Vegan Mother Charged With Endangerment For Feeding 11-Month Old Baby Only Berries And Nuts Leading To Malnutrition

30-year-old,  Elizabeth Hawk, has been arrested in Farmington, Pennsylvania, for child endangerment. Hawk has been charged with a misdemeanor. Hawk is a vegan who only fed her 11-month-old baby berries and nuts. Hawk's baby boy was covered in a rash from head to toe. 

Hawk's estranged husband, Jerry Hawk, took the baby to Fayette County Children and Youth Services for assistance, as the infant was suffering from malnutrition, due to being fed a poor diet. The baby is suffering from developmental impairments, such as the inability to crawl or use his hands. This is irresponsibility parenting and not a model to be emulated. Hawk is an extreme vegan who sought to live off, "Sunlight and water."

It is crucial that pregnant women receive the proper nutrition and have safe, stress free pregnancies, with the goal of delivering healthy babies. It is also imperative that once babies are born infants receive the  proper nutrition. Malnutrition negatively impacts physical growth, emotional development, weakens the immune system and diminishes the child's IQ.

Nursing a baby via feeding the infant breast milk for the first 6-months of life is ideal. Breast milk is the best. Once children are able to eat solid food, steaming fresh vegetables such as diced carrots, green peas (among others) and pairing it with small servings of baked (or boiled), diced chicken breast are a good source of nutrition (as well as small servings of fresh fruit). Don't feed babies and toddlers junk food.

Vegans can substitute chicken with properly cooked (very soft) beans (black beans, butter beans/lima beans). I don't think children should be given tofu. I don't even think it is great for adults. Parents should also be careful feeding babies and toddlers nuts, as they may have an allergy and it could also present a choking hazard.

Solid foods are a big step for a baby. Find out when and how to make the transition from breast milk or formula to solid foods. Giving your baby his or her first taste of solid food is a major milestone. Here's what you need to know before your baby takes that first bite. Is your baby ready for solid foods? 

Breast milk or formula is the only food your newborn needs, and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breast-feeding for the first six months after birth. But by ages 4 months to 6 months, most babies are ready to begin eating solid foods as a complement to breast-feeding or formula-feeding. It's during this time that babies typically stop using their tongues to push food out of their mouths and begin to develop the coordination to move solid food from the front of the mouth to the back for swallowing. 

In addition to age, look for other signs that your baby is ready for solid foods. For example: 

Can your baby hold his or her head in a steady, upright position?

Can your baby sit with support?

Is your baby mouthing his or her hands or toys?

Is your baby interested in what you're eating?

If you answer yes to these questions and your baby's doctor agrees, you can begin supplementing your baby's liquid diet.

What to serve when

Continue feeding your baby breast milk or formula — up to 32 ounces a day. Then: 

Start simple. Offer single-ingredient foods that contain no sugar or salt, and wait three to five days between each new food. This way if your baby has a reaction — such as diarrhea, rash or vomiting — you'll know the cause. After introducing single-ingredient foods, you can offer them in combination.
Important nutrients. Iron and zinc are important nutrients in the second half of your baby's first year. These nutrients are found in pureed meats and single-grain, iron-fortified cereal. Beans, lentils or other culturally acceptable foods might also be appropriate.

Baby cereal basics. Mix 1 tablespoon of a single-grain, iron-fortified baby cereal with 4 tablespoons (60 milliliters) of breast milk or formula. Don't serve it from a bottle. Instead, help your baby sit upright and offer the cereal with a small spoon once or twice a day. Serve one or two teaspoons after a bottle- or breast-feeding. Once your baby gets the hang of swallowing runny cereal, mix it with less liquid and gradually increase the amount you offer. Offer a variety of single-grain cereals such as rice, oatmeal or barley. Avoid offering only rice cereal due to possible exposure to arsenic.

Add vegetables and fruits. Continue gradually introducing single-ingredient foods that contain no sugar or salt. Start with pureed vegetables and then offer fruits. Wait three to five days between each new food. Offer finely chopped finger foods. By ages 8 months to 10 months, most babies can handle small portions of finely chopped finger foods, such as soft fruits, vegetables, pasta, cheese, well-cooked meat, baby crackers and dry cereal. As your baby approaches age 1, offer your baby three meals a day — as well as snacks — with mashed or chopped versions of whatever you're eating...

