After Charlie Sheen's interview with Matt Lauer on the "Today Show" where he confirmed he is HIV positive and informed all his sex partners prior to having sexual intercourse with them, some are going on record publicly disagreeing the Hollywood actor's claims. Porn stars Sheen had sex with on a daily basis, such as Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, have come forward complaining he never told them he is HIV positive, but had sex with them anyway when they lived with him for a year. Olson stated she had "high risk sex" with Sheen for a year, using less secure "lambskin condoms" that provide no protection against HIV. Olson stated on occasion she had sex with Sheen without any protection at all. 

Olson stated in response to Sheen's claims he told his sex partners he is HIV positive, "Bulls**t! "He doesn't even value my life...if someone goes without knowing, and there's plenty of girls I'm sure he's had in his life where they don't go get tested regularly like I do with the types of lives that they lead.

When it turns into AIDS then it turns into a whole different ballgame. I haven't even thought about anything, but all I know right now is now because of him anytime someone hears my name they think of HIV right next to it." Sheen does not know exactly when he contracted the virus or from whom.

In many U.S. states it is illegal to have sex with someone and not inform them prior to sexual intercourse that one is HIV positive. You can't gamble with people's lives like that. They deserve the right to know your status.

Sheen also made misleading claims during the "Today Show" interview stating his HIV viral load is so low and "undetectable" it was deemed okay for him to have protected sex under the supervision of his physician. "Today Show" host Matt Lauer did correct him on said statements, citing CDC information regarding changing viral loads and the possibility of transmission to uninfected people.

Sheen and his doctor's statements are grossly misleading and dangerous. Even with a low or "undetectable" viral load, one can still pass the HIV virus on to others during unprotected sex or protected sex (accidents happen, condoms tear and slip). The risk is lower, but make no mistake, it still exists. It is wrong to go on television and make such dangerous claims that others will follow to their detriment and that of public health in general.

Sheen is actually having unprotected sex with people and making the dangerous claim his viral load is too low to transmit HIV, which is wrong. It can happen, even with the use of medicines such as Truvada, meant to decrease a healthy person's chances of contracting HIV from a known carrier (however, the makers of Truvada do not endorse unprotected sex). Not to mention, exposure to HIV positive bodily fluids negatively affects the immune system of health people, regardless of how low the viral load (the disease is still present, but in a weakened form).

November 17, 2015 9:13 AM PST - Charlie Sheen admitted he was diagnosed with HIV on the Today show Tuesday morning and said he informed ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller in 2011. The Two and a Half Men star also said he told any and all partners of his diagnosis prior to engaging in sexual acts with them, but now ex-girlfriend and "goddess" Bree Olson said that's "bulls--t" because she claimed she had no idea on The Howard Stern Show.

"He doesn't even value my life...if someone goes without knowing, and there's plenty of girls I'm sure he's had in his life where they don't go get tested regularly like I do with the types of lives that they lead," said Olson, who said she had high-risk sex with Sheen, who used lambskin condoms. But Sheen told Matt Lauer that since his diagnosis he has had unprotected sex with only two women but insisted they were seeking medical attention to make sure everything was safe. On the day Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen announced he is HIV positive, the CDC (Center For Disease Control) in America announced sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are on the rise in the United States, especially among gay men. However, if you are heterosexual, don't take that to mean you can be as promiscuous as you want and maintain your health. You are at risk as well if you engage in certain risky behaviors (promiscuity, sharing drug needles). People in America and around the world need to pay attention to their sexual health. Avoid poor and risky sexual choices.

The Judiciary Report has been stating for the past few years that STD rates are on the rise. Pop culture is apart of the problem, as promiscuity is being promoted in music, films, TV and online by Hollywood, entertainers and athletes. Websites like Ashley Madison, Grindr and Tinder promote promiscuity as well and it is driving up STD rates. People are being ridiculed on social networking for subscribing to the concept of a monogamous relationship. I've been on Twitter and Instagram and observed as people were mocked for wanting to or actually being in decent, faithful relationship.

Just because someone is in a faithful relationship, doesn't mean they are sexually boring or not having fun. Some of the most tame looking people on the outside and very wild behind closed doors. One of my friends and her husband appear very tame on the outside. However, they have a lot of kids and often make sexual jokes at dinner and parties that pretty much reveal they are freaky with each other. However, they are not promiscuous or unfaithful, yet still leading happy, healthy lives.

