U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, is under investigation at the FBI. Clinton has committed a host of crimes, from mishandling classified information to grand theft larceny of charity funds meant for the people of Haiti, after the devastating 2010 earthquake. The world donated $13 billion dollars that Hillary and her husband, former president, Bill Clinton, were put in charge of handling.

The Clintons proceeded to steal billions of dollars from the Haitian people and began commandeering their natural resources such as a gold mind, for ill-gotten gains and undue profit. Approximately 200,000 people died in the earthquake. 150,000 are still living outdoor in tents. There are reports of poor Haitians eating mud, due to having lost so much in the earthquake.

The Clintons know all of this and go about having lavish meals, laughing and smiling, like what they've done in robbing Haiti is no big deal. There are hungry and sick people indeed of help in Haiti, the world gave the funds to get the job done and the Clintons intercepted it and stole the money. They went out to Haiti and began behaving like slavetraders, exploiting Haitians and their land for all they could get. They even got daughter Chelsea Clinton and Bill's brother Roger in on the act. Despicable!

How could people of integrity and conscience do such a thing. How could decent people not be moved by their suffering. How could anything calling itself a decent human being decide to steal from suffering babies, children, men, women and the elderly. It's disgusting.

Year after year, the Clinton feasts on lavish meals, swig champagne and lounge in opulent settings, while sitting on sick and starving Haitian people's money. People with decency and conscience could never do this. Yet the Clintons have done this for the past 5-years. Hillary is constantly out on the campaign trail giving her best, biggest fake grin demanding votes, motivated by power and greed, knowing darn well in the back of her mind how she criminally ripped off and exploited Haiti like in slavery days, when slavetraders would go to foreign countries inhabited by people of color and steal all they have before enslaving them.

If you watch the documentary "Clinton Cash" you realize Clinton is a scumbag racist exploiting minorities. All the nations she ripped off stealing public funds and commandeering natural resources such as gold, oil, uranium, natural gas and minerals, are countries such as Haiti, Nigeria, Rwanda, Congo and Colombia, which are all inhabited by minorities/people of color/black people/brown people.

I've come to the realization that some people are just evil. They don't care. Their hearts are so full of evil and greed that the things that move others to act out of compassion, do nothing to touch their conscience. No decent person with a conscience can hope to excuse the Clintons vicious, evil behavior regarding the people of Haiti, who are terribly offended and hurt by what she has done. It is one of the worst injustices I have ever seen. The means are there to help them, but devilish Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton are hoarding Haiti's charity money in trying to rule the world via politics. These are crimes against humanity. They are the embodiment of evil.

The Clinton Foundation is a cesspool. It's just outrageous how Hillary Clinton sold her office for money. And she's a pathological liar, and she's always been a liar. And God forbid if we put someone like that in the White House...There was never a real investigation. They never had grand jury empaneled. 

And the reason … was that Loretta Lynch would not go along with that. So this investigation was without the ability to serve subpoenas, serve search warrants, and obtain the evidence that they ended up begging for. It was just ludicrous what went on."

Side Bar: The Clintons are fools for stealing from Haiti and Nigeria. Haiti practices voodoo. Nigeria practices juju. Keep stealing from them and she's gonna grow a tail on her pork chop loving butt and a horn on her pleated forehead. In the aforementioned article I discussed how Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton collected $13 billion dollars in donations from all over the world that poured in to help the people of Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake destroyed much of their nation's capital, Port-au-Prince, but kept the majority of the money in the Clinton Foundation, while 200,000 Haitians are living in outdoor tents and starving to death. The Clintons are extremely evil to have done such a horrible thing.

 

In the July 29, 2016 article "Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort" I wrote "Haiti needs something similar via a financial and construction drive to help solve the housing crisis that occurred due to the quake. Haiti also needs a stronger building code to help withstand natural disasters... it is apparent the building code on the island needed revision from then to put the island's buildings on firmer foundation. Natural disasters happen everywhere. However, through science and technology some of the damage can be mitigated. Just two days ago a magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck the other side of the island Haiti shares with the Dominican Republic. Natural disasters are a fact of life. The world must do its best to build and prepare for them in the safest way possible."

Today, the eye of ferocious Hurricane Matthew passed over the western region of Haiti, leaving 8 people dead, many displaced and structures destroyed. The people of Haiti needed all $13 billion dollars of the money donated from people all over the world, to rebuild their island to a stronger structural standard, in order to help withstand natural disasters. However, the Clintons stole billions of dollars in donated money and Haiti got hit with another natural disaster they were financially ill-equipped to protect themselves against. In the 5-years since the Clintons stole billons of dollars from the people of Haiti, the country could have build many sturdy homes for the poor.

 

As mentioned in the July 29, 2016 article "Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort" the nation of Venezuela built over 700,000 homes for the poor. Venezuela built over 700,000 homes in a 5-year time span and for less money than the Clintons stole from Haiti in the 6-years since the earthquake ravaged their nation.

