Katy Perry Sued Again For Copyright Infringement This Time For Stealing Preexisting Make-Up Line

Katy Perry's satanic performance at the Grammys

Devil worshipping pop star Katy Perry, has again stolen more copyrights. The disgraceful singer, who is a member of the thieving Kabbalah Center cult (who call themselves “the Illuminati‘) has been sued by Hard Candy cosmetics for stealing their 10-year-old make up line's concept and logo, then taking it to Cover Girl.

Ironically, that's the same thing I alleged in my 2015 lawsuit against the Kabbalah Center, who in tandem with cult member Rihanna stole items from my preexisting copyrighted cosmetics line and took it to Cover Girl. Members of the cult keep stealing people's preexisting work and taking it to companies for criminal, undue enrichment.

Katy Perry looking crazy as usual

Perry stole “California Girls” from the Beach Boys. Ripped off lines and melodies from the classic survivor song “Eye Of The Tiger” for her track “Roar.” Stole the song “Dark Horse” from popular Christian recording artist Flame and Lecrae. Perry stole "Firework" "The One That Got Away" and "Hot N Cold" from my private, PREEXISTING unpublished copyrights registered with the Library of Congress. Perry's whole career is a farce.

Katy Perry without her weave applying slap to her face

Perry's parents, one of whom is a minister, is devastated by her demonic behavior, calling her “devil child” (she is a devil girl). She even threw out a bunch of nuns from a home she illegally purchased. No good will come to you for having done such a sick and evil thing. You’re a damn disgrace. Wow, stealing from Christian artists and kicking out nuns...there's a phrase online regarding someone who's done something really evil, "You're going to hell with gasoline soaked drawers on." That’s how the satanic Kabbalah cult operates. They like to target and engage in cruel and abusive conduct against Christians. It’s all cute and funny to them…till it starts coming back to them in this life...and the next one.

Katy Perry's Cosmetics Company Sued by Hard Candy for Copyright Infringement

Jul 22, 2016 17:20 PM EDT - NEW YORK, NY - Hard Candy is suing Katy Perry’s cosmetics company for copyright infringement. Gossip site TMZ obtained documents that show that the Walmart company is suing the parent corporation that produces CoverGirl, Procter and Gamble, over their heart symbol. The symbol appears on several of Perry’s products.

The TMZ report says, “Hard Candy says it’s had trademarks for 10 plus years … and the Katy line is infringing. not spelled out in the lawsuit, but it appears Hard Candy's taking issue with the heart in the middle of CoverGirl's Katy makeup logos -- since that's very similar to its logo." The article further asserts Hard Candy is asking that Perry’s line be taken off the shelves and is also asking for a percentage of the profits that have been made since the spring launch...

Katy Perry v. nuns: singer fights to buy convent

Katy Perry may seem like a dark horse in a legal battle with 80-something-year-old nuns, but the pop superstar and former Christian rock singer is in the midst of a fight over the rights to buy a convent in Los Angeles. Perry seeks to buy the several acre hilltop property from the Los Angeles Archdiocese, but the nuns say not so fast. A group of the sisters, part of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary order, bought the property in the 1970s and allege that they, not the archdiocese, have the right to sell it.

“We bought it. It belongs to us. We have the deed and they took our corporation and they took our bank accounts, they took our income,” Sister Catherine Rose Holzman, 87, told the BBC. “They’ve cut everything and yet they say they’re taking care of us.”

The archdiocese says its contract to sell the approximately 60-bedroom, 21-bathroom convent to Perry for $14.5 million in cash is legally binding. None of the nuns disputing the sale lived on the property, and they had already sold it last year to a restaurateur, Dana Hollister, who reportedly sought to turn it into a boutique hotel, for $15.5 million. That sale was invalidated by a court that ruled the archdiocese did in fact have rights, over the nuns’ objections, to sell it.

Katy Perry wins a victory in battle to buy nuns' convent in Los Feliz

In a victory for Katy Perry, a Los Angeles judge announced Wednesday that she intends to block an effort by nuns to sell a Los Feliz convent to a competing buyer. The decision marks another major twist in the fierce real estate fight among a pair of nuns, Perry, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and a well-known restaurateur over the fate of the coveted property.

