UPDATED: Man Opens Fire At An Oregon University Killing 9 Christians And Wounding 20

Gun violence has struck again in America. A currently unnamed shooter opened fire at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, killing 9 and wounding 20. Witnesses stated the shooter pointed a gun at a room full of students and began demanding to know their religion. Those who stated they are Christian were lined up and killed, shot in the head execution style. Those who refused to name a religion were shot in the legs. The gunman later shot and killed himself.

The incident is a sad and painful reminder that gun control laws are needed in America. Random acts of violence are claiming precious lives on a regular basis. The bloodshed must stop. Knife crime is terrible as well, but gun incidents are far worse, due to the ability of automatic weapons to dispense multiple bullets in seconds.

Civilians should not be in possession of these types of guns (or any guns for that matter). Over 30,000 Americans die each year from gun violence. That is a massive number of people to die in that manner and it is preventable. Nations that enacted gun control laws saw a dramatic reduction in murders and overall crime levels.

21-year-old gay man, Rick Jones, filed a false report with police in Utah, stating he was viciously beaten and a homophobic slur carved into his arm with a knife. After investigation, police discovered Jones made up the entire thing. When interviewed by police regarding the inconsistencies in his claims that did not match up with the actual evidence, Jones confessed he lied about being beaten and an attacker carving a homophobic slur in his arm. Jones carved the homophobic slur into his arm and beat himself in the head and and on the face.

Jones had also spray painted a slur on his family's home and set it on fire with a molotov cocktail and lied to police stating a homophobic person, who beat him up and carved the gay slur into his arm with a knife, also desecrated and set his home ablaze. Jones is now facing potential charges over filing a false police report and wasting the authorities time that could have been better devoted to investigating real crimes.

The purported attacks began with a beating at his family's pizza business in April that left Jones with head and facial bruising. Five days later, the family's home was found spray-painted with a homophobic slur. On June 10, a rock and a molotov cocktail were thrown through the window of the home. That same day, the business was spray-painted, broken into and robbed of $1,000. Jones told KSL-TV earlier this month he believed he was targeted because he is gay.

Police have apprehended 21-year-old white supremacist, Dylann Roof, on charges he visited a historic Charleston, South Carolina church and opened fire, killing the pastor and 8 members of the congregation. Among the dead at the crime scene in the hundred year old Emanuel African Methodist Church is 41-year-old U.S. Senator, Clementa Pinckney. Roof shot and killed six women and three men.

Sylvia Johnson, a woman who survived the shooting, revealed Roof visited the church for the first time to attend Bible study, then pulled out a weapon and began firing. Roof’s father had given him a .45 caliber handgun for his 21st birthday in April of this year. Johnson stated Roof told the congregation, “you all rape women and you’re taking over our country” slurring and stereotyping black people. Johnson stated Roof reloaded the weapon five times.

The mass shooting is correctly being labeled a hate crime, as the shooter is white and targeted black people due to race. His social networking posts, which will be used as evidence, reveal a hateful, racist man obsessed with the white supremacy movement. Reuters reports Roof has an arrest record for drug offenses and trespassing at a mall in South Carolina.

Today, the FBI's parent agency, the equally corrupt, Department of Justice, has announced, child killer, George Zimmerman, will not be charged for murdering 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin. Instead, Zimmerman, this deranged threat to the public, especially black people, will be allowed to continue to roam free. Zimmerman has illustrated he is a walking time bomb.

Since the time Zimmerman was unjustly acquitted in the murder of Martin, he has broken his father-in-law's nose in an unprovoked confrontation, where he also threatened his wife, who is divorcing him. Zimmerman was also arrested twice for domestic violence, in hitting and choking his girlfriend, but was released with no charges filed. He also threatened to murder a motorist in an incident that was an unprovoked act of road rage from Zimmerman.

Craig Stephen Hicks, an atheist bearing grudges against Christians and Muslims, shot three people to death in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Hicks killed three Muslims students in their early twenties, whom he had previously threatened over a parking space. The victims are Deah Shaddy Barakat, 23, wife Yusor Mohammad, 21 and her sister Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha, 19. A report from one of the victims' fathers indicates, two weeks ago, Hicks had knocked on their door, wearing a gun on his waist.

