Kim Kardashian Settles Libel Lawsuit Against Media Take Out

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, has dropped her lawsuit against gossip website, Media Take Out, after they agreed to issue a public apology, over claims the armed burglary involving her, which occurred at a rented apartment (flat) in Paris, France, was staged and an insurance scam. Kardashian was reportedly robbed of $11,000,000 in jewelry. Kardashian has since filed an insurance claim.

In a released statement, Media Take Out wrote like a gun was pointed at them "MediaTakeOut regrettably published a series of false stories about Kim Kardashian West suggesting she faked the robbery in Paris, lied to authorities and then filed a $5.6 million fraudulent insurance claim for her stolen jewelry. MediaTakeOut knows that Mrs. Kardashian West was in fact robbed in Paris. We have permanently removed from our website any and all posts that suggested she staged the robbery, lied about it to the French police and committed an insurance crime. We sincerely apologize to Mrs. Kardashian West and her family for the false stories we published and regret suggesting that what happened to her in Paris was anything less than horrific. We are pleased that this matter has been resolved to satisfaction of all the parties." 

It's not going to change public opinion, as many still believe the robbery was staged and that is not due to what Media Take Out wrote. The minute news of the alleged robbery hit social networking, many wrote items indicating they are of the belief the theft was staged. Some comments on social networking even blamed Kardashian's husband, rapper Kanye West, stating he is in financial straits and did it for the jewels and insurance money (West was begging Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg for $50,000,000 and spoke of his financial woes on Twitter).

Mainstream entertainment news programs had security experts weighing in on the alleged theft, with one wondering out loud how Kardashian was able to free herself from the zipties used to bind her hands together, stating it is virtually impossible. Therefore, skepticism has been rampant. Peopel don't believe Kardashian, who lives just about every minute of her life on camera, in acts orchestrated by her exploitative, money hungry mom, Kris Jenner.

And of course, Lozada famously fought reality star, Tami Roman, over having sex with her husband behind her back.

Now Lozada wonders about all the relationship troubles she has experienced and is publicly lamenting over it, but she dished out a lot of heartbreak and devastation with her actions that caused many women and their children pain. Lozada has been a homewrecker. Even the man she is with now, Carl Crawford, was dating the mother of his two children, when she came between them. Women should be sensitive about who they date. Don't go around taking other women's men.

On the latest episode of the reality show "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" 52-year-old aspiring rapper, Momma Dee, started getting intimate with her husband Ernest. VH-1 included said scene that provoked a variety of reactions on Twitter.com, as it featured Momma Dee rubbing and licking Ernest's nipples. It was too much. Most were in shock this scene was on television.

Some people on Twitter made jokes about the scene, while others complained stating the couple is "too old" to be engaging in such graphic conduct on television. Momma Dee was hurt and upset by public reaction on social networking and fired off a series of tweets in response to what she read. The main item she posted on Twitter stated, "Me and my husband was not trying to have sex people...its reality television! Y'all don't see no shower rods! Sex is better after 50 anyways."

If people want to have sex at 50, 60 or even age 90, that's their business. However, the scene featuring Momma Dee and Ernest was inappropriate for viewing on VH-1 and at a respectable hour. Many young people watching the show were shocked to see them engaging in foreplay. Momma Dee is a lovely woman and Ernest is a nice looking man, but they need to use discretion next time and not agree to that type of graphic scene.

Well, I'm gonna say what many people are thinking. Saint does not look mixed race, though he has a white mother and black father. North West doesn't look very mixed either. However, West isn't a mixed race black man nor are his parents. Therefore, the baby was more likely to look African than Caucasian.

People sometimes make assumptions about mixed race people that are not true. Sometimes the child looks like both parents or completely takes after one. Some also assume the child grows up and prefers one race over another. That is true sometimes, but many times the child grows up to have a balanced view of the world and loves each part of its ancestry equally.

Bitter, grumpy sourpuss, Kenya Moore, was hating up a storm on this past Sunday's "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" episode that was filmed on Jamaica's idyllic North Coast. Jealous that "Facts Of Life" and "Living Single" sitcom star, Kim Fields, was directing and producing a commercial, filmed in Jamaica, Moore began finding fault with everything that pertained to the production of the advert.