 

The Clintons should have been indicted and imprisoned for what they did to Haiti. It constitutes crimes against humanity. However, God is not corrupt. Mark my words, God has been and will continue to punish the Clinton's dearly for stealing and continuing to withhold all that money meant to help poor, starving, homeless Haitians.

Armed jewel thieves leave 'shaken' Kardashian tied up in Paris bathroom
 

October 3, 2016 - PARIS (Reuters) - Masked men robbed Kim Kardashian at gunpoint in the early hours on Monday, leaving her tied up in the bathroom of her luxury residence in Paris and stealing millions of dollars' worth of jewelry, police and her publicist said. Five attackers, wearing ski masks and clothes with police marking, struck around 3 a.m. (0100 GMT) inside the exclusive apartment block where the reality TV star was staying while attending Paris Fashion Week, a police source told Reuters. 

They stole a box with 5-6 million euros' ($5.6-$6.7 million) worth of jewels and a ring worth about 4 million euros, the source said. After she was discovered - "badly shaken but physically unharmed," according to her publicist...Police were guarding the apartment block on Monday morning, a discreet building behind the city's Madeleine church, with several secret entrances, often frequented by movie and music stars who pay up to 15,000 euros a night. 

Kardashian's spokeswoman, Ina Treciokas, initially said two masked gunmen dressed as policemen held up the star in her room. Debate Rages Whether Atlanta Woman Lawfully Shot And Killed Intruder (Video)

A restaurateur in Atlanta, Georgia shot and killed one of three intruders, who broke into the home of one of her employees as they slept. It is believed the three intruders were watching her movements and that of her employee, looking for an opportune time to stage a home invasion robbery. The thieves wanted money believed to be in the house, earned from restaurant sales. The house also contained restaurant supplies. 

The home had security cameras, which captured the shooting. Two of the intruders are still at large. Some are debating whether she was right to shoot and or kill one of the intruders. However, gun toting men broke into a private residence. The occupants must have been terrified. Who knows what they would have done to the occupants of the property in addition to robbing them. She was perfectly within her right to shoot. The lives of the occupants of the home was in danger. You don't violate the privacy and sanctity of someone's home.

Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort

"Clinton Cash" exposes the Clintons as outright criminals who ripped off Haiti after the massive 2010 earthquake

 

The island nation of Haiti needs to change its legislation to make it more difficult for people to financially exploit their country. The former President of Haiti, Francois Duvalier, misappropriated millions of dollars in state funds living lavishly on the people's money. When his son, Jean-Claude Duvalier became President of Haiti, he and his wife, Michele Bennett also misappropriated millions of dollars of state funds. When Jean-Claude fled Haiti due to an uprising, he and his wife absconded with state funds. The couple hastily moved to France and went their separate ways. 

Jean-Claude initially lived in a luxury hotel. However, his bills soon piled up. He fell on hard times and ended up moving in with a woman who supported him in her modest flat. However, his ex-wife Bennett and their children, who are now adults, have been living lavishly off a reported $94,000,000 in funds stolen from the Haitian people (taxpayers). Bennett should be legally forced (compelled) to turn over all the money to Haiti. The assets she purchased abroad with state money should also be seized, auctioned and given to the Haitian people.  

In 2010 a catastrophic magnitude 7.0 earthquake decimated much of Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince. Over 200,000 people died. Many were buried in heartbreaking mass graves. It has been a humanitarian crisis of terrible proportions. The level of human loss and suffering is incalculable. Many rushed to help Haiti. However, some took advantage in acts that are cruel and wicked (all of you who did this, make no mistake, God is going to bring it right back around to you). 

Legislation should be passed through the proper channels in an effort to repatriate stolen funds and other assets that belong to the people of Haiti. Further legislation should be passed to lay out stiff criminal penalties to those who rip off the nation, to act as a deterrent and aid in insulating the country from such problems.

Haitian rapper, Wyclef Jean, raised and misappropriated $10,000,000 in charity donations that was meant for the island. The money was donated to Wyclef's Yele charity that was recently closed by the state of New Jersey, where he lives, over impropriety. Wyclef's assets and that of the charity should have been seized, liquidated and given to the people of Haiti. 

Over $13 billion dollars was donated to Haiti after the earthquake and was placed into a fund managed by former U.S. president Bill Clinton and his wife, current presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. The money was for a rebuilding effort, but billions of dollars have been misappropriated and Haiti's capital still needs to be rebuilt (see free documentary 'Clinton Cash' for details).

None of the aforementioned incidents over the past 30 years was fair to Haiti. There are people in Haiti whose homes were destroyed by the earthquake, with an estimated 200,000 still living in tent cities. There are poor and hungry people in Haiti who are suffering, as their lives were destroyed by the earthquake. All the stolen funds over the past thirty years, need to be repatriated to Haiti to rebuild the nation and feed the poor and hungry. Haiti has high poverty levels and needs the help.