Hicks shot the victims execution style, each with a bullet to the head. Some have stated it was not a hate crime. However, items posted to Hicks' social networking accounts indicates he does not like Muslims. The shootings are unquestionably a hate crime and should be tried as such, in tandem with first degree murder charges.

Due to terrorist attacks by ISIS and Al Qaeda, some have misplaced anger that is being directed towards Muslims who have not committed any crime. This is unacceptable. As a Christian I don't want anyone punished for the sins of others in their religion. It is inhumane and illogical.

The FBI has declined to find fault with the criminal conduct of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, in the killing of Mike Brown. The case sparked protests all over America and the world, with protesters of all colors promoting the slogan “Black Lives Matter.” Brown’s killing was suspicious on every level and bore all the signs of police brutality and excessive force. Adding to the controversy is one of the witnesses for Sharper, whose testimony threw the grand jury case into chaos, was given a cushy government job.

The FBI has an appalling record in the area of human and civil rights. The FBI had also reviewed the Trayvon Martin case for potential civil rights violations charges. The FBI sided with child killer George Zimmerman, defending his behavior as self-defense, when the world condemned it as a race based killing of an unarmed teen, who was minding his own business when stalked and killed. Zimmerman has since engaged in more acts of violence, breaking his father-in-law’s nose, threatening a motorist that he would shoot and kill him and twice being arrested for domestic violence in beating up his girlfriend.

Why do the FBI bother to review these cases, getting the bereaved families hopes up, only to repeatedly and cruelly dash them, siding with murderers. People should not be surprised. Former FBI agents have gone on record stating the FBI had the great civil rights hero Martin Luther King killed after he refused to obey the suicide letter they sent him. The FBI has an appalling human rights record. At the FBI, black lives don’t matter.

Police arrested Dominick Diorio in New York, for issuing racial slurs and beating up, V. Stiviano, the mistress of former Los Angeles Clippers owner, Donald Sterling. Diorio and an unnamed male attacked Stiviano after she dined at restaurant in a New York hotel, days before a CNN television interview.

Stiviano, who is black and Hispanic (Mexican), blew the whistle on Sterling's racist conduct in demanding she not bring black people to his team's basketball games. She released secretly made audiotape recordings of Sterling's hateful, racist demands. It created a big scandal that led to the NBA kicking him out of the league and forcing the sale of the team.

Diorio issuing racial slurs during the assault will upgrade the charges to a hate crime. If convinced of said crimes in a court of law, Diorio faces more time behind bars, as racially fueled attacks carry greater legal penalties. Stiviano sought a doctor for her injuries and is expected to make a full recovery.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles, California have filed paperwork to have the 5-year probation of felonious singer Chris Brown revoked. Brown has been on probation for a couple years, in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case, where the singer's girlfriend began hitting him and he did his best MMA moves on her.

The main contention is  Brown and his mother Joyce, in conjunction with the sheriff in his home town of Tappahannock, Virginia, have been falsifying probation reports, giving the singer credit for community service hours he has not served. Investigations were done by the district attorney's office and it was discovered others did the work and in certain instances, Brown had left the country for concerts when he was allegedly performing community service.  Leaving the country without permission from the court whilst on probation is another probation violation.

While on probation, Brown has been getting into one confrontation after another, formally acknowledged in the prosecutor's motion for revocation. To recap (*takes deep breath before listing them all*) Brown threw a chair threw a window at the Good Morning America studios in New York, snatched a $500 iPhone from a fan in Miami, got into a bottle and glass club fight with rapper Drake at W.i.P. in Manhattan leaving several people with life changing injuries, beat up gay rapper Frank Ocean at Westlake Recording studios in Los Angeles over a parking spot and because he wouldn't shake his hand.

There's a new twist in the Frank Ocean case. On January 29, 2013, in the article "Chris Brown Is In Trouble And Facing Jail On Probation Violation As Frank Ocean Changes His Mind Demanding He Be Prosecuted For Punching Him" the Judiciary Report stated of Brown's fight with Ocean, "It would also be a hate crime, due to the fact Ocean is gay and Brown has a history of using phrases such as "f****t" online and to members of the public, who went to the press with their complaints." Sure enough, the police report released today reveals that during the fight with Chris Brown, gay Ocean was called a "f****t." This makes the assault a hate crime, carrying steeper legal penalties. 

