Public Protests On Behalf Of 90-Year-Old Florida Man Arrested Three Times For Feeding The Homeless

90-year-old chef, World War II veteran and civil rights activist, Arnold Abbott, who has been feeding the homeless for many years, has become the victim of a new ordinance in the South Florida city of Fort Lauderdale, which neighbors Miami. People in Fort Lauderdale are no longer allowed to feed the homeless in public places. It must be done in a building sanctioned by the city.

For many years, Abbott, a Christian, has been feeding the homeless hearty meals he cooks, even ordering them pizza from restaurants. He also runs a culinary school teaching the homeless how to cook and find jobs. Many have spoken up in favor of Albert. Even the police look embarrassed to cite Abbott and two local preachers who are helping his effort. However, police are acting on the orders of local lawmakers. Each citation carries a fine of $500 and up to two months in jail. Abbott successfully fought a similar ban in 1999. Protests have been held in support of Abbott.

If Arnold is jailed on one of these citations, the Judiciary Report will start an online campaign on this site, encouraging the public to vote out every single lawmaker responsible for the ordinance. Each lawmaker responsible for the ordinance will be listed by name on this site in the lead up to the local elections, with the request the public vote for your rival (and if I do the online campaign right, you guys will be homeless and need Arnold's food *tongue in cheek statement*).

In all seriousness, being homeless is a terrible thing for many. Do not penalize the people trying to help the homeless. It's cruel. There are so many problems plaguing society. Picking on and arresting a 90-year-old man, who has been feeding the homeless for decades, is wrong and should not be a priority. That's not what you were elected to do and the people of South Florida and many more all over the country are not with you in targeting him, wasting taxpayer money.

Despite having two big R&B hits with the group City High, touring and working with various artists such as Prince and Wyclef Jean, beautiful singer Claudette Ortiz became homeless, unable to properly provide for her three children. Years prior she had married fellow group member, Ryan Toby, but after 10-years of marriage it ended in divorce, for reasons she did not specify. Ortiz, who sought help from the state, spoke of the embarrassment of her case workers knowing her as a famous singer and wondering what she is doing on government assistance.

Ortiz told the website Bossip, ""When I [moved to LA] I had to move my children out of their school. It was a big move from East to West Coast and I had just left my four years of being at rock bottom. Four years of being ridiculed and scrutinized on the internet and four years of having to decide between one bill and the other and having to go to the social services building and you’re case worker recognizes you and says, "Why are you here?" It breaks you down so I was just coming out of that break down and rebuilding myself and trying to get back into the groove of being in spotlight and being in entertainment. That’s a sadness that I believe women do feel and it does show on your face, but you keep it moving, you don’t cry. You keep your head up and you keep going, even though you do have that consistent worry and heartbreak."

She further stated, "Prior to the show, I had really hit rock bottom and I was at a crossroads where I just had to [do the show]. All the little odd jobs that I was doing; I was a chef in the kitchen, I tried to open my own businesses, I had my catering businesses and I had a cleaning business but those things were not enough to raise my children. So, I had to make a choice of am I going to continue going this way? Where is this going? I was like man, I guess I’ll just go to the air force reserves. […] I felt like it would pay for school. I didn’t have any degree or anything so….I was having a rough night. I had to leave the place I was at, and I was driving with the things in my trunk and my kids were asleep and I had nowhere to go. And that night Phil Thorton from the show texted me but that night I was upset and I was crying. I was like "God, I know there are people out there that have it way worse than I have it but don’t forget about me. This is still difficult. That’s was when I got the text of like, do I go with the show or …. I never wanted to be apart of reality shows because I never wanted to expose my children on anything like that."

The Sick Behavior Of News Corp And Kabbalah In The Phone Hacking Case

James Murdoch, Elisabeth Murdoch, Rupert Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch are one of the greediest, most lawless families in the world, operating from the corporate sector, when they should be in prison.

As the phone hacking case rages on in Britain, the Judiciary Report would like to turn its attention to where the case truly began, in New York and Los Angeles, as Rupert Murdoch and his company News Corp, concocted a plan to spy on people for profit (News Corp is headquarter in New York). They did so emulating the conduct of private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, in Hollywood, who is now in prison.

News Corp is a global company that has spread its criminal misconduct to the shores of several nations. In having done so, they brazenly violated international law. Murdoch and his family are members of the Kabbalah Center, which bills itself an offshoot of Judaism, a charge Jewish people deny, shunning the group that is frequently described as a very mentally ill and evil cult. 

Not only has News Corp and Murdoch's Kabbalah, fronted by Madonna, illegally phone hacked, computer hacked and wiretapped innocent public figures, business people and writers, for undue criminal profit, their tit for tat harassment tactics, aimed at breaking people are completely depraved.

For example, a member of Kabbalah affiliated with News Corp via questionable financial dealings, had one of her assistants make contact with a waitress that works for a restaurant often visited by an individual they have been targeting. They offered the waitress hundreds of dollars to spit in the food of the individual before bringing it to the table, in a story they have laughed about in Hollywood like it is a good thing, when it is absolutely disgraceful. The waitress and said star that commissioned the conduct belong in prison. What kind of person pays for and does something like that. 

