RentBoy.Com CEO Pleads Guilty To Running Gay Prostitution Ads On Website

Barack Obama (left)

This is a follow up to the May 23, 2016 article "Obama Following Gay Porn Stars On Twitter" in reference to the RentBoy.com prostitution website President Obama's official Twitter page has been following online. When news broke that Obama has been following the gay prostitution website on Twitter it did nothing for rumors swirling around Washington political circles that the president had an affair in the White House with former body man, Reggie Love.

The CEO of Rentboy.com, Jeffrey Hurant, has pled guilty to promoting prostitution through his website. RentBoy.com is known among gays as a website to make arrangements with male prostitutes, who paid RentBoy.com to advertise their illegal services online. In America, it is illegal to advertise prostitution online. Hurant is facing 21-months in prison and a whopping fine of $10,000,000, targeting the proceeds of his crimes.

Rentboy.com CEO pleads guilty to promoting prostitution

October 7, 2016 - NEW YORK (AP) -- The chief executive officer of a once-popular male escort website pleaded guilty on Friday to promoting prostitution in a federal case that prompted accusations of anti-gay bias. Jeffrey Hurant admitted in federal court in Brooklyn that he broke the law by promoting "the exchange of sexual conduct in return for a fee" on his Rentboy.com site.

Under a plea deal, Hurant agreed not to appeal a sentence of two years or less in prison. His company also cannot appeal a penalty of $10 million or less. Sentencing guidelines call for a maximum sentence of 21 months. Hurant, 51, and his attorney left court without speaking to reporters. Sentencing was set for Feb. 2.

Prosecutors had alleged that Rentboy was the equivalent of an online brothel, and what the site called escorts were actually prostitutes. They said part of the proof were in the explicit ads that featured nude photos, listings of all manner of physical attributes and pricing options ranging from $150 an hour to $3,500 for a weekend...

Ashley Madison Adultery Website Customers Hit With Extortion Letters Sent To Their Wives And FTC Opens Investigation

Ashley Madison website

The Ashley Madison adultery website that was the subject of a massive hack in 2015, is under investigation by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission for fraud. The website promised customers they would be interacting with live females looking to have an affair. However, it has been discovered, many customers were talking to "female chatbots" (computers or women paid to converse with multiple customers).

The personal and identifying data of a number of Ashley Madison's customers was swiped by hackers, who have been engaging in additional illegal activity with the information. During the scandal that embarrassingly disclosed the names of a number of men and women cheating on their spouses, hackers began sending blackmail letters to said adulterers' spouses in extortion attempts. Recipients of the letters were ordered to pay $2,500. If they failed to do so items relating to their spouse's affair would be sent to family members and friends. The individuals hacking and blackmailing others need to be prosecuted.

The Ashley Madison website has been an unmitigated disaster of global proportions and it's just as well. Adultery is destructive and has broken many families, leaving lives scarred. People need not buy into the hype of adultery nor those who glamorize it. You pay a price for it. It's not worth it. Be faithful to your spouse.

Fembots land Ashley Madison in hot water with the FTC

Graham Cluley | July 5, 2016 9:44 am - Have you been flirting with a computer program behind your wife's back? "Life is short, have an affair" was the slogan of infidelity website Ashley Madison, which was famously hacked in 2015. What they didn't say was that you might be having a strictly online affair with a fake female profile, designed to trick you into entering your credit card details, under the misapprehension that you were chatting with a real woman rather than an algorithm.

Now Reuters reports that Ashley Madison's parent company Avid is being investigated by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) after class action law suits were filed in the United States and Canada on behalf of customers whose details were exposed following the hack, and amid allegations that fake female profiles were used by the site to manipulate users:

An Ernst & Young report commissioned by Avid and shared with Reuters confirmed that Avid used computer programs, dubbed fembots, that impersonated real women, striking up conversations with paying male customers. Avid shut down the fake profiles in the United States, Canada and Australia in 2014, and by late 2015 in the rest of the world, but some U.S. users had message exchanges with foreign fembots until late in 2015, according to the report.

The FTC is investigating Ashley Madison

By Chris Welch on July 5, 2016 11:21 am - Nearly one year after a security breach resulted in the leak of a massive amount of customer data, Ashley Madison is now being investigated by the US Federal Trade Commission. The company's new top executives — replacing those who exited after the tumultuous hack — confirmed the inquiry in an interview with Reuters. CEO Rob Segal isn't exactly sure what the FTC is focusing its probe on, but the leading theory is that it's tied to the website's use of "fembots" to artificially balance the male/female ratio. "That's a part of the ongoing process that we're going through," he told Reuters. "It's with the FTC right now."

A report commissioned by Ashley Madison parent company Avid Life Media confirmed that the infidelity website impersonated real women with the fembots, which continued to chat up some customers into 2015 — despite claims that the bogus profiles were mostly shut down in 2014.

