If the staff of the Breakfast Show goes missing, we know
who did it (Birdman)!
Cash Money Records CEO, Brian Williams, also
known as Birdman, made an appearance on the radio show The
Breakfast Club in New York and caused quite a stir on social
networking. Birdman turned up to the studio angry, with
every intention of slamming the show's hosts Charlamagne,
Angela Yee and DJ Envy.
Twitter memes making jokes about Birdman's tirade and
abrupt exit from the studio
Birdman was upset and on the verge of angry
tears, excoriating the show's hosts for comments they made
about him not paying his Cash Money Records and Young Money
Records artists. Birdman angrily stated they are to, "put
some respect on my name" and "stop playing with my f******
name." Birdman made a number of grammatical errors, which
led to him being teased on social networking for saying
"respeck" instead of "respect" and "tree" instead of
"three."
Twitter memes about Birdman's radio interview gone
wrong
Birdman also threatened to find them in the
streets. Considering he is a suspect in the shooting
incident regarding someone opening fire on the tour bus of
Cash Money Records star, Lil Wayne, the threats are legit.
However, realizing many on social networking had raised
brows at his comments, Birdman later apologized. The
videotape radio interview only lasted 90 seconds and trended
all day on Twitter. So if something happens to the hosts of
the show, we will all be blaming you, Birdman (so don't resort
to violence).
The Radar Online website has revealed it was offered a
secretly made sex tape for sale that features HIV positive
actor, Charlie Sheen, smoking crack cocaine and performing oral
sex on a male prostitute. As stated in the column a week ago,
Sheen has been paying female and male prostitutes and porn stars
for unprotected sex, despite knowing he has HIV and not
disclosing this fact to them. To withhold his HIV positive
status is illegal. However, Sheen's rights have also been
violated by people secretly filming him without his consent in
situations "privacy is to be expected" under the law. Sheen has
also been the target of many blackmail attempts and to date,
states he has paid out over $10,000,000 to people extorting him.
The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained there needs
to be stronger privacy laws in America, as people's rights are
being violated by unscrupulous vultures in sick ways. The
current voyeurism laws are too weak with slap on the wrist
penalties for what is abhorrently sick behavior. The late U.S.
senator, Arlen Specter, presented the Surreptitious Video Surveillance
Act in Congress for passage, but since the time of his death it
has stalled. It would bar individuals from secretly filming
others without their consent, as in the case of what transpired
against
Erin Andrews. These sick acts of voyeurism are not only
violating adults, but children as well. Recently, someone placed
a hidden camera (via hidden mobile phone that was recording and
transmitting the feed over the internet) in a Starbucks bathroom without the knowledge or
consent of the coffee chain and filmed a 5-year-old in a state
of undress, who was using the toilet.
Hidden camera via mobile phone found in
Starbuck's ladies room secretly filming people using the
toilet
In another disturbing incident, rapper Lil Wayne was secretly
filmed having sex without his knowledge or permission, in a tape
being shopped around for payment and potential publication. The
lawbreaking individuals who are demanding big money for the
video have offered it to sites such as TMZ, as well as porn
companies, in criminal violation of basic privacy and voyeurism
laws. Wayne is threatening to sue, as it truly is a gross
invasion of his privacy.
Select famous perverts in a Hollywood cult, Kabbalah, have
paid private investigators, such as the now incarcerated Anthony Pellicano, among
others, to plant hidden cameras in people's bathrooms, bedrooms,
living rooms and offices, whom they have illegally spied on like
depraved, sick, sexual predators engaging in criminal voyeurism.
World has been going around the entertainment industry that sick
members of the Kabbalah Center, who have employed private
investigators such as Anthony Pellicano and Gavin DeBecker,
secretly watch people in their homes in this manner, with some
bragging about masturbating to it. They've even thrown said fact
in victims' faces.
Depraved Hollywood pervert Madonna has paid huge sums to private
investigators to perversely and insidiously spy on innocent
people she insanely becomes obsessed with. This sick, mentally
deranged conduct has gotten Madonna sued by different people in
America.
The illegal hidden camera feeds are uploaded to a private,
password protected website that nasty, dirty, depraved Kabbalah
Center members log-on to (which also contains illegal wiretap
transcripts, hacking data from mobile phones and computers,
swiped mobile phone photos, as well as surveillance reports
compiled on innocent victims) in criminal violation of the law.
The mere fact that this is how the sick cult is getting their
sexual kicks speaks volumes about how depraved and disgusting
they are on every level. They are an abomination, as such
perversion and nastiness should not be happening in any society.
The U.S. government has failed to protect the public's rights
that such sick behavior is transpiring in America against
innocent people.

