President Barack Obama's White House Staff Reveals Republicans Seek To Impeach Him

Barack Obama

The staff of U.S. President Barack Obama is stating rival Republicans seek to impeach him. The Blaze website published an article stating the president's cabinet full expects it. Considering the Obama Administration's penchant for illegally spying on people, as revealed in the NSA Prism scandal, as exposed by former government contractor, Edward Snowden, they've heard something and are bracing themselves.

The Blaze reported, "The topic first made news Friday after Dan Pfeiffer, a counselor to the president, told a Christian Science Monitor breakfast: 'I would not discount that possibility. I think Speaker Boehner, by going down the path of this lawsuit, has opened the door to Republicans possibly considering impeachment at some in the future.' Asked about the comment, Earnest said, 'There are senior members of the Republican Party, or prominent voices in the Republican Party who are calling for exactly that.'" ...

White House: Republicans May Push to Impeach Obama If They Get the Chance

Jul. 25, 2014 5:00 pm - The notion of impeaching President Barack Obama got substantial attention Friday from two White House officials, who both said senior Republicans wanted to see it happen. But they couldn’t name any senior Republicans when pressed. Further, White House press secretary Josh Earnest expressed doubt about whether House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) was sincere when he said impeachment is not on the table.

“I do believe that the speaker said on a number of occasions that there would not be steps taken by Republicans to shut down the government over health care,” Earnest said of Boehner, adding, “Maybe you need to ask him a little bit more about whether impeachment is on the table or not.”

Some conservatives have called for impeaching Obama regarding executive overreach on issues such as Obamacare, immigration and guns without congressional authorization. The Democratic National Committee and Organizing for America have consistently used impeachment in fundraising emails to warn donors about what could happen if Republicans win more seats in the House and gain control of the Senate.

The topic first made news Friday after Dan Pfeiffer, a counselor to the president, told a Christian Science Monitor breakfast: “I would not discount that possibility. I think Speaker Boehner, by going down the path of this lawsuit, has opened the door to Republicans possibly considering impeachment at some in the future.” Asked about the comment, Earnest said, “There are senior members of the Republican Party, or prominent voices in the Republican Party who are calling for exactly that.” ...

Obama's National Security Agency Rejects German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Request To See Her NSA File

President Barack Obama

For several years the Judiciary Report has maintained that the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the latter an agency I’ve interacted with thanks to moronic Madonna and Rupert Murdoch’s unlawful conduct, have been illegally spying on Americans and global citizens (NSA Admits Employees Illegally Spied On Love Interests And Significant Others Confirming Site’s Previous Claims). Years after my sites made said claims, scandals broke in the mainstream press confirming my websites’ previous claims.

As mentioned on the site last year, months before the National Security Agency's PRISM spying scandal broke regarding former computer contractor, Edward Snowden, bravely releasing documents and digital files confirming illegal spying activity by the government, I’d applied to the NSA for a copy of my file under the Freedom of Information Act. The NSA politely declined to give me my file. However, now I don’t feel so bad, because German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, was just denied a copy of her file as well. If she can't get her file there was next to no chance I would be getting mine.

Angela Merkel

Merkel is an ally of President Obama, but that didn’t stop him  from spying on his foreign counterpart, wiretapping her phones and hacking her emails. To honor the Freedom Of Information Act enacted by Congress and release her file to Chancellor Merkel, would confirm what Obama has questionably done, regarding her and others.

The part I dislike about this and have from the start is when the government declines Freedom of Information Act requests, it gives the public the false impression you’ve done something you shouldn’t have for the government to have spied on you. However, as has been shown by the PRISM scandal, the government has been amassing illegal files on writers such as myself, whose websites or newspapers release articles with exclusives that breaks stories exposing unlawful conduct or items critical of the government violating the Constitution.

The Judiciary Report also broke the news that connected writers, who receive tips the government would like to use before said items hit the internet and becomes public knowledge via articles, are also being spied on, which has since been confirmed (New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims).

Angela Merkel denied access to her NSA file

Thursday 10 April 2014 13.31 EDT - Frustration with US government rises over failure to clear up questions about surveillance of German chancellor's phone. Angela Merkel, the German chancellor. The US government's refusal to allow Merkel access to her own NSA file contrasts with the ease with which Germans can see files relating to the activities of the Stasi. The US government is refusing to grant Angela Merkel access to her NSA file or answer formal questions from Germany about its surveillance activities, raising the stakes before a crucial visit by the German chancellor to Washington.