12:31 PM PDT, September 30, 2016 - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have agreed to a temporary custody deal, ET can confirm. After the Department of Children and Family Services made its recommendations, Jolie and Pitt came to a temporary agreement that lasts until Oct. 20, a source familiar with the deal tells ET. The agreement is voluntary and is a DCFS safety plan -- also known as a structured decision making (SDM) safety plan -- which is standard practice in any ongoing child welfare investigation. 

Jolie and Pitt each volunteered to participate in individual counseling, and Pitt also agreed to undergo drug and alcohol testing, though he was not required to, sources tell ET. "She is only concerned with the health and safety of her children, that is how she feels at this moment," a source close to the child custody dispute says of 41-year-old Jolie. 

Full physical and legal child custody has not been determined yet, according to sources close to the situation. Pitt's first visit with his children will have to be with a therapist present, who can then either allow the actor future unmonitored visits, or insist on being present when he's around the kids, TMZ first reported. The public information officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court tells ET they have not received court documents pertaining to the Pitt-Jolie child custody dispute.

School In New York Teaches White Students That White People Are Born Racist

A school in New York has come under fire for teaching young students that white people are born racist. Teachers at the Bank Street School for Children in New York are engaging in inappropriate behavior by scolding young white students over their race, while singling out black pupils for special treatment. This is not the way to run a school. Students should be treated the same and taught we are all equal. 

To state white people are born racist is wrong. I do not think it is a fair or accurate characterization. It is a stereotype. There is definitely racism out there. However, there are many decent white people who are not racist. It is not fair to make such sweeping and negative generalizations about an entire race. No one is born negative and racist. We learn to make choices, good or bad, that define who we are as people.

Not only did basketball player Nick Young cheat on rapper girlfriend, Iggy Azalea, with an unnamed 19-year-old girl, he also knocked up his ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green, who is the mother of his 4-year-old son, Nick Jr. Young and Green are now expecting their second child. Young and Green are being slammed online over the incident. Young is being called names for cheating on Iggy and impregnating his ex-girlfriend. While his ex-girlfriend is being called a scheming, conniving gold digger, who deliberately got pregnant to destroy his engagement to Iggy. However, people online have expressed the view, they do not believe Young will marry Green.

At the end of the day Young is a grown 31-year-old man. He knows better. If you make a commitment to date or marry someone but then cheat on them, are irresponsible with your sperm, health, life and that of all your sex partners in not using protection while being unfaithful, you should expect disaster. Iggy is crushed by Young's actions. She has moved out of his house and returned to her homeland of Australia. Young has deeply hurt another human being and needs to change his ways. His conduct towards the mother of his child is dismissive as well. Young's public image is taking a hit from the scandal.

I don't understand why some women linger around men, who publicly dump them for others, but continue to let them use them for sex, while they parade around other chicks in public. It is highly disrespectful. It reveals a man's low opinion of any woman he does this to in his life. Young has known the mother of his child for years, but publicly denied their sexual relationship via hiding it from the public. He has been using her and others for sex. However, he went public with Iggy, moved her into his house and proposed marriage. That was an insult to all the women he has been messing with, while quietly hiding them from public view.

A man who shows he considers you second best is not someone you should pursue or trap with a pregnancy. Then the mother of his child, wanting to be his wife, despite the fact he so disrespected her publicly dating Iggy and cheating with other women, decides to deliberately get pregnant a second time, with the goal of this time chasing away Iggy, in trying to win him back, when he had long left her behind. That's not love. That's someone using another person for sex, who gets treacherous by getting pregnant without their knowledge or consent. That's setting yourself up for a world of heartbreak and public embarrassment.

Some men and women don't think of the psychological impact of their behavior on their children and it is regrettable. What kind of story is that going to be to tell your child/children in the future and trust me they will find out. It is going to read mommy trapped daddy with a pregnancy, daddy still dumped mommy anyway, had sex with other women, then met a famous woman, proposed to the star, moved her into his mansion and began taking her everywhere, until she dumped him for cheating with mommy and other women. This is how people create future psychological damage for their kids before they're even born.

