Crooked Judge Illegally Presided Over And Threw Out Kesha Rape Case Against Dr. Luke Due To Blaring Conflict Of Interest Via Husband Working For Sony Music

Further evidence of criminal corruption in the American justice system has surfaced. The story of Sony Music recording artist, Kesha, who accused her producer, Dr. Luke, of raping her, continues to be discussed online. Kesha recently lost her lawsuit against Sony Music and Dr. Luke, who also has a deal with the company via a subsidiary label. Kesha sought to be released from her Sony Music recording contract due to Dr. Luke's ties to the label. 

The entertainment industry is America is currently being run by a sick cult, who are evil, vile and vindictive. Kesha fears her career and life will suffer at their hands for speaking out about the rape. It is standard practice in Hollywood that people are sexually exploited and passed around. Those who complain and or speak out lose their careers. However, it is rape and sexual assault  (there is also sick pedophilia in the industry as well).

The judge who presided over the Kesha lawsuit threw out the case, leaving the singer in tears during the court hearing. It turns out the judge, New York Supreme Court Justice, Shirley Kornreich, is now being slammed and disgraced worldwide for hiding the fact her husband works for Sony Music. Under the judicial cannons, Kornreich was supposed to recuse herself from the case, due to the blatant conflict of interest, as her husband, lawyer Ed Kornreich, works for the law firm, Proskauer Rose, who were retained by Sony Music for huge sums of money. 

By law, Kornreich was supposed to step down and the Kesha case would have automatically been assigned to another judge without a conflict of interest in the matter. However, as Sony Music puts bread on her table, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars via her husband's law firm, Kornreich obstinately remained on the Kesha case and completely corrupted it. Kornreich kept ruling against Kesha until she was able to finally throw the case out. That is disgusting. It takes a evil person to rule against a rape victim. You should be permanently kicked out of the judiciary and put in prison. You're a disgrace to the U.S. court system.

This is the same thing I warned my readers of regarding the bribery and corruption present in the U.S. justice system. I was in a very similar situation to Kesha, regarding a lawsuit I filed against Madonna years ago in Miami, as she had stolen and criminally spread my PREEXISTING Library of Congress copyrights to Sony Music (same defendant as the Kesha rape case) and Warner Bros, who share the same music publishing lawyer, Robert A. Jacobs, at the law firm Manatt ( www.manatt.com/Robert-A-Jacobs). Madonna criminally obtained a copy of my preexisting, unpublished, Library of Congress registered copyrights via commissioned hacking.

Sony Music bribed the judge, Cecilia Altonaga, with stock in Sony Music they quietly passed to her daughter. After I formally requested Altonaga's recusal from the case, via a court motion I filed, she was forced to admit it in writing regarding the Sony stock given to her daughter, which she had hidden. Judge Altonaga also concealed the fact her husband, George Mencio, works for the law firm Holland and Knight, whom Sony Music retained for a significant amount of money. Altonaga knew she never should have been on the case, but obstinately remained and completely corrupted it, violating my legal rights in a life or death matter.

Madonna paid people to try to kill me, via attempting to run me over via vehicular assault in Miami. I went public with it via this site and many people read the article. Then, a year later the FBI and DOJ confirmed in the criminal court case of Hillary Clinton and Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, that when they can't find any dirt to blackmail a victim into doing what they want such as keeping quite about their crimes, they try to run them over with a vehicle and kill them, then bury them in the desert. 

Hollywood is being run by a depraved, untalented cult with no original ideas. It was and is criminally imperative Madonna, Sony, Warner Bros ect...continue to criminally steal copyrights to illegally make money and saw bribing the judge as a way to continue illegally doing so. When I appealed the case to the Supreme Court, Sony Music and Madonna's co-defendant Warner Bros (the company Madonna works for) passed $700,000 in company stock to Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, resulting in my case being denied. The American Justice system is the most brazen corrupt and disgraceful in the world.

All my allegations have since proven true. The FBI was able to lock up Hillary Clinton and Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, for 15-years, using documents and spoken testimony I gave them regarding his methods and as it relates to his clients (computer hacking, wiretapping, identity theft, racketeering, threats, bullying, intimidation, assault). The Metropolitan Police in London, England were able to make the phone hacking case that I broke first via my sites, using a police complaint I filed about Madonna's business associate, Rupert Murdoch (News Corp/News International). 

That all emanated from the civil case I filed in Miami and went public with that was completely corrupted in the U.S. court system. However, the public was able to see the truth, then the criminal convictions in two countries further proved my claims as well. The Kesha case, as well as my own regarding Sony Music et al, will be included in my documentary "American Justice System Corruption" which will be released December 2016.

