Kanye West Erupts In Anger Firing Entire Staff After Failed Fashion Show

Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian posing in bathroom for her Instagram page

Rapper Kanye West is known for his terrible temper. It has gotten him into legal trouble in civil and criminal court, over attacks on paparazzi and property destruction. West erupted in rage again when his latest Saint Pablo fashion show spectacularly failed. The minute I saw the clothes I knew it would be a flop. West isn’t really a fashion designer. He is a pretentious rapper who believes he is the best artist ever, when he can’t hold a candle to artists such as Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Elvis and Whitney Houston, among others.

I repeat what I have stated in previous article, thus far, the only rapper who has done a good and successful clothing line is Diddy. Champion tennis player Serena Williams has a nice fashion line as well, with good fabrics. However, I'm tired of certain other celebrities pretending they are fashion designers, just to claim they are something they really are not in any measure. There's so much more to fashion. Please, stop pretending. It's an insult to the people who are really doing it.

Kanye had ‘meltdown,’ fired entire staff after fashion

October 4, 2016 | 5:46pm - Kanye West had a “massive meltdown” and fired all his staff after his disastrous, much-maligned Yeezy fashion show, where models fainted and could barely walk in ill-fitting shoes during New York Fashion Week. An insider told us that the Yeezy staff seriously felt West’s wrath after his September fashion flop. He had his agent fire all 30 of his staff after the fashion show and got rid of his phone so people can only contact him via email,” an insider said. “He had a nervous breakdown after the show, and that’s what triggered it all.”

Beyonce Steals Again This Time Ripping Off Short Film For HBO Lemonade Special Resulting In Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

Jay Z (left) Beyonce (center) one of his copyright stealing artists/adulterous mistress Rita Ora (right)

Unethical singer Beyonce has become known to audiences for making a career out of stealing copyrights from people in America and all over the world. The stolen copyrights are worth millions of dollars. Beyonce steals copyrights and then converts said intellectual property for her own illegal use, which constitutes massive financial crimes.

Copyright infringement is a criminal violation of federal law in America and United Nations law in the international community. It has been a terrible pattern of criminal behavior on Beyonce's part and that of her husband, rapper Jay Z, for every single project they have released during their respective careers. The couple have also corrupted court cases via bribery to get away with the illegal conduct, when lawsuits are filed against them for copyright infringement.

Beyonce's most recent album "Lemonade" has been hit with several copyright infringement claims from different, unrelated people (Beyonce Steals Again Illegally Using Copyrighted Footage For Her Deceitful New Video ‘Formation’ While Ripping Off A Model's Pictures And Is Slammed By The National Sheriffs' Association and Beyonce Slammed By Rapper For Stealing Images From His Album 'Lemonade'). One of the most flagrant is Beyonce's outright criminal theft of the 2014 short film "Palinoia" by news station creative director, Matthew Fulks, who was known to the singer's label Sony prior to the thefts. Greedy, immoral Sony tried to hire Fulks to direct a music video, but decided it would be cheaper to steal from him. Beyonce infringed Fulks' short film "Palinoia" via copyright infringement, two years after its release, for her 2016 "Lemonade" special that aired on the cable channel HBO.

Fulks has understandably sued Beyonce, who then had the unmitigated gall to file legal paperwork in court via her lawyer, demanding a declaration that she did not steal his work. BUT SHE DID!  Anyone can see Beyonce stole his work in conduct she keeps engaging in at many people's expense. Beyonce legal filing is arrogant, criminal, fraudulent and a vile abuse of the American court system.

To file such paperwork, knowing full well she stole Fulks' preexisting copyrighted works, constitutes perjury, as one attests documents filed in American courts of law are truthful, accurate and in compliance with the statutes government them. Why are you lying in court papers. It is so arrogant, devious and slimy. Who is Beyonce kidding with this. One look at Fulks' PREEXISTING work then Beyonce's copyright theft that ripped off his work TWO YEARS LATER and it immediately becomes apparent she stole his intellectual property.

Beyonce's pathetic, dubious excuse is that her rip off HBO special is about a black woman, while Fulks' preexisting short film is about a white man. Is she crazy (rhetorical question). First of all, don't pull the race card invoking black women's struggles when you are going around acting like a crazy, mindless, greedy eyed criminal stealing from everyone. This is not a racial matter. You are a thief. As a black woman I state, don't involve us in your crap. Your thieving behavior feeds into negative stereotypes of black people. You are apart of the problem.