Merkel will meet Barack Obama in three weeks, on her first visit to the US capital since documents leaked by whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed that the NSA had been monitoring her phone. The face-to-face meeting between the two world leaders had been intended as an effort to publicly heal wounds after the controversy, but Germany remains frustrated by the White House's refusal to come clean about its surveillance activities in the country.

In October, Obama personally assured Merkel that the US is no longer monitoring her calls, and promised it will not do so in the future. However, Washington has not answered a list of questions submitted by Berlin immediately after Snowden's first tranche of revelations appeared in the Guardian and Washington Post in June last year, months before the revelations over Merkel's phone...

The Guardian Newspaper And Washington Post Receive Pulitzer Prize For Work With Edward Snowden On NSA Spying

Edward Snowden

The Guardian newspaper in London, England and the Washington Post in America have won the prestigious Pulitzer Prize for their insightful coverage of the NSA Prism scandal, as revealed by former National Security Agency contractor, Edward Snowden. Congrats! It is well deserved. The American people needed to receive confirmation of the vast spying network both the Bush and then Obama administrations have utilized in violation of the Constitution.

The Judiciary Report and its sister site the Sound Off Column first reported of it in 2006 and 2007, from personal experience in dealing with the FBI, regarding Anthony Pellicano (who is now in prison) and the phone hacking scandal, which I broke first, after being target by media maggot, Rupert Murdoch and his fellow Kabbalah Center member Madonna.

At the end of the day, privacy is paramount. The American people and citizens of the world as a whole, deserve privacy and to be afforded dignity in not being spied on. The innocent should not suffer because of those doing wrong in society. There exists a better way to patrol criminal activity.

NSA Seeks To Expand Its Illegal Spying Using Billions Of Dollars Per Year In Taxpayer Money

Barack Obama

Reports circulating in the press indicate that as much as U.S. President Barack Obama has stated he seeks to reform the National Security Agency (NSA) the agency has revealed they plan to expand domestic and international spying, much of which is illegal. Under the U.S. Constitution, NSA spying on Americans is illegal. However, in a scandal I broke, which was confirmed by documents leaked years later by courageous whistleblower, Edward Snowden, the agency has been violating the Constitution. Though Congress has vocally spoken out against it, they’ve done nothing to stop it.

NSA

NSA spying emanating from the program PRISM (among other illegal spy programs the agency maintains in tandem with the FBI and CIA) is very costly and coming straight out of taxpayer money to the tune of billions of dollars per year. This money could be better served in the U.S. economy creating jobs, scholarships for students seeking to attend university, underwriting Small Business Association loans, providing grants for Americans seeking to buy a home who qualify but do not have sufficient funds for the down payment plus closing costs, revitalizing neighborhoods suffering from urban decay and helping the homeless. Instead the money is going to a series of computer systems to collect illegally obtained surveillance data that is very expensive to maintain. The money to purchase the computers and related software was not spread around many companies and people. It was a poor use of taxpayer money that isn’t making America any richer.

President Obama Calls For Reform Of The NSA After Spying Scandal

Barack Obama

This is a follow-up to an exclusive story I broke first (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). U.S. President Barack Obama has pledged to reform the National Security Agency (NSA) after former employee, Edward Snowden, presented the world with hard evidence that the agency is spying on Americans in violation of the Constitution.

The scandal has grown worse over the past several months, after Snowden first made the information public last summer, with the latest revelation exposing the fact the NSA illegally collects 200 million domestic and international text messages per day, in violation of the law.

President Obama has stated via a representative that he, "Will require intelligence agencies to obtain permission from a secret court before tapping into a vast trove of telephone data, but he will leave the data in the hands of the government for now." Many domestic and global citizens have voiced their displeasure at the NSA's illegal spying, putting pressure on President Obama to make changes.

Obama to Call for Overhaul of N.S.A.’s Phone Data Collection Program

January 17, 2014 - WASHINGTON — President Obama will require intelligence agencies to obtain permission from a secret court before tapping into a vast trove of telephone data, but he will leave the data in the hands of the government for now, an administration official said.

