Police Use Taser On Man 20 Times Killing Him In Act Of Excessive Force (Video)

 

Cocaine user, Linwood Lambert, was arrested and handcuffed by police in South Boston, Virginia. Officers initially took him to the hospital for a "mental evaluation" but changed their minds and decided to arrest him for erratic behavior, despite the fact he was in cuffs. They engaged in acts that killed him in the hospital parking lot via excessive tasing. Three police officers broke the law in tasing a shackled man (Lambert) and a whopping 20 TIMES (50,000 volts per tase), which unquestionably constitutes excessive force.

As a result of said police brutality via excessive tasing, combined with the effects of the cocaine, Lambert died. The human heart was not meant to withstand such abuse. The cocaine had given his heart a walloping and the tasing did additional damage, sending Lambert into full on cardiac arrest. He died of a heart attack. Ironically, the three officers were inexplicably given a promotion.

Lambert's family has filed a lawsuit against the police for $25,000,000 and issued this statement through their attorney, "Linwood Lambert, Jr.’s death was tragic and never should have happened. The police officers first encountered an unarmed and non-threatening man. They placed him in handcuffs and transported him to the hospital for medical attention. At the hospital, they repeatedly administered millions of volts of electrical shocks with a taser on an unarmed and restrained man. Despite the obvious deterioration of his medical condition from the tasing, the officers allowed Mr. Lambert to languish in the hospital parking lot, feet from the emergency department entrance. We believe the police officers violated Mr. Lambert’s constitutionally protected rights by depriving him of the medical attention he desperately needed."

What a sad and tragic tale. The three officers should be brought up on criminal charges, as their conduct led to Lambert's death. Had they not tased him 20 times he would be alive today. Tasers are not for sadistic purposes and must be used responsibly. The voltage is painful and disrupts the heart. To have tased him to that degree equals murder. What the officers did is the equivalent of electrocution.

New video shows Virginia officers used stun guns on man before

Thursday 12 November 2015 22.39 GMT - Three police officers repeatedly used stuns guns on a black man they brought to a Virginia hospital for a mental health evaluation, and the man later died in their custody, according to recently released videos in the 2013 case. The videos, first obtained by MSNBC, show the South Boston officers shocking Linwood R Lambert Jr multiple times after he kicked out police cruiser’s back window and ran to the doors of an emergency room while he was handcuffed.

Instead of taking him inside the ER, which was just steps away, officers took Lambert to jail, saying he was arrested for disorderly conduct and property damage. Upon his arrival at the jail, the 46-year-old was unresponsive. An ambulance brought him back to the same ER and he was pronounced dead at the hospital, about an hour after he was initially taken into custody. Lambert’s family filed a $25m lawsuit in April, accusing the officers of unlawfully arresting him and using “excessive, unreasonable and deadly force”.

South Carolina motorist, Julius Wilson, is filing a lawsuit against Michael Slager and the North Charleston Police Department, over acts of police brutality and excessive force. During a 2014 traffic stop, Slager, who recently tased and shot to death motorist, Walter Scott, used excessive force on Wilson. After Wilson was on the ground, Slager tased him in the back.

In a statement to the press, Wilson revealed, "In my lifetime, I have witnessed violent acts by police officers. Without proof of such acts, the word of police officers is always taken over the word of the victims forced to endure their violent acts." Other victims of Slager have also made it clear they intend to sue over their injuries.

Feidin Santana filmed the shooting death of 59-year-old Walter Scott, at the hands of South Carolina police officer, Michael Slager, 33. Santana shares the view of many that the killing was police brutality and excessive force, in murdering a man that was running away from a clearly dangerous police officer. Slager framed Scott, stating he had grabbed his taser. However, the video showed no such thing. The video shows Slager dropping his taser beside Scott’s lifeless body after the murder, in an attempt to frame the deceased victim.

Slager has been charged with murder, arrested and denied bond, as the video unmasked his retelling of the shooting as a lie. Santana told NBC News “I remember the police had control of the situation. He had control of Scott. And Scott was trying just to get away fro the taser. But like I said, he never used the taser against the cop.”

