U.S. President Barack Obama visited Miami this Thursday, October 20, 2016, to talk about his failed ObamaCare health care program. Recently, a number of insurance companies, such as United Health Group Inc, Aetna Inc and Humana Inc, have left the ObamaCare program citing costs, massive financial losses and lack of effectiveness. ObamaCare, initially touted as low priced health care, have steadily skyrocketed doubling and quadrupling what Americans were previously paying for healthcare. 

The Judiciary Report stated from the beginning that ObamaCare would not work and the site has been proven right. The Judiciary Report gave many suggestions on how to improve healthcare in America. Therefore, it was not empty criticism without cause, solutions or remedy. It was highly irresponsible for Obama, who is not a medical professional or scientist, to insanely ram through 10,000 pages of health care legislating that members of Congress and the Attorney General had not read. It was outrageous and undemocratic.

Obama got lost in arrogance, believing he is the president, albeit temporarily and can do what he wants. Well, as all people in the real world know, choices have consequences. It was all about narcissism and glory for Obama, to stage he was the first President of the United States to create a healthcare program, the cost to the American people be damned. And it has come at a very high cost. There's doing something...then there's doing something right. And ObamaCare was not done right. It is going from bad to worse. ObamaCare needs to be repealed. 

This month, former President Bill Clinton, referred to ObamaCare as "crazy." Clinton stated ObamaCare is, "A crazy system that doesn't make any sense." Clinton further stated this month, "And while he was slightly short-handed, it's clear to everyone, including President Obama, that improvements are need." The Judiciary Report stated that from the week ObamaCare became law (see below in "RELATED ARTICLES" section of this article, particularly Can ObamaCare Work). ObamaCare has negatively impacted the deficit in a significant way. ObamaCare has created massive problems for doctors, nurses and medical office workers.

Most medical professionals I have encountered hate ObamaCare. They complain it is ineffective, greatly adds to paperwork delaying appointments and does not properly or adequately reimburse them. Mainstream press reports revealed the American people have also been "revolting" from ObamaCare in droves. 

As stated previously on the site, I have been diligently working on patents regarding cancer, HIV and AIDS. The Obama administration has insanely harassed me no end over my intellectual property in conduct that is disgusting and illegal. However, I can state with all certainty, based on what I have seen and experienced in a number of alarming incidents, the Obama Administration does not care about your health.

The Obama Administration are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry in America, who have issued massive financial payments to Obama and members of his administration to keep things status quo. In a disturbing, distressing and deranged incident in Florida arranged by Obama's FBI, Miami senior paramedic Lieutenant Pierre told me in a rude manner regarding the American pharmaceutical industry and the government, "It's a 400 billion dollar a year business. They don't want anything cured." 

Therefore, it is the Obama Administration's position and that of the pharmaceutical industry in America that they do not want anyone curing disease, as it is more profitable for them that you be sick. The Obama Administration should hope God doesn't give them a dose of their own medicine. God is known for being ironic and making sure, "You reap what you sow." 

The heathen Obama Administration should be careful taking that disgusting stance with people's health care, fighting against cures in order to benefit the financial bottom-line of big pharma, who has paid them. They should hope God doesn't firmly place them in the same predicament they placed sick people. Because then, the Obama Administration would want cures.

Clinton said that Obamacare “works fine” for people with “modest” incomes or who are eligible for government subsidies, or Medicare. A 4-year-old boy was recently rushed to the hospital in Britain with a potentially fatal condition, due to alternative medicine his mother began giving him. ITV News reports the boy was being given, "12 different supplements over a number of months, including vitamin D, camel's milk, silver and Epsom bath salts. His parents gave the boy the supplements in an attempt to treat his autism, but instead he lost 6.5lbs over three weeks and suffered vomiting and extreme thirst.

It is understandable that parents want their children to get well, but respectfully, you are not going to cure autism with fruits, vegetables, vitamins and or supplements. However, they do form a healthy diet. I am of the belief there is a variation in the brains of people with autism, but with professional therapy and training, many lead normal lives.