HIV+ Charlie Sheen Caught On
Camera Performing Oral Sex – ON A MAN!
Posted on Nov 23, 2015 @ 6:54AM - The Charlie Sheen HIV
scandal is set to explode with the bombshell revelation that he
has been caught on video performing oral sex — ON ANOTHER MAN!
RadarOnline.com has viewed a series of outlandish clips as part
of our investigation into the controversy engulfing Sheen. They
show the drugged-up former “Two and a Half Men” star smoking a
crack cocaine pipe and performing fellatio on a male lover.
In a bombshell world exclusive, Radar can reveal that at
least three videos were recorded of the thrice married
father-of-five. The clips last about 30 seconds and depict Sheen
smiling on cameras as he brazenly indulges in the illegal drug.
Once high, the Tinseltown train-wreck seduces his male companion
before pleasuring the individual with a hardcore sex act. A
source told Radar the videos were recorded in Nevada in 2011...
HomeLil Wayne Lawyers Up In Sex
Tape Battle - Lil Wayne Take Down the Sex Tape ... Or Else!!!
10/17/2015 12:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Lil Wayne is on a
mission to make his sex tape disappear ... now with the help of
his legal guns. Wayne's attorneys fired off a cease and desist
letter -- obtained by TMZ -- to HollywoodStreetKing ... an urban
blog that's been posting clips. Wayne's legal team is demanding
the site to remove the video within 5 days, or else. As for what
"or else" means ... it's a lawsuit, dummy! TMZ broke the story
... the tape shows Wayne wearing nothing but his socks,
cavorting with 2 girls. The demand letter does not even concede
there is a sex tape, but Wayne's rep tells us if there is one
the rapper had NO idea he was being filmed...
Mom Horrified After 5-Year-Old
Son Finds Hidden Camera in Starbucks Bathroom in Lancaster
Posted 11:09 PM, July 9, 2015 - Sheriff's deputies in
Lancaster were investigating the discovery of a hidden cellphone
camera recording video inside the ladies bathroom at a Starbucks
in Lancaster on Thursday. A woman, who asked not to be
identified, told KTLA that her 5-year-old son made the discovery
around 10:30 a.m. at a Starbucks near Avenue K and 10th Street
West.
"My son used the restroom first and I used the restroom after
him," she said. "I noticed he was staring at the sink a little
bit perplexed. I asked him what was wrong and he said, 'Mommy,
why is there a phone under there?'" When she looked under the
sink, the woman saw a cell phone propped up by paper towels with
the camera pointing toward the toilet.
She immediately notified employees who contacted the
sheriff's department. "The deputies discovered that the
cellphone was running in a video-recording motion," said Lt.
Joseph Fender with the Lancaster Sheriff's Station. "It's such a
violation of privacy," the victim said. "Not only of mine, but
my son." It was not clear where the video was being sent or how
long the phone may have been recording...
New Orleans rapper, Lil Wayne, who now lives in Miami, has
been sued for the umpteenth time, regarding non-payment of
bills. A year ago, Wayne was sued for owing over $1,000,000 plus
$800,000 in damages and legal fees regarding non-payment of a
private jet he had customized and used for a year, as well as
defrauding entertainment industry talent out of music royalties
and engaging in copyright infringement.
Due to the private jet lawsuit and his non-payment of
$200,000 in legal fees his attorney is owed for defending it
(albeit they lost the case but understandably so LOL) $2,000,000
of Wayne's $30,000,000 in art was seized this month by the Miami
Dade's Sheriff Office, who raided his home under court order
(the financial judgment). If Wayne wants his art back, he has to
cough up the $2,000,000 he owes to his creditors.
Wayne has now been sued by Pyrotek Special Effects regarding
his 2013 concert tour, for failure to pay for fireworks displays
used in his music shows. The company has obtained a court
judgment for $96,000, as they had previously struck a settlement
with Wayne to pay a financial figure, but he failed to do so. If
Wayne does not pay, the sheriff's office could end up knocking
the locks off his front door again and seizing more of his
property.
People deserve to be paid for their work. I don't know why
some in Hollywood, particularly the so-called, self-proclaimed
"Illuminati" have the mentality that people's time, hard work
and property are free for them to exploit for undue enrichment.
You can afford to pay people what you owe them. Stop ripping
people off.

Lil Wayne Hit Again with Court
Judgment Stop the Bleeding!!!
11/9/2015 2:40 PM PST - Lil Wanye is getting pummeled by
court judgments ... the latest by a pyrotechnics company that
wants a pound of the rapper's flesh. It seems Wayne got a bunch
of fireworks from Pyrotek Special Effects for his 2013 tour,
including 200 tracer comets, 92 silver gerbs, 2 white flashes
with a bang, 36 propane tanks and 30 lbs of exploding powder.