Law enforcement plays an integral role in any society. While there are good cops out there, who do indeed protect and serve, there are a few who are engaging in brutality and it needs to stop. As such the Judiciary Report is highlighting another case of police brutality. 36-year-old Baltimore woman, Kianga Mwamba, was tased by a police officer for filming the arrest of a man, who was being brutalized. 

Mwamba was driving by and witnessed as a police officer kicked a man during the arrest. The officer ordered her to drive away and she responded, "You telling me I can't record." The officer then approached her demanding she get "out of the car." He yanked her out and tased her so severely she thought she was being burned. The story gets even worse as he falsely stated, "You a dumb b***h, you know that? You just tried to run over an officer." The officer erased the video of what transpired from Mwamba's phone, but the back up copy was on her cloud account online and easily retrieved.

This is unquestionable police brutality and corruption. It's disheartening reading such stories.  Mwamba has filed a $7,000,000 lawsuit against the Baltimore City Police Department for the offense. Ars Technica reported, "The suit, filed last week, said the police 'attacked' the woman, 'dragged' her from her vehicle, and 'threw her onto the street, handcuffed her, tasered her, called her a 'dumb b***h,' and kept her restrained. The suit says the officers arrested Mwamba and "threw her face-down on the street" to "prevent the disclosure of the video taken of them beating a handcuffed man." 

The video evidence certainly bolsters her case. It was convincing enough to have the fraudulent charges of trying to run over the officer and his partner dropped. Under the law, people are allowed to film items outdoors with their mobile phones.

Dec 11 2014, 1:45pm EST - A 36-year-old Baltimore woman claims she was tased by police and arrested while filming the arrest of a man with her mobile phone, according to a lawsuit to be served on the Baltimore City Police Department as early as Thursday.  Video of the March 30 melee surfaced online this week. 

Police erased the 135-second recording from the woman's phone, but it was recovered from her cloud account, according to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City lawsuit (PDF), which seeks $7 million.

Kianga Mwamba was driving home from a family gathering in March. Stopped in traffic, she began filming the nearby arrest of a man who she says was kicked by police. "You telling me I can't record," the woman says on the video as police tell her to move on. "I'll park. I'll park. I'll park," the woman is heard saying in her own recording. All of a sudden an officer says, "Out of the car. Out of the car." She was yanked out. "He burning me. He burning me," the woman is heard screaming...

Mwamba was arrested on charges of assault for allegedly trying to run over two officers. Charges were dropped, and she suffered cuts and bruises. At the end of the tape, an officer says, "You a dumb b***h, you know that?" "What did I do?" she asks. "You just tried to run over an officer," the officer responds...

Mayor of New York, Bill Deblasio, has spoken out against the use of illegal chokeholds by police. Incidents regarding New York officers engaging in police brutality and excessive force have made their way onto You Tube and various news channels in America. The public has been protesting these acts that have brutalized blacks and Latinos in New York, in the wake of the local grand jury refusing to indict police officer, Daniel Pantaleo, for killing unarmed man, Eric Garner, via the use of an illegal chokehold.

 Another incident saw officers from the New York Police Department NYPD, put a pregnant woman in a chokehold and beat her husband, calling him a "nig*er" because they were barbequing in their front yard in Brooklyn.

Another case involves the NYPD beating a pregnant woman they put in a chokehold. Despite her please warning them she is pregnant and they are going to "kill" her "baby" the police brutality continued.

In another case a pregnant woman was thrown to the ground, put in a chokehold and tased. A woman in the neighborhood tried to help the unarmed pregnant woman and another police officer, violently pushed her to the point she fell several feet away and sustained a broken arm.

More information has surfaced on the death of Norman Oosterbroek, the owner of the RAD security company, responsible for bodyguard services to members of Hollywood's Illuminati/Kabbalah, such as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Kanye West. Oosterbroek often did security work for Jay-Z and Beyonce and also trained the latter's other bodyguard Julius.

