Florida Teen Who Posed As Doctor At Hospital And Opened His Own Medical Clinic Arrested Again On $35,000 Fraud

Growing up I enjoyed the sitcom "Doogie Howser M.D." Being a child prodigy with a high IQ (when the show aired), I was fascinated by the intelligence and precociousness of the 15-year-old fictional doctor that was the center of the show. I still occasionally watch the show, that is now available on DVD and select channels.

Apparently someone took "Doogie Howser M.D." the wrong way. 18-year-old Florida teen, Malachi Love-Robinson, has been posing as a doctor since he was an underage minor. There was an incident of Love-Robinson posing as a doctor in a Florida hospital and attempting to treat patients, with no license to do so.

After the hospital scam unraveled, Love Robinson opened his own medical clinic/urgent care, again with no license, while labeling himself a "medical doctor." This was highly illegal, inadvisable and very dangerous, due to the complexities of the human body and medicine. No one should pose as a doctor, as innocent people could die under unlicensed medical care.

While posing as a medical doctor, Love-Robinson made house calls and illegally obtained the credit card data and other personal financial information of an elderly woman. Love-Robinson stole $35,000 from the bank information and credit cards of the elderly woman and used it to pay down his loan and credit card debts. As such he was arrested on five charges of fraud and one of grand theft. 

He is also under indictment in two other criminal cases for posing as a doctor. The presiding judge in the case has order Love-Robinson undergo psychiatric evaluation. Love-Robinson is what is known as criminally insane. Not all mentally ill people commit crimes. Many are law abiding. However, Love-Robinson is mentally ill to go to a hospital and pose as a doctor, open his own clinic and steal money from patients. 

Side Bar: Florida has a problem with unlicensed people practicing medicine. I remember over a decade ago, I went to a medical clinic in Miami's Westchester area, off S.W. 24th Street, for a regular check up. The clinic was advertised in the phone book. When I got there I did not like the smell of the office (it was the only medical office I'd ever been in that smelled bad). From the odor in the office, I got the distinct impression that medical waste was not being disposed properly (the odor permeated the place), so I declined to have the doctor examine me (I wasn't sure the equipment would be properly sterilized). However, there is a record that I had an appointment there, spoke to the doctor and declined to have him examine me. A few months later, while watching the news in Miami, I saw police hauling the so-called doctor out of his office in handcuffs. Turns out he did not have a license to practice medicine. 

Practicing medicine without a license is dangerous. Certain medications can cause blindness, heart attacks and or strokes in people who have specific preexisting conditions that could lead to death. Certain medications can also cause terrible allergic reactions in people with specific preexisting conditions that could lead to death. An unlicensed "doctor" can misread symptoms and in doing so, miss a deadly disease in a patient in the process, via misdiagnosis. Doctors train for years to become medical professionals and have to constantly keep up with ever changing medical guidelines from medical boards, associations and drug manufacturers.

Judge: ‘Mental health assessment’ needed for teen ‘doctor’

2:56 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 - Weeks after Malachi Love-Robinson made national headlines as “Dr. Love,” the teen who authorities said posed as a medical doctor was back behind bars this week. Authorities say Love-Robinson allegedly stole nearly $35,000 from a patient to pay for his car loan and credit cards. Love-Robinson, 18, was arrested Tuesday on five charges of fraud and one charge of grand theft — in addition to previous charges in two separate cases. 

Judge Joseph Marx told Love-Robinson and his lawyer Wednesday morning that the 18-year-old would be released from jail on the condition that he seeks a mental health evaluation. He was granted supervised release. “I’m not concerned about your client not coming to court,” said Marx to Andrew Stein, Love-Robinson’s attorney. “(A mental health assessment) is exactly what I think is necessary here.”

The directory in the lobby of the West Palm Medical Plaza still lists the office of Malachi Love-Robinson Wednesday, February 17, 2016. Love-Robinson, who called his practice New Birth New Life Holistic and Alternative Medical Center & Urgent Care, was arrested Tuesday for practicing medicine without a license. According to his most recent arrest report, Love-Robinson used a patient’s bank information to make payments toward his auto loan and credit card debt. 