Moore fancies herself a big actress and movie producer, but has very little experience and none of her few projects have been successful. Moore irrationally whined about the beach and the content of the commercial. Moore was a real party-pooper.

Moore escalated her antics by gossiping to her costars about Fields' husband Chris behind her back. Moore stated, "I know y'all have heard the rumors. They call him Chrissy...high strung and sassy...for the last ten years, there have been pervasive rumors about Kim's husband...I think he might be a Broadway actress..."

45-year-old Moore was there with her 28-year-old boyfriend, Matt, which also had tongues wagging. The rest of the cast labeled her man an opportunist, but you didn't hear Moore discussing that subject. Instead of paying attention to her own business, Moore was busy gossiping about Fields' husband in trying to drag her down.

This week Kim Kardashian released a photo on Instagram of a snap featuring her and stripper Amber Rose. Kardashian is married to rapper Kanye West, who used to date Rose. Recently, West made inappropriate comments about Rose's son, Sebastian, who was fathered by the rapper she married, Wiz Khalifa. The annual Victoria Secret fashion show was filmed recently with a noticeable absence, thanks to social networking complaints. Model Jourdan Dunn, was dropped from the show, in favor of reality star and faux model, Kendall Jenner, of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fame. Some on social networking blamed it on race, as Dunn is black and Jenner white. However, it does not appear to be a case of racism, as three white models were replaced in the show as well. There are also other black models in the show. This appears to be a case of name recognition. Though Dunn is experienced and respected in the modeling world, Jenner is known for being famous for the sake of being famous as a reality star in a scandal plagued, dysfunctional, crazy family.

Many do not consider Jenner a real model, attributing her career in said industry to her family’s fame on reality TV. Jenner’s modeling needs work. Case in point, people online pointed out the fact Jenner tripped at the Victoria Secret fashion show. Jenner always she seems ill at ease and insecure in front of the camera. Her walk needs more confidence and poise. There’s a rhythm to the way models walk. Jenner hasn’t learned it. Being a model is more than being good looking. You need confidence, style and the ability to make people want to buy the clothes you’re modeling. That’s why you were hired. It’s not to stand there and look cute...or trip.

In the September 16, 2015 Judiciary Report article "The Kardashians Slap Amber Rose And Black Chyna With Cease And Desist Order Over New MTV Reality Show" the site covered claims the Kardashian family slapped strippers Amber Rose and Blac Chyna with a "cease and desist" order over their planned MTV reality show. The project was filming in Los Angeles and set to feature the two friends, who dated men now married to Kardashians. Rose dated Kanye West, who is now married to reality star, Kim Kardashian. Chyna dated rapper Tyga, who is now dating Kim's little sister, Kylie Jenner.

It is being stated the two women had a falling out. However, a potential lawsuit against the strippers and MTV played a role in the show's cancellation. There are other reality shows that had to remove cast members due to the threat of lawsuits. While some reality shows had to omit all references to select people, who threatened to sue if the private details of their lives were divulged ("Basketball Wives" and "Basketball Wives LA"). I'm not even going to pretend, I was going to watch this ratchet show then troll the Kardashians over it in the column (LOL).

In America, the term First Family is a label reserved for the president and his immediate family, who occupy the White House in Washington, DC. However, Cosmopolitan magazine’s latest issue is labeling the reality stars known as the Kardashians, America’s first family. The question is first family of what…ho*s. Yea, I said it!

Nothing personal against Cosmo magazine, but it is disrespectful holding the unethical, immoral Kardashians up as America’s first family, when the title belongs to the family of the president. It is a slight. I don’t agree with Obama’s politics, but the title belongs to the family of the incumbent president. R&B singer, Kelly Price, who was criticized for her behavior on the show "R&B Divas LA" which included her husband, Jeffrey Rolle, has filled for divorce. The singer/songwriter and Rolle have been married for 20-years and have two grown children. For years, rumors have persisted in the entertainment industry about Rolle, who is Price's manager, cheating on her and using her money to buy gifts for his mistresses. Price never confirmed or denied the rumors. However, their current divorce will only add fuel to the fire. Price has also fired Rolle as her manager.

