Man Contracts HIV While On PrEP Drug Truvada Confirming Site's Previous Claims



This is a follow up to the November 18, 2015 Judiciary Report article "Charlie Sheen's Porn Star Ex-Girlfriends State He Did Not Tell Them He Is HIV" and "Charlie Sheen And His Doctor Painted A Misleading Picture On TV About HIV And AIDS Which Can Create More Infections" and the November 19, 2015 article "Charlie Sheen's Nurse Had Unprotected Sex With Him For Months" where the site explicitly warned against trusting the PrEP antiviral HIV pharmaceutical drug Truvada, as a 100% guaranteed method of preventing the spread of HIV. 

4-months later it has been announced (yesterday) that a 43-year-old gay man has become the first person to contract HIV while on Truvada. Many men in the gay community have been actively using Truvada and engaging in very promiscuous sexual behavior, believing the pharmaceutical drug would completely protect them from contracting HIV. Heterosexuals have also been using Truvada and engaging in promiscuity, believing they were completely protected as well. 

While the drug has proven useful, it is not an impenetrable shield between the public and HIV. Truvada was not meant to be used as a facilitator of reckless sexual behavior. Gilead, the manufacturer of the drug, does repeatedly warn it is not a failsafe method of HIV prevention. Therefore, they can't be sued in said transmission case, as the disclosure statements provided to a number of drug regulation agencies and drug database websites, as well as what is stated on the Truvada website, clearly makes consumers aware of the dangers ("safer sex"). 

People cannot afford to take their sexual health lightly. What I strongly dislike is the amount of celebrities out there posting items on social networking containing the most promiscuous behavior, bragging to their impressionable audiences about debauchery. They are helping by example, to spread HIV and AIDS via this irresponsible conduct. 

I was reading an article on a website, only to see a side link to another article about 34-year-old promiscuous poker player, Dan Bilzerian, posting a picture of an orgy he threw. The picture was disgraceful and encouraging the nearly 16 million people following him on Instagram, to seek out reckless, meaningless sexual conduct that will put them at risk of contracting HIV. Bilzerian and those in his sexual circle are headed for disaster with what they are doing.

A Man Has Contracted HIV While on PrEP. What This Means—and Doesn’t—for the Future of HIV Prevention 

PrEP Is Not Magic—and Treating It That Way Undermines Its Incredible Power. It’s been a confusing week with regard to PrEP—an HIV-prevention strategy which currently consists of taking a daily pill (Truvada) to prevent infection if one is exposed to the virus. At a major conference for HIV research—the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections—the CDC revealed that, if deployed widely alongside pushes for more HIV testing and treatment, PrEP has the potential to help reduce new infections in the U.S. by 70 percent, preventing an estimated 185,000 new cases by 2020. Specifically, suppressing the virus to “undetectable”—and therefore essentially nontransmissible—levels in HIV-positive people could prevent 168,000 infections, while an expansion of access to PrEP to negative individuals could forestall 17,000 new cases.
Those numbers add to the promise of PrEP, which has been shown to be 99 percent effective at preventing HIV transmission if taken daily as directed. But of course, that statistic leaves a 1 percent chance of infection open—and, unfortunately, an instance of that 1 percent also showed up at the conference. 

David C. Knox, a physican and researcher from Toronto, presented a case study of a patient who, according to the doctor, represents “the first reported case of breakthrough HIV infection with evidence of long-term adherence to PrEP.” The patient, a 43-year-old man, had been on PrEP for about two years (testing negative for HIV seven times as part of the regular checkups required for the regimen) when he seroconverted. Importantly, pharmacy records and further medical investigations confirmed his claim that he had been taking the medication as prescribed. (Cases of infection in PrEP patients who had not kept up with the daily pill have been reported; this is the first time an apparently compliant individual has seroconverted.) The patient reported multiple instances of anal sex without condoms in the period before testing positive. While PrEP’s protection rates are actually higher than those for condoms, it is currently recommended that individuals on the program continue to use them, as condoms help protect against other STIs and enhance coverage for HIV. 

