Doctors Discover Kanye West Is Much Sicker Than They Initially Realized And Extend Hospital Hold

Doctors have been discovering the true extent of rapper Kanye West's mental illness, which has resulted in his 48-hour psych hold being extended. West is currently under an  involuntary psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. West missed Thanksgiving as a result of being committed to the mental ward of the hospital. The rapper experienced a psychotic break while performing on stage during his Saint Pablo music tour. 

Some are stating it is an insurance scam, but that is not true. West could have completed the tour if he was in a better frame of mind. However, his mind snapped due to the things he has experienced. The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for well over a year that West has become mentally ill due to joining the sick Kabbalah Center cult.

The Kabbalah Center terrorizes, spies on, hounds and abuses its members, under the direction of deranged pop star Madonna, whom West produced music for a few short years ago. This onslaught of abuse has induced schizophrenia in the cult's members such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Steve-O, Rosie O'Donnell, Amanda Bynes, Solange Knowles, Chris Brown and Blu Cantrell, among others. 

Spears is currently on a regimen of 10 powerful anti-psychotic medicines to keep her schizophrenia at bay, after she experienced a psychotic break in 2008 due to Kabbalah. Spears shaved her head bald and began expressing rage, which are standard expressions of cult members. Spears also bit and shook her toddler while holding him and his brother hostage from their dad and police. Spears also attacked photographers and engaged in other criminally insane behavior, under the direction of the Kabbalah Center.

West was not mentally ill before joining Kabbalah. They abused him and others to such degrees that their minds snapped. Some Kabbalah members have snapped and committed acts of violent assault and murder. They spy on members 24-hours a day via illegal wiretaps, phone hacking, web cam hacking, GPS tracking and sometimes hidden cameras in their homes. Then they text, telephone and email members telling them the details of what privately goes on in their homes, over their phones and in their computers, which creates feelings of depression, anger, anxiety, aggravation, irritation, rage and being perversely violated. It is quite sick. 

It is done in an effort to spy on and control members, as well as induce the mental disorder paranoia, which if continued, often leads to schizophrenia. These are very abusive and serious privacy crimes that are extremely sick and depraved in nature. The FBI has criminally failed in its duty to maintain law and order in America and have allowed the Kabbalah Center to continue to commit these sick crimes due to bribery. In the process, many young lives have been destroyed and people killed due to this satanic cult

Members of Kabbalah are also bombarded with many text messages, emails and phone calls, telling them what to do, wear, say and post on social networking. They maintain tight reins on members, whom they exploit for financial gain and fame. Many members snap due to the satanic rituals the cult holds at Kabbalah Centers, in hotels and private homes, known as "spirit cooking" involving blood, semen and food, disgustingly consumed as meals. Members are also forced into homosexuality, as a pledge of loyal to the cult that promises them fame and fortune. 

They bombard members' minds with negative, ghastly and evil imagery involving the abuse of adults and children alike, items featuring pentagrams and other imagery associated with the occult are also shown in repetition. Members are told to repeatedly chant phrases during these meetings, which is tantamount to brainwashing. The human mind is not meant for such negativity, evil and darkness. It creates depression, suicidal thoughts and violent tendencies.

The cult also preys on people's worst fears, by trying to make them happen as a way to break them down and make them subservient. Using illegal surveillance items (wiretaps, phone hacking, computer and email hacking, audio and video bugs) whatever is said or written as an undesirable outcome the person does not want to happen, the Kabbalah Center works towards creating in the person's life, using minions they label "chevre" to bring about said negative situations. 

The constant abuse and realizing their worst fears induces schizophrenia in Kabbalah Center members. The Kabbalah Center actually touts what they call "inducing schizophrenia" as a greater state of mind or spiritual achievement, but it is simply a way for the cult to control its members and their bank accounts via mentally damaging them. This is known as "mind control."

Kabbalah members are forced to give the cult huge chunks of their income. Items leaked to the press by third parties, regarding multi-millionaires Alex Rodriguez, Mick Jagger and Jerri Hall, among others, revealed this fact. Kabbalah is nothing but an evil, abusive money making scam. 

Meanwhile, the cult's owners, Madonna and the Berg family, have made upwards of $400,000,000 scamming charities and members of the public into giving donations and tax breaks that have gone to maintaining their lavish lifestyles in Beverly Hills, New York and London, rather than to poor Africans, whom the money was intended to help. This has resulted in lawsuits against Madonna and Kabbalah. It is this ugly greed that is damaging people in ways medical science currently cannot fix.