Wayne didn't pay and the company sued, but they struck a
settlement. Thing is ... Wayne never paid up, so the company
just went back to court and got a $96k judgment...
Young Money Records owner, Lil Wayne, recently lost a debt
related case in court, regarding the leasing and customization
of a private jet, to the tune of $1,000,000. Wayne took
possession of the jet and made no payments for an entire year to
aircraft company Signature Group sued and won a $1,800,000
judgment. To make matters worse, Wayne didn't even pay the
attorney who represented him in the case, who is owed $200,000,
which sent the judgment up to $2,000,000.
As a result of the non-payment of the debt, Wayne's house was
raided by the Miami Dade Sheriff's department and items from his
art collection, as well as his gold and platinum Recording
Industry Association Of America sales plaques, were seized by
police. Wayne must now pay $2,000,000 for the return of the
seized items.
Lil Wayne's Miami mansion
TMZ mentioned that Wayne's art collection is worth
$30,000,000. It is rather disgraceful considering he has grossly
shortchanged and in many instances not paid so many people in
the entertainment industry what they are owed. Wayne and his
Cash Money boss Brian "Baby" Williams have ripped off Young
Money artists like Drake and Nicki Minaj. They have also refused
to pay songwriters and producers such as David Banner, for songs
they produced for the company that grossed millions of dollars.
Wayne, Young Money and Cash Money are also the subject of many
copyright infringement lawsuits by music industry legends, as
well as newer talent.
Wayne's entire art collection needs to be seized and sold to
pay off his debts and to repay those he has defrauded in the
entertainment industry. Wayne is stealing and defrauding people
for undue financial gain. That type of money will do a person no
good in life. God does not bless that type of conduct. It always
comes with sorrow ("The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich
and He adds no sorrow" Proverbs 10:22). Dirty money always comes
at a high price.
The $10,000,000 Miami mansion owned by Young Money rapper and
drug addict, Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, was just raided
by police. The authorities are in the process of seizing
everything they can in the house, to satisfy a $2,000,000 court
judgment against the rapper, resulting from a lawsuit brought by
private jet company Signature Group in Miami. Lil Wayne leased a
jet from the company he instructed them to customize to his
specifications, but then failed to make any payments for over a
year. This resulted in a lawsuit Wayne lost. Wayne has also
failed to pay his layer $200,000 in legal fees for representing
him in the case he lost.
Lil Wayne and fellow thief Birdman
Police deputies arrived at the property on La Gorce island,
but were denied entry by Wayne's security guard. The police
utilized the court order in their possession to raid the mansion
and seize Wayne's assets which will be given to Signature Group
to help satisfy the court judgment. The company will likely hold
an auction to liquidate the seized assets, while select items
will be sold to private companies who specializes in such
purchases.
Lil Wayne could have filed bankruptcy, which would have
granted him protection for at least 6-months and given him the
ability to rearrange his debts and repay creditors under a plan.
Some debts could have also been wiped out. However, he was too
busy partying at a strip club in Los Angeles and Miami sheriffs
raided his property.
Lil Wayne, a prodigious copyright thief, also owes the city
of Miami over $200,000 in unpaid taxes, as previously reported
on the site. The city is allowed to foreclosure on the home
after 2-years of tax non-payment. The contemporary mansion still
has a mortgage on it. Wayne has been making payments on the home
for the past 4-years and in that time, there has been an uptick
in home prices in Miami. However, Wayne did overpay for the
mansion when it was purchased. Therefore, there may not be much
equity in it.
At the end of the day, Wayne was living a lifestyle he is not
financially entitled to in any measure. Wayne is a prodigious
copyright thief, who has been sued by veteran musicians, as well
as newer songwriters and producers, for willfully stealing their
copyrighted work, for undue financial gain. Wayne is also not
paying his Young Money artists their correct royalties. They
have sold millions of singles and albums and have not been paid
even 20% of what they are owed under existing contracts. Their
artists are struggling to buy homes and cars, opting to lease to
keep up appearances.
Young Money's parent company, Cash Money, is even worse,
ripping off artists, songwriters, producers and musicians, to
the tune of millions, to allow its owner Brian Williams
("Birdman") to live in absolute luxury. Any way you slice it,
this type of unethical behavior from Young Money and Cash Money
constitutes copyright infringement (thefts of copyrights), fraud
and grand theft larceny. Once again, Hollywood is an industry of
thieves. If Congress properly regulated Hollywood, these
disgraceful financial crimes would not be happening and damaging
so many people.