Jail will not be easy for Brown, who is considered a heartthrob. If they revoke your probation and put you in jail, for the first time in your life you will wish you looked like Jay-Z. The rapper resents Brown's looks and his hold over Rihanna.

Yesterday TMZ reported that R&B singer Chris Brown and gay rapper Frank Ocean got into a confrontation, which escalated into a fist fight in the parking lot of the Westlake Recording studio in Los Angeles, California. Initially, based on what TMZ was told and relayed to the public, no one wanted to press charges. However, several hours later, Frank Ocean changed his mind and is after Brown. 

Ocean now wants Brown, who has made homophobic statements in the past, prosecuted for punching him - despite the fact the singer states the rapper and his entourage attacked him. If successfully prosecuted, this incident would constitute a probation violation against Brown, stemming from a 2009 incident with girlfriend Rihanna. It would also be a hate crime, due to the fact Ocean is gay and Brown has a history of using phrases such as "f****t" online and to members of the public, who went to the press with their complaints.

As with the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case, Brown was not immediately arrested when the incident transpired, as he fled the scene, but police could detain him after an interview if they feel they have sufficient evidence to charge him and they are requesting to speak to him.

Brown has a problem on his hands and so does Ocean, as the singer's people are known to retaliate. Not to mention, this could really put a wrench in the off the wall Rihanna-Karrueche-Tran-Chris-Brown love triangle dominating the blogs. Yep, they're going to be fighting over conjugal visits in no time if he goes to jail.

Brown allegedly punched Ocean in the brawl Sunday night in the 7200 block of Santa Monica, authorities said. "Chris Brown is a named suspect in a battery report," said Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore. "The victim is desirous of prosecution."

The FBI Is Wrong To Promote J. Edgar Hoover After What He Did To Martin Luther King Jr.

The clandestine FBI continues its offensive promotion of the late J. Edgar Hoover, a man that terrorized Americans for decades, during his reign of terror as head of the FBI (Public Slams FBI's Planned J. Edgar Hoover Museum). It is because of Hoover, term limits were placed on FBI Directors, something one of his latter lawbreaking successors, Robert S. Mueller, has managed to flout, in violation of U.S. law. 

During his time as head of the FBI, Hoover turned a blind eye to the harassment and murder of blacks and other minorities. He corrupted many court cases with tainted evidence. He illegally amassed a  porn collection of very young stars, who were furious, as he used it to blackmail them.

Many people, including former FBI agents have revealed, Hoover ordered the assassination of civil rights legend, Martin Luther King Jr. Hoover terrorized, perversely spied on, arrested, threatened and slurred King with terrible racial epithets. Hoover even wrote King a nasty condemnatory letter, wrongly telling him to commit suicide, on the eve of the African-American hero accepting a Nobel prize. 

Deranged Hoover, so consumed with hatred, jealousy, racism and rage, was furious that a "nig*er" he despised for preaching the Gospel and the fact God sees blacks and whites as equal, was to receive this prestigious international award. In Hoover's estimation a "nig*er" was not worthy to possess such a great award. To this day, world history reviles Hoover as a terrible human being and an abomination, while King is remembered very fondly.

Yet this is the monster the FBI is inexplicably celebrating on their website this week. There is even a building named after Hoover, who had a hand in the brutal murder of the great Martin Luther King Jr. That should let you know how the FBI feels about race. They haven't changed one bit and I can and will testify to that firsthand.

King has served as a great inspiration to me for many years, because I subscribe to the doctrine that all men and women are created equal in the sight of God, regardless of color or country of origin. This is a lesson the FBI has yet to learn. The horrible racial hatred driving the FBI shall be the same force that causes it closure under a cloud of enormous shame and disgrace.

The conduct of killer and stalker, Robert Zimmerman, 28, was not unique, in his unprovoked attack and murder of defenseless 17-year-old Miami boy, Trayvon Martin. Prior to Zimmerman's criminal conduct against Martin, in November 2011 "two Orthodox Jewish brothers" were arrested for patrolling their "Jewish neighborhood" in Baltimore, Maryland and targeting a black 15-year-old walking through the area.