The judge’s ruling puts the pop star one step closer to buying the contentious Los Feliz convent, said Perry’s attorney, Eric Rowen. “We won the real property issues,” Rowen said in a statement. But John Scholnick, an attorney representing the two nuns on the other side of the battle, said the fight is far from over, adding that he’s considering an appeal on behalf of his clients, who want to sell the property to restaurateur Dana Hollister.  “As far as I’m concerned,” Scholnick said, “it’s still game on."...

Christian Rappers Sue Katy Perry Over ‘Dark Horse’

July 3, 2014 - A group of Christian musicians are suing Katy Perry for copyright infringement, claiming her hit “Dark Horse” replicated their 2008 song “Joyful Noise.” The four plaintiffs added that their song has been sullied by “witchcraft, paganism, black magic and Illuminati imagery,” according to the complaint filed on July 1 in St. Louis. Rappers Marcus Gray, Emanuel Lambert, Lecrae Moore and producer Chike Ojukwu are seeking damages from Katy Perry, Juicy J, Lukasz Gottwald, Sarah Theresa Hudson, Max Martin, Henry Russell Walter and Capitol Records. This isn’t the first time Perry has come under fire for allegedly copying a song: last year critics pointed out similarities between her song “Roar” and Sara Bareilles’ song “Brave.”...

Beyonce Steals Again This Time Ripping Off Short Film For HBO Lemonade Special Resulting In Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

Jay Z (left) Beyonce (center) one of his copyright stealing artists/adulterous mistress Rita Ora (right)

Unethical singer Beyonce has become known to audiences for making a career out of stealing copyrights from people in America and all over the world. The stolen copyrights are worth millions of dollars. Beyonce steals copyrights and then converts said intellectual property for her own illegal use, which constitutes massive financial crimes.

Copyright infringement is a criminal violation of federal law in America and United Nations law in the international community. It has been a terrible pattern of criminal behavior on Beyonce's part and that of her husband, rapper Jay Z, for every single project they have released during their respective careers. The couple have also corrupted court cases via bribery to get away with the illegal conduct, when lawsuits are filed against them for copyright infringement.

Beyonce's most recent album "Lemonade" has been hit with several copyright infringement claims from different, unrelated people (Beyonce Steals Again Illegally Using Copyrighted Footage For Her Deceitful New Video ‘Formation’ While Ripping Off A Model's Pictures And Is Slammed By The National Sheriffs' Association and Beyonce Slammed By Rapper For Stealing Images From His Album 'Lemonade'). One of the most flagrant is Beyonce's outright criminal theft of the 2014 short film "Palinoia" by news station creative director, Matthew Fulks, who was known to the singer's label Sony prior to the thefts. Greedy, immoral Sony tried to hire Fulks to direct a music video, but decided it would be cheaper to steal from him. Beyonce infringed Fulks' short film "Palinoia" via copyright infringement, two years after its release, for her 2016 "Lemonade" special that aired on the cable channel HBO.

Fulks has understandably sued Beyonce, who then had the unmitigated gall to file legal paperwork in court via her lawyer, demanding a declaration that she did not steal his work. BUT SHE DID!  Anyone can see Beyonce stole his work in conduct she keeps engaging in at many people's expense. Beyonce legal filing is arrogant, criminal, fraudulent and a vile abuse of the American court system.

To file such paperwork, knowing full well she stole Fulks' preexisting copyrighted works, constitutes perjury, as one attests documents filed in American courts of law are truthful, accurate and in compliance with the statutes government them. Why are you lying in court papers. It is so arrogant, devious and slimy. Who is Beyonce kidding with this. One look at Fulks' PREEXISTING work then Beyonce's copyright theft that ripped off his work TWO YEARS LATER and it immediately becomes apparent she stole his intellectual property.

Beyonce's pathetic, dubious excuse is that her rip off HBO special is about a black woman, while Fulks' preexisting short film is about a white man. Is she crazy (rhetorical question). First of all, don't pull the race card invoking black women's struggles when you are going around acting like a crazy, mindless, greedy eyed criminal stealing from everyone. This is not a racial matter. You are a thief. As a black woman I state, don't involve us in your crap. Your thieving behavior feeds into negative stereotypes of black people. You are apart of the problem.

