Gay Vlogger Pleads Guilty To Faking Homophobic Attack And Filing False Police Report

Calum McSwiggan

This is a follow up to the June 30, 2016 article "Police State Gay You Tube Vlogger Faked Homophobic Attack." Gay YouTube.com vlogger, Calum McSwiggan, pleaded guilty to felony vandalism and filing a false police report charges. McSwiggan had filed a police report stating he was attacked by three homophobes outside a bar in West Hollywood.

McSwiggan inflicted injuries on himself and posted it on Instagram stating he was attacked by three men, indicating he is suffering from mental illness.

Police later observed McSwiggan vandalizing a vehicle, then the jail cell he was placed in by police who arrested him for the aforementioned crime. McSwiggan used "the handle and receiver of a payphone inside the cell" to create self-induced injuries, such as three broken teeth and a head injury that required six stitches. McSwiggan has been sentenced to 3-years supervised probation and anger management sessions.

Boxer Adrien Broner Released From Jail But Still Faces Second Court Case

Adrien Broner and fiancée Arie

26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, has been released from jail in Ohio, on a probation violation for a driving under the influence (DUI) charge, but still faces legal troubles. The singer posted a photo on his social networking pages, expressing the fact he in thankful to be home with his fiancée and children, after spending 10-days in jail.

Upon his release from jail yesterday, Broner posted this photo from his home, featuring his fiancée and children sleeping in bed, stating he missed them

Multi-millionaire Broner has a second case pending for assault and robbery, after a bowling alley gambling incident in January went wrong, devolving into violence. Broner has pled not guilty to the charges and faces 2-10 years in prison if convicted. Probation would be an option. However, his priors could pose a problem, as he has been in trouble before. Hopefully the court will have mercy on him, as sending him away a long time for this offense doesn't make sense, especially if he can make peace with the victim. In the meantime, Broner needs to go to rehab, stay out of trouble, work on his fitness and hit the ring. A number of boxers have expressed an interest in fighting Broner in what would be strong commercial bouts.

Adrien Broner Asks Fans To Write To Him In Jail But Some Are Questioning Why Because...

Adrien Broner's mug shot

Former boxing champion, Adrien Broner, is currently sitting in a Ohio jail on a probation violation for reckless driving, stemming from a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) arrest that occurred in 2015. This week, the hyperactive showman, was sentenced to 10-days behind bars for the probation violation.

Post on Adrien Broner's Instagram page

Broner had someone log into his Twitter and Instagram social networking accounts and post an item asking his fans to write to him in jail, which drew laughs online. People are cracking up because Broner was only sentenced to 10-days. By the time the letters would get to the jail and be processed, he’d be a free man again. Adrien, you’re doing 10-days in jail, not 10-years. Man up!

Adrien Broner Arrested And Jailed For Probation Violation And Trouble Strikes In His Personal Life With Claims He Cheated On His Fiancée

Adrien Broner's second mug shot taken this month

For years the Judiciary Report has been imploring former four time boxing champion, Adrien Broner, 26, to calm down and forsake his wild ways (2014's How To Reap The Benefits Of Boxing While Avoiding The Pitfalls and last week's "Boxer Adrien Broner Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Robbery"). Yesterday, Broner was arrested in his home state of Ohio and jailed for 10-days on a probation violation. Broner was arrested in January 2015 for drunk driving. Broner told the arresting officer that he had made over $100,000,000 in his career as a boxer.

In July 2015, Broner was sentenced to 6-months probation and community service. However, Broner was arrested again in November 2015 for reckless driving, which constituted a probation violation. Broner made an appearance in court today, where he was sentenced to 10-days in jail. In light of how much time he could have been given, 10-days is not bad at all.

Adrien Broner and fiancée Arie

Broner has bigger problems on the horizon. He was arrested for assaulting a man in January 2016, which resulted in the victim needing 60 stitches. On April 4, 2016, Broner was granted $100,000 bail. There are some judges and prosecutors who will negatively take into account the fact he was arrested on a probation violation and jailed for days during his bail on another offense.

As stated in the column last week, Broner has made it out of very impoverished circumstances in Ohio, to attain fame and fortune. This makes what he is doing via repeat offenses all the more risky, as he has so much to lose as a rich, high profile figure. People will also sue for millions of dollars stating they are victims.