This disgusting corruption that is going to lead to an unmitigated disaster. You’re going to see a number of Americans forgoing the corrupt court system in favor of private arbitration services. As a result their will be layoffs in the court system. You will see fewer and fewer people petitioning the Supreme Court, rendering it an antiquated model. 

You’re going to see the international community removing American judges/jurists from global forums (there‘s already talk of it in the international community). You’re going to see Sony collapse. You're going to see America experience an unprecedented collapse. And world history will record that Congress fell asleep at the wheel and let it happen. I have a history of being right. I was certainly right about the U.S. economy predicting the 2008 financial crisis first and other problems that arose. The crazies are going to destroy America.

Published: 10:26 EST, 25 August 2016 | Updated: 13:54 EST, 25 August 2016 - The judge who declined to grant Kesha a injunction that would terminate her contract with Sony this past February and two months later dismissed the singer's civil suit against her producer is married to a man who is a partner in the law firm that represents that music company. 

Page Six reports that New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich is married to Ed Kornreich, who has been an attorney at the firm Proskauer Rose for over 20 years. Proskauer Rose has represented Sony in a number of high profile cases over the years.  'There seems to be a strong conflict of interest,' said one source inside the music industry. 

What's more, it was also lawyers from Proskauer Rose who represented Kesha herself back in 2011 when she and Dr. Luke were being sued for breach of contract by her former managers. Sony did not respond to a request for comment. The judge who declined to grant Kesha (above in April) an injunction against Sony is married to a partner in a law firm the represents that music company.    

Court documents seen exclusively by Daily Mail Online, filed in October 2014, chronicles a decade of abuse and exploitation so complete that it left Kesha 'broken, damaged and traumatized.' She 'lived in a prison of abuse, suffering a psychological and physical fallout so severe as to be described as 'life-threatening', requiring her to check into rehab. 

She broke down in court after hearing the judge's ruling on Friday before sending out a message to her fans thanking them for the outpouring of support.

It was Justice Kornreich who also dismissed Kesha's civil suit against her producer Dr. Luke (above in 2014) in April after she accused him of sexual assault.

Mislabeled Fentanyl Pills Found At Prince’s House After His Death From Overdose Indicates He Did Not Know What He Was Taking

Police investigators have revealed the pills found at the Minneapolis, Minnesota home of pop star Prince, contained the powerful drug Fentanyl, though the label on the bottle stated otherwise. Prince died from an accidental pharmaceutical drug overdose in April. Prince suffered from hip and knee pain due to years of dancing during concerts. Prince thought he was taking pain pills containing hydrocodone and Tylenol (acetaminophen). However, investigators sent the pills to a lab for testing and discovered they contained Fentanyl, which is 50 times more powerful than heroin. 

The question is who switched out Prince’s pain pills. Prince was ingesting something far more serious than he realized. Prince was always a slim man and due to the stomach pains he suffered in the last 3-months of his life, he was missing meals, making him even more susceptible to a pharmaceutical overdose.

Hollywood is running out of material, as it is being run by a crazy cult that bills itself the Illuminati. Every five minutes they are getting sued for copyright infringement, as they have no talent and are actively stealing items from the internet, scouring sites such as You Tube, Twitter and SoundCloud for music by lesser known and unknown artists to steal.

They are determined to maintain a stranglehold on the entertainment industry, though they do not have the talent that artists, songwriters and producers in Hollywood previously did in the early 1980s and prior. This so-called Illuminati will be the death of the music industry in America with the criminally insane madness they are engaging in.

Now its being stated the sale of Prince’s 2,000 unreleased songs and previously released hits such as “Purple Rain” will be forced under court order to pay estate taxes (death taxes). This is what Hollywood wanted all along. The music will sell for less than its true value to Hollywood people who are desperate for new material to make money and prop up their careers, as they are too untalented to write their own in a music industry that is fading away in America.

Many are speculating that someone wanted Prince dead due to his aforementioned vast catalog of music he had just wrestled free, after years of legal wrangling in court with Warner Bros and entities attached to Sony Music. Prince also had 2,000 unreleased songs. Pop singer Michael Jackson was overdosed by his doctor under similar circumstances, while in the midst of a massive legal battle with Sony Music over his half of the Sony ATV music catalog worth billions of dollars. 

Ironically, music legend Sam Cooke, was mysteriously shot in the back and killed, after a woman he did not know was a prostitute kept circling him for sex, then deliberately set him up. She claimed he attacked her. However, he was running away from her once he realized it was a set up, hence being shot in the back. Not long after, the prostitute's pimp who was a part of the Cooke set up, was killed in the same manner in an incident she was also involved in. Cooke had just established his own record and music publishing company, to the anger of Hollywood, who barred blacks from owning their own companies. Many music historians believe Hollywood had Cooke killed for it.