The company's new leadership expressed "profound" sorrow over last year's breach, acknowledging that the infidelity website could have done more to improve its lackluster approach to security and better shield the personal details covering millions of users that flooded the dark web last August. Since then, some Ashley Madison customers have faced blackmail threats, and Avid Life Media has been hit with multiple class action lawsuits. The company recruited cyber security experts from Deloitte to come in and "reinvent" its security protocols to lessen the odds of a repeat incident...

Ashley Madison Site Numbers Are Fake Proving The Judiciary Report’s Previous Claims Correct

Ashley Madison website

On August 24, 2015, the Judiciary Report disputed claims that the Ashley Madison website has over 37,00,000 users (Ashley Madison Website Hack Exposing Adulterers Leads To New Divorce Cases Being Filed). A new report released this week reveals one company owned 40,000 fake female profiles on Ashley Madison and all shared the same 6 email addresses.

As a webmaster and blogger, what caught my eye a month ago is the fact the Ashley Madison site stated they have 1,000,000 unique email addresses of members (even those can be faked to a degree). That gave it away. To only have 1,000,000 unique email addresses means you likely have less than 1,000,000 members. People sometimes have multiple registrations on one site and this accounts for the inflated membership numbers of Ashley Madison.

As for the 40,000 fake female profiles, it was clearly done to entice men to the Ashley Madison site, by flooding it with attractive, available women (or so site users thought). However, such companies will license the images of aspiring foreign models and use them on fake profiles. These fake profiles lure men into thinking they would have adulterous relationships with attractive women they thought were actually interested in them, but were actually a few people paid to interact with many thousands.

Having stated that, some of the adulterous affairs on Ashley Madison were real, conducted by people looking for trouble in breaking their marriage vows. Some of the profiles were also created by male and female prostitutes and escorts. The whole thing is a sordid mess that created a significant amount of damage.

EXCLUSIVE: How 40,000 'women' on Ashley Madison shared just six email addresses - all of them owned by the affairs website itself

Published: 14:06, 29 September 2015 | Updated: 21:30, 29 September 2015 - A data scientist has uncovered what he says is proof that Ashley Madison created tens of thousands of fake accounts to dupe members into paying for its services, in a scheme that would have almost doubled the website's revenue.

According to statistics seen by Daily Mail Online, 40,000 profiles were set up on the affair site using just six email addresses owned by the website's operators on two separate days. It follows claims in previous reports that the extra-marital dating network tried to hide around 100,000 of these so-called 'engager' profiles – sometimes referred to as Ashley Angels - from users, so they believed they were talking to real people.

If true, this means the real number of 'available' women was drastically reduced, while the website's monthly revenue was almost doubled by the 'engagers', as members have to pay to read their online messages...

President Barack Obama Has Been Following The Rent Boy Gay Prostitution Site On Twitter Whose CEO And Staff Were Arrested This Week

Obama's Twitter Page Has Sausage Streaming Across His Timeline!

Does Mrs. Obama Know!

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama, via his official Twitter account, was following the gay male prostitution website Rent Boy, where men have been hooking up with so called masseuse and escorts, who were actually prostitutes (The CEO Of Gay Website Rent Boy Has Been Arrested For Running A Prostitution Ring Through The Multi-Million Dollar Site). Most people online know Rent Boy is a male prostitution site, as it is the butt of many jokes on social networking (pardon the pun).

Obama: see, what had happened was...

When the FBI, Homeland Security and New York Police Department (NYPD) raided Rent Boy’s offices in Manhattan this week, arresting its openly gay and promiscuous CEO, Jeffrey Hurant, President Obama, who has posted from his Twitter account, unfollowed Rent Boy. The question is, why was Obama following Rent Boy in the first place, as it is known online as a site where gay males go to look for promiscuous sex. This will add to the rampant rumors online and in the press, viewable in search engines, that have stated President Obama is bisexual.

Feds Raid Male Escort Service That @BarackObama’s Twitter Account Had Followed

Wednesday, August 26, 2015 -  Federal investigators raided the Manhattan offices of male escort service Rentboy.com. Seven people were arrested during the raid, including CEO Jeffrey Hurant. The official reason for the bust is the company was promoting male prostitution. Why, then, was President Obama following Rentboy.com on Twitter?

The NY Daily News and the Boston Globe reports that President Barack Obama’s official Twitter account was following Rentboy.com‘s Twitter account.

The NY Daily News described Obama’s embarrassing connection to Rentboy.com. The @barackobama account occasionally sends out tweets from the President himself, signed “b.o.,” and is following more than 600,000 others. By Tuesday afternoon, hours after the Daily News reported the online connection, the @barackobama account unfollowed Rentboy.com.

Rentboy.com provides young, hot, mostly gay-for-pay male escorts to men who can afford the exorbitant fees. Observers are questioning the timing of the raid. Rentboy.com‘s CEO operated his company openly and advertised its services for 15 years...

Whether Obama was a client of Rentboy.com, we will never know, since the feds will most likely destroy all the evidence. That’s how your government works.

