Pregnant Teenage Girl Buried Alive By Accident Wakes Up In Coffin Prompting Relatives To Dig Her Out Of Her Tomb
16-year-old pregnant girl, Neysi Perez, was accidentally buried alive in her native Honduras. Perez was 3-months pregnant, when she suddenly fell ill in her bathroom, frothing at the mouth, after hearing a series of gunshots outside her home. Sadly, rather than rushing her to a hospital, her family took the critically ill teen to a priest to perform an exorcism.
The Guardian newspaper quoted Perez's boyfriend Rody Gonzales as stating, "The pastor asked her to repeat the word of God and she refused. Another voice was coming out of her" leading people to believe she was possessed by an evil spirit. Perez's condition worsened and she was later taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Doctors now believe, "Ms Perez may have suffered a severe panic attack which could have temporarily stopped her heart activity. Another hypothesis is that the teenager had a cataplexy attack, an abrupt temporary loss of voluntary muscle function typically triggered by a strong emotional stimulus such as stress or fear, during which the victim maintains full conscious awareness. She may then have died from lack of oxygen after waking up inside the closed coffin."
This is a tragic and eerie story. I am sorry for the family’s loss. As a devout Christian, I do believe the Bible. However, I am a Christian who also respects medicine and science and view them as God given tools to help the sick. Therefore, I would advise people to immediately seek a hospital when having a medical emergency. If someone is having a medical emergency in your presence, immediately call for the paramedics.
The quicker the patient reaches the hospital the better. I am not a fan of paramedics and or other medical personnel working on patients for a long time where they find them outside of a hospital setting, rather than rushing them to the hospital, because if they have internal injuries, a medical scan will quickly pick that up. Imaging equipment is more readily available in hospitals to perform such scans.
For example, when I was a teen a friend of the family went to a football match in South America. After the match, there was a bus accident in hilly terrain, regarding the vehicle carrying people from the event and many passengers were injured, my family friend included. They began airlifting people to the hospital a few at a time and my family friend, who was selfless, told the paramedics to take his friend to the hospital ahead of him, as he had visible injuries. However, as much as my family friend looked fine on the outside, he had extensive internal injuries and died shortly after.
As much as a person can look unwell, they can also appear perfectly healthy on the outside and be bleeding to death in their brain or from a major artery in another region of the body and die within an hour. Some people experience a catastrophic medical event that requires immediate surgery at the hospital to fix a ruptured artery. Some people who experience an aneurysm will have excessive fluid forming in the skull cavity that needs to be drained via surgery in the hospital or they will die when said fluid shifts the brain out of place via pressure.
Wednesday 26 August 2015 06.06 BST - Relatives of a pregnant Honduran teenager, who had been buried after being pronounced dead at a hospital, broke down her tomb and pulled out her coffin after apparently hearing banging from the inside. Nelsy Perez, 16, was then rushed to a clinic, still lying in her coffin and dressed in the wedding gown she was going to wear when she married the father of her unborn child, but doctors there found no signs of life.
Relatives say they observed signs of a struggle in the broken glass panel of the coffin over her face, and bruises on her fingers. The case has sparked much speculation over what could have happened. Some have suggested catalepsy, a nervous condition that causes muscular rigidity, insensitivity to external stimuli and weak respiration.
Others speculate the damage to the inside of the coffin could be explained by body decomposition. “The coffin glass could have been broken by the gasses of the decomposing body,” said a police investigator, Blanca Mejia, citing the first impressions of the doctor carrying out the autopsy...
Videos of the traumatic events that took place in early July, near the western city of Copan, have now emerged in a report on Univision TV. The videos show a crowd gathered around Nelsy’s tomb as a young man smashes its sealed concrete entrance with a mallet, allowing the girl’s white coffin to be pulled out...
It all began, the family said, when Nelsy, who was three months pregnant, became suddenly ill in a way that made them suspect she had been possessed, and sent them running to a pastor. “The pastor asked her to repeat the word of God and she refused,” Nelsy’s boyfriend Rody Gonzales told Univision. “Another voice was coming out of her.” When her condition worsened, the family took her to a hospital. She was pronounced dead a few hours later...
Earlier Honduran media reports said Nelsy was initially taken ill after hearing gun shots outside her poverty-stricken home, and that the cause of death had been recorded as a heart attack. Soon after she was buried, Gonzales visited the tomb and thought he heard banging from within. He said he thought it might be his nerves playing tricks until a cemetery worker also heard the strange noises.
The family became even more convinced Nelsy had been buried alive once they had recovered the coffin. Her body seemed normal, and her colour seemed normal too “She didn’t smell bad or anything,” said Gladys Gutierrez, the girl’s aunt. Claudia Lopez, the doctor who attended the family at the clinic, said Perez was dead when she was tested. “They almost broke down the door to get in,” she said. “We evaluated her fully but there was no result.”
