U.S. President Barack Obama visited Miami this Thursday, October 20, 2016, to talk about his failed ObamaCare health care program. Recently, a number of insurance companies, such as United Health Group Inc, Aetna Inc and Humana Inc, have left the ObamaCare program citing costs, massive financial losses and lack of effectiveness. ObamaCare, initially touted as low priced health care, have steadily skyrocketed doubling and quadrupling what Americans were previously paying for healthcare. 

The Judiciary Report stated from the beginning that ObamaCare would not work and the site has been proven right. The Judiciary Report gave many suggestions on how to improve healthcare in America. Therefore, it was not empty criticism without cause, solutions or remedy. It was highly irresponsible for Obama, who is not a medical professional or scientist, to insanely ram through 10,000 pages of health care legislating that members of Congress and the Attorney General had not read. It was outrageous and undemocratic.

Obama got lost in arrogance, believing he is the president, albeit temporarily and can do what he wants. Well, as all people in the real world know, choices have consequences. It was all about narcissism and glory for Obama, to stage he was the first President of the United States to create a healthcare program, the cost to the American people be damned. And it has come at a very high cost. There's doing something...then there's doing something right. And ObamaCare was not done right. It is going from bad to worse. ObamaCare needs to be repealed. 

This month, former President Bill Clinton, referred to ObamaCare as "crazy." Clinton stated ObamaCare is, "A crazy system that doesn't make any sense." Clinton further stated this month, "And while he was slightly short-handed, it's clear to everyone, including President Obama, that improvements are need." The Judiciary Report stated that from the week ObamaCare became law (see below in "RELATED ARTICLES" section of this article, particularly Can ObamaCare Work). ObamaCare has negatively impacted the deficit in a significant way. ObamaCare has created massive problems for doctors, nurses and medical office workers.

Most medical professionals I have encountered hate ObamaCare. They complain it is ineffective, greatly adds to paperwork delaying appointments and does not properly or adequately reimburse them. Mainstream press reports revealed the American people have also been "revolting" from ObamaCare in droves. 

As stated previously on the site, I have been diligently working on patents regarding cancer, HIV and AIDS. The Obama administration has insanely harassed me no end over my intellectual property in conduct that is disgusting and illegal. However, I can state with all certainty, based on what I have seen and experienced in a number of alarming incidents, the Obama Administration does not care about your health.

The Obama Administration are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry in America, who have issued massive financial payments to Obama and members of his administration to keep things status quo. In a disturbing, distressing and deranged incident in Florida arranged by Obama's FBI, Miami senior paramedic Lieutenant Pierre told me in a rude manner regarding the American pharmaceutical industry and the government, "It's a 400 billion dollar a year business. They don't want anything cured." 

Therefore, it is the Obama Administration's position and that of the pharmaceutical industry in America that they do not want anyone curing disease, as it is more profitable for them that you be sick. The Obama Administration should hope God doesn't give them a dose of their own medicine. God is known for being ironic and making sure, "You reap what you sow." 

The heathen Obama Administration should be careful taking that disgusting stance with people's health care, fighting against cures in order to benefit the financial bottom-line of big pharma, who has paid them. They should hope God doesn't firmly place them in the same predicament they placed sick people. Because then, the Obama Administration would want cures.

5:46 PM 10/03/2016 - Former President Bill Clinton attacked President Barack Obama’s signature health care legislation Monday, calling it a “crazy system” that “doesn’t make any sense” during a Michigan campaign event for Hillary. 

“It doesn’t many any sense. The insurance model doesn’t work here,” Clinton said about the government-run marketplaces Obamacare set up. Clinton said that Obamacare “works fine” for people with “modest” incomes or who are eligible for government subsidies, or Medicare. But he added that, “the people that are getting killed in this deal are small business people and individuals who make just a little too much to get any of these subsidies.”...

This is a continuation of the December 21, 2015 article "Obama Administration Armed The Drug Cartels And ISIS At U.S. Taxpayers Expense." The Obama Administration via the Justice Department, which was headed up by trouble prone Attorney General, Eric Holder, ran an illegal arms operation called "Fast And Furious" named after the movie of the same title.

El Chapo recaptured by Mexican government after they followed Hollywood actor Sean Penn around Mexico who interviewed the drug kingpin

Under the unlawful operation, Holder, with Obama's approval and knowledge, sent money and high powered weapons to select criminal outfits in neighboring nation Mexico, to see what would happen when it fell into the hands of the drug cartels the government has been watching. The cartels began using the weapons to kill American border patrol agents and Mexican civilians in the drug war.

Sean Penn posed for a photo with drug kingpin, El Chapo, shaking his hand as though he is in agreement with him. It did not reflect well on Penn in the eyes of Mexican authorities. Penn was followed by the Mexican government to a remote jungle where they witnessed him interview El Chapo.  The Mexican government raided El Chapo the next day.