I agree all the pesticides and chemicals in our food, water and other products we buy, is not good for us or the environment, but it is almost inescapable at this point, due to modern society. Similarly, you have to act within reason in reference to your family's health care and not think alternative medicine will solve everything. Much of the alternative medicine available on the market today does not work and some of it is downright dangerous.

It is important not to stigmatize autistic people. Autistic people need to know they are loved and appreciated. Do not make them feel bad, but encourage, love and support them. Autistic people also need to be guided and protected to keep them from trouble and people from taking advantage of them.

It also paid for studio time during the early part of Mariah's career, aiding in the singer making a demo tape she later gave to married music mogul, Tommy Mottola. Mariah broke up Mottola's marriage of 20-years, via an adulterous relationship. Mariah then wed Mottola, 20-years her senior, in a marriage that did not last long.

Mariah is being a real sanctimonious hypocrite with her sister, when what she did with Mottola is basically the same thing - whoring out one's self to a man one does not love for financial advancement (Mottola gave Carey a record deal and sizable advance due to their affair). Mariah needs to get off her high horse and help her sister. Scorning people with HIV is not cute. It is downright ugly.

In a November 30, 2015 article on the Judiciary Report's sister site, www.Compendius.com, the site recommended doctors be given the ability to report to the government's background check division (FBI) the names of mentally ill patients, who would pose a danger as gun owners, barring them from ownership. 5-weeks later on January 5, 2016, President Barack Obama announced his new gun control measures includes a new feature that enables doctors to report to the FBI's background check division the names of mentally ill patients, in an effort to bar them from buying guns:

Dear’s conduct again proves there are holes in the national gun check system allowing mentally ill people to purchase weapons. There have been many high profile shootings in America, a number on university campuses, where it was later revealed doctors had declared the shooter mentally ill, but due to a lack of timely and viable methods of connecting medical records with national gun background check systems, many mentally unfit people go under the radar. Not only should they have been denied the right to buy a gun, but institutionalized as well. 

America needs gun control. Approximately 30,000 Americans die each year in non-police based shootings. That number is unacceptably high. Productive members of society are being lost to gun violence in acts that are preventable via the proper legislation being enacted and an overhaul of the gun background check system to sync them with medical records of individuals flagged as suffering from mental illness. 

All Americans’ medical records would not need to be included in the database. Doctors offices could each be assigned a password protected user name and pin/password that requires medical professionals to refer patients’ names to the database, who meet the mental illness criteria that poses a danger to the public. This is the only viable solution that could decrease the number of gun related fatalities committed by mentally ill people, in the absence of gun control, with the latter being the best option."

It's not the first time I have written something that the government later implemented. A number of items made as public suggestions on my sites have been used by governments. However, my public suggestions are made in an effort to help save lives. Therefore, I do not view under the category of copyright infringement in those cases.

A press site is claiming the new directive from the president this week is apart of a plan he unveiled on gun control in January 2013. However, upon further inspection, Obama's only gun control initiative in January 2013, was unveiled on the 16th at the White House and states nothing about doctors reporting mentally ill patients to the gun background check division of the government, handled by the FBI, which is what I proposed 5-weeks ago and what the Obama Administration proposed two days ago (see articles below under the STORY SOURCE section).

Obama criticized on social networking for fake crying and using his middle finger to wipe away his tear

Obama's speech from the White House in Washington, is being heavily criticized on social networking by the public and press. Some are stating he was crying crocodile tears. I am not a fan of Obama, due unlawful and high unethical acts he has committed in office. However, proverbially putting him aside in this matter, it is time for people to recognize the fact thousands of people in America are needlessly dying every year due to senseless acts of violence that need to desist. Gun control has worked for other nations and can work for America as well, in greatly reducing crime rates, particularly in the area of homicides.

Here Are The 23 Executive Orders On Gun Safety Signed Today By The President

President Obama has signed 23 executive orders designed to address the problem of gun violence in America. The following are the items addressed:

Gun Violence Reduction Executive Actions:

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.

2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.

3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.

4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.

6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.

7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.

8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).

9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.

10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make itwidely available to law enforcement.

11. Nominate an ATF director.

12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.

13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.

14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.

15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effectiveuse of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to developinnovative technologies.