PUBLISHED: 06:39, Wed, Aug 26, 2015 | UPDATED: 07:45, Wed, Aug 26, 2015 - Footage shows grieving family members breaking through the concrete tomb from where Neysi Perez, 16, had been heard "banging and screaming". Relatives who removed the girl's corpse found that the glass viewing window on her coffin had been smashed, and the tips of her fingers were bruised.
Family members however were too late and the 16-year-old died for the second time despite efforts by desperate relatives to save her. Medics found no signs of life after examining her again and she was returned to the cemetery to be reburied. Ms Perez, who was three months pregnant, reportedly fell unconscious after waking up in the night to use the outside toilet at her home in La Entrada, western Honduras. It is believed she may have collapsed in an apparent panic attack after hearing a burst of gunfire in the nearby town...
But although medics tried to revive her, all the tests they carried out showed that she was clinically dead. Doctor Claudia Lopez recalled: "The whole family rushed in, almost breaking the door down, carrying the girl in her casket. I told them to take her out and put her on the bed. Everybody was claiming she was alive so I went through all the necessary procedures.
"We evaluated and tried everything but the girl was dead. They put her back in the coffin and took her away again, back to the cemetery." Doctors believe Ms Perez may have suffered a severe panic attack which could have temporarily stopped her heart activity. Another hypothesis is that the teenager had a cataplexy attack, an abrupt temporary loss of voluntary muscle function typically triggered by a strong emotional stimulus such as stress or fear, during which the victim maintains full conscious awareness. She may then have died from lack of oxygen after waking up inside the closed coffin.
Her cousin, Carolina Perez, said: "Once we had taken her out of the tomb I put my hand on her body. She was still warm, and I felt a faint heart beat. "She had scratches on her forehead and bruises on her fingers. It looked like she had tried desperately to get out of the casket and hurt herself...

Can ObamaCare Work
Barack Obama
However, the sticking point for many is making ObamaCare work without bankrupting businesses and families. The U.S. economy is not out of the woods yet, regarding the health of the national checkbook. The nation is still struggling to recover from the 2008 recession, which was actually a financial depression. The government has been using semantics labeling it something else, as the financial losses were staggering.
There are some points of ObamaCare the Judiciary Report agrees with and (others the site does not). For example, beginning in 2009, the site published a series of original articles discussing the high cost of medical imaging (medical equipment). On March 23, 2010 ObamaCare passed and became law and included in the 2010 legislation is a small 2.3% "medical equipment tax." Several months prior to ObamaCare becoming law in 2009, the Judiciary Report wrote about this very subject (in articles that are time stamped and have been online for years):
August 26, 2009 article "Obama Seeks Promo Assistance From Docs" stated, "Another area of significant cost is hospital imaging (MRIs, CT Scans, EMGs, EKGs). I speak from experience. For technology that has been around for some time, it is still very expensive. The government would do well to find a way to alleviate costs associated with imaging, which would save paying patients, Medicare and Medicaid significant sums of money."
November 23, 2009 article "Obama's Approval Ratings Drop To 48%" stated, "The technological angle needs to be looked at as well. When DVD players just came out they were $500-$1,000. Now, you can get one for $29. Why is medical imaging still so expensive after all these years (MRIs, CT Scans, EKGs, EMG). We need a Mc
December 9, 2009 article "Senator Reid Compares Health Care To Slavery" stated "Look for cost cuts, such as medical imaging, in making the technology more affordable and ways to permanently eliminate Medicare fraud. That will be a great start. It would be great if everyone had solid health care, but the U.S. Congress should pace itself, lest it make the nation's financial condition even worse."
January 26, 2010 article "Obama Prepping For State Of The Union Address" stated "Target medical imaging companies to reduce the cost of their products, such as MRIs, MRAs, CT scans, Doppler, EKGs, EEGs ect... in the manner other technology sectors have done in dropping the price of items such as, DVD players and CD players that used to cost hundreds of dollars, but now can be purchased for 1/10 of their former price. Focus on reducing the price of pharmaceutical drugs, as some only cost $1.00 per unit to manufacture, yet are being sold for $50.00 to $100.00 a bottle. That's just plain greed."
As stated above, the January 26, 2010 article "Obama Prepping For State Of The Union Address" mentioned "Target medical imaging companies to reduce the cost of their products, such as MRIs, MRAs, CT scans, Doppler, EKGs, EEGs ect..." The government did just that months later with ObamaCare, via a special "medical equipment tax" but some in congress are against it. The Judiciary Report is not. These companies are making a fortune, they can afford to give something back to the collective national health of the nation.