Mr. Obama, in a much-anticipated speech on Friday morning, plans to pull back the government’s wide net of surveillance at home and abroad, staking out a middle ground between the far-reaching proposals of his own advisers and the concerns of the nation’s intelligence agencies...

NSA Spying Extends To Intercepting Computer Deliveries To Plant Special Spyware And Data Stealing Cables

NSA offices

A new report coming out of Germany indicates the NSA's PRISM scandal runs much deeper than has been acknowledged by the National Security Agency. The Spiegel news agency reports the NSA has a hacking division known as TAO that specializes in hard to reach hacking targets.

NSA headquarters

The NSA's TAO division employs tactics such as intercepting computer deliveries to install malware on computer units and replacing regular cables with special data cables that collect and transmit data back to the agency. A few years ago, there was a reported case of someone buying a brand new computer only to open it up and find malware pre-installed on the unit. Therefore, the claims regarding the NSA's TAO are not far fetched.

Will Congress Reform The NSA

President Barack Obama

The NSA scandal regarding revelations of the agency's illegal PRISM program that has been spying on Americans in violation of the U.S. Constitution, has been one of the top stories of the year. Former NSA contractor Edward Snowden provided the nation and world with proof of the illegal program's existence as he rightly stated it is violating the Constitution.

Members of Congress have spoken out against PRISM, as well as a U.S. Circuit Court judge. Some in Congress have promised reforms, but will they truly bring them into being or become fearful of the NSA, CIA, FBI and White House coming after them in surreptitious ways.

Judge Vindicates Edward Snowden Ruling NSA Spying Unconstitutional

Government Weighing Amnesty

President Barack Obama

Today, a U.S. federal judge ruled the National Security Agency (NSA) spy program PRISM is "unconstitutional." The judge's ruling vindicates NSA whistle blower and former employee, Edward Snowden, who in June 2013, leaked official agency documents confirming the existence of the illegal mass spying.

The NSA wants the remainder of the unreleased documents back, with some at the agency contemplating cutting a deal with Snowden. NSA official Richard Ledgett stated regarding the subject, "My personal view is, yes, granting Snowden amnesty is worth having a conversation about." However, the White House, namely President Obama, has rejected the idea. President Obama is very angry regarding Snowden's disclosures and leaks, as it reveals his administration is breaking the law domestically and internationally.

I wish Mr. Snowden the very best and commend his sacrifice, as his pursues a new life in Russia, where he has been granted asylum. Maybe one day, the government will see him for the courageous whistle blower he is and not an enemy of the state.

The judge's ruling today also concurs with what I have written on the Judiciary Report and sister site the Sound Off Column for the past several years (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

For several years the Judiciary Report and the Sound Off Column have published exclusive copyrighted, time stamped articles stating the NSA and FBI, among other federal agencies, are illegally spying on innocent Americans and international citizens ("The FBI and NSA are still wiretapping people left right and center who shouldn't be according to the Constitution, relying on gray areas of the law to do this." - Sound Off Column February 7, 2007).

I stated this in the Sound Off Column because I am one of those people. I kept outing them online, hoping they would stop, but they never did. Even now that Snowden has outed them, the illegal spying regarding scores of innocent Americans and foreign citizens still has not desisted.

I discovered the illegal spying due to the Madonna case. I was interviewed by the FBI twice in November 2005, with items I stated used verbatim four months later to indict Madonna's private investigator, Colombo family mafia member, Anthony Pellicano, on illegal wiretapping, hacking, identity theft and racketeering charges. I also broke the phone hacking scandal first (online) via a police complaint regarding Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, which is connected to the Pellicano scandal and Madonna, who is Murdoch's crony and business associate.

I've been working on my forthcoming film Justice And Truth regarding Madonna, the Anthony Pellicano case, the phone hacking scandal, as well as the illegal spying going on in the federal government (since, thanks to Madonna's greed and lawbreaking, I discovered the government spying as well through data evidence and unimpeachable sources responsible for some of my exclusives which later proved 100% true).

The Traffic Facts web analytic program by webhost Go Daddy, identifies servers that connect to/read websites of the company's customers. For years Traffic Facts has been logging the NSA as regular visitors to my sites years. Traffic Facts has also logged the FBI, DOJ, CIA and  many members of Congress, among others in government, as regular site visitors as well.