Eliyahu and Avi Werdesheim were driving through their neighborhood as apart of a local volunteer crime watch, pulled up next to the 15-year-old African-American and yelled, "You wanna mess with us, you don't belong around here, get outta here!" They threw the unarmed teen to the ground, smashed him over the head with a radio causing a cut and broke his wrist, during the savage assault.

The Werdesheim also searched and patted down the 15-year-old, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, which bars illegal searches. The assault definitely classifies as a hate crime and one that deserves to be prosecuted. They violated the Civil Rights Act.

The Werdesheim brothers were arrested for the aforementioned crimes and are trying to distance themselves from George Zimmerman. They now seek to "postpone and move their trial because of publicity comparing their case" to that of Trayvon Martin. It is very sad and disheartening that these racially motivated crimes are happening.

The day the government lets America become a land where vigilantes can take the law into their own hands, racially profiling and beating and or killing people in unprovoked attacks, is the day the country will descend into a bloody race war, which is something that needs to be avoided at all costs. The government needs to make an example of individuals engaging in these crimes, lest others be emboldened by the impunity illegally granted to them.

Orthodox Jewish brothers accused of beating black teen 

 

12:17 PM on 04/23/2012 - BALTIMORE (AP) -- Two brothers accused of beating a black teenager while patrolling for a Jewish neighborhood watch group in Baltimore are seeking to postpone and move their trial because of publicity comparing their case to the fatal shooting of a Florida youth that has stirred strong emotions across the country.

Eliyahu and Avi Werdesheim, who are white and Jewish, have claimed self-defense in the 2010 incident, saying the teen was holding a nail-studded board. The trial, which had been set to begin Monday in Baltimore, has been postponed six times...

The Werdesheims are accused of beating a 15-year-old boy who was walking through a Baltimore neighborhood in November 2010. The brothers pulled up next to the teen in a vehicle, then got out and confronted him, according to charging documents. The passenger threw the teen to the ground and the driver hit him in the head with a hand-held radio and patted him down...

Shooter Called Unarmed 17-Year-Old Trayvon Martin A "Fu*king Coon" Before Killing Him In Cold Blood (Video)

911 tapes indicate that before murderer George Zimmerman, fatally shot and killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old Miamian, Trayvon Martin, he referred to him as a "fu*king coon." The word "coon" is an offensive racial epithet for black people, one step down from the slur "nig*er. Zimmerman's slur places this premeditated murder and stalking firmly in the category of a hate crime, which means he violated the Civil Rights Act. This intensifies charges that should be filed, via steeper legal penalties.

The teen, who was on vacation in Central Florida, had ventured outside his dad's middle class gated community in Sanford, to buy his little brother some Skittles candy at a local store. Zimmerman, the forceful "self-appointed" neighborhood watch captain, saw Martin and began stalking the young man as he walked back to his dad's home in the gated community.

The 911 tapes that were initially released were censored to hide the fact Zimmerman used a racial slur in reference to the teenager, who was minding his own business and had every right to be there. An excerpt of the call now reveals the exchange went as follows:

George Zimmerman: "Those fu*king coons..."

The email posted above is from Madonna's Kabbalah Center with a written email threat to me of "die in a fire" which is ironic, because in 2010 the Florida Power And Light (FPL) electric company, made a financial settlement with me, regarding mysterious power surges that hit my home and nearly started a fire in a bedroom, while destroying thousands of dollars in appliances and electronics. I could have died due to the power surges.

Two certified electricians verified the strange surges that only hit my home on the block, came from outside the property via an FPL transformer that had been compromised (said sabotage can be accomplished by hacking the electric company's software). The strong surges were the end result of what is known in industry circles as "electronic harassment" used to terrorize victims of stalking. These are serious federal offenses, which constitute attempted murder.