Side Bar: And don’t think Hollywood is above tampering with people’s medication for malicious reasons. A year prior to Prince’s death, I filed a lawsuit against the so-called Hollywood “Illuminati” (Kabbalah Center) run by deranged, thieving pop star, Madonna (who is contractually affiliated with Warner Bros and Sony Music affiliated). Madonna has been sued by many people for stealing copyrights. That’s all she’s done her entire career - steal. None of her career is real. It’s all one big theft.

I have written more songs than any individual in music. This has made me a target of vile, disgusting, depraved Madonna and her cohorts in Hollywood. They even wiretapped me which led to me going to the FBI and Metropolitan Police about the so-called Hollywood “Illuminati” (Kabbalah Center) cult’s behavior, which resulted in the arrest and incarceration of Madonna’s private investigator, Anthony Pellicano (Los Angeles) and the phone hacking scandal breaking in London, England, after I outed Rupert Murdoch, a business associate of Madonna, on the criminal misconduct.

In the lawsuit I mentioned members of Madonna’s deranged “Illuminati” (Kabbalah Center) known as “chevre” who are brainwashed, drug taking, violent people they send to target others, repeatedly broke into my home, in incidents on file with the Miami Shores police department in Florida. During some of the break-ins my allergy medicine was stolen. Here is an excerpt from the March 6, 2015 lawsuit:

"423. Allergy medication was maliciously stolen from the Plaintiff’s home during one of the aforementioned break-ins commissioned by the Defendants. 

424. Plaintiff is allergic to a number of known and potentially unknown allergens, as her medical records attested since childhood to the present. 

425. The theft of the allergy medication, which has very little financial value and no narcotic effect, was conducted out of sheer malice to harm Plaintiff, as it would have left her stranded without allergy medication in the event of a medical emergency."

Investigators found the drug that killed Prince in counterfeit pills in his home — and it's part of a much bigger problem with painkillers
 
Aug. 22, 2016, 12:25 PM - Fentanyl, the drug that tragically killed musical genius Prince, is an opioid painkiller that's 50 times stronger than pure heroin. The drug is legal and can be prescribed by a doctor for a variety of conditions — most often to treat severe pain. Prince did not have a prescription for any such drugs in the year before he died, according to the Associated Press. 

But while Prince's cause of death was originally listed simply as "self-administered fentanyl," new information from investigators is complicating that picture. On August 21, investigators told the AP that one source of the fentanyl they found in Prince's body may have been fake pain pills which contained fentanyl but were labeled as something else. 

The investigators told the AP they discovered two dozen pills in an Aleve bottle in Prince's home that had been labeled "Watson 385," a stamp used to ID pills that contain a mix of two other pain-relieving medications: hydrocodone (another powerful opioid painkiller) and acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol). When they tested the pills, at least one came up positive for fentanyl... 

Tests on Prince before his death didn't show any fentanyl in his system, suggesting that he wasn't a long-time fentanyl user and instead probably took the fatal dose sometime in the 24 hours before his death, the AP official said.

Report: Pills in Prince’s Home Were Mislabeled, Contained Fentanyl

Posted 5:02 AM, August 22, 2016, by CNN Wire, Updated at 09:39am, August 22, 2016 - Pills seized inside Prince’s Paisley Park compound by investigators were labeled as hydrocodone but actually contained fentanyl — the drug that killed the singer — according to a source with knowledge of the investigation who revealed the information to the Minneapolis Star Tribune. 

The revelation gives more insight into what may have caused Prince’s overdose. There are two likely possibilities: Either a pharmaceutical manufacturer mislabeled the pills, or the pills were illegally manufactured and obtained illegally. However, according to the Star Tribune, investigators are working under the theory that the pop star did not know the pills contained fentanyl. Prince died on April 21 from an accidental overdose of fentanyl, according to the Medical Examiner. 

If the manufacturer mislabeled the pills, there would have likely been a recall as fentanyl is an extremely potent opioid medication and a controlled substance. It would be a serious health hazard if a batch was mislabeled and given to the public...

Beyonce Steals Again This Time Ripping Off Short Film For HBO Lemonade Special Resulting In Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

Unethical singer Beyonce has become known to audiences for making a career out of stealing copyrights from people in America and all over the world. The stolen copyrights are worth millions of dollars. Beyonce steals copyrights and then converts said intellectual property for her own illegal use, which constitutes massive financial crimes.