I've been outspoken about government matters for years via my articles and that is something the government pays attention to regarding journalists and bloggers (which I have repeatedly warned journalists and bloggers online about for several years and now they see it for themselves ). Innocent writers are being spied on by the government as a means of control.

In February 2013, FOUR MONTHS BEFORE Edward Snowden leaked documents in the PRISM scandal, I had written to the NSA under the Freedom of Information Act, requesting items they are unconstitutionally keeping on me in tandem with the FBI. For years, an unimpeachable source informed me the FBI and NSA, has been illegally spying on me and are hiding the documents, in violation of congressional guidelines.

I have nothing to hide, so when I formally requested the items under the Freedom of Information Act, both agencies, to be in compliance with Congress should have released them to me, as that is the law of the land. The FBI fought tooth and nail in court not to, as the files reveal the FBI has been breaking the law regarding spying on me with the judge granting them "sovereign immunity" regarding their illegal conduct.

Due to the complaint I filed and subsequent interviews with the FBI in 2005 regarding Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano having proven credible and resulted in sweeping convictions, the FBI decided to dig in regarding me. The FBI began using me for tips without my consent, via illegally hacking and wiretapping me, to create prosecutable cases and convictions in court, based on items I received tips on and researched for my columns and unpublished work.

The FBI began mining my phone calls, computer contents, emails and unpublished article exclusives regarding numerous companies, people and subjects. I blew the whistle on it online in 2010 and in 2013 it was confirmed with a mainstream scandal revealing the FBI and DOJ illegally wiretapped and spied on AP reporters to build criminal cases: New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims.

The NSA, however, tried another approach. In writing they simply refused to confirm or deny that they are spying on me, in a written response to my FOIA request. If you are not spying on someone, you are supposed to state there are no records responsive to your request or we do not have any files on you (with the exception of the FBI's secret file room). The NSA wrote to me in March 2013 regarding my FOIA request and stated in the letter the matter is classified.

If they weren't spying on me all they had to say was sit your butt down, we don't know you. What the NSA wrote in the letter that particularly got my attention was the paragraph, "Your request is denied pursuant to the first exemption of the FOIA, which provides that the FOIA does not apply to matters that are specially authorized under criteria established by an Executive Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign relations and properly classified pursuant to such Executive Order."

I am Jamaican born and have lived in America since age 8. The only category in the NSA letter which I could possibly fall under would be "foreign relations." Yes, my family in Jamaica is famous and well connected politically, musically and in sports, but what could the FBI have done regarding me that is so terrible it would affect "foreign relations" (see: Madonna).

A scanned copy of the NSA's response to my Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request regarding them unconstitutionally maintaining files on me:

Obamacare Problems And NSA Scandal Take President Obama's Approval Ratings To Record Lows

Barack Obama

Things are not going well for President Barack Obama. The president's approval ratings have dropped to a record low of 39%, due to catastrophic problems with Obamacare, his health care program that is being rejected by the public, the government shutdown and the ever widening NSA Prism scandal.

The best course of action to take regarding the NSA scandal is to stop the illegal, wholesale spying. It's that simple. It is costing America a fortune and not producing any real results in terms of crime prevention. The prudent choice regarding repairing the damage caused by the government shutdown is to not let it happen again, when current political and budgetary terms expire in a few months.

It was revealed only 6 people signed up for Obamacare on the first day it launched. An estimated 250 signed up on the second day. Many Americans are complaining about being dropped from their current health insurance plans and being hit with large fees to enroll in Obamacare. The president publicly apologized for this yesterday.

The website for Obamacare has not been fixed at this time, creating more complications and headaches for members of the public attempting to sign up for health insurance. The Judiciary Report retains the view expressed in a previous column, the government should retain the services of a web team experienced in designing, launching and maintaining websites for health insurance companies. The opposite had been done regarding the Obamacare website and it crashed upon its debut last month. Time to change course and hire people experienced in this particular type of website.

Questions Being Raised If Barack Obama Knew About The NSA Wiretapping Other Heads Of State And The Answer Is...

Yes!