There is no cure for schizophrenia. Doctors have unsuccessfully grappled with curing it for years. I am of the belief severe mental and or physical abuse releases dangerous levels of toxins in the brain of previously mentally healthy people, leading to deterioration of the organ. There are brain scans of schizophrenics that reveal perforation - small holes in the brain. If the brain is not sound, the individual's behavior will not be either. It can be equated to brain damage. 

This is what West's doctors are grappling with and the best they can hope for at this time through medical science is to medicate him with powerful anti-psychotic drugs. It is a solution to the problem, with the hope he does not hurt himself or anyone else.

Years after the Judiciary Report's aforementioned 2010 and 2011 articles, in April 2016 the CBS News program "60 Minutes" hacked the mobile phone of Congressman Ted Lieu of California, with his consent, to show him it could be done. They were able to secretly listen into his calls, conversations and track him everywhere he went. Lieu, who has a degree in computer science was astonished. 

Lieu stated of the hacking and GPS stalking via his mobile phone, "It was really creepy that they knew where I was even though the GPS was turned off. I always sort of thought that whatever I say on my phone or type in my computer … other people will potentially see it. Now it’s very real to me. This flaw affects everybody. It affects daily life. There are just thousands of ways this flaw affects commerce … and national security. I’m sure the Donald Trump campaign would love to know what the Ted Cruz campaign manager is saying on his cellphone."

Congressman Calls for Cellphone Hacking Investigation After CBS Program

Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 5:41 pm  - WASHINGTON (Los Angeles Times/TNS) - U.S. Rep. Ted Lieu (D-California) is asking for a congressional investigation after an episode of a CBS program in which his phone was hacked to show how easy it is. In a segment that aired Sunday night, the news program purchased an iPhone in New York and sent it to Lieu in California. Lieu, who has a computer science degree from Stanford, agreed to use the phone as his personal device for a week. 

CBS then gave the phone’s number to a German company that looks for security flaws in technology, and two German hackers were able to easily listen to Lieu’s phone calls. Lieu said that when he showed up to tape the segment in Washington, the hackers had told producers which hotel he’d stayed at the night before.“It was really creepy that they knew where I was even though the GPS was turned off,” he said by phone Monday. 

The segment also shows different hackers demonstrating a technique that allowed them to access reporter Sharyn Alfonsi’s emails, ride-sharing account and credit card information when she got onto a fake wireless internet network made to look like it belonged to the hotel where she was staying. 

Lieu said he’s always tried to be careful what he writes and says, but the experience has him thinking about how many elected officials are using phones that might have been hacked. He also has been using encrypted messaging systems. “I always sort of thought that whatever I say on my phone or type in my computer … other people will potentially see it,” he said. “Now it’s very real to me.”...

The Obama Administration plans to give the National Security Agency the ability to spy on Americans and global citizens to greater degrees than they are already doing, in criminal violation of the law. The NSA will be able to share illegally obtained wiretap contents, hacked computer and email data, among other things, with any government entity it chooses. Obama will use it to further spy on personal, political and corporate rivals he deems enemies and use the data to harm people and their financial interests, for daring to defy or speak out against him (pay attention Apple and company).  

Obama is already using the IRS to terrorize his perceived enemies, such as preachers (James Dobson, among others who spoke out against ObamaCare), politicians (Ben Carson, Donald Trump) and businessmen (the conservative billionaires the Koch Brothers regarding their financial interests, among others). Obama is also actively spying on British Prime Minister David Cameron, London mayor Boris Johnson and German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, among others.

All this spying is for political and economic reasons and has nothing to do with keeping America safe, as falsely claimed by the Obama Administration. These acts are violating the rights and privacy of Americans and global citizens, with no legal authority to do so. Privacy Advocates Blast Plan to Expand NSA Data Sharing

Feb 29, 2016 1:04 PM PT -  The Obama administration plans to increase the amount of private communications the National Security Agency can share with other government agencies without first adding privacy protections, according to a report published last week in The New York Times.

The plan would ease restrictions on the amount of intercepted email and telephone intelligence the NSA gathers, including bulk collection of satellite communications, phone data between foreigners, and messages from overseas that U.S. allies provide, according to the report, which cited unnamed officials familiar with the deliberations.

The move represents a major expansion of surveillance and data sharing authority and has been a longstanding concern of privacy groups, according to Marc Rotenberg, president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center. Madonna And Kabbalah Center’s Stalking, Copyright Theft And Harassment Illegally Extends From Miami To London In Criminal Violation Of U.S. And International Law

As some of you know, I have been in London, England for months, trying to get away from deranged Madonna, her sick Kabbalah cult and those aiding them in engaging in criminal activity. As stated in previous columns, I am working on pharmaceutical patents and copyrights, which has become difficult to do in America with the chronic criminal conduct coming from Madonna and company, as described in this lawsuit.