Ashley Madison Website Hack Exposing Adulterers Leads To New Divorce Cases Being Filed

Ashley Madison website

Recently, hackers stated they had hacked the Ashley Madison website, where users have registered and paid to meet other people willing to commit adultery. The hackers calling themselves the Impact Team, threatened to release the names, financial data and sexual fantasies of members of the Ashley Madison website. As a result, Ashley Madison and a related website Established Men, both owned by Avid Media Life, were under threat by the hackers for weeks.

On August 18, 2015, the personal and identifying data for members of the Ashley Madison website was illegally released to the public by hackers and the document dump contains 1,000,000 unique email addresses, names, credit card numbers and other related information. Despite the fact the Ashley Madison site boasts 37,000,000 members, some people maintained multiple accounts, which means the site likely has 1,000,000 unique users/members, not 37,000,000.

The hack and release of private data identifying site members has damaged many relationships. Divorce lawyers have reported an increase in calls regarding people who discovered their spouses are registered members of the Ashley Madison website. Celebrities have also been caught up in the scandal, as having used the website.

The premise of the Ashley Madison website, which is “Life is short. Have an affair” is a terrible one. So many people around the world have been hurt by a site that never should have been created in the first place, as it promotes adultery, which is harmful and hurtful. Now families are being destroyed as a result of the web site’s existence.

The FBI is currently investigating the hack, as it has violated scores of federal laws (not to mention, some of their names are probably on the site as adulterers). Avid Life Media is also going to be crushed by a flurry of lawsuit from all over the world. The Ashley Madison website was a bad idea that has and will further prove quite costly.

Hackers dump data from cheating website Ashley Madison online: reports

Tue Aug 18, 2015 10:01pm EDT Related: U.S. - Hackers have followed through on a threat to release online a huge cache of data, including customer information, that was stolen a month ago from cheating spouses website AshleyMadison.com, several tech websites reported on Tuesday.

Reuters was not immediately able to confirm the authenticity of the posting. The data was posted onto the dark web, meaning it is only accessible using a specialized browser, although vast lists of hundreds of email addresses including many linked to corporations and universities sprouted up on other sites hours after the news broke.

The hackers, who call themselves The Impact Team, leaked snippets of the compromised data in July and threatened to publish names and salacious details of as many as 37 million customers unless Ashley Madison and EstablishedMen.com, another site owned by Toronto-based parent company Avid Life Media, were taken down.

3 People Commit Suicide After Being Exposed As Adulterers Due To The Hack On The Ashley Madison Website

Ashley Madison website

The invasive computer hack of the Ashley Madison website for adulterers has claimed three lives. It is being reported that San Antonio, Texas Police Captain Michael Gorhum and two unnamed Canadians have committed suicide after cruel, vile hackers exposed them and over a million other individuals as cheating on their spouses via the Ashley Madison website.

The felonious hackers going by the name the Impact Team hacked over 1,000,000 unique users and exposed their real names, credit card numbers and private sexual fantasies online for anyone to read. It resulted in people filing for divorce from their spouses and many ruined reputations. The hack was highly illegal and has attracted the attention of the FBI in America and authorities in Canada, who have open investigations into the matter. The Ashley Madison website is owned by Toronto based, Avid Life Media, run by Noel Biderman. The company also maintains an office in New York.

It is the Judiciary Report’s view that not only should said hackers face computer intrusion and identity theft charges, they should also be brought up on manslaughter charges for the deaths of the aforementioned three people. What you did is not cute or funny. It was sick. Choices have consequences. What goes around comes around. You don’t cost people their lives and get away with it. Make no mistake, it will come back to you and the same suffering you have inflicted on others will befall you.

Police Captain and 2 Other People Reportedly Kill Themselves After Ashley Madison Hack

12:41 PM EDT, August 24, 2015 - Three people - including a Texas police chief - have reportedly taken their lives after their email addresses were part of the Ashley Madison hack last week. Hackers claimed they released details of more than 30 million people who had accounts with the website, which spouses use to find affairs.

Captain Michael Gorhum, who had worked for the San Antonio Police Department, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound last Thursday, KSAT reported. His official email address was among those released in the hack, according to the IB Times. INSIDE EDITION has confirmed that an email address in his name is listed...

Toronto police report two suicides associated with Ashley Madison hack

Monday 24 August 2015 16.23 BST Last modified on Monday 24 August 2015 18.34 BST - Unconfirmed reports suggest that two people in Toronto have killed themselves over the Ashley Madison hack, local police said in a briefing providing details about the beginning of the leak.

“As of this morning, we have two unconfirmed reports of suicides that are associated because of the leak of Ashley Madison customers’ profiles,” Toronto police service staff superintendent Bryce Evans said at a press conference on Monday. Evans said the nature of the dating site for married people was “of no interest to us as the investigative teams”.