Beyonce has stolen copyrights from a number of black, Hispanic and white artists, in her greedy quest for untold fame and riches she is not entitled to under the law, depriving others of their property and paychecks. By the way, judging by public feedback on social networking, newspaper website feedback sections and message boards, people firmly believe Beyonce stole Fulk's work.

Beyonce is sick in the head to pretend in a court of law that she didn't steal his work and seek a court declaration to that effect. Either Beyonce has surrounded herself with yes people or something is misfiring in her thieving, struggling brain that she thinks this chronic criminal behavior constituting financial crimes is acceptable human conduct and that no one notices. Millions of people notice. Hence the 50% sales drop between Beyonce's current album and its predecessor.

If you can support or try to excuse Beyonce and or Jay Z's thieving criminal behavior that keeps depriving people of their intellectual property and money, something is wrong with your moral compass as well. You need to do some introspective searching in your mind and soul, in an attempt to ascertain why you are supporting and promoting thieving criminals. Because I'm certain, if someone showed up on every one of your paydays and kept stealing your checks and cashing them like dirty degenerates raised by other depraved dirty degenerates, you wouldn't find it amusing, decent or humane (and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as Beyonce's parents stole $32,000,000 from the kids of her deceased manager, resulting in a lawsuit against them and Beyonce).

Think about how you would react to doing hard work then repeatedly being robbed on your job and stop pretending others should accept that from Jay Z and Beyonce, because that's what those two thieves keep doing for undue financial enrichment. Better yet, if you think Beyonce and Jay Z's thieving financial crimes are appropriate, I want you to donate every single one of your paychecks to charity indefinitely. Of course, you will say how will you pay your bills if you donate all your paychecks? Exactly. Then you will know how Beyonce and Jay Z's victims feel being repeatedly victimized by those two thieves, who have criminally diverted the financial revenues from others they've brazenly stolen from like dirty leeches.

You have to be psychotic to be stealing from people like that, then publicly bragging about how much money you've made from what is criminal behavior. U.S. and international law make no allowances for theft of copyright or finances, neither does it permit defrauding others out of their money and or property, which both Jay Z and Beyonce have done to others.

It's quite appalling what some in the black community are calling role models - two ignorant, illiterate, uneducated thieves robbing people left right and center, while bragging about alleged net worth gained via serious financial crimes. They're no better than Madoff. And just like Madoff's day came - so will theirs. Beyonce and Jay Z are an embarrassment and a disgrace.

Fulks deserves to win the case, as Beyonce has clearly and willfully infringed his copyrights. However, here's the problem. Sony and Warner Bros have a penchant for bribing judges and the U.S. Supreme Court. It has been my personal experience. Miami judge, Cecilia Altonaga, corrupted a case I had against Sony and Warner Bros in relation to depraved Madonna over copyright infringement, while concealing the fact Sony had given her child stock in their company and her husband's law firm is giving hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal work by the companies as well. She ended up having to admit the gross conflict of interest in court papers. When the case got to the Supreme Court level, Warner Bros bribed Chief Justice, John Roberts with several hundred thousand dollars in stock in their company to deny the claim and criminally award them my PREEXISTING copyrights they stole (The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right). The U.S. justice system is completely corrupt. It is full of bribery, rigging and fraud. Just ask Hillary Clinton and the FBI and the Department of Justice.

I can also attest, my late godmother's husband, Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, the Jamaican music producer who started reggae music and discovered Bob Marley, creating a genre of music that went on to become a billion dollar industry, was terribly ripped off by Sony as well. Their crap excuse for stealing his music was "We didn't know who it belonged to" which was an outright lie. Copyright law has no provisions for stealing copyrights because you allegedly didn't know who it belonged to when you criminally took it without permission or payment to the owner. Sony are the biggest copyright and patent thieves in the world of music, film, television, electronics and computer software. You will find none worse. Warner Bros/Time Warner is a close second.

Hold up! Beyonce files legal papers denying she stole ideas from indie filmmaker's short film Palinoia for her Lemonade visual album

Published: 21:07 EST, 22 July 2016 | Updated: 02:37 EST, 23 July 2016 - Beyonce has denied that her visual album Lemonade ripped off a 2014 short film. The pop star filed court documents refuting filmmaker Matthew Fulks's legal claim that Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his film Palinoia and that she stole his ideas, TMZ reports. But Beyonce says the films have very different storylines, pointing out that her HBO special is about 'an African-American woman who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship,' according to court documents seen by the gossip site.