The people of Britain have been wonderful. I have been able to work on my pharmaceutical patents and copyrights in peace. It's nice to go out walking, to stores, restaurants and cafes, without being stalked, confronted, harassed and or assaulted by Madonna's disgusting Kabbalah Center, as happened on a weekly basis in Miami, Florida.

However, clearly my life has become too peaceful for crazy, vile Madonna. On November 14, 2015, Madonna's sick Kabbalah Center sent three American members of the cult to harass me in London, England, in what by U.S. legal definitions, is a serious crime, as it involves not only crossing state lines in stalking and other criminal activity, but international ones as well. The first incident occurred at about 8:00PM (on November 14, 2015), where a woman and a man followed me, then sat directly across from me on a train and began babbling Kabbalah rubbish the entire journey, while staring at me in a deranged manner THE WHOLE TIME.

When I reached my destination and began getting off the train, so did they. So, I moved out of the way and let them get off the train first. The train emptied and I was one of the last people off it, only to see the Kabbalah Center woman and man from the train waiting at the bottom of the stairs, staring directly up at me, in this fixated, weird manner like crazy people. When they did that I walked down the stairs and began looking towards security, walking in that direction, which caused the crazy couple to quickly leave.

Then I went for my usual walk in one of my favorite places in London known Hampstead. About an hour later, after my walk was completed, I went to a small store I often buy items in, which is located in another favorite place of mine called Highgate (a town that is adjoining Hampstead). When I arrived at the store, another Kabbalah member speaking with an American accent blocked the entrance with a massive pitbull. He then began reciting VERBATIM at me items from an article I had published to the Judiciary Report TWO DAYS PRIOR, regarding a pitbull killing a 9-year-old girl in Long Island, New York named Amiyah (Pitbull Kills 9-Year-Old Girl In New York Renewing Calls For Them To Be Banned).

He demanded me, a stranger, move his massive, aggressive pitbull, if I wanted to get into the store, so I could get attacked by the animal. He was determined this was the only way I would get into a public store, owned by a giant, multi-billion pounds sterling corporation, whose permission he did not have to block the entrance of one of their smaller food shops in a quiet village. Needless to say, I refused to move the dog he was loosely holding on a leash. The incident at the train station and the second one that occurred at the store, was caught on security cameras and can easily be verified.

This is one of the things that disgusts me about Madonna. She keeps commissioning criminal misconduct that on numerous occasions, involved committing illegal acts on or concerning valuable corporations, whose financial value she cannot replace in the event her terrible conduct ends up bringing them horrible publicity online and costing them sales. Madonna is such a piece of trash. She is the definition of trash. No impulse control and does/commissions any deranged madness that comes to her pathetic, idiotic mind. She's nothing but a dirty, sniveling coward hiring people to bully, attack and violate the privacy of others, in acts of perversion and greed.

 

 

Tweets on my Twitter page about Hampstead, which is a large suburb of London, that Madonna's Kabbalah Center managed to stalk and confront me in twice and rip off a movie project I wrote there, but adding their usual filth, gratuitous violence and insanity to it (see RELATED ARTICLE section for more info on their rip off project being met with objections from people in the area).

I noticed many times when I go out, my mobile phones that have been hacked by Madonna's Kabbalah Center, which I wrote about in the lawsuit against them, is constantly being hacked with the hacker repeatedly turning on the GPS, even after I have turned it off (the GPS screen will pop up out of nowhere and shows me exactly where I'm walking in real time, moving along with me, even after I have turned off the GPS and locked the mobile phone screen). I began turning off the GPS feature in my phone after watching a mainstream news report on a woman being stalked and terrorized by a lunatic who became obsessed with her, then hacked her phone to watch her indoors, track all her outdoor movements and show up at numerous places confronting her.

While visiting different parts of Hampstead these past few months, I began talking taking photos and videos for professional use. I also wrote a film project regarding the area. Weeks later, the Kabbalah Center and its member, Diane Keaton, announced they are making a film called "Hampstead." They've been following me around and ripping off time-stamped, copyrighted items.

However, already their movie is being met with opposition by locals (it's being slammed in the borough's official newspaper) and based on what Kabbalah and company say the film is about, is a massive flop waiting to happen that is going to disgrace what is a wonderful and charming part of London (my film is nothing like that). That's what happens when crazy people make movies. It ends up a sick, twisted mess that offends and degrades. Kabbalah is mentally deranged and criminally insane, commissioning violent crimes against innocent people (see: Anthony Pellicano). You're not going to get good fruit, from a rotten, corrupted tree.