16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.

19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.

20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.

21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.

22. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations.

23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.

It does not appear that any of the executive orders would have any impact on the guns people currently own-or would like to purchase- and that all proposals regarding limiting the availability of assault weapons or large ammunition magazines will be proposed for Congressional action. As such, any potential effort to create a constitutional crisis—or the leveling of charges that the White House has overstepped its executive authority—would hold no validity.

The biggest piece of legislation that was rammed through under the Obama Administration, is ObamaCare, regarding health care for Americans. According to a report in today's London Evening Standard (on page 2), using data from the Office for National Statistics, on average, with proper nutrition and medical care, "Women will live to be 100 and men to 97." The report states, "Life expectancy is rising so fast that a landmark once seen as remarkable will be merely the average span within two generations." As a lover of science, I will interpret the data in layman's terms for everyone. This means, with years of successful nagging, women can shave approximately 3-years off their husbands' lives. 40-Pound Dying Anorexic Who Made Plea For Medical Help Makes Recovery (Photos)

This is a follow up to the May 21, 2015 article "A Hospital Should Be Allowed To Force Feed 40-Pound Dying Anorexic Actress." There is good news to report. After being on death's door, weighing a little more than 40-pounds, Rachael Farrokh has made a wonderful recovery. A new photo shows Farrokh looking fabulous after treatment.

Farrokh received $200,000 in donations for medical treatment via the GoFundMe site. Congress does not have legislation in effect regarding mandatory medical treatment for anorexics. Farrokh used the funds raised to undergo treatment in Portugal, after many doctors had turned her away in California, due to here extremely low weight and the liability they felt it posed.

10.29.15 - Over the past year, 37-year-old Rachael Farrokh of California made headlines for publicly speaking out about the dangers of anorexia. The bedridden 5-foot-7 woman weighed a mere “40-something” pounds when she publicly pleaded for financial help to cover the cost of treatment, telling Women in the World in a May interview that the generosity she received from sympathizers around the world was “like a whirlwind.”

Through a GoFundMe account, Farrokh raised nearly $200,000 dollars for treatment, a process she recently underwent in Portugal. Her health has since drastically improved and at a march in Washington, D.C. this week, a nearly-unrecognizable Farrokh was joined by hundreds to bring awareness to the impact of eating disorders.

“[The treatment center staff] were so worried about my body, and my body wasn’t responding because they didn’t understand the brain had to come along with the body,” Farrokh told NBC4. “My mind is so much more clear and my thinking has developed.” With help from her husband, who quit his job to care for her, Farrokh’s recovery will continue in the United States. She plans on joining other families in asking Congress to mandate insurance coverage for inpatient treatment for those with eating disorders.

Anorexia is a serious eating disorder where sufferers of the disease starve themselves to look thin, often sending them to an early grave via malnutrition and organ failure. People seeking to take control of their lives, albeit in the wrong manner, view starvation as the answer, but it initiates a negative nutritional pattern many find difficult to break. It becomes a negative compulsion with the brain stuck in a dangerous pattern.

An actress in California, Rachael Farrokh, is an anorexic on the cusp of death, having starved herself down to an emaciated frame of 40-pounds. Farrokh suffers from dysmorphia, where she sees her body image in the incorrect manner, which led to anorexia nervosa. Farrokh is stating several hospitals, with the exception of one, have informed her she is "too skinny to treat."

Hospitals or medical facilities should be endowed with the legal right to obtain court approval to force feed anorexics in danger of death, via a judicial order enabling them to detain anorexia suffers for weeks, to facilitate the necessary weigh gain to save their lives. High calorie liquid infusions, packed with vitamins and minerals, properly administered over the course of weeks, would be beneficial in returning anorexics to good health.

The government can buy bombs and others weapons of war costing billions of dollars, but give insufficient attention to the health care and nutritional needs of the homeless or helpless such as anorexics. The government's priorities are all wrong. Taxpayers' money could go to more useful and socially beneficial endeavors, such as helping people in need.