Young Money rapper, Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, was
sued this year by an aviation company in Miami, for ordering the
$1,000,000 customization of a Gulfstream private jet, accepting
it under leasing terms and failing to pay the bill. The private
jet, which costs $55,000 per month to run, was used by Lil
Wayne, but the company did not receive payment in accordance
with the terms of the leasing deal. A verdict has been reached
in the case and Lil Wayne was hit with a $1,800,000 court
judgment.
Lil Wayne's money troubles are piling up. He is attempting to
sell his $10,000,000 Miami mansion that he should not have
bought, as he could not afford it (he has been delinquent in not
paying the $220,000 property tax bill for 2014). Lil Wayne is
also facing many lawsuits for copyright infringement, defrauding
songwriters and producers out of royalties he is contractually
obligated to pay and non-payment of other bills. This behavior
is typical of Hollywood, where they all want to live the high
life that many of them are not entitled to, so they rob others
to fund their lifestyles and run up bills, then don't want to
pay them.
Toronto rapper, Drake, real name Aubry Graham, has slammed rival Jay Z as a liar for falsely accusing Apple Music of blocking his failed company Tidal from streaming a concert performance. Jay Z, peeved at the failure of his music streaming company Tidal and the launch of rival Apple Music streaming, which has finished it off, went online referring to the company as "Big Brother."
Jay Z's Tidal tried to cause problems in public view, stating on their website regarding Drake, who is the face of Apple Music streaming, "Apple is interfering with artistry and will not allow this artist to stream. Sorry for Big Brother's inconvenience. We will be back after the performance." Jay Z was trying to turn the public against Drake and Apple Music, but it failed, much like his company Tidal.
Drake's manager came forward and stated he is the one that blocked the streaming as a business decision and Jay Z is lying about Apple and the $20,000,000 lawsuit. Drake's manager, "Apple doesn't have the power to stop us from being part of a live stream. The decision to not have Drake participate in the Tidal stream has nothing to do with Apple or Drake's deal. Point blank, 100%. I made a business decision."
Jay Z sought to circumvent Drake's $19,000,000 deal with Apple Music streaming and was shutdown by his management. Hollywood lacks loyalty and a sense of fair play. It would have spit in Apple's face had Drake's team allowed Tidal to stream his performance on their rival service, after the company was gracious enough to pay him $19,000,000 to promote their music streaming company. That would have been bad form and poor business judgment.
Jay Z and Tidal have been sued by Cash Money Records for streaming a live performance of their artist Lil Wayne, violating the company's copyrights and exclusive artist rights. This is a pattern of misbehavior with Jay Z, who is currently in court having been sued a number of times for financial fraud and intellectual property theft.
Lazy Jay Z is always looking to steal or leech off other people's hard work and finances. Jay Z fancies himself a businessman, when he couldn't even pronounce the word "entrepreneur" in a television interview and has people writing his speeches, released statements and telling him what to say in interviews, as he simply does not have the intelligence to back up his arrogant boasts.
In actuality Jay Z is a violent, murderous, thieving criminal, blamed for killing his own brother, was also found guilty of stabbing a music executive, has beat up innocent people and sent thugs to physically attack others in the industry he insanely deems rivals. It says a lot about Hollywood that a criminal like Jay Z has been able to steal and beat his way into fame and fortune, living off money and laurels he stole from others.
Cash Money Records owner and rapper, Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, has been sued again for stealing royalties. Music producer DVLP has sued Birdman for $200,000 over unpaid royalties. DVLP stated in court he has done work for Cash Money artists and stars on its subsidiary Young Money, but has not been paid the royalties due to him.
DVLP is one of many people suing Cash Money and Young Money over non-payment of royalties and bills. Recently, rapper/music producer, David Banner, sued them for non-payment of royalties (Lil Wayne And Young Money Sued By Rapper David Banner For Theft Of $150,000 In Royalties). Cash Money and Young Money also have many copyright infringement lawsuits against them for outright theft. The companies' owners show off about being rich, yet refuse to pay millions in royalties and bills they owe to creditors. That's call fraud and theft. Industry of thieves.

Birdman Sued Producer Claims He Got Stiffed ...Via Hilarious Text Messages
8/17/2015 12:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Birdman is accused of using the social media version of "The check's in the mail" to blow off Lil Wayne's producer who is now suing him for a fortune. The producer -- who goes by DVLP -- had his people make various demands that Birdman and Cash Money cough up $200,000 for work he did on albums for Wayne and other artists. Birdman's response shows the new frontier in blowing off creditors. Forget a lawyer's letter ... Birdman is all about texting DVLP to hold him at bay.
Some of the texts ...