To the scientific community, this is an intriguing—though rare—case of HIV multi-drug resistance. The patient’s particular viral pool showed varying levels of resistance to a host of drugs, including those that make up Truvada—though he is now on a customized regimen rendering him undetectable. In the presentation (which is streamable online), Knox suggested that the patient was likely infected by an HIV-positive partner whose own treatment on the drug cocktail Stribild was “failing,” or losing efficacy, as sometimes happens for various reasons over the long term.

Charlie Sheen Not Taking His HIV Meds, Engaging In Unprotected Sex And In Legal Dispute With Ex-Wife Denise Richards

Charlie Sheen is in the news again sparking more controversy with his actions. The actor recently came forward to confirm he is HIV positive. Sheen stated he has been taking his medicine and trying to stay healthy. However, news reports this month reveal Sheen stopped taking his HIV. This is dangerous twofold. Sheen needs meds to boost his HIV compromised immune system. Sheen also continues to have unprotected sex.

Sheen is also in the middle of another controversy. He has reneged on a deal to buy a new home for his ex-wife, Denise Richards and their preteen daughters. Sheen contends he gives Richards $50,000 per month in child support. His attorney also states he has given Richards $660,000 tax free, in addition to a $20,000,000 settlement. That is a significant sum of money. Under the circumstances, Richards should be able to buy a comfortable house. However, Sheen is in the wrong regarding his response to this issue. 

Angered by the financial dispute, Sheen responded to text messages from his underage daughters in a highly inappropriate manner, stating such things as, "Have a Merry Christmas with your f**k s**t mom...your dad is a rock star genius...your mom is a pu*s wart." He also texted his child a statement that her mother should "eat pork and die." 

For the past few years, the Judiciary Report has stated Sheen is a member of the mentally deranged Kabbalah Center, which is a Hollywood cult suffering from schizophrenia. Reports indicate Sheen has been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder. The Kabbalah Center promotes mental illness engaging in sick, invasive spying, harassment, bullying, assault and threatening behavior, with the vile goal of "inducing schizophrenia." They spy on members and others in perverse ways, hoping them to make them paranoid schizophrenics in criminally inducing situations that create paranoia (being spied on and the contents of the illegal spying thrown in victims faces in acts of mental abuse and cruelty).

The sick cult is of the belief schizophrenia is a desirable mental state, when it is a danger to sufferers and all they come into contact with, due to the fact schizophrenics are known to engage in acts of violence, including murder. Many members of the Kabbalah Center have gotten into legal trouble for engaging in serious acts of violence. Several members of the Kabbalah Center have also been arrested for murder.

Woman Reports Chris Brown To Police Alleging He Punched Her In The Eye Prompting Him To Deny It While Calling Her Ugly And Old Looking

R&B singer Chris Brown has come under the scrutiny of the law again and all thanks to groupies his minders keep allowing in his circle. Brown was in Las Vegas for a New Years Eve performance. Liziane Guitierrez has been pursuing male celebrities, among them Rod Stewart and Jason Derulo, who both declined any romantic interactions with her. Brown was next on the list.

Guitierrez attempted to gain entry into the after party in Brown's suite, where he has his pick of women. Guitierrez alleges she got into Brown's suite, among other groupies. However, she stated she took a photo of Brown with her mobile phone, he became enraged and punched her in the eye. Brown has a policy that all groupies must leave their mobile phones at the door with one of his minders. This is due to an incident over a year ago when two groupies took photos and video of Brown after sex and uploaded, then deleted the items. However, not before his fans saw it.

Brown contends Guitierrez is lying and is too "ugly" and looks too "old" to have made it into his room. Guitierrez filed a police report over the alleged incident and Brown is being investigated as the main suspect. Guitierrez will likely file a civil lawsuit as well. However, Brown is threatening to do the same for defamation. Brown posted an item on Instgram stating, "I'm going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the f*** up."