Copyright infringement is a criminal violation of federal law in America and United Nations law in the international community. It has been a terrible pattern of criminal behavior on Beyonce's part and that of her husband, rapper Jay Z, for every single project they have released during their respective careers. The couple have also corrupted court cases via bribery to get away with the illegal conduct, when lawsuits are filed against them for copyright infringement.

  
Beyonce's most recent album "Lemonade" has been hit with several copyright infringement claims from different, unrelated people (Beyonce Steals Again Illegally Using Copyrighted Footage For Her Deceitful New Video ‘Formation’ While Ripping Off A Model's Pictures And Is Slammed By The National Sheriffs' Association and Beyonce Slammed By Rapper For Stealing Images From His Album 'Lemonade'). One of the most flagrant is Beyonce's outright criminal theft of the 2014 short film "Palinoia" by news station creative director, Matthew Fulks, who was known to the singer's label Sony prior to the thefts. Greedy, immoral Sony tried to hire Fulks to direct a music video, but decided it would be cheaper to steal from him. Beyonce infringed Fulks' short film "Palinoia" via copyright infringement, two years after its release, for her 2016 "Lemonade" special that aired on the cable channel HBO. 

Fulks has understandably sued Beyonce, who then had the unmitigated gall to file legal paperwork in court via her lawyer, demanding a declaration that she did not steal his work. BUT SHE DID!  Anyone can see Beyonce stole his work in conduct she keeps engaging in at many people's expense. Beyonce legal filing is arrogant, criminal, fraudulent and a vile abuse of the American court system. 


To file such paperwork, knowing full well she stole Fulks' preexisting copyrighted works, constitutes perjury, as one attests documents filed in American courts of law are truthful, accurate and in compliance with the statutes government them. Why are you lying in court papers. It is so arrogant, devious and slimy. Who is Beyonce kidding with this. One look at Fulks' PREEXISTING work then Beyonce's copyright theft that ripped off his work TWO YEARS LATER and it immediately becomes apparent she stole his intellectual property.  

Beyonce's pathetic, dubious excuse is that her rip off HBO special is about a black woman, while Fulks' preexisting short film is about a white man. Is she crazy (rhetorical question). First of all, don't pull the race card invoking black women's struggles when you are going around acting like a crazy, mindless, greedy eyed criminal stealing from everyone. This is not a racial matter. You are a thief. As a black woman I state, don't involve us in your crap. Your thieving behavior feeds into negative stereotypes of black people. You are apart of the problem. 


Beyonce has stolen copyrights from a number of black, Hispanic and white artists, in her greedy quest for untold fame and riches she is not entitled to under the law, depriving others of their property and paychecks. By the way, judging by public feedback on social networking, newspaper website feedback sections and message boards, people firmly believe Beyonce stole Fulk's work. 

Beyonce is sick in the head to pretend in a court of law that she didn't steal his work and seek a court declaration to that effect. Either Beyonce has surrounded herself with yes people or something is misfiring in her thieving, struggling brain that she thinks this chronic criminal behavior constituting financial crimes is acceptable human conduct and that no one notices. Millions of people notice. Hence the 50% sales drop between Beyonce's current album and its predecessor.


If you can support or try to excuse Beyonce and or Jay Z's thieving criminal behavior that keeps depriving people of their intellectual property and money, something is wrong with your moral compass as well. You need to do some introspective searching in your mind and soul, in an attempt to ascertain why you are supporting and promoting thieving criminals. Because I'm certain, if someone showed up on every one of your paydays and kept stealing your checks and cashing them like dirty degenerates raised by other depraved dirty degenerates, you wouldn't find it amusing, decent or humane (and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as Beyonce's parents stole $32,000,000 from the kids of her deceased manager, resulting in a lawsuit against them and Beyonce). 

Think about how you would react to doing hard work then repeatedly being robbed on your job and stop pretending others should accept that from Jay Z and Beyonce, because that's what those two thieves keep doing for undue financial enrichment. Better yet, if you think Beyonce and Jay Z's thieving financial crimes are appropriate, I want you to donate every single one of your paychecks to charity indefinitely. Of course, you will say how will you pay your bills if you donate all your paychecks? Exactly. Then you will know how Beyonce and Jay Z's victims feel being repeatedly victimized by those two thieves, who have criminally diverted the financial revenues from others they've brazenly stolen from like dirty leeches. 


You have to be psychotic to be stealing from people like that, then publicly bragging about how much money you've made from what is criminal behavior. U.S. and international law make no allowances for theft of copyright or finances, neither does it permit defrauding others out of their money and or property, which both Jay Z and Beyonce have done to others. 