Beyonce has stolen copyrights from a number of black, Hispanic and white artists, in her greedy quest for untold fame and riches she is not entitled to under the law, depriving others of their property and paychecks. By the way, judging by public feedback on social networking, newspaper website feedback sections and message boards, people firmly believe Beyonce stole Fulk's work.

Beyonce is sick in the head to pretend in a court of law that she didn't steal his work and seek a court declaration to that effect. Either Beyonce has surrounded herself with yes people or something is misfiring in her thieving, struggling brain that she thinks this chronic criminal behavior constituting financial crimes is acceptable human conduct and that no one notices. Millions of people notice. Hence the 50% sales drop between Beyonce's current album and its predecessor.

If you can support or try to excuse Beyonce and or Jay Z's thieving criminal behavior that keeps depriving people of their intellectual property and money, something is wrong with your moral compass as well. You need to do some introspective searching in your mind and soul, in an attempt to ascertain why you are supporting and promoting thieving criminals. Because I'm certain, if someone showed up on every one of your paydays and kept stealing your checks and cashing them like dirty degenerates raised by other depraved dirty degenerates, you wouldn't find it amusing, decent or humane (and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as Beyonce's parents stole $32,000,000 from the kids of her deceased manager, resulting in a lawsuit against them and Beyonce).

Think about how you would react to doing hard work then repeatedly being robbed on your job and stop pretending others should accept that from Jay Z and Beyonce, because that's what those two thieves keep doing for undue financial enrichment. Better yet, if you think Beyonce and Jay Z's thieving financial crimes are appropriate, I want you to donate every single one of your paychecks to charity indefinitely. Of course, you will say how will you pay your bills if you donate all your paychecks? Exactly. Then you will know how Beyonce and Jay Z's victims feel being repeatedly victimized by those two thieves, who have criminally diverted the financial revenues from others they've brazenly stolen from like dirty leeches.

You have to be psychotic to be stealing from people like that, then publicly bragging about how much money you've made from what is criminal behavior. U.S. and international law make no allowances for theft of copyright or finances, neither does it permit defrauding others out of their money and or property, which both Jay Z and Beyonce have done to others.

It's quite appalling what some in the black community are calling role models - two ignorant, illiterate, uneducated thieves robbing people left right and center, while bragging about alleged net worth gained via serious financial crimes. They're no better than Madoff. And just like Madoff's day came - so will theirs. Beyonce and Jay Z are an embarrassment and a disgrace.

Fulks deserves to win the case, as Beyonce has clearly and willfully infringed his copyrights. However, here's the problem. Sony and Warner Bros have a penchant for bribing judges and the U.S. Supreme Court. It has been my personal experience. Miami judge, Cecilia Altonaga, corrupted a case I had against Sony and Warner Bros in relation to depraved Madonna over copyright infringement, while concealing the fact Sony had given her child stock in their company and her husband's law firm is giving hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal work by the companies as well. She ended up having to admit the gross conflict of interest in court papers. When the case got to the Supreme Court level, Warner Bros bribed Chief Justice, John Roberts with several hundred thousand dollars in stock in their company to deny the claim and criminally award them my PREEXISTING copyrights they stole (The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right). The U.S. justice system is completely corrupt. It is full of bribery, rigging and fraud. Just ask Hillary Clinton and the FBI and the Department of Justice.

I can also attest, my late godmother's husband, Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, the Jamaican music producer who started reggae music and discovered Bob Marley, creating a genre of music that went on to become a billion dollar industry, was terribly ripped off by Sony as well. Their crap excuse for stealing his music was "We didn't know who it belonged to" which was an outright lie. Copyright law has no provisions for stealing copyrights because you allegedly didn't know who it belonged to when you criminally took it without permission or payment to the owner. Sony are the biggest copyright and patent thieves in the world of music, film, television, electronics and computer software. You will find none worse. Warner Bros/Time Warner is a close second.

Hold up! Beyonce files legal papers denying she stole ideas from indie filmmaker's short film Palinoia for her Lemonade visual album

Published: 21:07 EST, 22 July 2016 | Updated: 02:37 EST, 23 July 2016 - Beyonce has denied that her visual album Lemonade ripped off a 2014 short film. The pop star filed court documents refuting filmmaker Matthew Fulks's legal claim that Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his film Palinoia and that she stole his ideas, TMZ reports. But Beyonce says the films have very different storylines, pointing out that her HBO special is about 'an African-American woman who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship,' according to court documents seen by the gossip site.