-- "I'm getting yu paid" -- "I'm working with yu fam" -- "You gone get tht 200k" -- "s**t GETTIN don"
Apparently it didn't, because DVLP is taking it to a judge.
Tour manager, Jimmy Winfrey, has stated in criminal court
documents that Cash Money Records CEO, Birdman, real name Bryan
Williams, commissioned the attempted murder of his top rapper,
Lil Wayne. Winfrey stated in court, “Birdman’s financial dispute
with Lil Wayne is what ultimately led to the shooting…Birdman
should be held liable as a party to the crime."
Birdman and gay rapper Yung
Thug, who is one of his boyfriends. Jimmy Winfrey is Young Thug's
tour manager.
Birdman has been denying Winfrey's claims. However, new
testimony and evidence keeps surfacing that has repeatedly cast
doubt on his innocence. Birdman is currently in a financial
dispute with Lil Wayne, who sued him for withholding $50,000,000
in royalties, that he has been spending on himself to live
lavishly. Lil Wayne is in financial trouble, as he and his
company, Young Money (an offshoot of Cash Money), are being sued
for millions of dollars by creditors for non-payment of debts.

Lil Wayne Alleged Bus Shooter
Goes Full Snitch ... Birdman Should Be Behind Bars
8/6/2015 12:04 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - The man charged with
shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus has blown the whistle on
Birdman ... saying he should be behind bars too. Jimmy Winfrey
claims in new court docs he shouldn't be singled out for the
crime, when "[Birdman's] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is
what ultimately led to the shooting." So, Winfrey argues,
"[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime." He's
not specifically saying Birdman ordered the hit, but essentially
that's what he's saying...
Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan has lashed out against his
record label Think It's A Game Entertainment for robbing him of
$2,000,000 in record royalties, for songs such as his rap hits
"Flex" and "Type Of Way." Quan accuses its CEO of using
royalties belonging to the rapper to buy real estate in Atlanta,
among other things.
As a result of the financial misconduct, Quan has filed a
lawsuit against Think It's A Game Entertainment for $2,000,000,
plus punitive damages. A similar problem is occurring at Cash
Money Records and its subsidiary, Young Money, as all of their
artists are complaining they are not being paid the royalties
due to them, while CEO, Birdman, lives lavishly. Birdman has
been buying mink car interiors and sneakers. I wouldn't be
surprised if he had mink drawers too. As the Judiciary Report
recently stated, Hollywood is an industry of thieves.

Rich Homie Quan Sues Record
Exec Is Living On My Cash! Hits Funded His Housing
8/6/2015 9:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Rich Homie Quan claims
he's another victim of the greedy record industry ... and is
suing his label for allegedly ripping him off to the tune of $2
million. In his lawsuit obtained by TMZ, RHQ calls out Think
It’s A Game Entertainment and its CEO for screwing him out of
royalties from several albums including his biggest hits “Flex”
and "Type of Way.” Quan says the CEO used some of the jacked
funds to buy Atlanta real estate for $159,500 -- and says the
guy even pocketed $550,000 from a distribution deal with Def Jam
for "Type of Way"...
Rapper and music producer David Banner has sued Cash Money
Records imprint, Young Money, alleging non-payment of royalties.
Banner revealed he produced several tracks for Lil Wayne and is
owed at least $150,000 in royalties. Banner is unable to obtain
an accurate accounting of royalties owed. In industry terms this
means Cash Money and Young Money are engaging in creative
accounting, doctoring their books, to defraud people they owe
money.
Rappers Drake and Tyga, as well as a host of writers and
producers are complaining they have not been paid, collectively
owed millions by Cash Money and Young Money, who are thieves.
Many writers and producers have also sued Cash Money and Young
Money for copyright infringement in stealing their work.
Professionals do not do business in this manner. You don't
contract people to do work, collect millions of dollars,
squander it on lavish living, then don't pay people for their
labor that made you rich. It is fundamentally wrong. Real
business people do not conduct their financial affairs in this
manner.
Lil Wayne and Birdman are bisexual
lovers who've kissed each other on the mouth, as seen in a photo
online
With talk of rappers Birdman, Lil Wayne and Young Thug being
involved in a bitter gay feud that has turned violent (via a
drive by shooting on Wayne’s tour bus) and bisexual side chick
Keyshia Cole being involved with Birdman as well, it brings up
the issue of sexual promiscuity and lack of personal
accountability. Gays and lesbians are the group with the highest
number of new HIV and AIDS cases. The levels of promiscuity
exhibited by bisexual women and bisexual men also greatly fuels
the spread of HIV and AIDS.
Birdman and his boyfriend Young
Thug, who calls him "my lover"
Some are treating sex like a meaningless recreational
activity, ignoring the dangers of HIV and AIDS. As many rappers
are marijuana smokers, with a number of them being addicted to
cocaine as well in Hollywood, people who are high make very poor
choices, not being in charge of their faculties.