CDC: US sexually transmitted disease epidemic worsening

Nov 17, 12:25 PM EST - CHICAGO (AP) -- A U.S. sexually transmitted diseases epidemic is increasing and the most common infection, chlamydia, has risen to record levels, government officials say. Reported cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis all increased in 2014. Chlamydia cases had dipped in 2013, but last year's total of more than 1.4 million - or 456 cases per 100,000 - was the highest number of annual cases of any condition ever reported to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The chlamydia rate was up almost 3 percent from 2013, the CDC reported Tuesday.

Sexually transmitted diseases are among more than 70 diseases that are reportable to the CDC, including measles, chickenpox and tuberculosis. Flu is reported differently, by hospitalizations. "America's worsening STD epidemic is a clear call for better diagnosis, treatment, and prevention," said the CDC's Dr. Jonathan Mermin.

Gonorrhea cases totaled 350,062, up 5 percent from 2013, and the most contagious forms of syphilis jumped 15 percent to 20,000. As in previous years, the syphilis increase was mainly in gay and bisexual men. Most gonorrhea and chlamydia infections were in 15- to 24-year-olds, an ongoing trend. Both can cause infertility in women but can be treated with antibiotics. They often have no symptoms, and while yearly screening is recommended for sexually active women younger than 25, many don't get tested and infections go untreated, the CDC said.

The Ebola virus outbreak in America is causing concern among the general public. Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan, is the first person to die of Ebola in America, after visiting family in Dallas, Texas. Two nurses that treated Duncan, Nina Pham and Amber Vison, have since tested positive for Ebola.

In the wake of the viral outbreak, the U.S. government, via the Center For Disease Control (CDC), has issued new guidelines for the handling of the Ebola virus in America. This medical emergency has made the public aware of the fact the CDC is not prepared for all diseases that can strike, which is dangerous.

The government has to get on the ball and prepare for every potential medical scenario that can strike America. It will save lives. Infectious disease is a serious problem that can kill rapidly. Second Nurse In Dallas Infected With Ebola Traveled On An Airplane After Becoming Ill (CDC Health Advisory)

29-year-old Dallas nurse Amber Vinson has contracted the Ebola virus at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. Vinson is a colleague of nurse Nina Pham, who contracted Ebola from Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan. He has since passed away, while Pham is under quarantine.

Vinson is thought to have contracted the disease in this setting. Vinson also traveled on a commercial airliner, not realizing she had become infected. The CDC is now asking "All 132 passengers on Monday’s Frontier Airlines flight 1143 from Cleveland to Dallas-Fort Worth call 1-800-CDC-INFO. The flight landed at 8:16 p.m. CT Monday."

Ebola has not been a problem in America. Therefore, medical authorities did not place emphasis on training healthcare workers to combat the dreadful, hemorrhagic disease. The disease has caught the U.S. health care system flatfooted.

Second Dallas nurse with Ebola was on Frontier Airlines Flight 1143

DALLAS – A second nurse who cared for Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan has been diagnosed with the deadly disease — a day after flying from Ohio to Texas, officials said. Amber Joy Vinson, 29, reported a fever late Tuesday and was immediately isolated at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. Vinson’s condition has worsened and she will be flown to a biocontainment unit at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, federal officials said during a Wednesday news conference.

CDC director Dr. Tom Frieden said Vinson, who was in Ohio to plan her wedding, was not experiencing symptoms at the time of her flight, but “should not have traveled” on her return flight to Texas after learning in Ohio that she was a potential infection risk.

The CDC asks that all 132 passengers on Monday’s Frontier Airlines flight 1143 from Cleveland to Dallas-Fort Worth call 1-800-CDC-INFO. The flight landed at 8:16 p.m. CT Monday. Frieden said because Vinson didn’t have a fever and wasn’t vomiting on the flight “suggests to us that the risk to any person around that individual on the plane would have been extremely low.”

Texas Nurse Who Cared For Liberian Tourist That Died From Ebola Is Now Infected As Well (Video)

26-year-old Texas nurse, Nina Pham, is the second person to be infected with the Ebola virus in America, after caring for now deceased Liberian tourist, Thomas Eric Duncan. Pham and her dog are under quarantine and being cared for. It is believed transmission occurred when Pham accidentally breached CDC health and safety protocols in how to remove protective clothing after treating an Ebola patient. 70 others have possibly been exposed in this incident.