I'm not being judgmental, as I have no vested interest in this saga, but sometimes wonder why people don't think of their kids futures before they do certain things. Another example is the rapper Future. He knocked up 5 women, has no real role in his kids' lives, publicly denounced some of the mothers of his children, wrote nasty, degrading rap songs about them and got into high profile, low brow arguments regarding them. How are Future's kids going to feel in the future when they read about all these things. They are going to be heartbroken and retain a negative view of their father. Do better!

People need to be mindful of their actions, as our choices in life have consequences. Don't listen to so-called friends or people online telling you to cheat, be a heartbreaker, be disrespectful and take people for granted. It will come back to haunt you. People who live that way ruin lives, including their own. They end up spending a significant amount of time trying to apologize and fix broken relationships, concerning people they have wounded with their behavior. It's not a pretty place to be. Men and women who do such things clearly do not realize what a negative public image they have and that most people do not agree with their behavior.

Presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders, has expressed concern about the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and their illegal conduct in America and the world. Sanders stated, "I do have some concerns about past activities of the CIA, which, continues, by the way, to the present...CIA was involved in the overthrow of a gentleman named Mohammad Mosaddegh way back when in Iran. Overthrew him on behalf of British oil. And you know what happened, that led to the Iranian revolution and we are where we are today...A democratic candidate (Salvador Allende of Chile), he won a fair election, the CIA overthrew him."

There is an inherent and virulent hatred for blacks, Latinos and Arabs (also known as people of color) at the CIA and its sister agency FBI. So much, the number of minorities have plunged at the agencies, as Americans come to the horrific realization of what the two government entities are truly like. If you look carefully at the federal agencies history of insidious and nefarious attacks on others, the victims are usually blacks, Latinos and Arabs.

Americans are often baffled when they take vacations in the international community and are treated badly. It is because the CIA and FBI were there before you and made such enemies with unlawful conduct, people of various world nations in turn have America off for it. The CIA and the FBI have made it very unsafe for Americans in the world. The agencies have broken so many international laws and committed such heinous crimes in foreign nations that it has provoked hatred for America in the world. The FBI and CIA are the source of the anti-American sentiment in the world.

The irony is if the American people were asked to take a vote regarding the illegal activity the CIA and FBI get up to in America and the world, the country's citizens would overwhelmingly vote against it. For decades, the FBI and CIA have been led by racist, hateful, power hungry, money grubbing men, who all know or are related to each other and have deranged goals regarding so-called world domination.

The CIA and FBI are the catalyst for much of the corruption U.S. presidents engage in when they assume office. A president gets elected, then the CIA and FBI fill their heads with pure paranoid madness and the deranged "us against the world" mentality, in bids at controlling the head of state and keeping big budgets flowing at the American taxpayers' expense. Rather than seeing the world as a whole, the CIA and FBI seek division through divisiveness, in bids at "divide and conquer."

The CIA and FBI live for toppling world governments. It is a perverse obsession. They think they are playing some board game of world domination and end up killing millions of global citizens with this madness. They invent "weapons of mass destruction" and brand world government after world government a danger that must face upheaval and the instillation of the head of state the federal agencies see fit. The will of the people, who voted in each respective nation to chose their leader, be damned. 

CIA Director, John Brennan, has done the devil proud, as he and his predecessor, along with former FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, ordered heinous human rights abuses against children and old ladies. They are the embodiment of evil and have done America a great disservice, that when fully exposed in the press, the history books will record in a terrible light. 

 

The CIA has kidnapped people from a number of western nations, as well as Middle Eastern countries, viciously tortured them in gruesome acts (burning their flesh, mutilation, boring holes into victims with drills, repeatedly cutting their body parts including genitals with sharp knives, waterboarding, punching, kicking, stabbing and electrocuting kidnapped victims) only to release them after months of torture, proclaiming they nabbed the wrong people. As a result, there are many lawsuits against the CIA and FBI for terrible, abusive acts. 