Barack Obama

The press and political pundits are loudly speculating whether President Barack Obama knew the National Security Agency (NSA) has been illegally spying on heads of state, due to a new leak by former employee Edward Snowden, via the Guardian newspaper in Britain.

The Judiciary Report covered this topic on May 26, 2010 in the article Barack Obama Wiretapping Heads Of State, after it was stated Obama's Department of Justice, headed up by Eric Holder, illegally spied on the calls of former Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding during the extradition request for Dudus. At the time, the Obama Administration tried to deny the claim.

However, prior to the denials, my credible connection in Jamaica had stated to me over the phone regarding Golding and the Obama administration's illegal wiretapping, "they have him on tape." The tape claim was also discussed in the articles Newspaper Reports The NSA Is Illegally Spying On 35 World Leaders and The NSA Gets President Obama Into International Trouble Over Spying On Other Heads Of State, posted before the latest spot-on piece by the Guardian. This week, Snowden and the Guardian confirmed the illegal widespread spying targeting world leaders, creating a major scandal.

At the end of the day, Obama should not be spying on other heads of state and other heads of state should not spy on him either. So many laws are violated when this occurs. Not to mention, allies end up feeling violated, betrayed and underappreciated. This is not good for America's interests in the world. Here's hoping proposed legislation in Congress aimed at taming the problems transpiring, regarding widespread spying against innocent Americans and foreigners, will succeed.

People Protest NSA Spying Via Washington Rally

President Barack Obama

A protest was held in Washington, D.C. yesterday to protest the widespread, unconstitutional spying being committed by the NSA. Revelations by intelligent American whistleblower Edward Snowden continue to expose criminal wrongdoing at the agency, who continues to receive many billions in taxpayer funds.

"Stop Spying" protest in Washington

The peaceful protest went well and is another sign of the public's displeasure regarding being spied on in violation of the law. It is being stated the government seeks to introduce legislation in congress to curb the unlawful, rampant spying, which includes illegal wiretaps, email scanning and copying, bank account tracking and GPS, among other things.

The NSA Gets President Obama Into International Trouble Over Spying On Other Heads Of State

Obama Receives Angry Calls From Heads Of State

Barack Obama

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report exclusive articles NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law (June 9, 2013) and Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video) (August 22, 2013) regarding the NSA's illegal spying which the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column broke FIRST several years ago.

This week a fresh scandal cropped up as more revelations from courageous American whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed, the NSA has been illegally spying on the heads of state of Mexico, France and Germany, via wiretapping their phone calls (they aren't the only ones being spied on - the list is longer and even includes ally Great Britain). The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for years that spying on other world governments is a violation of international law.

Years ago one of my connections had privately revealed to me that the Obama Administration had illegally wiretapped the Jamaican Prime Minister, during and leading up to the Dudus extradition scandal, which I stated is illegal and unethical. Then the scandal broke and news came forth that the Obama Administration had indeed unlawfully listened into calls of then Prime Minister Bruce Golding.

Edward Snowden

I do not agree with any head of state anywhere in the world illegally wiretapping another. International law dictates that one cannot wiretap a person in a foreign nation without the expressed consent of the justice department of said nation, as it will violate the laws of the country in question. No justice department in the world is going to grant another nation the legal right to wiretap their head of state. It's just not done. When such an international incident occurs and it does happen, there is no legal foundation for such conduct.

Obama needs to clean up the NSA and its sister agency the FBI. The expansive, illegal surveillance of Americans and foreigners is costing America a fortune, which could be better used to help the poor and homeless, send many American students to university on scholarship, repair roads and bridges, restore great grant programs at the Small Business Association and give financial subsidies to Americans seeking to buy homes (those were great programs and the reason homeownership and business ownership was so high during the Clinton years). This would be a better use of the tens of billions of dollars per year the illegal surveillance is costing the U.S. taxpayers.

The Judiciary Report does not oppose the use of legal wiretapping, GPS tracking, bank account scanning and subpoenaing emails, files and documents of lawbreakers, to aide the Justice Department in building and prosecuting cases against real criminals, such as organized crime outfits, financial fraudsters and those engaging in violence or sex crimes against members of the public. However, illegally spying on millions of innocent Americans and citizens in foreign countries is unlawful domestically and internationally.