It's quite appalling what some in the black community are calling role models - two ignorant, illiterate, uneducated thieves robbing people left right and center, while bragging about alleged net worth gained via serious financial crimes. They're no better than Madoff. And just like Madoff's day came - so will theirs. Beyonce and Jay Z are an embarrassment and a disgrace.


Fulks deserves to win the case, as Beyonce has clearly and willfully infringed his copyrights. However, here's the problem. Sony and Warner Bros have a penchant for bribing judges and the U.S. Supreme Court. It has been my personal experience. Miami judge, Cecilia Altonaga, corrupted a case I had against Sony and Warner Bros in relation to depraved Madonna over copyright infringement, while concealing the fact Sony had given her child stock in their company and her husband's law firm is giving hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal work by the companies as well. She ended up having to admit the gross conflict of interest in court papers. When the case got to the Supreme Court level, Warner Bros bribed Chief Justice, John Roberts with several hundred thousand dollars in stock in their company to deny the claim and criminally award them my PREEXISTING copyrights they stole (The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right). The U.S. justice system is completely corrupt. It is full of bribery, rigging and fraud. Just ask Hillary Clinton and the FBI and the Department of Justice.

I can also attest, my late godmother's husband, Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, the Jamaican music producer who started reggae music and discovered Bob Marley, creating a genre of music that went on to become a billion dollar industry, was terribly ripped off by Sony as well. Their crap excuse for stealing his music was "We didn't know who it belonged to" which was an outright lie. Copyright law has no provisions for stealing copyrights because you allegedly didn't know who it belonged to when you criminally took it without permission or payment to the owner. Sony are the biggest copyright and patent thieves in the world of music, film, television, electronics and computer software. You will find none worse. Warner Bros/Time Warner is a close second.

The pop star filed court documents refuting filmmaker Matthew Fulks's legal claim that Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his film Palinoia and that she stole his ideas, TMZ reports. But Beyonce says the films have very different storylines, pointing out that her HBO special is about 'an African-American woman who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship,' according to court documents seen by the gossip site. 

 Sued! Beyonce has been accused of 'copying' the work of an independent filmmaker from Kentucky for her Lemonade trailer. In contrast, Matthew's film was about a 'white man who is distressed in the wake of a failed relationship,' her lawyers say. Matthew, an independent filmmaker from Louisville, Kenucky, sued Beyonce in June after seeing a trailer for Lemonade. He says her visual album 'stole' ideas from his short film. 

Beyonce's highly-publicized one minute promotional video for her HBO special aired in April, ahead of the release of her sixth studio album and film. Matthew alleges in his lawsuit that his 2014 short film, Palinoia, had been seen by members of the team working on the Lemonade video, and that Beyonce's video was created months later and was 'visually similar.' Fulks, who lives in Louisville, Kentucky, alleges that the pop singer, her management company, Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment and Columbia Recording Corporation, infringed on his copyright.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, points to nine instances - about 39 seconds of the 65-second trailer - that Fulks says are visually similar. It seeks unspecified monetary damages. The Lemonade trailer was 'substantially similar' to Fulks' film, including a similar mood, setting, pace and fonts, he says in the lawsuit. 

The similarities cited in the complaint include 'graffiti and persons with heads down,' 'red persons with eyes obscured,' 'parking garage,' 'stairwell,' 'black and white eyes,' 'title card screens,' 'the grass scene,' 'feet on the street,' 'side-lit ominous figures.' Matthew Fulks has filed a legal claim, according to The Hollywood Reporter, saying Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his 2014 short Palinoia. 

THR.com posted a copy of Fulks' complaint filed in New York against Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music and Columbia Recording. Fulks, who works as a creative director at a Louisville news station, is seeking a share of the profits that proceeded from the 'exploitation of his work,' THR.com reported, including sales of the Lemonade album.

He says that an executive at Columbia had approached him in 2015 about an opportunity to direct a music video and that his information including a link to Palinoia were sent to others at the label. The Lemonade video started shooting in late 2015. The release of HBO's Lemonade and the album made headlines around the world for its lyrics about infidelity and Beyonce's relationship with her husband, 46-year-old rapper Jay Z.  The dark visual album showed her smashing in cars with a baseball bat, and addressed themes of adultery, revenge and ultimately forgiveness.

This is a follow up to the February 8, 2016 article "Obama's FBI Is Engaging In A Vicious Criminal Pattern Of Abuse And Brutalization Against Innocent Jamaicans." In the aforementioned article I discussed Madonna and the Kabbalah Center's criminal conduct that resulted in this case. I wrote of incidents where my family, friends and my friends' children have been targeted by the Madonna, via her Kabbalah Center, in criminal behavior the FBI and other branches of the Obama Administration know about and condone, in criminal bids at brutalizing me over my valuable copyrighted catalog they have been stealing items from in Hollywood.