Sued! Beyonce has been accused of 'copying' the work of an independent filmmaker from Kentucky for her Lemonade trailer. In contrast, Matthew's film was about a 'white man who is distressed in the wake of a failed relationship,' her lawyers say. Matthew, an independent filmmaker from Louisville, Kenucky, sued Beyonce in June after seeing a trailer for Lemonade. He says her visual album 'stole' ideas from his short film.

Beyonce's highly-publicized one minute promotional video for her HBO special aired in April, ahead of the release of her sixth studio album and film. Matthew alleges in his lawsuit that his 2014 short film, Palinoia, had been seen by members of the team working on the Lemonade video, and that Beyonce's video was created months later and was 'visually similar.' Fulks, who lives in Louisville, Kentucky, alleges that the pop singer, her management company, Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment and Columbia Recording Corporation, infringed on his copyright.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, points to nine instances - about 39 seconds of the 65-second trailer - that Fulks says are visually similar. It seeks unspecified monetary damages. The Lemonade trailer was 'substantially similar' to Fulks' film, including a similar mood, setting, pace and fonts, he says in the lawsuit.

The similarities cited in the complaint include 'graffiti and persons with heads down,' 'red persons with eyes obscured,' 'parking garage,' 'stairwell,' 'black and white eyes,' 'title card screens,' 'the grass scene,' 'feet on the street,' 'side-lit ominous figures.' Matthew Fulks has filed a legal claim, according to The Hollywood Reporter, saying Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his 2014 short Palinoia.

THR.com posted a copy of Fulks' complaint filed in New York against Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music and Columbia Recording. Fulks, who works as a creative director at a Louisville news station, is seeking a share of the profits that proceeded from the 'exploitation of his work,' THR.com reported, including sales of the Lemonade album.

He says that an executive at Columbia had approached him in 2015 about an opportunity to direct a music video and that his information including a link to Palinoia were sent to others at the label. The Lemonade video started shooting in late 2015. The release of HBO's Lemonade and the album made headlines around the world for its lyrics about infidelity and Beyonce's relationship with her husband, 46-year-old rapper Jay Z.  The dark visual album showed her smashing in cars with a baseball bat, and addressed themes of adultery, revenge and ultimately forgiveness.

Kanye West Misinterprets Wiz Khalifa's Tweet And Gets Bashed By Ex-Girlfriend Amber Rose Over His Sexual Preferences

Kanye West: see what had happened was...

We've all been guilty of misreading an item on the internet at some point or another and sometimes what you thought you read as opposed to what is actually written can be quite funny. However, sometimes it goes terribly wrong. Case in point, rapper Kanye West. Rival rapper, Wiz Khalifa, 28, who is a complete and total pothead, tweeted on Twitter.com "Hit this kk and become yourself." Apparently "kk" is a slang term for weed (marijuana). Nobody told Kanye this and he flew off the handle.

Wiz Khalifa: I wasn't even talking to this negro (*puff puff*)

Kanye fired off a series of insulting tweet to Wiz Khalifa's account, because he thought "kk" meant his wife's initials (reality star Kim Kardashian). Defining Kardashian's honor (LOL does she have any) Kanye slammed Khalifa, the rapper's ex-wife Amber Rose, who used to date Kanye and his rival and former girlfriend's son, Sebastian, nickname "Bash." Who told Kanye to do that. Rose taught Kanye a lesson for bringing up her little cub and proceeded to bash the rapper for bashing little Bash.

Kim Kardashian: how did I get mentioned in this

Rose, a former stripper, conveniently reminded Kanye in a tweet that he loved to have her stick her fingers in his rear end. It's a sex act done to stimulate the prostate (don't look at me like that, I had to look up that crap, pardon the pun). So now, he's basically Kanye Kardashian (yea, I said it).

Amber Rose: Bye Kanye!

After being thoroughly humiliated by Rose, Kanye deleted all his tweets, logged off from the internet and probably tossed his laptop in the garbage and assumed the fetal position while shedding a tear over the cyber mauling he just took (getting in that position is what got you in trouble in the first place why Amber could tweet out your personal business).