The Judiciary Report has plainly written in past articles that Brown's management, promoter and those hired by both respective entities on his behalf, are unprofessional in conduct that it is creating additional damage to his career. In past Judiciary Report articles the site repeatedly warned Brown needs to ditch the groupies and beware of who he lets into his circle. It is due to the potential of things such as what occurred in the tour bus incident in Colorado and now this latest scandal in Las Vegas on New Years Eve, that the site issued these warnings. It is regrettable that Brown, who reads the site, did not heed the warnings.  

Whether or not it is true, some will believe it, due to Brown's past problems regarding the Rihanna domestic violence case. Brown needs to be aware of that and change his lifestyle. He also needs to make better choices regarding his life and health. Charlie Sheen, who is far more wealthy and famous and just as promiscuous, is now HIV positive from the same wild lifestyle Brown is now leading. No one is too special to get HIV and AIDS.

The Privacy Of HIV Positive Star Charlie Sheen Violated As He Is Secretly Filmed Having Sex With A Man In Conduct Indicative Of Hollywood Exploitation

The Radar Online website has revealed it was offered a secretly made sex tape for sale that features HIV positive actor, Charlie Sheen, smoking crack cocaine and performing oral sex on a male prostitute. As stated in the column a week ago, Sheen has been paying female and male prostitutes and porn stars for unprotected sex, despite knowing he has HIV and not disclosing this fact to them. To withhold his HIV positive status is illegal. However, Sheen's rights have also been violated by people secretly filming him without his consent in situations "privacy is to be expected" under the law. Sheen has also been the target of many blackmail attempts and to date, states he has paid out over $10,000,000 to people extorting him.  

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained there needs to be stronger privacy laws in America, as people's rights are being violated by unscrupulous vultures in sick ways. The current voyeurism laws are too weak with slap on the wrist penalties for what is abhorrently sick behavior. The late U.S. senator, Arlen Specter, presented the Surreptitious Video Surveillance Act in Congress for passage, but since the time of his death it has stalled. It would bar individuals from secretly filming others without their consent, as in the case of what transpired against Erin Andrews. These sick acts of voyeurism are not only violating adults, but children as well. Recently, someone placed a hidden camera (via hidden mobile phone that was recording and transmitting the feed over the internet) in a Starbucks bathroom without the knowledge or consent of the coffee chain and filmed a 5-year-old in a state of undress, who was using the toilet.

In another disturbing incident, rapper Lil Wayne was secretly filmed having sex without his knowledge or permission, in a tape being shopped around for payment and potential publication. The lawbreaking individuals who are demanding big money for the video have offered it to sites such as TMZ, as well as porn companies, in criminal violation of basic privacy and voyeurism laws. Wayne is threatening to sue, as it truly is a gross invasion of his privacy.

Mom Horrified After 5-Year-Old Son Finds Hidden Camera in Starbucks Bathroom in Lancaster

Posted 11:09 PM, July 9, 2015 - Sheriff's deputies in Lancaster were investigating the discovery of a hidden cellphone camera recording video inside the ladies bathroom at a Starbucks in Lancaster on Thursday. A woman, who asked not to be identified, told KTLA that her 5-year-old son made the discovery around 10:30 a.m. at a Starbucks near Avenue K and 10th Street West.

"My son used the restroom first and I used the restroom after him," she said. "I noticed he was staring at the sink a little bit perplexed. I asked him what was wrong and he said, 'Mommy, why is there a phone under there?'" When she looked under the sink, the woman saw a cell phone propped up by paper towels with the camera pointing toward the toilet.

She immediately notified employees who contacted the sheriff's department. "The deputies discovered that the cellphone was running in a video-recording motion," said Lt. Joseph Fender with the Lancaster Sheriff's Station. "It's such a violation of privacy," the victim said. "Not only of mine, but my son." It was not clear where the video was being sent or how long the phone may have been recording...