The NSA Illegally Accessing VISA To Spy On People Confirms The Site's Previous Claims

NSA

This month a new scandal erupted regarding the NSA spying scandal, which the Judiciary Report's sister site the the Sound Off Column broke first. The latest scandal involves the public revelation that the NSA has been accessing Visa and Swift Networks, spying on the public's financial transactions.

However, the Judiciary Report and the Sound Off Column have stated for years that the FBI and its sister agency the NSA (who share information and surveillance data among each other) have been spying on the public's financial transactions and credit reports, which includes Visa and SWIFT (see article links below).

Some in government would rather have you believe a writer like me is paranoid or using my imagination as I do with authoring copyrighted movie scripts, songs and books (among other things). However, sorry to state, the Judiciary Report's articles and those published on its sister site, the Sound Off Column, are not works of fiction, as attested by many site exclusives which later proved true.

We are living in a police state (with NSA and FBI spying having gone global, a police world) which I found out the hard way after my interactions with the untrustworthy, treacherous FBI several years ago. Privacy is a myth. This conduct is wholly illegal. You know what's worse, some of the worst things they are doing hasn't even come out yet.

Congress Demands Answers From Eric Holder And The NSA Regarding Why They Are Sharing Americans Private Information With The DEA

Barack Obama

This is a follow up to the August 25, 2013 Judiciary Report article NSA Admits Employees Illegally Spied On Love Interests And Significant Others Confirming Site’s Previous Claims regarding a scandal I broke first in 2006 NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law.

Director Of National Intelligence, over the NSA, James Clapper

There’s nothing a drug dealer detests more than a snitch. Turns out some may have fallen afoul of drug dealers, who wrongly believed they snitched on them when it was actually the NSA (National Security Agency, which is now clearly the National Snitch Agency) tipping off the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency). A report today indicates Congress is demanding answers regarding why the NSA violated U.S. law in spying on Americans and then sharing the information with sister agency the DEA, which led to drug busts.

Robert S. Mueller and Attorney General (DOJ) Eric Holder - two of the culprits behind much of the spying. Congress is demanding Holder give an explanation for this latest scandal regarding the DEA and NSA.

Congress is not against drug busts, but these were not in compliance with the law as evidence was illegally obtained via the NSA, who is forbidden under U.S. law to spy on Americans. The Judiciary Report has maintained for several years in a story sister site the Sound Off Column broke first, the FBI and NSA are spying on Americans in violation of the law and sharing the info with other agencies and sometimes with civilians for profit.

*The Judiciary Report has broken government stories first such as FBI Collected Thousands Of Phone Records Illegally (Patriot Act Abuses) and New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims and News Report: The IRS Targeted Christians and FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating and Another FBI Agent Caught Taking Bribes To Derail Serious Cases (Video). Senators demand answers on drug agency’s use of NSA domestic surveillance

Published time: August 27, 2013 21:21 - A group of lawmakers have asked United States Attorney General Eric Holder to explain recent allegations that federal drug busts have been carried out using non-terrorism intelligence collected by the National Security Agency and shared outside the NSA.

The eight legislators — all Democrats — have asked the country’s top attorney to weigh in on the reports published by Reuters earlier this month in which the NSA is accused of tipping off Drug Enforcement Administration agents to help orchestrate narcotics busts.

"These allegations raise serious concerns that gaps in the policy and law are allowing overreach by the federal government's intelligence gathering apparatus," wrote the senators - Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin, Ron Wyden of Oregon, Tom Udall of New Mexico, Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut and Sherrod Brown of Ohio.

Congress Wants Holder To Explain Intelligence Sharing Between NSA And DEA

Tuesday August 27, 2013 7:58 am - As the ACLU claims the NSA’s phone collection program is illegal in court papers filed Monday, members of Congress are putting pressure on Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions regarding news reports that the DEA has access to NSA intelligence and is sharing that information with numerous agencies and personnel in the government. Even if the NSA survives the ACLU’s court challenge there is little doubt that the NSA intelligence gathered should not have gone to the DEA let alone to the wide range of places the DEA shared the information.

Eight Democratic senators and congressmen have asked Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions about a Reuters report that the National Security Agency supplies the Drug Enforcement Administration with intelligence information used to make non-terrorism cases against American citizens.