Sued! Beyonce has been accused of 'copying' the work of an independent filmmaker from Kentucky for her Lemonade trailer. In contrast, Matthew's film was about a 'white man who is distressed in the wake of a failed relationship,' her lawyers say. Matthew, an independent filmmaker from Louisville, Kenucky, sued Beyonce in June after seeing a trailer for Lemonade. He says her visual album 'stole' ideas from his short film.

Beyonce's highly-publicized one minute promotional video for her HBO special aired in April, ahead of the release of her sixth studio album and film. Matthew alleges in his lawsuit that his 2014 short film, Palinoia, had been seen by members of the team working on the Lemonade video, and that Beyonce's video was created months later and was 'visually similar.' Fulks, who lives in Louisville, Kentucky, alleges that the pop singer, her management company, Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment and Columbia Recording Corporation, infringed on his copyright.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, points to nine instances - about 39 seconds of the 65-second trailer - that Fulks says are visually similar. It seeks unspecified monetary damages. The Lemonade trailer was 'substantially similar' to Fulks' film, including a similar mood, setting, pace and fonts, he says in the lawsuit.

The similarities cited in the complaint include 'graffiti and persons with heads down,' 'red persons with eyes obscured,' 'parking garage,' 'stairwell,' 'black and white eyes,' 'title card screens,' 'the grass scene,' 'feet on the street,' 'side-lit ominous figures.' Matthew Fulks has filed a legal claim, according to The Hollywood Reporter, saying Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his 2014 short Palinoia.

THR.com posted a copy of Fulks' complaint filed in New York against Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music and Columbia Recording. Fulks, who works as a creative director at a Louisville news station, is seeking a share of the profits that proceeded from the 'exploitation of his work,' THR.com reported, including sales of the Lemonade album.

He says that an executive at Columbia had approached him in 2015 about an opportunity to direct a music video and that his information including a link to Palinoia were sent to others at the label. The Lemonade video started shooting in late 2015. The release of HBO's Lemonade and the album made headlines around the world for its lyrics about infidelity and Beyonce's relationship with her husband, 46-year-old rapper Jay Z.  The dark visual album showed her smashing in cars with a baseball bat, and addressed themes of adultery, revenge and ultimately forgiveness.

Rihanna Concerts In Britain, Ireland And America Are Half Empty Leaving Her Crying On Stage

Rihanna crying on stage over flopped tour

Months ago the Judiciary Report stated Rihanna’s then planned world tour would suffer from low ticket sales, due to the fact she suffered 4 flopped singles in a row and very low album sales, over people being tired of her chronic acts of copyright infringement, which led to lawsuits (Rihanna's Tour In Support Of 'Anti' Album Flopping With Poor Sales Prompting Free Ticket Giveaway).

All the signs were there that her music career had crashed under public disfavor. Rihanna’s label and management began employing heavier levels of payola to secure radio airplay and falsifying streaming reports via Jay Z’s failing Tidal, to gain undeserved chart placement for extremely low selling music singles.

Since the time the Judiciary Report stated Rihanna’s tour would flop, it has gone on to do just that (Rihanna ‘Anti’ Tour Opens To Half Empty Arena Due To Massive Sales Decline). There are a number of long standing management rules in the entertainment industry that smart managers know and one of them is you do not book big venues when your career is in decline. Delusional, egotistical artists do that and go on to suffer for it. Only a foolish recording artist would believe the hype their own label and management pay for and put out in the press and online.

Rihanna's tour keeps suffering from half empty venues

It’s simple mathematics. It costs more money to rent and insure bigger venues (greater expenditures) and if you fail to sell a sufficient amount of tickets, the show will be in the red, costing rather than making money. The excessive number of empty seats also bring home the fact to the public and critics that your career is in the toilet.

Since the time of the Judiciary Report’s article stating her tour would flop due to poor record sales, they saw it for themselves, as Rihanna’s management had to cancel select concert dates in America due to low ticket sales (meaning it would cost more to actually put on the show in said cities, due to ticket sales being that low in several markets). However, the tour dates she did actually go forward with, did not sell out, struggling in the sales department as well.

