury. Aldridge is the cousin of basketball star, Dwyane Wade. A day prior to the shooting, Wade complained about the violence in his hometown. After the shooting Wade tweeted on Twitter, "My cousin was killed today in Chicago. Another act of senseless gun violence. 4 kids lost their mom for NO REASON. Unreal. #EnoughISEnough."

Aldridge was hit in crossfire between parolee brothers, Darwin Sorrells Jr., 26 and Derren Sorrells, 22 and a rival gang member. Chicago has one of the highest murder rates in America, largely due to gang violence. There is crime and violence around the world. The Washington Times posted a report which stated Miami has been voted "the worst place to live." The article stated of the study, "No city in the United States is worse to live in than Miami." It's a terrible and dubious distinction, given to Miami due to the sheer levels of corruption in the city, among other things. Thanks to this corruption, which only begets crime, Miami is not considered a model city, which is indicated by the Washington Times article. 

Considering the harrowing nightmare my family and I faced in Miami for years, thanks to a sick, bribe issuing Hollywood cult and the corruption of the FBI, in tandem with local government and the court system, roped into helping them do the unthinkable, I'm not surprised Miami has been voted "the worst place to live." 

Innocent people have been brutalized and killed in Miami in deeds the federal and local government knew about and could have prevented, but due to bribery chose to look the other way and unconscionably let it happen. Yet, it's amazing how after the FBI disgraced Miami to America and on the world stage with millions have read about the corruption and taking a dim view of it, the FBI left Miami, relocating to another city in Florida, ensconced in Broward County. 

The FBI could have picked anywhere to relocate the FBI's Miami office within the city limits. However, the FBI chose a city outside of Miami, well outside the Miami city limits, to put the new Miami FBI office. Let that sink in, the Miami FBI office IS NOT EVEN IN MIAMI. It's one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. But the FBI knows why it hightailed it out of Miami...

Another thing the government needs to let sink in regarding their corruption that has greatly damaged Miami's name in the aforementioned study, even with poison water in Flint, Michigan - 49 people being unjustly killed in an Orlando, Florida night club shooting, a singer fatally gunned down in an Orlando, Florida theatre and a beautiful child being killed by an alligator at Disney in Orlando, Florida...Miami still beat those cities as "the worst place to live."

At the end of the day, it is the government's fault Miami has been given such a dubious distinction. The government are supposed to be the gatekeepers who maintain law and order, evenly distributing justice. The government are the gatekeepers, who are supposed to make sure people aren't being ripped off, homes stolen, working for low wages at arduous jobs and subjected to human rights abuses. What has negatively transpired in Miami is what the government has corruptly allowed.

Tuesday, June 28, 2016 - It is a city said to be glamorous, historic, scenic, vibrant and charming. Nonetheless, Miami has been named the absolute “worst city to live in,” according to a meticulous new analysis of demographics and other data. Researchers from 24/7 Wall Street, a consumer and financial advisory site, based their conclusions on U.S. Census Bureau statistics from 550 American cities with populations over 65,000. They collected numbers on categories such as crime, economy, education, environment, health, housing, infrastructure, and leisure to make their judgments. 

“While people love and hate cities for any number of reasons, there are some objective measures by which all cities can be compared,” wrote Thomas Frolich and Samuel Stebbins, who led the research. “Based on a range of variables, including crime rates, employment growth, access to restaurants and attractions, educational attainment, and housing affordability, 24/7 Wall Street identified America’s 50 worst cities to live.” The Florida showplace landed at the top of the roster. 

“No city in the United States is worse to live in than Miami. The city’s median home value of $245,000 is well above the national median of $181,200. However, with a median household income of only $31,917 a year, well below the national median of $53,657, most of these homes are either out of reach or a financial burden on most Miami residents,” the authors noted in their rationale. “Like most of the worst cities to live in, more than one in every four people in Miami live in poverty.” 

The Florida showplace landed at the top of the roster. They also cited “citywide violence” along with rates of incarceration, unstable employment, lower cognitive functioning among children, and “anxiety.”...