I remembered reading an article years ago about the late Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez, that in addition to building homes locally for the poor of his nation, he also bought prefabricated homes from other nations. Since 2011 several hundred thousand homes were built under Chavez's Great Housing Mission drive, mostly for low income and poor families. Unethical singer Beyonce has become known to audiences for making a career out of stealing copyrights from people in America and all over the world. The stolen copyrights are worth millions of dollars. Beyonce steals copyrights and then converts said intellectual property for her own illegal use, which constitutes massive financial crimes.

Copyright infringement is a criminal violation of federal law in America and United Nations law in the international community. It has been a terrible pattern of criminal behavior on Beyonce's part and that of her husband, rapper Jay Z, for every single project they have released during their respective careers. The couple have also corrupted court cases via bribery to get away with the illegal conduct, when lawsuits are filed against them for copyright infringement.

  

Beyonce's most recent album "Lemonade" has been hit with several copyright infringement claims from different, unrelated people (Beyonce Steals Again Illegally Using Copyrighted Footage For Her Deceitful New Video ‘Formation’ While Ripping Off A Model's Pictures And Is Slammed By The National Sheriffs' Association and Beyonce Slammed By Rapper For Stealing Images From His Album 'Lemonade'). One of the most flagrant is Beyonce's outright criminal theft of the 2014 short film "Palinoia" by news station creative director, Matthew Fulks, who was known to the singer's label Sony prior to the thefts. Greedy, immoral Sony tried to hire Fulks to direct a music video, but decided it would be cheaper to steal from him. Beyonce infringed Fulks' short film "Palinoia" via copyright infringement, two years after its release, for her 2016 "Lemonade" special that aired on the cable channel HBO. 

Fulks has understandably sued Beyonce, who then had the unmitigated gall to file legal paperwork in court via her lawyer, demanding a declaration that she did not steal his work. BUT SHE DID!  Anyone can see Beyonce stole his work in conduct she keeps engaging in at many people's expense. Beyonce legal filing is arrogant, criminal, fraudulent and a vile abuse of the American court system. 

To file such paperwork, knowing full well she stole Fulks' preexisting copyrighted works, constitutes perjury, as one attests documents filed in American courts of law are truthful, accurate and in compliance with the statutes government them. Why are you lying in court papers. It is so arrogant, devious and slimy. Who is Beyonce kidding with this. One look at Fulks' PREEXISTING work then Beyonce's copyright theft that ripped off his work TWO YEARS LATER and it immediately becomes apparent she stole his intellectual property.  

Beyonce's pathetic, dubious excuse is that her rip off HBO special is about a black woman, while Fulks' preexisting short film is about a white man. Is she crazy (rhetorical question). First of all, don't pull the race card invoking black women's struggles when you are going around acting like a crazy, mindless, greedy eyed criminal stealing from everyone. This is not a racial matter. You are a thief. As a black woman I state, don't involve us in your crap. Your thieving behavior feeds into negative stereotypes of black people. You are apart of the problem. 

Beyonce has stolen copyrights from a number of black, Hispanic and white artists, in her greedy quest for untold fame and riches she is not entitled to under the law, depriving others of their property and paychecks. By the way, judging by public feedback on social networking, newspaper website feedback sections and message boards, people firmly believe Beyonce stole Fulk's work. 

Beyonce is sick in the head to pretend in a court of law that she didn't steal his work and seek a court declaration to that effect. Either Beyonce has surrounded herself with yes people or something is misfiring in her thieving, struggling brain that she thinks this chronic criminal behavior constituting financial crimes is acceptable human conduct and that no one notices. Millions of people notice. Hence the 50% sales drop between Beyonce's current album and its predecessor.

If you can support or try to excuse Beyonce and or Jay Z's thieving criminal behavior that keeps depriving people of their intellectual property and money, something is wrong with your moral compass as well. You need to do some introspective searching in your mind and soul, in an attempt to ascertain why you are supporting and promoting thieving criminals. Because I'm certain, if someone showed up on every one of your paydays and kept stealing your checks and cashing them like dirty degenerates raised by other depraved dirty degenerates, you wouldn't find it amusing, decent or humane (and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as Beyonce's parents stole $32,000,000 from the kids of her deceased manager, resulting in a lawsuit against them and Beyonce). 

Think about how you would react to doing hard work then repeatedly being robbed on your job and stop pretending others should accept that from Jay Z and Beyonce, because that's what those two thieves keep doing for undue financial enrichment. Better yet, if you think Beyonce and Jay Z's thieving financial crimes are appropriate, I want you to donate every single one of your paychecks to charity indefinitely. Of course, you will say how will you pay your bills if you donate all your paychecks? Exactly. Then you will know how Beyonce and Jay Z's victims feel being repeatedly victimized by those two thieves, who have criminally diverted the financial revenues from others they've brazenly stolen from like dirty leeches. 

You have to be psychotic to be stealing from people like that, then publicly bragging about how much money you've made from what is criminal behavior. U.S. and international law make no allowances for theft of copyright or finances, neither does it permit defrauding others out of their money and or property, which both Jay Z and Beyonce have done to others. 