Adrien Broner's six children

There are some judges who will deviate from sentencing guidelines and punish people how they see fit. Where a person may have gotten probation or days in jail, judges have thrown the book at some for being repeat offenders, locking them up for months and years. Broner needs to stay out of trouble and throw himself on the mercy of the court in the assault case, as a father of young children and a husband-to-be, because if he is not careful, he could get locked up for a long time, especially if he keeps getting arrested. The judge will start looking at his priors and it will create problems for him.

Broner has a big family he is close to and a fiancée, who would miss him if he is sent to jail for years. Broner has also become accustomed to a wealthy lifestyle. If he is placed in prison for years, he will miss it. He has become used to having steak, lobster and wine. Prison meals are completely different - they are not the gourmet food he has become accustomed to eating. He is used to sleeping on luxury sheets/bedding. A small prison bed and rough sheets is not the same thing.

Alexis Sky

Instead of waking up at 5AM to train for a boxing match, it will be to do prison chores and with no boxing equipment in sight, which will derail his fitness as a boxer. Instead of fighting in the ring, he will have to fight off people in prison who may resent his fame and fortune, if he is transitioned into the general population. Adrien needs to think about all of that the next time he is in a situation that could get him into trouble. Learn to walk away from conflict.

Broner is also having trouble in his personal life. Rumors online state a woman from Instagram, Alexis Sky, has stated things online that led the public to believe Broner cheated with her on Arie Nicole, his fiancée and the mother of his two youngest children and is hiding it.

'Affluenza' Teen Responsible For Fatal Car Crash Killing 4 Apprehended In Mexico With His Mother On Probation Violation

Ethan Couch apprehended after having darkened his hair and illegally fleeing to Mexico in violation of court orders set in America

18-year-old Ethan Couch was apprehended in Mexico, after violating probation in a drunk driving and vehicular homicide case, fleeing to Puerto Vallarta with his mother, 48-year-old, Tonya Couch. Mexican authorities turned him over to U.S. Marshals as a fugitive evading the law.

At age 16, an inebriated Couch got behind the wheel of his car and crashed into a group of pedestrians and a parked vehicle, killing 4 and injuring 9. Couch was given probation, but violated it, via video that surfaced this year showing the teen playing beer pong. This constituted underage drinking, which is illegal and what got him into trouble in the first place. Additionally, Couch had been ordered by the court to stay away from alcohol, due to the vehicular homicide.

Couch's defense attorneys argued the teen suffered from "Affluenza" which is a term coined in the 1990s, regarding rich people with no alleged understanding of right or wrong. He was sentenced to 10-years of probation and sent to an in-patient treatment facility. However, he fled to Mexico fearing he would be sent to jail for violating his probation.

"Affluenza" is a load of garbage. Unless a person is mentally insane or mentally impaired to the point no understanding of right and wrong can be distinguished, being rich is no justification for a gross lack of ethics. Couch has not been declared mentally unfit. Therefore, he was ruled mentally fit to stand trial, was convicted and clearly has an understanding of right and wrong.

The problem often occurs when rich people do not discipline their children, give them everything they want and allow them to indulge in unethical behavior. The Judiciary Report has stated in past columns that rich people need to provide their children with discipline and structure, as well as teaching them the value of hard work and money, via getting a job in their mid-teens.

Ethan Couch in court

If you raise your children properly, teaching them respect for the law and other people, instilling in them the ways of honesty, decency and hard work, they have a chance to turn out quite well. You have done your job. If they succumb to negative outside influences and engage in bad behavior, that's not your fault, as you've done your part as a good parent.

However, a child with no rules will not turn out well. Children do not raise themselves. They need proper parental guidance and boundaries and an absence thereof will only lead to trouble to the child's detriment. Proper child rearing is important. In Couch's case, we see a mother teaching and helping her son to evade the law and not face the consequences of his actions. This did not set a good example and reinforces the view he can do whatever he pleases, even if his actions violate the law and cause other people injury or inconvenience.

We are also seeing a father, Fred Couch, who allowed a then 13-year-old Ethan, to drive to school each day without a license, in violation of the law. When the principal of the Anderson Private School questioned the illegal practice, Ethan's father threatened to buy the school. It shows a lack of class, grace and decorum to throw one's money around or trying to buy one's way out of trouble. It is in very poor taste. The boy was clearly taught no sense of responsibility and it has ruined his life and that of others.

Ethan was also caught passed out from drinking in a parked truck with a naked 14-year-old girl. This is conduct his parents should have censured, but they did not in any measure, opting to get him out of trouble when police citations were issued. Once again, Ethan has not been taught discipline or that he must adhere to the rules of society that apply to everyone. Ethan is the product of bad upbringing, in knowing right from wrong, but wrongly believing he is above the law and the social rules of society. However, it is not too late for his parents to try to help him redeem his life. He needs to devote his life to charity in helping others, to try to repay his debt to society. He is not irredeemable.