As stated previously, the FBI called me in for two interviews in Miami about the case, used the legal documents I gave them, as well as what I told them, to secure a criminal conviction against Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, a man who is in the Italian America mafia (the Colombo family). It sent Pellicano to prison on a host of criminal charges and it is deserved (Pellicano threatened people's preteen and teen children with death, waiting outside their schools and taking pictures of them he then sent to their terrified parents, on behalf of insane Hollywood stars like Madonna, who paid him $100,000 to terrorize innocent people they are obsessed with for sick, irrational reasons). Pellicano is currently serving a 15-year sentence.

By the way, if a person files a false report with the FBI or local police, it is a criminal offense they are arrested and prosecuted for under U.S. law (Florida Statutes Section 837.05):
837.05 False reports to law enforcement authorities.—(1)(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) or subsection (2), a person who knowingly gives false information to a law enforcement officer concerning the alleged commission of any crime, commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(b) A person who commits a violation of paragraph (a) commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, if the person has previously been convicted of a violation of paragraph (a) and subparagraph 1. or subparagraph 2. applies:
1. The information the person gave to the law enforcement officer was communicated orally and the officer’s account of that information is corroborated by:
a. An audio recording or audio recording in a video of that information;
b. A written or recorded statement made by the person who gave that information; or
c. Another person who was present when that person gave that information to the officer and heard that information.
2. The information the person gave to the law enforcement officer was communicated in writing.
(2) A person who knowingly gives false information to a law enforcement officer concerning the alleged commission of a capital felony, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. 

Therefore, this story is and has been true the whole time. The FBI gained criminal convictions in court from the information I gave them. British law enforcement, the Metropolitan Police, also gained convictions in London, England, after I blew the whistle on Madonna's Kabbalah Center associate, Rupert Murdoch, regarding his companies (News Corp/Fox) engaging in illegal phone hacking, wiretapping and harassment in what became "The phone hacking scandal" in Britain.

However, according to an unimpeachable source responsible for some of my site exclusives that later proved true, former FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, took a massive bribe in the case from Madonna and "gave her assurances she would not be arrested or prosecuted for the crimes she has been committing." FBI employees have been arrested for taking bribes (FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case and Another FBI Agent Caught Taking Bribes To Derail Serious Cases). Due to these assurances given by Mueller, Madonna has continued to commission serious and heinous crimes in the case that keeps growing worse and more violent in nature (read below).

After two incidents were a woman, then months later a man from the Kabbalah Center, whom Madonna has stalking me, among others in the cult, tried to run me over with vehicles in broad daylight in Miami, I wrote an article about it on the Judiciary Report to expose the criminal behavior (click here). A year after I published the articles, prosecutors in conjunction with the FBI, revealed in the criminal court case that Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, had been paying and sending thugs to hit or run over people with vehicles, on behalf of stars and executives in Hollywood, who paid him $100,000 to spy on and target people for illegal, psychotic reasons. They call Hollywood the name Hollyweird for a reason. They are sick.

During the course of the ongoing harassment, there were three incidents in Miami where they tried to run over me with vehicles. During one incident, my mother was there, who walks with a cane and I had to quickly pull her out of the way and get out of the way, as a crazy Kabbalah cult member, looked me in the face, then hopped in his van and tried to back over us in a Walgreens parking lot in Miami. 

There was also an incident at my former home in Miami Shores, where someone crashed into my house that is not close to the street. I've been reading psychologists' articles on stalkers and some have crashed into victims in trying to run them over or crashed into their homes or cars, as a means of harassment. The Miami Shores Police came out to the house and took a report. 

My insurance company got involved as well, due to the damage that was done. I was in the foyer (entrance room) of my house when it happened and thank God the house is from the 1930s and made properly with brick and cement, as newer homes in Miami would not have withstood the impact and I would have been dead. The car crashed into the front of my former home, but bounced back down the front steps after impact, due to the sturdy construction of the house. 

There was some damage, but minimal, most relegated to the house lights being smashed, surface damage to the door, door frame and window frames and the steps being chipped. He broke his leg in the process. Well, that can happen when you crash into concrete. The insurance company paid for the repairs, then sued to man that crashed into our house, in order to get their money back stating, "The house did not jump into the street and hit his car. He crashed into the house with his car."

There was another incident where my car brakes were tampered with in a manner that could have gotten me killed on the road (the brakes just began going in traffic). No mechanic could fix the car after the brakes were tampered with. I tried two good mechanics and they couldn't figure out how the brakes were that badly damaged all of a sudden. I ended up getting rid of the car.

