Police Slam Beyonce In Her Hometown Of Houston Staging Protest Outside Her Concert

R&B singer, Beyonce, was the recipient of a frosty reception in her hometown of Houston, Texas during a stop on her "Formation" concert tour. Beyonce slammed police in the music video for the song "Formation" which has offended many officers. During the Houston leg of her tour, police officers protested outside the NRG arena to show their disapproval of Beyonce.

Protesting officers wore "Police Lives Matter" t-shirts, a take on the "Black Lives Matter" movement, started in response to incidents of police brutality and excessive force, which led to the deaths of several black men, in what became high profile cases. Police officers spoke to the press outside Beyonce's concert regarding their disdain for her anti-law enforcement theme.

08 May 2016 at 09:48 ET - Pop superstar Beyoncé got a rude hometown welcome on her return to Houston, when local law enforcement officers and supporters protested outside her concert on Saturday. As fans lined up to see Beyoncé’s sold-out concert at NRG Stadium they were treated to cops, sheriff’s deputies and supporters — some wearing “Police Lives Matter” T-shirts — railing against her appearance, reports KHOU. 

“Some of her performances we believe to be anti-police,” explained Tony Ragsdale, from the Pasadena Police Department and a member of the Coalition for Police and Sheriffs (C.O.P.S.). To make their point, the members of C.O.P.S. shined a large blue light on the outside of the concert venue. Police departments across the country have been critical of the performer since the release of her “Formation” video prior to her appearance during halftime in the last Super Bowl. 

Besides references to Black Lives Matter — which many law enforcement officials see as a slam at their profession following the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson — Beyoncé‘s video also featured a police cruiser sinking in the flood waters of New Orleans...

Premier Photography of Texas, owned by James Evans, have been sued by a black couple who state their wedding pictures have the words 'Poor Nig*er Party" stamped on them. The couple retained Evans to take pictures of their wedding and he delivered the finished product with an insulting racial slur stamped on all of them.

The couple's attorney, Cathy Hale stated of the incident, "They trusted this company to provide them with a service on their most important day and what they got was the complete opposite they got a slap in the face. Every time they think about their anniversary, they think about this. It’s never going to go away." The case has now been settled, after Evans defiantly challenged the couple to sue over his inappropriate and racist behavior, which led to him being slapped with a lawsuit.

Settlement reached in lawsuit over racial slur found on wedding photo

Posted: 9:15 PM, April 02, 2015 - HOUSTON - A settlement has been reached in lawsuit involving a racial slur found printed on photos taken during a 2012 wedding reception. A Houston area couple filed the lawsuit in 2014 against Premier Photography and its owner, James Evans. Documents filed in the lawsuit read the couple rented a booth from Premiere and paid for an attendant. The couple, who are African-American, claim at some point during the reception some guests received photos from the booth with the words, "Poor (n-Word) Party," printed on the bottom. 

Attorney Cathy Hale said the bride's sister received one of those photos but chose not to tell the couple for fear of ruining their wedding day. Hale said the couple learned of the photos several months later. Hale said the couple filed the lawsuit after contacting Evans and receiving what she characterized as a non-apologetic response. Court records read at one point Evans did offer to refund the couple the $450 cost of the photo booth rental, but they declined. A settlement in the suit was reached Thursday and both sides released written statements. 

"We regret this issue escalated into litigation as a result of poor communication between the parties at the time the caption was discovered," wrote Hale. "My clients accept Mr. Evans' and Premier Photography's statement that he and Premier Photography reject the inappropriate caption printed on the strips and what they represent."

Man Who Shot Texas Judge 4 Times Faces Prison In Case She Presides Over And Has Been Arrested In Separate Murder Case

28-year-old Chimene Hamilton Onyeri has been tied to the shooting of Texas judge, Julie Kocurek, but not charged for wounding the jurist in her Lake Austin driveway. Kocurek is presiding over a criminal case charging career criminal Onyeri with fraud. Onyeri's rap sheet is littered with offenses ranging from identity theft to murder. This week, he was detained in another case, charged with the murder of 31-year-old Jacobi Demon Alexander. Onyeri is accused of ambushing Alexander with the assistance of two men, shooting and killing him in a Houston, Texas apartment building.

Killing or wounding a judge will not make your criminal case go away. The judge's caseload is transferred to other judges in the district, who proceed with each case on the docket. Therefore, it is an exercise in futility trying to get rid of your case by getting rid of the judge. It will only lead to greater charges. The best thing to do is to stay out of criminal court by not engaging in behavior that jeopardizes your freedom. If you go around harming people, it proves that you should be in prison.

Police: Person of interest in judge's attack held in slaying

8:30 pm, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - A man being investigated in the shooting and wounding of a Texas judge last week was charged Tuesday with murder in an unrelated Houston slaying, police said. Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo said Chimene Hamilton Onyeri, 28, is being held in Houston. A criminal complaint filed by the Harris County district attorney's office shows he's accused in the May 18 fatal shooting of 31-year-old Jacobi Demon Alexander.