Police revealed an intense struggle occurred between Oosterbroek and his neighbors, whose house he broke into and began rummaging through, while stark naked and reportedly high on cocaine. This startled the homeowners, who called 911, while being physically attacked by Oosterbroek. Oosterbroek, who was renting a house on pricey Old Cutler Road in Miami, aggressively attacked police when they arrived.

Rather than shoot hostile, violent Oosterbroek, police opted for a less lethal approach, via a taser jolt to the chest. However, if Oosterbroek indeed had cocaine in his system (white power residue was found on his body) his heart was already being challenged by the potent narcotic.

It was also reported, Oosterbroek tried to quickly ingest more narcotics, shoving it in his mouth when police arrived, possibly as a means of hiding an incriminating narcotic. A few years ago, a porn star died after he tried to swallow a bag of marijuana when resisting arrest and was tased by police, resulting in choking death and his heart stopping.

At the end of the day, no one should be trespassing and breaking an entry. It is highly illegal. Oosterbroek was breaking the law and in a manner terrifying and traumatic to the occupants of the home he invaded. Waking up in the night to hear sounds in one's home, only to find a crazed, naked cult member in your living room, lunging at you, is inexcusable. However, members of Hollywood's crazy Illuminati believe they are above the law.

Oosterbroek is known for his violent temper, mean streak and malicious mug. He was caught on tape throwing a man off the stage during a Jay-Z concert, resulting in the young fan sustaining two broken legs. Most bodyguards would usher a fan overstepping his bounds out through a side exit, turning him over to junior security members for ejection from the venue. Oosterbroek couldn't be bothered and could have killed the fan, had he landed on his head, breaking his neck, rather than his legs.

However, Oosterbroek was apart of a violent set, the Illuminati/Kabbalah, stocked with stars who mistreat their fans. For example, Rihanna smashed a fan in the face with a microphone and her opening act, A$AP Rocky, in two separate incidents slapped female fans across the face, leading to legal complaints and charges.

Kanye West is well-known for getting violent with photographers for simply taking his picture or asking him a question. Jay-Z once stabbed a man in a night club leading to criminal charges and in another incident punched a female fan three times. In another incident, Jay-Z's bodyguards severely beat up a man in Las Vegas, outside a business he owned that has gone under.

The drug addicted bodyguard had been in rehab twice before, but had another relapse, which is not surprising as his clients such as Rihanna and Lady GaGa are full fledged cocaine addicts, who refuse to go to rehab. Being a drug addict in such an environment is dangerous. Too much temptation around via stars sniffing cocaine like it's nothing, when it can kill.

The Miami Police took the necessary course of action, but other factors brought into the picture by Oosterbroek, caused his demise. As a person very familiar with the misconduct of members of the Hollywood Illuminati, I can attest they are deranged and drugged out, hence their inappropriate conduct.

Norman Oosterbroek, 43, the very violent head of security for illuminati/Kabbalah rapper Jay-Z, his wife Beyonce and fellow members Kanye West and Lady gaga, was tasered to death by police after breaking into a home in Miami, Florida butt naked. Police were called when Oosterbroek was observed breaking into a home on Old Cutler Road, an affluent section of South Miami and Coral Gables. Did I mention he was butt naked. Wonder who else's home he's broken into in Miami.

Ironically, when I was interviewed by the the FBI twice in 2005, regarding the Kabbalah criminal copyright infringement case and phone hacking scandal, which I broke first (via a police complaint to the Met Police in London), I did tell the FBI agents about the problem I was experiencing regarding break-ins, where the thieves didn't steal jewelry or electronics, but kept going to the desk in my home studio and stealing offline copyrighted discs with original songs, films scripts and book manuscripts, among other things, that I'd authored. Three of the break-ins occurred while we were at home. Each time they kept going for my home studio, as I had stopped authoring new copyrights on my computers that connected to the internet, because two computer security companies stated in writing the computers are being hacked and the contents illegally copied.

During one break in, the intruder picked the backdoor lock to my home studio and made his way inside. He fled when my mother began screaming for me to call 911. During another break-in, the intruder smashed the back window to my home studio and began trying to make his way inside, when my aunt began screaming as she saw him. He fled as a result. Other break-ins occurred when I was not at home and discs were stolen. It's gotten to the point, I don't leave any copyrighted CD or DVD discs with my new copyrights on them at home.