Security analyst Brian Krebs said last week he feared exactly that outcome. “There’s a very real chance that people are going to overreact. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw people taking their lives because of this, and obviously piling on with ridicule and trying to out people is not gonna help the situation,” Krebs, who first reported the hack, said on Wednesday.

The hack, in which some 33m profiles from the service were published online, has been the focus of extortion and phishing attempts. Among them are “hack checking” websites that compile the emails of the curious entered into them and then send malicious software to those emails. Evans also said that a new scam, claiming to erase names from the Ashley Madison database in order to preserve users’ privacy, had sprung up in the few days since the hack.

“By clicking on these links, you are exposing your computer to adware, spyware, malware and viruses,” Evans said. “Multiple sites have now downloaded [the Ashley Madison user database] and are present. Nobody is going to be able to erase that information. There are confirmed cases of people trying to extort Ashley Madison clients.”

On 12 July, Evans told reporters, workers at the Toronto-based company logged into their computers and were greeted with “a threatening message” read over AC/DC’s Thunderstruck by hackers (or hacker) the Impact Team. The hack was made public on 20 July by the Impact Team alongside a note demanding Ashley Madison cease operation; on 20 August, Impact Team released all the information onto a deep-web site with a message that began “Time’s up!” Information from Ashley Madison’s sister site, Established Men, has not been released.

“When reporting these events to the police, Avid Life Media advised that the suspects had already made good on the threat by releasing the information on two Ashley Madison clients, one from Mississauga, Ontario, and the other from Brockton, Massachusetts, through the internet, which happened on July the 19th,” Evans said.

Avid Life Media, the company behind Ashley Madison, has offered a $500,000 Canadian dollar ($380,000 US) reward for information leading to the arrest of the hackers.

• In the US and Canada, the National Suicide Prevention Hotline is 1-800-273-8255. In the UK, the Samaritans can be contacted on 08457 90 90 90. In Australia, the crisis support service Lifeline is on 13 11 14. Hotlines in other countries can be found here.

Ashley Madison: 'Suicides' over website hack

7 hours ago- Two individuals associated with the leak of Ashley Madison customer details are reported to have taken their lives, according to police in Canada.

The police in Toronto gave no further information about the deaths. Ashley Madison's Canadian parent company Avid Life Media is offering a C$500,000 (£240,000) reward for information on the hackers, they added.

Details of more than 33m accounts were stolen from the website, which offers users the chance to have an affair. Addressing the hackers, known as The Impact Team, acting staff superintendent Bryce Evans of the Toronto police said: "I want to make it very clear to you your actions are illegal and we will not be tolerating them. This is your wake-up call."

Police are seeking information from members of the wider hacker community that might aid their investigation. The breach was "very sophisticated", said Detective Menard from the technological crime unit of Toronto Police. Mr Evans confirmed that credit card data was included in the original data dump released by The Impact Team...

"This hack is one of the largest data breaches in the world and is very unique on its own in that it exposed tens of millions of people's personal information," he added.

Police have set up a Twitter account, @AMCaseTPS, and hashtag, #AMCaseTPS, in a bid to gather information about the hack from members of the public.

Cheating Website Ashley Madison Hacked And More Members Will Be Exposed As Adulterers

Ashley Madison

The Ashley Madison website, owned by Avid Life Media Inc., disgracefully boasted, "Life is short. Have an affair." The pay site encouraged the public to join for a fee and have an affair anonymously. Not anymore. The website was the target of hackers, who compromised the site, swiping the names and personal data of its paying members.  Some of the names of the adulterers on the site have already been released in the public domain.

The hackers have issued threats stating they will publicly release more names of the people who have been cheating on their spouses. This will damage and destroy many marriages. It will also lead to massive lawsuits against the Ashley Madison site. The mere premise of the site alone was distasteful. Infidelity and adultery is not something to revel in nor is it to be celebrated publicly or privately. Similar sites and social networking pages encourage people to cheat or be promiscuous, having their minds swimming in filth all day, inevitably leads to trouble for married and single people. It creates negative habits and a harmful view of sex that benefits no one.

Marriage vows are serious. People should honor them. When adultery strikes marriages it creates so much pain, heartache and personal devastation. Children end up the products of divorce when infidelity destroys their parents' marriage. Cheating brings spiritual and emotional trouble to people's lives that has a price. The Ashley Madison website has done damage in society and with unethical, hurtful, harmful behavior comes consequences. However, the Judiciary Report does not condone or promote hacking.

Cheating website Ashley Madison hacked, personal info posted

Jul. 20, 2015 11:20 AM EDT - FILE - NEW YORK (AP) — The parent company of Ashley Madison, a matchmaking website for cheating spouses, says it was hacked and that the personal information of some of its users was posted online. In addition, the person or persons behind the attack are threatening to release all of the site's personal information — including its members' sexual fantasies and financial information — if the company doesn't take Ashley Madison offline, according to a prominent security blog.

