Man Drops Gay Slur Fake Cake Lawsuit Against Whole Foods And Is Sued By The Supermarket After It Is Discovered He Made Up The Homophobic Incident

A gay so-called "pastor" Jordan Brown, filed a lawsuit against the Whole Foods supermarket company, alleging its bakery department in Austin, Texas sold him a cake with the word "fag" on it, which is a slur for homosexuals. The cake allegedly stated "Love wins fag." The store denied the scurrilous allegation. Brown retained an attorney and presented him with the cake box containing the alleged slur cake. I was surprised when I read about this case. It seemed out of character for Whole Foods, as they are happy go lucky hippie supermarket (LOL no shade intended).

Whole Foods, angry that its name was being tarnished, did some investigating. CCTV security footage revealed the UPC label on the alleged slur cake is fake. When Brown left the store the cake's label was on top of the box. However, the cake he and his attorney presented to the public and entered into evidence in court, had the label on the side of the box.

Whole Foods continued to poke holes in Brown's questionable story. Sensing the scam was up, Brown came clean and dropped the fraudulent lawsuit. Brown However, Whole Foods picked it up - as in suing his backside for lying and defaming their store, which brought a significant amount of bad publicity to their brand. 

Whole Foods revealed the only thing the cake stated was "Love wins." It did not state "Love wins fag" which would have been horrible. That would have been a nasty thing to do to someone who ordered a cake. However, Brown was the one who added the word "fag" to the cake, then sued wanting attention (he posted the cake on Twitter) and some quick money (he is in debt up to his eyeballs and has been sued over unpaid student loans).

I've shopped at the Whole Foods in London, England (Kensington) several times and had dinner there as well and the staff has been very courteous. The staff at the Whole Foods in Aventura, Florida (Miami) which I'd been to a number of times as well, were also very courteous. As far as I can see, Whole Foods, like Publix supermarkets in America, train their staff to be nice and courteous. So, Brown's story was strange.

People should not make false accusations against companies. Some in the gay community are creating incidents that didn't happen to bring attention to themselves. However, it is not a good idea making up stories about companies. It is destructive to jobs and revenues. People will fight for their reputation when they have been wronged.

Premier Photography of Texas, owned by James Evans, have been sued by a black couple who state their wedding pictures have the words 'Poor Nig*er Party" stamped on them. The couple retained Evans to take pictures of their wedding and he delivered the finished product with an insulting racial slur stamped on all of them.

The couple's attorney, Cathy Hale stated of the incident, "They trusted this company to provide them with a service on their most important day and what they got was the complete opposite they got a slap in the face. Every time they think about their anniversary, they think about this. It’s never going to go away." The case has now been settled, after Evans defiantly challenged the couple to sue over his inappropriate and racist behavior, which led to him being slapped with a lawsuit.

Settlement reached in lawsuit over racial slur found on wedding photo

Posted: 9:15 PM, April 02, 2015 - HOUSTON - A settlement has been reached in lawsuit involving a racial slur found printed on photos taken during a 2012 wedding reception. A Houston area couple filed the lawsuit in 2014 against Premier Photography and its owner, James Evans. Documents filed in the lawsuit read the couple rented a booth from Premiere and paid for an attendant. The couple, who are African-American, claim at some point during the reception some guests received photos from the booth with the words, "Poor (n-Word) Party," printed on the bottom. 

Attorney Cathy Hale said the bride's sister received one of those photos but chose not to tell the couple for fear of ruining their wedding day. Hale said the couple learned of the photos several months later. Hale said the couple filed the lawsuit after contacting Evans and receiving what she characterized as a non-apologetic response. Court records read at one point Evans did offer to refund the couple the $450 cost of the photo booth rental, but they declined. A settlement in the suit was reached Thursday and both sides released written statements. 

"We regret this issue escalated into litigation as a result of poor communication between the parties at the time the caption was discovered," wrote Hale. "My clients accept Mr. Evans' and Premier Photography's statement that he and Premier Photography reject the inappropriate caption printed on the strips and what they represent."

As covered in the column yesterday, Rajad Fenty, the coarse, disrespectful teenage brother of singer, Rihanna, made a lewd racial slur about her rival, model, Karrueche Tran [Rihanna's Brother Racially Slurs Chris Brown's Girlfriend Karrueche Tran (Photo)]. Rajad posted a picture to the social networking website Instagram of his fingers covered in rice, bearing the caption, "After fingering Karrueche."

