Donald Trump has been railing against China, India, Mexico and the European Union, regarding their trade status with America, even though the aforementioned countries are good nations to do business with in the global marketplace. Trump keeps adding nations to his grievance list. Trump has also been complaining of Americans jobs being shipped abroad for lower wages in foreign nations, which aides U.S. companies in showing greater financial profits and lower costs (stock market). Even 30-years ago, Trump made an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show complaining about Japan and Kuwait, stating their trade deals with America are negative.

 

Donald Trump's hair and skin looked normal in this video. Why he's gone orange in the skin department is anyone's guess.

Trump's speech in slamming America's trade partners is inadvisable. It is not wise to unnecessarily make enemies out of trade partners (or anyone for that matter). The countries Trump has been slamming have not done anything harmful or out of the ordinary to America in the area of trade. However, some American companies have exported jobs abroad and are not being taxed correctly in America, which has been occurring under the previous and current presidential administrations. Rich companies have been given sizeable tax breaks.

'Who's The Boss' Sitcom Star Danny Pintauro Comes Out As HIV Positive

During the 1980s, the sitcom "Who's The Boss" was a big hit among audiences. The show ran for several years and garnered high ratings. Today, one of the show's actors, former child star, Danny Pintauro, now 39-years of age, has revealed he is HIV positive. Pintauro, who is gay, contracted HIV while having sex on the highly addictive and destructive drug, crystal meth.

Pintauro came out as gay in 1997. He later contracted HIV in 2003. Pintauro has been living with the dreaded disease for 12-years. He is not alone in this regard, as there are many HIV positive entertainers in Hollywood, many of whom hide their health status, due to the stigma still attached to the disease.

Pintauro stated during an interview with talk show host Oprah Winfrey, "I'm HIV positive. And I have been for 12 years. I went in for a regular checkup. You know, as a responsible gay man, you're getting an HIV test done every six months...And you sort of waited two weeks on pins and needles, or at least I did, because I was terrified of the idea of getting HIV."

Pintauro revealed how he contracted the disease, "There was more that I wanted to explore sexually. Crystal meth takes away your inhibitions. You have no limits. And if you want to explore that adventurous side, taking the drug is going to put you there." Pintauro ended up having sex with a stranger and contracted the disease from him, "I truly thought I was being safe and obviously, I wasn't."

The first person who contracted HIV in America was a teenage gay prostitute. Years later when the disease started to show up on the map in a more pronounced manner, the first publicized infection was also a gay man (a flight attendant). Gays also have the highest number of new HIV cases. However, the public should not think it is just a gay person's disease. There are many heterosexuals, who are being reckless in their sex lives (unknowingly contracting and spreading HIV). Some believe a condom is a cure all, when it has a 36% failure rate. In some cases, there is condom and vaginal tearing during sex and transmission occurs.

Sadly pop culture glorifies promiscuity and tries to make people feel foolish and uncool for not having sex with as many people as possible. It's a dangerous message to send. Going around having sex with multiple people or with a promiscuous person is a terrible idea. You are risking your physical and mental health, flirting with a disease that does not discriminate, nor does it care about your color, where you are from or how much money you have in the bank.

To people with HIV and AIDS, have hope. Live with the hope that medical science is making advancements to help you. Don't live your life sad and afraid. I'm sorry you are sick, but one day things will get better.

Rihanna has egged on her family and friends in cyberbullying Tran on social networking. This most recent verbal assault is via Rihanna's disgraceful teenage brother, Rajad, who posted a photo of his finger covered in rice, with the racial slur attached to it, "After fingering Karrueche." Tran is half Vietnamese. It was a racial slur on Asians. Previously, Rihanna racially slurred Karrueche as well, calling her "rice cake" and separately making a mocking eye gesture. Your parents did a very poor job in raising you and your sister. The stuff you two post online, full of hate and slurs, is disgraceful.

R&B singer, Chris Brown, posted a comment on the social networking site Instagram, telling his girlfriend of 5--years, Karrueche Tran, that he wants her to have his baby. Brown stated, "Damn near 5  years and this woman still putting up with my s***. Need to have this baby and stop playing! Lol! My WCW." He should marry her first.

On and off again girlfriend, singer, Rihanna is going to be angry when she reads it, as she is still harboring dreams of a long term relationship with Brown in the future that includes marriage and kids. She famously proclaimed Brown the love of her life during an interview with Oprah Winfrey. During their last reconciliation, Rihanna wanted to marry Brown, but he was not ready. Reading his statement to Tran is going to hit her hard.