The woman came to him seeking help with a stomach problem that she said medical doctors couldn’t diagnose. Love-Robinson claimed to be skilled in holistic medicine and a licensed Naturopathy Doctor, a license the state no longer issues. In a separate case, the woman told police Love-Robinson stole several checks from her, for which he was charged grand theft and fraud in mid-February. The sheriff’s office later learned that Love-Robinson used her bank information to make $34,504 worth in payments toward a loan for a Nissan and Citibank and Capital One credit cards, the arrest report says.

I do not believe God created any one race smarter or stronger than another. I am of the belief God created us all as equals. We are what we become through faith and our efforts. I have been privileged to witness amazing and inspiring feats in the areas of science, medicine, education, the arts and sports, from people of many races and nationalities. I have met brilliant people from many nations, who are of different races.

The one common denominator I've found in people who have accomplished truly amazing things is not their race or nationality, but the hard work they put into what they do and not giving up when setbacks or failures occur. That is the true mark of greatness - faith and perseverance in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.

However, it was an unsafe thing to do, as drug manufacturers warn against unprotected sex even with the use of anti-HIV medication. Drug manufacturers continue to correctly emphasize there remains a risk of contracting HIV from an infected person, with or without protection, when on their anti-HIV medications (which also have very unpleasant side effects that are not easily tolerated). Hence the phrase "safer sex" not "safe sex" as truly, it is not safe.

16-year-old pregnant girl, Neysi Perez, was accidentally buried alive in her native Honduras. Perez was 3-months pregnant, when she suddenly fell ill in her bathroom, frothing at the mouth, after hearing a series of gunshots outside her home. Sadly, rather than rushing her to a hospital, her family took the critically ill teen to a priest to perform an exorcism.

The Guardian newspaper quoted Perez's boyfriend Rody Gonzales as stating, "The pastor asked her to repeat the word of God and she refused. Another voice was coming out of her" leading people to believe she was possessed by an evil spirit. Perez's condition worsened and she was later taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

A day after her burial, Perez’s boyfriend Gonzales visited her glass coffin tomb and heard screaming coming from the enclosure. Gonzales rushed for assistance to help him smash the outer concrete tomb open, but by the time they did so, she was pronounced dead again. Perez’s fingertips were bruised, her forehead had scratches on it and the glass tomb was cracked in the region of her face, which is being interpreted as the teen was trying to claw her way out of the coffin. When her family was finally able to smash open the coffin, her mother stated Perez’s body was warm, her color normal and there was no odor associated with a dead body.

Doctors now believe, "Ms Perez may have suffered a severe panic attack which could have temporarily stopped her heart activity. Another hypothesis is that the teenager had a cataplexy attack, an abrupt temporary loss of voluntary muscle function typically triggered by a strong emotional stimulus such as stress or fear, during which the victim maintains full conscious awareness. She may then have died from lack of oxygen after waking up inside the closed coffin."

This is a tragic and eerie story. I am sorry for the family’s loss. As a devout Christian, I do believe the Bible. However, I am a Christian who also respects medicine and science and view them as God given tools to help the sick. Therefore, I would advise people to immediately seek a hospital when having a medical emergency. If someone is having a medical emergency in your presence, immediately call for the paramedics.

The quicker the patient reaches the hospital the better. I am not a fan of paramedics and or other medical personnel working on patients for a long time where they find them outside of a hospital setting, rather than rushing them to the hospital, because if they have internal injuries, a medical scan will quickly pick that up. Imaging equipment is more readily available in hospitals to perform such scans.

For example, when I was a teen a friend of the family went to a football match in South America. After the match, there was a bus accident in hilly terrain, regarding the vehicle carrying people from the event and many passengers were injured, my family friend included. They began airlifting people to the hospital a few at a time and my family friend, who was selfless, told the paramedics to take his friend to the hospital ahead of him, as he had visible injuries. However, as much as my family friend looked fine on the outside, he had extensive internal injuries and died shortly after.

