Sony Music's L.A. Reid Blasted Online For Not Paying $2,000,000 Bail Money For Rapper Bobby Shmurda

Sony Music executive and LaFace Records co-founder, Antonio "L.A." Reid, is being slammed on social networking and in the blogosphere everyday for not paying $2,000,000 in bail money to have 20-year-old rap artist, Bobbi Shmurda, released from Riker's Island prison in New York, where he and fellow gang members have been locked up for the past 10-months.

Bobbi Shmurda, real name, Ackquille Pollard, is up on a host of charges that include murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking and possession of illegal weapons. Shmurda had the hit of 2014 with the track "Hot Nig*a" which was independently written, recorded and released. Sony Music got into a bidding war with other record labels and won. Shmurda was signed to a multi-million dollar deal. His upfront "advance" as it is know in the industry was said to be $1,000,000. 

However, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) and New York Police Department moved in on Shmurda and his GS9 crew, who are affiliated with the Los Angeles street gang the Crips. The feds are accusing Shmurda and company of being very violent and dangerous criminals. As such, Sony Music declined posting $2,000,000 bail. They did so for fear of bringing down the police on them over an artist who has not made the company the equivalent of his bail money.

Reid was quoted as stating, "I'm crazy about that kid and I think about him often, but we seriously don't make the money we used to make. That's a fact of life. Bobby Shmurda is not the same as Snoop Dogg and Murder Was The Case, who's coming off The Chronic and his first album. It's a different era, ya know? And we're a publicly held corporation. We just aren't in the same position we were in back in those days. So, it's a different day."

Reid, tired of the bad publicity centering on him online regarding the incident further stated, "It made me feel like people don't know anything about my business. It's really not their business. That's the truth about it. We're not elected officials here, and we're not at liberty to disclose how we do business." Shmurda expressed his disappointment stating, "When I got locked up, I thought they were going to come for me, but they never came."

Shmurda's lawyer Matthew Middleton slammed Reid and Epic/Sony stating, "These companies for years have capitalized and made millions and millions of dollars from kids in the inner city portraying their plight to the rest of the world. To take advantage of that and exploit it from a business standpoint and then turn your back is disingenuous, to say the least."

The fact of the matter is Hollywood is a den of thieves and criminals. There are industry members who have committed and commissioned vicious assaults, murders, thefts, acts of burglary, hacking, phone hacking and issued death threats. Hollywood doesn't care. They are only in it for the money, in a evil business that is reaping what it sowed, via its ongoing rapid decline and massive financial losses.

Epic Records has come under fire in recent months for their refusal to pay the $2 million bail for Bobby Shmurda, the "Hot Nig*a" rapper behind bars since December 2014 awaiting gun and drug charges. However, Epic CEO L.A. Reid defended the label for not bailing out their signee, telling the Rap Radar podcast (via Vibe) recently, "It made me feel like people don’t know anything about my business. It's really not their business. That's the truth about it. We're not elected officials here, and we’re not at liberty to disclose how we do business."

Reid admitted that "I'm crazy about that kid [Shmurda] and I think about him often," but the state of the music industry doesn't make it financially possible or practical for Epic to bail out the Shmoney Dance creator. "We seriously don't make the money we used to make. That's a fact of life," Reid said. When Shmurda was first arrested in December 2014, the rapper revealed in a New York Times profile, "When I got locked up, I thought they were going to come for me, but they never came." The unscrupulous, greedy tech giant Google has announced the company will reorganize itself under the new name Alphabet. The company has been hit with a string of bad publicity for defrauding Google Ad publishers, putting Nazi concentration camps in the video game Ingress and allowing the public to tag digitally label the Obama White House "the ni**a house" and the Supreme Court "the dumb f***s." Google also illegally combs user names, passwords, financial data and other identifying items of global citizens, via the Google Maps vehicles, which resulted in a scandal in Europe.

Founder Sergey Brinn and CEO Larry Page will run the newly launched Alphabet. However, it certainly will not stem the wave of anti-trust and monopoly allegations against the company. Google has bought so many companies in numerous areas of commerce, as well as opening others in a number of business sectors, that the company is a monopoly. It affords Google the unethical ability to abuse consumers, rivals and those it does business with in the domestic and global marketplace.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department is watching and investigating boxer Floyd Mayweather, which spells trouble for the star. The website TMZ released a report stating they've obtained information contained in an internal report from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, who have been ordering all local strip clubs to ban Mayweather from their premises. Some have refused to do so, due to the money he spends in said seedy businesses.