There are prevalent claims that the CIA with the support of the FBI has been torturing people's children in their presence, as a way to extract information and or cooperation from them. One doesn't fall any lower in life than to do such unspeakably evil things and God is going to judge the CIA and FBI. You don't commit crimes against children and God not punish you for it.

Due to the conduct of the CIA and FBI, there are a number of lawsuits against the U.S. government in America and the international community, for serious criminal misconduct that constitutes heinous human rights abuses. The U.S. government has also gotten many world nations into legal and social trouble over the aforementioned sick criminal misconduct, when innocent people were kidnapped from their streets and viciously tortured for months. The CIA and the FBI has gotten Britain, Italy and France sued by people, who were illegally abducted from their streets by the psychopathic federal agencies, then tortured in other nations.

It is completely deranged. How can the U.S. government claim to be a shining example of human rights and allow the CIA and FBI to do such sick, depraved things. Security experts have stated on record that torture does not produce credible intel/data from the subjects being abused. Yet the U.S. government is actively engaging in this sick practice via the FBI and CIA, with the knowledge and consent of the President and Congress. 

Here are A FEW of many other offenses committed by the CIA and some with the assistance of the FBI:
 

1. Under former U.S. President, Ronald Reagan, whose vice president at the time was George H.W. Bush, who had previously worked as CIA director, the CIA flooded the African-American neighborhood of Compton, California and surrounding Hispanic communities with crack cocaine, to raise money for illegal initiatives during the Iran-Contra affair. It gave rise to the crack cocaine epidemic that wreaked havoc on America in the 1980s, as it began to spread from California to the rest of the nation. 

The damage from it can still be seen today regarding addiction rates and the way it has moved through generations of families (addiction becomes embedded in DNA, making some more predisposed to it than others). Convicted drug kingpin "Freeway" Rick Ross, among others, confirmed the story, regarding illegal interactions with the CIA, who sold Nicaraguan drugs to dealers in America for large scale sale and distribution in Compton. The CIA then used the millions of dollars in illicit, illegal drug proceeds to wage an illegal war in Nicaragua and other locations.   

2. Under former president, Richard Nixon, the CIA. used an alleged "war on drugs" to target black people. Former Nixon aide, John Ehrlichman, was quoted as stating, "We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did." 

3. Under former U.S. President George H.W. Bush, the CIA with the assistance of the FBI, illegally invaded Panama and overthrew its head of state, Manuel Noriega, killing 3,500 Panamanians.

4. Under former U.S. President George W. Bush, his vice President, Dick Cheney and the CIA and FBI encouraged him to invade Iraq under the deceitful premise its then head of state, Saddam Hussein, had "weapons of mass destruction" that threatened the whole world. They all knew the story was a lie and sold it to the American people in trying to drum up support for the illegal war. The war was about controlling Iraq's massive oil reserves and pilfering tons of gold. Hussein was known to accumulate gold bricks as a form of universal currency. Credible American and international papers began to report millions of barrels of oil had gone missing during the Bush invasion. A photo was also released of soldiers loading thousands of gold bricks into tankers. 

Over 1,000,000 Iraqis died and 4,000,000 fled for Syria, due to the Bush Administration's invasion in Iraq. Over 6,000 U.S. soldiers died as well. Bush was heard on a tape telling the U.S. military not enough Iraqis had died and to take off the gloves and hurt them. This is the kind of heinous cruelty that surfaces when one's genetic code includes the DNA of a man that funded the construction of Nazi concentration camps.

5. Under former U.S. President, George W. Bush, the CIA with the assistance of the FBI, illegally entered the island of Haiti and kidnapped its democratically elected head of state, Jean-Bertrand Aristide. In 2004, U.S. congressional representative, Maxine D. Waters, informed the public she received a call from Aristide stating a representative from the U.S. embassy in Haiti, threatened he would be killed if he did not resign. The U.S. embassy representative threatened Aristide stating "a lot of Haitians would be killed" and he "has to go now." 

The CIA then forced Aristide to resign and kidnapped him. They forced him at gunpoint onto a U.S. military airplane against his will. Aristide had no idea where he was being taken or what would be done to him by the CIA with the support of the FBI. Aristide was removed because the U.S. government wanted to financially exploit Haiti as though slavery is still in effect, via not reasonably paying black workers on the island employed by American corporations.