As stated in the article [Former U.S. President Bill Clinton Gets Into Argument With Black Lives Matter Protestors At Rally (Videos)], in the 1990s Hillary Clinton referred to young black men as "super predators" and further stated "we must bring them to heel." I agree there is a problem with crime in the black community. Many angry, young black males have committed violent crimes. However, there is also a problem with crime in white communities as well. Many school shootings that resulted in mass casualties in America, have been committed by angry young white males. My point is crime happens everywhere, all over the world, in acts committed by many races. From a governmental standpoint it is best to look at the crimes and not the color of the perpetrators when assessing how best to lower crime rates. Once again, law and order via a strong justice system is important, but it must treat people of all races fairly.

Side Bar: you know who's a "super predator" Hillary, your husband's willy (penis). Your husband's willy has been killing vaginas all up and down the east and west coast of America. But unlike on Thursday, when he defended his signing of the 1994 crime bill and Hillary Clinton's support for tough punishment to deal with what she called "super predator" juvenile offenders, Bill Clinton, according to NBC News, acknowledged Friday that some provisions of the legislation that called for longer prison sentences for minor offenses "cannot be justified." The legislation has been cited for accelerating the incarceration rate for black and Latino people, as well as ushered in policies that have led to overly aggressive policing in some communities of color. Criminal justice reform, a focal point of the Black Lives Matter movement, has become a major issue in the 2016 presidential campaign.

Societies need law and order, via good, honest police and courts with integrity. Prisons are also needed, with the hope of reforming criminals, not destroying them (hence the words "correctional facility" meaning punishment via loss of freedom to correct illegal behavior). The inequities in the current U.S. justice system has left many blacks and Hispanics feeling under attack and abused.

There are court cases revealing select police officers were caught red-handed referring to black people as "nig*ers" and other derogatory, racist terms, while planning and or executing acts of brutality and excessive force. It has happened too many times and is prima facie evidence there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Black Lives Matter are trying to remind everyone that black lives matter, due to gross injustices against black people in America, perpetrated by some, not all police, the FBI and select companies in the business sector. At the end of the day, all lives matter. Crime is crime no matter the race of the perpetrator. Much like victimization is victimization no matter the race of the victim. There is too much emphasis on race going on and it is disheartening.

It is always sad when someone dies young. Two beautiful sisters were shot to death in St. Louis, Missouri and police are appealing for your help in identifying the killer. 15-year-old Tahnaizja Smith and her 20-year-old sister, Antquonette Hale, were found shot to death in a field. Tahnaizja was shot in the head, arm and chest. Antquonette was shot in the back. Both succumb to their injuries and were pronounced dead on the scene.

St. Louis Today reported, "Witnesses told police they heard gunshots and found the victims in the vacant lot, but police had no information on suspects." The sisters' grandmother stated, "They were typical teenagers hanging out with the wrong crowd. They were not trouble-makers. I love them." May 03, 2015 1:00 pm -  Antquonette Hale (left), 20, and Tahnaizja Smith, 15, both of north St. Louis County.  It happened at about 11 p.m. Sunday in the 10800 block of Hallstead Drive, near Interstate 270 and Old Halls Ferry Road. Police identified the pair as Antquonette Hale, 20, and Tahnaizja Smith, 15, both of the 3900 block of Oregon Avenue. They were found lying in a lot in the 3000 block of North Vandeventer Avenue after police were called at 12:11 a.m.

Hale had been shot in the back. Smith had wounds to her face, arm and chest. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses told police they heard gunshots and found the victims in the vacant lot, but police had no information on suspects... Authorities asked anyone with information about the homicides to call CrimeStoppers at 866-371-8477.

Friendships And Relationships That Lead To Criminal Charges Due To Peer Pressure

Be careful who you call friend. Some friends' behavior is more like that of an enemy, regarding what it can do to your life. In school kids are subjected to peer pressure, often by the cool kids. When you become an adult, peer pressure remains, but it takes on different forms. You have to learn to say no to peer pressure, as it could cost you your freedom and finances.

A good looking person starts dating you and begins to ask you to do unethical things. It could be something as simple as being awful to your friends they dislike and are trying to isolate you from to fully control you. It could be something like engaging in theft or unlawful financial transactions so you both can live in luxury on undue financial gain.

A friend illegally passes you unlawfully obtained stolen goods at deeply discounted prices. You accept it as the deal of the century and end up behind bars along with said friend. A real friend would never ask you to engage in illegal activity, placing your life, freedom and finances in jeopardy.

Your boss asks you to do something illegal, promising a promotion or pay raise. You do what your boss asked and end up slapped with criminal charges and prison time. It's better to say no or find a new job. Don't risk your freedom and finances over what is essentially fool's good. There is always a paper trial (physical and or digital record of illegal transactions).