Mayweather is being accused of sexually harassing strippers and engaging in illegal and inappropriate behavior strip clubs are not sanctioned for. TMZ wrote, "As one law enforcement source put it, 'He [Floyd] goes in and pulls a 'Do you know who I am' and does inappropriate things with some of the women.'"

That was a warning shot from the police, but the question is will Mayweather heed it. Just two weeks ago in the October 20, 2014 article "Floyd Mayweather Sued Over Sparring Session And Admits To Boxing Commission His 'All Access' Documentary Series Is Fake" the Judiciary Report stated regarding Mayweather, "Find yourself a decent woman and settle with her and leave the loose women alone before they destroy everything you've worked to build your whole adult life." That's exactly what he is headed for. It sounds like the police want to arrest Mayweather over his conduct regarding women.

In the same aforementioned article, the Judiciary Report also stated Mayweather's conduct is not setting a positive example for other athletes and he is not being candid regarding the self-inflicted damage it has brought to his own life. Confirmed: NSA And FBI Working Hand In Hand In Spying On Americans (As This Site Previously Claimed)

The Constitution has been pushed aside by the FBI and NSA and this is not a good thing. The exorbitant multi-billion dollar spying budgets to illegally spy on Americans is not helping the economy. It’s a waste of time and money, not to mention defying the Constitution.

New documents: NSA provided 2-3 daily “tips” to FBI for at least 3 years

Jan 20 2014, 6:12pm EST - According to newly declassified court orders from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), the National Security Agency was (and may still be) tipping off the FBI at least two to three times per day going back at least to 2006.

Hours after President Barack Obama finished his speech last Friday on proposed intelligence and surveillance reforms, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) declassified a number of documents from the nation’s most secretive court. 

The new documents are heavily redacted orders from FISC to the FBI. These items request that the court order an entity (likely a business) to provide “tangible things” under Section 215 of the PATRIOT Act. The documents do not refer to who the target is, nor which company or organization they apply to.

"The Court understands that NSA expects that it will continue to provide on average approximately three telephone identifiers per day to the FBI,” reads a footnote in a 2007 court order (PDF) authored by FISC Judge Frederick Scullin, Jr...

Things are not going well for President Barack Obama. The president's approval ratings have dropped to a record low of 39%, due to catastrophic problems with Obamacare, his health care program that is being rejected by the public, the government shutdown and the ever widening NSA Prism scandal. 

The best course of action to take regarding the NSA scandal is to stop the illegal, wholesale spying. It's that simple. It is costing America a fortune and not producing any real results in terms of crime prevention. The prudent choice regarding repairing the damage caused by the government shutdown is to not let it happen again, when current political and budgetary terms expire in a few months.  

It was revealed only 6 people signed up for Obamacare on the first day it launched. An estimated 250 signed up on the second day. Many Americans are complaining about being dropped from their current health insurance plans and being hit with large fees to enroll in Obamacare. The president publicly apologized for this yesterday. 

The website for Obamacare has not been fixed at this time, creating more complications and headaches for members of the public attempting to sign up for health insurance. The Judiciary Report retains the view expressed in a previous column, the government should retain the services of a web team experienced in designing, launching and maintaining websites for health insurance companies. The opposite had been done regarding the Obamacare website and it crashed upon its debut last month. Time to change course and hire people experienced in this particular type of website.

In August 2013, Sha'keir Duarte, a cousin of singer Frank Ocean, sued R&B star Chris Brown over a studio fight. It was later determined, Ocean started the fight against Brown. Duarte is demanding significant damages from Brown in court, who is fed up and firing back against his claims.

Articulate NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, is being credited with proposed changes to the manner in which the government conducts surveillance into the lives of Americans, due to his powerful leak of evidence regarding the Obama Administration’s PRISM spy program at the National Security Agency.

President Obama, fully aware of its unconstitutional capabilities, unwisely signed off on PRISM and has used it himself on political enemies who are not criminals, violating the privacy of Americans, via the unlawful collection of phone calls and emails of the public.