Charlie Sheen Facing Lawsuits From Former Lovers Over HIV Positive Status That Could Bankrupt Him

 Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen, recently confirmed rumors he is infected with the HIV virus. Many of his sex partners have come forward stating he did not inform them of his HIV positive status, prior to having protected and unprotected sex with them. Many are threatening lawsuits, which would hold up in court, provided they could prove they know him and had sexual relations with the schizophrenic star, who is a member of the Kabbalah Center cult.

In the March 7, 2011 article "Charlie Sheen Is Fired" the Judiciary Report did state that Sheen's "conduct has wrecked his life, marriage, family, career, health and sanity." Four years late, the site's claims have now proven true and correct. And as stated in another past article, there are other members of the mentally ill Kabbalah Center cult, who are HIV positive. The cult embraces sexual promiscuity and pass around younger famous members for sex, in exchange for career favors in Hollywood. However, in 35 U.S. states, it is illegal to have sex with someone without disclosing one's HIV positive status. Sheen could also face criminal charges if his sex partners go to the police and successfully prove they had sexual intercourse with him. All of the relevant incidents are within the statute of limitations in America.

Sheen and others in the Kabbalah Center, who have "undetectable" viral loads regarding the HIV virus, are having unprotected sex, risking other people's lives in the process, without even warning them of what is transpiring. Every responsible HIV drug manufacturer implicitly warns against this practice. However, with Sheen going on television and promoting it, this could lead to an increase in the number of HIV infections in America and the world, due to misinformation being publicly disseminated by a Hollywood star.

Charlie Sheen's Ex-Girlfriend Bree Olson Calls Him A 'Monster' For Not Disclosing His HIV Positive Status Before Sex (Video)

The two women painted a rosy picture of life with Sheen for cameras, but behind the scenes it was another story. The two women now admit they hated each other and there were many fights in Sheen's den of iniquity located in the Hollywood Hills.

Oslon, like many other porn stars Sheen had sex with, is complaining he did not value her life. It is estimated Sheen had sex with 50 porn stars. Sheen used to date actresses and models. Then when he became ill with HIV, he ramped up dating prostitutes and porn stars. It lends the impression he deems porn stars and prostitutes as less than others and it is okay to have unprotected sex with them with HIV present in his body.

Radar Online obtained documents that reveal after Sheen's HIV positive diagnosis, he spent $1,600,000 on prostitutes and porn stars in 2011, paying more money for those who consented to sex without condoms. She is thought to have contracted the HIV virus from a pre-op transsexual (a man who looks like and is trying to become a woman and has surgery to do so, which includes breast implants and penis removal). Sheen was said to have paid madam Anna Gristina for sex with a transsexual, who looked like a woman, but still had a penis.

The fact of the matter is none of these women loved Sheen. They were all having sex with him because of his money and fame. If he had neither, none of them would have consented to the things that he requested. Now that they have found out he exposed them to HIV they are angry. However, sadly, it is a risk they took degrading themselves for money and a chance to leech off his fame. Regardless, people should disclose their HIV status. It is the law and responsible thing to do.

Charlie Sheen's Nurse Had Unprotected Sex With Him For Months (Video)


Charlie Sheen's former nurse, Amanda Bruce, had unprotected sex with the HIV positive actor for months before he dumped her (as he does with all his women). Sheen, who is very good at making women believe he loves them, when he does not, convinced his nurse to have unprotected sex, though she knew his HIV positive status and that she would be endangering her life. Bruce thought she was in love with Sheen, who was using her for unprotected sex, something many women would no longer consent to, due to his status.