When trouble surfaces in the form of peer pressure in can creep up on you. Wanting to hang out with the cool kids and you end up engaging in crime. You have to be strong in who you are and walk away from negative situations.

Peer pressure also comes in the form of famous stars, who set a terrible example for their audiences. They promote greed, malice, drug dealing and stealing, via their music, films and social networking accounts, unethically ascending to fame (then spectacularly fall). 

A number of impressionable people have gotten arrested on criminal charges trying to steal, deal drugs and assault people, attempting to live a lifestyle above their means, just like their favorite stars (particularly rappers). If some rappers only knew the amount of kids they've gotten into trouble, for following their negative example.

As the trial of James "Whitey" Bulger rages on, regarding the mobster the The FBI took bribes from and allowed him to murder innocent people simply because he was an informant, a damning report has been released on the law enforcement agency. According to a new government report, the "FBI allowed informants to commit 5,658 crimes" in 2011 alone. 

And what was the FBI's answer to this report "It sounds like a lot but you have to keep it in context." There is no acceptable context for this, as well documented cases revealed, innocent members of the public have been assaulted, maimed, shot and even killed while the FBI looked the other way to allegedly further investigations. That is inexcusable. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, you can't break the law to uphold it.

This is unquestionably one of the worst news stories I've come across. A 42-year-old man in South Africa was arrested when it was discovered he was carrying in his pocket, the genitals of his missing 18-year-old nephew. We are living in a very troubled world that something like this could happen.

Police discovered the 18-year-old's body and "Found that the hands, the head and legs were cut off from the body and we then recovered the private parts in his wallet." Can you imagine the horror of the police when they made the gruesome discovery.

The FBI Loses $470,459 Freedom Of Information Act Lawsuit For Deliberately Withholding Documents From A Writer That Had To Sue Them 5 Times

Writer and journalist Seth Rosenfeld, has sued the FBI five times. Three of the lawsuits were not successful, but the current one has been. Rosenfeld's latest lawsuit against the FBI/DOJ under the Freedom of Information Act was successful, as it was announced yesterday, a judge has awarded him $470,459.

The FBI repeatedly refused to release documents in its possession, under the Freedom of Information Act, regarding lawsuits Rosenfeld filed in 1990 and 2007. In doing so, the FBI criminally violated federal law. According to the San Francisco Gate Chronicle, "Rosenfeld said the FBI had failed to turn over all of the documents he requested, and that it wasn't until he engaged them in a series of legal battles that the agency released thousands of pages."

Once again, the FBI/DOJ breaking the law, as seen in my Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against them, where to this day, they are criminally refusing to release the documents they told me in writing I had to sue them to obtain. As my site slogan states, you can't break the law to uphold it. The FBI/DOJ should not be in law enforcement. To call the FBI a law enforcement agency at this point is an oxymoron. They break the law more than they obey it.

Even President Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is the head of the DOJ, the parent agency of the FBI, is currently in court spitting in Congress' face, stating they cannot have the government documents requested on the "Fast And Furious" scandal as it implicates him in criminal behavior and he is demanding the case requiring said papers be thrown out of court (so much for democracy). As I've stated before, the hypocritical Obama Administration needs to be thrown out of office via the November 6, 2012 election. Why have the Freedom Of Information Act anyway - it's not like the government follows or honors it.

Penn State Slammed In Official Report For Covering Up Jerry Sandusky’s Child Molestation Crimes For Years

This week, the former head of the FBI, Louis Freeh, released a damning report on the Jerry Sandusky child molestation case, regarding the former Penn State assistant coach, molesting disadvantaged young boys at the school, by raping and having sex with them in the showers.

Sandusky was convicted of said charges in a criminal court of law this year. The official review and report by Freeh, regarding the crimes and how they were allowed to transpire and for so long, reveals a widespread cover-up at Penn State, which included the complicity of head coach, the late Joe Paterno.

Freeh, who was commissioned by Penn State's board of trustees, issued a 267 page report on the case. During a press conference this week Freeh stated, "Our most saddening and sobering finding is the total disregard for the safety and welfare of Sandusky's child victims by the most senior leaders at Penn State. The most powerful men at Penn State failed to take any steps for 14 years to protect the children who Sandusky victimized."