As much as a person can look unwell, they can also appear perfectly healthy on the outside and be bleeding to death in their brain or from a major artery in another region of the body and die within an hour. Some people experience a catastrophic medical event that requires immediate surgery at the hospital to fix a ruptured artery. Some people who experience an aneurysm will have excessive fluid forming in the skull cavity that needs to be drained via surgery in the hospital or they will die when said fluid shifts the brain out of place via pressure.

Family breaks open pregnant teenager's coffin in fear she was buried alive

Wednesday 26 August 2015 06.06 BST - Relatives of a pregnant Honduran teenager, who had been buried after being pronounced dead at a hospital, broke down her tomb and pulled out her coffin after apparently hearing banging from the inside. Nelsy Perez, 16, was then rushed to a clinic, still lying in her coffin and dressed in the wedding gown she was going to wear when she married the father of her unborn child, but doctors there found no signs of life.

Relatives say they observed signs of a struggle in the broken glass panel of the coffin over her face, and bruises on her fingers. The case has sparked much speculation over what could have happened. Some have suggested catalepsy, a nervous condition that causes muscular rigidity, insensitivity to external stimuli and weak respiration.

Others speculate the damage to the inside of the coffin could be explained by body decomposition. “The coffin glass could have been broken by the gasses of the decomposing body,” said a police investigator, Blanca Mejia, citing the first impressions of the doctor carrying out the autopsy...

Videos of the traumatic events that took place in early July, near the western city of Copan, have now emerged in a report on Univision TV. The videos show a crowd gathered around Nelsy’s tomb as a young man smashes its sealed concrete entrance with a mallet, allowing the girl’s white coffin to be pulled out...

It all began, the family said, when Nelsy, who was three months pregnant, became suddenly ill in a way that made them suspect she had been possessed, and sent them running to a pastor. “The pastor asked her to repeat the word of God and she refused,” Nelsy’s boyfriend Rody Gonzales told Univision. “Another voice was coming out of her.” When her condition worsened, the family took her to a hospital. She was pronounced dead a few hours later...

Earlier Honduran media reports said Nelsy was initially taken ill after hearing gun shots outside her poverty-stricken home, and that the cause of death had been recorded as a heart attack. Soon after she was buried, Gonzales visited the tomb and thought he heard banging from within. He said he thought it might be his nerves playing tricks until a cemetery worker also heard the strange noises.

The family became even more convinced Nelsy had been buried alive once they had recovered the coffin. Her body seemed normal, and her colour seemed normal too “She didn’t smell bad or anything,” said Gladys Gutierrez, the girl’s aunt. Claudia Lopez, the doctor who attended the family at the clinic, said Perez was dead when she was tested. “They almost broke down the door to get in,” she said. “We evaluated her fully but there was no result.”

Family members however were too late and the 16-year-old died for the second time despite efforts by desperate relatives to save her. Medics found no signs of life after examining her again and she was returned to the cemetery to be reburied. The fact of the matter is Chris Brown stalked Karrueche Tran to Playhouse nightclub in Los Angeles and rushed out behind her when she left to get away from him. Tran was suppressing tears as she went to find the vehicle she ordered to leave.

Brown needs to recognize it for what it is and not engage in it any more. That’s the first step to getting well. See things for what they are and modify negative behavior. Under court ordered rehab, R&B singer Chris Brown underwent a psychiatric evaluation and diagnosed with bipolar disorder last year (he developed bipolar disorder at the Kabbalah Center, which is a Hollywood cult that harasses, abuses and brainwashes its members). It is apart of the court record, regarding documents submitted to Judge James Brandlin and Brown's former probation officer. Now that Brown has completed probation, there is no longer any court supervision or any order compelling him to seek medical help for his mental illness.

This past Thursday, Brown lashed out during a manic episode and began aggressively and angrily stalking and shouting at ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who dumped him for fathering a child during their relationship. He even forced his way into her vehicle, then showed up at her home hours later loudly yelling and knocking on the door to the point the neighbors called police. Since breaking up with Brown, Tran has been avoiding him for the past 3-months, which has upset and enraged him on different occasions.

