Discriminatory First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation's Partner Coester VMS Real Estate Appraisers Sues Virginia Board For Well Deserved License Declination (Ban)

Brian Coester

The Judiciary Report has been running a series of articles warning the public against the discriminatory rip off companies, First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and Coester VMS. I had a very bad experience with these two companies in 2014, who not only discriminated against me, they criminally defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. The public needs to avoid both companies, as they are engaging in unlawful conduct in criminal violation of U.S. law that will cost you money.

Months after I began writing about First Guaranty Mortgage and their appraisal company of choice Coester VMS and filed a complaint with the government in Washington, the Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board denied them a real estate license. The real estate board is right to decline their license request. It has been discovered Coester VMS has been been breaking the law in Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Minnesota, forcing them to make legal settlements regarding their criminal behavior. The head of the company, Brian Coester, has also been outed on engaging in unlawful behavior.

These people should not be in business. Yet, First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation is knowingly using criminals to appraise properties in America and destroying real estate deals, while pocketing massive fees from consumers they both defraud. You all belong in prison...and something tells me that's where you and all those involved in your little schemes are going to end up.

Brian Coester

Coester VMS is based in Maryland, but First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation is headquartered in Virginia. As Coester VMS seeks to expand their ties with First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation in Virginia, they sought a license in the state from the Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board, but were correctly declined.

Subsequently, Coester VMS has filed a lawsuit against the Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board alleging "a conspiracy to restrain and monopolize trade" further accusing them of antitrust behavior. However, the Judiciary Report is of the view, Coester VMS (and First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation) are crooked, corrupt companies engaging in criminal fraud, making them unqualified for a real estate license anywhere.

Both companies need to be shutdown for the financial safety of the public. They are not to be trusted. I' have seen the corruption firsthand and can tell you with certainty, if you do business with Coester VMS or First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, you will be ripped off for thousands of dollars and lose viable real estate deals. Do not risk your money or deals on them.

The LinkedIn profile of First Guaranty Mortgage CEO, Andrew Peters. First Guaranty Mortgage is owned by Kenneth E. Clark.

As such, Coester VMS and First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and ALL their legal cases will be included in my forthcoming documentary "American Justice System Corruption" as they are engaging in astonishing criminal behavior in court that needs to be exposed to the nation and the world. Coester VMS and First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and ALL who aid in their unlawful conduct (lawyers and jurist included) deserve to be wholly and permanently disgraced to the world.

Facing License Denial, Coester Sues Virginia Board

Facing denial of its license to operate an appraisal management company (AMC) in the state of Virginia, the AMC Coester VMS has filed a lawsuit against the Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board alleging that the Board is engaged in “a conspiracy to restrain and monopolize trade” and is operating in violation of federal antitrust laws.

The suit follows Virginia’s recently passed AMC licensing laws, which set an August 18 deadline for applicants to obtain AMC licensure or cease operations in the state. The Board has issued dozens of AMC licenses but selected Coester for closer examination. On July 15, Coester attended an informal fact-finding conference and addressed several of the Board’s concerns, including Coester’s history of consent orders and settlement agreements in five other states, for alleged violations of state laws: Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Minnesota.

The allegations against Coester in these states include: unlicensed AMC activity, false advertising, failure to pay appraisers on time, failure to pay customary and reasonable fees, failure to respond to requests within the time period specified, failure to submit biannual certification, as well as USPAP violations committed by Brian Coester himself...

Tidal Ripped Off Consumers Fraudulently Charging The Credit Cards Of Former Customers Who Closed Their Music Streaming Accounts

Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Dead5Amu, Kanye West, Jay Z and J Cole (also known as Hollywood's self-professed "Illuminati")

People who joined Tidal, the failed music streaming service started by greedy rapper Jay Z and even more greedy pop singer, Madonna, were charged $19.99 after closing their accounts, in acts that constitute fraud. Complaints began to surface from angry former Tidal users, who left the site unhappy with the music service, claiming they closed their accounts, but Tidal greedily kept charged them anyway. A wave of public embarrassment via bad publicity forced Tidal to refund the former users' money, after charging them for services they did not receive nor want anymore. Tidal admitted the scam and now states they have refunded customers' money.