In the footage, she explains how her condition has severely declined in recent months, leaving her emaciated, breathless and too weak to move around on her own at her San Clemente home. MIT Professor, Jonathan Gruber, hired by U.S. President Barack Obama, referred to "American voters" as "stupid" in the latest  scandal to hit the administration. Gruber really put his foot in it with these unwise statements that are now circulating the internet. Segments of the liberal media have been suppressing the story, but unsuccessfully so, as it aired on CNN to the Obama administration's embarrassment.

With a U.S. presidential election less than two years away, it was not a good idea for the Democrats, to have a high profile member of the Obama administration to call voters "stupid." High profile Democrat, Nancy Pelosi, is now denying even knowing who Gruber is, though she had previously publicly mentioned the professor.

Pelosi used her Speaker of the House website in 2010 to promote “the Gruber Analysis.”

CNN States Ebola Caused Major Stock Market Decline Confirming What This Site Previously Stated

In the October 15. 2014 article “U.S. Stock Market Plunges” the Judiciary Report stated the Ebola cases that surfaced in America caused the stock market to sharply plunge, “The Ebola cases surfacing in America has also impacted the stock market in a negative way.”

Ebola is a fear factor for stock market

By Matt Egan @mattmegan5 October 20, 2014: 2:49 PM ET - Fear has returned to Wall Street this fall and at least some of the heightened nervousness can be pinned on Ebola. That's not to say the deadly virus is the number one thing keeping investors awake at night. There's concern about the global economy, deflation in Europe, China's slowing growth and Federal Reserve policy. But Ebola has contributed to the negative psychology that has sent stock prices reeling this month. 

Need proof? The chart below shows how the VIX volatility index has spiked since the summer. At the same time, the number of searches on Bloomberg terminals (a key resource for many investors) for news related to the Ebola outbreak has also skyrocketed. Of course, correlation doesn't imply causality, but it's worth noting.

Ebola is "not by itself directly responsible for everything, but it's obviously making things work," said Dan Greenhaus, chief global strategist at BTIG. ebola volatility The VIX volatility index has clearly been on the rise since July 1. So have searches on Bloomberg terminals for news surrounding the Ebola crisis.

Greenhaus, who published a similar chart in a note to clients Sunday night, said he's noticed a change in how his investor clients have reacted to the Ebola issue. "I saw the progression from curiosity and sideshow to something a little more paramount," he said. "In the context of everything else going on from European weakness to Fed tapering, if you layer on top of that whatever minor chance of a pandemic, you obviously have the recipe for additional volatility."

Turbulence hits stocks: That volatility was on full display last week. The Dow plummeted as much as 460 points on October 15 amid a plethora of concerns, including Ebola, before rebounding sharply. Two days later the Dow surged 263 points -- its second best day of the entire year -- as Wall Street cheered strong corporate report cards.

A sense of calm returned to Wall Street on Monday, with most major U.S. markets climbing cautiously higher. The VIX dropped 11%, putting it on track for a third consecutive down day. There was positive news on the Ebola front as 43 people who were in contact with Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan were officially cleared…

The Ebola concerns are not universal among investors. Greenhaus said he's noticed that clients who believe there's a reason to be worried about Ebola are very concerned. But he said those that aren't concerned believe it's a "sideshow, a convenient excuse and stupid it would get brought up at all."

Volatile travel stocks: There's far less debate over what kind of impact Ebola is having on certain corners of the travel and pharmaceutical sectors of the stock market. Just look at the bumpy ride airline investors are experiencing. Shares of Delta Air Lines (DAL) and American Airlines (AAL) have retreated more than 15% from their 52-week highs amid fears a wider Ebola crisis will scare people away from flying.

Cruise operators like Carnival (CCL) and Royal Caribbean (RCL) have also been hit, with their shares tumbling 12% a piece over the past month. On the other hand, investors are betting on which companies will be able to capitalize on Ebola. Shares of Tekmira Pharmaceuticals (TKMR) and other drug makers working on Ebola treatments have shot up in recent months. Lakeland Industries (LAKE), which makes Hazmat suits, has skyrocketed 100% since mid-September.