November 6, 2014 Psychiatric Times article on "7 Steps To Prevent And Manage Violence In Bipolar Disorder Patients" has a picture that is similar to the position Brown is crouched in above in a subsequent photo he posted a day ago, eerily symbolic of the rollercoaster of emotions and feelings bipolar patients go through.  

A photo posted to Brown's Instagram page yesterday reminded me of a picture from a psychiatric article on manic episodes people suffering from bipolar disorder experience. His case is textbook. There are signs of schizophrenia as well. It is clear the chemical reactions in Brown's brain that have gone awry due to the disorder are driving his misbehavior the public has witnessed.

He is ill and needs help. It is time for his family to step in and make sure he gets the help he needs, because as stated previously in the column, Brown is not regularly taking his medication on his own. I was informed Brown does not think he needs the bipolar medicine, but he is dangerously mistaken in this regard. He needs it to regulate the chemical activity in his brain lest he hurts himself and or others. Brown needs to be put on a proper medical regimen where he is legally required to take his medicine and under supervision.

Chris Brown Apologizes To Fans Over Tyson Beckford Incident And Other Outbursts

R&B singer Chris Brown posted a heartfelt apology to his fans on Instagram over his outbursts, tirades and cheating incidents. The apology comes on the heels of Brown issuing a death threat to male model Tyson Beckford for taking an innocent selfie with the singer's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. Brown began sending his Bloods gang affiliates after Beckford, from California to Las Vegas, Nevada, but relented after a major public backlash ensued.

Prior to that incident, Brown got had social networking feuds with Tran and others over incidents that were not what he assumed them to be. Brown has also made rough posts towards some of his fans, who took it personally and deserve an apology, which is what he issued yesterday for his overall behavior. Here's hoping Brown makes some positive changes in his life. Some may have viewed the Judiciary Report's articles regarding him and his destructive habits and circle of friends as a bit strict, but he needs to hear the truth and change lest he destroys himself over things that are not worth it.

23-year-old athlete, Michael L. Johnson, was indicted and convicted of infecting a sexual partner with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Johnson, who has been incarcerated in St. Louis, Missouri since his arrest in 2013, was formally accused of exposing several men to HIV, deliberately withholding the fact he has the virus. The prosecution subpoenaed the university wrestler's medical records and spoke with staff at two clinics, which revealed Johnson was aware of his HIV positive status. However, he refused to refrain from sexual activity with men he lied to stating he is HIV negative.

Prosecutor Phil Groenweghe referred to Johnson's conduct as deliberate and malicious, "What we have here is a perfect storm of malice" and "He didn’t just fail to disclose his status. When he was specifically asked if he was clean... he lied." Under domestic and international law in many nations, people who knowingly infect others with HIV are subject to indictment and imprisonment. They are also subject to financially devastating lawsuits from those they infected, which could lead to bankruptcy. While my sympathy goes out to anyone who is sick, please act responsibly and allow others the health you are currently being denied. Have hope that science will produce a breakthrough.

Ex-Missouri student found guilty of exposing partner to HIV

(AP) — Jurors in Missouri have found a 23-year-old man guilty of infecting another man with HIV and endangering four others with the disease while attending college in suburban St. Louis. Former Lindenwood University student Michael L. Johnson was convicted Thursday on one count of recklessly infecting another with HIV and four counts of recklessly risking infection of another with HIV, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported (http://bit.ly/1RMlPhe ). He was found not guilty on a sixth charge of exposing another man to the virus that causes AIDS.

Johnson, a college wrestler, was expelled from the university in St. Charles and has been jailed since his arrest in 2013. During the Rihanna domestic violence case, which resulted in her then boyfriend, singer Chris Brown, being sentenced to 5-years probation, with a violation that landed him in jail for 5-months, the crooner was diagnosed as bipolar. Ironically, so is Rihanna, but she refuses to seek medical treatment or go to rehab for extensive drug and alcohol problems, far worse than Brown's habits.

Brown regularly smokes marijuana. Sometimes he is not aware of the contents of the joints/spliffs that have been laced with other items. As Brown is on multiple doctor ordered medications for bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety problems, it is dangerous that he smokes marijuana that is at times provided by people he does not truly known. It can counteract his medication and produce very adverse effects. Brown should also refrain from drinking alcohol while on doctor prescribed medications.