Toronto-based Avid Life Media Inc. says it has had the hackers' posts — which included snippets of personal information — taken down and has hired a technology security firm. The company and law enforcement agencies are investigating. The breach was first reported late Sunday by Brian Krebs of KrebsonSecurity, a website that focuses on cybersecurity. Ashley Madison, whose slogan is "Life is short. Have an affair," purports to have 37 million members.

The hacking follows the May breach of the dating website Adult FriendFinder, which involved the theft of names, email addresses and information about the sexual orientation or habits of up to 4 million of that site's members. According to Krebs, the hacker or hackers, in the Ashley Madison breach identified as "The Impact Team," posted large caches of data from the Ashley Madison site, claiming to have compromised user databases, financial records and other information...

Revenge Porn Site Founder Hunter Moore Pleads Guilty And Is Facing Several Years In Prison In What Should Serve As A Warning To Privacy Invaders

Hunter Moore

Revenge porn website founder, Hunter Moore, 29, recently pled guilty to charges of stealing nude photos, hacking and identity theft. He ran a disgraceful website "Is Anyone Up" that enabled people to viciously and vengefully submit pornographic pictures and or videos of people they know out of spite, without the victims consent. Moore also paid a hacker to hack into people's email accounts and steal private nude photos to post on his website.

The site caused many innocent people distress, mental anguish and depression. Moore is facing several years in prison for his crimes. The FBI arrested Moore on hacking and identity theft charges, regarding stealing nude photos via hacking. He pled guilty to the charges. The FBI is currently prosecuting Moore's 26-year-old hacker, Chris Evens, in an indictment stating he broke into hundreds of email accounts to steal items.

Revenge porn operators have been testing the boundaries of the law in a cruel game of humiliating innocent people, via vengefully posting private, pornographic photos and or videos of individuals online. These items are often submitted by bitter former partners. Some photos and videos are secretly taken by depraved voyeurs without the subject's knowledge or consent, which is sick.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated there should be strong federal and international laws barring individuals from secretly filming and or uploading pornographic items of others to the internet without their consent. Serious penalties, both financial and prison time, need to be enacted for offenders. They should also be required to register as sex offenders, as these are perverted crimes. Revenge porn is a vile crime that violates victims in a particularly sick way. Some victims of revenge porn have killed themselves, which is regrettable and not the answer to their problems.

Famous Radio Personality DJ Funkmaster Flex Slams Rapper Jay Z For Stealing His Website And App

Jay Z

Famous DJ and radio personality, DJ Funkmaster Flex, slammed rapper Jay Z for stealing his website and app. Flex has a website popular on social networking, particularly on Twitter, where it is heavily linked and has a very noticeable web presence. The site also functions as a blog. Frequently sued, chronic copyright infringer and trademark thief, Jay Z, ripped off Flex's site and app for his own and it caught the disc jockey's attention.

DJ Funkmaster Flex

Flex slammed Jay Z for this misconduct, "I don’t care about your website, your website’s trash. You can’t move with me in this digital space. Maybe if y’all copied everything I was doing with the app, that app would’ve did better, it would’ve crashed the day your album dropped. I let you live in this town, don’t think I can’t ruin you. Because that’s a nice feather in my cap if I ruin you. Today we’re bumping heads; your site’s trash. They do this interview after I drop my app. Asking me a lot of key questions about apps. Building apps; how, why, how’d you launch it? But all of that didn’t get put in the story, though. But a lot of that information got put into that new Jay Z app"

DJ Funkmaster Flex To Jay Z: ‘Don’t Think I Can’t Ruin You’

By Rob Markman 1/16/2015 - DJ Funkmaster Flex is famous for party-starting mixes, his old school car collection and his infamous radio rants; oh lord his radio rants. In the past, the New York native has used his platform on Hot 97 to launch attacks on 2Pac, R. Kelly and Dame Dash, and then on Thursday night the Kingpin threw stinging shots at Jay Z and his Life + Times website.

“I don’t care about your website, your website’s trash. You can’t move with me in this digital space,” Flex said yesterday on-air. “Maybe if y’all copied everything I was doing with the app, that app would’ve did better, it would’ve crashed the day your album dropped.”...

So where did the drama start? According to Flex, he began to feel slighted after an interview with Jigga’s Life + Times a few years ago. During the interview, the site asked him about his digital endeavors, particularly his In Flex We Trust website and his Funkmaster Flex phone app. Funk believes that Hov, through an L+T reporter, swiped the idea for Flex’s phone app and used it to launch Jay-Z’s 2013 album Magna Carta… Holy Grail through Hov’s own his Samsung phone app.

“They do this interview after I drop my app. Asking me a lot of key questions about apps. Building apps; how, why, how’d you launch it? But all of that didn’t get put in the story, though. But a lot of that information got put into that new Jay Z app” he accused...

TMZ Accuses Chris Brown Of Assaulting Woman (Video)

The website TMZ has accused singer Chris Brown of assaulting a woman in Los Angeles. Brown was at a club with girlfriend Karrueche Tran and a woman appeared out of nowhere, grabbed his face and tried to French kiss him. Brown swatted her off him, shooing her with his arm.