Wiz Khalifa tweeted this:

Then Kanye went into a rage thinking KK means Kim Kardashian:

Then Wiz Khalifa tweeted this, which prompted Kanye to delete his angry tweets:

And then Amber Rose tweeted this as the nail in Kanye's internet coffin:

Side Bar: during Kanye's rant, he stated he is the greatest artist to ever do music, which had me thinking he is clearly on drugs. Just because Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and Bob Marley have died, doesn't make you the greatest anything. Female singers such as Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand and Patti Page have also accomplished far more in music that you will not touch in your lifetime. In rap, Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. have done more musically than you as well. I'm tired of modern recording artists making these erroneous, grandiose claims of greatness and superiority, not backed up by anything other than their inflated egos.

When Stars Go Broke

A Cautionary Tale

The entertainment industry is a very unscrupulous place. Many stars do not make much money, as greedy managers sometimes take ridiculously high commissions. While in some cases, stars do make a lot of money, but spend too much and fail to meet their financial obligations, such as paying taxes.

When you start making money one of your first priorities should be putting aside money for taxes. You have to pay the state. That’s just how it works. Not paying is more costly than actually paying, as fines and penalties will accrue and a potential jail sentence and the type of negative publicity that hurts careers.

One has to have a business plan. How to make one’s income grow and last. One should always double check with other sources, information given to you by your business manager and accountant, as not everyone is honest.

If you buy a house, have it properly checked for defects and accurately appraised. If you invest in a business, double check all the projected financials and the business histories of those involved in the enterprise. Be careful getting into business with family and friends. Lay down ground rules to let them know business is business, professionalism is imperative and not to take any liberties or things for granted.

Do not overextend yourself counting on money you haven’t made yet to get you out of any potential trouble. Look at what you have now in the bank as what you have. Don’t bank on future earnings as anything can happen and derail it.

Many stars spend too much money, like the cash flow will always be there, when for many it will not be. Going out to clubs and buying expensive bottles of liquor and or "making it rain" via throwing money around for others to pick up, is fiscally irresponsible.

Repeatedly buying expensive clothes and jewelry, purchasing costly cars and taking lavish trips are sure ways to go broke. Spending money on luxury homes and car rentals, expensive liquor and high priced dinners is another way to lose your money. You can treat yourself, but not all the time if funds are limited. Always work with what you have, not what you hope to or think you will financially make.

The most sensible thing one can do is purchase a house or apartment (flat), even if it is a fixer upper in a modest neighborhood – hey at least it’s yours – and you can renovate and add a room or two to it (a house) as funds become available.

My late godmother’s husband, Clement Coxsonne Dodd, ran a successful record label with his wife while he was alive and even signed Bob Marley to his first record deal. They released a number of groundbreaking recordings, as Coxsonne is the man that started reggae. He knew the value of labor, having worked in sugarcane fields in America to earn and save money to start his label in Jamaica.

My parents have spoken about it over the years, stating it is a curious thing to watch what some artists spent their royalty checks on. Rather than saving or investing their money, some entertainers chose to buy flashy cars and expensive clothes that eventually go out of style, trying to live up to public opinion of what a star should be and have to their name. Then later, some wound up with little or nothing over poor financial choices. It’s a pattern that has repeated itself at many record labels and film studios around the world.

You can’t force people to make responsible financial decisions, but you can warn them. Some will listen and be better off for it, while others won’t and will meet with financial calamity and ruination.

Cissy Houston Sets Beyonce Knowles Straight On Claims Whitney Houston Lip Synced The National Anthem

Cissy Houston and Whitney Houston

As many of you know, singer Beyonce Knowles is embroiled in controversy over lip-syncing the national anthem at President Barack Obama's historic second inauguration this month, bringing scandal to what was a big day for Democrats. Of all the celebrities who clearly missed the point and ironically lept to Knowles' defense, as being the first person to ever do such a thing in history, her former bandmate, Michelle Williams, crossed the line and angered legendary singer, Cissy Houston, mother of Whitney Houston.

In an attempt to diminish the severity of Knowles' foolish faux pas, Williams stated Whitney Houston lip-synced the U.S. national anthem at the Olympics. Cissy Houston set the record straight today stating her daughter did not lip-sync the anthem. Houston stated Whitney did not like lip-syncing. When you can sing like that, why would you.