This was conducted without regard to the rule of law or innocence. It has become a powerful, political spying tool targeting the American people, among others, with no real government oversight. There are gross privacy abuses being committed for inappropriate reasons. The Constitution is being disregarded. Where are the "checks and balances."

Chris Brown Sued Over Security Throwing Woman Out Of Club

24-year-old clubgoer Deanna Gines has sued singer Chris Brown for $25,000 over an incident at Ultra night club that she started. Gines initiated it by following Brown throughout the club. It was reported she kept trying to jump on stage during his set, causing the conflict. After his performance, Gines reportedly kept trying to gain access to the VIP section Brown was seated in with his entourage and was forcefully escorted away from the area by club security.

A drunken Gines later tumbled down a flight of stairs on her way out of the club and injured herself. She alleges in legal papers Brown pushed her and she fell to her knees, creating the leg injury. Ironically, the injury moved from one leg to the other, causing some to doubt her story. She states Brown did not apology, therefore she is suing. The Judiciary Report is in favor of surveillance tapes from the club being released to explain what transpired during this incident.

However, club Heat Ultra Lounge is refuting her story stating surveillance tapes do not indicate Brown shoved or touched her. The club is stating their security removed her for unruly behavior. The club stated, "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false."

Three days ago, the Judiciary Report published the article Be Careful Of The Company You Keep. Yesterday, an example of it has surfaced of it regarding Miami rapper Rick Ross, as it is being reported on other websites that he is being threatened with death by the Gangster Disciples street gang.

Ross befriended and started hanging with the dangerous gang for the alleged lure of living on the edge and looking trendy, but they have now turned on him, demanding money from the rapper or they will kill him. The friendship he sought for street credibility, because he thought it would make him look cool and hard, has now become a serious liability endangering his life and career.

Ross, fearing for his life, has now reportedly employed former U.S. military seals for protection at a cost of $50,000 per week. That’s $2,400,000, over what he thought was a friendship, but has turned out to be a game too rich for his blood - LITERALLY.

As stated on the Judiciary Report a couple years ago, one of my long time friends went to school with, knows him and lives in the same area Ross did in Miami up until a few short years ago. As I'd reported previously, she informed me that he was not the thug he is portraying in his adopted image, which isn't even his own. In fact, as stated by another blog, he was a corrections officer.

Ross is one of a group of people in the entertainment and sports industries aligning himself with dangerous people, proclaiming themselves to be the Illuminati. A famous man in his mid-twenties, who reads this website according to site stats, was one of the people I was thinking of when I authored the aforementioned article.  He too has been hanging out with a dangerous set of people (not the Gangster Disciples street gang, but two people in the music industry, who live in New York and are steeped in serious financial fraud and violent, criminal behavior).

In fact, a wannabe star in the circle of friends of the famous man in his mid-twenties flared up at the article I wrote. How’s this for irony, the wannabe star, who flared up in an outburst over the article, wasn’t even who I was referring to, but it is very telling that he thought it was him. That says to me the wannabe star is exploiting his famous friend and doing things he should not be.

I can’t name names right now (I will in the future though) but someone I know well, who is very connected in law enforcement and political circles told me, the famous individual has become friends with dangerous criminals and is in danger of his name appearing in a very damaging criminal investigation.

However, the wannabe star in the famous person’s circle of friends read the article and assumed I meant him and had the outburst. I was trying to save his friend from a.) being attacked by the set of dangerous people he is hanging out with, who are under surveillance by the government and b.) help him avoid his name landing in the criminal investigation into his dangerous friends, because once something like that goes public, careers are destroyed by association.

And in closing, unlike you, I don't want anything from your famous friend, who is picking up the tab so you can pretend you're a baller. I'm a Christian. That stuff don't mean nothing to me. Besides, growing up in the circles I did, my role models have been prime ministers and music legends you couldn't hold a candle to, so don't flatter yourself.

The FBI is no stranger to trouble in America, as they have been exposed and excoriated in the U.S. Congress and by watchdog groups and websites, such as the Judiciary Report, for illegally spying on Americans in numerous ways that violate the Constitution of the United States. 

The FBI has also been unlawfully operating in foreign nations in Europe, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean, without the consent of the host governments. They have engaged illegal wiretaps, GPS tracking, computer hacking, phone hacking, website hacking and surveillance, via shadowing foreign citizens in their own nations. This criminal misconduct far exceeds in every fashion, their congressional mandate. 