It's quite appalling what some in the black community are calling role models - two ignorant, illiterate, uneducated thieves robbing people left right and center, while bragging about alleged net worth gained via serious financial crimes. They're no better than Madoff. And just like Madoff's day came - so will theirs. Beyonce and Jay Z are an embarrassment and a disgrace.

Fulks deserves to win the case, as Beyonce has clearly and willfully infringed his copyrights. However, here's the problem. Sony and Warner Bros have a penchant for bribing judges and the U.S. Supreme Court. It has been my personal experience. Miami judge, Cecilia Altonaga, corrupted a case I had against Sony and Warner Bros in relation to depraved Madonna over copyright infringement, while concealing the fact Sony had given her child stock in their company and her husband's law firm is giving hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal work by the companies as well. She ended up having to admit the gross conflict of interest in court papers. When the case got to the Supreme Court level, Warner Bros bribed Chief Justice, John Roberts with several hundred thousand dollars in stock in their company to deny the claim and criminally award them my PREEXISTING copyrights they stole (The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right). The U.S. justice system is completely corrupt. It is full of bribery, rigging and fraud. Just ask Hillary Clinton and the FBI and the Department of Justice.

I can also attest, my late godmother's husband, Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, the Jamaican music producer who started reggae music and discovered Bob Marley, creating a genre of music that went on to become a billion dollar industry, was terribly ripped off by Sony as well. Their crap excuse for stealing his music was "We didn't know who it belonged to" which was an outright lie. Copyright law has no provisions for stealing copyrights because you allegedly didn't know who it belonged to when you criminally took it without permission or payment to the owner. Sony are the biggest copyright and patent thieves in the world of music, film, television, electronics and computer software. You will find none worse. Warner Bros/Time Warner is a close second.

Hold up! Beyonce files legal papers denying she stole ideas from indie filmmaker's short film Palinoia for her Lemonade visual album

The pop star filed court documents refuting filmmaker Matthew Fulks's legal claim that Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his film Palinoia and that she stole his ideas, TMZ reports. But Beyonce says the films have very different storylines, pointing out that her HBO special is about 'an African-American woman who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship,' according to court documents seen by the gossip site. 

 Sued! Beyonce has been accused of 'copying' the work of an independent filmmaker from Kentucky for her Lemonade trailer. In contrast, Matthew's film was about a 'white man who is distressed in the wake of a failed relationship,' her lawyers say. Matthew, an independent filmmaker from Louisville, Kenucky, sued Beyonce in June after seeing a trailer for Lemonade. He says her visual album 'stole' ideas from his short film. 

Beyonce's highly-publicized one minute promotional video for her HBO special aired in April, ahead of the release of her sixth studio album and film. Matthew alleges in his lawsuit that his 2014 short film, Palinoia, had been seen by members of the team working on the Lemonade video, and that Beyonce's video was created months later and was 'visually similar.' Fulks, who lives in Louisville, Kentucky, alleges that the pop singer, her management company, Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment and Columbia Recording Corporation, infringed on his copyright.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, points to nine instances - about 39 seconds of the 65-second trailer - that Fulks says are visually similar. It seeks unspecified monetary damages. The Lemonade trailer was 'substantially similar' to Fulks' film, including a similar mood, setting, pace and fonts, he says in the lawsuit. 

The similarities cited in the complaint include 'graffiti and persons with heads down,' 'red persons with eyes obscured,' 'parking garage,' 'stairwell,' 'black and white eyes,' 'title card screens,' 'the grass scene,' 'feet on the street,' 'side-lit ominous figures.' Matthew Fulks has filed a legal claim, according to The Hollywood Reporter, saying Lemonade is 'substantially similar' to his 2014 short Palinoia. 

THR.com posted a copy of Fulks' complaint filed in New York against Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music and Columbia Recording. Fulks, who works as a creative director at a Louisville news station, is seeking a share of the profits that proceeded from the 'exploitation of his work,' THR.com reported, including sales of the Lemonade album.

He says that an executive at Columbia had approached him in 2015 about an opportunity to direct a music video and that his information including a link to Palinoia were sent to others at the label. The Lemonade video started shooting in late 2015. The release of HBO's Lemonade and the album made headlines around the world for its lyrics about infidelity and Beyonce's relationship with her husband, 46-year-old rapper Jay Z.  The dark visual album showed her smashing in cars with a baseball bat, and addressed themes of adultery, revenge and ultimately forgiveness.

IN life, the late singer Michael Jackson, feverishly fought to maintain control of his stake in the Sony Music catalog, which he had merged with his own copyrights. For decades Jackson refused to sell his stake in the Sony Music catalog. However, last month something very strange happened. Jackson's stake in the catalog was sold to Sony Music for far less than it is worth.  