U.S. President Barack Obama has come under fire from brilliant neurosurgeon, Dr. Ben Carson, over his handling of the Ebola virus outbreak, as it pertains to the Center For Disease Control (CDC) in America. Carson stated, "Certainly I’m a strong proponent of privacy of health care information, but you can certainly reveal that a patient has been tested and is negative to allay hysteria because when you have a situation where you're acting if a secretive manner, people have a tendency to assume the worst. So you have to be smart enough to weigh one thing against the other. You can't just sort of have blinders on and say ‘privacy, privacy, privacy’ and there's a riot going on outside. So, that's where wisdom comes in."

Carson also criticized Obamacare labeling it, "The worst thing since slavery." Carson further stated, "It is slavery because it aims to make all of us subservient to the government. It was never about health care. It was all about control." 

As the Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated in articles, America needs a health care program, but Obamacare has significant problems and they are not being address. Doctors all over America are complaining about Obamacare and turning patients away. Obamacare has a significant amount of paperwork attached to it for medical offices and if the documents are not completed or done correctly, the patient will not be allowed to see a doctor, as the physician will not be paid. There are also too many kickbacks and clauses in Obamacare and it will impact the national debt.

The President would do well to start listening to medical professionals like Ben Carson rather than insisting on his own way all the time when it comes to health care. President Obama is not a doctor nor is he a scientist. He is a lawyer.

When I was a kid Carson spoke at a school I attended, telling students about his life, the troubles he encountered from peer pressure and working his way to success. It was very inspiring. Over a decade after that speech, Carson, a skilled, innovative surgeon, also performed surgery on one of my family friends when she was a preteen (her initials are A.B.).

My friend felt ill and doctors discovered a growth in her brain, bordering the stem. Doctors in Miami stated there would be a 90 percent chance she would die on the operating table if she underwent surgery, as the growth was so embedded and in a very sensitive region of the brain.

Carson, who was out of state, heard about the medical emergency and was touched by the case. He offered to perform the risky surgery and for free. Last rites were administered before the surgery (that should let you know how bad her prognosis was at the time), as family and friends also prayed she would make it through the complicated surgery. I'm happy to report, over a decade later, my friend is alive and well and just graduated from law school. God still performs miracles.

Congress Rips The CDC For Lax Safety Procedures That Led To Anthrax Exposure Confirming This Site's Previous Claims (Video)

Members of the U.S. Congress took turns ripping the Center For Disease Control (CDC) over their lax safety procedures, which lead to 84 employees, including scientists, being exposed to deadly anthrax. No fatalities have been reported, as employees were given medication to address the exposure.

Today, U.S. News And World Report stated, "A document released by the government on Monday after a follow-up investigation revealed that CDC laboratories violated crucial safety codes: keys were left in the locks of refrigerators containing anthrax, bacteria was being transported in Ziploc bags and workers were using expired disinfectants, according to Reuters."

Though the government, including the CDC, reads this website on a regular basis according to site stats, apparently they didn't take it to heart enough, as revelations about poor procedures and protocols at their main facility is a matter of concern. Congress Confronts CDC About Recent Mishaps

Tim Murphy, R-Pa., chairman of a subcommittee of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, holds up a bag on Wednesday during a hearing about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's recent safety violations. The director of the Center of Disease Control stood before Congress on Wednesday to address the agency’s recent mishaps, including the mishandling of anthrax and avian influenza, which have pushed lawmakers over the edge after years of lab safety issues. 

Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Pa., chairman of a subcommittee of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, called the anthrax incident “sloppy” and “inexcusable,” reported USA Today. In June, more than 80 CDC employees were potentially exposed to live anthrax bacteria when it was transferred to an ill-equipped lab.

For years the Judiciary Report has repeatedly written science articles about lab safety and the danger the lack thereof poses to scientists and the world at large (May 20, 2010's Science Safety). The Judiciary Report has also repeatedly warned against certain science experiments, regarding allegedly inactive samples of deadly bacteria (January 24, 2012's Scientists Agree To Halt Super Swine Flu Trials After Government Outcry and September 23, 2009 Scientist Dies Of The Plague). On May 2, 2009, I was also the first to state the Swine Flu reboot was due to human error (see the "Related Articles" below for more original Judiciary Report science articles I wrote that later proved true).

This week, a crisis erupted as 75 scientists and 9 additional employees of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, were accidentally exposed to anthrax, via a live sample, due to lax safety procedures and protocols. The incident occurred in a bioterrorism lab at the CDC. The employees are now being medically monitored. Select employees have been administered a course of antibiotics, while others were given the anthrax vaccine.