When I had a stress induced aneurysm in 2008, which negatively impacted my vision for 2-weeks (thank God my full sight came back, 20/20 vision again, because in some cases it does not) upon receiving a copy of my 4-day hospital bill, I thought I was having another aneurysm and started blinking thinking I was seeing doubles and the first of three bills really didn't say $40,000. Oh, but it did. It wasn't the hospital room or doctor fees that ran up the bill. It was the medical imaging ("medical equipment") used to perform MRIs, MRAs, CT scans, Doppler, an angiography, the EKG and EEG. These "medical equipment" cost are driving up hospital bills all over the nation.
Some sticking points for the Judiciary Report regarding ObamaCare include lack of clarity in reference to opt out clauses for those who do not wish to have their tax dollars spent on items such as abortion. There are many religious people in America who oppose abortion. There are claims the legislation contains an opt out clause regarding abortion fees, but some in the press refute these statements, with allegations of hidden funds within ObamaCare using everyone's funds for said elective medical procedure.
Another point of contention for the site is the fact ObamaCare is 10,535 pages of legislation that even some members of Congress have not read. The thickest book I own is roughly 500 pages. To request the public read 10,535 pages to be in compliance with the law is a lot to ask.
ObamaCare needs to be on audio and or Cliff's Notes. Why? ObamaCare is too much for busy people to read and embedded within the legislation exists serious penalties for those who do not obtain health insurance. I recently read a claim that some of the penalties for not obtaining health insurance is thousands of dollars in fines per year, revocation of one's driver's license and a lien placed on one's property.
The authors of the legislation want you to know they are not playing. Hence the steep penalties. So do not run afoul of the law. However, some may not know the full extent of the penalties, not take it seriously enough and find themselves in a very negative financial situation more costly than actually obtaining health insurance.
A lot of people are going to end up in court, in trouble with the government, because they didn't read or don't understand what the legislation states. Key points need to be condensed into a concise pamphlet, audio recording and government web article.
Another point of contention is some of the prices being bantered about for health care policies under ObamaCare are not cheap. It is being stated student policies can run $175 per month and up. For the average student that's a lot of money to come up with every month for health care. Some can't even afford their university books and transportation costs.
There is also a very serious claim in the New York Times that millions of poor people will not be covered by ObamaCare. People below the poverty line in America are barely making ends meet. Every penny is accounted for and many are still in debt. Poor people need assistance and ObamaCare has to be within financial reach. Many want to try, but if they can't afford health insurance, what are they supposed to do.
In closing, ObamaCare needs improvement if it is to work without causing serious financial issues for Americans. There needs to be careful fine tuning.
If true, the implementation of Obamacare is going to be a whole lot more draconian than Americans have been led to believe. Will Sheehan claims that when he tried to sign up for Obamacare and then register to opt out, he received an ominous warning. Sheehan’s full Facebook post reads;
"I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 "Silver Plan" and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I "opt-out" and chose to continue along with no insurance.
I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the "REPERCUSSIONS PORTION" for "non-payment" of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with "Non-Payment" and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy "Automatically withdraw" your "penalties" weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is "Free" or even "Affordable."...
CNSNews.com: "What I was going to ask you is if you've read those [10,535 pages] of regulations."
Waxman said: “Have you read them?”
CNSNews.com: "No. Have you read them?"

Lady GaGa Blocking Release Of Dead Artist's Music
Mentally ill Lady GaGa wearing a dress made of meat
Yana Morgana, the mother of late indie singer, Lina Morgana, who killed herself, rightfully accused fraudulent pop artist Lady GaGa of stealing her deceased daughter's image and persona, using it to launch herself to stardom.
Yana Morgana, also contends, her daughter, Lina, who was a writing partner and friend of fake Lady Gaga, is blocking the release of unpublished music she did with the pop star.
Lina Morgana
Lady GaGa is likely to do so, as the release of said music would reveal to the world, exactly where she got her image and persona from and shatter the illusion it is her own. As co-writer and co-performer, Morgana should have rights under the law.
One has to wonder if sick Hollywood pushed the young woman over the edge and into committing suicide. She certainly wouldn't be the first. It is an industry of depraved animals willing to do anything to be famous, including lie, cheat, steal and kill.
Hollywood has a long track record of viciously abusing young people they exploit. Labor laws and criminal statutes are routinely flouted at the hands of a complicit FBI/DOJ, which leads to terrible abuses being committed against young women, men and children.
Side Bar: Lady GaGa went to the MTV VMAs dressed like a schizophrenic, wearing a dress and hat made of raw meat, then accepted 8 music awards for stealing a dead woman's image and persona. Sick!

Gaga accused of being a copycat
Last Updated: September 9, 2010 12:36pm - The mother of a promising young singer who committed suicide has accused Lady Gaga of stealing her daughter's eccentric performing style after the pair collaborated in 2007.