They are sending FBI agents into said foreign nations as tourists, to easily clear customs, with the intent of having them spy on select local citizens of the aforementioned nations and regions. This is unquestionably illegal and is worthy of censure.

The FBI Violating The Home Life Of Innocent People For Political Gain

The FBI, under Director Robert S. Mueller, has been exhibiting increasingly invasive conduct that indicates they are out of control and breaking domestic and international law. When a law enforcement agency sees it fit to target innocent people for political reasons and financial gain, rather than matters related to the law, they have gone too far and those among them engaging in such conduct are eligible for imprisonment.

I will cite a few examples communicated to me by one of my credible sources responsible for some of my exclusives (all of which have been proven true). In one incident, the FBI flat out lied to a foreign government  for political gain at home, to receive their assistance in spying on an innocent person, whose work makes them eligible for a very prestigious international prize.

The FBI falsified documents, made false claims and lied to the government of the foreign country the innocent person moved to for a few months for work related reasons, stating the individual is a spy, when it is completely and utterly untrue. They did so to get the foreign government to place the innocent person under surveillance and report the details back to them, because a corrupt politician in Washington has been illegally spying on said individual's work for personal gain, which is illegal. As a result of the FBI's lies, a foreign government has defamatory and derogatory items in its files on an individual some believe will go on to win the Nobel Prize.

In another incident, the FBI illegally installed wiretaps in a foreign country on the phone lines of a man, whose offspring they have been watching, due to the person being influential. The individual has not committed any crime, but is well-connected and the FBI criminally seeks to benefit from the person's contacts for political reasons - not matters of national security or law enforcement. The FBI has also been going through the family's trash in the foreign nation, further overstepping their congressional mandate, which does not extend outside U.S. shores.

Another shameful incident involving the FBI, is their disgraceful conduct in stalking and invading the privacy of an Indian man in his community, violating existing rules between reservations and the U.S. government. They have him under surveillance for crimes he did not commit and perversely know what goes on in his very home, which is sick by anyone's standards.

Other unlawful political conduct the FBI has been engaging in includes, harassing innocent Americans and foreigners they seek to make pawns in their probes into others' lives, who are not guilty of crimes, threatening them and their family members with undesirable action. They have aggressively contacted family members and friends of scientists, journalists and business people, seeking their assistance in manipulating them into doing their bidding, which is harassment. Who is the FBI to be invading people's personal and home life in that manner. It betrays mental illness and derangement on Mueller's part. He is a sadistic, sick person.   

In another incident, they scared the father of an innocent target, viciously implying his offspring would be killed if he did not help them control and manipulate the person, to aide the FBI in a political matter that was of no importance to national security, but designed to benefit a corrupt politician they trade favors with.

This is but a small sampling of the illegal bull the FBI has been doing, wasting U.S. taxpayers money and causing trouble all over the place. That's millions of your tax dollars going up in smoke over foolishness. The agency is out of control and their conduct is going to result in a massive scandal that world history will never forget. Congress has failed to rein in the FBI's overreaching, illegal conduct.

But The Question Is Will The Whole Truth Come Out

Michael Amir Williams, of the Nation of Islam (c'mon now, look at that conk and wave he is sporting on his head), the assistant to the late pop star, Michael Jackson, has publicly stated during the involuntary manslaughter trial of the singer's physician, Conrad Murray, the doctor frantically called him, demanding he contact him as soon as possible, rather than calling 911 (U.S. emergency services) when the entertainer became unresponsive.

He did not ask Williams to call 911 either. None of this looks professional or humane, regarding Murray calling assistants in Los Angeles and Texas, to aide in a cover-up, rather than contact the paramedics first, for Jackson to be rushed to the hospital at once. The accepted medical practice is to immediately call 911, while working on the patient. This was not done in Jackson's case and suspiciously so.

Had Murray called emergency services right away, who are on call 24 hours a day, they would have rushed over immediately and Jackson would have lived (possibly to be 100-years old, had this excessive medicating not taken place). Hospitals have medicine and equipment that can induce vomiting, in addition to sodium/water flushes that can dilute the acidity or toxicity of substances in the blood, which in tandem with oxygen and emergency cardiac treatments, would have counteracted the negative effects of the excessive doses of pharmaceutical meds Murray pumped into Jackson, killing him. Every doctor knows that each minute is critical to life and death during a medical emergency, yet Murray, who has been a physician for many years, waited a long time before calling the paramedics. That is very suspect.