This week it was revealed, weapons the Obama Administration sent to Mexico, also ended up in the hands of the most dangerous drug dealer the world, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. It is being reported, "a weapon capable of taking down a helicopter" was among the guns confiscated by the Mexican government during El Chapo's recapture.

The Obama Administration has engaged in illegal, secret projects that ended up in the mainstream press, as they had turned into fiascos of the highest order. President Obama's former hand picked Attorney General, Eric Holder, armed drug cartels in Mexico, using U.S. taxpayer guns and cash, to see what would happen. He amazingly did not think anything bad could come out of giving drug cartels guns and cash and at the U.S. taxpayers' expense. Not long after, the drug cartels began killing American border patrol agents and U.S. citizens with the guns and leaving them at the crime scene, under Holder's stupid experiment that cost innocent people their lives.

Not learning their lesson after the fiasco concerning the cartels, the Obama Administration decided to spend $500,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer money to arm rebels in Syria. However, the Syrian rebels gave the high tech U.S. weaponry to Al Qaeda and ISIS in the region. These same weapons are being used to kill westerners.

It's appalling how the Obama Administration engages in unsavory, asinine, crazy maneuvers anyone with an iota of intelligence could see had the capability of horrendously backfiring and leading to massive loss of life, but forged ahead anyway with said deadly plans. This occurs when people do not think before they act. Most people ponder the consequences of their choices before choosing a course of action. The Obama Administration does not and people are dead as a result of that carelessness and callousness in tragedies that could have been prevented. Who in their right mind could come up with such dangerous plans and have hearts cold enough to execute it. And who in their right mind could support it.

The latest Gallup Poll reveals the Republican Party is more popular than President Obama and his Democrat political party in America. Under Obama the Democrats have seen a historic fall in popularity that is unprecedented in the past 90-years. A recent Gallup poll reveals, "After the 2012 election, many political analysts focused on the GOP's "image problem." Now, it is the Democrats who appear to have the more battered image. Their favorability rating has never been lower, and they are reeling from defeats that cost them control of the U.S. Senate and strengthened the Republican House majority to levels likely not seen in 90 years."

 

Former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller and former Attorney General Eric Holder engaged in unprecedented levels of corruption that greatly damaged the Democrats and Obama. The president should not have rubber-stamped their high profile misconduct, as the political chickens came home to roost last week in the mid-term elections. Mainstream newspapers, political and news sites are stating the scandals that hit the Obama Administration tanked the Democrats in last week's election.

He is now what is known as a "lame duck" President, lacking the power to implement his political agenda, as the rival party now controls both houses of Congress. This is also gives the Republicans an edge in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. For the remainder of Obama's term in office, he needs to try to work with his fellow Democrats and the Republicans, for the good of the country.

Gallup: GOP Congress More Popular Than Obama

That spin was obviously directed at Republicans, who controlled Congress. Although "congress" can mean both the Democrat-controlled Senate and the House, this was a nifty rhetorical trick the media used to argue that the GOP was in worse shape than Obama.

That lie was not only laid bare in last week's midterm elections, where Republicans at every level of government crushed Democrats (and their media cheerleaders) in a tidal wave that hit blue and purple states, but also in new polling numbers from Gallup that shows GOP lawmakers currently enjoy a higher approval rating from the American people than President Obama.

As things stand today, Republicans in Congress enjoy a 42% approval rating. Obama, on the other hand, sits at a 39% approval rating. His disapproval rating sits at a whopping 56%. When asked by Gallup who should have more influence over the direction of the country, a majority of Americans chose Republicans in Congress over Obama by a whopping 56-36% margin.

A new scandal broke this week that proves my previous claims from 2-years ago correct in that the FBI was indeed spying at the 2012 Olympics. They were doing a cornucopia of spying at the global event.

On November 5, 2014 of this week, the New York Daily News newspaper published a report revealing, "Chuck Blazer, once the most powerful man in US football, was an FBI informant used to spy on FIFA, the New York Daily News reported. Blazer, who is now suffering from cancer, secretly recorded conversations with officials he arranged to meet at his London hotel during the 2012 Olympics, the report said. The FBI pressured Blazer into working for them from 2011 because he failed to pay income taxes on millions of dollars he made as a leader of CONCACAF, football's governing body for North and Central America and the Caribbean, said the report published at the weekend."

The FBI coerced blackmailed the top man is US football, Chuck Blazer, into illegally spying on and secretly recording his international counterparts for the law enforcement agency at the 2012 Olympics

Football (soccer) is a great sport, is my favorite and I certainly want global athletics to be conducted with the greatest level of integrity. However, the FBI is wading into international football and have no jurisdiction or authority to do so. I do not agree with this. If the FBI's internationally unauthorized investigation is not handled properly, it could wreck world football.