The CIA funded military rebel Emmanuel Constant in Haiti, who began to murder Haitian civilians that supported Aristide and wanted him back as head of state. The United Nations imposed an embargo to force Constant out. The CIA did the same, battering Haiti's economy (granting only an exemption to the embargo to American businesses with outposts in Haiti). The CIA, with the support of the FBI, destroyed Haiti's economy and plunged the nation into extreme poverty and bloodshed. 

6. In 1983, the CIA with the assistance of the FBI, encouraged former president, Ronald Reagan, to invade the small island nation of Grenada (population 1,000 people). The Grenadian government was toppled and the Reagan Administration installed their own government in Grenada, against the will of the people. 24 civilians as well as 60 Grenadian and Cuban soldiers were killed during the illegal invasion. The U.S. government even bombed a mental hospital in Grenada killing 18 patients in what Washington said was a mistake. Canada, as well as the United Kingdom, the latter the former parent nation of Grenada, condemned the invasion, via a resolution in the United Nations, labeling it, "A flagrant violation of international law."

7. The U.S. government invaded Afghanistan in bids at controlling their oil reserves, but told America and the world it was about political problems and national security issues. Over the years, the bloodshed and death count as a result of the ongoing CIA instigated attacks, has been massive.

8. It is a well-known fact in international circles that the CIA created and funded, Al Qaeda, which has become a massive terrorist outfit.

More recently, the CIA funded another terrorist outfit, ISIS: Obama Administration Loses $500 Million Dollars In Taxpayer Money As Rebels They Trained Give U.S. Weapons And Equipment To Al Qaeda In Syria and Russia: Obama Is Protecting ISIS and Obama Administration Armed The Drug Cartels And ISIS At U.S. Taxpayers Expense

 10. It was revealed this month, the CIA was the agency that unjustly had world hero Nelson Mandela imprisoned for 27-years.

The CIA is desperately deranged, greedy and evil. More than anything, the CIA and FBI are about money and power, not national security and social justice. It's about stripping foreign nations of their wealth and assets, even if it means the enslavement and death of innocent people. They have attacked and brutalized children and little old ladies (in some cases killed them) to get what they want from their relatives. The CIA is a cruel, wicked agency full of vicious, murderous, lawbreaking criminals.

The Associated Press revealed the CIA on average, breaks international law 100,000 per year. The CIA is a criminal outfit, not a law abiding intelligence agency. Based on the egregious things the agencies are doing, coupled with mushrooming problems in the U.S. economy that is not being corrected, the CIA is going to massively collapse and end up a weak shell of its former self and the FBI shuttered.

Bernie Sanders says he still has 'some concerns' about the CIA - an agency he once wanted abolished and said was accountable to only 'right-wing lunatics'

Former President Richard Nixon's anti-drug laws were used as a political weapon against African Americans and the anti-war left, according to a recently published 22-year-old interview with one of his top advisers. Former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman's interview with writer Dan Baum was published by Harper's Magazine. In it, Ehrlichman says the criminalization of drugs such as marijuana and heroin was used to help Nixon stay in office. 

"We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities," he said. Former president Nixon's paranoia and racist tactics have been well-documented, which also included keeping a list of political enemies. The Drug Policy Alliance, a reform group pushing for the end to the discriminatory war on drugs, issued a statement in response to the revelations, saying Nixon's sentiments towards hippies and black people are not surprising. 

"This explosive admission, while provocative, is sadly nothing new," the statement read. "Our (DPA) allies in the movement to end the drug war have long known that U.S. drug policies and have been inherently racist and discriminatory. Charlie Sheen is in the news again sparking more controversy with his actions. The actor recently came forward to confirm he is HIV positive. Sheen stated he has been taking his medicine and trying to stay healthy. However, news reports this month reveal Sheen stopped taking his HIV. This is dangerous twofold. Sheen needs meds to boost his HIV compromised immune system. Sheen also continues to have unprotected sex.