Jay-Z

It pays to note Madonna has worked for Warner Bros/Time Warner for most of her career and is still with the film branch of the company. Tidal engaged in a crooked tactic used by Time Warner (Warner Bros) in repeatedly charging AOL customers $19.99 per month, for months and sometimes years after they leave the service  In some instances, former customers were forced to get new bank cards to stop AOL from charging their accounts. However, AOL simply obtained the direct bank account number and began fraudulently charging the public again for services they were not receiving anymore. The company made millions of dollars engaging in this criminal fraud at the American people's expense that Congress should have addressed.

Tidal charged ex-subscribers and re-activated accounts (update)

01.18.16 - One of Jay Z's 99 problems seems to be billing errors. if you gave Tidal a shot and have since cancelled, you likely noticed you were charged for the service in the last day or so. You're not alone. The Verge's Chris Welch was charged $20 by the streaming service, the price of its Premium or hi-fi tier. As if the bogus charge wasn't enough, Tidal offered those affected by the error three months of Tidal Premium in addition to a refund. This means that accounts that were closed have now been re-activated...

Even still, the company thought gifting a free subscription to a service people no longer wanted in the first place would make up for charging you when it shouldn't have. By doing so, it restarted closed accounts. Maybe just issue a refund and call it a day next time, eh? Update: Tidal provided the following statement:

"Rest assured, we've already refunded any charges. Accounts haven't been renewed, but we have offered a 3 month complimentary trial of the premium service on top of the refund as an apology that will not be auto renewed upon completion."

Kanye West's New Fashion Line Bombs

Kanye West and his boring fashion line that is getting bad reviews

Rapper, Kanye West, fancies himself a fashion designer, but many disagree. Including the Judiciary Report. And his ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, who did not hold her tongue in her assessment of West's fashion line, reportedly stating the clothes look like they should be used to wash cars. In another insulting critique, rapper turned actor Ice T, referred to West's fashion line as futuristic slave clothes.

West's first and second fashion lines are dull, bland, ugly and uninspired. They are plain and boring. It defies comprehension that such pieces are being shown at an actual fashion week. They are being nice as West is famous, but there are suitable and worthy designers whose clothes should be shown, rather than the rapper's amateur so-called collection.

"Back To The Future" shoes

Kanye West's later released rip off of the "Back To The Future" shoe. People online have publicly noted the similarities between the two shoes.

West is also unoriginal. His first shoe looked an awful lot like the sneakers from the classic 1980s film "Back To The Future" that Nike put into production months before West released a look alike version of their official product (West is often sued for stealing music and is in court with rapper Jay Z for stealing a song in what is a copyright infringement case filed by a music legend).

Too often in the entertainment industry, famous people are given credit for things they are not actually doing or doing correctly, which insults the public's intelligence. Everybody's a fashion designer all of a sudden. However, the only rapper who has gotten it right is Diddy with his Sean John line.

Jay Z Accused Of Threatening And Trying To Physically Attack A Journalist Who Asked Him About The Failure Of His Tidal Music Streaming Company

Jay-Z

The Crazy Days And Nights blog has accused violent, vicious, thieving rapper, Jay Z, who has previously committed murder, of threatening and trying to attack a journalist, who asked him about the state of his failed music streaming company Tidal. The Crazy Days And Nights blog stated Jay Z had to be restrained from physically attacking the journalist. Tidal has been a touchy subject for Jay Z, who has lashed out in the press as he helplessly watched the upstart company flounder and fail.

Not long after, the introduction of Apple Music's top of the line music streaming service crushed Tidal, sending the company tanking in absolute failure. It is deserved, as Tidal is a massive rip off of the music streaming website Spotify. When Tidal was launched, Spotify balked at the arrival of their rip off. Now they are unbothered by its collapse, having outlived their greedy clone that attempted to price gouge the public, who wasn't buying it...literally.