The August report revealed that a secretive DEA unit passes the NSA information to agents in the field, including those from the Internal Revenue Service, the FBI and Homeland Security, with instructions to never disclose the original source, even in court. In most cases, the NSA tips involve drugs, money laundering and organized crime, not terrorism.

Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video)

It was revealed yesterday that a judge ruled the NSA (National Security Agency) illegally spied on Americans in violation of the U.S. Code and Constitution. This confirms what the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column Column stated several years ago, when breaking the news first - the NSA is illegally spying on people.

The video report posted above was carried on CNN yesterday and indicated the U.S. Justice Department, the parent agency of the NSA, went to the court in 2011 and confessed it has been illegally spying on Americans for "three years" (2009). However, the truth is, as the copyrighted, time stamped Sound Off Column articles revealed as early as 2006, the NSA has been illegally spying on Americans much longer than the government owned up to in court (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

The Judiciary Report is for law and order and agrees government agencies need the correct and appropriate tools to investigate and prosecute crime. The government should be allowed to engage wiretaps, subpoena emails and utilize surveillance tracking via tailing cars, against drug kingpins, mafia members, financial fraudsters on Wall Street and criminals in the entertainment industry (among others). That's how one makes successful cases against real criminals.

However, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site the Sound Off Column has consistently maintained in articles for several years, members of government are abusing these privileges, via engaging wiretaps, waging computer hacking exploits, issuing private subpoenas for emails and activating GPS tracking against innocent Americans for financial and political gain. The NSA, which shares its data with the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Homeland Security, the State Department and the White House, illegally spied on innocent Americans in doing so, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution never designed America to be a police state.

For example, FBI agents have illegally spied on innocent women they find attractive, wiretapping them, obtaining their license information, peeking into their computers and emails and used GPS in bids at landing them as sex partners. FBI agents have taken bribes to search all surveillance and intelligence databases and sell the information on select innocent individuals to others for cash and non-monetary bribes.

FBI agents and executives have illegally spied on companies and  used the data to make money on the stock market, which qualifies as insider trading. FBI executives have illegally shared surveillance data on innocent Americans (emails, computer files, GPS tracking data, wiretap contents) of a very private nature with politicians for profit. These are abuses of surveillance tools meant to aid in prosecuting criminals, not used for undue profit at innocent Americans' expense.

Edward Snowden’s Leak Forces Government To Reform NSA Surveillance

Barack Obama

Articulate NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, is being credited with proposed changes to the manner in which the government conducts surveillance into the lives of Americans, due to his powerful leak of evidence regarding the Obama Administration’s PRISM spy program at the National Security Agency.

President Obama, fully aware of its unconstitutional capabilities, unwisely signed off on PRISM and has used it himself on political enemies who are not criminals, violating the privacy of Americans, via the unlawful collection of phone calls and emails of the public.

This was conducted without regard to the rule of law or innocence. It has become a powerful, political spying tool targeting the American people, among others, with no real government oversight. There are gross privacy abuses being committed for inappropriate reasons. The Constitution is being disregarded. Where are the "checks and balances."

Edward Snowden pictured above. Dude, you are the man.

The greatest abuses are occurring at the FBI and DOJ, who routinely use PRISM data from the NSA for unsavory and unlawful purposes, violating the privacy of the public with no legal justification. The Judiciary Report and its sister columns have written for years that the aforementioned agencies have been illegally spying on people and in many cases for personal, political and or financial gain. Years later, Snowden's leak confirms the sites' allegations (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

Since the time the Judiciary Report and its sister site first made these allegations, three FBI agents have been arrested and indicted on illegally spying on innocent Americans in exchange for financial gain and or personal advancement (FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating, Another FBI Agent Caught Taking Bribes To Derail Serious Cases).

Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder

FBI executives abuse PRISM and other spy tools for political and financial gain, at the American people's expense, often acting in tandem with select politicians in Congress and the White House. The government is running the nation as a police state, with total disregard for the Constitution, which is sad and regrettable, because it is an exemplary document on how a nation should be successfully run, giving rights, liberty and prosperity to the people.