Sony Music purchased Jackson's stake in the catalog for $750,000,000. Jackson's stake in the catalog was worth upwards of $3 billion dollars. Considering Jackson's family and music industry experts have openly stated Sony Music had Jackson killed, via Dr. Conrad Murray deliberately overdosing him on large quantities of the potent drug Propofol, which became highly toxic in his system, no one in the industry is surprised the singer's stake in the catalog has been sold at cut-rate princes to the greedy, lawbreaking corporation, against the singer's wishes. No doctor worth their salt would ever give a patient that lethal dose, then not call police for hours after he realized Jackson was dying.
 
Well, they've murdered him off and gotten the catalog just like they wanted. However, things won't be smooth in the future for Sony or its lawbreaking employees. There is trouble ahead. The company is going to experience a massive, unprecedented fall and collapse due to its greed and madness. And it is richly deserved, you thieves and murderers! Sony buys Michael Jackson’s music catalog for $750M

Associated Press 11:42 a.m. EDT March 15, 2016 - Michael Jackson's estate recently made a deal to sell its stake in some of the world's most iconic songs for nearly $750 million. Some of these classic hits come from the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and Taylor Swift. LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson’s estate has agreed to sell its remaining stake in a lucrative music catalog to Sony Corp. for $750 million, the entities announced Monday.

The agreement for Jackson’s half-share of the Sony/ATV Music Publishing catalog will give the company sole ownership of works by The Beatles, Bob Dylan and other hit making musicians, including Eminem and Taylor Swift. The deal is another posthumous blockbuster deal for Jackson, whose estate has erased the singer’s massive debts through a mixture of new music and movie ventures and re-releases of the singer’s most popular music. Jackson’s estate benefits his mother and three children, known as Prince, Paris and Blanket.

“This agreement further demonstrates Sony’s commitment to the entertainment businesses and our firm belief that these businesses will continue to contribute to our success for years to come,” Sony Corp. president and CEO Kazuo Hirai wrote in a statement.

Tidal Ripped Off Consumers Fraudulently Charging The Credit Cards Of Former Customers Who Closed Their Music Streaming Accounts

People who joined Tidal, the failed music streaming service started by greedy rapper Jay Z and even more greedy pop singer, Madonna, were charged $19.99 after closing their accounts, in acts that constitute fraud. Complaints began to surface from angry former Tidal users, who left the site unhappy with the music service, claiming they closed their accounts, but Tidal greedily kept charged them anyway. A wave of public embarrassment via bad publicity forced Tidal to refund the former users' money, after charging them for services they did not receive nor want anymore. Tidal admitted the scam and now states they have refunded customers' money.

It pays to note Madonna has worked for Warner Bros/Time Warner for most of her career and is still with the film branch of the company. Tidal engaged in a crooked tactic used by Time Warner (Warner Bros) in repeatedly charging AOL customers $19.99 per month, for months and sometimes years after they leave the service  In some instances, former customers were forced to get new bank cards to stop AOL from charging their accounts. However, AOL simply obtained the direct bank account number and began fraudulently charging the public again for services they were not receiving anymore. The company made millions of dollars engaging in this criminal fraud at the American people's expense that Congress should have addressed.

Tidal charged ex-subscribers and re-activated accounts (update)

01.18.16 - One of Jay Z's 99 problems seems to be billing errors. if you gave Tidal a shot and have since cancelled, you likely noticed you were charged for the service in the last day or so. You're not alone. The Verge's Chris Welch was charged $20 by the streaming service, the price of its Premium or hi-fi tier. As if the bogus charge wasn't enough, Tidal offered those affected by the error three months of Tidal Premium in addition to a refund. This means that accounts that were closed have now been re-activated... 

Even still, the company thought gifting a free subscription to a service people no longer wanted in the first place would make up for charging you when it shouldn't have. By doing so, it restarted closed accounts. Maybe just issue a refund and call it a day next time, eh? Update: Tidal provided the following statement: 

"Rest assured, we've already refunded any charges. Accounts haven't been renewed, but we have offered a 3 month complimentary trial of the premium service on top of the refund as an apology that will not be auto renewed upon completion."

An item was published online this month on another site revealing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been threatening Muslims in America, who have not broken the law, telling them if they do not spy for the FBI, they will be deported (see article below in the STORY SOURCE section). This a disgraceful criminal abuse of the system. Previously, on April 25, 2012, the Judiciary Report published a similar article Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants).

I can also confirm this is a sick criminal pattern of abuse by the FBI. I was interviewed by the FBI twice in November 2005, regarding a formal complaint I filed regarding degenerate pop singer, Madonna, her Kabbalah Center cult and others in Hollywood, engaging in commissioned acts of illegal wiretapping, computer and email hacking, criminal copyright infringement, racketeering, assault and death threats, via private investigator Anthony Pellicano. Madonna’s main private investigator at the time was Anthony Pellicano, a member of the Italian-American mafia (the Colombo family). Madonna also has other ties to the Italian-American mafia and has engaged in money laundering for them.

The FBI asked for and received documents from me regarding the case, as well as my accurate account of what Madonna, Pellicano and others in Hollywood illegally engaged in against innocent people. 4-months later the FBI arrested Pellicano, he was tried and convicted on charges of illegal wiretapping, computer hacking, identity theft and racketeering.