Woman trying to French kiss Chris Brown without permission

TMZ labeled the incident assault, stating Brown shoved the woman and should have left it to his security to handle her. However, there was not enough time for security to stop her. The unnamed woman tried to sexually assault Brown and in the presence of his girlfriend, which was completely disrespectful. What if she had a contagious disease? People are entitled to their personal space and the right not to be sexually assaulted.

Chris Brown

How many people would be okay with a stranger they do not know, popping up out of nowhere, grabbing your face, trying to French kiss you in public without permission and in front of your significant other. That's just wrong and people should not put others in those situations. The unnamed woman was trying to start trouble and if it wasn't caught on camera, who knows what would be said now. If she wanted a autograph, photo or hug, she should have asked.

It doesn't look like the fan was hurt. Obviously, not a smart move for someone with Chris' track record to mix it up with fans -- especially women -- even when they start it. Suggestion, Chris: let security handle it.

Jennifer Lopez's Boyfriend Is Cheating On Her With A Man Who Had Sex Change Operation (Photo)

Casper Smart (left) and Jennifer Lopez (right). Smart's probably looking at the back-up dancer to the front and not her.

Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez, 44, and her run of problems with men continues. Lopez, who has been married three times, has been dating back-up dancer, Casper Smart, 24. Previously, Smart was seen entering a gay movie theatre in New York. Photos of him surface wearing a tutu and sporting effeminate poses with another gay back-up dancer.

Transgender man Sofie who's clearly trying to look like Lopez

This week, the dreadful website The Dirty, published private internet messages between Smart and a man who had a sex change operation to become a woman. The blog post alleges Smart and the man, who had the sex change, had sexual relations. The messages are explicit and do seem to indicate something is going on between the two, which disrespects his relationship with Lopez, who has been taking care of him financially.

Casper Smart and Jennifer Lopez's daughter Emme

Casper is behaving as though he and Lopez have an open relationship, which is sexually reckless and promotes sexually transmitted diseases. Lopez needs to find a single, straight man, because what she's doing is an exercise in futility and allowing her children to become emotionally attached to a man who is and further will break her heart. He is having sex with men and women and clearly concealing it, as the aforementioned messages as well as photos were all kept private.

In the article November 18, 2013 article Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare the Judiciary Report stated the ObamaCare website bears signs of hacking. The next day computer security experts testified in Congress that they believe the site was hacked, confirming the Judiciary Report’s claims (Experts State Obamacare Website Hacked Just As This Site Previously Stated).

This week it was announced in the Washington Free Beacon , the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is searching Belarus regarding malware illegal implanted on the ObamaCare website via hacking, causing it to malfunction, while unlawfully obtaining the personal information of registrants  (http://freebeacon.com/the-belarusian-connection).

Obamacare website

It’s sad that anyone would tamper with any website, illegally trying to deface, damage or destroy it. However, it is particularly bad when someone does this to a website relating to health care. That’s people’s health and lives. There’s nothing admirable about targeting any site that has to do with the public’s health.

1.1 Million People Sign Up For Obamacare (But Website Still Malfunctioning)

Barack Obama

According to published reports, 1.1 million people have signed up for Obamacare. This is 2 million people shy of U.S. President Barack Obama's goal. The Affordable Care Act, dubbed Obamacare, has been plagued with problems from doctors to insurers and even the very website bearing the government approved insurance exchange.

Even the president had trouble signing up for health insurance on the website. The Judiciary Report is of the belief the site was hacked and one day later experts testified in Congress stating the same. Programmers need to break up into teams and go over every line of the code for illegally inserted malware and errors. A website that costly, created by many programmers, should not be malfunctioning in this manner.

Floyd Mayweather's Penis Criticized By Woman Online

Mayweather The Subject Of Security Breach After Security Breach

Floyd Mayweather selfie goes public (Photo redacted by the Judiciary Report)

Boxer Floyd Mayweather keeps letting all the wrong people into his life and getting burned for it. First, stripper Queen Princess Love betrays Mayweather with former friend and reality star Ray J. Then she calls up a thug to rob his home she was staying in for free and publishes his text messages, violating his privacy.

Now Mayweather is facing betrayal again, via an unnamed woman he sent a selfie of himself in his underwear, trying to tempt her into having sex with him. The attention seeking individual betrayed him by sendingthe photo to the Dirty website, along with a description of his manhood, criticizing the size of his penis.

The woman stated to the Dirty website, "Not all black people are created equal. I’m hoping you post this and maybe Floyd will stop sexting me pictures of his three inch penis. You ain’t packing honey." That's not nice. That's how God made him. This incident is another example of Mayweather bringing the wrong type of people into his life.

Mayweather needs to stop showing off his wealth, as inevitably it will attract the wrong people. You have to ask yourself, who would still be in your life if you stopped buying them things and letting them feed off of your spotlight. Who would be there just for you and not what you give and do for them.