Brown does not have girlfriend Karrueche Tran to look out for him anymore and watch his conduct regarding drugs and certain negative friends in his circle. Tran often told him the truth about certain behaviors and asked that he changed for his sake and that of their relationship. Brown must face facts and sober up, especially on tour, lest he causes himself injury via destructive habits. His baby daughter needs him in her life.

Athletes Who Face Depression After Sports And How To Conquer It (Ricky Hatton, Mike Tyson, Frank Bruno, Clarke Carlisle)

Famous British boxer, Ricky Hatton, spoke out about the depression that gripped him and led to suicide bids after his career as a pugilist. Hatton, who suffered losses in the ring to Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, took it to heart and became depressed. Hatton began using cocaine and tried to commit suicide.

British boxer, Frank Bruno also began using cocaine and tried to kill himself after his accomplished career suffered a few defeats and began to wind down. American boxing champ, Mike Tyson, also turned to cocaine and alcohol after problems in his personal life and career arose. Tyson was also suicidal. When drugs ravaged his body, it led to defeats in the ring.

British football player, Clarke Carlisle threw himself in front of a lorry (truck) whilst struggling with depression, regarding what to do with his life, as his career as an athlete had come to a close. Carlisle was suffering from clinical depression, but like many, didn't recognize the signs.

On January 22, 2014 the Judiciary Report wrote about the negative effects of repeated blows to the head in boxing and what it can do to the brain (How To Reap The Benefits Of Boxing While Avoiding The Pitfalls). Blows to the head that are strong enough in impact can create depression, dementia, confusion and induce thoughts of suicide. Boxers and other athletes in contact sports that take blows to the head, including international footballers who do headers, must be monitored for the signs of depression. Long term medical treatment is needed.

There is an alarming trend of injured and retired boxers turning to cocaine to combat the depression and dementia they suffer from, when there are viable, healthy medical options that can effective treat the symptoms they are suffering from (The Negative Effects Of Drinking, Smoking And Drugs On Athletes). Cocaine is not the answer to your pain. Don't take your life. Privately seek medical treatment and the help of a good therapist. Medicine and talking things out with a professional can put things into proper perspective. Things are not as bad as they seem. You can recover.

Transitioning Into Second Phase Of Sporting Career

After one's career as an athlete is done, there are many things one can do. There is the option of starting a sports company, working for a sports team, becoming a trainer, television and or internet commentator. One can also look forward to raising and training one's children, fostering their interests in sports. Who knows. Your kids could become tomorrow's champions.

Take things in stride. When one aspect of your career concludes, another successful one can begin. Nothing is so bad that you need to take your life. Value your sobriety and fight for it. Remember, sports is not your life. You are your life. Build it in such a way that you can continue to use your talents for years to come and have those you love share it with you.

3:03PM GMT 17 Feb 2015 - In June, it will be a decade since the finest moment of Ricky Hatton’s career, the victory over Kostya Tszyu. Already hugely popular in this country, beating Tszyu made him a global star and led to a series of fights with the sport’s biggest names. Those fights, which culminated in defeats to Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, made Hatton more than £25 million, but they almost cost him his life.

Until he was knocked out by Mayweather and Pacquiao, Hatton had never lost. The shame and guilt he felt at losing his unbeaten record, and the anxiety that his career was on a downward trajectory, led to a deep depression. It didn’t make any difference to Hatton that the two men he had lost to are among the greatest boxers of the modern era, a pair who will, in the coming days, confirm a meeting in the richest bout in the sport’s history.

Within four years of that glorious triumph over Tszyu, Hatton was at his lowest point: there were alcoholic binges, a tabloid cocaine expose, and, as had happened between fights during his career, his weight ballooned.

Hatton tried several times to kill himself. Finally, what saved him was boxing. His comeback in 2012 may have ended in a third defeat - to Vyacheslav Senchenko - but the discipline of preparing to return to the ring began a process of recovery which has continued in retirement.