The Obama Administration Being Met With Protests Domestically And Internationally

The administration of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being met with protests and petitions in America and abroad. The president’s current trips to Japan, China, Malaysia and the Philippines, has been met with protests and complaints from people of the aforementioned, respective nations. As a result, the mainstream media reports, trade talks being held by Obama are not going well. 

In America, the president's policies are being protested as well, with Obamacare receiving the brunt of the complaints. The president’s wife, First Lady, Michelle Obama, is the subject of a school petition, regarding students wanting an offer for her to speak at their graduation in Kansas, rescinded by the school board, who issued it. The petition has received 3,000 signatures. Mrs. Obama is said to have cancelled the speech. 

President Obama’s bumbling Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is being blamed for the deaths of many, via the “Fast And Furious” gun scandal, is also facing protests and petitions in America, as many want him to vacate his post. This is a trying time for the Obama administration, with two years left on the clock to make a lasting political impact.

The press and political pundits are loudly speculating whether President Barack Obama knew the National Security Agency (NSA) has been illegally spying on heads of state, due to a new leak by former employee Edward Snowden, via the Guardian newspaper in Britain.

The Judiciary Report covered this topic on May 26, 2010 in the article Barack Obama Wiretapping Heads Of State, after it was stated Obama's Department of Justice, headed up by Eric Holder, illegally spied on the calls of former Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding during the extradition request for Dudus. At the time, the Obama Administration tried to deny the claim.

However, prior to the denials, my credible connection in Jamaica had stated to me over the phone regarding Golding and the Obama administration's illegal wiretapping, "they have him on tape." The tape claim was also discussed in the articles Newspaper Reports The NSA Is Illegally Spying On 35 World Leaders and The NSA Gets President Obama Into International Trouble Over Spying On Other Heads Of State, posted before the latest spot-on piece by the Guardian. This week, Snowden and the Guardian confirmed the illegal widespread spying targeting world leaders, creating a major scandal.

At the end of the day, Obama should not be spying on other heads of state and other heads of state should not spy on him either. So many laws are violated when this occurs. Not to mention, allies end up feeling violated, betrayed and underappreciated. This is not good for America's interests in the world. Here's hoping proposed legislation in Congress aimed at taming the problems transpiring, regarding widespread spying against innocent Americans and foreigners, will succeed.

There’s nothing a drug dealer detests more than a snitch. Turns out some may have fallen afoul of drug dealers, who wrongly believed they snitched on them when it was actually the NSA (National Security Agency, which is now clearly the National Snitch Agency) tipping off the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency). A report today indicates Congress is demanding answers regarding why the NSA violated U.S. law in spying on Americans and then sharing the information with sister agency the DEA, which led to drug busts.

Robert S. Mueller and Attorney General (DOJ) Eric Holder - two of the culprits behind much of the spying. Congress is demanding Holder give an explanation for this latest scandal regarding the DEA and NSA.

Congress is not against drug busts, but these were not in compliance with the law as evidence was illegally obtained via the NSA, who is forbidden under U.S. law to spy on Americans. Senators demand answers on drug agency’s use of NSA domestic surveillance

Published time: August 27, 2013 21:21 - A group of lawmakers have asked United States Attorney General Eric Holder to explain recent allegations that federal drug busts have been carried out using non-terrorism intelligence collected by the National Security Agency and shared outside the NSA.

The eight legislators — all Democrats — have asked the country’s top attorney to weigh in on the reports published by Reuters earlier this month in which the NSA is accused of tipping off Drug Enforcement Administration agents to help orchestrate narcotics busts.

"These allegations raise serious concerns that gaps in the policy and law are allowing overreach by the federal government's intelligence gathering apparatus," wrote the senators - Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin, Ron Wyden of Oregon, Tom Udall of New Mexico, Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut and Sherrod Brown of Ohio.

Congress Wants Holder To Explain Intelligence Sharing Between NSA And DEA

Tuesday August 27, 2013 7:58 am - As the ACLU claims the NSA’s phone collection program is illegal in court papers filed Monday, members of Congress are putting pressure on Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions regarding news reports that the DEA has access to NSA intelligence and is sharing that information with numerous agencies and personnel in the government. Even if the NSA survives the ACLU’s court challenge there is little doubt that the NSA intelligence gathered should not have gone to the DEA let alone to the wide range of places the DEA shared the information.

Eight Democratic senators and congressmen have asked Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions about a Reuters report that the National Security Agency supplies the Drug Enforcement Administration with intelligence information used to make non-terrorism cases against American citizens.

The August report revealed that a secretive DEA unit passes the NSA information to agents in the field, including those from the Internal Revenue Service, the FBI and Homeland Security, with instructions to never disclose the original source, even in court. In most cases, the NSA tips involve drugs, money laundering and organized crime, not terrorism.