U.S. Health System In Need Of Overhaul

The U.S. health care system is in need of massive overhaul. Having seen and experienced it up close due, I can state, there are many problems that need to be resolved and areas where it can be improved. Previously, the Judiciary Report suggested the idea of a medical database listing all the prescriptions issued in America to assist doctors in preventing addicts from doctor shopping to obtain large quantities of pharmaceutical drugs to get high. 

In the July 21, 2009 article Celebrity Prescriptions, the Judiciary Report called for a comprehensive drug computer system to prevent the abuse of prescription meds. 4-months later on November 29, 2009, the New York Times wrote of scientists echoing the same sentiments, in calling for a drug database (Scientists Call For Drug Database ).

After experiences with the medical system this year, the Judiciary Report is of the belief, the U.S. government needs to start a comprehensive, password protected medical record database for all patients in America. Conditions can be cross-referenced all over the country, aiding doctors and scientists in effectively treating patients. Outbreaks can be tracked, monitored and addressed to save lives.

 In attempting to see a neurologist and orthopedist in reference to nerve damage to one of my legs (that can't be seen externally) and a repairable back injury, I was given referrals to different physicians (in short, I need surgery). 

The doctors I was referred to did not have my medical records and it caused a mess of wasted time and money. If there was one comprehensive medical records database, it would save millions of people in America time and money and cut health care costs. It's also a sensible, practical medical management solution.

29-year-old Dallas nurse Amber Vinson has contracted the Ebola virus at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. Vinson is a colleague of nurse Nina Pham, who contracted Ebola from Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan. He has since passed away, while Pham is under quarantine.

Vinson is thought to have contracted the disease in this setting. Vinson also traveled on a commercial airliner, not realizing she had become infected. The CDC is now asking "All 132 passengers on Monday’s Frontier Airlines flight 1143 from Cleveland to Dallas-Fort Worth call 1-800-CDC-INFO. The flight landed at 8:16 p.m. CT Monday."

Ebola has not been a problem in America. Therefore, medical authorities did not place emphasis on training healthcare workers to combat the dreadful, hemorrhagic disease. The disease has caught the U.S. health care system flatfooted.

Second Dallas nurse with Ebola was on Frontier Airlines Flight 1143

DALLAS – A second nurse who cared for Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan has been diagnosed with the deadly disease — a day after flying from Ohio to Texas, officials said. Amber Joy Vinson, 29, reported a fever late Tuesday and was immediately isolated at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. Vinson’s condition has worsened and she will be flown to a biocontainment unit at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, federal officials said during a Wednesday news conference.

CDC director Dr. Tom Frieden said Vinson, who was in Ohio to plan her wedding, was not experiencing symptoms at the time of her flight, but “should not have traveled” on her return flight to Texas after learning in Ohio that she was a potential infection risk.

The CDC asks that all 132 passengers on Monday’s Frontier Airlines flight 1143 from Cleveland to Dallas-Fort Worth call 1-800-CDC-INFO. The flight landed at 8:16 p.m. CT Monday. Frieden said because Vinson didn’t have a fever and wasn’t vomiting on the flight “suggests to us that the risk to any person around that individual on the plane would have been extremely low.”

Dog Of Dallas Nurse Infected With Ebola Under Quarantine At Naval Base

The dog belonging to Texas nurse, Nina Pham, who contracted Ebola on the job, is under quarantine on "a decommissioned U.S. naval base." Authorities vowed to care for the cute pooch, while his owner is in critical condition. The dog looks quite sad in photos. Dogs can inanely sense things and likely knows his owner is sick.

The dog is hearing what is being said around him as well. You can teach a dog to obey verbal commands and do tricks based on what you state. Therefore, they understand what is being said, even on a basic level. They also have heightened senses and can be trained to sniff out disease, among other things (drugs). The animal is quite aware.

Pham was caring for Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan, who was suffering from the Ebola virus, when she contracted it through an accidental breach in medial safety protocols. 

There was a case in England regarding a dog that kept pawing at one of its owner's breasts. She thought it strange the dog began doing that. She was feeling unwell and had tests run, only to discover she has breast cancer. It is being stated the dog sensed it. Though no definitive tests/studies have been done, there are many stories of dogs being able to sense illness in humans.