Sheen is also in the middle of another controversy. He has reneged on a deal to buy a new home for his ex-wife, Denise Richards and their preteen daughters. Sheen contends he gives Richards $50,000 per month in child support. His attorney also states he has given Richards $660,000 tax free, in addition to a $20,000,000 settlement. That is a significant sum of money. Under the circumstances, Richards should be able to buy a comfortable house. However, Sheen is in the wrong regarding his response to this issue. 

Angered by the financial dispute, Sheen responded to text messages from his underage daughters in a highly inappropriate manner, stating such things as, "Have a Merry Christmas with your f**k s**t mom...your dad is a rock star genius...your mom is a pu*s wart." He also texted his child a statement that her mother should "eat pork and die." 

For the past few years, the Judiciary Report has stated Sheen is a member of the mentally deranged Kabbalah Center, which is a Hollywood cult suffering from schizophrenia. Reports indicate Sheen has been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder. The Kabbalah Center promotes mental illness engaging in sick, invasive spying, harassment, bullying, assault and threatening behavior, with the vile goal of "inducing schizophrenia." The sick cult is of the belief schizophrenia is a desirable mental state, when it is a danger to sufferers and all they come into contact with, due to the fact schizophrenics are known to engage in acts of violence, including murder. Mary Forsberg Weiland, the ex-wife of the late Stone Temple Pilots lead singer, Scott Weiland, who died of a drug overdose this week, penned a touching open letter that was published in Rolling Stone magazine, about his recent passing and the serious problems their family experienced. Mary is the mother of his two young children, Noah and Lucy, whom Weiland did not see often, due to music industry commitments he chose and a raging drug problem.

Mary writes of Weiland's transformation from "sweet Catholic school boy" to Hollywood atheist and drug addict. She states he became violent and cold. So often, Hollywood chews people up and spits them out, addicted to drugs and alcohol with mental issues developed in what has become a sick, twisted, ruthless industry of depravity. Mary expressed her wish that Weiland had spent more time with his two children. She wisely encourages other men to not make the same mistake with their own children.

By Mary Forsberg Weiland December 7, 2015 - Scott Weiland's ex-wife has penned a candid, poignant essay on the deceased Stone Temple Pilots singer on behalf of his two children. Mary Forsberg Weiland is the mother of the late singer Scott Weiland's teenage children, Noah, 15, and Lucy, 13. She wrote this with their help in the days after his death on Dec 3rd.

December 3rd, 2015 is not the day Scott Weiland died. It is the official day the public will use to mourn him, and it was the last day he could be propped up in front of a microphone for the financial benefit or enjoyment of others. The outpouring of condolences and prayers offered to our children, Noah and Lucy, has been overwhelming, appreciated and even comforting. But the truth is, like so many other kids, they lost their father years ago. What they truly lost on December 3rd was hope.

We don't want to downplay Scott's amazing talent, presence or his ability to light up any stage with brilliant electricity. So many people have been gracious enough to praise his gift. The music is here to stay. But at some point, someone needs to step up and point out that yes, this will happen again – because as a society we almost encourage it. We read awful show reviews, watch videos of artists falling down, unable to recall their lyrics streaming on a teleprompter just a few feet away. And then we click "add to cart" because what actually belongs in a hospital is now considered art.

Many of these artists have children. Children with tears in their eyes, experiencing panic because their cries go unheard. You might ask, "How were we to know? We read that he loved spending time with his children and that he'd been drug-free for years!" In reality, what you didn't want to acknowledge was a paranoid man who couldn't remember his own lyrics and who was only photographed with his children a handful of times in 15 years of fatherhood. I've always wanted to share more than anyone was comfortable with. When writing a book years ago, it pained me to sometimes gloss over so much grief and struggle, but I did what I thought was best for Noah and Lucy. I knew they would one day see and feel everything that I'd been trying to shield them from, and that they'd eventually be brave enough to say, "That mess was our father. We loved him, but a deep-rooted mix of love and disappointment made up the majority of our relationship with him."