Tidal Loses Three More Executives

Jay Z

The music streaming service "Tidal" founded by industry copyright infringers Jay Z (Shawn Carter) and Madonna, suffered another blow as two more executives left the failing company (Zena Burns, Jeff Geisler and Jennifer Justice). Thus far nearly three dozen employees have fled Tidal, under a wave of massive public criticism and financial losses.

Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Deadmau5, Kanye West, Jay Z and J Cole (also known as Hollywood's self-professed "Illuminati")

Tidal is hemorrhaging money and failing to compete with Spotify, the company whose business model and software they ripped off to create their music streaming company. The launch of Apple Music streaming became the nail in the coffin for Tidal and a bitter Jay Z began lashing out more than ever.

Mainstream Publications Rip Jay Z And Tidal Streaming Service To Shreds Implying He Is Suffering From Delusions Of Grandeur

Jay-Z

Mainstream business newspaper Bloomberg has published a scathing, sarcastic and cutting piece on rapper Jay Z and his delusions of grandeur via his and Madonna's online music streaming service Tidal. The company has been branded a "failure" "fiasco" and "bad investment" by real business professionals. Bloomberg joins Complex, Rolling Stone and a host of other mainstream publications, who have been highly critical of subpar Tidal, which is a greedy money grab by Jay Z and company, who ripped off the music streaming service Spotify.

When a terrible public backlash ensued and their $55,000,000 investment in Tidal began going up in smoke, money that came courtesy of loans, Jay Z began to publicly lash out. He even pulled the race card, invoking slavery claims, when  he routinely steals preexisting copyrights from black singers, songwriters, producers, musicians, authors and filmmakers, for undue and illegal enrichment. Twitter also slammed Jay Z's slavery claims, publicly noting in tweets that Tidal has no black employees.

The article sarcastically makes reference to Jay Z's delusions of grandeur, "Jay Z also aspires to be one of the world’s great businessmen. 'I affiliate with Billy Gates, that’s my peer,' he once rapped. And: 'You looking at the black Warren Buffett.'" The fact of the matter is Jay Z is out of his mind to think he is in the same class as Gates or Buffett, two billionaires, who are intelligent and well educated.

Jay Z is a mentally deficient Hollywood thief, who has racked up many copyright infringement and trademark infringement lawsuits, filed by people domestically and all over the world, for criminally stealing people's preexisting intellectual property, which all comprise his career and the contents of his bank accounts.

Jay Z is an unintelligent fraud, who relies on ripping off people to get money, which is criminal. He is not a legitimate achiever. Everything he has is stolen from others. He further lacks the mental capacity to be a great businessman, as evidenced by his speech (and that of his wife Beyonce) and their appalling track record for theft. Publicists and lawyers prepare items for the couple to recite, but catch them flatfooted asking either a serious and intelligent question and you will get a dumb answer or them reciting something someone else wrote or stated (there exists evidence of them having done this).

The ironic thing about the thief Jay Z is you steal from him (or even bootleg his music) and he will stab you (as he did to Lance "Un" Rivera) or have someone inflict grievous bodily injury to you (as his thuggish bodyguards have done to people in America, with one incident caught on camera). Real businessmen do not behave in this ignorant manner. Thugs and criminals do. Jay Z calls himself a genius, when he is illiterate and couldn't obtain a high score on a properly administered aptitude test (that his publicist or lawyer didn't give him all the answers to in advance).

Everything about Jay Z has been one big scam, from his marriage to Beyonce (which her uncle and others in the industry are stating is a fake and business arrangement) to his record sales (he has fraudulently added 30,000,000 copies to his album sales tally and ran Soundscan scams he was caught red-handed perpetrating) to the value of Rockafella (he claimed it was worth $125,000,000 when business magazines stated it is worth $25,000,000).

That’s Business, Man: Why Jay Z’s Tidal Is a Complete Disaster

Like many rappers, Jay Z writes songs that have a paranoid streak. He lashes out against conservative cable news anchors, overzealous cops, lazy music critics, and less talented lyricists, all of whom, he insists, are out to get him because he’s famous. On May 16, Jay Z uncorked one of these bilious anthems, Say Hello, from his 10th studio album, American Gangster, at an exclusive performance for people who’ve signed up for Tidal, his subscription-only streaming-music service. Stalking the stage at New York’s Terminal 5, Jay Z addressed critics of his new venture, who have savaged it as tone-deaf, unimpressive, and—perhaps most wounding for a celebrity who famously boasted “I’m a business, man”—a lousy investment...