The conduct of higher ups at the FBI who routinely engage in these abuses says a lot, as things haven’t change much since former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover spied on scores of people for political gain, even doing so to control Congress and outspoken critics of the government. As they say, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Assange: Obama 'validates' Snowden

USA TODAY 12:21 p.m. EDT August 11, 2013 - WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says President Obama's plans to make changes in National Security Agency surveillance programs stem from a single source: Edward Snowden. Obama "validated Edward Snowden's role as a whistle-blower" with his proposals to revamp NSA programs, Assange said in a written statement Saturday.

"But rather than thank Edward Snowden, the president laughably attempted to criticize him while claiming that there was a plan all along, 'before Edward Snowden,'" Assange said. "The simple fact is that without Snowden's disclosures, no one would know about the programs and no reforms could take place."...

President Obama Talks Transparency But Is He Living Up To His Word

Barack Obama

Due to the Edward Snowden leaks regarding the illegal NSA program PRISM, being used by the Obama Administration to spy on innocent people, President Obama is promising transparency in government.

However, Obama made this same promise in 2009 and as you can see, PRISM went full throttle after that.
I would like to take the President at his word, but sadly I and many others know better and all too well, as we have seen his administration engage in brazen cover-ups of government wrongdoing and criminal activity, from Fast and Furious to Benghazi.

On a personal level, I have witness Obama's DOJ and FBI illegally hide and withhold FOIA documents that to this day the are unlawfully refusing to release in violation of the Freedom of Information Act enacted by Congress.

The Judiciary Report must ask, Congress, what was the sense of enacting the Freedom of Information Act when you have agencies like the FBI arrogantly and disrespectfully spitting on people like me and organizations like the ACLU and EFF, who legally and properly demand documents under the Act, only to be sent pages of redacted information not revealing anything.

Some individuals and organizations are reporting receiving the equivalent of blank pages from the FBI in response to Freedom of Information Act requests. This kind of immature, unprofessional conduct should not come from any entity claiming to be attached to a democratic government. It is disgraceful and a mockery of democracy. At the end of the day, accountability and oversight are supposed to come from Congress on these matters and the legislature is failing in this regard.

In closing, due to the ongoing FOIA misconduct many people like myself and the aforementioned organizations are experiencing, I do not believe the Obama Administration's promises of transparency and you the public should not be taken in by them either, as they do not deserve your trust and will let you down...again.

President Obama Cancels Russia Trip After President Putin Grants NSA Leaker Edward Snowden Asylum

Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin

U.S. President Barack Obama has cancelled his scheduled visit to Russia, after President Vladimir Putin granted American NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden asylum in their nation. Many have applauded the Russian government’s decision - Obama is not one of them.

Edward Snowden

Snowden leaked evidence regarding the illegal NSA program PRISM which secretly spies on innocent Americans over the phone and online, in violation of the Constitution, confirming what I had revealed online several years prior (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). For the sake of U.S. and Russian ties, Obama needs to put his feelings aside and reschedule his visit. It would be a goodwill gesture to the people of Russia from America.

Edward Snowden Officially Granted Asylum In Russia Angering Obama (Video)

NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden has officially been granted asylum in Russia, on a 1-year renewable basis, with the proviso he stops leaking information detrimental to the U.S. government. This decision has come much to the anger of the Obama Administration, who wants Snowden locked away for life or killed, according to security experts. Snowden leaked evidence of the NSA illegally spying on Americans, creating a worldwide scandal that exposed the government.

The Obama Administration has been aggressively pursuing Snowden for extradition, but has been unsuccessful. Attorney General Eric Holder, has been issuing threats over Snowden's approved asylum case as well. Either way, the Judiciary Report wishes Mr. Snowden the best.

Edward Snowden Granted Papers To Enter Russia And Obama Is Scheduled To Visit

Edward Snowden

NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, has been granted papers to enter Russia (according to the BBC). The brave American computer contractor, took on Washington and won. Two months ago, Snowden disclosed the contents of an illegal, unconstitutional NSA program, entitled Prism, which spies on the American people in criminal violation of the law.

For several years, I have written the FBI and NSA are illegally spying on Americans, in articles the government agencies hoped the public would brand paranoia, but there you have it - Snowden released the proof, which prove my claims (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). It is one of many exclusives I have released. At the end of the day, only fight the government when you're right (don't be like Wesley Snipes and fight them when you know you're dead wrong).