The comment about rice was a racial slur, as Karrueche is half Vietnamese. However, psychologically speaking, it's quite telling that Rajad made reference to Karrueche's vagina and the aforementioned sexual act. It says he is thinking about her sexually.

An article on the New York Post website, written by longtime Jackson Family friend, Stacy Brown, described letters allegedly written by Katherine Jackson to her son, the late singer, Michael Jackson where she repeatedly refers to him by a homophobic slur. The letters from an angry Katherine Jackson refer to Michael Jackson as a "damn fa***t" issuing payoffs to the families of little boys he is accused of molesting.

The Jacksons lost a civil court case brought by a promoter and as apart of the judgment they seized a storage locker containing the family's possessions, such as gold records, costumes and other memorabilia. In the unit were also the letters in question. Katherine Jackson is said to have stated to son Jermaine Jackson, "They got all of our things. They got the letters, too and those canceled checks."

Katherine Jackson is also accused of making a racial comment about Jewish people, after complaining her son is surrounded by "little white boys." She is accused of stating, "Why is it he's always got to have those little white boys around? Why doesn't he ever have little back boys with him?"

When told Jackson had young African-American actor Emanuel Lewis with him for a time, Katherine Jackson allegedly stated, "That was just for show, for the cameras. Those boys he flies around with ain't nothing but little Jews."

Katherine and several of her children held a press conference outside Hayvenhurst to denounce La?Toya. "She’s trying to sell her brother down the river," Katherine said.

A decade later, Jermaine and I were hanging out at Hayvenhurst in the courtyard near the swimming pool. Katherine emerged from inside the house.

"Jermaine, they got all of our things," she said. The family had lost a civil judgment over a failed concert tour, and creditors took a storage locker full of memorabilia, including gold records.

"They got the letters, too, and those canceled checks," Katherine said.

Normally I didn’t ask questions, but I had to ask what she was talking about. "The letters," she said, as if I were supposed to know.

Jermaine completed the sentence for her, "Those letters in which mother called Michael a f – - – - t."
I was stunned. Ten years later, I realized that La?Toya really did tell the truth.

"You tell a lie long enough, people will believe it’s true," Michael once said.

Just when I thought she couldn't go any lower in her behavior, rude Rihanna defies all expectations. On March 3. 2012, at roughly 3AM, the Judiciary Report published the article "Jealous Rihanna Has Been Insulting Chris Brown's Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Calling Her A 'Dumb Bi**h.'" The article was in reference to a tip I received from a credible source, regarding Rihanna insulting one of the newer girlfriends of her boyfriend, fellow singer Chris Brown. The Judiciary Report was privately informed that Rihanna called Tran a "dumb bi*ch" out of sheer jealousy, as Brown is spending time and money on the model.

About 12 hours later, the International Business Tribune published an article titled "Is Rihanna Making Racist 'Rice Cakes' Jokes About Chris Brown Girlfriend Karrueche Tran?" because "'Rice cake' is a common epithet for those of Vietnamese descent." I had never read or heard that slur before and find the whole thing offensive and distasteful, as Rihanna is trying to be nasty and in a racist manner, which is not appropriate.

I knew she hated Tran based on what I was told, but that was taking it too far. There's no need to get racial, fighting over a man that thought so little of her and women in general that he beat her to a pulp and tried to choke her to death after she hit him. Brown could not love Rihanna and treat her in that manner.

The International Business Tribune article also states, "Chris Brown reportedly brought Karrueche Tran to Rihanna's Valentine's Day bash, but then made her wait in the car while he was inside. Why? 'In case he didn't get lucky with Rihanna.'" This also supports what the Judiciary Report stated previously that Brown has been taking Tran around and paying her way, giving her gifts he used to give Rihanna.

During a conversation, Murdoch stated to Simon, "I don’t understand anything about American sport, but I know the coloreds like it."

Black people do not like being called "coloreds" as it is a nasty throw back to slavery days and the turmoil of the civil rights era, regarding segregation. Furthermore, women of many nations don't find such small minded statements attractive coming from a man and would think twice before dating someone that held such beliefs.