Today, approaching his 37th birthday, Hatton has finally found some peace. He said: “I don’t have those dark thoughts any more, no. I am feeling older and, as you get older, you can look back at everything you’ve done in your life with a bit more pride. Depression is a serious thing and, after my defeat to Pacquiao, I was facing retirement and didn’t cope with it very well.”...

Clarke Clarlisle's wife: 'Nothing could prepare me for what I saw'

Clarke Clarlisle's wife has been speaking about the moment she first saw her husband in hospital after he tried to kill himself. The former Burnley captain stepped out in front of a lorry last December claiming he'd decided he 'wanted to die'. The 35 year old former England star told The Sun yesterday he thought he was better off dead after losing his TV pundit job, gambling away his money and battling depression. He said the final straw came on December 20th when he was charged with drink driving.

Miraculously, Clarke survived after stepping out in front of the 7 tonne truck in York just days before Christmas. His wife Gemma said doctors warned her to brace herself when she saw him for the first time.
"He had a big shard of glass sticking out of his eye. The smell was horrific. He was barely conscious. I don't think he wanted to be there. He didn't want to look at me or talk to me." Gemma also told the newspaper how life had been tough with the Clarke before his suicide attempt and she was contemplating a split after failing to get through to him.

"I was scared of him coming home. He was worse than that person I'd been living with. He was just not even there, he was a shell...it made me realise that if this is how it was going to be then I needed to be on my own." But there was a turning point according to Gemma, Clarke eventually said: 'I want to be here, I want to get well.' Clarke is now on the road to physical recovery suffering internal bleeding, cuts and bruises and a broken rib after the crash...

People often say someone “looks clean” as the determination on whether to have sex with them. However, if a person with HIV does not have lesions or an emaciated frame at the time, it does not mean others can’t contract the disease.

Some with genital herpes have operated under the premise that because they are not having an outbreak, they are free to have sex with whomever they feel like, wrongly believing they will not pass it on to others. Whereas others don’t see the signs of an outbreak and assume the individual does not have herpes, when they actually do, then go on to catch it from sexual contact. Condoms do not protect people from becoming infected with herpes. Take care of your sexual health, let others know your status and do not go around infecting others. Be socially responsible.

As President Barack Obama's health care program rolls out, there are many questions regarding its impact on national debt. It's law, therefore all parties involved need to work with it (be practical, what choice is there over the next few years). As the Judiciary Report previously suggested, money can be saved via the government receiving special pricing from pharmaceutical companies as well as medical imaging equipment manufacturers.

Government hospitals in particular, whose expenses are shouldered by the taxpayer, should receive greater discounts from pharmaceutical companies as well as medical imaging equipment manufacturers. Why can't the government legislate pricing guidelines, as some companies are clearing a 1,000% profit off the sick. It should be their national duty. Let it not be said corporate profits were put ahead of the health of a nation.

Lil Wayne Hospitalized With Another Seizure

Rapper Lil Wayne was rushed to Cedars Sinai again suffering from another seizure. The rapper recently stated during an interview that he has epilepsy. As stated in the column previously, Wayne takes drugs like Ecstasy and sizzurp, which interact badly with anti-seizure medication. These seizures would not be breaking through in this manner if Wayne took his medicine everyday and abstained from drug use.

If Wayne remains on a committed pharma regimen and abstains from drug use, his health will vastly improve. Having epilepsy is like having diabetes or high blood pressure. You must watch what you put into your body and take your medicine as prescribed by your physician.

In the meantime Wayne is playing with fire and terrible toxicity levels in his body. If you don't stop, your loved ones will find you deceased. You have kids, who need you alive. You have to do better, if not for yourself, for them.

Previously, the Judiciary Report wrote about published claims regarding the body of Newtown mass murderer, Adam Lanza going unclaimed, as his distraught father and brother have gone into hiding. This week it was announced Lanza's body has been sent to a facility for extensive testing, to determine if he possessed a gene mutation which caused him to commit heinous acts in Connecticut that left 20 small children and 7 adults dead, before he took his own life.