Price's image took a serious hit from "R&B Divas LA" as a public backlash ensued over her treatment of her co-stars on the show. Price later claimed she did so on the orders of producers to create ratings. However, none of the producers confirmed her claims, neither did her co-stars. One thing is for certain, the show was better with Price, as she became the villain people tuned in to bash, but it obviously became too much for her.

Reports on the Radar Online website indicate reality star family, the Kardashians, have sent a cease and desist letter to strippers Amber Rose and Black Chyna, regarding their forthcoming MTV show. Rose and Chyna are filming a reality show that will involve the pop culture scandals that have enveloped their lives. Rose dated irritating rapper, Kanye West, who is now married to Kim Kardashian. Chyna has a son with rapper Tyga, who illegally dated and had sex with Kylie Jenner, Kim's sister, from the time she was 15 and he 23. Now that Kylie is 18 the couple have gone public with their disturbing relationship.

Chyna used to be friends with the Kardashians and knows some of their secrets. Rose knows many of West's secrets, including items about his bisexuality. On their reality show "Family Hustle" rapper TI (Clifford Harris) and his wife, singer, Tiny (Tameka Harris), try to present an image of wholesomeness and teaching their children to do the right thing (never mind TI is an adulterous, song stealing rapper, who is apart of the disgraceful "Blurred Lines" copyright case and others). Therefore, it is a contradiction to their conduct on the show that the two millionaires have not been paying their income taxes.

A recent report in the New York Post indicates the couple owes the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) millions of dollars in back taxes, which resulted in the government agency slapping them with two federal tax liens totaling $4,500,000. The liens are for non-payment of taxes for the years 2012 and 2013. All that time they were flashing their wealth on television (the IRS does watch TV too).

The couple have made millions of dollars from music, movies and their reality show. TI recently opened a restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, which required money. On the reality show "Family Hustle" the couple live in a large $4,500,000 Georgia mansion and drive several luxury cars. They take expensive trips and go on shopping sprees. However, the IRS didn't get their cut of the couple's earnings and are pursuing action against them for failure to pay taxes.

Reality shows like "Basketball Wives" and "Basketball Wives LA" are misleading some women into thinking they will land a famous athlete, live in luxury, become a reality star and be together a long time like Jackie and Doug Christie. However, that is not always the case. Yes, there are women who have been dating and or married to ball players for a long time. However, there are also many women who put themselves out there for famous men and end up sexually used up by guys that are not serious about them, later choosing to commit to other women. That's the risk you take when you do that.

Athletes don't always pick the prettiest or the sluttiest women to settle down with. Many athletes have skipped over the beautiful bimbos and chosen attractive, down to earth women they care about to make a life with, because that's who they love, feel they can trust and see as potentially good mothers to their children. Men do not want their children raise by tramps.

Some famous men will use women who behave like tramps for sex and dump them like it's nothing. They have them around for sexual gratification and that is all. If you're willing to participate in threesomes and let his friends have their way with you, that's not a relationship said man deems as something that will be long term. You're being used for sex as a matter of convenience and because you are likely willing to do degrading things self-respecting women will not - such as have sex with his friends and other women in his presence.

Famous men who juggle women run the risk of encountering one or more who are not stable and will get vindictive or violent when dumped or not made wife. Some will even try to trap a man with pregnancy, when they sense they are about to be dumped. Women are looking at it as having invested/wasted months and years of their lives in a man, without calculating the fact said guy is not serious about them. I do not suggest women compromise themselves in this manner, because when the regrets and bitterness at being sexually used hits you, it will not be pretty.

The sheriff's office in Los Angeles has officially recommend in a 161 page report that transgender reality star Caitlyn Jenner (Bruce Jenner) be charged with manslaughter, in the vehicular homicide of elderly widow, Kim Howe. Jenner slammed into Howe on Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway in a February 2015 road accident that created a pile up of vehicles. Howe's heirs have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against 65-year-old Jenner, as he caused her death (albeit, unintentionally).