However, following the FBI’s questionable, longstanding policy of not arresting famous people, the celebrities in Hollywood who knowingly paid for and received illegal wiretap transcripts and audio tapes, hacked computer contents and other perverse surveillance data from Pellicano, were not arrested in a decision that is unquestionably corrupt and disgraceful. These celebrities were also not arrested for hiring Pellicano to physically attack innocent people they insanely deemed rivals and enemies.

Madonna issued a bribe at the FBI, who then began to look the other way as she and her cohorts in Hollywood criminally stole massive amounts of my preexisting copyrights. The head of the FBI at the time the case began was racist Robert Mueller, who repeatedly targeted and discriminated against minorities, many of whom filed lawsuits against him and the agency. Some minorities left the FBI due to Mueller's corrupt, racist policies (The FBI And Racism and The FBI Sued By Former Agent For Racism). Mueller is a white supremacist who never should have been given the job (he was appointed by former President and warlord George W. Bush). The current head of the FBI, James Comey, is Mueller’s pupil, who has maintained a senior post at the agency throughout the sick human rights abuses.

My Copyrighted Catalog is worth billions of dollars and the U.S. government began supporting the criminal thefts of my preexisting, Library of Congress registered catalog of works that took me over 25-years to author. My Copyrighted Catalog contains over 15,000 songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 30 book manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 100 photo treatments, perfume, clothing lines, nano-technology, a solar cell phone, car line and thousands of other items.
 
In support of the FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah's unlawful, vile, thieving conduct, they began contacting my Jamaican family and friends in America and Britain, demanding they engage in acts of abuse against me, in criminal attempts at forcing me to relinquish all rights to my copyrights that trash in Hollywood had begun stealing (they've also been demanding I turn over newer copyrights I have authored and hidden). The FBI are still using the notorious COINTELPRO program the world has condemned. The FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah even threatened to destroy their children's lives if they did not comply with the sick requests against me.

My Jamaican family and friends who opposed the sick requests were criminally threatened and brutalized by the FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah. All of a sudden, all my Jamaican friends began getting fired from their jobs that they’d had for many years. Law abiding Jamaican immigrants who worked and paid their taxes to the U.S. Treasury for many years, were all fired from different jobs at different companies under mysterious circumstances. Cases that went to employment tribunals found they had done nothing wrong to be fired. The FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah was behind the whole thing, demanding employers fire them, in acts that criminally violated the Civil Rights Act and constitutes hate crimes.

Honest, hard working people, who came to America as immigrants decades ago and worked hard to support their families, began experiencing a sick wave of criminal abuse from the FBI and and Madonna/Kabbalah when they had done nothing wrong. Hard working people with mortgages and utility bills to pay, who need to put food on their families' tables, were unjustly fired due to the FBI and and Madonna/Kabbalah's sick harassment campaign targeting Jamaicans. What an evil, ugly face to show the immigrant community. And make no mistake, Obama knows and approves of this terrible criminal misconduct by his federal agencies. He has sanctioned it.

In a 2007 complaint I described how I was nearly killed when someone deliberately tried to run over me with a car in Miami, Florida. A year after I copyrighted and published the aforementioned article, U.S. prosecutors revealed during the Anthony Pellicano criminal trial that one of the disgraced private investigator’s sick methods of abuse on behalf of deranged Hollywood stars, was to hire thugs to run over innocent people celebrities paid him to target (Hollywood Wiretap And Harassment Trial Reveals Pattern Of Abusing Innocent People). It confirmed my previous claims that someone tried to deliberately run me over and that it is connected to Madonna and the Kabbalah Center’s criminal conduct in hiring people to criminally rob, harass, threaten and assault others. They tried to run me over two more times after the 2007 incident (in 2008 and another in 2015).

Here’s where it particularly gets nasty. One of my friends that the FBI and the Madonna/Kabbalah began harassing, demanding she state abusive things to me, in demanding she and others order me to cooperate with the criminal thefts of my copyrights by Hollywood, experienced an incident where someone in Miami driving a car knocked her son off his bike on the sidewalk. This was similar to what happened to me previously in Miami, Florida (however, I was walking on those occasions and got out of the way in time during each incident).

My friend received a call from emergency services and heard her son screaming in agony in the background. Someone in a car knocked him off his bike and in doing so broke his leg in a terrible way. It ended his budding track and field career. He now has a metal rod in his leg. This decent young man, studying at university, was subjected to something so evil via the aforementioned gruesome incident. It also reminded me of another incident where Madonna’s private investigator, Pellicano, paid thugs to run over a journalist/filmmaker, Rod Lurie, in Los Angeles, who was riding his bike, because they did not like lawful, truthful items he had written about them. This, ladies and gentlemen, is Hollywood, a den of dirty thieves and animals.

Another friend's son was mysteriously arrested for drunk driving in Florida and he wasn't even drunk. The case was so fake and trumped up the cop didn't even show up to court to explain or answer for the false arrest of an intelligent, decent young man with a master's degree, who had never been in trouble. The case cost his and my mom money. Prior to it happening, his mom had called me on two occasions crying and worried, due to the unlawful threats and harassment pouring from the corrupt FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah.