Jay Z unveiled Tidal at a press conference in late March, flanked by 15 of the biggest acts in the music business, including his wife, Beyoncé, Madonna, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Jack White, and Kanye West, all of whom were introduced as equity shareholders. Many seemed awkward and unprepared. Another owner, Alicia Keys, quoted Nietzsche and gushed about Tidal’s cultural significance: “We’re gathered?…?with one voice, in unity, in the hopes that today will be another one of those moments in time, a moment that will forever change the course of music history.” There was a lot of utopian rhetoric about restoring the value of music in the digital age. Less time was spent on new features, technology, or other reasons for listeners to try—and pay for—a Tidal subscription.

The backlash was immediate. Tidal’s detractors weren’t just the predictably vexatious music bloggers, who described the service as little more than a vehicle for musical plutocrats to line their pockets. The haters also included some of Jay Z’s peers. “They totally blew it by bringing out a bunch of millionaires and billionaires and propping them up onstage and then having them all complain about not being paid,” said Ben Gibbard, lead singer of the indie rock group Death Cab for Cutie. The habitually caustic Noel Gallagher of Oasis told Rolling Stone, “Do these people think they are the f---in’ Avengers? They are going to save the f---in’ [world]?” In late May Tidal hovered at No.?9 on the iTunes list of top-grossing music apps, trailing Slacker Radio...

Rihanna Slammed For Stealing The Song 'B***h Better Have My Money' Which Is The Latest In A Long Line Of Thefts (Audio Comparison)

The bad cover art for Rihanna's new song "Bit*h Better Have My Money"

Chronic copyright infringer Rihanna has stolen more protected intellectual property again. This time Rihanna has ripped off independent singer, Just Brittany. Rihanna stole Just Brittany's song "Better Have My Money" that was released 9-months ago to iTunes, for her March 26, 2015 rip off "B***h Better Have My Money."

Just Brittany

Upon listening to the two songs, the similarities become very apparent. Both songs have very similar beats. Both songs have the same repeated hook "B****h better have my money." Both songs have the same melodies. Both songs have the same verbal intonation. Both songs are about the same thing, being in a night club and angrily telling someone, "B***h better have my money."

Warning: Both songs contain explicit lyrics

Brittany:

Rihanna:

Not only did Rihanna steal Brittany's song, it looks like she stole the girl's eyebrows too. If Brittany sues, she will be the one saying to Rihanna, "B**** better have my money." When you steal copyrights, you steal money. Intellectual property is considered an intangible asset that can be liquidated. Then it becomes a tangible asset (royalties, cash). Rihanna is a greedy, thieving fake with no respect for the law.

Rihanna Accused Of Stealing "B***h Better Have My Money"

The hooks are very similar. It's a well-known fact that the title of Rihanna's new single is shared by a handful of other songs, but one artist is claiming that the pop star also stole her song. Just Brittany has accused RiRi of plagiarizing her track "Better Have My Money," which was released nine months ago. The similarities are definitely there. For one, the hook is almost identical save for the melody. Rihanna has yet to comment on the allegation. Listen to the two tracks below.

Career Guidance

Mike Tyson

Career guidance is important to entertainers and athletes. Many are thrust into the spotlight and given large sums of money that often lead to their ruination, as they simply do not know how to handle it and are exploited by the wrong people as well.

I sometimes think if trainer Cus D'Amato had not died, boxer Mike Tyson's life and career would not have hit the troubled times it did, due to the unscrupulous people who had surrounded and exploited him. D'Amato used to chase after Tyson when he went back to his old neighborhood, as the trainer was concerned he would get into trouble. Prior to D'Amato adopting Tyson, the boxer would rob crack houses and get into street fights with dangerous people.