College educated Tracey could have used her education to get ahead, but chose to use her body via breaking up a marriage of one of the industry's wealthiest producers.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Babyface tellingly stated, "The reality is that there was a connection that wasn’t really there. We loved each other but we weren’t really in love with each other. It was more the idea of it falling apart and me holding onto the image of what I thought we were...I don’t feel like we were supposed to be together forever. I’m okay with it because I think she’s okay."

There was the man whom she told Oprah Winfrey is the love of her life, tenderly kissing the woman in his life, Tran, with both looking like they are very much in love.

As previously reported on the site, the kiss photo prompted Rihanna to dress as a "dead" version of Tran for Halloween. Then Rihanna began going on high profile dates with Brown's former rival, rapper Drake, knowing the two are on speaking terms again. The two were spotted having dinner one night, then at a strip club days after. However, we all know, if Brown were to call Rihanna today and state he wants to get back with her, she would take him back in a heartbeat.

"The Kris Jenner Show" hosted by reality star and controlling stage mom manager Kris Jenner, has been unceremoniously canceled by the Fox network. The show aired for approximately six weeks this year, which in America is a short run for a television program.

Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan, featured on another declining program, the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" has severely fallen out of favor with the public, along with her family. They have been experiencing a significant ratings declined, precipitated by Kim Kardashian's sham wedding to NBA star Kris Humphries, which lasted 72-days.

A few weeks ago, I expressed skepticism on Twitter regarding Jenner having a talk show. The top talk show hosts in American television history, have first and foremost been capable, intelligent journalists. Folks such as Phil Donahue, Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Walters have a strong base in journalism. Kardashian does not in any measure.

Legendary gospel singer, Cissy Houston, did an interview with talk show host, Oprah Winfrey and gave candid answers surrounding her late daughter, Whitney Houston, who died of a drug overdose and heart attack a year ago. Her mother stated she found out about Whitney's drug use in the late 1980s and was very angry when she discovered it. Sadly, drug use is commonplace in the entertainment and modeling industries, shaving years off many people's lives.

When Winfrey asked Houston's mother if would have wanted her daughter Whitney to be gay, due to rumors and her close relationship with assistant Robyn Crawford, she flat out stated "no." My friend that worked at EMI Records used to state Whitney and Robyn did indeed have a gay relationship, but she left it behind for Bobby Brown, whom she fell in love with.

Some people don't get it, Houston really fell in love with Brown, who wasn't always in trouble or disheveled in appearance. At the beginning of his career with New Edition and for a few years into his solo career, Brown was considered a heartthrob, who dominated the charts and was not in trouble with the law. He was the top male R&B artist of the late 1990s, with a string of big urban hits. Many women liked him. But as with all drug problems, it grew out of control and brought him to rock bottom.

Whitney's mother did not like troublesome Brown for her daughter, but she didn't want gay Robyn for her either. Cissy Houston's response in the interview regarding the gay question as it relates to Whitney surprised Winfrey. However, Cissy Houston is a Christian and the Bible refers to the gay lifestyle as sin.

Hollywood needs to leave people's religion alone and stop trying to change it through movies, television and music. Being gay is your choice and you have that right. However, you do not have the right to force it on others and dictate what their religions should be, as Christianity and Islam forbid homosexuality.

British MP, David Davies, stated during an interview that most do not want their children to be gay and faced criticism from the gay community for stating so. However, what he stated is true, because as tolerant as some straight people are towards homosexuality, no heterosexual truly wants their child to be gay. It is not out of hatred, but it's just not something people want. He was telling the truth.

There are parents who have been devastated and broken down in loud sobs upon finding out their child is gay. It came as a disappointment to many parents, who have been heartbroken over it for years. It's just not what straight parents want for their kids and there's nothing wrong with them wanting their offspring to be heterosexual.

Oprah Winfrey's Interview With Lance Armstrong Brought Out Controversial Facts And Confessions

A skeptical Oprah Winfrey interviewed disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong, regarding allegations of steroids use for most of his professional career. The interview did not paint Armstrong in the best light, as Winfrey not only got him to confess, she extracted other facts regarding the impact of his conduct upon those around him.