Experts State Obamacare Website Hacked Just As This Site Previously Stated

President Barack Obama

In the November 18, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare" the site stated the Obamacare site has been hacked and sabotage. The next day in Congress (October 19, 2013) experts stated the same (see external article excerpt below).

Obamacare website

Do keep in mind that any website can be hacked and sabotage by anyone desperate enough to break the law and do so, but www.healthcare.gov has some serious security flaws, which can be exploited to steal individuals personal and identifying information.

Obamacare website

The trouble prone www.healthcare.gov  has experienced a host of problems that bare the tell tale signs of sabotage. As the Judiciary Report's regular readers know, this site has been hacked by hackers working for Madonna's pseudo-religious Kabbalah cult, in attempts at violating the constitutional right to free speech and free press, for having exposed their unlawful behavior, for which they are under federal investigation.

U.S. House Speaker John Boehner tried to sign up for health insurance through Obamacare but the site malfunctioned

Watching the www.healthcare.gov crisis unfold, I couldn't help but recognize similar signs of sabotage this site has experienced. The government has a problem on its hands. Adding to www. healthcare.gov problems is, not even U.S. House Speaker, John Boehner, could get the site to work, receiving an "internal server error" when he tried to buy health insurance.

My suggestion would be for the government to privately and formally summons computer experts, in the strictest confidence, on a national security basis for assistance in repairing and rebuilding key elements of the www. healthcare.gov site. People who've worked on websites for companies such as Humana and Coventry health care, to name a few, in an effort to gain insight on how to keep a healthcare site of said nature up and running. Choose tech experts already in the healthcare field with a proven track record. The site can be properly fixed.

Side Bar: whether you are a musician, mechanic or banker, it's best to go to website companies, who have created successfully running websites in your chosen field. There are aspects of site creation and maintenance unique to many fields, so it is best to go with those tried and true in your area of commerce.

Side Bar 2: Over the past few years, some liberals in Hollywood had been publicly chastising the government by stating it is "embarrassing" that America doesn't have a free national healthcare program. However, nations who have successfully done so, such as Britain, operate under different guidelines. It is like comparing apples and oranges.

In Britain, the tax rate is 10-20 percent higher than in America (for various people) and this system has been in place for decades. As such, for decades the British government has successfully and skillfully used this money to take care of the health care needs of its people (free medical and dental), as well as maintaining other facets of the nation (schools, parks, government housing).

Obamacare is something new, that has been implemented without higher overall national taxation, but requiring citizens pay for mandatory health care. Therefore, there are and will be issues that need to be addressed so as not to bankrupt citizens in certain income brackets. Now, if liberals in Hollywood would like a 20% tax increase to help Obamacare run more smoothly, please start writing the IRS bigger checks. If not, give your gums a rest and have a seat.

Healthcare.gov ‘may already have been compromised,’ security expert says

Published November 19, 2013 - Nov. 19, 2013: Security experts testify before a senate panel about security risks facing the healthcare.gov website. Not only is healthcare.gov at risk, it may already have been compromised, a security expert testified before the Senate. "Hackers are definitely after it," said David Kennedy, CEO of information security firm TrustedSEC before a House Science, Space, and Technology committee hearing on security concerns surrounding the problematic Healthcare.gov website.

"And if I had to guess, based on what I can see … I would say the website is either hacked already or will be soon." Kennedy told FoxNews.com he based this on an analysis revealing a large number of SQL injection attacks against the healthcare.gov website, which are indicative of "a large amount" of hacking attempts.

'I would say the website is either hacked already or will be soon.' - David Kennedy, CEO of information security firm TrustedSEC... All four cyber security experts unanimously concurred that, given the security issues, Americans should not use the site at present.

Cyber Experts To Congress: Shut Down The Obamacare Website Until It's Secure

Nov. 20, 2013, 5:41 AM - (Reuters) - President Barack Obama's HealthCare.gov site is riddled with security flaws that put user data of millions of people at risk and it should be shut down until fixed, several technology experts warned lawmakers on Tuesday.

The testimony at a congressional hearing could increase concerns among many Americans about Obama's healthcare overhaul, popularly known as Obamacare. Opinion polls show the botched rollout of the online marketplace for health insurance policies has hurt the popularity of the effort.

The website collects personal data such as names, birth dates, social security numbers, email addresses and other information that criminals could use for a variety of scams. In a rapid "yes" or "no" question-and-answer session during a Republican-sponsored hearing by the House of Representatives Science, Space and Technology Committee, Republican Representative Chris Collins of New York asked four experts about the security of the site:

"Do any of you think today that the site is secure?" The answer from the experts, which included two academics and two private sector technical researchers, was a unanimous "no." "Would you recommend today that this site be shut down until it is?" asked Collins, whose party is opposed to Obamacare and has sought to capitalize on the failures of the website since it opened for enrollment on October 1.