Diane Keaton is a member of the Kabbalah cult starring in forthcoming "Hampstead" movie rip off (see article excerpt from Hello magazine naming her as a Kabbalah sect member). Not to be rude but I don't understand how they have Keaton advertising wrinkle cream in those television commercials. There are more suitable older celebrities who would be a better illustration of advantages of a wrinkle cream.

Foul, nasty old Madonna, who is a psychotic, clearly has too much time on her hands to be commissioning these crimes. That old madwoman has gone to extraordinary lengths to spy on and harass me, while criminally infringing my preexisting Library of Congress registered copyrights. Madonna is a sick stalker who is paying private investigators and using members of the Kabbalah Center to stalk, spy on and terrorize others. What kind of sick lunatic stalks someone 4,500 miles across the Atlantic. It's a blaring indication of how far gone that cult is and the depraved madness behind it. I do not like Madonna and or Kabbalah. I want nothing to do with them, yet they keep sending people up to me spewing their madness.

In the time I have been in London, Madonna's Kabbalah Center hacked my bank account in America (I received an email from my bank), hacked one of my credit accounts, hacked my websites at a greater rate, have been sending me an increased amount of weird and crazy emails about the FBI (which is a violation of anti-spam laws), hacked into my computers in London in trying to block the site from publishing and planting malware in trying to slow down productivity, contacted Google about my blog fraudulently demanding the paid ads be removed, engaged in a plethora of twisted, harassing court shenanigans in violation of the court's "Rules of Procedure" in trying to drag me back to America like a runaway slave to continue the criminal human rights abuses against me.

They also engaged in strange, discriminatory conduct via Amazon and Ebay, in an illegal attempt to disrupt and destroy an eCommerce company I own. In one incident, Ebay sent me a strange email about a security problem with my Ebay account, after Madonna's hacker hacked and attacked Ebay's system targeting my account in trying to destroy it. I am going to forward a file containing all this misconduct to all relevant authorities, as I don't want it said I did not report it any of the new crimes.

However, the U.S. government is to blame for this sick case becoming what it has and in clear view of millions of people around the world who read this site, as it is their responsibility to maintain law and order in America, but in some accepting bribes at the FBI from a lunatic pop star with a history of well documented bribery and violent behavior, they have allowed a sick, perverse, deranged, nasty old woman to do the unthinkable and she is an absolute embarrassment to them. People constantly ask me how the FBI could let her do these illegal things and why she isn't in prison. The public does not agree with Madonna's behavior, boycotting her music to the point all her albums have flopped during the time she has been insanely targeting and ripping me off.

Man Arrested For Stalking 10-Year-Old Boy Via GPS After Trying And Failing To Adopt Him And Another Boy He Molested

41-year-old William Thomas Duncan Jr., owner of Infinity Distribution Services Inc, is under arrest after giving a 10-year-old boy three gifts that contained GPS tracking devices, he used to stalk the minor. The three gifts were a computer tablet, a stuffed animal and board game. Duncan previously tried to adopt the boy, but was rejected by the state.

Court documents also reveal a previous cases, regarding Duncan trying to adopt another 10-year-old boy, but was rejected after disturbing behavior. Department of Social Services allowed Duncan to have weekend visits with two boys on separate occasions that resulted in highly questionable behavior. In the first incident, Duncan rubbed lotion on the 10-year-old's genitals, claiming the child had a rash. He was rejected from adopting the boy after the incident.

In what is baffling, the Department of Social Services, allowed Duncan to have another weekend visit with a second boy (the one who was subsequently stalked). The boy stayed at Duncan's home for the weekend, which should not have happened after the incident with the first child. However, Duncan's adoption was again declined after he slept in the same bed as the second 10-year-old and pressed his body up against the boy. Duncan is clearly a pedophile, who poses a very serious danger to children.

After the second adoption was denied, Duncan showed up at the boy's school with a lunch bag, claiming the child had forgotten his lunch. Inside the lunch bag was a mobile phone and note stating, "At this point, it is you and me against DDS." Using the GPS tracker in the gifts given to the boy, Duncan also stalked the child on a school field trip to a local zoo in North Carolina. Authorities revealed, the boy was terrified believing Duncan was coming to get him at the zoo in an incident the pedophile labeled a "coincidence." The GPS tracker also enabled Duncan to find out where the boy lives. 

As seen in Hollywood cases regarding depraved celebrities, people are hiring private investigators not as a means of lawfully gaining information to protect themselves or to uncover bad behavior by partners or spouses, but to engage in criminal stalking, harassment, invasion of privacy and terrorization of innocent people they become obsessed with.