Texas 'affluenza' teen captured in Mexico to be returned to U.S.

Tue Dec 29, 2015 6:18pm EST - A rich Texas teenager who fled with his mother to Mexico to avoid possible jail time for violating his probation in a drunken-driving crash that left four people dead planned the flight and even held a farewell party, U.S. authorities said on Tuesday. Ethan Couch, 18, became known as the "affluenza" teen during his trial in juvenile court over the 2013 crash. He and his mother were captured by Mexican authorities on Monday in the Pacific Coast beach city of Puerto Vallarta. They were likely to be returned to the United States on Wednesday.

During Couch's trial, a psychologist sparked outrage by saying in his defense that Couch was so wealthy and spoiled he could not tell the difference between right and wrong. He was sentenced to 10 years drug-and-alcohol-free probation for intoxication manslaughter, a punishment condemned by critics as privilege rewarded with leniency.

Couch and his mother, Tonya Couch, fled the country after a video surfaced online apparently showing Couch at a party where beer was being consumed. Authorities had been investigating that video as a potential parole violation. Couch had missed a mandatory meeting with his probation officer, prompting officials in Tarrant County, Texas, to issue a warrant for his arrest earlier this month.

Meek Mill Found Guilty Of Violating His Probation And Could Face Return To Prison

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill

A judge has found rapper Meek Mill guilty of violating his probation, stemming from a 2008 weapons and drugs charges. Mill, born Robert Williams, dates rapper Nicki Minaj, who testified in court on his behalf last week at a probation hearing. Mill has repeatedly violated his probation over the past few years, in conduct that already sent him back to prison in 2013 for 5-months.

Mill was again released and sentenced to probation, but violated it not long after via leaving town without the permission of the court to perform at rap concerts, when the court order specifically stated he was to stay within the southern portion of the state of Pennsylvania. Mill also submitted a diluted urine sample to the court during testing, which the lab interpreted as trying to hide drug use forbidden by the court. Mill is managed by Roc Nation, owned by convicted felon, rapper and copyright thief, Jay Z.

At the end of the day, one must follow probation guidelines or risk being incarcerated again. Mill continues to do drugs, rather than go to rehab and deliberately violated the court's orders in another manner, by leaving the state to perform shows. Mill cited the need to earn money. However, in his particular case, his girlfriend and former fiancée, Minaj has money. Could she not have loaned him some cash until the completion of his probation, where he would be able to do shows again.
Side Bar: Do you think the judge is a Drake fan (LOL).

Judge: Meek Mill violated probation. Is prison next?

Last updated: Thursday, December 17, 2015, 7:50 PM - The burgeoning career of rapper Meek Mill was put on ice Thursday when a Philadelphia judge ruled that the 28-year-old star had again violated his probation from a 2008 drug and gun conviction. Common Pleas Court Judge Genece E. Brinkley hinted that the North Philadelphia rapper's next out-of-town tour - after he is sentenced Feb. 5 - could be state prison.

"I bent over backward to give him every opportunity to grow his career," Brinkley told defense lawyer Frank DeSimone at the end of the 51/2-hour virtually nonstop hearing. Mill - born Robert Williams - and a courtroom packed with his supporters and entourage, including superstar girlfriend Nicki Minaj, seemed stunned by the judge's words...

Nicki Minaj' Life Turned Upside Down As Her Father, Brother And Boyfriend All Arrested And Bailed In Separate Cases Headed For Trial

...If Plea Deals Aren't Reached

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill

The life of rapper Nicki Minaj has been turned upside down. Her brother, Jelani Maraj, was arrested for raping and having sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl, in a case that she posted his bail, pending trial (Nicki Minaj's Brother Arrested For Raping 12-Year-Old And She Is Slammed For Baling Him Out). Her father, Robert Manaj, was arrested by police for drunk driving in another case, where she also posted his bail and hired an expensive attorney to represent him.

Nicki's boyfriend turned fiancé turned boyfriend again, rapper Meek Mill, was arrested for violating his probation, in repeatedly leaving the state of Pennsylvania without informing the court, after a weapons conviction. Minaj made an appearance in court and implored the judge not to send Meek Mill back to jail. She vowed in court to manage his schedule to prevent any further probation violations. The couple gave the public the impression Minaj was expecting his child and they are engaged, but new reports seem to indicate otherwise.