Authorities say Alexander was walking through a common area of a Houston apartment complex when two men approached him and shot him several times. No motive was given for the slaying and the complaint didn't specify how Onyeri may be linked to it. Onyeri has a preliminary court appearance on the murder charge scheduled for Thursday. His lawyer, Michaela Cuellar, didn't respond to a message seeking comment.

Was to see my family hold their faces. To see my son...to see James like that, his mother upset like that, to see everybody upset, it wasn't a 'I told you so, I'm happy because that happened to you.' It was f****d up."

It's clear Ann was a big part of his success and when the biggest test of his career came without her in his corner, it descended into massive knockdowns, then a knockout that is on a number of sports highlight reels and hundreds of websites. It was a game of chess for Canelo, who used subterfuge, cunning and evasiveness to set Kirkland up for the knockout. It was a masterclass.

Crazed 21-year-old stalker, Amira Kodcia Ayeb, broke into the rented Los Angeles, California mansion of 26-year-old singer, Chris Brown, vandalized his home and cars, then sat on his stairs naked whilst waiting for him to return home from Las Vegas, Nevada. Brown called police and she is being held on $50,000 bond. Ayeb, a student from Tunisia, who has been studying at a university in Houston, Texas, removed the hinges from Brown's door and gained illegal entry into the property.

Ayeb made herself several meals in Brown's kitchen and scrawled "I love you" on the countertops. Ayeb sprayed the words "I love you" and "Mrs. Brown" on interior walls. Ayeb also unconscionably threw out Brown's 10-month-old daughter's clothes and vandalized her crib. Ayeb further threw out items for Brown's dogs.

Violence continues to follow embattled singer, Chris Brown. A shooting took place this past Sunday, at a party Brown attended in Houston, Texas. The Click2Houston.com website is reporting two people were shot, including a 14-year-old boy. Both shooting victims were hospitalized.

This marks the third time in the past year there was a shooting at an event Brown was present. Brown’s probation officer expressed the concern in court that the singer's presence has been provoking violence and endangering the public. As a result, Brown’s probation officer wants him in jail to protect the singer and the public. However, Judge James Brandlein stated he currently has no proof Brown has anything to do with the shootings.

Make no mistake, violence is following Brown in misconduct by others that is deliberate and planned. Brown has a probation violation hearing coming up shortly, where Judge Brandlein will make the official determination whether the singer should be remanded into custody for failure to complete community service hours.

Cleveland Brown's quarterback, Johnny Manziel, got himself into more trouble this week. According to TMZ, the athlete nearly got into a fight at a night club in Houston, Texas, when people became aggressive and loud in trying to take his picture.  Manziel threw a birdie at people in the club and they threw drinks at the alcoholic football star in retaliation.

Manziel and his entourage were drenched in drinks that had been thrown at them and temporarily left the club to change. The athlete and his crew returned to the club and continued partying. The time Manziel spends drinking and partying, he could spend training to become the best footballer he can be.

This incident comes on the heels of ESPN host Skip Bayless, calling Manziel an alcoholic last week during a television broadcast, for getting drunk and missing an important team session (ESPN's Skip Bayless Labels Johnny Manziel An Alcoholic After He Gets Drunk And Misses Team Session). That did not stop him from flying to Miami and drinking various alcoholic beverages and partying the night away.

Several months prior, the Judiciary Report warned that Manziel's behavior would damage his career and over the past few weeks it has begun happening (Partying Your Career Away). He's a talented football player. He should not throw his opportunities away via partying his career away. That's not how you become a legend. Many football players in high school and university wish they had the opportunity Manziel does to play in the league. Manziel needs to appreciate the opportunities in his life and make the most of them, lest they are taken from him.

Chris Brown has clowned Rihanna once again in favor of model Karrueche Tran. MTO published photos of Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran in Houston, Texas last week, for the popular NBA All Star Weekend. Karrueche was photographed wearing Brown's chain and stayed with him at the Houston mansion he rented while attending the event. Media Take Out took it one step further stating Tran stayed in the master suite.

 

Rihanna, on the other hand, was photographed in London, England bleeding from the knee, after a man threw a bottle at her, slamming the music model for getting back with Chris Brown after their 2009 domestic violence case, for which Brown is still on probation.

The bottle didn't hit Rihanna (she probably deflected it with her forehead fivehead). However, in trying to dodge the bottle, Rihanna stumbled and sliced her knee open on a grate. Blood began pouring from the wound. Her bodyguard was also injured in the fracas and was taken to the hospital. TMZ asked for comment on the story and Rihanna's female publicist, who she's had sex with, declined to comment.

Rihanna, who is famous for violently throwing bottles at people, such as her younger brother whose face she smashed and separately, starting the fight at club W.i.P. regarding Chris Brown and Drake, was not amused with being on the receiving end of the same treatment she has dished out to others. She left the club sullen and in pain. However, judging by the photos Tran tweeted from inside the mansion with Brown, she wasn't in pain.

Houston mom accused of soliciting Canadian teenager online

Posted on January 6, 2010 at 6:38 PM - HOUSTON-A 42-year-old Houston mother was behind bars Tuesday, accused of having a relationship with a 16-year-old boy.

Lauri Price is charged with three counts of solicitation of a child over the Internet.