Beyonce Knowles and Tina Knowles (Photo Credit: INF)

The problem is Knowles' ego and those around her telling her every wrong thing she does is right. Houston's historic performance was the best rendition of the U.S. national anthem ever. Beyonce tried touching Houston's version before at a past Super Bowl and failed, with her voice thinning out. So, she decided to cheat by recording and lip-syncing a studio adjusted version, which is deceitful.

That's right, when you try to sing like Whitney, you will mess around and hurt yourself. It annoys me when certain newer singers of the past decade, who are on the charts, claim they are of the same caliber as artists such as Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Elvis And Bob Marley - when none of them are. It's completely delusional.

Justin Bieber Snubbed By The Grammys Leading His Manager To Slam Them

Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun

Pop singer Justin Bieber is dejected today, as he discovered he has been snubbed by the Grammy Awards, after pushing for a record number of nominations. Bieber's manager Scooter Braun went on a rant regarding the Grammy committee overlooking him, "This time there wont be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain disagree. The kid deserved it. Grammy board you blew it on this one...This time he deserved to be recognized and I don't really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision I don't agree with."

Me personally, after seeing the process firsthand in dealing with the Grammy committee, regarding a deceased music legend I tried to get on the ballot in an appropriate category a few years ago, who started his own form of music, reggae, wrote and produced more music than most and discovered and signed Bob Marley (Clement Coxsone Dodd, my late godmother's husband), I can say in all honesty before God I would not want a Grammy.

It's complete rubbish. The process is pure foolishness. Never again. It is rigged. Furthermore, when you see who constantly wins, artists with little or no talent, who are constantly and credibly sued for committing copyright infringement, it invalidates the entire award.

When you find out the level of music industry politics that goes into it and the sheer number of butts you have to kiss, it is not worth it. The nominations and voting process for the award is so suspect. It's who you know (and bow to and often in more ways than one) not what you do (music, talent ect). I've been telling you guys that on the site for years...

Wyclef Jean Slammed By Bob Marley's Son For Claiming Lauryn Hill Tricked Him Into Believing He Is The Father Of Her Child

Lauryn Hill

Wyclef Jean's new autobiography put former Fugees band mate Lauryn Hill's dirty laundry on display, slamming her for tricking him into believing he was the father of her son, Zion David. In actuality, athlete Rohan Marley, the son of Jamaican reggae legend, Bob Marley had fathered Hill's child and the two later had more children.

Hill knew Jean was married, but carried on an affair with him anyway, upsetting his long suffering wife. Hill even wrote songs about him. The affair ended the Grammy winning band, but not the speculation over what transpired between the two.

Wyclef Jean

Rohan Marley has slammed Jean's tawdry claims in the book. Marley stated Jean knew it was not his child and writing about it is a ploy to shift copies of the autobiography. Jean countered, if he had believed it was not his child, he would not have showed up at the hospital for the boy's birth.
It's kind of odd, both Hill and Jean are in trouble with the IRS. Hill for tax avoidance, upon which she is waiting sentencing regarding jail and Jean for stealing charity money from Yele, set up to collect funds for Haitian earthquake survivors.

Side Bar: seriously, if there is a dispute about paternity and a Marley is involved, it is safe to assume the dad is a Marley. Bob Marley had more kids than dreads on his head.

Ganja Granny Arrested At Age 73 For Selling Pounds Of Marijuana To The Public (Video)

Snoop Dogg Needs To Come Get His Grandma!

I Have No Words For This

You know, you wouldn't suspect an adorable 73-year-old granny of selling weed by the pound, but you'd be wrong. Darlene Mayes was arrested in Oklahoma after an undercover officer busted her with $276,000 in cash and 4 pounds of weed (rappers and rastas reading this, stop salivating and or preparing Mayes legal fund to the shouts of "Free Granny").

Darlene Mayes

Apparently, Granny had the block on lock, supplying 40% of the area with weed. I know granny could roll a spliff (joint) with her dentures (now there's a commercial Polygrip didn't see coming). Are you guys sure this isn't Bob Marley or Snoop Dogg's granny, because then this story would make sense. Seriously, someone needs to get grandma into rehab, because I know she was using her product.

Justin Bieber Marijuana Surfaces To The Singer's Anger

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez (Photo Credit: Wire Image)

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, is reportedly angry to find out, a group of drug dealing criminals have named their marijuana after him, in his native Canada. It's understandable Bieber would be upset, as he tries to promote a positive, drug free image, especially where his young, impressionable audience is concerned.