Birdman and Keyshia Cole
A certain female singer/actress was so high on weed and
cocaine, a group of men had sex with her at a Hollywood party
without her consent. She doesn’t know all of what they did to
her, only what people gossip about in the industry. A cocaine
addicted female model you’ve seen on many catwalks over the past
couple years, was so high at a Hollywood party she had sex with
men and women, who are gossiping in the industry about it.
People who are high are not thinking about their sexual health
and for some that has meant HIV and others full blown AIDS.
Gay Relationship Turns Sour
Between Birdman And Lil Wayne Over New Boyfriend Young Thug
Birdman: this is my booty!
Cash Money Records rapper and CEO, Birdman, real name Bryan
Williams, is being mentioned in a criminal case, regarding a
drive by shooting that occurred in Atlanta, targeting the bus of
his recording artist, Lil Wayne. Wayne, real name Dwayne Michael
Carter Jr., is in a contract dispute with Birdman, over unpaid
royalties. Wayne started a subsidiary label, Young Money, under
the Cash Money umbrella, but has not been getting paid as he
feels he should be.
Both Cash Money and Young Money are heavily in debt and the
subject of many lawsuits by creditors and copyright holders'
whose intellectual property they stole. Overspending is also at
play, as Birdman and Lil Wayne have been engaging in excessive
spending. Birdman is the worst culprit in this regard. Birdman
has secretly been spending his artists royalty money on himself.
Birdman has made expensive purchases such as a $10,000,000
Miami Beach mansion, with $2,000,000 of imported marble, a
$100,000 3 story crystal chandelier and hundreds of thousands of
dollars in upgrades and furniture. Birdman also purchased a
penthouse condo in Los Angeles, a mansion in Louisiana, a
private jet and millions of dollars in sports cars (some lined
with mink) and jewelry. Birdman has spent a fortune on clothes,
outfitting his sneakers and jackets with mink.
Rapper, Young Thug, real name, Jeffrey Williams, who is a
music collaborator of Birdman, is under criminal investigation
in connection with the drive by shooting that left Wayne's tour
bus riddled with bullets. Young Thug's tour manager, Jimmy
Winfrey, has also been named in the conspiracy to kill Lil
Wayne. It is being stated Birdman conspired with Young Thug and
Winfrey to kill Lil Wayne. for publicly trying to leave Cash
Money. Birdman would also make a killing, pardon the pun, in
posthumous sales if Wayne was killed.
Birdman and his new man Young
Thug
Wayne has been very vocal about his desire to leave the label
due to non-payment of royalties. Canadian rapper Drake, who is
also signed to Cash Money/Young Money, has also complained of
not being paid the royalties due to him, despite releasing many
hit records. Birdman has taken a page out of the playbook of
Death Row Records' Suge "Marion" Knight, in targeting his
artists with acts of violence, as a threat for publicly
complaining of royalties not being paid and attempting to leave
the label. Knight's top rapper, Tupac Shakur, was shot and
killed in a drive by shooting, when he began complaining that he
is owed $20,000,000 in royalties and wanted to leave Death Row
Records.
Young Thug has a criminal record, having been arrested in a
separate incident for drug possession, driving without a seat
belt, reckless conduct and reckless driving. During an second
incident, Young Thug was arrested for threatening to kill a mall
security guard. During the surprise raid on his rented Atlanta
mansion to bring him into custody, police found guns and drugs,
which resulted in additional charges.
Another component of this story is the homosexual
relationship between Birdman and Lil Wayne, which began when the
latter was underage. A photo surfaced of Birdman and Wayne
kissing each other on the mouth. Birdman is also in a gay
relationship with Young Thug, who called him "My lover." Birdman
also swings both ways, messing around with female groupies and
desperate side chick, singer Keyshia Cole, who was arrested for
beating up his female assistant in brutal fashion, believing he
was cheating with her in his Los Angeles condo (Keyshia Cole
Arrested For Beating And Scratching Up A Woman Her Boyfriend Birdman
Cheated With).
All of the aforementioned entertainers are in Hollywood's
"Illuminati" also known as
Madonna's Kabbalah cult. Wayne has been spotted wearing
the Kabbalah red string bracelet. Wayne, Birdman, Young Thug and
Keyshia Cole have also engaged in shady financial transactions
with them.
Chris Brown released the song "Loyal" in 2014 and it became
one of the most popular hip hop tunes of the year. The song is
about women who are unfaithful, you know, like his
ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, who has been having sex with rapper
Jay-Z and other industry men and women for years in exchange for
career favors. However, the song makes repeated reference to a
married woman out cheating on her husband with Brown (lyrics:
"But she ain't have her ringer or her ring on last night"...