While the Judiciary Report has sympathy for Armstrong as a cancer survivor, his destructive deeds toward many caused others a significant amount of pain and he deprived others of their rightful place in world history when he cheated and won many events as a result.

For example, those in Armstrong's circle who began to speak out about his steroids use, which equates to him cheating his way to 7 prestigious Tour De France titles and an Olympic medal, all of which have now been stripped and revoked, they were threatened and brutalized in court and the press by the cyclist.

Armstrong's former masseuse, Emma O'Reilly, was publicly defamed by Armstrong, labeled a "whore" and sued by the cyclist for speaking out and telling the truth. Betsy Andreu, wife of Armstrong's teammate, Frankie Andreu, testified during an investigation that she heard the cyclist state to his doctor in the hospital that he used, "EPO, testosterone, cortisone, growth hormone and steroids."

As a result, Armstrong viciously slammed and sued Andreu for telling the truth. He publicly called her "crazy" and a "bi**h." Winfrey asked him why he did so stating, "You called her crazy and other terrible things." Armstrong inappropriately joked to Winfrey regarding Andreu, "I called you crazy, I called you a bi**h...but I never called you fat" as his response to his teammate's wife.

Armstrong put Andreu and others through court based nightmares that cost them a fortune in legal fees, all because they truthfully responded to questions about his doping. Armstrong should be made to make full financial restitution with interest and penalties. The people he sued for telling the truth were not rich and his conduct maliciously damaged their finances.

His actions also led Winfrey to state, "You're suing people and you know that they are telling the truth. What is that." Sadly, it is a mentally unbalanced Hollywood tactic to sue those that tell the truth about one's unlawful behavior and it is the circles Armstrong moved in for many years.

Winfrey asked Armstrong about the truth now coming out about his dishonesty, cheating and lies, "Did you not think this day was coming. did you not think you would be found out... did you not always think this day was coming... first of all, third law of motion. what you put out is going to come back. did you not think you would be found out at some point especially since so many people knew." He responded he wanted his own way.

It was discovered that Armstrong tried to bribe the USADA (US Anti-Doping Agency) in 2004 with a $25,000 personal check, to cover up his doping, when allegations against him grew louder (Lance Armstrong reportedly tried paying off USADA in 2004).

Here's the kicker in this case that has further exposed corruption at the FBI and Department of Justice under FBI Director Robert S. Mueller and Attorney General Eric Holder. In 2010, the DOJ launched an investigation into allegations regarding Armstrong's doping (fraud, witness tampering, drug trafficking). In February 2011, the FBI and Department of Justice mysteriously dropped the case, as is their way when a high profile celebrity has flagrantly broken the law.

Winfrey stated, "When the Department of Justice just dropped that case and nobody knows why, did you have any influence in that?" Winfrey implied he had issued another bribe or some incentive to make the case unlawfully disappear. And as stated in the past, as the Judiciary Report knows firsthand from what well connected sources have informed the site, the FBI Director took an unrelated $1,000,000 bribe from Madonna in this case and his employees have been caught red-handed accepting large bribes in other cases (FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating).

After the FBI and DOJ deliberately failed, when there was so much evidence and so many witnesses, the USADA stepped up 6-months later in July 2011 and charged Armstrong with "possession, trafficking and using banned substances." Armstrong sued the USADA to block it and the case was dismissed. The USADA branded Armstrong's conduct as mafia-like in nature. USADA CEO, Travis Tygart stated, "Parts of this scheme were run like a mafia."

World famous sponsor Nike dropped Armstrong and rightfully so, to which he commented, "A 75 million dollar deal gone." As the Judiciary Report has been reinforcing for months via articles, sponsors don't like scandal, controversy or inappropriate behavior. They have to protect their brands and will head for the hills when witnessing an entertainer or athlete engage in questionable conduct. They give one money in good faith and expect a positive return on their investment - not positive drug tests, scandal and taint.

Then there's the personal aspect of the cheating and fraud. His mom is "a wreck." His kids are embarrassed for defending him. His foundation is in shambles by association. People need to think about their families and friends before they engage in the aforementioned conduct. It is better to come second, third, fourth ect... than win dishonorably. As the site has stated for years, history has a terrible way of correcting itself. It's simply not worth it.

At the end of the day, God can forgive Armstrong and so should the public. He needs to make amends personally, professionally and financially for all the damage he has caused. Time to face the music and do what is right.