Chris Brown's Descent Into Drug Use, Alcoholism, Jail Stints And Bipolar Disorder

Chris Brown at age 16

In 2005, 16-year-old singer, Chris Brown, burst onto the music scene with a fresh face. The young man from the country area of Tappahannock, Virginia, became a favorite among audiences, as his debut hit "Run It" shot up the music charts. Brown's debut album sold 3,000,000 copies worldwide. Not long after, Brown met singer Rihanna and the two began dating.

Both singers are from broken homes that had domestic violence present. It began his descent into trouble. Rihanna got Brown involved with the Kabbalah Center, which is a sick cult. Brown and Rihanna became drug addicts and alcoholics during this time and began to display the signs of mental illness (bipolar disorder and schizophrenia).

Music industry people stated they saw the two fighting on different occasions and in incidents Rihanna initiated by hitting Brown. On February 8, 2009, after leaving a pre-Grammy Awards party, Brown and Rihanna had a heated argument in a rented Lamborghini that turned into a physical fight.

A very credible source responsible for some of the Judiciary Report's site exclusives, all of which later proved true, informed me "Rihanna began screaming at the top of her lungs about a woman" and "Rihanna hit him first." Brown, feeling his temper rising, tried to get her to leave the car, but she refused, demanding answers. Brown got into a rage and started beating her. Neither one of them should have been hitting each other in what ended badly.

Rihanna and Chris Brown before their fight

Brown was arrested on felony charges and pled guilty in exchange for 5-years probation. A massive public backlash ensued as pictures of Rihanna battered face leaked to the public, courtesy of  the website TMZ bribing a police officer with $40,000 for the photo. Brown's life, name and career began a descent he has not recovered from. Sponsors dropped Brown costing him millions of dollars in endorsements. For instance, Wrigley's scrapped their $750,000 deal with Brown. The Milk advertising campaign soon followed.

Brown lost millions more as his status as a convicted felon translated into major foreign nations such as Canada, Britain and Australia, among others, refusing him entry under their standard visa policy, regarding individuals convicted of crimes classed as felonies. Rapper Jay Z, who has been having sexual relations with his protege Rihanna since she was a teenage girl (to the present), began inciting industry members into action against Brown. Jay Z also sent people to harass Brown, which made the singer's temper issues worse. This is ironic, as Jay Z is a woman beater as well.

Rihanna photo after fight with Chris Brown

Anger management issues due to Brown's escalating rage and bitterness over the public condemning and rejecting him for domestic violence, also made his temper worse. Brown got into altercations with others, which led to police complaints being filed and messy lawsuits. When Brown was sent to rehab against his will in 2014, he was finally diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a condition many in Kabbalah have, after being brainwashed under the cult's policy of engaging in behavior to "induce schizophrenia" in its members as a desirable state, when it is serious mental illness.

Brown's probation was violated in 2014 and he was jailed for 4-months. The singer resurfaced from jail, 20 pounds heavier and pale. Brown worked on rebuilding his career with the hit song "Loyal" that did well on the charts and became popular on social networking. Brown's subsequent album "X" which suffered many scrapped release dates, suffered from poor sales upon its release, in what has been a very weak sales climate in America.

Chris Brown in court in jail clothes due to his probation being violated

The public watched as a clean cut country boy became a falling star in Hollywood, an industry notorious for wrecking the lives of child stars. Brown now looks strung out on drug, has dark circles under his eyes, his pupils are often dilated, his body is covered in tattoos, his hair is often unkempt. It is a far way from the fresh faced wholesome teen that took over the music charts a decade ago.

Brown's longtime girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, whom he constantly leaned on as a source of support, broke up with him this year, after the singer accidentally fathered a child with married nude model and video girl, Nia Amey. Tran knew Amey as Brown's friend, but did not realize he was cheating with her, believing he had put those days behind him and their relationship was no longer an open one.

Chris Brown's new look due to drugs and alcohol

Brown to this day is surrounded by yes-men and yes-women, such as his OHB entourage, some of whom have dangerous gang ties, as does the singer. They tell Brown what he wants to hear, not the truth and it is getting him into trouble on a regular basis. This continues to occur to his detriment, as scandal after scandal has unfolded in the press and online concerning him. Brown is headed in the wrong direction again.

Brown has repeatedly apologized to Tran, sent her flowers and has been trying to remain in contact with her. However, she is not taking him back and this time. Brown took to Instagram to post a message directed at Tran, "Some people love it, but will never find this comforting. Being alone in a room alone with no one to hold."