Notice the email is also sent on Valentine's Day. They keep trying to ruin holidays and birthdays for me - which includes, but is not limited to stalking and confronting me right before or during birthday celebrations, breaking into my home on Thanksgiving while we were away having dinner at a friend's house to steal offline copies of my copyrighted DVD-ROM discs and sending a strange man to harass us on Christmas.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center, a group labeled a "cult" by numerous websites, is currently under criminal investigation in different countries, for a litany of financial crimes, sent me the aforementioned death threat via email, filled with hatred, curse words and referring to me by the racial slur "nigger." I redacted a portion of the email, as it will be evidence in a forthcoming international legal case, due to the written statements that incriminate Madonna and the Kabbalah Center.

Notice the self-delusional email refers to me as "mentally deranged" - yet they are the ones emailing me death threats, stalking and confronting me in public with threats of violence in acts of harassment, hacking into my phones, emails and computers and illegally stealing a fortune in copyrights from me, as they were not and will never be authorized to use any of them, which they procured copies of via criminal hacking. All of Madonna's CDs have been based on stealing preexisting copyrights from numerous copyright holders.

Previously, Madonna's Kabbalah cult sent me death threats in bold, capped typeset, calling me a "bit*h" demanding I "die" and threatening they are going to "skin" me alive. Other threats from the Kabbalah Center include setting dogs loose on me in public to kill me. The red string bracelet wearing Kabbalah cult are the most psychotic, evil group in existence. There have been incidents in public, where they literally tried to run over me with vehicles, as written about here. A year after I went public with that story on the Judiciary Report, criminal court proceedings in Los Angeles revealed, the criminal technique of attempting to deliberately run a victim of stalking over with a vehicle, hoping it will look like an accident and result in serious injury or death, is one associated with the Kabbalah Center's psychotic private investigator, Anthony Pellicano.

This rage filled hatred, began well before I ever wrote a single item about them online or went to the FBI, regarding their completely criminal conduct against me. I was hoping if I ignored them they would stop, but their behavior just kept getting worse, more violent and in my face. This happened to me, though I had never phoned, written or tried to contact them in any fashion.

They began targeting me when they got wind of the fact that I copyrighted a very valuable catalogue of works with the Library of Congress in Washington, DC, containing a massive amount of songs, movie scripts, music video treatments, fashion designs, photographs and products I authored.

Jealousy, envy and greed consumed them and they became determined to destroy me to get me out of the way, as they want to completely steal the entire copyrighted catalog, without legal resistance from me, within the scope of the law. So every week, they engage in some sick criminal activity, hoping to completely damage and destroy me, to full steal my copyrighted property.

Madonna's cohort in Kabbalah is Rupert Murdoch (Madonna's Connection To Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Scandal). Murdoch is another known racist, who is under criminal investigation for practicing this very misconduct to destroy people he deems business rivals, while stealing their assets (Rupert Murdoch Is Being Investigated By The Government For Using 'Mafia Tactics' On Rivals).

Madonna hired a hacker to break into my computers to make an illegal copy of my copyrighted catalog, in another technique of her private investigators, Anthony Pellicano and Gavin DeBecker, among others, via computer intrusions that have been traced back to her and the Kabbalah Center. However, she is laboring under the delusion that if you commission crimes you do not execute yourself, you are innocent, which is false under the law. If you commission any crime, you are just as, if not more guilty than those you pay to carry them out.

I have wanted nothing to do with the hateful, schizophrenic, violent Kabbalah Center, whose members have committed coldblooded murder, under psychotic delusions, yet they keep stalking me in public and issuing threats on Madonna's behalf. They keep relaying threats from Madonna that are of a criminal nature.

I am not afraid of them, but realized very early by their behavior that they are evil and sick. Thus, I have been avoiding and ignoring their attempts at communicating with me, opting to file a complaint with the FBI, who's director Robert S. Mueller took a bribe and did nothing to stop the crimes. The criminal misconduct by Madonna and her Kabbalah Center continues to this day.

The blatant racial slurs via email and in public when they've stalked and confronted me with their unprovoked, uncontrolled anger and hatred, coupled with the attempts at vehicular homicide, means these are hate crimes and violations of the Civil Rights Act, which are more serious under the law.

They broke international law in doing so and under the FBI's watch, in menacing acts of aggravated stalking and harassment.