26-year-old Texas nurse, Nina Pham, is the second person to be infected with the Ebola virus in America, after caring for now deceased Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan. Pham and her dog are under quarantine and being cared for. It is believed transmission occurred when Pham accidentally breached CDC health and safety protocols in how to remove protective clothing after treating an Ebola patient. 70 others have possibly been exposed in this incident.

U.S. President Barack Obama has come under fire from brilliant neurosurgeon, Dr. Ben Carson, over his handling of the Ebola virus outbreak, as it pertains to the Center For Disease Control (CDC) in America. This is fresh on the heels of the CDC safety scandal, an item the Judiciary Report warned about for years (and though site stats reveal the U.S. Government read the Judiciary Report every single day and have for years, the warnings went unheeded until it ended up in Congress last month via an ugly scandal Congress Rips The CDC For Lax Safety Procedures That Led To Anthrax Exposure Confirming This Site's Previous Claims). 

Carson stated, "Certainly I’m a strong proponent of privacy of health care information, but you can certainly reveal that a patient has been tested and is negative to allay hysteria because when you have a situation where you're acting if a secretive manner, people have a tendency to assume the worst. So you have to be smart enough to weigh one thing against the other. You can't just sort of have blinders on and say ‘privacy, privacy, privacy’ and there's a riot going on outside. So, that's where wisdom comes in."

Carson also criticized Obamacare labeling it, "The worst thing since slavery." Carson further stated, "It is slavery because it aims to make all of us subservient to the government. It was never about health care. It was all about control." 

As the Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated in articles, America needs a health care program, but Obamacare has significant problems and they are not being address. Doctors all over America are complaining about Obamacare and turning patients away. Obamacare has a significant amount of paperwork attached to it for medical offices and if the documents are not completed or done correctly, the patient will not be allowed to see a doctor, as the physician will not be paid. There are also too many kickbacks and clauses in Obamacare and it will impact the national debt.

The President would do well to start listening to medical professionals like Ben Carson rather than insisting on his own way all the time when it comes to health care. President Obama is not a doctor nor is he a scientist. He is a lawyer.

When I was a kid Carson spoke at a school I attended, telling students about his life, the troubles he encountered from peer pressure and working his way to success. It was very inspiring. Over a decade after that speech, Carson, a skilled, innovative surgeon, also performed surgery on one of my family friends when she was a preteen (her initials are A.B.).

My friend felt ill and doctors discovered a growth in her brain, bordering the stem. Doctors in Miami stated there would be a 90 percent chance she would die on the operating table if she underwent surgery, as the growth was so embedded and in a very sensitive region of the brain.

Carson, who was out of state, heard about the medical emergency and was touched by the case. He offered to perform the risky surgery and for free. Last rites were administered before the surgery (that should let you know how bad her prognosis was at the time), as family and friends also prayed she would make it through the complicated surgery. I'm happy to report, over a decade later, my friend is alive and well and just graduated from law school. God still performs miracles.

The next day computer security experts testified in Congress that they believe the site was hacked, confirming the Judiciary Report’s claims (Experts State Obamacare Website Hacked Just As This Site Previously Stated).

This week it was announced in the Washington Free Beacon , the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is searching Belarus regarding malware illegal implanted on the ObamaCare website via hacking, causing it to malfunction, while unlawfully obtaining the personal information of registrants  (http://freebeacon.com/the-belarusian-connection).

It’s sad that anyone would tamper with any website, illegally trying to deface, damage or destroy it. However, it is particularly bad when someone does this to a website relating to health care. That’s people’s health and lives. There’s nothing admirable about targeting any site that has to do with the public’s health.

In the November 18, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare" the site stated the Obamacare site has been hacked and sabotage. The next day in Congress (October 19, 2013) experts stated the same (see external article excerpt below).

Do keep in mind that any website can be hacked and sabotage by anyone desperate enough to break the law and do so, but www.healthcare.gov has some serious security flaws, which can be exploited to steal individuals personal and identifying information.