NSA Admits Employees Illegally Spied On Love Interests And Significant Others Confirming Site’s Previous Claims

NSA and FBI privacy abuses were rampant during George W. Bush's time in office and have continued in the Obama years, indicating these agencies have no intention of changing and lining up with the law of the land

In the August 22, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video)" the site made the claim that innocent Americans are being illegally spied on by government employees, who find them attractive among other things. The article mentioned the FBI and NSA, both sister agencies, engaging in this conduct, via shared intelligence databases and tools.

Two days later on August 24, 2013, the Washington Post and other credible news outlets reported NSA employees have been illegally spying on love interests, spouses and girlfriends (see article excerpt below). It has become another scandal.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is on his way out as the head of the agency after engaging in unprecedented abuses 

Three and a half years ago, the in the January 19, 2010 time stamped and copyrighted article "FBI Collected Thousands Of Phone Records Illegally" the Judiciary Report stated of the NSA’s sister agency the FBI, "Targets selected for surveillance, such as specific scientists, political scientists, inventors, journalists, political bloggers, activists and politicians to name a few, had their privacy thoroughly violated by Mueller and FBI HQ, via the FBI employees he instructed to do so. Granted, some FBI agents of their own accord, abused this privilege to pry into the lives of wives and girlfriends, even women they wanted to pursue sexually."

Once again, the Judiciary Report’s previous time stamped, copyrighted claims have been proven true and correct. I do not enjoy writing these types of stories or breaking them for that matter, but what’s being done by certain government employees is wholly wrong. I’ve been a target of illegal surveillance by the government and it is really something I could have done without, as it is exploitative and leaves one feeling very violated.

After the scandal went mainstream, on August 24, 2013 members of Congress announced they are investigating the matter. In closing, if someone didn’t do anything illegal warranting government surveillance, they really should not be spied on. It’s not fair. It’s not a matter of being secretive or having anything to hide, but people deserve privacy. What innocent people say over the phone, do on the internet and in their homes in nobody’s business but their own.

Background Information: In 2005 I contacted the FBI about pop singer Madonna stealing from preexisting, voluminous, private Copyrighted Catalog of songs, videos and films registered with the Library of Congress, as she has done to dozens of others. Madonna's entire career has been based on criminal copyright infringement, making her the biggest fraud in music history. Madonna also had her Colombo family mafia member and private investigator Anthony Pellicano illegally wiretap and hack me (which is how she illegally obtained copies of my Copyrighted Catalog).

Pellicano and Madonna's Kabbalah cult also began sending thugs and cult lunatics to harass, stalk and threaten me with mafia threats, death threats and threats of terrible physical violence (They did this again last week in menacingly stalking, approaching me and demanding to know what songs, videos and films I have been writing recently, as they are unable to hack my computer containing the very valuable newer copyrights, due to the laptop not connecting to the internet. Madonna is contractually obligated to record and release another album soon for her flatlined career, destroyed by my requests on my sites such as the Judiciary Report for a boycott of all her products, which thanks to you the public succeeded in a massive way - all her projects have flopped ever since).

In November of 2005, the FBI in Miami called me in for two interviews, where I told them about Madonna and Pellicano's criminal conduct and that of fellow Kabbalah cult member Rupert Murdoch, which resulted in the phone hacking scandal when I filed a police report on the matter with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. Four months later Pellicano was arrested and is still in prison. However, because Madonna is a celebrity, who issued a bribe, she was not arrested and as a result, the FBI is hiding Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) files regarding her criminal conduct towards me, stating in writing they are not going to release them due to the nature of the files. Anytime the government refuses to release a file, much like the FBI recently rejected CBS' request for FOIA files on Benghazi, just know the contents of said documents are very bad).

After they had success with the Pellicano case based on what I wrote to and told them, some of which was used in his indictment verbatim, as the FBI loves arresting people in or affiliated with the mafia, due to the fact it gets press attention and more financial funding from Congress, the FBI latched on and began illegally mining my phone calls, emails and computer contents for tips without my consent and using them in making arrests (see highlighted link for article on the subject). After I went public with this claim about the FBI, it was later revealed they have been doing this to other writers and bloggers as well for scoops to base federal investigations on, which is illegal and unconstitutional (not to mention lazy).

Had it not been for Madonna's criminal conduct towards me (and that of her Kabbalah cult) I would not have discovered and broken so many stories on the government for covering up her illegal and dangerous conduct that has imperiled and damaged my life in many ways.