The sick conduct didn’t stop there. Hollywood and the FBI, with the help of the CIA who specializes in international matters (and according to the Associated Press breaks international law 100,000 times per year) illegally spread the criminal acts to Britain. In 2012 while staying with a relative in London, England, after I had gone out for the day, I returned to her home to find my physically unwell, elderly family member looking quite shaken and distressed. She told me a man had come to her house and he was a government agent.

She could have had a heart attack and died due to what the U.S. government did and it is despicable. They are a bunch of foul, low class, inbred trash to be targeting a little retired, sick old lady in her 80s struggling with a serious physical ailment. They are scum and an absolute embarrassment and disgrace to the United States government. 

I found out that the FBI, in tandem with the CIA, who acts on international matters, criminally went into Britain and began approaching people I am related to and others I know, demanding they assist them in stealing my preexisting copyrighted catalog of works, valued at billions of dollars. They began demanding they state certain abusive things to me or they would destroy their lives and that of their children.

What was the U.S. government doing operating in Britain, terrorizing Jamaican-British citizens? The U.S. government had and have no right to be there in said criminal capacity. Yet, when the U.S. government gets slapped with the frequently used international tag of imperialists, they get upset and wonder why. Furthermore, why is the U.S. government also illegally wiretapping people and companies in Jamaica and Britain for undue financial gain, engaging in criminal acts of intellectual property theft and corporate theft in support of corporate America. I've seen this with my own eyes and written about it (May 20, 2009 article "Spying To Steal") and former NSA contractor, Edward Snowden, later confirmed it (Edward Snowden: NSA Conducts Economic Spying).

The U.S. Congress, clearly needs to answer some serious questions regarding why the ugly, foul, vile Frankenstein agencies they have created in the FBI and CIA, are wasting American taxpayer money and criminally violating domestic and international law brutalizing Christian Jamaicans in America and abroad. I cannot begin to tell you how ugly and disgusting it looks. They are a horrible reflection of the U.S. government. What kind of animals and savages brutalize young and also physically unwell, old Jamaican people in America and foreign nations, in support of an illegal theft initiative aimed at stealing copyrights and patents, for undue and criminal enrichment, in acts universally condemned by law (that they are insidiously breaking). What breed of racism, hatred and absolute malice is that. They are the most evil people in existence.

People work hard all their lives, pay their taxes and provide for their families, only to have evil, despicable, subhuman scum representing two lawbreaking federal agencies on their doorstep, demanding they engage in illegal, abusive acts against an innocent relative and friend.

Given the nasty history of slavery, as it pertains to Jamaica and other nations, such as Africa, regarding blacks being forced to work for free, abused in many horrible ways and sometimes nearly killed or killed, the U.S. government is wrong to be engaging in such abhorrent conduct in modern times, in support of lazy, degenerate, hateful stars in Hollywood, who have been sued so many times by so many people from America and all over the world for stealing valuable copyrights.

It is a nasty and ugly throwback to behavior from slavery times. I have authored a fortune in copyrights and not seen any money or credit from it, as it is been criminally stolen by Hollywood and the U.S. government, who is backing this sick initiative. How can black people be asked to move on from slavery days, when you're still engaging in it.

The times I have tried to leave America, the U.S. government in tandem with Madonna/Kabbalah, criminally stole large amounts of my money and property in unlawful, fraudulent ways, in trying to bar me from escaping the horrible human rights abuses and to save face. They have twice gone into Britain and confronted me (in 2012 and 2015) abusively and threateningly demanding I return to America at once, like they were there to retrieve a runaway slave, as if their human property had escaped. Once again, it is a nasty throwback to slavery on their part. I’ve already been called “slave” and “nigger” by members of  Madonna's Kabbalah Center. Another nasty throwback to slavery.

The U.S. government has been criminally targeting Jamaicans in America and Britain in this highly illegal initiative rooted in racism, hatred and malice towards blacks. The FBI is also illegally wiretapping Jamaicans in America, Jamaica and Britain, to engage in intellectual property theft, in support of Hollywood and corporate America, as mentioned above.

Under American law, when you target a group of people in this manner, it is a hate crime. The FBI is committing hate crimes against minorities in America.

I am writing about this subject because it is sick, disgusting and evil…and they refuse to stop this savage conduct. They are psychotic and laboring under serious levels of mental derangement. The U.S. government is viciously and hatefully abusing innocent immigrants in America and the international community, where they have no mandate. What kind of face is this for the U.S. government to show the immigrant community. What kind of face is this for the U.S. government to show the world.

Cancer and AIDS are two subjects I have written exclusives articles on that later proved true. However, to keep the illegal money train rolling, Hollywood, with the full backing, support and assistance of the U.S. government, has repeatedly engaged in unlawful conduct via stealing money and property belonging to me, in attempts at blocking the release of the drug patents.