D'Amato introduced structure and discipline to his life and gave him a sense of belonging .When D'Amato died, Tyson was on his own again and things went wrong. His talent brought him to the heights of fame, but Tyson was robbed by lawyers, a manager/promoter, ripped off by women, then ended up in jail on suspect charges and struggled with substance abuse.

Tupac

The late rapper Tupac could very well be alive today had he not fallen in with Suge Knight and Death Row. It was the worst thing that ever happened to him. The manner in which the now defunct Death Row Records was being run put Tupac squarely in line to be killed.

Before Tupac's death, he was accused of sexual assault in a dubious case, where an entire club saw a woman voluntarily perform a sex act on him out in the open. Tupac was also robbed by Death Row to the tune of $20,000,000 that led to a lawsuit by his mother after his death to recoup the stolen royalties. Tupac did not have the proper personal or career guidance and it led to him being in unsafe and reckless situations that bred nothing but trouble, pain and loss in his life.

Any entertainer or athlete needs the right people to grow their brand, earn income and preserve that wealth. The manager must think big, be personable, have good ideas and people skills. You also need an honest manager, who can provide good career guidance. Entertainers and athletes need to hear the truth about ideas and behaviors they seek to engage in that could ultimately destroy everything they've worked for. A manager who is a yes man or yes woman will unintentionally set their clients up for a fall and financial ruin.

Rihanna's Rip Off Movie Battleship Is Pronounced The Biggest Bomb Of 2012

Apparently the only time Rihanna can act is when she is on her back having sex for industry favors

Rihanna and Kabbalah's rip off movie "Battleship" has been pronounced the biggest flop of 2012 by the press. This is a dubious distinction that does not bode well for her so-called acting career (and she can't even act). As stated previously on the site, Rihanna, in tandem with Kabbalah, the sick Hollywood cult she belongs to, stole the copyright behind "Battleship" in thoroughly criminal behavior.

The entire project cost the studio $309,000,000 to make and market, has descended into absolute failure and financial disaster, with low ticket sales, thanks to the Judiciary Report's boycott members of the pubic kindly supported. Thank you once again. I'm still angry at what they have done, but your support of the boycott definitely helps.

Beyonce Slammed By European Artist Whose Work She Stole For The "Countdown" Music Video

Video: Beyonce Knowles Rips-Off Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker

Beyonce Knowles was slammed this past weekend, for ripping off the copyrighted works of Belgian choreographer, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, who was not impressed with her dishonest and illegal conduct. De Keersmaeker stated it was copyright infringement and very insulting.

De Keersmaeker responded to press inquiries by stating, "I didn't know anything about this. I'm not mad, but this is plagiarism. This is stealing. They took pieces from Achterland and Rosas danst Rosas. ... It's a bit rude, I must say. ... What's rude about it is that they don't even bother about hiding it. They seem to think they could do it because it's a famous work. ... Am I honored? Look, I've seen local school kids doing this. That's a lot more beautiful."

Beyonce Knowles has become a joke due to constant stealing

Knowles is such a thief. She has done this to so many people (see links below). However, copyrights are assets. Therefore, stealing copyrights is property theft (grand larceny). How would Knowles like it if someone stole her property - say her house for example - stealing it, summarily kicking her out of it and slapping their name on the title. Think about this, there are many copyrights in existence, more valuable than mansions. Under domestic and international law, copyrights are property, solely belonging to the registered owner, not the dishonest famous thief that lazily rips it off.

Beyonce is such a horrible role model, who is greedy beyond compare, as her mantra clearly is, "See something you want that doesn't belong to you, just steal it and put your name on it." You're a criminal and a fraud, with no respect for people's rights or property. Every time you and artists like yourself do this, you shame the industry and let down your fans (dwindling fans, judging by your falling sales and negative public feedback comments all over the internet).

Beyonce And Her Mom's Fashion Line Fails At Walmart

"Miss Tina" Is A Miss

For years bloggers have facetiously renamed the fashion line belonging to Beyonce and her mom Tina Knowles, from House of Dereon to House of Derriere. Knowles senior took the line to Walmart recently and it has ended in disaster.