Side Bar: I am of the belief Armstrong's doping contributed to him developing cancer. He was repeatedly disrupting his body's natural functions and balance in a significant way, via introducing foreign substances into his system that become carcinogens.

R&B songstress Toni Braxton, has slammed talk show host Oprah Winfrey, for "being mean" to her in an 1998 interview. Winfrey famously chastised Braxton on air, regarding her finances, first bankruptcy and big spending. Winfrey can be patronizing at times, but the gist of what she was stating regarding Braxton is correct. As we can see, years later, Braxton filed bankruptcy again in 2010, due to excessive spending and unforeseen illnesses that severely reduced her income, putting an end to her lucrative Las Vegas show.

Braxton stated in a recent episode of VH-1's "Behind The Music" regarding Winfrey's comments, "She was so frickin' mean to me, I was in shock. You didn't have Gucci flatware because you didn't wanna buy it; it's not because you couldn't afford it. She made me feel this big." It's not the Gucci flatware that was alarming. It's the alleged $250,000 turn of the century tea set Braxton was said to have purchased that is concerning for someone in her income bracket (that also went in the first forced bankruptcy auction).

In other Braxton news, it is being alleged she improperly transferred $53,000 to her husband during her bankruptcy, funds that should have gone to her creditors. As a result, Braxton's husband Terry Lewis has been sued by the government trustee in her bankruptcy case. The Braxtons are also facing claims a company brought in paid advertising for their reality show, "Braxton Family Values" and was not paid the agreed upon figure for doing so.

The U.S. Vice Presidential debate that took place last night, grew testy and uncivil. Vice President Joe Biden, was contemptuous regarding younger rival Paul Ryan, derisively mocking and laughing at him. During the debate, it was difficult to hear Ryan, as Biden kept talking over him and cutting him off (Biden must be related to Oprah Winfrey).

Rihanna professed her love for Brown again, a man that beat her very badly after she hit him, then moved on with someone else (Karrueche Tran). What will Rihanna do when "the love of her life" Chris Brown gets married and has children with someone else. If she's crying over him dating someone else, how's she going to deal with that.

A new clip released yesterday of talk show host Oprah Winfrey interviewing debauched singer Rihanna, featured her stating she still loves batterer Chris Brown and he is the love of her life (*barf*). This confirms what the Judiciary Report has been stating all along about her in regard to Brown (the site was the first to break two exclusives regarding the crazy couple).

 

The whole relationship is pathetic, as Brown has moved on with model Karrueche Tran, flaunting her in Rihanna's face. The two women have been embroiled in an embarrassing war of words on social networking sites. Rihanna is fighting Tran over Brown, a man who severely beat her and is online professing his feelings for another woman. Brown even dissed her online to top it off, when she racially slurred Tran. Furthermore, I don't understand how a man could claim to love a woman and then physically abuse her in that manner.

Yet, there is Rihanna bawling over Brown on television. What's worse is Rihanna was making excuses for Brown during the interview. However, some of it is guilt. Rihanna hit Brown first, which was wrong and his response in beating and nearly choking her to death was even worse. Brown also blames her for the extensive damage done to his career, but he is in denial, as he is also responsible for what happened that night. This interview has not helped Rihanna's image at all. It's made her look desperate, weak and irrational.

Cruise and Holmes have a child, Suri, but it is widely rumored the girl was fathered by Holmes' ex-boyfriend Chris Klein, who she bears a resemblance to in several ways.

Hollywood cults are dangerous lawbreaking entities that should not be allowed to engage in the illegal activities they do on a regular basis. Take for example the Kabbalah Center, all they do it sit around and commit crimes all day from their branches. It is fronted by crazy people like Madonna, Demi Moore, Rihanna and Lady Gaga.

Let’s take Lady Gaga for example. The example she sets for the public is appalling. What she does is not beautiful and it is not art. It is the musings of a madwoman, who is a devil worshipper, copyright thief and cocaine addict.

When you have a madwoman like Gaga wearing a dress made of meat to an awards show, appearing on stage covered in blood for attention and in a separate incident going on the balcony of her hotel and opening up her legs so photographers downstairs can snap photos of her menstruating, Hollywood has lost its mind and is a very sick place. As the phrase goes, the inmates are running the asylum.