Three of the experts said "yes," while a fourth said he did not have enough information to make the call "The privacy and security of consumers' personal information are a top priority," White House spokesman Jay Carney said after the hearing...

L.A. Reid States 'Sorry Folks TLC Have Not Been Dropped By Epic'

TLC

This week, two of TLC's top fansites bitterly complained on the social networking website Twitter that the female duo had been dropped from Epic/Sony records because of their former manager, Pebbles, being angry with the portrayal of her in the movie "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story" (Pebbles Being Blamed For TLC Being Dropped From Sony Music's Epic Records But The Truth Is...).

Chilli of TLC (Rozanda Thomas)

Television network VH-1 issued a retraction to Pebbles on the former "true story" rebranding it a "fictionalized" account of events that transpired and no "reasonable person" should take it literally. However, some fans of TLC have been directing a lot of hate and animosity towards Pebbles on Twitter.

Pebbles

However, when TLC were removed from the Epic/Sony recently, the webmasters of a couple TLC fansites, drew the public's attention to it and blamed Pebbles as the reason behind it. However, as a pr rep pointed out to me and others on Twitter, L.A. Reid has since issued a tweet stating, "sorry folks- @OfficialTLC have not been dropped by @Epic_Records and yes we @officialchilli and @tbozworld are friends 4 life!"

Either the fansites were misinformed or the usage of the words "sorry folks" in L.A. Reid's statement indicates they were dropped but have been reinstated. Either way, as the Judiciary Report pointed out yesterday, TLC's sales new are too low (50,000 units in one month) as artists selling five times as many units have been dropped.

Tweets about TLC being dropped from Epic/Sony

The whole dynamic of the group changed when Lisa Lopes died a decade ago in a tragic car accident. Things haven't been the same since, then the group went on an extended hiatus. Many younger audiences do not know who TLC are, though the biopic did grant them new exposure.

Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare

...But Will It Be Enough

Barack Obama

The US Congress has voted to give Americans a one year extension to keep their current health insurance plans, after millions were dropped due to Obamacare. Previously, President Barack Obama told Americans anyone who wanted to keep their health insurance plan would be able to do so, in spite of Obamacare becoming law. However, the exact opposite happened and many are upset. People are now accusing Obama of not being truthful regarding his previous statements.

One year is not going to be enough time to sort out the confusion and mountains of paperwork associated with this switch. Furthermore, many Americans cannot afford the health care plans under Obamacare, as it is simply too costly. This is going to create financial problems in America. This is also occurring during a time the nation is already economically weakened from the effects of the 2008 financial crisis.

Obamacare website crashed weeks ago upon launch and the government is struggling to get it fixed. One has to wonder if it was hacked or sabotaged as similar government sites and those belonging to health insurance companies have not experienced such sweeping problems indicative of foul play.

The Judiciary Report has been skeptical of Obamacare from the start, primarily due to its hasty passage, sketchy details and clauses. The site was not in favor of the manner in which Obamacare was rammed through the legislature, with no real forethought to what the true impact would be on the American people once implemented. No one in Congress read all 10,000 pages of the bill before it was passed - a piece of important legislation, which could have said anything.

The site has offered time stamped suggestions, such as medical equipment tax, which was later picked up and put into Obamacare several months later (Can ObamaCare Work). However, there are other aspects of Obamacare that need to be changed. You can’t charge the middle class high insurance rates to cover the poor. It’s not going to work. It will economically weaken the middle class that already took a terrible financial battering in the 2008 crisis. Many still have not recovered from it.

People without preexisting conditions should have lower rates, as their health histories indicate it will cost less money to treat them. Rich people with preexisting conditions should be required to pay more, within reason, as they can afford it. A new pharma drug tax on pharmaceutical companies could be enacted and implemented as well, to help pay for the poor with preexisting medical conditions which places them at high risk. It would offset some of the costs.

If you make a certain amount of money, in a higher tax bracket than average, there should be no tax rebates or subsidies granted under Obamacare. Tax rebates and subsidies on Obamacare should only be for lower and middle income people.

Bill Clinton States President Obama Needs To Work On Obamacare To Help Millions Who've Lost Health Insurance Because Of It

Obama: "What you talking about" Bill!

Former President Bill Clinton stated current Commander-in-Chief, Barack Obama, needs to work on serious deficiencies within his Obamacare health care program, as millions of Americans have been dropped from their current plans, creating significant stress. President Obama previously promised this would not happened, but had to apologize when it did within weeks of the Obamacare website launch that became a fiasco. The site still is not fixed at this time.

Bill Clinton: honor your commitment Obama!

Many Americans are complaining of losing reasonably priced health insurance and being saddled with Obamacare policies with far higher monthly premiums they simply cannot afford. If the program is to work Obamacare prices will have to come down to levels attainable by the average American, especially in a tough financial climate. If the insurance offered under Obamacare is not affordable, this could potentially bankrupt Americans, adding to the current financial crisis. In attempting to solve one problem, one must not create another.