Private investigators are being hired by pedophiles and other perverts to help them stalk innocent people who want nothing to do with them. Stalking is a crime. It denoted serious mental illness. The average person knows stalking is wrong. Anyone who goes as far as to hire a private investigator to help them stalk someone is mentally far gone and should not be free.

A Virginia Beach man has been charged with stalking a 10-year-old boy he had unsuccessfully tried to adopt

William Thomas Duncan Jr., 41, showed up earlier this month at the boy’s school and later while the child was on a field trip at the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro, according to court documents. The problem: Duncan wasn’t supposed to know where the North Carolina boy lived or went to school. And he’d previously given the boy three items with GPS trackers hidden inside, documents said.

A federal magistrate on Tuesday ordered Duncan – the CEO of Infinity Distribution Services Inc. in Virginia Beach – held without bond on one count of interstate stalking. If convicted, Duncan faces up to five years in prison. In an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court, Homeland Security Investigations Agent Kristin Joseph said Duncan tried to adopt two 10 year-old boys in the past two years from different counties in North Carolina.

Both adoptions were denied. The first rejection came after Duncan applied lotion to the boy’s genitals for a possible rash, the affidavit said. Officials in another county initially agreed in July to let a second boy visit Duncan on the weekends, but they removed him from Duncan’s care in September after learning of the first denial. Joseph said Duncan slept in the same bed as the boy and pressed his body against him.

Joseph said Duncan was ordered to return the boy’s property. Three of the items turned over to the Randolph County Department of Social Services, however, were not familiar to the child. Among them were a computer tablet, a Sorry board game and a stuffed animal. Investigators found GPS devices hidden inside the tablet case and the stuffed animal and mixed in with the board game’s pieces, according to the affidavit.

Joseph said Duncan showed up at the boy’s school Nov. 4 with a lunch bag, claiming the child had forgotten his lunch. Inside, investigators found a cellphone and a letter instructing the boy not to tell anyone about it and to text him with an “identification code.” “At this point, it is you and me against DSS,” the letter said, according to Joseph...

Joseph added that the boy “curled up in a ball” earlier this month when a police officer went to his house to talk about the incident at the zoo. The boy thought it was Duncan coming to get him, Joseph said.

NSA's phone spying program ruled illegal by appeals court

A U.S. spying program that systematically collects millions of Americans' phone records is illegal, a federal appeals court ruled on Thursday, putting pressure on Congress to quickly decide whether to replace or end the controversial anti-terrorism surveillance. Ruling on a program revealed by former government security contractor Edward Snowden, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said the Patriot Act did not authorize the National Security Agency to collect Americans' calling records in bulk.

Circuit Judge Gerard Lynch wrote for a three-judge panel that Section 215, which addresses the FBI's ability to gather business records, could not be interpreted to have permitted the NSA to collect a "staggering" amount of phone records, contrary to claims by the Bush and Obama administrations.

"Such expansive development of government repositories of formerly private records would be an unprecedented contraction of the privacy expectations of all Americans," Lynch wrote in a 97-page decision. "We would expect such a momentous decision to be preceded by substantial debate, and expressed in unmistakable language. There is no evidence of such a debate."

The appeals court did not rule on whether the surveillance violated the U.S. Constitution. It also declined to halt the program, noting that parts of the Patriot Act including Section 215 expire on June 1. Lynch said it was "prudent" to give Congress a chance to decide what surveillance is permissible, given the national security interests at stake.

New documents: NSA provided 2-3 daily “tips” to FBI for at least 3 years

Jan 20 2014, 6:12pm EST - According to newly declassified court orders from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), the National Security Agency was (and may still be) tipping off the FBI at least two to three times per day going back at least to 2006.

Hours after President Barack Obama finished his speech last Friday on proposed intelligence and surveillance reforms, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) declassified a number of documents from the nation’s most secretive court. 

The new documents are heavily redacted orders from FISC to the FBI. These items request that the court order an entity (likely a business) to provide “tangible things” under Section 215 of the PATRIOT Act. The documents do not refer to who the target is, nor which company or organization they apply to.

"The Court understands that NSA expects that it will continue to provide on average approximately three telephone identifiers per day to the FBI,” reads a footnote in a 2007 court order (PDF) authored by FISC Judge Frederick Scullin, Jr...

The press and political pundits are loudly speculating whether President Barack Obama knew the National Security Agency (NSA) has been illegally spying on heads of state, due to a new leak by former employee Edward Snowden, via the Guardian newspaper in Britain.