Corporate America created a worldwide financial recession turned depression, by gouging Americans and destabilizing the balance of the U.S. economy. Greed won out over commonsense, in a rush to illegally make as much money as possible, financially raping America. As a result the economy collapsed at the hands of a select group of major U.S. corporations.

Now that the bubble has burst and profits are in the proverbial toilet, unscrupulous companies are resorting to new, illegal ways to make unearned revenue.

It can be classified as stealing and thievery, which is corporate America's greatest problem. There are a number of crooked schemes running.

Law firms and collection companies have illegally bought information from large corporation, on debtors, who filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and had their debts discharged. Then, they illegally reboot debts the court has officially dissolved, adding massive legal and penalty fees to it. Debtors who sought bankruptcy as a means for a fresh start, are being bombarded with harassing calls, extortion and new blemishes on their credit reports.

There are other forms of harassment as well in the debt collection field. A story broke a few weeks ago, on ABC News, about a debt collection company calling black debtors over the phone, using racial slurs. African-Americans were subjected to vicious verbal abuse, which included debt collection agents shouting terms at them over the phone such as "nig*ers" in trying to shake them down for credit bard debts they are unable to repay.

That is despicable and set America back hundreds of years. The aforementioned company should be charged with violating the Civil Rights Act in deeds that are hate crimes. They certainly do not treat their white debtors in that manner.

In a separate incident, an alarm company in Miami, doing business as Kertz-National Alarm Systems, terrorized a senior citizen in attempting to collect a debt. The newly unemployed senior citizen, who was only been able to find part time work since losing her main job in a tough economy, fell behind on her security alarm bills she had paid faithfully and on time for many years.

In a disgraceful act of harassment, Kertz-National Alarm Systems, remotely triggered the alarm in her home as a form of terrorization. The alarm was so loud, it disturbed the entire block and surrounding homes on backstreets. The boisterous, grating racket, forced police officers to come out to the property in squad cars, on the taxpayers' dime, naturally believing there had been a burglary.

After two hours of complaints and disturbing the peace, the alarm company finally consented to send a technician out, but only after extorting $80 from the senior citizen, money from her widow's pension social security check, used to pay for her mortgage and food. This is the madness some creditors are resorting to at the public's expense.

16-year old pop singer, Justin Bieber, was surrounded by three aggressive teens at a Laser Tag in Canada. One of the young men called him a "fa*got." As Bieber attempted to flee, it is being claimed, he accidentally hit one of teens, who later filed a police report. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are investigating Bieber as a result.

The Judiciary Report does not encourage or condone violence, but if you aggressively corner someone and they accidentally or deliberately hit you in trying to escape, it can be construed as an act of self-defense. It's not wise to violate a people's personal space or confront them in an aggressive manner.

Unwanted Contact...Again!

Madonna's criminal misconduct against me continues, unprovoked. Once again, her producer and ex-boyfriend, Jellybean Benetez, who she is still in contact with in New York, tried to contact me again online last week. I did not respond.

During that same week, once again, Madonna commissioned two members of the Miami Kabbalah Center to approach and harass me in public again.

One of them is the same man that has come up to me three different times, at disparate places so far apart, always knowing when I will be at each place (thanks to the private eye Madonna has stalking me Anthony Pellicano style).

This same bizarre, pushy Kabbalah member, utilizing a Pellicano practice of approaching surveillance subjects with harassing, menacing speech, was caught on camera (evidence). He said some sick things to me, while something I said to him out of repulsion, a week later, Madonna incriminatingly repeated in an interview she did.

Racial Slurs

A week and a half ago, Madonna commissioned another Kabbalah member to approach my mother and I in a mall, harassing us. In a packed mall bathroom, in front of people, a white Kabbalah member, targeted my mom first. My mom walks with a cane, due to Guillain Barre weakening her legs and back, so she used the disabled bathroom.

This crazy Kabbalah member started yelling, banging on the door of the bathroom stall my mom was in, like she was going to attack her, demanding she get out immediately. Never mind the Kabbalah member had no physical impairment necessitating the use of a disabled bathroom stall.