LOVEINT: When NSA officers use their spying power on love interests

Published: August 24 at 11:50 - The National Security Agency admitted in a statement Friday that there have been "very rare" instances of willful violations of agency protocols by agency officers. The Wall Street Journal reports that some of those willful violations involved officials turning their private eyes on love interests:

The practice isn’t frequent — one official estimated a handful of cases in the last decade — but it’s common enough to garner its own spycraft label: LOVEINT. Spy agencies often refer to their various types of intelligence collection with the suffix of "INT," such as "SIGINT" for collecting signals intelligence, or communications; and "HUMINT" for human intelligence, or spying.

Lawmakers Probe Willful Abuses of Power by NSA Analysts

Aug 24, 2013 12:00 AM ET - Surveillance State: Three Ways You're Being Watched. The leaders of U.S. congressional intelligence committees said they want to probe the intentional abuses of surveillance authority committed by some National Security Agency analysts in the past decade.

"I am reviewing each of these incidents in detail," Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat and chairman of the Senate intelligence panel, said in a statement, after the NSA confirmed to Bloomberg News yesterday that some analysts deliberately ignored restrictions on their authority to spy on Americans.

"Any case of noncompliance is unacceptable, but these small numbers of cases do not change my view that NSA takes significant care to prevent any abuses and that there is a substantial oversight system in place," Feinstein said.

The incidents, chronicled by the NSA’s inspector general, provide additional evidence that U.S. intelligence agencies sometimes have violated the legal and administrative restrictions on domestic spying, and may add to the pressure to bolster laws that govern intelligence activities.

Republican Representative Mike Rogers of Michigan, chairman of the House intelligence committee, is reviewing the cases of intentional misconduct in detail, his spokeswoman, Susan Phalen, said in a statement...

Edward Snowden Officially Granted Asylum In Russia Angering Obama (Video)

NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden has officially been granted asylum in Russia, on a 1-year renewable basis, with the proviso he stops leaking information detrimental to the U.S. government. This decision has come much to the anger of the Obama Administration, who wants Snowden locked away for life or killed, according to security experts. Snowden leaked evidence of the NSA illegally spying on Americans, creating a worldwide scandal that exposed the government.

The Obama Administration has been aggressively pursuing Snowden for extradition, but has been unsuccessful. Attorney General Eric Holder, has been issuing threats over Snowden's approved asylum case as well. Either way, the Judiciary Report wishes Mr. Snowden the best.

Remember last week when President Obama said he wouldn’t be "scrambling the jets" to get (at) NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden, whom he derisively and dismissively referred to as some "hacker." Well, what he didn’t tell you is he would be scrambling other nations’ jets to get Snowden.

The Obama administration created an embarrassing international incident that is being carried all over the world for brazenly violating U.N. law, as the government summarily ordered allies to divert the plane of Bolivian President, Evo Morales, based on false accusations that Snowden was aboard the plane.

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report article "American NSA Whistleblower Comes Forward From Hong Kong (Photo)" regarding Edward Snowden's NSA leak confirming claims I'd made online for several years about the agency illegally spying on people. Today, the administration dragged France, Italy, Portugal and Austria into the fiasco, only for the latter to search the plane and find no Snowden.

The Bolivian government is rightly accusing Obama of having "kidnapped" their head of state. If that were me I’d have been angrier than a rasta at a pork festival (side bar: rastas hate the pork, don’t even say the word bacon around them LOL).

Just imagine if someone had diverted a plane with Obama on it, falsely stating he was hiding a foreign fugitive on board, as was done regarding Morales. You can’t treat people like that. Obama, "Do unto others as you would have done unto you" because you would be outraged if someone had pulled that stunt on you. You basically crapped on Bolivia’s sovereignty in an unnecessary faux pas. Even if Snowden had been onboard this move would not have been justified.

Bolivia angered by search of president's plane, no sign of Snowden

Wed Jul 3, 2013 6:49am EDT - (Reuters) - Bolivia accused Austria of an act of aggression by searching President Evo Morales' plane on Wednesday and blamed Washington for its forced landing in Vienna over suspicions that former U.S. spy agency contractor Edward Snowden was on board.

Morales' plane was stranded at Vienna airport for several hours after Portugal and France abruptly canceled air permits for it to fly through their airspace, but eventually resumed its flight home form an energy meeting in Moscow. Austria found no sign of Snowden on board. He is believed to still be in the transit area of a Moscow airport, where he has been trying since June 23 to find a country that will protect him from prosecution in the United States on espionage charges.

The diversion and search of Morales' plane were the latest turns in the 30-year-old Snowden's bid to escape the clutches of the United States since he divulged details of a secret U.S. government surveillance program, Prism. Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca blamed the forced stopover in Vienna on "unfounded suspicions that Mr Snowden was on the plane".

"We don't know who invented this lie," Choquehuanca said in La Paz. "We want to express our displeasure because this has put the president's life at risk." Bolivia's ambassador to the United Nations told reporters in Geneva that Austria's decision to search the plane was an act of aggression and a violation of international law...