There is no excuse for this. Everyone that knew and looked the other way should be prosecuted. So many lives were destroyed by this inexcusable corruption and cowardice. And for every time people looked the other way, Sandusky went after more children and molested them. Someone should have spoken out and done something to stop the kids being molested. When you look the other way to crime, it empowers criminals to think they can do more and worse.

The current financial crisis which exploded in America in 2008, then spread to the rest of the world, has done significant damage to many people in the United States and around the globe. Yet, in the face of all this financial destruction and ensuing social turmoil, no one has gone to jail or prison in America for these terrible economic crimes that has caused so much suffering.

The term "too big to fail" is often employed regarding major corporations that are experiencing financial loss. However, too big to fail or go to jail, should be added to the term, as the Obama Administration, much like the presidency of Bush before him, have given a pass to financial criminals that have cost America and the world so much. Not exactly a deterrent from committing crime. This is corrupt and needs to be changed.

Gay porn star, Luka Rocco Magnotta, was arrested in Berlin, Germany at an internet cafe, on international charges of murder, dismemberment and cannibalism, in connection with the horrible death of his homosexual lover, Jun Lin. Magnotta filmed the grisly murder, dismemberment and cannibalism, then uploaded it to the internet. People were shocked at the macabre display, with some thinking it was a prank or movie. Sadly it was real. 

A warrant was issued for his arrest, leading Magnotta to flee Canada for Germany. After vain Magnotta went into an internet cafe to check the coverage of himself online and in the press, with outlets stating he wanted to "look at pictures of himself" the attendant recognized him from the news and called police. He was detained by police in Germany, who are preparing to extradite him to Canada, where he faces life in prison.

Have you seen photos of George Zimmerman lately, the 28-year-old who racially profiled, stalked and murdered unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, for lawfully walking on the street (conduct he unbelievably deemed "suspicious"). Zimmerman is looking awfully scared. Much like Martin was the night "creepy" and "crazy" Zimmerman stalked and shot him to death. Zimmerman is reaping what he sowed and will have to accept that this is his new reality for unconscionably taking a human life.

The apprehension expressed on his face could have to do with the bounty placed on his head over the unprovoked killing of Martin he initiated. Many are angry Zimmerman received bail and his family and lawyers fear for his safety. Sadly, Zimmerman brought this on himself and a world of grief and sorrow on the Martin family.

Zimmerman hunted poor Trayvon Martin like he was prey, now he is the hunted with members of the public vowing to kill him if they catch him, for cutting the poor boy's life short over foolishness and prejudice. It is infuriating. However, the Judiciary Report does not recommend violence and vigilantism. But at the end of the day, not everyone shares the site's views on this matter.

18-year-old rape victim, Oksana Makar, succumbed to her grave injuries and died yesterday, after being raped by three men, dumped into a ditch, set on fire and left for dead. Doctors battled to save the beautiful Ukrainian teen, amputating one of her arms and her feet, to stem her injuries.

Though doctors fought against her terrible injures, infection that had set in. Makar's body was overwhelmed by the extent of her injuries, both physical and mental, after such horrid abuse. Before she died, Makar pled for justice in the YouTube video posted above. Three men have since been arrested for these crimes.

Florida's Stand Your Ground Law Is Being Twisted And Misrepresented In The Murder Of 17-Year-Old Trayvon Martin

Florida, among select other U.S. States, has a "Stand Your Ground" law, which allows one to use force, even deadly, to protect one's self from imminent danger. This is the defense of George Zimmerman, who murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on a street in his dad's middle class, gated Sanford community.

However, 911 tapes do not tell that story, neither do witness accounts. The tapes reveal a scared teenager, who is a minor under Florida law, being stalked, confronted, pushed to the ground and fatally shot, by an unhinged, raging racist, who referred to him as a "fu*king coon" in the audio recording. The law does not cover people chasing, confronting and then killing strangers or people they know on the street. That's called murder or an illegal execution.

The other racial undertone present in the case implies a young black man did not belong in a middle class gated community, as blacks are clearly too poor and violent in Zimmerman's estimation, to live in such nice places. After all, Zimmerman barked at unarmed, defenseless Martin, "What are you doing here?" The implication was Martin belonged in the ghetto and was somehow trespassing in the middle class neighborhood his dad lives and pays taxes. The stereotype of he is not a "rapper or athlete" so he couldn't possibly afford to be there is present in all its ugliness.