I politely said to her while waiting on my mom to exit the bathroom stall, "There is another empty disabled stall next to it, why don't you use that one." She snapped, "I want to use this one!" pointing at the stall my mom was using. The perv even started trying to look under the bathroom stall door, whilst yelling at my mom (voyeurism is a common Kabbalah trait that is quite sick and invasive).

Then, she started uttering racial slurs at me and my mom. Others in the bathroom looked at her appalled and stunned. I called mall security, due to her aggressiveness and yelling and when a female mall employee went into the bathroom, the Kabbalah member flew out of there and quickly existed the mall. Thankfully, I snapped a photo of her before she fled (evidence).

Before this incident transpired, someone connected with Madonna uttered a veiled threat to me about harassing an individual in a disabled bathroom stall. So, this madness she got this local Kabbalah member to do was planned.

I've lived in America for 24 years and never had a racial confrontation, until Madonna's madness via this case and she should be very ashamed of that.

Then again, such conduct being sponsored by a vile woman that has been criminally ripping off a black immigrant, bringing slavery back in modern times and keeps snatching black African babies from their devastated families, via bribing government officials, to use as press accessories, in competing with actress Angelina Jolie, could care less about blacks.

Hospital

In another incident weeks ago, during a scheduled follow up doctor's visit at the hospital, regarding the stress induced brain hemorrhage I sustained in October 2008, a Kabbalah member wearing a red string bracelet, walked right up to me on the hospital grounds and menacingly snarled in my face for about 15 seconds, like she wanted to attack me. At the hospital of all places.

More Unwanted Contact

Madonna, through her reps, continues to crazily contact people I know and or do business with, offering them money to harass and terrorize me, while speaking in glowing terms about her and uttering private details of the criminal case, that they could only know if she and her staff told them.

For example, there is someone I know that I really didn't discuss the Madonna case with, who Madonna began to target via her reps.

Madonna invited said person to A-Rod's apartment, while said person was in New York from Miami this year. When she came back to Miami, she started talking to us about it in strange terms. This person is not in the entertainment industry, nor is she rich or famous, yet they contacted her and invited her to his place, because she knows my family.

Madonna and co. offered her money to talk about them before me and my mom at a dinner we went to over at a mutual friend's house. She was told to put in a good word for Madonna in front of us and speak glowingly of the her and A-Rod, while reciting lines about their apartment in New York. It was so weird and out of place and sounded like something she was told to memorize, then repeat.

My other friends looked at her puzzled, like why would you bring that nut up. My mom sensing something was amiss, changed the subject immediately, cutting her off.

This is a small sample of the harassment and invasiveness I have been subjected to by that madwoman Madonna. Idle hands really are the devil's workshop, as the phrase goes.

Miley Cyrus Judge Recused As Racist

Judge Robert Hess, presiding over the racism civil case of teen singer, Miley Cyrus, 16, repeatedly used the term "oriental" that was deemed a slur and was recused by request of the plaintiff, Lucie Kim and her lawyer.

Cyrus, has been sued for a photograph released to the internet, showing her using her hands to squint her eyes, in a gesture that was interpreted as making fun of Asian people.

The judge did seem quite unsympathetic to the insensitivity of the photograph, clearly having made up his mind about the case from the start. The judge contends Miley Cyrus is a minor and is not a corporation, thus, he cannot award the plaintiff class action status, which would produce greater damages and be more representative of the ethnic group that has been offended.

Technically, Miley Cyrus can be considered a corporation, due to her work in music and television. Her career earnings are funneled through corporate entities set up on her behalf. It is also difficult to sue a minor. Therefore, the plaintiffs would have to sue her parents.

Due to freedom of speech and freedom of thought, rights that are protected in America, it is very difficult to win such a case. You would have a better chance in London.

Yes, Miley's conduct is offensive to Asians and is inappropriate, but due to the non-violent, non-threatening nature of it, to get it classified as litigable in a U.S. court, is improbable.

Asian Suing Miley Delivers Kung Pow to Judge

Lucie Kim and her lawyer, Henry Lee (not the OJ Simpson forensics dude Henry Lee) claim the judge crossed the line in a hearing last week by repeatedly referring to Asians as "oriental." They say the word "oriental" is "an offensive, derogatory racial insult to persons of Asians descent ... akin to using the word N---er.

Kim and Lee want Judge Robert Hess to remove himself from the case.