Even after Scott and I split up, I spent countless hours trying to calm his paranoid fits, pushing him into the shower and filling him with coffee, just so that I could drop him into the audience at Noah's talent show, or Lucy's musical. Those short encounters were my attempts at giving the kids a feeling of normalcy with their dad. But anything longer would often turn into something scary and uncomfortable for them. Spending so many years immersed in Scott's multiple illnesses led to my own depression; at one point, I was misdiagnosed as bipolar. I feared the same would happen to the children. There were times that Child Protective Services did not allow him to to be alone with them.

When Scott did move on to another relationship, I hoped it would inspire him to grow. I had often encouraged him to date a "normal" girl, a woman who was also a mother, someone who had the energy that I no longer had to love him. Instead, when he remarried, the children were replaced. They were not invited to his wedding; child support checks often never arrived. Our once sweet Catholic boy refused to watch the kids participate in Christmas Eve plays because he was now an atheist. They have never set foot into his house, and they can't remember the last time they saw him on a Father's Day. I don't share this with you to cast judgment, I do so because you most likely know at least one child in the same shoes. If you do, please acknowledge them and their experience. Offer to accompany them to the father-daughter dance, or teach them to throw a football. Even the bravest girl or boy will refrain from asking for something like that; they may be ashamed, or not want to inconvenience you. Just offer – or even insist if you have to.

This is the final step in our long goodbye to Scott. Even though I felt we had no other choice, maybe we never should have let him go. Or maybe these last few years of separation were his parting gift to us – the only way he could think to soften what he knew would one day crush us deep into our souls. Over the last few years, I could hear his sadness and confusion when he'd call me late into the night, often crying about his inability to separate himself from negative people and bad choices. I won't say he can rest now, or that he's in a better place. He belongs with his children barbecuing in the backyard and waiting for a Notre Dame game to come on. We are angry and sad about this loss, but we are most devastated that he chose to give up.

Noah and Lucy never sought perfection from their dad. They just kept hoping for a little effort. If you're a parent not giving your best effort, all anyone asks is that you try just a little harder and don't give up. Progress, not perfection, is what your children are praying for. Our hope for Scott has died, but there is still hope for others. Let's choose to make this the first time we don't glorify this tragedy with talk of rock and roll and the demons that, by the way, don't have to come with it. Skip the depressing T-shirt with 1967-2015 on it – use the money to take a kid to a ballgame or out for ice cream.

A very heartbreaking video has been released online showing 200 innocent Syrian children being bound and forced to lay face down, then being shot to death by members of the terrorist group ISIS. According to a mainstream report in the London Mirror newspaper, the mass execution video is being used as a terrorist promotional tool on the internet.

The video is likely also a threat against Syrian President, Bashar Assad and his ally, Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is conducting military maneuvers in Syria against the terror outfit, at the head of state’s request. Putin’s military missions have proven damaging to ISIS and their operations in the region. Josie Harris, the mother of three of four of boxer Floyd Mayweather's children, has filed a $20,000,000 lawsuit against him in court for defamation of character and emotional distress. In the days leading up to Mayweather's massive May 2, 2015 fight against top rival, Manny Pacquiao, the boxer did a widely disseminated interview with Katie Couric.

During the interview Mayweather stated of claims he beat Harris in acts he was convicted of in criminal court, "Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? No, that didn't happen. I look in your face and say, 'No, that didn't happen.' Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that's domestic violence, then, you know what? I'm guilty. I'm guilty of restraining someone."

Harris contends she is not a drug user and Mayweather has defamed her to the world with these statements. Harris' lawyer stated, "Mayweather’s vicious lies about Harris, made to a world-wide audience, were designed to hype Mayweather’s upcoming fight with Pacquiao (in which Mayweather is believed to have earned a staggering nine-figure income), to avoid bad press by deflecting responsibility for beating the mother of his children, and instead, to cast Harris as a violent, drug-abusing, aggressor who needed to be restrained. These lies were calculated to cause severe harm to Harris both personally and professionally...Floyd “Money” Mayweather could not afford the bad press, public outcry and backlash that would have certainly resulted had he truthfully answered Katie Couric’s questions about the morning of September 9, 2010. Instead, Mayweather chose to tell lies about Harris: lies that labeled her as a drug-abuser and an aggressor."