Then there’s Scientology, fronted by mentally ill people like Tom Cruise, who had a massive public meltdown on morning television in America. He looked crazed and psychotic, due to the cult’s brainwashing.
Fellow Scientologist Will Smith, a closeted homosexual, has raised his two kids in the cult and people constantly call them strange. His daughter Willow Smith, looks like she is in the middle of a mental breakdown. She shaved her head and began posting strange ramblings on Twitter that were a cry for help.

Not to mention, Scientology is known for sexual and mentally abusing kids, as members who were kept like slaves on ships, came forward to denounce the cult and the abuses that transpired against their families.
It is very clear the devil is running loose in Hollywood and it is his official headquarters on earth, because the evil that comes out of there is astonishing. The programming has become very violent and mentally ill, disturbing many audiences.

Owning a television network has become a vanity project for many in the entertainment industry, where one hears that someone else seeks to launch one, then the rest all copy with no real sense of what it takes to have a hit channel, containing great programming people want to see. It's not that simple.

The week the late Whitney Houston died, she was suffering from cocaine induced laryngitis, which explains the poor state of her singing voice, while on stage with friend Kelly Price, at a club in Los Angeles, California. It also explains the Amoxicillin antibiotic medication in her hotel room. Cocaine damages vocal cords and nasal passages that constitute a vital part of singing. It also weakens the immune system, opening up users to colds and infections.

The crime scene spoke for itself in the Houston case. The bruises on her head and being found face down in the tub indicated a fall (or at worst being struck, but I'm assuming surveillance tapes revealed no intruders to her hotel suite or it would have been mentioned). The bruises on her forehead should have matched up to a surface of the bathtub.

The cocaine residue, drug spoon and mirror, along with rolling papers found at the scene, coupled with the marijuana detected in her system, indicates Houston was unable to kick her addictive habit of rolling crack cocaine and marijuana in joints and smoking them, as revealed by the singer in 2009, in an interview with talk show host Oprah Winfrey.

Houston also sniffed cocaine when she did not have the time to prepare it in a marijuana joint, hence the hole in her nose, detected by the coroner. Many cocaine users have required reconstructive surgery to rebuild the interiors of their noses, as the drug is so powerful and corrosive it eats the tissue, cartilage, membrane, flesh and skin. Houston also struggled with cigarette smoking, which damages vocal chords and promotes cancer.

Houston was not deliberately trying to destroy her voice, which was an amazing and unique gift from God. She fell in with the wrong people, developed a drug habit and it consumed her. However, I write this not to put her down, because she was one of my favorite singers growing up, as her voice was so astounding and she one of the most beautiful women in the world, that so many young girls such as myself admired. I write this because new singers are coming up now and will be offered drugs by partying loving folks in the entertainment industry, just like Houston was and hopefully this warning will act as a deterrent.

Leolah Brown, the former sister-in-law of Whitney Houston, has gone on record stating, she believes rapper and reality star, Ray J, supplied the singer with the cocaine that caused her to overdose and die last month at the age of 48. Leolah's contentions on the Dr. Drew Show this past Thursday, March 22, 2012, supports what the Judiciary Report stated last month within two days of Houston dying - Ray J bears culpability in her death.

Leolah, who was Houston's former assistant, stated Whitney referred to Ray J as her "runner boy" which is slang for someone that gets drugs. Brown does not believe the two were dating, but a sexual relationship did develop and Houston was later seen kissing Ray J in public.

Prior to Leolah's interview, the Judiciary Report stated on March 10, 2012 that Ray J, "Knows more than he is saying" regarding what happened to Houston (Ray J And His Guilty Conscience Speak About The Death Of Whitney Houston). Ray J is an alcoholic and drug user as well.

Bobby Brown's sister, Leolah, is stating someone (Ray J) gave Houston a "bad bag" of "cocaine" and it killed her. The question is will the Houston estate pursue legal action against Ray J for wrongful death. It is unlikely, due to all he knows and what he might go public with if sued, but such legal action has happened in past cases. One thing is for sure, Houston and her beautiful voice will be sorely missed.

Two years before Houston died, when the public thought she was sober and had successfully completely rehab, due to the stories her label Sony Music was pushing to the press, lying about what was truly happening, on April 27, 2010, the Judiciary Report publicly warned Houston was still using drugs and needed to get help immediately, lest it claim her life (Whitney Houston On The Brink). Sadly, it later did. But she, like many others in Hollywood, are surrounded by enablers that made it difficult to get well.