FBI Director Robert Mueller Heavily Criticized For Refusing To Investigate IRS Targeting American Citizens

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller offended many via his congressional testimony last week. When asked about the progress of the FBI investigation into the IRS targeting Christians, conservatives and journalists/bloggers, he basically responded: what investigation. Mueller stated he isn't aware of any investigation, which infuriated the public.

As stated in the column prior to Mueller's congressional hearing last week, the FBI and White House ordered the IRS to target the aforementioned people purely for political reasons, as such they aren't going to investigate themselves. They aren't going to tell on themselves. This is classic FBI criminal negligence, obstruction of justice and stonewalling.

Don't be surprised to hear that documents regarding the matter have been destroyed by the FBI, DOJ and NSA. This is being done in a number of cases, due to the scandals piling up. A time is coming where the U.S. congress will have to quietly commission retired, decorated generals from the military to discretely investigate cases the FBI is covering up, questioning employees and witnesses to reconstruct incriminating files that have been unlawfully destroyed to hide the truth.

After all, it has already been revealed, Eric Holder, the head of the DOJ, the FBI's parent agency, destroyed unlawful NSA files revealing the agency illegally spying on innocent Americans in violation of the Constitution and U.S. Code.

FBI Director has No Clue about IRS Investigation

Fri, 06/14/2013 - 2:50pm - During a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing yesterday, FBI Director Robert Mueller faced some tough questioning from Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) on the agency’s investigation into the IRS’s targeting of Tea Party and conservative groups.

Mueller initially deflected Jordan’s questions, noting that the matter was under investigation. Undeterred, Jordan pressed him on several aspects of how the FBI is handling the case. Jordan asked for the name of the lead investigator and how many agents the FBI has looking into the IRS. Mueller frequent refrain was "I do not know."

"This is the most important case in the country for the past six weeks and you don’t know who the most important person is, leading the case?" asked Jordan. "Not off the top of my head," Mueller responded. Jordan asked if investigators had talked to anyone involved with the Tea Party and conservative groups, the victims of the IRS’s targeting. Congress Disowns Obama Administration Claims They Have Been In League With Secret NSA Spying

When news of the National Security Agency's secret spy program PRISM broke, revealing the NSA has been engaging in wholesale illegal surveillance of Americans, in violation of the Constitution, just as the Judiciary Report has stated for several years, U.S. President Barack Obama publicly stated in a speech, Congress knew of and supports the initiative.

Shortly after, members of Congress denounced the claim, stating they were not in league with the illegal spy program. Congress also does not support former NSA contractor of four-years, Edward Snowden, 29, disclosing the illegal spying to the press, but the legislature is also refusing to back Obama on this issue as well.

How can there be legal protection for high ranking members of government criminally violating the constitution. If one is to follow the spirit of the law, what Snowden did is not unlawful, as he exposed illegality via criminal behavior from the NSA is breaking the constitution.

People are calling for the resignation of the head of the NSA, James Clapper, stating his conduct is unlawful via spying on Americans and previously lying to Congress. Clapper, much like Robert S. Mueller of the FBI and Attorney General Eric Holder of the Justice Department, likes to mislead the public in branding whistle blowers conspiracy theorists, knowing full well, all along the administration has been doing exactly what it's been accused of in breaking the law.  

What Snowden did is brave and commendable. It took great personal sacrifice as well, due to the fact he knew he could face serious legal action from the U.S. government and the possibility of never returning to his homeland again. Snowden stated, "My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them." The Judiciary Report wishes him well, safe travels and a peaceful new life wherever he chooses.

 According to a recent press report, it was discovered disgraced Attorney General Eric Holder, destroyed incriminating files revealing under his direction, the NSA illegally spied on innocent Americans. As Holder is an employee of the United States government, destroying incriminating files constitutes obstruction of justice. It is the equivalent of destroying evidence in a case.

Where are the "checks and balances?" Where is the oversight? Where is the rule of law? Where is the accountability in that a corrupt, scandal prone sitting Attorney General can make the call to destroy evidence of serious wrongdoing on the administration's part. NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law

The NSA domestic spying scandal was turned up a notch this weekend, as revealed in the NBC story source article below entitled "Officials: NSA mistakenly intercepted emails, phone calls of innocent Americans." NSA officials are now admitting they intercepted and accessed the emails of Americans, but claim it was by mistake (it wasn't).

As stated on the site yesterday, the Washington Post revealed this week they've obtained leaked items regarding the NSA engaging in illegal surveillance against Americans, strictly prohibited by U.S. Law. Said conduct is unconstitutional on every level.