"Tell that b***h put her ring back on"..."Took a broke ni***'s
b***h"... "When I call her, she gon' leave and I bet that bottom
dollar she gon' cheat"..."I send her back home so you can lay
with her").
A still from Chris Brown's
music video "Loyal" featuring Tyga and Lil Wayne
This year it was revealed that back in mid-2013 Brown
accidentally impregnated married nude model and video girl Nia
Amey, who gave birth to his daughter Royalty. However, Amey
identified the wrong men as the baby's father before determining
it was Brown. Amey and her husband landed in divorce court
months after. Many on social networking assume the song "Loyal"
is about Brown's long suffering girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who
dumped him over siring a child during their relationship.
However, Amey is the one who fits the description in the lyrics.
Royalty Brown and Nia Amey
As stated on the site previously, stay away from married
people in terms of adultery (cheating). Adultery brings
spiritual negativity into your life. Since Brown started messing
with Amey, he's experienced so many problems such as jail, as
well as serious personal and professional setbacks that brought
him trouble. Not to mention, all Brown and Amey keep doing is
fighting, as she wants excessive sums of money from him (and a
serious relationship, when he still loves Karrueche Tran). It's
better to find someone single. Remember, "What God has put
together, let no man pull apart."
Former felon Lil Wayne's music is not making enough money to
pay his bills. As the Judiciary Report stated in a past article,
the drug addicted rap star is being sued left, right and center
for non-payment of bills (Young Money Becoming
Broke Money As Creditors Sue Lil Wayne And Company). One of
his creditors, who sued him for $1,000,000 over a customized
private jet, stated Lil Wayne lives by the LaGorce Country Club
on Miami Beach's LaGorce island, but won't pay his bills.
Wayne has put his mansion in Miami on the market for
$18,000,000, a price that is a bit steep for that property,
especially in the current market. Wayne purchased the La Gorce
Circle, 8 bedroom, 15,000 square foot house in 2011 for
$11,800,000 and is seeking to make a big profit. The home's
assessed value is approximately $10,000,000.
The property taxes on the mansion is not cheap. According to
Miami tax assessors' records Wayne is delinquent and owes the
city $196,824.09 in property taxes for 2014 (dude, I think they
want their money). Maintaining a home at that price tag requires
significant funds on a monthly and yearly basis.
Last month the home was the subject of a hoax, as a call was
placed to 911 claiming people were shot and killed at the
property. This prompted a dozen SWAT police officer to storm the
property, only to find out the whole thing was a hoax (known as
swatting). Wayne was not home at the time of the incident.
Wayne's record record label Young Money is also in financial
straits. Young Money and Wayne have been sued for copyright
infringement in stealing music from legendary singers as well as
indie recording acts, songwriters and producers. They have also
been sued for non-payment of bills. Young Money artists' albums
are being shelved as well, due to lack of finances to properly
release and market the projects, as well as paying for music
videos (and industry illegalities, such as payola, chart rigging
and buying one's own releases).
Furthermore, how can one effectively run a record label
partying and getting high all the time. You can't do it in that
manner. Some mainstream artists are starting subsidiary record
labels and stealing from many to get material for their own
artists in what is illegal conduct. It is a complete and utter
sham and scam.
Photos and video of Lil Wayne and his security reveal the
drug addled rapper instructed a member of his team to viciously
punch a clubgoer repeatedly, for flashing a mobile phone sign.
Lil Wayne was hours late to his show at Revolution night club in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which is located close to Miami, which
created the problem.
The audience became annoyed with the rapper’s tardiness. The
clubgoer in question initially flashed a mobile phone sign that
stated “Shut the f**k up and put on Weezy.” After a long wait
time he changed the sign to, “F**k Weezy.” He was beaten shortly
after.

It is the Judiciary Report's view that the clubgoer should
retain an attorney and sue Lil Wayne over the attack. Yes, the
phone display was rude, but it is covered by Freedom of Speech
laws under the Constitution. Wayne wouldn't want anyone beating
him or his offspring, yet he had someone's son beaten in what
could result in neurological problems down the road, from being
forcefully and repeatedly hit in the head.
New Orleans singer
August Alsina experienced seizures and sustained a serious head
injury, when he fell off stage while performing in New York City
this week. The accidental fall and head injury is thought to have
occurred after the singer engaged in substance abuse before taking
to the stage.