Scientists often study the brains of the deceased, in both outstanding people and those who have engaged in heinous crimes. For example, the brain of highly intelligent scientist Albert Einstein was kept for such observation. Through the years, via active study, scientists have found variations in Einstein's brain, regarding the creases in the "occipital lobe" which do not exist in others they have dissected. It is believed it aided in his rapid thought process and predictive thinking, but has not been confirmed.

There could be some truth to it, but not enough study has been done. Not comparing myself to Einstein, but I also have a very high IQ and when I had an aneurysm in 2008 due to this, it occurred in the "occipital lobe" (same area of Einstein's brain that was different from others), with doctors stating it was unprecedented, as they had never seen a hemorrhage in that part of the brain before and it stopped on its own rather than resulting in me bleeding to death, with a quick recovery time (one doctor stated "you're not supposed to be here" as in dead, but by God's grace I survived). The technician in the CT scan room at the hospital started running jokes asking me "are you an alien." While I'm laying there sarcastically thinking, this dude must be in scientology.

On the other end of the spectrum, years ago scientists discovered what they believe to be a monster gene present in psychopathic killers, causing them to feel no sympathy for others or remorse for depraved acts committed against humanity. The goal of the study is to determine if Lanza possessed such genetic traits. It is the Judiciary Report's hope the results will be conclusive.

While I'm a great lover of science and do believe Lanza suffered from deep rooted, clinical mental illness, as a Christian I also cannot help but lean towards the theory that Lanza's involvement in the goth movement, a branch of Satanism, conditioned his already disturbed mind to go to very dark places and do very sick things.

As humans, we are physical and spiritual beings. One cannot continually bathe one's self in darkness and depravity and not expect to be affected by the permeation of evil into one's soul. You cannot keep taking darkness into your heart and mind and expect it will have no effect. Lanza's preexisting mental illness coupled with goth was a double whammy that created a disastrous end result - the murder of 20 kids, among others.

Adorable six-month-old toddler Mya Whittington was rushed to the hospital after her parents noticed a segment of her neck was swollen. What doctors later discovered was unusual. Mya had a feather lodged in her neck that was trying to make an exit.

Thankfully, Mya is not related to Donald Duck. Doctors theory on the matter is Mya swallowed the feather, but her body began rejecting it, by pushing it out of her body. The stem of the feather began protruding from her neck, hence the swelling and bruising. Thankfully she has now recovered. Ya'll keep that baby away from the remote.   

Study Questions The Effectiveness Of The Antibiotic Amoxicillin

A newly released study questioned the effectiveness of the antibiotic Amoxicillin, equating it with a placebo. The Judiciary Report can understand and appreciate the points being made in the report, but Amoxicillin is an effective drug in medical and dental settings at addressing infections especially those that do not go away on their own. I wouldn't write it off just yet. Yes it has some side effects, namely rashes and has contraindication points with other drugs, but it shouldn't be completely discounted. There are uses for it.

Meningitis is a disease that continues to shock and surprise scientists worldwide. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, people who’ve battled the dangerous disease meningitis still have traces of it in their system and it affects their immune system. The remnants thereof can lead to tiredness, fatigue and even malaise, symptoms that can even be confused with other medical conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

One’s immune system is a key line of defense against something as simple as the common cold to more complex viruses. Therefore, for those who've had meningitis, strengthening the immune system as naturally as possible, has health and wellness benefits and will make a difference to how you feel and your energy levels

Tennis champion, Serena Williams, suffered a life threatening embolism this week, resulting in hospitalization. Williams sustained a leg injury last year, which required her to wear a cast. It is believed the embolism formed during this time. A hematoma was found in her lungs, which created respiratory distress.

Williams has been placed on a course of blood thinners, which could end up being administered for a long time, depending on the severity of the situation. Blood clots are dangerous, as they can turn fatal rather quickly. Therefore, it is imperative to receive proper medical treatment and the corresponding medications as soon as possible.

Williams has achieved much on and off the court. There needn't be any rush to return to tennis to prove anything, as you are thought of by many as the best of all time. The Judiciary Report encourages Williams to take as much time off as needed and wishes her a speedy recovery.