The Judiciary Report covered this topic on May 26, 2010 in the article Barack Obama Wiretapping Heads Of State, after it was stated Obama's Department of Justice, headed up by Eric Holder, illegally spied on the calls of former Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding during the extradition request for Dudus. At the time, the Obama Administration tried to deny the claim.

However, prior to the denials, my credible connection in Jamaica had stated to me over the phone regarding Golding and the Obama administration's illegal wiretapping, "they have him on tape." The tape claim was also discussed in the articles Newspaper Reports The NSA Is Illegally Spying On 35 World Leaders and The NSA Gets President Obama Into International Trouble Over Spying On Other Heads Of State, posted before the latest spot-on piece by the Guardian. This week, Snowden and the Guardian confirmed the illegal widespread spying targeting world leaders, creating a major scandal.

At the end of the day, Obama should not be spying on other heads of state and other heads of state should not spy on him either. So many laws are violated when this occurs. Not to mention, allies end up feeling violated, betrayed and underappreciated. This is not good for America's interests in the world. Here's hoping proposed legislation in Congress aimed at taming the problems transpiring, regarding widespread spying against innocent Americans and foreigners, will succeed.

A protest was held in Washington, D.C. yesterday to protest the widespread, unconstitutional spying being committed by the NSA. This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report exclusive articles NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law (June 9, 2013) and Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video) (August 22, 2013) regarding the NSA's illegal spying which the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column broke FIRST several years ago.

This week a fresh scandal cropped up as more revelations from courageous American whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed, the NSA has been illegally spying on the heads of state of Mexico, France and Germany, via wiretapping their phone calls (they aren't the only ones being spied on - the list is longer and even includes ally Great Britain). The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for years that spying on other world governments is a violation of international law.

Years ago one of my connections had privately revealed to me that the Obama Administration had illegally wiretapped the Jamaican Prime Minister, during and leading up to the Dudus extradition scandal, which I stated is illegal and unethical. Then the scandal broke and news came forth that the Obama Administration had indeed unlawfully listened into calls of then Prime Minister Bruce Golding.

I do not agree with any head of state anywhere in the world illegally wiretapping another. International law dictates that one cannot wiretap a person in a foreign nation without the expressed consent of the justice department of said nation, as it will violate the laws of the country in question. No justice department in the world is going to grant another nation the legal right to wiretap their head of state. It's just not done. When such an international incident occurs and it does happen, there is no legal foundation for such conduct.

Obama needs to clean up the NSA and its sister agency the FBI. The expansive, illegal surveillance of Americans and foreigners is costing America a fortune, which could be better used to help the poor and homeless, send many American students to university on scholarship, repair roads and bridges, restore great grant programs at the Small Business Association and give financial subsidies to Americans seeking to buy homes (those were great programs and the reason homeownership and business ownership was so high during the Clinton years). This would be a better use of the tens of billions of dollars per year the illegal surveillance is costing the U.S. taxpayers.

The Judiciary Report does not oppose the use of legal wiretapping, GPS tracking, bank account scanning and subpoenaing emails, files and documents of lawbreakers, to aide the Justice Department in building and prosecuting cases against real criminals, such as organized crime outfits, financial fraudsters and those engaging in violence or sex crimes against members of the public. However, illegally spying on millions of innocent Americans and citizens in foreign countries is unlawful domestically and internationally.

In separate interviews, U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress are claiming ignorance on the full extent of the National Security Agency (NSA) spying on Americans, which is illegal under American law. This incident is a reminder of the phrase, "With great power comes responsibility." The ability to spy on people can be easily abused.

President Obama stated he does not believe abuses at the NSA were intentional, but days later reports by the press, as confirmed by the National Security Agency revealed some of the violations of Americans’ privacy were deliberate and calculated (such as NSA employees illegally spying on their love interests, girlfriends and spouses and unlawfully sharing surveillance data on Americans with other agencies such as the FBI and DEA, among others).

U.S. Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee claimed ignorance on behalf of Congress as well stating, "Look, I appreciate efforts to keep Americans secure. At the same time, this is getting out--this is in front of us. We are not in front of it. And every day, there are stories, as you just mentioned, that are leaked out. The American people want to know that those of us who are elected, Eliot and I, understand fully what's happening here. I don't think we do.

I would imagine there are even members of the Intelligence Committee themselves that don't fully understand the gamut of things that are taking place. It's our responsibility to know those things, to ensure they're in balance. And I hope as soon as we get back, there will be a full briefing from top to bottom so that can happen."

It was revealed yesterday that a judge ruled the NSA (National Security Agency) illegally spied on Americans in violation of the U.S. Code and Constitution. This confirms what the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column Column stated several years ago, when breaking the news first - the NSA is illegally spying on people.