Bruce took medicine, PrEP, which stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, to reduce her chances of becoming infected with HIV from Sheen. However, it was an unsafe thing to do, as drug manufacturers warn against unprotected sex even with the use of anti-HIV medication. Drug manufacturers continue to correctly emphasize there remains a risk of contracting HIV from an infected person, with or without protection, when on their anti-HIV medications (which also have very unpleasant side effects that are not easily tolerated). Hence the phrase "safer sex" not "safe sex" as truly, it is not safe.

Charlie Sheen's Porn Star Ex-Girlfriends State He Did Not Tell Them He Is HIV Positive Before Having Sex With Them For A Year

After Charlie Sheen's interview with Matt Lauer on the "Today Show" where he confirmed he is HIV positive and informed all his sex partners prior to having sexual intercourse with them, some are going on record publicly disagreeing the Hollywood actor's claims. Porn stars Sheen had sex with on a daily basis, such as Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, have come forward complaining he never told them he is HIV positive, but had sex with them anyway when they lived with him for a year. Olson stated she had "high risk sex" with Sheen for a year, using less secure "lambskin condoms" that provide no protection against HIV. Olson stated on occasion she had sex with Sheen without any protection at all. 

Olson stated in response to Sheen's claims he told his sex partners he is HIV positive, "Bulls**t! "He doesn't even value my life...if someone goes without knowing, and there's plenty of girls I'm sure he's had in his life where they don't go get tested regularly like I do with the types of lives that they lead.

When it turns into AIDS then it turns into a whole different ballgame. I haven't even thought about anything, but all I know right now is now because of him anytime someone hears my name they think of HIV right next to it." Sheen does not know exactly when he contracted the virus or from whom.

In many U.S. states it is illegal to have sex with someone and not inform them prior to sexual intercourse that one is HIV positive. You can't gamble with people's lives like that. They deserve the right to know your status.

Sheen also made misleading claims during the "Today Show" interview stating his HIV viral load is so low and "undetectable" it was deemed okay for him to have protected sex under the supervision of his physician. "Today Show" host Matt Lauer did correct him on said statements, citing CDC information regarding changing viral loads and the possibility of transmission to uninfected people.

Sheen and his doctor's statements are grossly misleading and dangerous. Even with a low or "undetectable" viral load, one can still pass the HIV virus on to others during unprotected sex or protected sex (accidents happen, condoms tear and slip). The risk is lower, but make no mistake, it still exists. It is wrong to go on television and make such dangerous claims that others will follow to their detriment and that of public health in general.

Sheen is actually having unprotected sex with people and making the dangerous claim his viral load is too low to transmit HIV, which is wrong. It can happen, even with the use of medicines such as Truvada, meant to decrease a healthy person's chances of contracting HIV from a known carrier (however, the makers of Truvada do not endorse unprotected sex). Not to mention, exposure to HIV positive bodily fluids negatively affects the immune system of health people, regardless of how low the viral load (the disease is still present, but in a weakened form).

Charlie Sheen's Ex-Girlfriend Bree Olson Claims He Never Told Her He Is HIV-Positive 

November 17, 2015 9:13 AM PST - Charlie Sheen admitted he was diagnosed with HIV on the Today show Tuesday morning and said he informed ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller in 2011. The Two and a Half Men star also said he told any and all partners of his diagnosis prior to engaging in sexual acts with them, but now ex-girlfriend and "goddess" Bree Olson said that's "bulls--t" because she claimed she had no idea on The Howard Stern Show.

"He doesn't even value my life...if someone goes without knowing, and there's plenty of girls I'm sure he's had in his life where they don't go get tested regularly like I do with the types of lives that they lead," said Olson, who said she had high-risk sex with Sheen, who used lambskin condoms. "When it turns into AIDS then it turns into a whole different ballgame."

Host Howard Stern asked her if she's going to confront him about the news, but Olson said she has been too upset to focus on anything. "I haven't even thought about anything, but all I know right now is now because of him anytime someone hears my name they think of HIV right next to it," she said.