They are doing their level best to delay my scientific patents that could have helped millions of sick people already. Through fraud they have stolen two homes from me and over $250,000 for fear I would liquidate my assets to put out the patents (which was what I was trying to do) in what they deem would bring an end to their acts of criminal copyright infringement that has netted Hollywood billions in undue profits and many undeserved awards. Hollywood and the U.S. government made that foul and disgusting decision for disease sufferers all over the world.

There are many talented people in America capable of writing songs, movies and television shows. There was no necessity for Hollywood, with the backing of the U.S. government, to resort to such evil and appalling conduct. They are engaging in deplorable human rights abuses that willfully break domestic and international law in what is the sickest thing I have ever seen. However, I have come to the conclusion, this is just who and what they are - pure evil.

What kind of sub-human scum do such things. Then again, I am expecting far too much in the way of legality, civility and decency from a law enforcement agency, the FBI, who saw it fit to become the world’s biggest distributor of child porn (Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn). They are mentally deranged and a threat to the health and safety of America and the world. 

I have written about this matter not to stir anger or violence (keep the peace), but because it needs to be exposed. Innocent immigrants are being brutalized in America and other nations by the U.S. government (and Hollywood), in sick human rights abuses that are contemptible and condemnable. They are not to be trusted.

FBI to Muslim Immigrants: Snoop for Us or Get Deported

Jan. 29, 2016 11:50 am - The need for information about possible internal threats creates some predictably twisted incentives. They've sure got some strange names over there in the Congo.Those who have followed the frustrating stories about the secretive operations of the federally controlled "no-fly" lists may have read about the accusations that some individuals who were on the list were told they would be removed if they served the government as informants.

Those who followed the scandal over the New York Police Department secretly snooping on Muslim schools and mosques (not just in New York but in New Jersey) may also have read about their reliance on paid informants who sometimes tried to actually bait people into saying inflammatory things. And those who have closely followed cases where the FBi has busted up potential terror plots here within the United States have noticed that these often seem to be rather not-very-smart (or even mentally troubled) individuals who were being fed plans, ideas, and even being provided fake bombs and weapons by undercover FBI agents.

The post–September 11 need to track down potential terrorist threats within the United States has created incentives where the determinant of "success" is that terror plots are actually stopped. This has created some pretty twisted mentalities among officials to find those successes even if they aren't out there (and can cause them to miss the ones that actually are). And the victims of these twisted incentives can be anybody a federal official thinks might possibly be able to help them find these plots, even if these people don't know any (or if there aren't even any plots). It is dangerous to be the reason why a government official can't sit in front of a congressional hearing to say that their agency has stopped X terrorist attacks on U.S. soil.

As such, BuzzFeed reporters Talal Ansari and Siraj Datoo have a new lengthy investigation that shows how the FBI is interfering and threatening the immigration efforts of Muslims who want to remain as residents in the United States unless they serve as informants. If they don't have any useful information, the message is clear: They better go find some.

When he got the last call to come meet with the FBI agents, A.M. allowed himself an uncharacteristic bit of optimism. An immigrant from Pakistan, he had spent the last seven years trying to get a green card, a process that had so far included a series of interviews, three encounters with the FBI, and unexplained bureaucratic delays. Maybe this meeting would bring some resolution?

But when the 37-year-old software programmer arrived at the Homeland Security offices in Dallas that day in August 2014, the conversation quickly swerved. One of the two agents placed a piece of paper on the table and told him to write down the names of all the people he knew who he thought were terrorists. Bewildered, he said he didn't know any terrorists. He said he didn't know about any suspicious activity at all. "We think you do," the agents replied.

A.M. was quickly becoming alarmed. (Like almost all other immigrants interviewed for this story, he said he did not feel safe allowing his name to be published. A.M. are his initials.) He was a family man, with a highly skilled 9-to-5 job. He had lived in America for nearly two decades. He went to college in America. Why would the FBI see him as a link to terrorism? And weren't they supposed to be discussing his green card application?

As it turned out, that's precisely what they were discussing. "We know about your immigration problems," he recalls one of the agents telling him. "And we can help you with that." If, they said, he agreed to start making secret reports on his community, his friends, even his family.

The FBI is not supposed to be doing this, BuzzFeed notes. Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales forbid the practice of FBI agents offering immigration assistance in exchange for cooperation, and those policies are still officially in place. But in practice, immigration officials are dragging their feet on green cards, and then FBI is swooping in and using the situation to browbeat people into becoming informants.

A.M. kept insisting that he didn't know anybody. They wanted him to wear a wire, go to his mosque, and try to get folks to talk about jihad. He refused. His work visa was revoked. He and his family were kicked out of the country after living here for 17 years.

Former FBI agent Michael German told BuzzFeed that this outcome is a result of the push for agents to develop any Muslim sources they could get their hands on: "Rather than use all their energy to focus on the very small number of terrorists, they try to find anybody that they have a lever over to compel them to be an informants." And they don't seem to care what happens to them if they prove to not be useful.