Rihanna should have called her concerts "the half empty seats" tour

Both Rihanna and tour sponsor Samsung got burned. And once again, Samsung did not give Rihanna $25,000,000 to underwrite the tour, as Jay Z again lied to the press in trying to create hype for his failed projects (Jay Z Lies In New York Post Article About Samsung Paying Rihanna And Roc Nation $25,000,000 For Tour).

Samsung are not idiots in business to lose money, as a $25,000,000 deal would only be appropriate for big sellers like Taylor Swift, Adele or Justin Bieber, who have bigger record sales to back up tour expenditures against potential profits from significant ticket sales. Rihanna received closer to $5,000,000 and that was to cover staff, set construction, trucks and airfare, which has been wiped out via heavy expenses and poor ticket sales.

Twitter feedback exposed the fact Rihanna's album and now the subsequent tour has flopped

The biggest humiliation came last week when Rihanna’s tour of Britain and Ireland did not do well, which is embarrassing for a mainstream artist. Mainstream newspapers reported that Rihanna played concert dates in Britain to half empty venues. Rihanna, looking out at the lack of a crowd during one particular tour stop, began crying. Other international and British artists had sold out shows in Britain and Ireland recently, so this was square due to Rihanna’s falling career. Fans again took to Twitter to tweet the British venue was “half empty” and “embarrassingly empty” much like they wrote for her tour stops in America.

Yea, but keep stealing people’s copyrighted music, videos and photos and showing off about messing with people’s husbands and boyfriends Rihanna (Jay Z, Lebron James and Future, among others) and see how far your career is gonna fall (sarcasm). I’ve stated it before on this site and I will state it again, history has shown the public doesn’t like supporting people who go around doing mean-spirited, vile things to others (cc: Rita Ora - Rita Ora Bragging About Cheating With Jay Z Is A Dumb Move).

'Embarrassingly empty... I didn't expect this!' Shocked Rihanna fans take to Twitter to question star's half-full Wembley arena during her London tour stop

Published: 20:16 EST, 24 June 2016 | Updated: 21:16 EST, 24 June 2016 - She sparked concern on Tuesday after breaking down on stage during a live performance. And on Friday fans took to Twitter to express their shock yet again, this time at the the empty arena on the London leg of Rihanna's European Anti World Tour.

The international star's concert at Wembley failed to draw in her usual crowds, and the array of empty seats in the audience stadium didn't go unnoticed. Why so empty? On Friday fans took to Twitter to express their shock at the the empty arena on the London leg of Rihanna's European Anti World tour.

Fans quickly took to Twitter to express their surprise and disappointment at the poor turn out.
Wow I saw a couple of videos and it's true Rihanna's Wembley concert was half empty I wasn't expecting this', Twitter user Gaga's Purpose wrote. 'Looking on Snapchat, Rihanna's got pure empty seats at this concert,' fan Malle added. And Kellie tweeted: 'The Rihanna concert looked so empty.

Embarrassingly empty'. Where are the navy? The international star's concert at Wembley failed to draw in her usual crowds, and the array of empty seats in the audience stadium didn't go unnoticed.

'Stadium looked empty': Shocked fans took to Twitter to express their surprise. And a source told The Mirror Rihanna's performance at Friday's London concert left some fans disappointed. 'She rushed through the songs and everything was double the tempo. There were 10 minute dance breaks where she went off stage and nobody knew what is going on.

'People weren't too happy with the performance and there were a lot of empty seats,' they revealed. 'I feel so bad': Fans shared their sympathy with the star, who broke down on stage earlier in the week. Losing her magic? 'Looking on Snapchat, Rihanna's got pure empty seats at this concert,' fan Malle tweeted.

Rihanna sparked concern among her fans after she broke down in tears during an emotional performance in Ireland on Tuesday night. The Umbrella hitmaker's concert in Dublin got off to a rocky start as she turned up 30 minutes late for her concert at the city's Aviva Stadium.

But that wasn't the evening's most shocking element - the 28-year-old singer stunned fans as she began crying during a rendition of her hit track 'Love the Way you Lie'. Welling up: Rihanna has sparked concern among her fans after she broke down in tears during an emotional performance in Ireland on Tuesday night.