Mayweather was arrested and jailed for punching and kicking ex-girlfriend Harris, in a jealous rage, because she began dating famous NBA basketball player, CJ Watson. Mayweather has several girlfriends, but expected loyalty from Harris, the love of his life, though they were no longer an item. However, as they were not married, she was free to date whomever she felt like pursuing a relationship with. Harris was not the aggressor, as Mayweather broke into her home as she slept on the couch and began beating her for dating Watson. She was repeatedly punched in the head and in order to properly view the bruising, doctors would have needed to shave her head, creating more trauma.

Harris stated during the beating Mayweather yelled, "I'm going to kill you and the man you are messing around with. I’m going to have you both disappear." The former couple's three children witnessed the beating. Their son Kouran ran to the gated community's guard gate for help, requesting they call the police. Kouran stated to police, "I heard yelling and I came out and my dad was hitting my mom. It happened at 4 a.m. in the morning." The then 10-year-old boy also stated he saw his dad "punching and kicking" his mother. Kouran later referred to his dad as "a coward" over the incident. 

Harris has a case. Mayweather was convicted of beating her and went to jail for 2-months. This will go against him in civil court and not play well with the jury. Mayweather has to prove Harris was using drug at the time of the incident and if her medical records do not reveal such an item, he is liable for defamation and the accompanying damages.

Mayweather was also convicted of beating two of Harris' female friends at a night club in Las Vegas years ago. He also faced police investigation for punching Melissa Brim, the mother of his eldest child, on two separate occasions, which left her with injuries.

This is not the first time Mayweather's verbal claims have gotten him into trouble. Years ago, rival boxer Manny Pacquiao sued Mayweather for publicly stating he uses performance enhancing drugs and will not submit to drug testing, allegations the Filipino star denied. The case changed court venues, then Mayweather settled it out of court.

With the money at Carey's disposal, she can afford to  take better care of herself. However, she is depressed and that is apart of the problem.

Carey's marriage to unfaithful gigolo actor Nick Cannon, 34, has resulted in divorce proceedings, while he goes around being promiscuous with various women. Cannon cheated on Carey during their troubled marriage. He then abandoned her and the kids, labeling her mentally ill. Carey's latest album "Elusive Chanteuse" also bombed on the charts.

A series of disastrous high profile performances, where Carey's voice gave out, caused her more distress. Carey was also pictured getting cozy with director Brett Ratner, only for him to hook up with another woman hours later, whom he was pictured privately kissing on the lips. The singer is not taking any of this well and has let herself go.

As mentioned previously in the column, Carey has signed on to perform a string of shows in Las Vegas, which the Judiciary Report thinks is a bad idea, as her voice is damaged. If she sings, she risks further damage and terrible, crushing press. If she lip syncs fans will be angry and critics will savage her. She needs to take a break and focus on her mental health and raising her children.

DaCosta is requesting overtime and damages in the lawsuit, seeking an undisclosed sum. Cole proceeded to beat and scratch up the face of the woman, resulting in the singer's arrest. It is a mystery why Cole would think a rapper like Birdman, who espouses promiscuity, would be faithful to her. It's not a good look when strippers with no morals are posting items about your affairs, as one day your children will read it and wonder why you did that to their mother.

Hoffman's will from 2004, requested his son be raised in New York. Hoffman deliberately left Hollywood off the list of options where his son is to be raised.

While Hoffman became famous in Hollywood, he developed his worst vices there as well, due to the industry and its excesses, which ultimately sent him to an early grave. He clearly didn't want that for his son. No one does. While Los Angeles is a beautiful city, there's no denying the influence of the music/movie industry has destroyed many stars, saddling them with dangerous addictions.

Siohvaughn Wade, the ex-wife of Miami Heat basketball star, Dwyane Wade scored a victory in court, as his formal request for her to be subjected to mental examination was denied. The court ruled Siohvaugh's mentally unbalanced public displays, such as laying on the ground in front of a courthouse in Chicago, Illinois with a deceitful sign claiming she is homeless thanks to Dwyane, was not just cause to force a psych exam.

The Judiciary Report wholeheartedly disagrees with this decision. Siohvaughn is showing all the signs of mental illness, which could pose a serious risk to the former couple's two minor children.