The misconduct is still transpiring. On Saturday, March 3, 2012, two crazy, aggressive members of the Kabbalah Center in Miami, stalked me into a computer store, then when they thought I was not paying attention, began to unzip my bag that contains my laptop, attempting to reach in and steal newer copyrighted DVD-ROM discs containing new songs, videos, movie scripts and fashion designs, among other things, which I created on a offline laptop, to prevent further copyright infringement via hacking.

I felt my bag move and heard the zipper open, prompting me to quickly look behind me and turn around. This caused the Kabbalah member to let go of the bag and quickly rush away, but I saw her face and that of her accomplice. That same female Kabbalah cult member had stalked me before. This time an equally crazy looking guy was with her and they rushed off when they realized I saw what they were trying to do and their faces. Kabbalah members are nothing but depraved, psychopathic thieves.

On another occasion, I was sitting on a bench outside a store waiting for a family member to finish shopping and a Kabbalah Center member approached me and out of nowhere began aggressively trying to bend back the screen of my offline laptop to see what I was writing. Who in their right mind does something like that. To top it off, she began telling me very personal things about myself that you could only know if you were illegally on my phone line, in my email box and in my home without permission.

Lawyers familiar with Hollywood and my case have explained it to me two ways. One stated they viewed my copyrighted catalogue and the company I've started to put out my works as "taking bread off their table" as the phrase goes. Only depraved Hollywood could view other people's property, on the other side of the country (Florida) as taking bread from their table, because they operate as a criminal mafia.

Speaking of that, Madonna does have clear ties to the mafia, via a relative who is a convicted felon, her private investigator Anthony Pellicano and a murderous, violent, ex-boyfriend in Miami, who went to prison, but she is working with him on an announced film project (Chris Pacello). During the course of the case, Kabbalah members she sent to stalk and harass me, issued mafia death threats to me as well.

Another attorney explained that the copyrights they criminally stole from me, are being unlawfully passed around the entertainment industry to people that know they are engaging in crimes via illegally using the preexisting copyrighted works that are my property. They have criminally and fraudulently placed their names on these copyrights they stole, accepting public credit and payment in royalties not due to them. In short, they know exactly what they are doing in flagrantly breaking the law.

An FBI report indicated Hollywood did the same regarding another black writer Hollywood criminally robbed of copyrights, Sophia Stewart, which were infringed to make the film series "The Matrix" and "Terminator." Hollywood's way of life is dealing in stolen goods, which constitutes a string of felonies they should be in prison for, but due to rampant bribery at the FBI, they remain free to continue to brazenly violate domestic and international law.

Hollywood is a racist, hateful, terrible place that views black people, especially immigrants, as slave labor to be exploited, robbed, slurred and abused. For an industry that claims to be so liberal, tolerant and inclusive, they are the most racist, hateful and intolerant group by far. Hollywood brought slavery back - well, to them, it never really went away. Yet, these are the folks Obama publicly champions, who are routinely brought into the U.S. Congress as well, all due to large campaign donations given to them.

[Article Background: This is a continuation of the phone hacking series of articles regarding the story I broke first via a police complaint. Since the time of the original police complaint, over 20 people have been arrested for phone hacking. I was alerted to phone hacking due to Madonna's unlawful behavior in conjunction with Rupert Murdoch's News Group Newspapers/News Corp].

Many of you have expressed that you understand my annoyance with the people in the aforementioned case. I would like to expound on it a bit more by writing about some of their other criminal behavior in the case. Four of my friends in Florida, who are Jamaican as well, worked at different unrelated places and were all mysteriously fired from their jobs during the same time period, without just cause, in conduct that is a known form of harassment from Madonna's Kabbalah Center.

Two of my friends that were fired were in private employment and moved on without debating what happened, as they were so distressed over it, because they had done nothing wrong with little options for economic redress available. However, the other two worked for publicly traded companies and took it to employment tribunals available to those that worked for corporations, who found my friends had done nothing wrong. One employer even tried to get my friend back on the job as their conduct was so shameful in firing her without cause and she has a child to support.

The Kabbalah Center has a nasty practice of targeting people into doing their bidding and if they refuse they use the names of the cult's celebrity members to lean on companies to firing them from their jobs. One night, one of my friends that was fired called me, distressed due to the harassment from the Kabbalah cult, as it had upset her.