After U.S. President Barack Obama was elected, criminals in New York named their marijuana after him as well, selling it with his name on the white paper packaging. None of this conduct is very respectful and the aforementioned individuals' names are protected by trademark law. Now, had the drug dealers named the weed Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley or Snoop Dogg, nobody would have said a word.

Buju Banton Facing New Charges After Mistrial

Buju Banton

37-year-old dancehall singer, Buju Banton, real name, Mark Anthony Myrie, was arrested in Miami, Florida, in December 2009, on cocaine possession charges. However, the initial case resulted in a mistrial in September 2010. Banton, had been remanded into custody and denied bail throughout the case, but was recently freed.

A few weeks ago, the U.S. government declared it is indicting Banton on the same charges again, adding two new counts to the case.

Many believe Banton was targeted, due to his anti-gay lyrics, on negative songs such as "Boom Bye Bye." Pro-gay groups have consistently hounded organizers into dropping him from concerts.

While the Judiciary Report retains its Christian faith, adhering to the Bible view that homosexuality is a sin that God offers forgiveness for, if there is repentance, a theme others such as Joel Osteen have stated as well, Banton and entertainers who make similar music, should not record violent lyrics. Yes, they have the right to free speech, but it is unkind to incite violence through music or any other medium. This needs to stop.

Dancehall is an offshoot of reggae, which was not violent. When my godmother's husband, the late Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, created reggae music, it was positive and uplifting. The music spoke of love and discussed social struggles, such as inequality, racism and poverty, giving people hope.

Dodd signed Bob Marley to his first deal and the singer/musician went on to spread a message of love, through songs like, "One Love," "Could You Be Love," "Is This Love," "No Woman No Cry" and "Redemption Song" to name a few. Marley's music touched the masses and also grossed over $3 billion dollars and counting.

From reggae sprang dancehall and later rap, two genres that have become quite negative, departing from its early positive roots. Count Machuki, who started rap in Jamaica as apart of Coxsone's sound system, then DJ Kool Herc, who brought it to America, inspired positive music from artists such as the Sugarhill Gang.

Regrettably, others later misused the genres and turned them into something undesirable and full of negative sounds. In the 1990s, things took a turn for the worse, when dancehall spewed heinous "murder music" in Tivoli Gardens (Jamaica) and rap gave birth to a terrible offspring, known as "gangsta rap" in Compton (America). Things swiftly went downhill from there.

Banton did begin his career with uplifting tracks, such as the infectious and touching, "I Wanna Be Loved" - a song even Bob Marley would have loved. However, Banton later departed from that sound, which he should have retained, rather than going the other route. Banton would do well to return to positivity in his music and life.

The Judiciary Report prefers comedic dancehall music, such as the hilarious song "Clarks" as opposed to violent or lewd songs, which are debasing. Two years ago, the Jamaican government began an initiative to ban violent and explicit music from the nation's airwaves and it was the right thing to do.

Unwise Rihanna Slams Blogs, Bloggers And Readers

Rihanna

This is a follow up to the articles "Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood" and "Chris Brown Violated His Probation" regarding Rihanna and Chris Brown, with the latter having stalked me last week. Clearly not realizing tens of millions of people read blogs on a daily basis, ignorant, non-singing, Rihanna, slammed bloggers, blogs and the people that read them:

"I read the blogs sometimes, it depends on what it is I am trying to find out. I’m a lot more numb to it now only because I understand what it is. It’s a community for people who don’t have anything else to do and hate themselves, they hate their life, they hate their job, they hate their appearance, they are uncomfortable with who they are so what makes them feel good is talking smack about other people who they think they will never ever see in their life and they happen to be celebrities. It seems impossible to ever have the opportunity to say these things to their face, so they get to hide behind their computer."

Rihanna makes a career out of performing sex acts on Jay-Z, the Dream and Kanye West, who have run their mouths about it in industry circles, whilst stealing people's preexisting copyrighted songs, photographs and trademarked images, but now suddenly believes she is better than everyone else. Never mind she can't sing, dance or act, annoy listeners with her bleating voice and consistently exposes young, impressionable kids to all sorts of nastiness on stage, in music, photos and videos, she somehow thinks she is above others.