This marks the third time in the past year there was a shooting at an event Brown was present. Brown’s probation officer expressed the concern in court that the singer's presence has been provoking violence and endangering the public. As a result, Brown’s probation officer wants him in jail to protect the singer and the public. However, Judge James Brandlein stated he currently has no proof Brown has anything to do with the shootings.

Make no mistake, violence is following Brown in misconduct by others that is deliberate and planned. Chris Brown Completes Community Service As Police Pull Over His Vehicle At Grammy Party Due To Gun Toting Friend

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown has completed the 1,000 hours of community service he was sentenced to in the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case. The first set of community service hours were rejected by the court after the prosecutor's office made allegations some of the hours were not truly completed by Brown and fraudulently credited to him. Brown buckled down and completed the second set of community service hours ahead of a March 2015 hearing, regarding the previously incomplete time being a probation violation.

In other news, Complex is reporting, "But even with Brown in the good graces of the law, he’s still on their radar. According to TMZ, he was attending T.I.’s pre-Grammy party when police got word that a passenger in his car was carrying a gun. Chris Brown Releases Music Video With Girlfriend Karrueche Tran

R&B singer Chris Brown has released his latest video "Autumn Leaves" featuring long suffering girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. The clip was filmed last year in Hawaii, before the couple experienced problems, broke up and reunited. "Autumn Leaves" is a track reminiscent of the famous 1990s music quartet Jodeci.

"Autumn Leaves" discusses Brown's problems with his relationship, how he is viewed by society and makes reference to problems of violence. The singer is still struggling to complete the 1,000 hours of community service he was order to complete by Los Angeles Superior Court judge, James Brandlein. A hearing is scheduled for March 20, 2015 to determine if the singer will be sent back to jail. In 2014, Brown spent 4-months behind bars on a probation violation.

Chris Brown Says He Will Be The Greatest

Chris Brown Twitter

R&B singer Chris Brown proclaimed on Twitter, "I will be the greatest." He also stated, "James Brown, Michael Jackson, Chris Brown. In that order." However, being the greatest takes a lot of time, hard work and dedication. As it stands, Brown has experienced several run-ins with the law and is running with a set of friends who are dangerous.

Brown needs to use this desire to become the greatest as motivation to complete his existing probation and shed certain friends in his circle, who are not a good influence. One cannot become the greatest spending one's days in courtroom after courtroom and jail. Sacrifices need to be made. James Brown and Michael Jackson accomplished such great things in the entertainment industry, surpassing their feats will not be easy in any measure.

Chris Brown Must Buckle Down

...Or Face Jail

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown is in danger of going back to jail, as his probation was revoked last week. Judge James Brandlin gave Brown several months to complete 1,000 hours probation, but work commitments as well as partying got in the way. As of last week Brown was 202 hours short. Brown would have to work round the clock (with no sleep) at sanctioned community service locations to complete the missing hours in time, which really is not feasible.

Chris Brown performing on stage

The community service deadline crept up on Brown for a number of reasons. Once again, Brown needs to cut certain friends loose. Even his mother, who coddles him as her only boy, is telling him this. Said friends are taking up his time and money with unproductive ventures. His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has been trying to keep him on track, but they've broken up a few times during his probation. He was also in jail for 4 months in 2014.

A tearful Chris Brown in court last week starting the new year with a probation revocation

Brown must change his mindset and look at probation as a job. Something he must do. Judge Brandlin has been merciful to Brown, but he's given him many chances and time is running out. Even if Brown has to take a month off from work, he needs to get the community service hours completed and move on with his life or he will continue to be stuck in this cycle of probation, jail and community service.

Karrueche Tran

It's not good for his mind, well being or progress. Brown also needs to find a smart old school manager, not one who is partying with him and not telling him the truth about some of his trouble prone friends.

A glum Chris Brown in court on January 15, 2015 on a probation violation

This month things have gone from bad to worse for R&B singer Chris Brown. Not only was his show at the Fiesta night club in San Jose, California, riddled with bullets, after assailants opened fire, leaving 5 people with gunshot wounds, a porn star who goes by the name, Kagney Linn Karter, made serious accusations against him on Twitter this past weekend.

Today, Brown's probation was revoked by Judge James Brandlin, over failure to complete stipulated community service hours from the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case, as well as issues surrounding two club shootings that transpired at events the singer performed at over the past 6-months.

