As actress Amber Heard, 30, continues to make domestic violence allegations against her husband of 15-months, Hollywood actor, Johnny Depp, 54, some unsavory news has surfaced about her behavior. Previously, the Judiciary Report wrote about Heard and her fellow lesbian, Tasya Van Ree. Heard even changed her name to Amber Van Ree, claiming they were married, thought it was unlawful at the time. However, Heard was arrested for engaging in domestic violence against Van Ree.

Heard was jailed by police for punching Van Ree in the arm. Heard also dragged Van Ree by her arm in same incident that occurred at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Heard made an appearance in court over the assault against Van Ree. This supports claims by Depp's friends and bodyguards, who allege Heard was the violence one, who repeatedly attacked Depp in a physical manner, forcing them to pry her off him. Prior to Heard, Depp was not the subject of domestic violence accusations. He previous partners, including the mother of his children, have come forward stating he never hit them, labeling Heard a liar.

Amber Heard Witnesses Say No Facial Bruising Days After Alleged Attack

6/6/2016 1:57 PM PDT - Two concierges in the building where Amber Heard and Johnny Depp lived claim they saw no bruising on her face, even noticing her flawless complexion ... days after Heard claims Johnny Depp hurled an iPhone at her. We're told on Monday, May 23 -- 2 days after the alleged attack -- the daytime concierge saw Amber in the lobby, appearing to wear no makeup, and says there was no evidence of any facial bruising. 

A woman who lives in the building tells TMZ, after Amber's allegations surfaced, the concierge told her not only did Amber appear bruise-free, the concierge added, "I was about to compliment her on her complexion." The resident also says a second concierge told her the same thing. He saw Amber on Wednesday, May 25 -- appearing to wear no makeup and again appearing bruise-free. We're told Depp's team may call the 2 concierges to testify later this month, during the trial for a restraining order.

As stated on the Judiciary Report for the past two days, Hollywood actress, Amber Heard, is not wealthy and has been after husband Johnny Depp's money and fame all along. Heard has made domestic violence allegations against Depp, which he denies. Depp's lawyer referred to it as an unethical tool being employed by Heard to obtain a quick, substantial divorce settlement. Heard is seeking at least $20,000,000 from Depp after 1-year of marriage, which is morally wrong. As there is no prenup in place, Heard can really rip off Depp in a divorce settlement.

Court documents revealed today Heard is massively in debt and cannot afford the lavish lifestyle she has been living without Depp. Heard makes $10,000 per month, which is not much for an actress in Hollywood. Heard earns $30,000 per movie, whereas actresses such as Halle Berry, Meryl Streep and Jennifer Aniston make millions of dollars per film. Heard is not a leading actress. However, Heard's lavish spending means she has $44,000 in expenses every month, the majority of which Depp has been underwriting.

One of Heard's expenses is thousands of dollars per month for her two dogs lesbian lover Taysa Van Ree gave her in 2011. You could run an entire kennel for that money. Heard is demanding $50,000 per month in spousal support from Depp to maintain the lavish lifestyle she has become accustomed to while dating then being married to Depp for such a short space of time.

Today, Heard referred to the Los Angeles Police Department as liars, for stating when they responded to her call for assistance during an argument with Depp, they saw no bruises/injuries from the attack she is alleging. However, under police rules, they would have been required to arrest Depp and take a report. Police in America do not leave an injured domestic violence victim in the dwelling with the alleged abuser. The police report states Heard had no injuries and their home showed no signs of a struggle. TMZ revealed, doctors are also refuting Heard's claims Depp struck her with a mobile phone, hit her in the head and dragged her around by her hair, stating she does not have bruising consistent with such an attack.

Amber Heard’s Monthly Expenses Revealed in Court Docs Amid Johnny Depp Divorce Dispute

May 31, 2016 - Amber Heard’s legal team say she is a “financially independent woman” and new court docs filed in her ongoing divorce proceedings prove it...In documents filed on May 27 and recently made public, the 30-year-old actress says her estimated income for May is $5,000 – with her average monthly income at $10,000 – and claims her expenses to be $43,700 per month. 

Some of those monthly costs include $10,000 for rent, $3,000 for health care, $2,000 for groceries and household supplies, another $2,000 for eating out, $2,000 for clothes and $10,000 for “entertainment, gifts, and vacation.” She’s also factored in $10,000 for miscellaneous expenses, including grooming and pet supplies for her dogs and her publicist, agent and attorney fees. 

Heard’s biggest source of income in 2016 so far has been profits from the Magic Mike sequel, banking $10,505.49. Last year, she made a reported $259,876.65 – of note, $2,472. 41 of which came from The Rum Diary residuals – and spent $208,415.56. 

Interestingly, Heard’s largest paychecks have come from fashion companies such as Bulgari and jewelry designer de Gisogono, who paid her $50K and $150K respectively in past years. She does not appear to have ad campaigns with either brand, but did walk the red carpet at a Bulgari event in Paris and the infamous de Gisogono Cannes party during those years. She was also paid $120,000 by Tiffany in 2015...

Amber Heard Cops Interviewed by LAPD Brass We Saw No Injuries

 6/1/2016 1:00 AM PDT - The 2 officers who interviewed Amber Heard the night she was allegedly attacked by Johnny Depp have spoken with LAPD brass, and our sources say they are adamant ... Amber had no visible injuries. The officers spoke with superiors Tuesday afternoon and said they had no idea Johnny Depp was involved at all -- the 911 call came in under the name Heard, and they did not associate her with Depp. 

The 2 cops say the information they had when they knocked at her door was only that there was a domestic dispute. Amber opened the door just a crack but would not let them in. They questioned her through the door and she said it was a simple verbal argument with her husband. She never mentioned Depp by name. The officers told her they needed to make sure she wasn't declining help under duress, so they insisted on coming in and speaking with her. Amber obliged, and the officers say they looked at her closely enough to determine there were no marks, swelling or bruising on her face or other exposed parts of her body. 

Our LAPD sources say precisely what several doctors told us ... if Johnny threw an iPhone at her pitcher style, and then followed up with hair-pulling and hitting, there would have been swelling at the very least, and most probably some immediate bruising or redness. The officers saw nothing. The cops insist if they had seen any sign of injury they would have taken a report and tracked down the husband.

Sheen contends he gives Richards $50,000 per month in child support. His attorney also states he has given Richards $660,000 tax free, in addition to a $20,000,000 settlement. That is a significant sum of money. Under the circumstances, Richards should be able to buy a comfortable house. However, Sheen is in the wrong regarding his response to this issue. 

Angered by the financial dispute, Sheen responded to text messages from his underage daughters in a highly inappropriate manner, stating such things as, "Have a Merry Christmas with your f**k s**t mom...your dad is a rock star genius...your mom is a pu*s wart." He also texted his child a statement that her mother should "eat pork and die." 

For the past few years, the Judiciary Report has stated Sheen is a member of the mentally deranged Kabbalah Center, which is a Hollywood cult suffering from schizophrenia. Reports indicate Sheen has been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder. The Kabbalah Center promotes mental illness engaging in sick, invasive spying, harassment, bullying, assault and threatening behavior, with the vile goal of "inducing schizophrenia." Aja Metoyer, the mother of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's 2-month old son, Xavier, stated she is not a gold digger, referring to herself as a university educated business woman. However, Metoyer's failure to use birth control is going to net her over $50,000 per month in child support payments for what could be the next 18-years. That's at least $600,000 per year.

Child support payments in states like California are assessed based on the parent's income and assets. Under this premise, the child is to live in the same manner and financial level as its wealthy parent. It is done as a provision to ensure the best financial quality of life for the child.

For example, rapper Nas was hit with $40,000 in child support payments to then soon-to-be ex-wife singer, Kelis. It was later increased to $51,000 per month, infuriating the rapper. Nas went to a judge and had it decreased, as his income has declined and he is heavily in debt to the IRS (owes millions in back taxes to the government). Nas' monthly payment was halved. However, for a time Nas was forking over $51,000 per month to Kelis.  

Wade's net worth is said to be $150,000,000, which far exceeds that of Nas. Metoyer, who lives in California, is in line to see payments that could exceed that of the $51,000 per month Kelis was receiving, once the case is properly processed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Therefore, it gives the appearance Metoyer was after Wade's money to get knocked up and so soon.

Nonetheless, money oriented Gabrielle Union, the fiancée of Wade (in a forthcoming union destined for disaster and divorce, pardon the pun) is not happy about the money Wade is going to have to shell out. He is already paying $25,000 per month to his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, in Chicago, Illinois, in alimony payments.

Sounds like Wade trusted Metoyer too much. Truthfully, one can't completely trust people whilst dating, allowing them to handle birth control, as you don't know what they truly want from you. Some will see you as a chance to collect a big child support check every month. Some will see an unplanned pregnancy as a way to force someone into marriage or moving into your place, at the least. If one is going to engage in sex outside of marriage, one runs the risk of unplanned pregnancies and STDs, both costly in different ways.

Aja Metoyer bitterly slammed Wade on Twitter over their failed relationship that resulted in pregnancy. However, she needs to be mindful of what she states online as she has a son, who in a few short years can log onto the internet and read various cutting comments she made about his dad. Women should not poison their children's minds against their dads, as that hurts and damages the child as well.

The court ruled Siohvaugh's mentally unbalanced public displays, such as laying on the ground in front of a courthouse in Chicago, Illinois with a deceitful sign claiming she is homeless thanks to Dwyane, was not just cause to force a psych exam.

A Miami court rejected the NBA star's request to have his ex-wife SiohvaughnFunches mentally evaluated. The court found that Funches' erratic display in front of a Chicago courthouse over the summer — during which she staged a videotaped protest over the couple's financial settlement — is insufficient grounds to order the evaluation...

Wade’s lawyers used the protest to allege that Funches is mentally unstable and a danger to others to support their attempt to limit her interaction with her sons. Rather, Funches was a woman "passionately voicing her views," the court's opinion reads. To make matters worse for Wade, the appeals court also ordered the judge on the case, Antonio Marin, removed for his siding with Wade and denying Funches "the most basic right of due process."...

Foster, 42, who was diagnosed as mentally ill, suffering from "severely moderate personality disorder" spoke of Usher's fame and the attention it brought her when she would walk down the street. Foster stated with a look in her eyes, people would say "That's Usher's ex-wife." It gives the impression she is living vicariously through him.

Everyone wants the best, but there are limits in how far one should go to achieve that. Foster was married when she began cheating with Usher, a young, wealthy singer known all over the world. She threw her husband aside and did not spend the time she should have with her four children, while pursuing the singer. To this day, there are accusations online that she pays more attention to her two children with Usher than her other kids, who need a mother just as much.

There were red flags from the beginning regarding  Foster, who was arrested for financial fraud and stealing prior to her adulterous relationship with Usher. While she was an ex-con and everyone deserves a second chance, Foster did not stop stealing and that was the problem. Everyone makes mistakes but Foster repeatedly showed via her actions that she was not reformed and determined to get money any way possible, illegal and unethical.

Stories surfaced of Foster, who was a stylist, borrowing clothes from top designers, stating the items were needed for use in music videos and photo shoots, then never returning them, which is not the industry standard. She was loaned garments worth hundreds and thousands of dollars, then kept them after the photo and video shoots. It was stated Foster opted to open a makeshift store in Atlanta and sold the loan goods to the public at discounted prices. This saddled her entertainment industry clients with a bad name among known designers.

Foster stated in the interview that the $8,000 per month Usher gives her in child support "is not a lot of money." It's the statutory maximum in Georgia for two kids, but to a woman attempting to live as lavishly as possible, running up hundreds of thousands of dollars in shopping bills on Usher's credit cards, it does not seem like much.

Wade’s lawyer issued a statement to refute his ex-wife’s claims (see below).

But according to the Miami Herald Wade has another girlfriend in addition to Union, so he was trying to smooth things over with the actress and it inadvertently ticked off his already unstable ex-wife.

The agreement was submitted in court last Tuesday, July 16 prior to Ms. Funches’ recent unfounded and erratic public display outside the courthouse this past Friday. Dwyane Wade has made several requests over the years to settle this matter, despite Ms. Funches having 16 different attorneys and 2 arrests throughout this process.

Mr. Wade has provided a very generous settlement to Ms. Funches to continue to live a wonderful lifestyle for the rest of her life. Despite false allegations by Ms. Funches claiming to be "homeless" and "destitute," Dwyane Wade has maintained over the years financial support to his ex-wife by providing her with income over $25,000 on a monthly basis, timely paid for her home mortgage, maintenance and security at the house, 4 cars, insurance, taxes and all of her attorney fees throughout this process. Ms. Funches has made a mockery of homelessness which is a serious and personal issue for Mr. Wade as his mother was homeless for a period of time when he was a child.

Dwyane Wade was awarded sole custody of their sons by the court in 2011. The safety and wellbeing of his children are his main priority. Due to Ms. Funches’ current unstable mental state, her visitation will be determined by the court. Mr. Wade continues to hope that one day he will have a civil relationship with his ex-wife for the sake of their sons."

Siohvaughn Wade, the ex-wife of NBA star, Dwyane Wade, has engaged in publicity stunts attempting to get back at her ex-husband for divorcing her and hooking up with serial home wrecker Gabrielle Union. While the Judiciary Report sympathizes with Siohvaughn regarding Union rubbing salt in her wounds (really Gabrielle, leave that woman alone) she is going about things all wrong in a manner that is doing her no favors in the court or court of public opinion.

As stated in the Saturday, July 20, 2013 column, Siohvaughn is claiming she is homeless, but the Miami Herald reports she was given a $1,000,000 lump sum in a divorce settlement and $35,000 per month in alimony payments. Yesterday Wade's lawyer confirmed he has been paying her the aforementioned alimony payments (which include travel) as well as having paid for her mortgage and four cars.

Therefore, in light of this recent announcement by his lawyer, reaffirming what was in the Miami Herald months ago, Siohvaughn was wrong to take to the streets pretending to be homeless. It has greatly damaged her credibility. One minute Siovaughn says she's broke, the next she states she doesn't want any money (see video above). It can't be both. Furthermore, if Wade truly did not pay her, she could have had him arrested months ago on a warrant for non-payment.

What the site finds particularly odd is that Siovaughn sued Gatorade and Staples, in a legal action she brought against Wade. This has also damaged her credibility, as it was highly inappropriate under the circumstances. What did Gatorade and Staples do to you, other than put money in your ex-husband's pockets and food on your children's table, via endorsements deals. When you try to mess up Wade's business that technically has nothing to do with you, you're also messing up your children's financial future. Stop doing that.

Surrendering your dignity in laying down on a sidewalk in public, ranting and raving about your ex-husband while pretending to be homeless, is not the way. It's an insult to the truly homeless. Holding up signs for yourself when many are focused on raising signs for Trayvon Martin is also not good. Be sensitive to public sentiment.

Many women have faced divorced with a scheming, callous, covetous woman taking their husbands and wrongly stepping into a life with him that should have been theirs. It's not fair, but it has happened to women. You can't be bitter about these things or it will eat you up inside. Focus on your children and yourself. Your kids need you to be at your best, not tearing their daddy to pieces. Let go of the bitterness. Work to make your life and the lives of your children better. Start a new, productive, positive career. Do good things for yourself, your family and your community. Put your energies into something positive.

Thursday, 04.25.13 - Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade has done his best to keep the details of his divorce hush-hush, but some numbers popped up in court papers recently filed in Miami-Dade County. Wade, 31, is paying ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade a whopping $25,000 a month. That’s in addition to her living and travel expenses, estimated at $10,000 a month.

Oh, yes. There was that little $1 million lump sum payment when the divorce became final last year. And that’s just a down payment. The judge in the case has awarded Sanders full custody of his children, leaving Pilar baffled. However, her past conduct, via physically attacking him, most likely went against her.

There are reports Pilar is searching for all of Deion's "$250,000,000" fortune, seeking a substantial share of his dividends. Pilar has been complaining about the alimony payments she has been given, as she cannot afford the luxurious lifestyle she had with Deion on said monthly sum.

Deion's prenuptial agreement has protected him and the Judiciary Report is in favor of the legal document. When people are hurt and fighting in a divorce, rationality will fly out the window and spite will enter the picture, in seeking to financially wipe out a spouse.

You cannot go into a marriage with the mindset that your spouse is money is your own. If someone loves you, they will not want to see you suffer or face financial hardship and will help you. But at the end of the day, men and women should not rely on that, but rather earn their own money.

The singer invoked a clause in his prenup and divorce from Foster stating he can sell at anytime, the $3,000,000 Roswell, Georgia mansion he owns and has allowed her to live in for the past three years. Foster's children from a previous marriage, along with her two kids from her union with Usher also live in the property.

Raymond has given Foster the stipulated 60-day notice, regarding selling the property. Foster collects sizeable alimony and child support checks from Raymond that he expects her to use some to find and maintain a new home. However, Foster does not want to move. Roswell is one of Georgia's most expensive and luxurious neighborhoods and she will not be able to live in that level of luxury using the aforementioned payments from Raymond. 

Raymond is still fuming over Foster's conduct in court, exposing his dirty secrets during their alimony/child support hearings and accusing him of bribing the judge to get a favorable outcome in the case. Kicking her out is being viewed as revenge on Raymond's part. Some agree with him, while others don't, citing the recent passing of Foster's 11-year-old son Kile Glover.

This is in addition to a Saks Fifth Avenue credit card she demanded Raymond reinstate. Following the phrase, Foster tried take Raymond for all he's worth. So much so, Raymond tried to hide some of his assets from the court, while understating others, to keep Foster's fingers off his money. 

It seemed to many that Foster was using her kids to extract as much money as possible from Raymond, in court proceedings and personal spats that have gotten so ugly, their children became involved. Foster used them as pawns online, posting pictures of them on Twitter, whilst complaining about their dad. Based on her words, Foster told them unsavory things about Raymond, which was not in their best interests, as they are little boys.

Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of singer, Usher Raymond, is implying the judge in their custody and alimony hearing, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, took a bribe in awarding him full custody. Foster took to Twitter and stated, "Money can buy many things... But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm." It's funny that she should say that, because she married Raymond for his money and fame, but now she is claiming it worked against her. Double edged sword there...)

Foster did not say very much regarding Usher engaging in corrupt behavior in the case, but she did state her ex-husband's lawyers, the law firm of Warner, Mayoue, Bates and Nolan, threw a reelection fundraiser for the judge ($25,000), which would be grounds for recusal. Based on what is being stated online, it is enough for the public to make a determination of corruption in the case. Foster may be able to appeal the ruling on said financial information.

If I were a judge, knowing what I know, I'd be concerned about giving Foster full custody, because she is not thinking rationally. It is crystal clear she is prone to violence and revenge and is putting her hurt feelings and pride ahead of the children's best interest. Raymond isn't 100% sane either, but of the two, he is the more level headed and calm one. Already as it stands, those kids have heard and seen too much negativity.

This has not been a good year for adulteress Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of R&B singer Usher Raymond. She lost her son Kile Glover in a terrible accident that left the 11-year-old brain-dead, leading to him being removed from life support. Now she has lost her two children by R&B singer Usher Raymond, under court order awarding him full custody. 

Raymond has prevailed in the acrimonious custody battle and alimony hearing Foster brought against him. Foster was greedily seeking more money from Raymond, due to the massive cash infusion he has received from putting out the music of teen pop singer, Justin Bieber.

Foster is also angry that Raymond dumped her shortly after their marriage (when she left her devastated husband to marry him). Raymond moved out of the home he shared with Foster, after one year of marriage and began living in sin with girlfriend, A&R executive, Gracie Miguel. 

The court battle has been a nasty one, particularly with Foster airing Raymond's dirty laundry, in deeds some interpret as an attempt to punish Raymond for leaving and get at his girlfriend Miguel, accusing her of trying to steal her kids because she is allegedly barren, sterile and infertile. Ironically, it is the same thing Foster did to her then dismayed husband Ryan Glover, taking his kids to live with Usher, who she wed shortly after, to live in luxury.

Yesterday, Atlanta, Georgia Judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, has ruled in favor of the singer. Foster is said to be reeling at the blow, as all she can think about is Miguel being around her kids, which is something she despises, as she loathes her.

Something tells me this is not over, as Foster is mentally unstable, bitter and prone to violence. As the phrase goes, she is not going to take this lying down. Here's hoping Foster keeps her cool and doesn't do anything dangerous.

The acrimonious child custody and alimony court case of singer Usher Raymond and ex-wife Tameka Foster, is wrapped up, as both sides concluded testimony. Foster threw the kitchen sink at Raymond (not literally, but she did throw plates of food at him). Foster brought out some of Raymond's dirty secrets, such as he is a drug addict, who physically attacked his mom. It was a low blow, but Foster wants more money, as she has her eyes on Raymond's money from protégé Justin Bieber. 

Hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. Marrying Foster was mistake. I wrote that from the moment the engagement was announced, because I knew what it would turn into - heartbreak. The whole thing was a sin from the start and defying God in that manner never ends well in life. Foster cheated on her husband, embarrassed the man and schemed to get Usher. You both need to ask God for forgiveness, as none of that was His plan and we know this because the Bible says, "What God has put together (marriage) let no man pull apart."

Foster had already been married twice, with one of her ex-husbands still in the picture. She also has a criminal record that shows she is dishonest with money (stealing). Raymond has hemorrhaged a lot of money since marrying and divorcing Foster. he should have seen it coming. The relationship also destroyed his name and demolished what was left of hers.

You have to be careful in life when a person shows that they are into money, as they will often do anything to get. There's more to life than money. The way these two are bitterly fighting over it is another illustration of what happens when money comes before love. God said in the Bible, "The love of money is the root of all evil." God didn't say having money is bad, but it's terrible when money has you.

On July 11, 2012 in the article "New Information Regarding Usher's Stepson Being Pronounced Brain Dead After Tragic Incident" the Judiciary Report stated, "Foster is now faced with the tough decision of leaving her son on life support as long as the hospital and courts will allow or pulling the plug." One week later on July 16, 2012, TMZ stated a source informed them, Usher Raymond's 11-year-old stepson, Kyle Glover, is in peril of being removed from life support, as his mother's health insurance will only cover him for two months.

Foster would have to devote all her alimony and child support checks to keeping the boy on life support, leaving nothing for herself and her other children and it still would not be enough. TMZ stated she does not view Usher as a viable "financial option." For years, Usher has been supporting Foster's very lavish lifestyle in a $3,000,000 Georgia mansion, with luxury cars, a staff and expensive trips. This is in addition to Foster's many spending sprees on credit cards, in stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Louis Vuitton and Chanel.

If Raymond denies Foster the money to keep her child on life support, she is going to hate him for that. She's resorted to violence against Usher for far less. With her back against the wall, she may do a six figure tell-all and paid interviews, as a means of paying her son's medical bills and once again, even that would not be enough to keep him on life support for long.

Tameka Foster, the manly ex-husband, I mean ex-wife, of singer, Usher Raymond, is using the fact he has a stalker, to undermine him in court during their child custody case, which also includes significant demands for alimony he deems exorbitant. Foster also fears for her kids safety, which is understandable under the circumstances.

As reported on the site this week, a woman named DarshelleJones-Rakestraw, lost her mind and stalked Usher to his Atlanta mansion. She was able to get past security in the gated community (so much for your gated community association fees).

Rakestraw landed on Usher's door step and began banging on the door, demanding to be let inside. When Usher called the police, Rakestraw lied to them and stated she is his wife and had misplaced her keys. When she did that, cops gave her the Britney Spears special - a mental evaluation at a local hospital.

After a mental health check up she clearly failed, Rakestraw was charged by police and released by the hospital, ordered to make her first court appearance in the matter in a few weeks. That's what you get Usher, for singing songs proclaiming, "I'll be your groupie baby. You are my superstar...I'm your number one fan." That bit of role reversal to sell records has gotten you into trouble, because clearly some people took it literally.