She voiced concerns for her son in university and implied they had threatened to ruin his life if she did not do what they wanted in harassing and terrorizing me. This is someone I have known since I was a kid. She is very hardworking, but because she is often in contact with me and my family on our phones that have been phone hacked and wiretapped, they began contacting her and other people we know, trying to rope them into harassing me.

The Kabbalah Center, to which News Corp's Rupert Murdoch also belongs (Madonna's Connection To Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Scandal) has been targeting me and my family and friends in Florida, in their sick bids at trying to destroy me over my very valuable Copyrighted Catalog.

I find their conduct in terrorizing and attacking my Jamaican friends and family ugly, foul and racist. My friends worked hard at their jobs for time periods that range between 12-20-years, to pay their mortgages, bills, put food on their tables and their kids through school and because of a crazy, sick cult, Kabbalah, they were unfairly and cruelly harassed and fired, in conduct that constitutes hate crimes that violate the Civil Rights Act. How is that right or even legal in any way. What kind of ugly ill-will is that to attack people that have done you no harm.

I say to those of you out there with children that you are putting through school, how would you feel if some deranged cult began threatening that they are going to ruin your son's life if you don't participate in their sick conduct, which are attempts at destroying one of your friends they are targeting out of greed and hatred.

There are millions of Caribbeans in America and for the Kabbalah Center to do something so repugnant as to go around targeting immigrants in attempting to destroy others they are irrationally obsessed with is awful and racist. The Miami FBI/FBI sits back and watches while they do these terrible things to innocent people in acts of pure hate. Then they wonder why I write the things I do. The Kabbalah Center is nothing but a sick, violent cult that is an embarrassment to humanity and the worst of it.

18-year-old white teenager, Deryl Dedmon jr., is facing two life sentences in America, for vehicular homicide, among other things, for beating, then repeatedly running over, 49-year-old homeless man, James Craig Anderson, with a pick up truck.

Dedmon issued a racial slur after killing black-American Anderson, proudly stating, "I just ran that nig*er over." As many websites have stated, this was indeed a hate crime. A few uniformed people tried to state otherwise, but let's look at this case for what it is and not cover it up.

Attempting to or actually running over a minority, among other forms of violence, is unquestionably a serious hate crime, which is also a violation of the Civil Rights Act. This young man has thrown his freedom and future away over racism and hatred. Idle hands really are the devil’s workshop. Dedmon needs to ask God for forgiveness.

Homeless Men Being Beaten For Money

A Florida website company has been paying homeless men $50 for taking painful beatings from scantily clad women, while the cameras roll. The videos are uploaded to their website, where the company charges the public $3 to witness the terrible spectacle. The homeless are cruelly being taken advantage of and it needs to stop.

This misconduct has led to a class action lawsuit against the company, for behavior being billed "hate crimes." It is also costing the state money, via hospital fees for the injured homeless men. It is my sincere hope the homeless people prevail in this case, as said misconduct falls under "cruel and unusual punishment" forbidden by law.

Muslim Boy Charged With Hate Crime Against Muslim Girl

12-year-old Osman Daramay, attempted to rip the hijab off the head of a 12-year-old Muslim girl in New York and was arrested for committing a hate crime against his fellow student. However, his dad, Frank Davies, argues that this is nonsense, as his son is also a Muslim.

He does have a point. That's like two white American born citizens of the same religion getting into a fight and one yanking off the other's hat or two Israeli Jewish people arguing and one yanking off the other's yarmulke. It's hard to call the aforementioned examples hate crimes.

What you have is a troubled young man that needs to have his butt kicked by his parents, to remind him to respect others' property and personal space. Maybe the police did not have the full story when they made the arrest and judging by young Daramay harassing his fellow student, then throwing a birdie at the press, his parents have their hands full.

Someone threw some juicy, delicious bacon, uh, I mean, bad bacon at a mosque in Florence, South Carolina, in what will undoubtedly be billed a hate crime. It sounds more like a cuisine crime. Grandmother Assaulted, Dragged And Called Nig*er

64-year-old grandmother, Ruby Williams, was assaulted, dragged and called "nig*er" by two white males, who attacked her while she was fishing in Florida. They bludgeoned her from behind and proceeded with a vicious racial attack.