What happened to my car, that was previously fine, is not a mystery in light of the fact one of the main people in the subsequent criminal case of Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, is journalist Anita Busch, who was terrorized by Pellicano in similar fashion. Pellicano, on behalf of Madonna associate, Hollywood executive Michael Ovitz, paid and sent a thug, to damage her car, via shooting a bullethole in the windshield and leaving a dead fish, rose and note demanding "stop" writing articles about the deranged Hollywood executive. A dead fish and rose are known in law enforcement circles as Italian-American mafia death threats. Madonna's lawyer, Bert Fields, is also connected to the incident regarding Busch.

Police were event bribed in the case, as Los Angeles Police Department sergeant, Mark Arneson, was indicted and convicted in the case. What kind of madness is that where police are helping stars in Hollywood commit serious crimes against the public. That's government corruption. Furthermore, America is supposed to be a free country. What kind of psychotics go to such sick and vile extremes to stop people from exercising their constitutional right to free speech and free press. It is completely irrational, insane and crazy.

1. In the previous installation of this article (Obama's FBI Is Engaging In A Vicious Criminal Pattern Of Abuse And Brutalization Against Innocent Jamaicans), I wrote of Madonna's Kabbalah Center contacting and harassing my family an friends. In one incident, my Jamaican friend's son was knocked off his bike, resulting in a broken leg that ended his track and field career.

2. Another Jamaican friend's son was deliberately rear ended in traffic, causing another accident. 

3. Two months ago, on March 3, 2016, another Jamaican friend's son's car was hit and totaled in a car accident that was not his fault. He gave his information to responding police as a victim in the crash, then later that day when he had to drive to work using a relative's car, another person rammed his car in traffic and sped away, totaling that car as well. There were witnesses that testified to police on his behalf stating the crash was not his fault and he was rammed by the vehicle that sped away. Two accidents in one day, wrecking his car and then his sister's he had borrowed. 

4. Another friend was in a car wreck, where someone hit her car damaging it.

6. VEHICULAR HOMICIDE: The worst incident of all is a Jamaican friend's young son's car being hit by another vehicle (who fled the scene) in southwest Miami, sending him into a light pole that came down and landed on his chest KILLING HIM. The neighbor who witnessed the accident told police that another car hit my friend's son's vehicle with such force that it sent his vehicle into the light pole that tumbled over and landed on his chest. The other driver sped away, rather than calling 911. 
 
The neighbor had to call emergency services for help (911). The neighbor stated my friend's son struggled for a short while trying to push the light pole off him, then succumbed to his crushing injuries. His mother and aunt had the horrific task of identifying his body at the medical examiner's office, still in the car, with the steering wheel crushing his chest. Medical responders did not know how to extricate him from the car without doing worse damage. However, he was pronounced dead shortly after.

No mother or relative should have to see something like that, but they did, in a pattern of criminal behavior targeting me and the people I know. Prior to the Madonna case, we weren't experiencing anything like this in Florida and the mere fact it is a pattern of evil, vile, demonic behavior associated with Madonna, her private investigator and their deranged Hollywood Kabbalah cult, speaks volumes. They should be in prison for murder and attempted murder regarding the aforementioned incidents. However, due to the FBI having taken a bribe and Obama's well  documented ties to Hollywood, these sick crimes against Jamaicans has been allowed to continue for huge financial profits, in criminally stealing copyrights.

I have nothing to do with the U.S. government, never have and never want anything to do with the U.S. government in light of these sick and heinous aforementioned events. Any government capable of aiding and supporting this kind of hateful, violent and cruel conduct is evil. Once again, a woman's son is DEAD because you are trying to help lazy, degenerate stars in Hollywood steal copyrights, rather than arresting them for the massive felonies they have been committing, which constitute financial crimes, wiretapping, computer and emailed hacking and commissioned assault (and murder via vehicular homicide). World history is going to record it in a horrible light.

I keep requesting the public stop watching and buying these stolen, copyright infringing products by these demonic stars like Madonna and others in her Kabbalah Center cult, who are involved in terrible criminal conduct against innocent people, as it is fuelling horrific human rights abuses by these psychotic entertainers and executives in Hollywood. 

They are so desperate for copyrights they are going around killing off copyright holders with vast catalogs like Michael Jackson. His family and others are flat out accusing Hollywood of having his doctor Conrad Murray deliberately overdose Jackson to get the catalog (the same Sony Music and Warner Music who have been targeting me after Madonna criminally sold them items from my copyrights she gain via criminally hacking she commissioned). Now Prince, who had just gotten the rights back to his music, after a long legal fight and left behind over 2,000 unreleased songs at his studio in Minnesota is dead with no will and under unexplained circumstances. Hollywood's unbridled greed for fame, money and glory knows no bounds - including murder.