Struggling: The 28-year-old star lost her composure briefly as she sang a rendition of Love The Way You Lie. As she launched into the Eminem collaboration, Rihanna quickly became emotional, turning away from the camera as she lifted up her hands to signal for taking a moment out...

Beyonce Slammed By Rapper For Stealing Images From His Album 'Lemonade'

Beyonce

Copyright stealing singer Beyonce has been sued many times for stealing people's music, videos, photos and fashionlines, among other things. The lawsuits have come from all over America and the world, filed by copyright owners who had registered their works prior to the thefts. Beyonce has settled most of the lawsuits. Some are still in the court system with more on the way.

Items on Instagram and Twitter about Beyonce ripping off Cavalier. In the photo set at the bottom, the images on the left are Cavalier's from 2015. The images on the right are Beyonce's from 2016.

Beyonce has been spending time in her mother's hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana and did so when recording her latest rip off album "Lemonade." Based on items that have been online for several months, Beyonce has ripped off imagery by entertainer Cavalier, who is also known as Cav Magnus, from his 2015 album "Lemonade" for the release of her subsequent 2016 album "Lemonade." When asked about whether he has a connection to Beyonce, he responded online that he worked with Beyonce's sister, Solange Knowles.

Lee Daniels Settles Defamation Lawsuit Filed By Sean Penn Over Madonna's Lies

Sean Penn and ex-wife Madonna, who claimed he used to beat her with a bat, yet she keeps smiling and taking photos with him

Lee Daniels slammed actor Sean Penn in a Hollywood Reporter interview last year, labeling him a "wife beater." Daniels made these claims due to lies Penn's mentally deranged ex-wife Madonna told and circulated in the industry for years. Madonna claimed Penn beat her with a bat. However, Madonna is a pathological liar and a kleptomaniac. She is not to be believed. Daniels publicly rehashing the rumors Madonna spread, resulted in Penn filing a $10,000,000 defamation lawsuit against him last year.

Lee Daniels

Daniels made the statements in the interview in trying to excuse allegations of domestic violence against Terrence Howard, the star of his copyright infringing, failing show Madonna illegally sold him at cut rate prices in a dirty business deal "Empire." Slamming Penn was a means of kissing up to Madonna. However, the show "Empire" has been on a massive ratings slide over the past few months under a site boycott.

"Empire"

Daniels has now settled the lawsuit, donated money to Penn's Haiti charity and issued a groveling publicly apology stating, "I am sorry that I have hurt you Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you." Daniels is known in the entertainment industry as a mean spirited, evil, vicious man that abuses his post as producer to damage the careers of those he deems enemies. Stars such as Mo'Nique have spoken out against him. Others in the industry have made complaints against him as well. Daniels is a nasty piece of work and a complete fake.

Lee Daniels Settles Sean Penn Defamation Suit, Writes Apology Letter: 'I Am So Sorry I Have Hurt You Sean'

05/04/2016 AT 04:35 PM EDT - Sean Penn has settled his defamation lawsuit against Lee Daniels, who wrote a public letter of apology to the actor after accusing him of hitting women last year. "I am so sorry that I have hurt you, Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you.

How thoughtless of me. You are someone I consider a friend, a brilliant actor and true Hollywood legend and humanitarian," Daniels wrote in a joint statement with Penn obtained by PEOPLE. Along with the apology, Daniels made a donation to Penn's J/P Haitian Relief Organization...

Penn filed the complaint against Daniels last September after the Empire co-creator compared the actor to his show's star Terrence Howard, who admitted to hitting his first wife. "That poor boy," Daniels said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. "[Terrence] ain't done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he's some f------ demon. That's a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America."

Lee Daniels Violating People's Privacy And Rights In 'Empire' Scripts

Lee Daniels and his boyfriend. Daniels stole and turned a wholesome, preexisting copyright about the music industry into a debauched, sexually explicit gay show, renaming it "Empire." Daniels additionally infringed items on this widely read website, the Judiciary Report, including them in select episodes of the show.