But Sheen told Matt Lauer that since his diagnosis he has had unprotected sex with only two women but insisted they were seeking medical attention to make sure everything was safe. "The two people that I did it with were under the care of my doctor and they were completely warned ahead of time," Sheen explained...

Charlie Sheen And His Doctor Painted A Misleading Picture On TV About HIV And AIDS Which Can Create More Infections

 Not only did HIV positive actor Charlie Sheen and his doctor paint an inaccurate picture of HIV and AIDS on television, regarding its transmission, they are making HIV and AIDS out to be no big deal when the emotional, mental and physical impact is significant for disease sufferers. Sheen is having protected and unprotected sex, under the supervision of his doctor, who states Sheen's viral load is so low, it would be a rare occurrence if he transmission HIV to another person. It was not wise to make such statements, as HIV positive people can misinterpret it to mean they can freely have unprotected sex and not infect another person, which is wholly inaccurate and dangerous.

Another aspect of the infection people need to be aware of is the drugs commonly used to combat HIV and AIDS have very debilitating, life changing side effects. The antiretroviral medications are very helpful in the fight against HIV and AIDS, but they are not a walk in the park. Disease sufferers talking these medicines experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle and joint pain, stomach pain, liver and kidney changes. Some develop lactic acidosis which if not caught and treated leads to death. There is also a weakness that persists, sapping the disease sufferer of their energy. There are times HIV and AIDS sufferers are too weak to get out of bed.

It is important to eat a healthy diet, engage in moderate exercise, sleep well, avoid illegal narcotics, do not get drunk (keep alcohol consumption to a bare minimum, avoiding it would be better, as it interacts with the medication and doesn't bolster the immune system) and keep stress levels as low as possible. There's also a risk to those who have unprotected sex with other infected people, as they may encounter a somewhat different strain of the virus than the one they have and worsen their own health and life expectancy.

As stated in past columns, super strains of HIV and AIDS have emerged. San Francisco, the gay capital of America, is where the most recent and potent super strains have appeared. Some of said super strains resist antiretroviral medications that have successfully helped many disease sufferers. Some of these strains give the appearance that people are contracting a variation of full blown AIDS, which is a more serious medical emergency. Some of the strains are morphing and strengthening. Therefore, be responsible with your behavior.

Don't adopt the attitude and lifestyle choice of being promiscuous (gay or straight) with the mindset you'll pop a few pills a day if you get HIV or AIDS and everything will be hunky dory. It is a difficult and traumatic journey that disease sufferers would rather not have happen to them. Nonetheless, disease sufferers must not give up. Continue in hope.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases Are On The Rise In America Leading The CDC To Brand The Increase An Epidemic

On the day Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen announced he is HIV positive, the CDC (Center For Disease Control) in America announced sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are on the rise in the United States, especially among gay men. However, if you are heterosexual, don't take that to mean you can be as promiscuous as you want and maintain your health. You are at risk as well if you engage in certain risky behaviors (promiscuity, sharing drug needles). People in America and around the world need to pay attention to their sexual health. Avoid poor and risky sexual choices.

The Judiciary Report has been stating for the past few years that STD rates are on the rise. Pop culture is apart of the problem, as promiscuity is being promoted in music, films, TV and online by Hollywood, entertainers and athletes. Websites like Ashley Madison, Grindr and Tinder promote promiscuity as well and it is driving up STD rates. People are being ridiculed on social networking for subscribing to the concept of a monogamous relationship. I've been on Twitter and Instagram and observed as people were mocked for wanting to or actually being in decent, faithful relationship.

Just because someone is in a faithful relationship, doesn't mean they are sexually boring or not having fun. Some of the most tame looking people on the outside and very wild behind closed doors. One of my friends and her husband appear very tame on the outside. However, they have a lot of kids and often make sexual jokes at dinner and parties that pretty much reveal they are freaky with each other. However, they are not promiscuous or unfaithful, yet still leading happy, healthy lives.