She grew up very poor, yet has no qualms about criminally stealing from others, depriving them of their own property, for her undue enrichment. That poverty made her unconscionably money hungry, willing to anything, from engage in underage sex with Jay-Z, to providing lesbian sexual favors to industry women in her cult Kabbalah, who could help her with her fraudulent career.

While she spends her days trading sexual favors for career advancement, I spend my days doing medical and scientific research work, authoring copyrights and writing articles for my sites, read by millions. As stated before, some of the proceeds from my Copyrighted Catalog that have been infringed by Kabbalah members, such as Rihanna, who via commissioned commissioned hacking, made an illegal copy of it and began using it without permission, was to go towards AIDS and cancer research and victims of the diseases.

Millions of people are dying each year from the aforementioned diseases, while Rihanna, Madonna and their nasty Kabbalah cohorts, criminally steal my PREEXISTING copyrights, meant to support research work towards cures. Instead that money is criminally going to fund the lavish, unearned lifestyles of losers such as Rihanna.

She has made a career out of criminally stealing my preexisting copyrights. Songs such as "Umbrella" "Take A Bow” “A Million Miles Away” and "Rudeboy" to name a few, were criminally stolen directly from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog. As a matter of fact, "Rudeboy" was written and copyrighted by me years ago and is a Jamaican term, which is the island I am from.

Rihanna is from Barbados, yet that didn't stop her from going on stage and accepting a Grammy, for a song she and Jay-Z criminally stole from a Jamaican and saying "Barbados we got one." Not only did you spit on Jamaica in doing so, you dishonored Barbados as well in falsely crediting a stolen, preexisting copyrighted song to the island. Who in their right mind could be proud of such a thing.

Other items from my Copyrighted Catalog she illegally access, included business plans she used, such as an item regarding a remake of the Jamaican song, "Redemption Song" by Bob Marley, a singer my dad knew, to be included with a project I wrote. Shortly after, Rihanna, ran out and remade "Redemption Song. Then there was the incident where I wrote a time stamped item, regarding the Jamaican song "You Don't Love Me" by Dawn Penn and Rihanna ran out and remade that song shortly after as well.

There was also an incident of an unpublished, copyrighted, preexisting, time stamped article, I wrote in 2008, regarding the Michael Jackson song "Wanna Be Starting Something" and once again, shortly after, Rihanna ran out and remade it, using the song as a sample. It ended up getting Michael Jackson and Rihanna sued, as a segment of the song was not cleared with the African musician that owns the rights to a portion of the late singer's track. There was also a copyrighted business pitch regarding "Cover Girl" and she used that as well, going to the company about an endorsement deal. There have been other similar incidents as well, regarding misconduct from her.

What is regrettable and ironic is Barbados' former Prime Minister, who helped champion Rihanna's fraudulent career, at AIDS and cancer sufferers expense (research funds stolen from my copyrights, due to Kabbalah, as mentioned above), died this month of cancer and is the first one to pass away in office. Two days after his funeral, one which she did not even want to attend, according to a furious Barbadian, who is a MediaTakeOut.com reader that wrote into the site and slammed her, echoing the sentiments of her fellow countrymen, Rihanna went on stage at a Bon Jovi concert laughing, grinning and hamming it up for the cameras, like nothing happened.

However, here she is telling people they have no life and are pathetic, but who could be more pathetic than you and those in Kabbalah. Let's not forget, members of Kabbalah routinely pay bloggers for favorable coverage, but the one hitch is they can't control negative public reaction.

Rihanna is a drug addict and alcoholic, who needs to take herself to rehab, then to a psych ward, as she has clearly lost her mind to be doing the sick things she is to get ahead.

Britney Spears Went Shopping In Her Nightgown

US Weekly is reporting, pop tart, Britney Spears, went shopping in New York City, wearing her nightgown and it certainly appears that way. She also has stains on her clothes again and uncombed hair. They say going out in public in one's night clothes is a sign on mental illness. Who would have thought Britney Spears would do something crazy (well, everybody).

Side Bar: I was on a website that has a sub-section giving advice on how to replicate a celebrity's look and it featured Britney Spears. I thought to myself, they need to stop, really. The weed-whacker weave is not fashionable. Bob Marley had less knots than Britney.

Jenna Bush Says Mom Laura Is "Secret Rastafarian"

Bush Twins, Oprah Winfrey and Laura Bush

Former First Lady, Laura Bush, was outed by her daughter, Jenna, as a "secret Rastafarian." I never figured Laura for a pothead (George, definitely, but not Laura). Just kidding about Laura. To the Rastas, pardon me, not a "pothead" but a "herbalist" (*coughs* "potheads").