The video report posted above was carried on CNN yesterday and indicated the U.S. Justice Department, the parent agency of the NSA, went to the court in 2011 and confessed it has been illegally spying on Americans for "three years" (2009). However, the truth is, as the copyrighted, time stamped Sound Off Column articles revealed as early as 2006, the NSA has been illegally spying on Americans much longer than the government owned up to in court (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

The Judiciary Report is for law and order and agrees government agencies need the correct and appropriate tools to investigate and prosecute crime. The government should be allowed to engage wiretaps, subpoena emails and utilize surveillance tracking via tailing cars, against drug kingpins, mafia members, financial fraudsters on Wall Street and criminals in the entertainment industry (among others). That's how one makes successful cases against real criminals.

However, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site the Sound Off Column has consistently maintained in articles for several years, members of government are abusing these privileges, via engaging wiretaps, waging computer hacking exploits, issuing private subpoenas for emails and activating GPS tracking against innocent Americans for financial and political gain. The NSA, which shares its data with the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Homeland Security, the State Department and the White House, illegally spied on innocent Americans in doing so, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution never designed America to be a police state.

For example, FBI agents have illegally spied on innocent women they find attractive, wiretapping them, obtaining their license information, peeking into their computers and emails and used GPS in bids at landing them as sex partners. FBI agents have taken bribes to search all surveillance and intelligence databases and sell the information on select innocent individuals to others for cash and non-monetary bribes.

FBI agents and executives have illegally spied on companies and  used the data to make money on the stock market, which qualifies as insider trading. FBI executives have illegally shared surveillance data on innocent Americans (emails, computer files, GPS tracking data, wiretap contents) of a very private nature with politicians for profit. These are abuses of surveillance tools meant to aid in prosecuting criminals, not used for undue profit at innocent Americans' expense.  

Court Documents Reveal The FBI Is Invasively Spying On People In The Occupy Movement

The ACLU has sued the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI) under the Freedom of Information Act, to obtain government documents the agency holds on the Occupy movement that has been sweeping America. The Occupy movement has peacefully protested the financial corruption in the corporate sector, by men such as News Corp's Rupert Murdoch.

The FBI only released a small portion of the file, withholding 2/3rds of it citing the "national security" cop out, which has nothing to do with protecting the American people, but invoked by the agency as it shows their invasive and illegal prying into the lives of people associated with the Occupy Movement in America. The FBI has also been illegally spying on people in the Occupy Movement in other nations and they have no jurisdiction to do so, violating international law.

The ACLU is displeased with the deceit from the so-called law enforcement agency, which has a criminal history of violating the Freedom of Information Act, even unlawfully moving files out of the office, into a special, unconstitutional "File Room" to thwart any FOIA requests, where the corresponding files contains criminal conduct on the FBI's part.

The Judiciary Report, having experienced the FBI's illegal and despicable tactics firsthand, has broken a number of stories on the agency, including the article regarding the FBI file room and its current usage (The FBI's Secret File Room). At the end of the day, when an agency abuses the Freedom of Information Act so often, the public cease to believe anything they say, branding them corrupt liars engaging in cover-ups.

The FBI's behavior is not about the law or national security. It is about power and money and the control thereof and don't allow anyone to tell you otherwise. The FBI has stooped to extraordinary lows to aid rich people in the corporate sector and politicians in office, in exchange for perks, favors and financial incentives, violating the rights of everyday people in the process. The FBI is not trying to help you. They are a modern day SS, greedily seeking to amass money and power, driven by a devilish need to control the populace, in an agenda set by the worst FBI Director in history, Robert S. Mueller.

Mueller is a depraved elitist that has deranged ideas about money, especially funds and assets that do not belong to him in any measure. But he can keep it up with the criminal conduct. Once exposed to the world for crimes against humanity he has committed, if Congress doesn't lock him up, Mueller is going to run afoul of the American people in ways that he and his family will have to flee the country under a terrible public backlash, for having engaged in secretive criminal conduct that cost many innocent people their lives. Considering how many enemies Mueller has made abroad in the international community, running roughshod over the law enforcement agencies of other nations and threatening world governments into doing his demonic bidding or else, no one is going to grant him refuge.

FBI: Monitoring Occupy was within rules

Updated 9:31 p.m., Monday, September 17, 2012 - The FBI says its newly disclosed surveillance of the Occupy movement in Northern California stayed within federal rules and did not result in "unnecessary intrusions into the lives of law-abiding people."  The American Civil Liberties Union, which obtained FBI surveillance documents on the movement in a lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act, wants to know why the agency is withholding nearly two-thirds of the records it says it has, and why it is citing national security as one reason for the nondisclosure. The FBI is no stranger to trouble in America, as they have been exposed and excoriated in the U.S. Congress and by watchdog groups and websites, such as the Judiciary Report, for illegally spying on Americans in numerous ways that violate the Constitution of the United States. 