Anthrax exposure sparks new scrutiny over CDC safety

Jun 20, 2014 12:16 PM ET - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Ga., says as many as 84 of its staff in Atlanta may have been accidentally exposed to dangerous anthrax bacteria. As many as 84 scientists and staff may have been exposed to live anthrax bacteria after researchers failed to follow safety procedures, the U.S. government said Friday.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced Thursday that at least 75 people had been affected, prompting an investigation by federal authorities. CDC spokesman Benjamin Haynes said in an email on Friday that the number has increased to 84 potential exposures.

As of early Friday, 32 staff members were taking the powerful antibiotic ciprofloxacin, or Cipro, and 20 were taking another antibiotic called doxycycline, Haynes said in a statement.

CDC Anthrax  In addition, as many as 27 people were getting the anthrax vaccine to prevent infection. No illnesses have been reported, but the agency expects the number of possible exposures to rise as more people step forward now that news of the anthrax scare is public.

The safety breach, which originated in the CDC's bioterror lab, raised new concerns about the way laboratories around the world conduct research into the deadliest known pathogens, from anthrax to Ebola and avian flu. The CDC has already faced repeated scrutiny over security lapses and mechanical malfunctions at some of its labs dating back to at least 2007.

The CDC said it will cede control of the investigation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture "to avoid potential conflicts of interest." U.S. President Barack Obama was briefed on the matter on Friday by his homeland security and counterterrorism adviser, Lisa Monaco, the White House said. The incident also is drawing scrutiny from Congress about whether the CDC has the appropriate safety procedures in place to protect federal employees from contamination.

A week ago, on Friday the 13th, bioterrorism researchers at the CDC discovered they had mistakenly sent live anthrax bacteria out to fellow scientists in two lower-security clearance labs at the agency, instead of what they thought were harmless samples of the deadly pathogen.

Former NFL Football Star Roy Simmons Dies Of AIDS After Engaging In Promiscuous Sex With Women And Men

Former star athlete, Roy Simmons, who played NFL football for the Washington Redskins, has died from complications arising from AIDS. He was 57 years of age. Simmons, who was bisexual, then full on gay, forsook the gay lifestyle and became a Christian after developing HIV. In an effort to warn others, Simmons did interviews about the sexual promiscuity that cost him his health.

Simmons spoke of becoming famous and how women would throw themselves at him and people would offer him free items in stores and other businesses, "By his own admission, Mr. Simmons fell into a habit of heavy drinking, drug use and sexual promiscuity with both men and women. 'People were always throwing things at me,' he told the Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch in 2006. 'Women threw themselves at me. When I went to a bar, I got complimentary drinks. When I went to the store, I got discounts. All kinds of individuals offered me drugs.'"

After being dropped by the Redskins, Simmons' drug addiction bankrupted him. He moved out to San Francisco, the gay capital of America and began prostituting himself to men to fund his drug addiction. In 1992 he came out of the closet on "The Phil Donahue Show." In 1997 he discovered he had contracted HIV. Simmons told CBN, "I had heard about San Francisco, the gay life. It’s the gay capitol. It was kind of crazy, but it was like, well, since you’re in it, go all the way."

Upon finding out from his doctor that he had contracted HIV Simmons stated, "He called me in and he gave me the results. My knees buckled. He told me that my tests came back positive. I guess the initial thought was I’m going to die. I’ve known people, some of them a month, and then they’re gone."

Over the past five years, the science community has identified aggressive, super strains of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) in San Francisco, which have baffled the Center For Disease Control (CDC). Initially, HIV was called GRID (Gay-Related Immune Deficiency) and "gay cancer." HIV and AIDS first made the news for afflicting homosexual men, as scientists began identifying clusters of cases within the gay community. It began to spread rapidly due to the practice of "anonymous sex" among gay men, some of whom are bisexual.

However, even today, heterosexuals, have a false sense of security, believing HIV and AIDS only happens to gays. With the significant amount of education on the subject, via world governments trying to educate the public on the epidemic that is infecting gay and straight people, some still hold fast to the fallacy that straight people do not get HIV or AIDS.

Straight entertainers and athletes all over the world engage in promiscuous sex, taking women back to hotels or their homes for sex, who they don't know or know very little about. Entertainers and athletes have multiple sex partners and don't know what they do when they are with others and are contracting HIV as a result. Condoms have a 36% failure rate. It's not 100% safe.