Something is very wrong with them. I'm a writer, musician and inventor. I live a quite life. I don't bother people. I don't want anything to do with the government and I don't want anything to do with Hollywood and this insane "Illuminati" crap Madonna has been talking about in interviews, songs and putting items from in videos and pictures (Madonna calls herself and members of her sick Hollywood cult "The Illuminati" - she is where this crap is coming from, not conspiracy theorists online). Insane, greedy, lawbreaking Madonna and her criminal coconspirators in Hollywood have gone to such sick and extreme lengths to rob and abuse me.

I quietly started an entertainment company on the other side of the country in Miami, Florida, thousands of miles away from Hollywood, California, an industry I never asked for anything. I used my copyrights I have been authoring since I was a young girl (I come from a family of writers in Jamaica and my English and Irish ancestors were musicians and writers as well for generations). However, as one lawyer explained, in Hollywood's minds, they interpreted and stated my actions in lawfully starting a company with my work as "taking bread of their table." 

Hollywood is run by organized crime and this type of behavior is associated with the Italian American mafia. Law enforcement has well documents cases of the Italian American mafia, who Madonna has clear ties to and has laundered money for (and Madonna is related to a mafia member that is now in prison for threatening the life of actor Steven Seagal in demanding a cut of his copyrights), going around places like New York, New York and Chicago, Illinois, demanding honest, hardworking business owners give them a cut of their business profits or they will destroy their business and murder them. 

Congress has sat on its backside while these heinous human rights abuses have been transpiring, then has the nerve to lecture America and the world on human rights and how to behave (when Congress people are routinely seen in the company of and schmoozing with Hollywood stars and executives, even bringing said criminals in Congress to speak). You're schmoozing with murderers criminally targeting minorities and foreigners whose lives Hollywood deems inconsequential, expendable and of no value (Madonna's Kabbalah Center members on her orders have repeatedly called me "nigger" and "slave" slurred my home country of Jamaica and sent me a death threat calling me a "deranged nigger"). What an awful example to set inviting high profile cultists to the White House and Congress. 

Once again, someone's son died a horrible death because of your corruption. If it had been their children someone did that to, you wouldn't hear the end of it. However, I do not encourage violence or retaliation. Leave people to God and time, as the Bible says, "You reap what you sow."

Stalker runs down victim, crashes into her house

Monday, September 12th 2011, 2:49 pm EDT - A man is behind bars after running down a woman he had allegedly been stalking. Kenneth Mark Williams, 51, is in a Titus County Jail after running over 51-year-old Linda Vanover because she repeatedly turned down his romantic advances. According to Titus County Authorities, a few months ago Williams had gone into the Tri-Cities Insurance Agency to buy insurance. That's when he met Linda Vanover, who works there. 

Authorities believe that Williams started stalking Ms. Vanover because he wanted to have a romantic relationship with her and she did not return the feelings. At around 7:00 pm, Friday, Ms. Vanover was standing outside of her residence at 505 Live Oak in Hughes Springs, when Williams ran her down with his truck and crashed into her house. Ms. Vanover was transported to a Longview hospital with broken bones and a concussion. She was released from the hospital Sunday afternoon. Kenneth Williams' has been charged with aggravated assault in retaliation and his bond is set at 2 million dollars. Williams is also on probation out of Bryan for breaking into a woman's house and sexually assaulting her.

Crazy Stalker Ex-Girlfriend From Hell Runs Over Ex-Boyfriends Mom
 
December 5, 2012 - I think if you were going to rank the worst girlfriends of all time, Elizabeth Segundo McClain would have to be somewhere right at the top of the list. Not only did she once call her ex-boyfriend 750 times in one day, but last week she took her car and ran over her ex’s mom. McClain was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and stalking, and was also ordered to remain at least 200 yards away from her ex-boyfriend at all times and wear a GPS monitor after she intentionally hit his mom with her car. 

Our friends at Gawker are reporting that on November 26th, after sending her ex-boyfriend 50 blank texts, the ex-girlfriend from hell informed the man she had just struck his mother with her car, following it up with another text message saying, “How’s Life LOL.” According to a police report, the mother, who’s name has been withheld, had gone outside to find McClain in her driveway and asked her to leave. As the mom was trying to retrieve the car’s license plate number, McClain suddenly backed up and ran her over, causing her to sustain serious injuries including several broken bones. The mom was still in the Intensive Care Unit as of Saturday. She had filed a police complaint after McClain texted her 180 times in one day but police did nothing to stop the harassment.