Previously on the site, I complained about so-called producer/director Lee Daniels putting real elements of people's lives in the copyright infringing show "Empire" stolen from my preexisting copyrighted catalog (for further reference read: Hollywood's Ignorant, Racist And Hateful Characterizations Of Jamaicans). Now he has engaged in another habit that the main copyright infringer, Madonna, who illegally sold him the show at a cut rate price, has repeatedly done in this case regarding me, via placing my name in some of the infringements (infringing TV shows and movies she stole from my preexisting copyrighted catalog and sold to business associates in Hollywood at cut rate prices).

"Empire"

It was recently brought to my attention that one of the characters on the show "Empire" is named "Camilla." My middle name is "Kamilah" which is a variant spelling of "Camilla" in baby name books. Both are pronounced exactly the same. "Camilla" on "Empire" is played by Naomi Campbell, who is of Jamaican descent (I'm Jamaican). They did the same with the "Hit The Floor" copyright infringement in naming a lead character "Asha" (My first name is "Aisha" which is a variant spelling of "Asha"). And here as well.

"Camilla" name meaning

"Asha" name meaning

As stated previously, Daniels also infringed the image rights of one of my mother's disabled students to create the movie "Precious" ripping off her life story and image to the point people in Miami began calling the poor woman "Precious" (Hollywood's Ignorant, Racist And Hateful Characterizations Of Jamaicans). It is illegal to use people's lives and images for projects. Each person has image rights under the law (right of publicity). There is something very wrong with Hollywood to be doing these things. It is lazy, uncreative and sick. It is also very offensive and violating.

Twitter Calls Jay Z Too 'Ugly' To Cheat On Beyonce

Jay Z and Beyonce looking weathered and stressed in her new music video

Attention seeking couple, singer Beyonce and rapper Jay Z, have aired out their marriage problems on her newly released album "Lemonade" in a desperate attempt to revive their dying Tidal music streaming service. Jay Z, Beyonce and their partner in crime, Madonna, bought the Aspiro music streaming service and renamed it Tidal, wrongly believing it would make them millionaires, but the company is hemorrhaging money.

Beyonce's new album has a host of poorly written rip off songs. Celebrity blogger Sandra Rose also states it is Beyonce's attempt to mimic Marvin Gaye's "Here My Dear" album about cheating (another item Jay Z and Beyonce took from Gaye and his wife in going around with a fake baby bump). The copyright infringing imagery used in the videos is not any better, as it is poorly made and a violation of the law.

Beyonce and Jay Z looking older in her new video

Beyonce and Jay Z caused a stir on the internet this past weekend, as she outed one of his many mistresses, Rachel Roy, who is the ex-wife of his former partner Damon Dash. Roy is also the mother of Dash's children. Jay Z has also been having affairs with his protégés Rihanna and Rita Ora, among others, which is a terrible open secret in the entertainment industry.

The Judiciary Report has consistently stated for years regarding Jay Z and Beyonce, whom I've sued, that he is rampantly cheating on her with a number of women. Jay Z is a dog in his behavior that he thinks is cute, when it is absolutely ugly and disgraceful. He also encourages male entertainers and athletes he knows to cheat on their girlfriends and spouses, deriding them as soft if they do not do this. He has messed up people's personal lives in the industry with this bad advice.

Beyonce is being called crazy over her new, violent video with demonic, occult imagery. Beyonce and Jay Z are in the Kabbalah cult, who bill itself "the Illuminati"

Beyonce ignorantly refers to disgraceful Roy as "Becky with the good hair." First of all, there is so much wrong with that ignorant statement. In the black community, it is an insult to call a white woman a "Becky." It is mocking white women in America in an insulting way. Secondly, colorstruck Beyonce reminds me of the explosive Spike Lee film "School Daze" which laid bare the color prejudices that exist in some black communities. The term "good hair" refers to mixed black women and men with curly or straight hair, while degrading other African-Americans with kinky hair. Beyonce has kinky hair and for her to sing that line is stupid.

God didn't make good or bad hair. He made hair and it's all good to God. This good and bar hair foolishness is some people's ignorant perception of what is and is not beautiful. As someone with curly hair, I've wondered how people can fawn over it, when it is not something I did, nor is it an accomplishment. It's not like studying hard and getting a great grade on a test. It is something you are born with and it doesn't make you better or worse than others. It's just hair. Beautiful hair comes in all textures and shades.