Thankfully the blow to the head did not kill her, as brain injuries can turn fatal. Police are on the lookout for the two men in question, who committed this horrible hate crime against Williams.

Unwanted Contact...Again!

Madonna's criminal misconduct against me continues, unprovoked. Once again, her producer and ex-boyfriend, Jellybean Benetez, who she is still in contact with in New York, tried to contact me again online last week. I did not respond.

During that same week, once again, Madonna commissioned two members of the Miami Kabbalah Center to approach and harass me in public again.

One of them is the same man that has come up to me three different times, at disparate places so far apart, always knowing when I will be at each place (thanks to the private eye Madonna has stalking me Anthony Pellicano style).

This same bizarre, pushy Kabbalah member, utilizing a Pellicano practice of approaching surveillance subjects with harassing, menacing speech, was caught on camera (evidence). He said some sick things to me, while something I said to him out of repulsion, a week later, Madonna incriminatingly repeated in an interview she did.

Racial Slurs

A week and a half ago, Madonna commissioned another Kabbalah member to approach my mother and I in a mall, harassing us. In a packed mall bathroom, in front of people, a white Kabbalah member, targeted my mom first. My mom walks with a cane, due to Guillain Barre weakening her legs and back, so she used the disabled bathroom.

This crazy Kabbalah member started yelling, banging on the door of the bathroom stall my mom was in, like she was going to attack her, demanding she get out immediately. Never mind the Kabbalah member had no physical impairment necessitating the use of a disabled bathroom stall.

I politely said to her while waiting on my mom to exit the bathroom stall, "There is another empty disabled stall next to it, why don't you use that one." She snapped, "I want to use this one!" pointing at the stall my mom was using. The perv even started trying to look under the bathroom stall door, whilst yelling at my mom (voyeurism is a common Kabbalah trait that is quite sick and invasive).

Then, she started uttering racial slurs at me and my mom. Others in the bathroom looked at her appalled and stunned. I called mall security, due to her aggressiveness and yelling and when a female mall employee went into the bathroom, the Kabbalah member flew out of there and quickly existed the mall. Thankfully, I snapped a photo of her before she fled (evidence).

Before this incident transpired, someone connected with Madonna uttered a veiled threat to me about harassing an individual in a disabled bathroom stall. So, this madness she got this local Kabbalah member to do was planned.

I've lived in America for 24 years and never had a racial confrontation, until Madonna's madness via this case and she should be very ashamed of that.

Then again, such conduct being sponsored by a vile woman that has been criminally ripping off a black immigrant, bringing slavery back in modern times and keeps snatching black African babies from their devastated families, via bribing government officials, to use as press accessories, in competing with actress Angelina Jolie, could care less about blacks.

Hospital

In another incident weeks ago, during a scheduled follow up doctor's visit at the hospital, regarding the stress induced brain hemorrhage I sustained in October 2008, a Kabbalah member wearing a red string bracelet, walked right up to me on the hospital grounds and menacingly snarled in my face for about 15 seconds, like she wanted to attack me. At the hospital of all places.

More Unwanted Contact

Madonna, through her reps, continues to crazily contact people I know and or do business with, offering them money to harass and terrorize me, while speaking in glowing terms about her and uttering private details of the criminal case, that they could only know if she and her staff told them.

For example, there is someone I know that I really didn't discuss the Madonna case with, who Madonna began to target via her reps.

Madonna invited said person to A-Rod's apartment, while said person was in New York from Miami this year. When she came back to Miami, she started talking to us about it in strange terms. This person is not in the entertainment industry, nor is she rich or famous, yet they contacted her and invited her to his place, because she knows my family.

Madonna and co. offered her money to talk about them before me and my mom at a dinner we went to over at a mutual friend's house. She was told to put in a good word for Madonna in front of us and speak glowingly of the her and A-Rod, while reciting lines about their apartment in New York. It was so weird and out of place and sounded like something she was told to memorize, then repeat.

My other friends looked at her puzzled, like why would you bring that nut up. My mom sensing something was amiss, changed the subject immediately, cutting her off.

This is a small sample of the harassment and invasiveness I have been subjected to by that madwoman Madonna. Idle hands really are the devil's workshop, as the phrase goes.