Yesterday, the NSA admitted something the Judiciary Report has stated for several years – the agency is illegally reading the emails of innocent Americans (among other things) as stated in the NBC article. In the September 28, 2010 article "Obama Trying To Control The Internet" the Judiciary Report stated, "The fact of the matter is the FBI, CIA and NSA, have already been reading people's emails and scanning the back end of websites. This is done more for a political advantage, than national security."

In the December 3, 2009 article "Pentagon Has Weak Computer Security Procedures" the Judiciary Report stated, "The State Department, CIA, FBI and NSA, routinely hack into the computers of innocent Americans and international citizens, in criminal violation of the law, then illegally disseminates the contents to whomever they feel like." Other items revealing this include the article Obama's DOJ Engaging In Warrantless Email Scanning and It Has Been Confirmed The U.S. Government Is Spying On Scientists AndDoctors In Violation Of The Constitution.

In a February 7, 2007 item on the Judiciary Report's sister site, the Sound Off Column, I stated, "The FBI and NSA are still wiretapping people left right and center who shouldn't be according to the Constitution, relying on gray areas of the law to do this." For the past 7-years, I have been warning via my sites, beginning with the Sound Off Column in 2006, about the NSA and FBI illegally spying on Americans.

As the news this week regarding the NSA's illegal program PRISM leaked, hitting the press in a massive scandal, it is further proof I have been telling the truth all along. I have no reason to lie about anyone. I do not believe all publicity is good publicity. I’m not a media whore. I don't seek attention, as I am somewhat of a recluse. I value my name and do my best to live a decent, honest life. I don’t resort to antics and engage in gossip. Therefore, when I write something, it is for a reason. My site exclusives have proven true time and time again, supporting the honesty and integrity behind my articles.

One of the worst things is when the government illegally classifies you as a spy or terrorist, because that is the only way they can obtain court orders to spy on you - all because you are a journalist or have a blog or website stating things that exposes their conduct. This weekend they admitted they did this to innocent people, as NBC wrote, "The National Security Agency has at times mistakenly intercepted the private email messages and phone calls of Americans who had no link to terrorism, requiring Justice Department officials to report the errors to a secret national security court and destroy the data, according to two former U.S. intelligence officials."

As stated this week, journalists and bloggers who write items critical of the government and expose their conduct (as I have for several years) were illegally and secretly labeled criminal spies or terrorists in government documents, in order for the FBI and DOJ to unlawfully obtain court orders to spy on the selected scribes. It's the only way the secret FISA court judges would sign court orders approving the illegal wiretapping, CIPAV computer trojan hacking and email copying by the FBI and NSA, unlawfully targeting innocent people for political reasons.

This week, Attorney General, Eric Holder was lambasted in the press for this criminal misconduct, done to men such as Fox's James Rosen. Holder has expressed regret over this misconduct he ordered and signed off on (Eric Holder Accused Of Perjury In Congress Regarding Lying About Spying On Journalists Proving The Site Correct). As stated on NBC, the FBI's parent agency, "the Justice Department (which) represents the NSA before the federal judges on the secret (FISA) court."

I remember one incident in 2006, where a phone company worker, who could not reconcile what was going on said to me, "Are you a spy?" due to the illegal wiretap the FBI had placed on my phone line, all because I write items online exposing their unlawful conduct. It was offensive.

There was a second incident where another telephone company worker and I were in my backyard standing by their apparatus for my phone line, noticed the interference on the lines I complained of, which made it difficult to make calls and he stated, "No one is in the house, yet there is all this activity on the phone line" (see: wiretap). He stated it is abnormal for a phone line to do so. A third telephone specialist stated he can't remove a wiretap placed by Washington (FBI). The constitution states there is free press, but the FBI, DOJ and NSA disagree.   

Ironically, it is due to Madonna’s criminal conduct in the Aisha v. FBI case that I discovered all this misconduct coming out of the government, regarding them illegally spying on Americans. I have to question at this point, was covering the commissioned criminal copyright infringement, illegal wiretapping and harassment crimes of a known money grubbing industry thief and fraud Madonna worth so many secrets coming out. Was it really worth hiding the Freedom of Information Act files regarding what she's done.

Madonna's Kabbalah continues to harass me and my family in Miami, contacting our friends and business associates, with red string bracelet wearing members of the cult also stalking and coming up to us in restaurants, at the supermarket, in public libraries, malls and other stores. They spout the cult's signature, deranged philosophies and jargon that only makes sense to them. There was also an incident recently, regarding a Kabbalah member who has approached my family in public THREE TIMES after stalking us, attempting to assault my elderly mother as she was going into the public bathroom of a Chase bank in North Miami Beach, in an incident that is on file and has witnesses. We also have pictures of him.

Madonna also continues to criminally steal from my PREEXISTING, Library of Congress registered copyrights, spreading them around Hollywood like a dirty thief and criminal. She's stolen so much from my copyrights that took me over 25-years to author and register with the Copyright Office in Washington. She's a dirty degenerate with no conscience. Even the story for the Summit Films/Maverick Films movie "Twilight" was criminally stolen from my PREEXISTING copyrights.