Authorities say she struck up a relationship online with a boy who lives in Canada. They met in the fall of 2008 while playing the popular video game "World of Warcraft," according to investigators.

They said Price flew to Toronto to meet the boy.

"She got the young man -- who is now 16-years of age -- to leave the home, leave his parents," said Lt. Mathew Gray with the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force. "And they went to a local bed and breakfast where some sexual activity took place."

The teen's parents reported him missing and an alert was issued in the town of Barrie...

Price, who has four children of her own, is being held on a $300,000 bond.

Geto Boys Rapper Pleads Guilty To Fraud

Houston rapper, William James Dennis, better known as "Willie D" was arrested by the FBI and pled guilty to running a cell phone scam, that fleece many people out of $132,000 dollars. Customers would order iPhones online and they were never shipped. He now faces20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The head of the Houston FBI stated, "Those who feel these crimes can be committed with impunity will learn that the Houston Area Cyber Crimes Task Force (HACCTF) will continue to provide investigative and analytic resources to combat and discourage Internet fraud."

Oh please. Willie D hasn't had a hit since the 1980s and that's the only reason you arrested him. Case in point, the Knowles family have committed a slew of financial, internet/computer and copyright crimes, in ongoing, felonious misconduct, with damages far greater in dollar amount than the Willie D case, yet they continue to roam the streets of Houston. Therefore, tell it to someone that actually believes it, with the crooked, two-tier justice system the FBI has running.

As illustrated by the Anthony Pellicano case, the FBI does not arrest stars they believe are A-list, which is why crime is so rampant in Hollywood, with everything from financial fraud, wiretapping and pedophilia to attempted murder.

None of the so-called major players in the Anthony Pellicano case that knowingly engaged in criminal misconduct, such as Tom Cruise and Madonna, were arrested. Your agency is nothing but a crooked sham and the world knows it.

Rapper "Willie D" Pleads Guilty in Wire Fraud Scam

December 18, 2009 - HOUSTON—William James Dennis, aka Willie D, has pleaded guilty to wire fraud charges stemming from his purported sales of Apple iPhones through a company known as Texas One Wireless, United States Attorney Tim Johnson and FBI Special Agent in Charge Richard C. Powers announced today.

At a hearing today before United States District Court Judge Gray Miller, Dennis, 42, a rap music recording artist, admitted to posing as an electronics salesman and using eBay to establish his credibility with international buyers. Once a buyer showed interest, Dennis directed the buyer outside of eBay to conduct sales via e-mail.

Numerous foreign individuals placed orders with Dennis for iPhones and other electronics. Dennis required payment to be electronically transferred to his bank account. Once the transaction was confirmed, Dennis would send tracking numbers for packages that were never shipped.

When the buyers complained about not receiving their purchases, Dennis would claim he had filed a complaint with the postal service or hired carrier and that he could not refund their money until he knew where his goods were. Eventually, Dennis would cease communication with the victimized parties. Twenty-nine individuals were defrauded of approximately $132,303 between September 2008 and April 2009.

“Financial frauds, whether committed in person or via the Internet, victimize individuals, communities and the economy at large,” said Powers. “Those who feel these crimes can be committed with impunity will learn that the Houston Area Cyber Crimes Task Force (HACCTF) will continue to provide investigative and analytic resources to combat and discourage Internet fraud.”

Dennis was arrested by FBI agents on May 13, 2009, as he returned from a trip overseas and was indicted on June 9, 2009. Dennis faces up to 20 years' imprisonment to be followed by up to a five-year term of supervised release and a maximum fine of $250,000 for the wire fraud conviction. As part of his agreement with the United States, Dennis will make full restitution at or before sentencing. Judge Miller has set sentencing for April 23, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Dennis will be permitted to remain on bond pending his sentencing.

The HACCTF is comprised of personnel from the FBI, Houston Police Department and Harris County Sheriff's Office, who received assistance in this investigation from the United States Postal Inspection Service. The charges arose after victims who did not receive merchandise nor refunds after many attempts complained to law enforcement. This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Sherri L. Zack.

“Willie D” was the lead member of a Houston rap group known as the Geto Boys. Between 1989 and 1996 they recorded a number of hit songs and had some albums that reached gold and or platinum status. In early 2005 the Geto Boys released a reunion album that was written and produced by Dennis. Dennis founded Relentless Music Ventures in 2006 and signed groups Nay Nay and Huntzville.

The medical office's of Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late singer, Michael Jackson, was raided today by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency. The Feds have arrived.

An estimated 40 law enforcement officials swarmed the building, seizing files and other items from Murray's office, in connection with their investigation into the homicide of Michael Jackson.

Posted Jul 22nd 2009 2:20PM by TMZ Staff - Michael Jackson Dr. Murray Warrant Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, just released a statement about today's raid at the doc's office -- saying law enforcement officials were searching for evidence "of the offense of manslaughter."

"We can confirm that a search warrant was executed today on Dr. Murray's offices in Houston, Texas. We reviewed the warrant and remained on the premises while the search was being executed.

The search was conducted by members of the DEA, two Robbery – Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department and Houston Police officers...