Jay Z's former partner, Damon Dash and his ex-wife, the mother of his children, Rachel Roy

Roy taking to Instagram and posting, "Good hair don't care, but we will take good, for selfies, or self truths, always" was haughty and cocky. She was proverbially throwing her hair texture in Beyonce's face, in a manner that came across as though she was trying to assert some non-existent superiority based on being mixed. That was not a smart move, as Beyonce has a group on unhinged fans known as "The Beyhive." They pounced on Roy's Instagram page putting bee marks all over it (I'm not gonna lie, I laughed cause it looked crazy LOL). However, some went too far and began threatening Roy's life and safety and making inappropriate comments about her teenage children.

Roy and Jay Z are foul for cheating all this time, as he was the business partner of the father of her children, whom he ripped off as well. It has given Beyonce a complex due to Roy being sophisticated. Whereas Beyonce is rough around the edges and unintelligent. Beyonce is jealous of Roy, who doesn't even love deluded Jay Z and wouldn't give him the time of day if he were not famous.

Rachel Roy unwisely flaunted her affair with Jay Z in Beyonce's face, via an Instagram statement that caused the singer's fans to slam her. Roy was completely out of line. She later retracted the statement, but she did in fact cheat with Jay Z. She was just angry Beyonce mentioned it on her new album.

The lyrics on Beyonce's album are so ignorant, "Are you cheating on me?" I don’t want to lose my pride, but imma f*ck me up a bitch. What’s worse, looking jealous or crazy…I’d rather be crazy." She is also laying her mental illness bare, as many in the industry have stated she has lost her mind in the Kabbalah Center cult. Music critics are openly calling Beyonce crazy.

One of Jay Z's other mistresses, the aforementioned Rita Ora, taunted Beyonce as well, wearing a bikini with a lemon on it. This enraged Beyonce's unbalanced Beyhive, who began attacking Ora online as well. Ora is a head case. She wanted the attention and now she's got it, but it is the worst kind. Ora's career is a complete fake and a fraud. It is solely based on copyright theft (which is grand theft larceny) and having sex with entertainment industry men and women for career favors.

Beyonce is jealous of Rachel Roy and her kids, as they are the beauty ideal she strives for

Ora and Rihanna are prostituting themselves to and for Jay Z's Roc Nation company to get deals and others to sign with the rapper. They have repeatedly had sex with him knowing he is married and not caring about it, which is wrong. Beyonce unwisely cheated with her bodyguard Julius to get back at Jay Z, bringing sin on herself. Jay Z is the greater offender in all of this, but two wrongs don't make a right. Not to mention, none of this is good for their child Blue Ivy. I imply the public not to follow their example.

Some members of the public are desperately trying to hold up Jay Z and Beyonce as a model couple but they are not. The rampant adultery, chronic criminal copyright and trademark theft, unethical business deals defrauding others and occult message in their music and videos makes them anything but a model couple or role models. They are two uneducated usurpers stealing from others for money and credit that does not belong to them. Do not follow their example, as you will fall as they are going to for said financial and social crimes.

Jay Z posing with Dame Dash's 16-year-old daughter. They better be careful. That's the same age websites state Jay Z went after Beyonce (she was allegedly 16 and he nearly 30, which is illegal in New York and California)

Beyonce's current album is doing half the sales its predecessor did on the charts. People are not amused with her or Jay Z. This scandal will have a negative impact on Jay Z's mistresses as well, as they are bold and completely out of order showing off about cheating with a man none of them would give the time of day if he was not famous. It always amazes me how fame fools some men into thinking they are good looking.

Men who look like David Gandy, Tyson Beckford, Trey Songz and Shemar Moore would be considered good looking by society, whether they are famous and rich or not (and women routinely call the aforementioned men good looking). However, the world has never put Jay Z in that category. Many on Twitter and other social networking websites are stating Jay Z is too "ugly" to cheat on Beyonce:

Side Bar: Beyonce's new videos again contain copyright infringing items from my preexisting work, such as the baptism scene and the item of her sitting at a keyboard allegedly playing music. Beyonce can't play the piano/keyboard (I can and do when I write songs on my laptop with my earphones on, as seen in her rip off). It's a dead giveaway. The scene also looks like the wood floors in my old house in Miami:
