Chris Brown’s Stalker Strikes Again And Is Arrested At His House And Ordered To Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation

Last week, the Judiciary Report was proven right again, as Danielle Patti, the woman some press outlets, such as TMZ, initial thought was Brown’s girlfriend, just slipped up in a massive way, by outright trespassing at his home in Los Angeles. She was arrested and the presiding judge in the case ordered her to undergo an involuntary psychiatric evaluation. Patti has now firmly shown she was not Brown’s girlfriend, but a stalker who lied to the court about having a relationship with him, when none existed or exists, obtaining a restraining order in the process against her victim (Brown). I think Patti is mentally unwell and actually believes she is Brown's girlfriend and that his mansion is where she lives and has a right to be, when those are delusions. 

Danielle Patti got more than she bargained for stalking and harassing Chris Brown a second time, as she has been arrested and forced to undergo a mental evaluation.
 

Having felt empowered by going to the court and filing a fraudulent restraining order against Brown, lying to a judge stating they dated, the singer wouldn’t permit her leave his home and sent her death threats via text messages (none of which she could produce in court), she believed she had gotten away with it, then went too far (again) trespassing on his property once more. Someone who is a victim of a stalker, would not trespass on the alleged stalker’s property…not to mention, doing so twice. Victims avoid stalkers. Stalkers strangely crave attention of any kind from their victims, as they are mentally deranged and view trespassing or even rejection as validation, which is unbalanced and weird. They want attention and to be close to their victim at all costs, who does not want a relationship with them, even if it means breaking the law.

4/29/2016 3:36 PM PDT - Chris Brown's unwanted guest can't take the hint, 'cause cops say she showed up AGAIN at his home and got busted for trespassing. According to law enforcement sources, Danielle Patti waited until the gate to Brown's home opened before walking onto the property around 3 AM Thursday. She was caught by security and held until police arrived. She was charged with two counts of trespassing to which she pled not guilty on Friday. Brown was home at the time, and we're told his attorney will file for a temporary restraining order..

Danielle Patti was in court Friday for a bail hearing when the judge gave the order. You can see in the video, Patti tried to speak directly to the judge -- declaring she wanted to dump her attorney and represent herself -- but the judge wasn't having it. Danielle's been in jail since last week after she was arrested for trespassing at Chris' home for the second time since December. Chris currently has a 100 yard restraining order against her.

Danielle Patti, a woman believed to be stalking Chris Brown, was arrested for trespassing at his Los Angeles mansion. She told police she was dating Brown and he blocked her in the property as she tried to leave the premises. Patti then stated Brown began threatening her on social networking for stalking him. 

As stated in the Judiciary Report article "Chris Brown Hit With Restraining Order From His Stalker" published to the site on March 17, 2016, "Patti filed paperwork to obtain a restraining order against Brown and it was granted, even though he is a victim of her criminal stalking. Brown has not handled this matter correctly. He is the one that should have a restraining order against Patti.

However, by lashing out against her directly on social networking, he has now broken the law. Brown should have let his lawyer Mark Geragos handle the matter."

Brown finally turned the matter over to his attorney's office, who went to court on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 and had restraining order Patti obtained overturned, as she produced no evidence she dated Brown or that he sent her threatening text messages. According to TMZ, when the judge asked Patti to give the court the threatening text messages Brown sent her, she stated she had deleted them because they "scare her" and she "didn't want the memories." TMZ is also reporting she did not have Brown's phone number or email address.

I did not believe the story was true, evidenced by the fact that two weeks ago I referred to her as his stalker. Now that her picture has been posted, I can also state she's a nice looking person, but she's not Chris Brown's type. Not because she's white. He has dated beautiful white women, as well as beautiful black women, Latinos and Asians. However, he has a type. He likes women who are glamorous. 

Patti is suffering from a case of Erotomania, a psychiatric condition where the subject is convinced they are in a special romantic relationship with someone who is not dating them. Patti convinced herself that Brown is in love with her, she was invited to his home (she was trespassing) and they are dating, when none of that is true and it appears they've never even met. 

Fans like to take celebrity bus tours operated by companies to go sightseeing or on their own drive by the homes of their favorite stars and take a picture of it. That is not uncommon. Under the law that is not stalking. However, if someone takes it too far by trespassing and or breaking an entry into the actual house/apartment, then it becomes illegal. It also becomes illegal if there exists a pattern of stalking, such as following the target around various locations such as medical appointments, business meetings, their home ect., in a repeated pattern.

Brown is still  in love with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who dumped him for cheating on her and fathering a child outside their relationship (and if you scream that woman's name on one more song social networking will never let you live it down LOL).

3/29/2016 3:37 PM PDT - The woman claiming to be Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend didn't get the restraining order she requested after failing to produce any evidence she'd ever dated the singer. Danielle Patti got her day in court to back up her bizarre claims -- that she and CB hooked up last December and when they broke up, he started harassing and threatening her via text and social media.

She'd already been granted a temporary restraining order, but on Tuesday in a L.A. court a judge asked Patti to hand over proof of any threatening messages from Brown. She told the judge she'd erased them because they scare her and she "didn't want the memories."  She also admitted she didn't have Chris' phone number or email address after being grilled by Chris' lawyers, Ben Meiseles and Setara Qassim. The judge quickly tossed the case...

26-year-old singer, Chris Brown, has a number of stalkers, due to his career in music and looks that has attracted many female admirers online. Stalkers often engage in trespassing, which is illegal. A year ago, stalker Amira Kodcia Ayeb, broke into Brown's home, put on his clothes and spray painted walls and cabinets with items proclaiming herself his wife. Never mind Brown is not married. 

In a move psychiatrists associate with stalkers, Kodcia Ayeb, became jealous of Brown's daughter, Royalty, throwing out the toddler's clothes and playing voodoo items around the baby's crib, which is very disturbing. She also threw out his pets' toys. Psychologists written in a number of medical papers that stalkers often become jealous of their target's girlfriend or spouse, children, parents and pets, as competition for the victim's affection.

Brown's latest stalker, Danielle Patti, engaged in conduct also associated with stalkers, via driving to his home and trespassing. Patti waited for the security gates at Brown's mansion to open, when an authorized person drove out of the property, then she quickly drove in without permission. Patti was arrested for this misconduct. Now Patti is claiming Brown has been harassing her on social networking and threatened to kill her. 

Patti filed paperwork to obtain a restraining order against Brown and it was granted, even though he is a victim of her criminal stalking. Brown has not handled this matter correctly. Experts recommended not communicating with stalkers, as they will deem it validation and encouragement. This means do not engage them online or in person. Some psychologists recommend telling a stalker you want nothing to do with them. However, I've tried this regarding certain individuals stalking me (Kabbalah Center) and found it does not work with those who are schizophrenic and suffering from Erotomania. It's best to avoid them altogether, but make sure there is proper documentation of their criminal behavior, making it easier to pursue legal action for one's own protection. When a stalker is far gone, they only hear what they want to hear, no matter how much you tell them no.

3/16/2016 5:55 PM PDT - Chris Brown has turned the tables on the woman who was arrested for trespassing at his house -- because now he won't stop threatening her on social media ... according to her, anyway. Danielle Patti filed for a temporary restraining order against Chris, claiming he's repeatedly harassed her on his social media platforms and said he'd like to see her dead. She also says they used to date. 

Patti is the same woman who ... as we reported, was arrested in December when she allegedly drove onto Chris' property and refused to leave. In the docs, filed by Patti herself, she tells it differently ... claiming she was trying to leave, but couldn't because someone parked a car in front of hers. She says Chris called the cops and she was arrested. She claims she was cleared of all charges. The judge granted the restraining order -- meaning Chris must stay 100 yards away from Patti and have no contact with her -- pending a hearing later this month. We're guessing he'll be cool with that.

There have been many cases of members of the public getting into confrontations with the bodyguards of stars. In the cases where there are allegations of illegal physical contact, the bodyguard is usually arrested and ordered in for questioning. However, in the case of Chris Brown, a local man in Washington, DC, Parker Adams, stated the singer did not hit him, but he sustained a broken nose, after photobombing the star. Brown’s bodyguard Chris Hollosy has admitted he punched Adams, who was trying to illegally board the singer’s bus in what is trespassing. 

With the absence of any videotape evidence to illustrate what transpired, the case is based on word of mouth. Irrespective of this fact, Brown was shackled and extradited like Hannibal Lecter, via a four-day flight on Con Air and is being placed on trial, when stars in similar situations were not even arrested. The law must be evenly applied and judging by the facts of this case regarding evidence and statements that have been released, something is amiss.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is recommending the local district attorney charge pop star Justin Bieber with felony vandalism, after he egged his neighbor's mansion in Calabasas, California. Bieber's neighbor called the police and reported an estimated $20,000 in damage to his property due to the egging.

Some of you are probably thinking was "the Sixteenth Chapel" (as Bieber would say), pardon me, the Sistine Chapel on his neighbors walls/ceiling, for the damages to hit $20,000. However, Bieber's neighbor is stating the paint and plaster job was a costly one and the eggs the pop star threw at the surface stained the finish. If Bieber's neighbor and the police can prove a paint and plaster repair job will run more than $500, it's an easy felony. Bieber also stands accused of trespassing on his neighbor's property.

If an immigrant is convicted of a felony in America, there exists a high probability of deportation and the inability to return to the United States, due to being barred from the country. As the incident was caught on tape, pleading not guilty is a stretch. However, Bieber's legal team will most likely dispute the cost of the damage done to his neighbor's property, attempting to have the charges reduced to misdemeanors (damage under $500). As a general legal rule, immigrants are not deported for misdemeanors.

In related news, Bieber's housemate, rapper Lil Za, has been charged with three felonies, in conjunction with a police raid on the star's home after the egging incident. Two counts are for drug possession (marijuana and ecstasy) and the third is for breaking a phone, once Za was in police custody at the local jail. He is facing 9-years in jail.

Previously, a neighbor accused Bieber of spitting in his face and threatening him, for telling the star not to speed in The Oaks gated community they reside, where children also play. Bieber also had a confrontation with former football star Keyshawn Johnson, who sternly spoke to him over repeatedly speeding in the gated community.

That's not Bieber's only speeding issue. Bieber's Miami criminal trial for DUI, drag racing and driving on a invalid license begins in March. Bieber, via his local legal counsel, has pled not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges. Bieber is also facing criminal charges in his native Canada for repeatedly hitting a limo driver in the head, after he pushed Bieber's hand away when the singer tried to reach over from the back seat to turn up the radio against the chauffeur's wishes. 

Once again, the Judiciary Report highly recommends an extensive rehab program for Bieber, who is also dealing with emotional and mental issues, after being exploited as a child star. He is in need of therapy to help him through this difficult time in his life or things are going to get much worse.

This week police raided the Calabasas, California mansion of 19-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, after he egged the house of a neighbor, allegedly causing $20,000 in damage. As the damage exceeds $500, this behavior has been labeled a felony, with a corresponding search warrant being issued. Bieber, a native of Canada, could face deportation if charged and convicted, in what seemed like a juvenile prank.

Police, tired of being called to the neighborhood over incidents regarding Bieber warring with his neighbors, who are also exasperated with the situation, took the opportunity to send a strict message to the star that this must stop once and for all. 10 police cars descended on Bieber’s property, searching the home while detaining him in the garage. Bieber's life was turned upside down.

During the search they discovered illegal drugs and Bieber’s friend, rapper Lil Za, was promptly arrested and jailed on felony narcotics charges. Lil Za was rearrested for vandalizing a payphone in jail, with his bond increased from $20,000 to $75,000. Once again, police are attempting to reinforce a stern message to Bieber and his crew.

Having seen numerous reports of Bieber’s entourage being searched and cited for drugs domestically and internationally, it was not a surprise to Los Angeles police to find narcotics on the star's property. Hence the 10 squad cars descending on the luxury home Bieber shares with his friends.

Last year, Bieber’s neighbors complained of wild parties at his home with the smell of marijuana smoke wafting from the property. Sadly, Bieber’s home has become your standard Hollywood drug den, which has become the young star's way of dealing with the exploitation he experienced as a child star. However, he needs to channel his pain and energies into something positive.

Some are stating the drug arrest is Bieber’s fault and Lil Za is taking the fall for him. However, as a pop star, where would Bieber be procuring the large quantities of drugs being brought into his home and tour bus. Lil Za and fellow rapper Lil Twist are bringing in the drugs, among others and they need to stop feeding his addiction lest he overdoses. Bieber needs rehab and a break in ties with the negative influences in his life. Bieber's minders are worried about how to spin this story in the press, when their main concern should be getting him the rehab help and therapy he badly needs.

The day after, Brown took Tran out again to an album release party in Los Angeles. The singer, who lost weight in rehab and appeared exhausted and emotionally drained, is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming CD.

Brown also has a court hearing on November 20, 2013, where prosecutors and a judge will determine whether he will be placed in jail over an assault case in Washington, DC where it was reported his bodyguard punched a man in the face for trespassing on Brown’s tour bus. However, TMZ reports, the police report was changed to state Brown hit the man, a claim the singer denies.

Singer Chris Brown, who was released yesterday from an overnight stay in a Washington, DC jail, is scheduled to face his probation officer over the arrest. Brown and his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, were arrested after a man, Isaac Adams Parker, followed them, then tried to board the singer's tour bus without permission and was punched in the face. 

Parker stated Brown punched him and broke his nose, but the original police report listed his bodyguard Hollosy, as the one who threw the punch whilst protecting his client. Parker should have been detained for trespassing, as it is illegal to enter someone's home, car or tour bus without their consent. The law must be applied evenly, regardless of who is involved in the proceedings. 

Brown's probation officer could opt not to violate his probation, as the Washington assault case was downgraded from a felony to a misdemeanor. However, 2-months ago, Brown ranted against the district attorney on Twitter, which I advised against on Twitter back in August, as not being a good idea. The district attorney may now jump at the chance to revoke his probation (which is what I was alluding to on Twitter two months ago). Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has been successful thus far in addressing legal matters concerning the singer and will certainly go to work on this matter as well.

R&B singer Chris Brown, 24 and his bodyguard Chris Hollosy, 35 were arrested and jailed yesterday in Washington, DC, as it is alleged two men engaged in photo-bombing, whilst the singer took pictures with female fans. The two women tried to enter Brown’s tour bus but were turned away.

The two men engaged in some sort of activity regarding Brown’s tour bus, via conduct branded "trespass" which led Brown to allegedly state, "I’m not into this gay s---, but I am into boxing." Reports indicate Brown was arrested for punching one of the men in the face, who tried to enter the tour bus.

Entering someone’s tour bus, especially at 4:50 AM, without permission is no different from entering a person’s car or home without authorization. That’s private property. Brown has taken pictures with male fans before. Why did he object to these two photobombers. What was said that led him to make the gay remark.

Did they sexually proposition Brown, who has maintained that he is straight (after all, I've seen it firsthand where certain Hollywood cult members repeatedly send people to proposition straight industry members in trying to turn them gay, whilst attempting to groom them for their own sexual purposes, but more on that in a later Judiciary Report article, which will name names and leave you speechless).

Brown’s probation could be revoked in California, where he would face 4-years in jail, due to the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case, for which he was given 5-years probation. Given the situation with overcrowding, in the event he is sent to jail, Brown would serve half of that sentence.

More information has surfaced on the death of Norman Oosterbroek, the owner of the RAD security company, responsible for bodyguard services to members of Hollywood's Illuminati/Kabbalah, such as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Kanye West. Oosterbroek often did security work for Jay-Z and Beyonce and also trained the latter's other bodyguard Julius.

Police revealed an intense struggle occurred between Oosterbroek and his neighbors, whose house he broke into and began rummaging through, while stark naked and reportedly high on cocaine. This startled the homeowners, who called 911, while being physically attacked by Oosterbroek. Oosterbroek, who was renting a house on pricey Old Cutler Road in Miami, aggressively attacked police when they arrived.

Rather than shoot hostile, violent Oosterbroek, police opted for a less lethal approach, via a taser jolt to the chest. However, if Oosterbroek indeed had cocaine in his system (white power residue was found on his body) his heart was already being challenged by the potent narcotic.

It was also reported, Oosterbroek tried to quickly ingest more narcotics, shoving it in his mouth when police arrived, possibly as a means of hiding an incriminating narcotic. A few years ago, a porn star died after he tried to swallow a bag of marijuana when resisting arrest and was tased by police, resulting in choking death and his heart stopping.

At the end of the day, no one should be trespassing and breaking an entry. It is highly illegal. Oosterbroek was breaking the law and in a manner terrifying and traumatic to the occupants of the home he invaded. Waking up in the night to hear sounds in one's home, only to find a crazed, naked cult member in your living room, lunging at you, is inexcusable. However, members of Hollywood's crazy Illuminati believe they are above the law.

Oosterbroek is known for his violent temper, mean streak and malicious mug. He was caught on tape throwing a man off the stage during a Jay-Z concert, resulting in the young fan sustaining two broken legs. Most bodyguards would usher a fan overstepping his bounds out through a side exit, turning him over to junior security members for ejection from the venue. Oosterbroek couldn't be bothered and could have killed the fan, had he landed on his head, breaking his neck, rather than his legs.

However, Oosterbroek was apart of a violent set, the Illuminati/Kabbalah, stocked with stars who mistreat their fans. For example, Rihanna smashed a fan in the face with a microphone and her opening act, A$AP Rocky, in two separate incidents slapped female fans across the face, leading to legal complaints and charges.

Kanye West is well-known for getting violent with photographers for simply taking his picture or asking him a question. Jay-Z once stabbed a man in a night club leading to criminal charges and in another incident punched a female fan three times. In another incident, Jay-Z's bodyguards severely beat up a man in Las Vegas, outside a business he owned that has gone under.

The drug addicted bodyguard had been in rehab twice before, but had another relapse, which is not surprising as his clients such as Rihanna and Lady GaGa are full fledged cocaine addicts, who refuse to go to rehab. Being a drug addict in such an environment is dangerous. Too much temptation around via stars sniffing cocaine like it's nothing, when it can kill.

The Miami Police took the necessary course of action, but other factors brought into the picture by Oosterbroek, caused his demise. As a person very familiar with the misconduct of members of the Hollywood Illuminati, I can attest they are deranged and drugged out, hence their inappropriate conduct.

Norman Oosterbroek, 43, the very violent head of security for illuminati/Kabbalah rapper Jay-Z, his wife Beyonce and fellow members Kanye West and Lady gaga, was tasered to death by police after breaking into a home in Miami, Florida butt naked. Police were called when Oosterbroek was observed breaking into a home on Old Cutler Road, an affluent section of South Miami and Coral Gables. Did I mention he was butt naked. Wonder who else's home he's broken into in Miami.

Ironically, when I was interviewed by the the FBI twice in 2005, regarding the Kabbalah criminal copyright infringement case and phone hacking scandal, which I broke first (via a police complaint to the Met Police in London), I did tell the FBI agents about the problem I was experiencing regarding break-ins, where the thieves didn't steal jewelry or electronics, but kept going to the desk in my home studio and stealing offline copyrighted discs with original songs, films scripts and book manuscripts, among other things, that I'd authored. Three of the break-ins occurred while we were at home. Each time they kept going for my home studio, as I had stopped authoring new copyrights on my computers that connected to the internet, because two computer security companies stated in writing the computers are being hacked and the contents illegally copied.

During one break in, the intruder picked the backdoor lock to my home studio and made his way inside. He fled when my mother began screaming for me to call 911. During another break-in, the intruder smashed the back window to my home studio and began trying to make his way inside, when my aunt began screaming as she saw him. He fled as a result. Other break-ins occurred when I was not at home and discs were stolen. It's gotten to the point, I don't leave any copyrighted CD or DVD discs with my new copyrights on them at home.

After the break-ins, weeks later each time, the items on my CD and DVD-ROM discs, only privately stored in the Library of Congress and in my home, kept coming out attributed to Madonna, her label Warner and their affiliates via a copyright attorney Robert Jacobs at Sony (Beyonce's label).

Police reports in Miami support these claims and the FBI was informed in writing as early as 2005 and furnished with copies of the police reports. The Miami Shores Police where I used to live stated they could not take up the case, because the FBI took it over having federal jurisdiction.

Kabbalah's former private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, who I complained to the FBI about in 2005 (he was arrested 4-months later and is currently in prison), routinely broke into people's homes and cars on behalf of Hollywood stars and hired thugs to do so as well, to install illegal surveillance equipment and or take files and computer items he was not able to have his 4 on staff hackers steal over the internet (via hacking/computer intrusion). The main agent that I gave the information to verbally and in writing is FBI Agent Catherine Koontz.

Similarly, in the phone hacking case in Britain, concerning Kabbalah member Rupert Murdoch, one of his employees turned police witness confessed that they had certain thugs they paid to break into homes to steal files and items they were unable to get their hands on through lawful means for illegal public use (Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Exposed For Burglaries Into High Profile People's Homes To Steal Information For Profit).

Usher's Ex-Wife Terrified Of His Stalker And Wants Court Protection For Their Kids

Tameka Foster, the manly ex-husband, I mean ex-wife, of singer, Usher Raymond, is using the fact he has a stalker, to undermine him in court during their child custody case, which also includes significant demands for alimony he deems exorbitant. Foster also fears for her kids safety, which is understandable under the circumstances.

As reported on the site this week, a woman named DarshelleJones-Rakestraw, lost her mind and stalked Usher to his Atlanta mansion. She was able to get past security in the gated community (so much for your gated community association fees).

Rakestraw landed on Usher's door step and began banging on the door, demanding to be let inside. When Usher called the police, Rakestraw lied to them and stated she is his wife and had misplaced her keys. When she did that, cops gave her the Britney Spears special - a mental evaluation at a local hospital.

After a mental health check up she clearly failed, Rakestraw was charged by police and released by the hospital, ordered to make her first court appearance in the matter in a few weeks. That's what you get Usher, for singing songs proclaiming, "I'll be your groupie baby. You are my superstar...I'm your number one fan." That bit of role reversal to sell records has gotten you into trouble, because clearly some people took it literally.

Side Bar: do you think she will kidnap him *crickets.* I can just see Usher now in a video shown on the 5 o'clock news, holding up a newspaper in front of his face to prove the date, with a light shining in his eyes, while he recites his captor's demands that must be met before he is released and his lyric "I'll be your groupie baby" playing in the background.

Halle Berry's Violent Stalker Arrested For Repeatedly Trespassing At Her Home

A crazed man, Richard Franco, was arrested for trespassing at the home of actress, Halle Berry, three times over the past few days. The actress was alarmed when she saw Franco staring at her through her kitchen window.

Police were summons, leading to heightened security at Berry's West Hollywood home. Upon Franco's third illegal return to the property, hopping the wall once again, he was apprehended by off duty police officers, acting as Berry's security.

It has since been discovered, he has a long history of arrests for felony battery, burglary, vandalism and drug use. Franco has been charged with felony stalking. One can't be too careful, especially when a child is present in the home. Berry has a pretty little 3-year-old daughter.

In the past, paparazzi photos have invasively been taken of Berry in her backyard with her mom and daughter. The mere fact Franco was actually in their yard, must have alarmed the Oscar award winning actress. People need to respect others property and private space, as such trespassing is unacceptable and unlawful.