Several weeks after Walmart began stocking the line in its stores, sales have been so poor, the American retailer has placed the pieces on the clearance rack, retailing for $4.00 to $7.00. I kid you not. I saw it with my own eyes. They do not do this with best sellers. They do this with the stuff they can't sell and want off the shelves, to make space for merchandise people will actually pay regular price for.

Beyonce Knowles

I can see why the public didn't snap up the clothes from the aforementioned clothing line, as they are unattractive, unfashionable and poorly made, using substandard material. Years ago, the New York Post, called Tina Knowles' designs Versace rip-offs made with cheap material. The Knowles don't have a knack for fashion. Why they haven't come to this realization is anyone's guess.

Britney Spears In Danger Of Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Stealing "Hold It Against Me"

What A Fraud!

Britney Spears in "Hold It Against Me"

Well, she's done it again. Sony Music pop tart, Britney Spears, has stolen more material, in what could result in her umpteenth lawsuit for copyright infringement. The famed Bellamy Brothers, are not amused with her stealing their 1979 lyrics and song title, for her dismal new rip-off tune, "Hold It Against Me," which is being propped up by payola.

The unoriginal, criminal copyright infringing video, accompanying the song isn't much better. Spears, who is only 29-years-old, looks haggard and weathered. She has aged drastically overnight, proving if people do not take care of themselves, via consume too much alcohol, take drugs, party hard and and engage in other stressful activity, it will ravage their looks.

The Bellamy Brothers

The music video has airbrushing and CGI to smooth out her features and she still looks much older than her age, which is not helpful in her demographic or pop genre that is very youth oriented.

There were rumors last month that Spears, who is on several anti-psychotic meds to control her schizophrenia, was so out of it at the "Hold It Against Me" video shoot, the director became incensed. The director reportedly ordered the back-up dancers to do most of the leg work. The final product shows a lethargic Spears being outshone by her lively, energetic back up dancers. The video is now a hot mess that Spears devalued.

Britney Spears on her day off

Spears is wearing terrible, trashy, ill-fitting clothes, hooker make-up and a zombie expression. She doesn't look like a pop star. She looks like a woman beaten by her own bad choices in life. She does not exactly embody what pop music is about.

It is about being exuberant, cutting edge and young minded. I've said it before and I'll say it again, she is now a show monkey being propped up to make money at any cost, including her sanity and dignity, which are long gone. What a farce.

"According to NYmag.com, Spears' recently released single, 'Hold It Against Me,' contains similar lyrics as their 1979 song of the same name. In the Bellamy Brothers version, they sing: 'If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?' Britney's new song includes the lyrics: 'If I said I want your body now, would you hold it against me?'"

Sony To Rip Off The iPad

With the way sales have been plunging at Sony, the last thing they need is another embarrassment of a product getting battered in the market place (for further reference, see the Wii annihilating Sony's Play Station in the video game genre).

Jennifer Lopez Rips Off Kat Deluna

American Idol judge, Jennifer Lopez, 41, is being accused of ripping off newbie singer, Kat Deluna, 23. One listen to the above posted comparative video of DeLuna's "Party O'Clock" and Lopez's "On the Floor" which illegally combines two preexisting songs and it becomes very apparent the allegations are true. The Lopez track was produced by chronic copyright infringer, Red One.

Lopez, seeking to breath life into her failing music career, has ripped off a younger rival, which is unseemly...and now embarrassing, as the story has been making its way around the internet and into the mainstream press. Ironically, both songs in the video sound like the music from "Lambada." The entertainment industry is the most unoriginal, thieving entity on the planet. They have no respect for the law or people's rights and property.

Lady GaGa Makes A Crazy Entrance At The Grammys As Her New Song Is Slammed

Lady Gaga

Pop singer, Lady GaGa, made a crazy entrance at the 2011 Grammy Awards, tucked away inside an egg. The spectacle was to promote her sub-par single "Born This Way." Critics have panned the track and the singer's over the top gimmicks. In other words, enough, already.