Some athletes in contact sports are putting their careers and the lives of their fellow athletes in jeopardy, via sexual promiscuity. Sports such as wrestling, American football, basketball, boxing,  rugby, hockey and MMA, are contact sports where skin ends up broken and blood exchange can inadvertently occur between athletes. Some athletes are risking their health and careers over sexual flings with random people they barely know and do not care about. The Judiciary Report implores you to stop and take stock of your life and career before you lose it all over meaningless sex, simply engaged in to fulfill an urge.

Roy Simmons, NFL player who came out as gay, dies at 57

Published: February 25 - Roy Simmons, a former pro football lineman who played in the 1984 Super Bowl for the Washington Redskins and who later became the second NFL player to announce that he was gay, died Feb. 20 at his home in the Bronx. He was 57. He had been hospitalized in recent months for pneumonia, said a friend, James Hester, who was a co-author of Mr. Simmons’s autobiography. Two days ago, Floyd Mayweather responded to an item from former friend turned rival rapper 50 Cent, slamming one of the boxer's girlfriends, Queen Princess Love (what a name) who I wrote about two weeks ago stating she is using Mayweather (Floyd Mayweather Could Lose A Fortune On His 8 Girlfriends And Here's Why).

50 Cent stated Mayweather needs to "repo" as in take back all the lavish gifts he bought her, such as several pairs of pricey Louboutin shoes, a diamond necklace and rings, which she proudly showed off online, for cheating on him with rapper/reality star Ray J.

Really, you again Ray J. The government, namely the CDC, needs to put an electrical wire on your you know what, so that anytime you sexually go near someone's girlfriend it will send a shock right through your crown jewels, forcing you to stop. But I digress...

 

Princess Queen Love is one of several girlfriends Mayweather unwisely maintains as concubines, while demanding they be faithful to him. How can you ask them to be faithful when you are not. Furthermore, for years the Judiciary Report has warned against men lavishing women with gifts who do not love them, but their possessions.

It's one thing giving expensive gifts to someone you are dating, who buys you gifts of the same caliber or if it is the mother of your child/children or your wife. However, lavishing expensive gifts on a woman you've know for a few weeks or months is setting yourself up for disappointment, heartbreak and a fall. You're being used.

Mayweather wrote, "When you take a broken person out of the slums and give them a chance at bettering themselves. In due time their true colors will eventually reveal itself. Josie Harris is the mother of Mayweather's children, whom he should marry, but that's his choice.

Well, not everyone from "the slums" is greedy or unethical. There's nothing wrong with being poor. There are many people who are from the projects/ghetto, who worked very hard and became successful doctors, lawyers, judges and educators on their own merit. You have rich greedy people and you have poor greedy people. It's a mindset and what's in a person's heart, not where they are from.

Chris Brown Unhappy With Oprah, Has 'No Issues' With Jay-Z

Chris Brown granted his first radio interview since the February altercation with his then-girlfriend Rihanna on Wednesday (Oct. 21) to New York radio station Hot 97 (WQHT). During the talk with host Angie Martinez, Brown -- who spent the majority of the air-time stressing his deep regrets for his actions -- said he is "tight" with Oprah Winfrey for her lack of support.

"I don't dis her because I respect what she does for women around the world. But we did so many things together as far as me working for her schools in Africa, that I feel at the time I needed a helping hand, not for my career but as a person, instead of her pointing fingers," said Brown. Scientist Dies Of Plague

A few months ago, the Judiciary Report wrote of the dangers of scientific lab work and contaminants that can kill researchers/scientists.

A few days ago, Professor Malcolm Casadaban, died while experimenting on a CDC approved sample of the Bubonic plague. Talk about taking your work home with you. One of four things happened:

1.) A contaminant got into his system via an unavoidable accident.

2.) A contaminant got into his system via not observing proper lab procedures and protocols.

3.) A contaminant got into his system via a third party.

4.) Hypotheses 1-3 are wrong.

Bacteria that causes the plague

September 19, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- There was word Saturday that the death of a University of Chicago scientist may be linked to a bacteria that causes the plague.

The researcher, who died Sunday, studied the genetics of harmful bacteria, including a weakened strain of yersinia pestis.

The weakened strain does not require the safety precautions associated with working on virulent strains. The modified strain of "y-pestis" has been approved by the Centers for Disease Control for routine laboratory studies, and it is not known to cause illness in healthy adults.