Lina Morgana co-wrote several songs with the Poker Face hitmaker before she became Lady Gaga and shot to fame in late 2008. The pair was introduced by Gaga's former mentor and ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari, who wanted the star - real name Stefani Germanotta - to come up with tracks Morgana could use on her debut solo album...
She adds, "Lina had that style, Gaga had a different style. She changed dramatically overnight." The New York Post claims the mother is seeking permission to release around a dozen songs Morgana recorded with Gaga, including a a track named Wunderland, which is currently available online. Lady Gaga Exposed As A Fraud
The mother of late indie singer, Lina Morgana, has released a very telling video to YouTube, comparing photographs of her late daughter, with rip-offs her old friend, Lady GaGa went on to release. The video shows Lady GaGa and her producer, Rob Fusari, who was Morgana's writing partner, to be complete frauds.
As written on the site previously, Morgana killed herself a few years ago, by jumping off the roof of a New York hotel, which is regrettable as suicide is not the answer. A year later, Lady GaGa, released her debut and ripped-off the deceased singer's image and persona. Time will tell if she stole music Morgana had written as well.
It's very sad and pathetic, what some do to be famous. As much as crazy Madonna would like to take credit for Lady Gaga and every other female singer in the world, when she can't even sing, the newcomer's debut is nothing like her.
The Judiciary Report can see how Lady GaGa ripped off Morgana and there are visible traces of David Bowie and Grace Jones in her debut as well. But the thing is, Jones and Bowie are famous and living. Morgana never got her chance at stardom and it was patently wrong, creepy and morbid, for Lady GaGa to assume a dead woman's life, exploiting it for fame and fortune. She has serious mental problems to have done such a thing. You are a fraud.

Rick Ross Sued For Stealing Name And Image
Rick Ross
Miami rapper, Rick Ross, has been sued by notorious drug dealer, incarcerated felon, "Freeway" Ricky Ross. The Miami MC famously took the drug dealer's name, image and likeness and used it to launch a fairly successful rap career.
The only problem for the rapper is in America there is such a thing as image rights. "Freeway" Ricky Ross is entitled to what is known as the Right Of Publicity, meaning he and only he, has the right to profit from his name and image. When he has passed, that right goes to his heirs.
To use his real life image as a persona for a rap career and credibility, is a violation of his legal rights. You are an impersonator, pretending to be the real thing and in music that defeats the purpose of having credibility. As such, the cocaine trafficker has sued the Miami rapper.
"Freeway" Ricky Ross
Thus far, Judge Percy Anderson, has not granted an injunction barring the release of Ross' forthcoming album, but under the law, he owes the felon financial damages and should cease and desist exploiting his name and image for financial gain.
Under the circumstances, you cannot take someone's name and image and turn it into entertainment for profit. You are infringing on their life, which is illegal.
The damages are multiplied, as you are disseminating this work and persona not your own, all over the world, violating international image laws as well.
Side Bar: "Freeway" Ricky Ross appeared in the eye-opening documentary "American Drug War." He spoke about the CIA and Oliver North, as did numerous other individuals, from drug dealers to former DEA agents.
I still have not gotten over that documentary. It's pretty messed up when you find out the CIA flooded the streets of Compton, California with drugs they imported into America.

Obama Seeks Promo Assistance From Docs
U.S. President Barack Obama has been urging doctors to promote his health care initiatives, which have come under intense scrutiny from conservatives, due to the price tag.
I am of the belief, President Obama's first step should be health care reform, in reducing costs as much as possible, across the board, from pharmaceutical companies to hospitals to doctors to insurance companies.
The problem is there are well funded entities in America that like things the way they are, in the currently broken system, because they are making a fortune from overcharging everyday people.
Drug companies often cannot justify the expensive prices of their products. However, as they are in a sense, holding sick people ransom, in exchange for massive revenues, they are allowed to name their price.
Another area of significant cost is hospital imaging (MRIs, CT Scans, EMGs, EKGs). I speak from experience.
For technology that has been around for some time, it is still very expensive. The government would do well to find a way to alleviate costs associated with imaging, which would save paying patients, Medicare and Medicaid significant sums of money.
Obama asks docs to promote health care fix
WASHINGTON — The White House is asking doctors to help promote its drive to overhaul health care, marking an effort by President Barack Obama to regain momentum on the issue.
White House health advisers held an hourlong conference call Tuesday night with close to 3,000 physicians and officials of their professional groups in which they tried drumming up support by answering questions and describing the administration's goals, participants said.
Before the call, the White House e-mailed a 12-page booklet to medical associations titled "Doctors for Health Insurance Reform." The brochure stated the administration's case for revamping the nation's health care system and suggested ways doctors could call attention to the issue.
Among the suggestions: Hosting local events on health care, giving tours of hospitals or designating a "Health Insurance Reform Week" during which events could be staged around the country....