The trouble prone www.healthcare.gov  has experienced a host of problems that bare the tell tale signs of sabotage. As the Judiciary Report's regular readers know, this site has been hacked by hackers working for Madonna's pseudo-religious Kabbalah cult, in attempts at violating the constitutional right to free speech and free press, for having exposed their unlawful behavior, for which they are under federal investigation.

Watching the www.healthcare.gov crisis unfold, I couldn't help but recognize similar signs of sabotage this site has experienced. The government has a problem on its hands. Adding to www. healthcare.gov problems is, not even U.S. House Speaker, John Boehner, could get the site to work, receiving an "internal server error" when he tried to buy health insurance.

My suggestion would be for the government to privately and formally summons computer experts, in the strictest confidence, on a national security basis for assistance in repairing and rebuilding key elements of the www. healthcare.gov site. People who've worked on websites for companies such as Humana and Coventry health care, to name a few, in an effort to gain insight on how to keep a healthcare site of said nature up and running. Choose tech experts already in the healthcare field with a proven track record. The site can be properly fixed.

Side Bar: whether you are a musician, mechanic or banker, it's best to go to website companies, who have created successfully running websites in your chosen field. There are aspects of site creation and maintenance unique to many fields, so it is best to go with those tried and true in your area of commerce.

Side Bar 2: Over the past few years, some liberals in Hollywood had been publicly chastising the government by stating it is "embarrassing" that America doesn't have a free national healthcare program. However, nations who have successfully done so, such as Britain, operate under different guidelines. It is like comparing apples and oranges.

In Britain, the tax rate is 10-20 percent higher than in America (for various people) and this system has been in place for decades. As such, for decades the British government has successfully and skillfully used this money to take care of the health care needs of its people (free medical and dental), as well as maintaining other facets of the nation (schools, parks, government housing).

Obamacare is something new, that has been implemented without higher overall national taxation, but requiring citizens pay for mandatory health care. Therefore, there are and will be issues that need to be addressed so as not to bankrupt citizens in certain income brackets. Now, if liberals in Hollywood would like a 20% tax increase to help Obamacare run more smoothly, please start writing the IRS bigger checks. If not, give your gums a rest and have a seat.

Healthcare.gov ‘may already have been compromised,’ security expert says

Published November 19, 2013 - Nov. 19, 2013: Security experts testify before a senate panel about security risks facing the healthcare.gov website. Not only is healthcare.gov at risk, it may already have been compromised, a security expert testified before the Senate. "Hackers are definitely after it," said David Kennedy, CEO of information security firm TrustedSEC before a House Science, Space, and Technology committee hearing on security concerns surrounding the problematic Healthcare.gov website.

"And if I had to guess, based on what I can see … I would say the website is either hacked already or will be soon." Kennedy told FoxNews.com he based this on an analysis revealing a large number of SQL injection attacks against the healthcare.gov website, which are indicative of "a large amount" of hacking attempts.

Cyber Experts To Congress: Shut Down The Obamacare Website Until It's Secure

Nov. 20, 2013, 5:41 AM - (Reuters) - President Barack Obama's HealthCare.gov site is riddled with security flaws that put user data of millions of people at risk and it should be shut down until fixed, several technology experts warned lawmakers on Tuesday.

The testimony at a congressional hearing could increase concerns among many Americans about Obama's healthcare overhaul, popularly known as Obamacare. Opinion polls show the botched rollout of the online marketplace for health insurance policies has hurt the popularity of the effort.

The website collects personal data such as names, birth dates, social security numbers, email addresses and other information that criminals could use for a variety of scams. In a rapid "yes" or "no" question-and-answer session during a Republican-sponsored hearing by the House of Representatives Science, Space and Technology Committee, Republican Representative Chris Collins of New York asked four experts about the security of the site:

"Do any of you think today that the site is secure?" The answer from the experts, which included two academics and two private sector technical researchers, was a unanimous "no." "Would you recommend today that this site be shut down until it is?" asked Collins, whose party is opposed to Obamacare and has sought to capitalize on the failures of the website since it opened for enrollment on October 1.

Three of the experts said "yes," while a fourth said he did not have enough information to make the call "The privacy and security of consumers' personal information are a top priority," White House spokesman Jay Carney said after the hearing...