You have to bear in mind, sadly and regrettably, when people commit suicide, they sometimes opt for taking an excessive amount of pills within the space of a few seconds or minutes. That is common knowledge. Therefore, how could a trained physician not know the constant stream of pills and liquid pharmaceutical drugs he administered to Jackson within minutes of each other, would not kill him. That was a given. Once again, Murray's behavior in this matter is very suspect.

Another strange item in the case that is worth mentioning is, large sums of cash Jackson kept in the home went missing (potentially $2,000,000). There should also be an investigation into who erased the home's security tapes, regarding the time period in which Jackson died.

You mean to tell me, a $50,000,000 mansion in Bel Air, California, with top security, where the common practice is tapes are saved for an acceptable amount of time, mysteriously and instantly gets wiped clean, within minutes of the most famous entertainer in the world dying. That is the definition of sinister and it is very puzzling why this fact is not playing a greater role in the case.

For this to have happened is a load of rubbish that reveals criminal intent, which should not go legally unchallenged. Technically, it could be referred to as obstruction of justice. Not enough attention is being paid to this fact in the case. If Jackson died from overdosing himself as the defense claims, why can't we see the security tapes of who went in and out of the property on the day of his death and with what in their possession, at the time of the incident.

In short, something was on the security tapes someone doesn't want anyone to see. This entire thing is a massive whitewash and as a result, the public may not know the truth during this trial. More than one person knows what happened to this man and it is being covered up. Dr. Murray needs to come clean and give over his co-conspirators, as he did not do all of this by himself.

A number of legal cases by unrelated litigants, filed all over the country and subsequently carried by many mainstream press outlets, reveals a pattern of abuse at the FBI, betraying a serious lack of ethics on the agency's part. It's to be expected that criminals will be investigated, but what happens when the FBI resorts to very underhanded and illegal tactics in doing so - and even worse - when these terrible practices are used against innocent people, falsely branded criminals.

What happens when innocent people's lives are irreparably destroyed, as seen in the Steven Hatfill case and many others. Hatfill is a scientist the FBI took the gloves off with, investigating him in an illegal and unethical manner, completely destroying his business and personal life and that of his family. He was later exonerated and sued the FBI for their abhorrent conduct, winning a multi-million dollar judgment.

If the FBI stuck to universally accepted investigative guidelines that do not violate human rights, such things would never happen. The accepted standard all over the world, when investigating suspected criminals, is to engage wiretaps and request personal and business files on the subject via a court order, utilize digital and paper forensics and conduct physical surveillance, in building a case. To do so, one must have proper probable cause to not only investigate, but bring charges.

However, the FBI has taken investigations to sick, unconscionable extremes. The FBI routinely gets very personal and very nasty when investigation people, via getting into their family life, among other things. The agency tries to turn people’s spouses, children and friends against them in very psychologically disturbing ways - issuing threats if they do not cooperate. There is something very insidious about law enforcement trying to mentally destroy people by sowing discord and division amongst spouses, their children and friends, in a sick game of divide and conquer.

It is unprofessional and sick and has nothing to do with good law enforcement procedures. This is compounded by the fact, many of the people being targeted have committed no crime, yet permanent damage is being inflicted on their lives, relationships and careers.

Many of these cases have to do with the FBI, White House or a member of Congress, attempting to settle a personal score with innocent citizens that LAWFULLY said or wrote something they did not like. Others have to do with the FBI trying to pin crimes on innocent people, seeking pansies to take the fall, in aiding the agency to fill arrest quotas, in order to look productive to Congress, in bids at extracting more of your tax dollars, which they often waste.

As legal documents have shown, the FBI also routinely ropes in other government agencies, such as the IRS and Social Security, among others, in abusing innocent people they investigate. It is an abuse of public office. Any individual that participates in such criminality against innocent people, which clearly violates the constitution, must be exposed to be public, fired, severely sued and imprisoned. Taxpayers do not pay your salaries for you to turn around and abuse innocent people. Public office should never be used to settle personal vendettas.