Did the FBI really think I was going to take any of this well and remain silent. As stated previously, I went to the FBI in 2005 and was interviewed by them twice regarding Madonna and co's aforementioned criminal copyright infringement, harassment and illegal wiretapping, as Congress states by law they have solely been given jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute such crimes.

I am not going to keep silent. On the contrary, look for more secrets regarding the FBI and co. to come out – even if I have to start a new website to do it. The lawlessness coming out of the government is unreal. It is bringing the country down financially and violating people's right to privacy, property and prosperity.

The government has allowed criminals to damage America to terrible degrees. From Madoff to the men behind the mortgage crisis that exploded in 2008, costing millions of people their homes. Never mind the Judiciary Report warned from 2006 that the U.S. economy was being damaged by ponzi schemers and separately an economic crash was coming (it arrived in 2008).

All this lawlessness from the government and connected people in the business sector has been a massive exercise in false economy, as far more has been financially lost than gained, via the illegality and greed. It's time for the government to clean up the mess they've made, lest things get worse.

At least some of the phone calls and emails were pulled from among the hundreds of millions stored by telecommunications companies as part of an NSA surveillance program. James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, Thursday night publicly acknowledged what he called "a sensitive intelligence collection program" after its existence was disclosed by the Guardian newspaper.

Ret. Adm. Dennis Blair, who served as President Obama’s DNI in 2009 and 2010, told NBC News that, in one instance in 2009, analysts entered a phone number into agency computers and "put one digit wrong," and mined a large volume of information about Americans with no connection to terror. The matter was reported to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, whose judges required that all the data be destroyed, he said.

Another former senior official, who asked not to be identified, confirmed Blair’s recollection and said the incident created serious problems for the Justice Department, which represents the NSA before the federal judges on the secret court.

The judges "were really upset about this," said the former official. As a result, Attorney General Eric Holder pledged to the judges that the intelligence agencies would take steps to correct the problem as a condition of renewing the NSA’s surveillance program...

Eric Holder Accused Of Perjury In Congress Regarding Lying About Spying On Journalists Proving The Site Correct

An embarrassed and humiliated Attorney General, Eric Holder, is trying to backtrack on what amounts to criminal behavior, as he had illegally labeled Fox News journalist, James Rosen, a criminal spy, in order to gain court approval to spy on him. Holder was searching for anything he could find to destroy Rosen for engaging in his constitutional right to free press, via exposing government misconduct (particularly Holder’s and that of the administration). Self-interest was at play once again, as they’ve done this to a number of journalists who exposed crimes being committed by the government against the American people.

For years the Judiciary Report has stated the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) has been illegally spying on journalists and people in general with publicly outspoken views (usually for political reasons) by lying about them in official documents, labeling them criminals such as spies or terrorists. It is the only way the FBI/DOJ can legally get court clearance to spy on someone under such circumstances and it is a dirty political trick that needs to desist.

When the FBI/DOJ does such things they become the laughingstock of the intelligence community, as world governments and spy groups know they did not employ the individuals who have been defamatorily labeled spies, just so the FBI/DOJ can spy on them for political reasons. What is basically amounts to is this: you lawfully wrote something about me I didn’t like, so I’m going to waste taxpayer money and investigate you with the hope I can viciously harass you and your loved ones out of revenge, making you shut up.

The worst part is when their unconstitutional investigations into the aforementioned law abiding targets gets nasty and personal out of nothing but revenge, as it so often does at the low brow agency. The FBI then begins contacting friends and family members of the innocent target(s), approaching their loved ones and friends with outrageous, defamatory lies, in bids at turning them against them.

They will state it is "a matter of national security" or "life and death" requesting the target’s loved ones and friends assist the FBI in trying to demoralize, harass and abandon the target they will deceitfully make out to be the most horrible person alive, all because some big wig in Washington didn’t like a piece they wrote for a blog, website or newspaper, exposing some truth they did not want uncovered.

Holder now states of his disgraceful behavior, "I'm a little concerned that things have gotten a little out of whack. I think we can do a better job than we have. We can reform those regulations, reform those guidelines to better reflect that balance. I don't like that, because it means me as official who has great respect for the press, is in essence saying a reporter doing his or her job and doing that important job is somehow branded a criminal. I'm just not comfortable with that, we're going to change that."

A number of politicians from both political parties want Holder to resign, due to the mounting scandals that have thoroughly discredited him. However, law-breaking Holder states he has no intention of resigning. It is going to come back to haunt him, as more scandals loom regarding his behavior in office that was not in line with the law.

Pardon the pun, but quit while you’re ahead, Holder.