Alsina was placed in a
medically induced coma for three days, to relieve the pressure on
his brain. A member of his camp posted a photo of him in the
intensive care unit at the hospital, along with a message that
stated, "This is a bit graphic but I wanted to share this w/ every
follower of mine. I woke up out of a 3 day coma...& this guy
banggang_moneyteam right here never once left my side. What I'm
tryna say is cherish the ones in life who cherish you and take good
care of yourself. Your life can be gone in a split second. I'm
recovering well and thank you for all of your prays a&
concerns. - Yung"
"Illuminati" rappers,
Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, have repeatedly been rushed to the hospital
suffering from seizures, due to illegal drug use they brag about on
record and in interviews. This is not a good example to set for
impressionable audiences, some of whom could overdose in trying to
be like them.
For years Cash Money Records, established in 1991
and its spin off, Young Money Entertainment, founded in 2005, have
lived lavishly in the hip hop world, buying expensive mansions,
cars, jewelry and clothes. The trappings of wealth became apart of
their image. The rap stars fronting the outfit, Birdman (Bryan
Williams) and Lil Wayne (Dwayne Carter) spent money like it is
water, in a flashy show of wealth that strengthened their appeal in
the rap world among select audiences.

However, all is not well with the companies'
finances. Years of excessive spending and unlawful financial
dealings have caught up with the company. Both labels have lost
lawsuits for breach of contract. There are also many copyright
infringement lawsuits against Cash Money and Young Money, filed by
famous songwriters, producers and publishers, as well as up and
coming talent who contend in court they were ripped off.
Birdman
The rap collective is facing fresh lawsuits filed by
creditors for millions of dollars in debt they have defaulted on,
with more claims on the way. An aviation company has sue Young Money
for $1,000,000 in unpaid bills, over a customized Gulfstream private
jet that runs $55,000 per month. Lil Wayne lost a lawsuit against
Quincy Jones III and was ordered to pay him $2,200,000 for blocking
the release of the documentary "The Carter 3" leading to a loss in
profits. Wayne is also facing a lawsuit for $250,000 over the domain
name Young Money, after failing to pay the remaining balance on the
agreed to fee of $600,000.
Nicki Minaj
Exacerbating their financial trouble is the fact
Birdman, 45 and Lil Wayne, 31 have purchased lavish mansions in
Miami for millions of dollars and made expensive upgrades to the
properties in trying to live like the fictional 1980s Miami movie
character Tony Montana from their favorite film "Scarface"
(thankfully for me the Golden Girls, also set in Miami, was my
favorite show when I was a kid in the 1980s and it costs nothing to
live like them LOL).
Now there's word Money Team members Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber are fighting over the latter's manager, Scooter Braun. Lil Wayne launched into a tirade, ripping Braun over blaming rapper Lil Twist, for much of Bieber's drug problems. Twist (and Lil Za) have been supplying Bieber with weed, codeine and ecstasy tablets and were even living in his home. Lil Wayne has taken Lil Twist's side (while Lil Za was arrested at Bieber's home after drugs were found ion his room during a police raid). Justin has taken Braun's side in the dispute.
Lil Wayne threatened Braun by stating, "Anything you got to say, when you see me, say it to my motherf-in' face. I heard that they got a b**** a** n**** named Scooter that be runnin' with my little brother Justin Bieber. That's my little brother, Justin Bieber. I heard this b**** a** n**** Scooter talkin' s***t about my little brother (Lil Twist). N**** this my motherf******* brother, anything you got to say, when you see me say it to my motherf****** face. And if you do happen to say it to my motherf****** face, I ain't gonna make you eat them words n****. I'mma put them b****** on your tombstone."
20-year-old pop star Justin Bieber is in trouble
with his fans, as a tape from 2009 was released featuring him making
a highly inappropriate, racist joke using the n-word. A 15-year-old
Bieber asks “Why are black people scared of chainsaws?” to which he
answers chainsaws make the sound “run nig*er.” This is sad. TMZ has
been in possession of the tape for 5-years, but did not release it.
However, a pay site released the tape this week.
Floyd Mayweather and Justin Bieber
Bieber has apologized for his words via the
following statement: "As a kid, I didn't understand the power of
certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was OK to repeat
hurtful words and jokes but didn't realize at the time that it
wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the
ignorance. Thanks to friends and family, I learned from my mistakes
and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes
from the past have become public, I need to apologize again to all
those I have offended. I'm very sorry.
Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne and Floyd Mayweather
I take my friendships with people of all cultures
very seriously, and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with
my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then, and I am a
man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make
that mistake again. Ignorance has no place in our society, and I
hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the
same mistake in the future. I thought long and hard about what I
wanted to say, but telling the truth is always what's right. Five
years ago I made a reckless and immature mistake, and I'm grateful
to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young
man. Once again … I'm sorry."