CDC: US sexually transmitted disease epidemic worsening

Nov 17, 12:25 PM EST - CHICAGO (AP) -- A U.S. sexually transmitted diseases epidemic is increasing and the most common infection, chlamydia, has risen to record levels, government officials say. Reported cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis all increased in 2014. Chlamydia cases had dipped in 2013, but last year's total of more than 1.4 million - or 456 cases per 100,000 - was the highest number of annual cases of any condition ever reported to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The chlamydia rate was up almost 3 percent from 2013, the CDC reported Tuesday.

Sexually transmitted diseases are among more than 70 diseases that are reportable to the CDC, including measles, chickenpox and tuberculosis. Flu is reported differently, by hospitalizations. "America's worsening STD epidemic is a clear call for better diagnosis, treatment, and prevention," said the CDC's Dr. Jonathan Mermin.

Gonorrhea cases totaled 350,062, up 5 percent from 2013, and the most contagious forms of syphilis jumped 15 percent to 20,000. As in previous years, the syphilis increase was mainly in gay and bisexual men. Most gonorrhea and chlamydia infections were in 15- to 24-year-olds, an ongoing trend. Both can cause infertility in women but can be treated with antibiotics. They often have no symptoms, and while yearly screening is recommended for sexually active women younger than 25, many don't get tested and infections go untreated, the CDC said.

Some Complain Charlie Sheen Should Not Have Been Outed As HIV Positive

Some mainstream sites are stating Charlie Sheen should not have been outed as HIV positive. Well, Sheen and all of his fellow Kabbalah Center members read this site and my Twitter page. On Saturday night (November 14, 2015) I decided to confirm it online via a tweet on Twitter that Sheen is the actor Radar Online and The Sun anonymously claims has HIV (they refused to name him for legal reasons, but I've never been afraid of a lawsuit, as the court system is rendered useless and corrupt if the truth doesn't prevail). The next day Sheen decided to do an interview to confirm it. I did it for a reason. I was informed Sheen is still having sex with people and not telling them of his HIV positive status, which is dangerous and a public health hazard and that's why I confirmed it on Twitter. HIV and AIDS need to be contained and cured. Not spread through risky sexual conduct and drug taking behaviors.

I also confirmed it is Sheen on my Twitter page, a day before he announced he would confirm it as well, because he is being extorted by scum in Hollywood and it needs to stop. I was trying to put him out of his misery in that regard. Everyone that extorted Sheen to keep quiet that he has HIV, should go to prison. Full stop. The government needs to open cases into all of them and prosecute them for extorting him out of $10,000,000. You are the true villains, who should be scorned in this sad story. How dare you extort anyone, especially someone suffering from a serious disease. You compounded his suffering via stress, which is not good for his immune system, the weakened line of defense, already compromised by HIV.   

Some people still attach a stigma to HIV and AIDS and they need to get over it. Stop scorning people with HIV and AIDS. There are innocent babies and kids who contracted the disease through no fault of their own. In the early stages of the disease when less was known about it, some contracted it through blood transfusions at hospitals. To those who contracted it via sex or sharing needles, they too need to face the disease with courage and dignity until a cure is produced.

HIV and AIDS doesn't mean you are "cursed" or "evil." It just means you're sick and there are many people in this world suffering from some form of illness or another. Do not kill yourself or turn to drugs and alcohol to numb the emotional pain. People with HIV and AIDS can greatly benefit from counseling, as licensed therapists can help them work through the emotional and mental trauma of being sick, as well as prescribe medication that can help their frame of mind, while not counteracting other medications for the infectious disease.

Kabbalah cult member, Charlie Sheen is known in Hollywood (and pop culture) for his many sexual exploits. Sheen started off nice, but let certain people in Hollywood negatively influence him, sending him down the wrong path. Sheen then began to publicly thumb his nose at the idea and concept of a traditional relationship and fidelity, opting to have sex with many women. Sheen and his lecherous friends often bragged about his many conquests and the number of women he messes with.