After the break-ins, weeks later each time, the items on my CD and DVD-ROM discs, only privately stored in the Library of Congress and in my home, kept coming out attributed to Madonna, her label Warner and their affiliates via a copyright attorney Robert Jacobs at Sony (Beyonce's label).

Police reports in Miami support these claims and the FBI was informed in writing as early as 2005 and furnished with copies of the police reports. The Miami Shores Police where I used to live stated they could not take up the case, because the FBI took it over having federal jurisdiction.

Kabbalah's former private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, who I complained to the FBI about in 2005 (he was arrested 4-months later and is currently in prison), routinely broke into people's homes and cars on behalf of Hollywood stars and hired thugs to do so as well, to install illegal surveillance equipment and or take files and computer items he was not able to have his 4 on staff hackers steal over the internet (via hacking/computer intrusion). The main agent that I gave the information to verbally and in writing is FBI Agent Catherine Koontz.

Similarly, in the phone hacking case in Britain, concerning Kabbalah member Rupert Murdoch, one of his employees turned police witness confessed that they had certain thugs they paid to break into homes to steal files and items they were unable to get their hands on through lawful means for illegal public use (Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Exposed For Burglaries Into High Profile People's Homes To Steal Information For Profit).

Reports today indicate, woman beater Chris Brown and his friends terrorized elderly people at a subway restaurant. Brown's friends harassed an elderly woman working at the restaurant, for asking them to pay extra money for the additional meat they requested. She had every right to ask his cheap backside to pay more money for the additional food.

It seems fair enough, but not to Brown's posse. They became verbally abusive and threatening. When other older people tried to intervene, they turned on them as well, issuing racial slurs. Brown's bodyguard even chased one of the innocent men trying to defend the elderly Subway worker, around the parking lot with a taser.

As usual, wherever Chris Brown goes there is trouble. For someone on probation, he certainly likes to get up to no good and menace innocent people. He wouldn't like it if anyone treated his mother like that, but here we have it, they are disrespecting and terrorizing elderly people. Foul!

In a bid to evade police apprehending him with a large bag of marijuana, gay porn star, Andrew Grande, swallowed the packet of illegal narcotic, was tasered for resisting arrest and choked to death.

The police tried to help him, once they realized he was choking, but by the time paramedics arrived and removed the bag of marijuana from his throat, he had choked to death.

The entire episode was caught on camera by a film crew taping a reality show featuring Grande. What a sad and unsavory profession. Not to mention, a tragic way to die.

Living a fast life of illegal drugs, pornography and deviant sex, is not worth the risk. Living a decent life in the sight of God is what is most important.

The Judiciary Report would like to encourage those living an alternative lifestyle or those in the field of pornography and or illegal drugs, to leave it behind. That is not what God wants for you, as He loves you and does not agree with such conduct.

Suspect Dies after Attempt to Swallow Bag of Pot, FDLE Investigates

Posted: 4:09 PM Mar 11, 2010 - Panama City Beach- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating the death of a local man who died while Bay County Sheriff's deputies were trying to arrest him. The death of 23-year-old Andrew Grande is devastating for his friends and family. But it was also traumatic for the deputies and the camera crew riding along with them as the responded to a disturbance call early Friday morning.

Just after 2AM Friday deputies responded to a disturbance call at the Executive Inn on front beach road. They say Grande pushed a female friend. A camera crew from Zoo Productions filmed what happened when deputies arrived. When one of the deputies tried to arrest him they say he resisted and stuffed something in his mouth. That's when at least one of the deputies shot him with a taser. They say he pulled the taser probes out of his body, that's when deputies noticed he was choking...

Had he done that Grande would have most likely faced misdemeanor charges...

Stunned

At the request of her mother, a young girl was stunned by a police officer, using a taser, when she would not stop kicking and screaming. She was taken to a youth jail as well, as a result of the incident. Now her dad is angry that his child was exposed to such abuse that has left her burned and shaken. This really is an inappropriate practice regarding kids.