The FBI has also been unlawfully operating in foreign nations in Europe, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean, without the consent of the host governments. They have engaged illegal wiretaps, GPS tracking, computer hacking, phone hacking, website hacking and surveillance, via shadowing foreign citizens in their own nations. This criminal misconduct far exceeds in every fashion, their congressional mandate. 

They are sending FBI agents into said foreign nations as tourists, to easily clear customs, with the intent of having them spy on select local citizens of the aforementioned nations and regions. This is unquestionably illegal and is worthy of censure.

The FBI Violating The Home Life Of Innocent People For Political Gain

The FBI, under Director Robert S. Mueller, has been exhibiting increasingly invasive conduct that indicates they are out of control and breaking domestic and international law. When a law enforcement agency sees it fit to target innocent people for political reasons and financial gain, rather than matters related to the law, they have gone too far and those among them engaging in such conduct are eligible for imprisonment.

I will cite a few examples communicated to me by one of my credible sources responsible for some of my exclusives (all of which have been proven true). In one incident, the FBI flat out lied to a foreign government  for political gain at home, to receive their assistance in spying on an innocent person, whose work makes them eligible for a very prestigious international prize.

The FBI falsified documents, made false claims and lied to the government of the foreign country the innocent person moved to for a few months for work related reasons, stating the individual is a spy, when it is completely and utterly untrue. They did so to get the foreign government to place the innocent person under surveillance and report the details back to them, because a corrupt politician in Washington has been illegally spying on said individual's work for personal gain, which is illegal. As a result of the FBI's lies, a foreign government has defamatory and derogatory items in its files on an individual some believe will go on to win the Nobel Prize.

In another incident, the FBI illegally installed wiretaps in a foreign country on the phone lines of a man, whose offspring they have been watching, due to the person being influential. The individual has not committed any crime, but is well-connected and the FBI criminally seeks to benefit from the person's contacts for political reasons - not matters of national security or law enforcement. The FBI has also been going through the family's trash in the foreign nation, further overstepping their congressional mandate, which does not extend outside U.S. shores.

Another shameful incident involving the FBI, is their disgraceful conduct in stalking and invading the privacy of an Indian man in his community, violating existing rules between reservations and the U.S. government. They have him under surveillance for crimes he did not commit and perversely know what goes on in his very home, which is sick by anyone's standards.

Other unlawful political conduct the FBI has been engaging in includes, harassing innocent Americans and foreigners they seek to make pawns in their probes into others' lives, who are not guilty of crimes, threatening them and their family members with undesirable action. They have aggressively contacted family members and friends of scientists, journalists and business people, seeking their assistance in manipulating them into doing their bidding, which is harassment. Who is the FBI to be invading people's personal and home life in that manner. It betrays mental illness and derangement on Mueller's part. He is a sadistic, sick person.   

In another incident, they scared the father of an innocent target, viciously implying his offspring would be killed if he did not help them control and manipulate the person, to aide the FBI in a political matter that was of no importance to national security, but designed to benefit a corrupt politician they trade favors with.

This is but a small sampling of the illegal bull the FBI has been doing, wasting U.S. taxpayers money and causing trouble all over the place. That's millions of your tax dollars going up in smoke over foolishness. The agency is out of control and their conduct is going to result in a massive scandal that world history will never forget. Congress has failed to rein in the FBI's overreaching, illegal conduct. 

Obama Administration Is Keeping Information On Americans With No Ties To Terrorism

Over the past few days, several mainstream publications have stated that the Obama administration is keeping information on Americans that have no ties to terrorism, which is illegal and unconstitutional. This confirms what the Judiciary Report has stated for over three years, regarding the government violating the Constitution and U.S. Code to spy on Americans without just cause.

There are technological safeguards in existence that could be taken to prevent the privacy of innocent Americans from being invaded, but that is not the goal of the government, which has been engaging in one power grab after another. Obama administration expands illegal surveillance of Americans

26 March 2012 - Last Thursday, Attorney General Eric Holder enacted guidelines that further expand the US government’s asserted powers to collect and store private information, without a warrant, concerning individuals who are not suspected of any crime.

The guidelines constitute a further step by the Obama administration to expand and entrench unconstitutional spying operations on the American people by all levels of government that were spearheaded by the Bush administration.