Police determined that despite the fact Jenner was driving within the speed limit, he was driving too fast for road conditions and maneuvering his vehicle in an unsafe manner. Since becoming a transgender woman, Jenner has been a pile of nerves, jittery, distracted and crying all the time, as seen on his failed reality show "I Am Cait" which has plummeted in the ratings. Despite the fact police are recommending charges against Jenner, it is up to the district attorney's office to make the final decision and they are being pressured by gay executives in Hollywood not to file an indictment.

Most deem the transgender lifestyle an alternative one and not something they aspire to in their own personal lives. People (audiences) are finding it very difficult to understand or accept it. I've watched a few episodes of "I Am Cait" and I do not recommend it. The show is strange, sad and depressing. Jenner is confused, bawling all the time, appears wracked with guilt, embarrassed and unhappy. That combination does not make for good TV, as the phrase goes.

Jenner made a good looking man. However, as a woman he looks uncomfortable, awkward, gangly and plastic, due to excessive cosmetic surgery to feminize his still masculine features. Jenner looks like a giraffe in heels. Jenner does not look like a woman. He looks like a man wearing women’s clothes. Some believe he is doing this for money and fame ($5,000,000). One thing is for certain, it is damaging and destroying him. He looks like a man with regrets.

Boy, psychiatrists would have a field day with this one. 17-year-old reality star, Kylie Jenner, has bought a pet bunny and named him Bruce, after her transgender dad, Bruce Jenner, who has feminized himself through surgery and now goes by the name Caitlyn Jenner. This is most definitely a cry for help. Kylie has already gone astray from the lack of a strong male role model in her life, as she has been having sex with an older man, 25-year-old rapper, Tyga, for the past 2-years, which is a felony in the state of California. This began when Bruce began transitioning into a woman.

It is clear Kylie misses her dad Bruce and on a subconscious level is trying to recreate him and transfer her feelings for him to the bunny she has named after him. Kylie has been sad and tearful throughout Bruce's transition into a transgender woman, as she and her siblings miss their dad. Jenner has given viewers a bird's eye view into his new life as a transgender woman. However the show is a flop in the ratings department. Jenner's reality show "I Am Cait" opened with 2,7000,000 viewers, which is low considering the extraordinary amount of publicity that went into marketing and promoting the show. By week two more than half the viewers were gone, registering 1,400,000 million people in the ratings department.

Bruce is suffering from a psychological disorder psychiatrists have identified and warned the public not to encourage. Transgender people have a very high rate of suicide, due to the fact they are trying to become something that is biologically impossible. They are also undergoing drastic surgery and taking medicines that work against their natural biology and sex as designated by God. This throws off the body's natural balance and creates feelings of suicide that require medical intervention, lest they kill themselves.

Bruce Jenner's new reality show about his transgender life "I Am Cait" has flopped in the ratings. The show was watched by approximately 2,700,000 which is considered low for its genre and the level of promotion it received. The former Olympian, who had plastic surgery in an effort to look like a woman,  has been the subject of controversy. Medical doctors and scientist do not recommend gender reassignment surgery. Psychologists refer to it as a mental disorder, as it is "biologically impossible" to change one's sex.

However, Hollywood, which is mostly gay and bisexual has been pushing Jenner to the point he has become overexposed. When Jenner won the Arthur Ashe courage award at the ESPYs, there was an immediate social networking backlash, as many stated the award should have gone to deceased cancer sufferer and basketball player, Lauren Hill or little Leah Still, who is battling Leukemia.

Nelly introduced Shantel to his doctor, who is going to give the product his seal of approval, to give it legitimacy, after helping to design it. Once again, Shantel using a man to get what she wants, much like she repeatedly did to Mayweather in trying to launch a movie career, while extracting millions of dollars from him in jewelry, cars, purses and clothes. What I found odd was Shantel showing up to a business meeting with a test group and the doctor wearing booty shorts (LOL). Shantel, don’t you have a pants suit or skirt suit. Booty shorts in the boardroom. Just, no!