Sheen dubbed others fools for not taking advantage of sleeping with many women, branding it a sign of virility, when it was a telltale sign of someone about to fall and in a very sad way. Many women wanted to be associated with him, trying to sponge off his fame and take his money, putting their health and lives at risk. They saw it as easy money, but it is anything but. Now these same women are terrified they have HIV.

I don't want Sheen or anyone else to be sick with HIV or AIDS, but if someone will not listen to reason and sound advice, determined to lead a risky lifestyle, they are making destructive choices they will have to accept the consequences of at some point (and more often sooner than later). There is a reason sensible people frown upon promiscuity. It's not that we are boring or trying to ruin anyone's party - it is because we know of the terrible things it can bring and how it has ruined others' lives. The Judiciary Report has repeatedly written about entertainers and athletes who abuse their podium in life, to promote promiscuity to audiences and how it negatively influences others into doing the same, to disastrous results.

It is similar to rappers who brag about drug dealing in their songs and videos and it inspires some of their fans to sell narcotics in trying to live that same flashy lifestyle, only to get killed or end up arrested, losing their freedom, then when released being saddled with a criminal record hampering their progress in life. In life, nothing beats decency. None of us are perfect, but stay on the straight and narrow. The alternative is not worth the pain and suffering.

Charlie Sheen To Do An Interview Regarding Rumors He Has HIV

Radar Online and The Sun did an article dropping many anonymous hints about a famous Hollywood actor, who is HIV positive and has passed the disease on to others. On Sunday, I posted a tweet on my Twitter page referencing Hollywood actor and Kabbalah cult member, Charlie Sheen, as the actor in question. I stated it was Sheen and he has has infected others in promiscuous behavior that has not desisted. Therefore, it is a public health matter.

Reports today state Sheen is slated to do a television interview tomorrow with NBC's Matt Lauer, regarding his rumored HIV positive status. For a year and a half rumors swirled on blogs that Sheen contracted HIV, but has been hiding it from the world. A porn star made the claims on a blog, but it was deleted after Sheen became angry and took action regarding the story.

There are reports that Sheen was extorted by a porn star for a large sum of money to keep his secret, as he feared fans turning on him and Hollywood shunning him. Sheen's had sex with dozens of famous women, some of whom are now thought to be infected with HIV. Sheen also slept with over 50 porn stars and several transgender men. Sheen is also a drug addict and alcoholic. Those are all ways one can become infected with HIV. Truthfully, you don't even have to be promiscuous to get HIV, it just greatly multiplies your chances of contracting it.

If you have sex with someone who is promiscuous you can contract HIV from using no protection or the protection you choose failing, such as condom slippage or breakage, which has happened to many people. For example, a  porn star became pregnant for Sheen when the condom slipped during sex (she had an abortion). Said porn star now fears for her health and that of other female porn stars in her circle Sheen has been having sex with on a regular basis. She believes they are HIV positive as they have stopped making porn.

 Sheen flaunted a very promiscuous lifestyle, which set a terrible example for the public. Sheen showed off regarding the number of women he has sex with and mocked Christians as "Bible grippers" for trying to live decent lives. He gave up sensible Christianity for kooky Kabbalah, which made him crazy, resulting in public outbursts and violent behavior associated with schizophrenia. 

For years the Judiciary Report has warned the public about the ills of promiscuity and how one's health is further imperiled by taking drugs and or drinking alcohol under such risky sexual circumstances. Sheen thought he was invincible and chose a very destructive lifestyle that has greatly damaged him. The Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned the public against promiscuity and it is with good reason. That lifestyle comes at a high price. Many have lost their health, relationships, money and careers over promiscuity. Sheen is not the only one in Hollywood or Kabbalah who is HIV positive. There are others. They promote promiscuity and label others fools for not having sex with as many people as possible, then end up sick, because HIV doesn't care about anyone's social status, it attacks one's health status.