Never one to miss out on a chance for free publicity, irrelevant Madonna, via her brother, have waded into the controversy by claiming the song is a rip-off of her old rip off "Express Yourself." Having heard both tracks, the similarities are non-existent.

Lady GaGa's "Born This Way"

Furthermore, both women are in the same crazy cult, Kabbalah, with Madonna leeching off GaGa's popularity in trying to pull up her own career, which has all but died. Madonna has tried to makeover Lady GaGa to be more like her and it's not working.

Lady GaGa was recently slammed for ripping off the preexisting Carl Bean song "Born This Way" which is also about homosexuality. Gaga, who is Italian, is also being accused of being a racist, by the organizations, Chicanos Unidos Arizona and MEChA, for using the words "chola" and "orient" in the song. The track does come across as a massive butt kiss for album sales that goes terribly awry with stereotypes and condescension.

Lady Gaga's Born This Way Single: Racist, Simplistic, Condescending Garbage!

"Pop icon Lady Gaga can`t seem to catch a break with her recently released song "Born This Way". First she was accused of sounding too much like Christina Aguilera`s in `Beautiful` and then of borrowing the idea and lyrics from Carl Bean`s `Born this Way` and now some Arizona Latino groups are chiming in with their opinion.

Organizations like Chicanos Unidos Arizona and MEChA do not like Lady Gaga`s use of the words `Chola` and `Orient` in her lyrics, viewing both as being racist and derogatory. Flavor Flav Ripped Off KFC

KFC

Rapper and reality TV star, Flavor Flav, has ripped off KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) with his own fast food restaurant launched this month, FFC (Flavor's Fried Chicken). How unoriginal and disgraceful. No word from Kentucky Fried Chicken, regarding how they view the blatant trademark and copyright infringement.

FFC rather than KFC

Not only are the restaurants' names and logo very similar, infringing KFC's trademark, the menus are virtually the same. To add insult to injury, Flavor Flav unwisely opened it right next door to a KFC. Would it not have been more honorable and decent to have bought a KFC franchise than to have broken the law in completely ripping them off.

A portion of FFC's menu

This is very similar to the film "Coming To America" where "McDonalds" was ripped off by a restaurant named "McDowells." The rip off replicated "McDonalds" to the tee, but crazily claimed they are different because the former has "The golden arches" whereas "McDowells" has the "the golden arcs." However, it was still the exact same restaurant, just a similar new name.

Sony To Rip-Off Transformers With Voltron Reboot

Former Transformers actress, Megan Fox, director Michael Bay and actor, Shia LaBeouf

In the 1980s, first there was Transformers, then a copycat show called Voltron. Sony, the most thieving company in Hollywood, is set to unveil a Voltron reboot, in a blatant attempt at cashing in on the Transformers films.

Voltron

Michael Bay's writers have not been particularly original in what they have placed in Transformers scripts and a Voltron film series is going to be more of the same unoriginality. Look for the public to grow very weary of this genre, if the market is glutted with it.

Lady Gaga Exposed As A Fraud

The mother of late indie singer, Lina Morgana, has released a very telling video to YouTube, comparing photographs of her late daughter, with rip-offs her old friend, Lady GaGa went on to release. The video shows Lady GaGa and her producer, Rob Fusari, who was Morgana's writing partner, to be complete frauds.

As written on the site previously, Morgana killed herself a few years ago, by jumping off the roof of a New York hotel, which is regrettable as suicide is not the answer. A year later, Lady GaGa, released her debut and ripped-off the deceased singer's image and persona. Time will tell if she stole music Morgana had written as well.

It's very sad and pathetic, what some do to be famous. As much as crazy Madonna would like to take credit for Lady Gaga and every other female singer in the world, when she can't even sing, the newcomer's debut is nothing like her.

The Judiciary Report can see how Lady GaGa ripped off Morgana and there are visible traces of David Bowie and Grace Jones in her debut as well. But the thing is, Jones and Bowie are famous and living. Morgana never got her chance at stardom and it was patently wrong, creepy and morbid, for Lady GaGa to assume a dead woman's life, exploiting it for fame and fortune. She has serious mental problems to have done such a thing. You are a fraud.