Recently, another case surfaced where the FBI and CIA, illegally investigated an American university professor, for writing a lawful article, questioning the legality of former president George W. Bush's policies. He simply exercised his constitutional right to free press and free speech, writing nothing unlawful or threatening and was abusively investigated by a power mad administration, for doing so.

A presidency is not meant for such abuses. It is petty, pathetic, unethical and financially costly (the nation cannot afford such wasteful expenditures). It was also a great waste of taxpayer money, but there are many cases like his and disgracefully so and the financial toll is devastating, via wasted resources and man-hours investigating innocent people. The professor is now suing.

The White House and U.S. Congress have allowed the 8-billion-dollar-a-year FBI to do the unthinkable, in conduct that not only affects American citizens, but people in other nations, when the invasive surveillance and abuses secretly reaches their shores, in violation of international law and is later exposed.

Nothing useful comes of this criminal misconduct on the FBI's part that is only adding an enormous amounts of unjustifiable debt to the national deficit. FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, has turned the FBI into a private police force, single-handedly adding billions to the national deficit with illegal investigations and wasteful programs that didn't amount to a hill of beans, yet Capitol Hill allowed it, to the detriment of the nation.

The latest Wikileaks document disbursal reveals, U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is a lawbreaking, dishonest, untrustworthy, power hungry woman, willing to go to terrible lengths to spy on people accused of committing no crime.

Clinton, head of the State Department, illegally ordered the U.S. Pentagon, CIA and FBI, to obtain DNA samples of everyone at the United Nations, which is a horrible breach of domestic and international law. It has been shown in criminal cases, anyone that obtains another person's DNA, can fraudulently and illegally implicate them in any crime they choose. What Clinton did is abominable.

For nearly three years, the Judiciary Report has maintained, Hillary Clinton is a mentally unstable woman that likes to criminally spy on people, engaging in acts of invasion of privacy, that not only flagrantly violate domestic law, but international legislation as well.

Clinton is so out of control, perverse and intrusive, she simply does not care about the consequences of her reckless actions. This woman has done some very terrible things to get in office that no decent, self-respecting human being could under any circumstances.

She is after all, the woman that hired now incarcerated private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, to illegally wiretap, watch and threaten people, such as Paula Jones. She unleashed his sick brand of illegal spying on political opponents as well, who did her no harm, clearly breaching campaign law, with Watergate style surveillance not permitted under the U.S. Code or Constitution.

Why this arrogant, perverted woman, who is a voyeur, believes she is to know people's business and to such extremes is anyone's guess, but ask any qualified psychologist and they would attribute said behavior to mental illness and narcissism. Clinton has lost the plot and is completely certifiable to have the unmitigated arrogance to secretly want the DNA of members of the United Nations, who are demanding answers from her today on this scandal. She is sick, has gone too far and needs to step down. You cannot possibly think you are fit to represent the nation after having done such a thing.

Imagine if you or I decided to hire a lawbreaking private investigator to illegally stalk, hack, wiretap and obtain the DNA of the Secretary of State's daughter, Chelsea Clinton. Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, would be livid. However, they have no qualms about perversely doing this to other people. This Wikileaks revelation is just the tip of the iceberg regarding Clinton spying, for she is a woman that has hired private investigators to spy on people in their very homes.

This leak also shows the American people and the world, just what goes on in Washington and it wasn't a pretty picture. The American people need to know what the U.S. Government is doing in their name. It will explain to citizens, the world anger for Americans, caused by Washington's mis deeds in the international community, which must change.

The misconduct contained in the leak, such as Hillary Clinton ordering diplomats, the Pentagon, FBI and CIA to illegally and surreptitiously collect the DNA of United Nations members, is not what the American people pay your salaries for. Clinton is a criminal and needs to resign.

It has been proven in a number of cases, people that illegally spy on others, often perversely derive sexual gratification from doing so. This is a form of mental illness and sexual dysfunction. Many FBI Agents were found to have illegally spied on many Americans, which gave way to an ugly Congressional hearing and terrible scandal. The adulterous, FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, knew of the misconduct and condoned it.

However, the mere fact the Obama Administration has sought to expand government programs for spying on Americans, to allow the FBI, CIA, NSA and Pentagon to do so, without warrant or proof of any wrongdoing, is a terrible development in the area of civil liberties, violating the U.S. Constitution.