Jenna Bush stated during an interview on the Oprah Winfrey Show, where Mrs. Bush promoted her new biography, her mother likes reggae music by artists such as Bob Marley.

What oh what could Bob Marley be rolling in that picture. We should ask Bill Clinton, since he is the expert.

A few words of warning to the former First Lady: do not mention the world "biography" around Oprah. For further information, see Kitty Kelley.

On a more serious note, Mrs. Bush spoke about a car accident that occurred when she was a teenager, which claimed the life of one of her dear friends and the guilt she has lived with all these years, due to being behind the wheel when the tragedy occurred. Ask God to forgive you for the accident, due to the life that was lost and He will. Let that guilt go. It was an accident.

The Judiciary Report advises the same to anyone who has been through such a trauma. God will forgive you, even if you were drunk (Mrs. Bush said she was not drunk). Ask for forgiveness and let it go.

Jenna Bush Outs Her Mom as 'Secret Rastafarian'

Monday May 03, 2010 12:55 PM EDT - Facebook Twitter Yahoo Buzz E-mail What does former First Lady Laura Bush have on her iPod? The answer may surprise you.

"My mom's a secret Rastafarian," her daughter Jenna says in an interview scheduled to air on the Oprah Winfrey Show Tuesday, "so [she plays] Bob Marley" around the house.

Appearing on the show with her sister Barbara and mom Laura, who was promoting her new memoir Spoken from the Heart, Jenna explains what a typical night at the Bush family ranch in Crawford, Texas, is like. There's the music (the family also listens to "old country [songs]," Jenna says), family activities and plenty of food.

"We don't really cook dinner if I'm gonna be honest," Jenna says. "Somebody cooks dinner and we sit around and we talk and we laugh and we do puzzles and we get in bed by 9:00."

Teases Laura: "They didn't use to." See what other readers have to say about this story – or leave a comment of your own

Webcam Spying Vice Principal Gives Evasive Excuse

A Harriton High student and her mom speak of the invasive webcam spying

In a carefully worded legal statement, Lynn Matsko, the vice principal of Harriton High in Philadelphia, accused of confronting 15-year-old student, Blake Robbins, with a snapshot taken of him at home, using spyware placed on his school issued laptop, has denied any wrongdoing.

She said and I quote, "At no time have I ever monitored a student via a laptop webcam." I do not like her answer, as it is evasive. She said she did not monitor him at home, which is semantics, as she has refused to explain how she ended up with a webcam taken photo of Robbins at home in his bedroom.

15-year-old Blake Robbins

She can say that, but in the back of her mind, thanks to a lawyer think, "Yes, I did not monitor him in his bedroom, as I am not the school's IT tech, but I was passed the illegally taken photograph of a minor in his bedroom, that was snapped without his permission or that of his parents."

Robbins father also received confirmation from Lynn Matsko that the school can remotely turn on the laptops, using spyware they installed before handing them out to students.

The school also admitted they have this capability, have used it and now due to a court order, deactivated the spy program, that has the capability to watch students and families in their homes.

Lynn Matsko

Though, the school has admitted activating the spyware to take snapshots of students in different situations, they too are claiming they did not do so to spy. Semantics once again.

It reminds me of America's weed answer to Bob Marley, former President, Bill Clinton, saying he tried marijuana, but never inhaled. If you say so, Bubba. Once again, semantics.

Lower Merion School Official Says She's Been Tarred in Webcam Spying Case

Posted: Wednesday, 24 February 2010 12:26PM - The Harriton High school assistant vice principal who became embroiled in webcam spying allegations has spoken out for the first time about the case.

Lynn Matsko got special permission from the judge in this case to make a public statement, which has otherwise been under a gag order (see related story)...

The main point of the Lower Merion administrator's nearly six minute statement was to say in her own defense:

"At no time have I ever monitored a student via a laptop webcam."

Obama And Ziggy Marley

In looking at this photo of the First Family of America and the family of Jamaican reggae legend Bob Marley, namely his son, Ziggy and his brood, I'm not going to lie, a certain thought popped into my head. The two men pictured in the photo have smoked weed. I'm just teasing even if it is true, no one get mad.