Brown's probation officer wrote to the Court, "The recent event in San Jose is disturbing for several factors. One is that he was court ordered not ot leave Los Angeles County without court or probation permission. This is also the second event in less than six months that the defendant has attended of performed where individuals were shot. Though he has shown the ability to be compliant during long stretches of his probation grant, he still continues a pattern of making choices that are counterproductive in his ability to be successful on probation. There is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured."

Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, cleared up the matter regarding the singer's travel requirements, informing the court they did inquire on permission to travel out of Los Angeles county to San Jose, but were told it was not needed. Judge Brandlin accepted the explanation from Brown's attorney. Judge Brandlin also expressed his belief Brown was innocent regarding what transpired in the two club shootings, "As it is now, there’s no indication the defendant had any awareness or criminal culpability." Indeed. As the Judiciary Report has stated for over a year, Brown is in danger and being targeted by individuals in the entertainment industry, known to the FBI, as having hired thugs to terrorize and assault people. These individuals are very brazen, with no fear of the law.

Brown, with long suffering girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, by his side in court, was also informed by Judge Brandlin that with only 8-days remaining on his probation, it is unlikely he will complete the remaining 202 hours. Brown would have to work round the clock doing community service to make the deadline (but the question is will court recognized places be opened long enough for Brown to do so in time). Failure to complete all 1,000 hours within the next 8-days could lead to additional jail time or more community service.

Brown has been ordered back to court on March 20, 2015, for a probation violation hearing, at which time Judge Brandlin will determine what course of action to take. Brown tweeted to his fans on Twitter, "Nothing can stop what God has planned. Surround yourself with elevators! It's almost over... Keeping pushing forward and don't break!"

Chris Brown's Probation Work Days Extended By The Court

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown was in court today for a probation hearing, in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case. Judge James Brandlin stated Brown is doing well, with his only recent offense being a "speeding ticket." Brown's probation is slated to end in January 2015 and to make that date, the judge has increased the singer's community service days from three to four per week to keep him on track.

In other news, Brown stated on Access Hollywood that he sees a therapist twice a week. This is helpful to his situation and hopefully will help him gain insight into his child hood and the abuse he experienced at the hands of his stepfather, who also beat his mother. Brown stated, "I talk to my therapist twice a week whether it’s good or bad… I think it’s good to have somebody that you can vent to. Somebody that understands situations and is not judgmental… as a young guy coming up in the industry at 15, you don’t really get that, you don’t get the crash course. You don’t get the course on how to grow up and how to learn from your mistakes and handle situations differently."

Amanda Bynes before Kabbalah

It's been a rough and sad fall from grace for the once chirpy Nickelodeon star. Bynes made millions starring in family oriented shows and films. However, her downward spiral began when she joined the Hollywood cult Kabbalah and became mentally ill from its sick teachings, like so many of its other members, who were also committed to psychiatric wards (Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Steve-O among others).

Bynes was released on $15,000 bail. She is currently on probation from earlier arrests for DUI, disorderly conduct and arson, in attempting to set her neighbor's driveway on fire. Bynes' descent into mental illness is a sad one. She has used drugs to quell the depression stemming from the sick teachings the Kabbalah sect have brought to her life.

Justin Bieber Arrested In Canada With Selena Gomez Present Triggering A Probation Investigation That Could Send Him To Jail

20-year-old singer Justin Bieber was again arrested in his native Canada. This time for dangerous driving and assault. Previously, the singer was arrested in Toronto for assaulting a limo driver. This week Bieber was arrested in Ontario near his dad's home for crashing into, then fighting with a paparazzo. Bieber was driving an ATV with girlfriend Selena Gomez on the back, when it collided with a minivan of paparazzi. An altercation ensued and Bieber was arrested.

Previously, Bieber attacked a paparazzo in Los Angeles that wouldn’t move from in front of his car. Gomez was also present during that incident. It resulted in a lawsuit being filed against the star in Miami and an embarrassing deposition hitting the internet. The singer is currently on probation stemming from a Los Angeles trespassing and vandalism case.

Bieber was also arrested this year in Miami for drag racing and DUI and pled no contest. As apart of the terms of the plea deal, Bieber donated $50,000 to a charity. In pending litigation, famed attorney Gloria Allred, has been retained by a man and a woman, regarding Bieber allegedly assaulting them in two separate incidents. Allred just snitched on the Biebs to his probation officer in Los Angeles.

Justin needs to behave. He's pretty and jail will not be easy for a pretty boy, who looks like a cuddly girl with luxurious flippy hair. They'll turn Justin into Justina behind bars. Justin, your butt isn't ready for that.