They are also known to call up certain restaurants in Hollywood and New York and order them to deny admittance to rivals, which is pathetic and petty. To begrudge someone a gourmet meal you think is too good for them is a real human low. 

In another case, they hired a woman that can be called a prostitute due to her behavior regarding rich men, to try to break up the marriage of a business rival, hoping it would lead to a breakdown in the man's life and the collapse of his company he is very involved in, making the corporation vulnerable to pilfering.

In a separate case, they got an individual to sexually pursue an influential person they are trying to control, hoping the two will get married and it will grant News Corp and Kabbalah illegal access to the person's sizeable assets and valuable trade secrets, through the potential spouse, who is in the deranged cult. These people are sick and belong in prison for meddling in people's personal lives in this manner, to facilitate financial fraud.

As seen in the phone hacking case in Britain, News Corp and its affiliates are not above stalking the innocent children of people that oppose them, as a means to intimidate and threaten them, which they inexcusably did to the lawyer representing victims in London that have sued. News Corp and Kabbalah have gone to other extremes in America, such as paying people at a prestigious school to deny an individual's child a spot at the establishment, due to Murdoch and Kabbalah's sick obsession with getting at the person, who did them no harm, but is in possession of valuable proprietary business equipment they illegally want for criminal enrichment.

They have been engaging in commissioned harassment, stalking, bullying and invasion of privacy regarding the individual, in bids at destroying the person and breaking their spirit, hoping to swoop in and grab their assets when the person is at their worst low, struggling with depression.

News Corp and Kabbalah have a very evil penchant for destroying people's businesses, after others have labored for years to make said entities successful, in order to criminally steal copyrights, patents and other assets belonging to the companies (The Greedy Murdoch Family At News Corp Hired A Hacker To Sabotage Rival Channel ITV Digital Causing It To Collapse).

Congress in America has called for a formal investigation into this sick practice regularly utilized by News Corp and Kabbalah (Senator Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival & Stealing Their Copyrights). 

Law enforcement has also discovered, News Corp and Kabbalah, have been using homeless people to engage in harassing, criminal conduct against rivals and targets, as they are desperate and destitute, willing to do very unethical things for money the average person will not. Homeless people have been paid by Murdoch and the cult's private investigators, to do illegal and harassing things to others, in the hope it will not be traced back to them, but it was. 

This unholy, unbridled greed begs the question, how rich is rich enough that News Corp and Kabbalah are so driven by criminal theft and fraud, refusing to stop this illegal thievery and hatred of those lawfully possessing things they covet. Mark my words, in wanting to illegally own it all through criminal means, News Corp and Kabbalah are going to lose it all, including their freedom and fortunes.

A new report by the National Center on Family Homelessness has revealed, 1,600,000 American kids are homeless and living on the streets. This marks a 33% increase over the past 3-years, during which the financial crisis hit America and wreaked havoc on many people's finances. The foreclosure crisis has certainly contributed to these figures as well.

These numbers are infuriating, as the government has wasted billions of dollars on wasteful projects that added nothing to the economy, while children in America go hungry and homeless. This needs to be corrected. In a country with as many resources as America, no child should be homeless or hungry.

Economic numbers regarding America indicate, households in the United States saw a decline in wealth this spring. In short, America is being made poor. Many people don’t even own their own homes anymore. There has been a drastic decline in home-ownership, due to the terrible amount of foreclosures.

In the state of New Jersey, tent cities have been erected, reminiscent of the Great Depression, where the newly homeless now live. These were individuals with jobs and homes. A record number of Americans are on food stamps as well. Had the government fixed the economy, more people would be on their feet and far less on food stamps. Food prices in America continue to skyrocket, increasing by 50%-100% on most items. Money is not going as far as it used to at the supermarket.

How does the government expect people to survive under such harsh financial circumstances. The so-called solutions coming out of the current administration regarding the job market, are not going to fix the problem. No matter what they tell you, judging by what the political parties are doing legislatively, meaning their actions, many on both sides of the aisles are playing politics.

Rumblings in Washington indicate, U.S. President Barack Obama, is gearing up to undertake even more unnecessary spending, despite the fact the S&P flashed him a massive warning to put the breaks on the cash spree.

The U.S. deficit is the highest it has ever been. Congressional Budget Office calculators are crashing and malfunctioning under the strain, but the President is still prepping new, frivolous spending plans and continues to funnel money to costly and unnecessary projects.

Why is it so difficult to cut the national budget and actually stop spending money on frivolities that do not promote financial health. Is it going to take a catastrophe to make the government stop such fruitless spending. The Obama Administration is behaving like a shopaholic and the U.S. Congress continues to increase its credit limit on money the nation doesn't have to blow.

As a result of the ongoing financial crisis, I see so much suffering in America everyday, as I am not out of touch like the Administration and Congress (yes, I went there). It is painfully obvious, if the government earnestly ended the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, cutting their funding and used the money in America instead, life would be exponentially better for Americans.

Productive Americans (some with children) that lost their jobs and homes, are becoming homeless at an increased rate, yet the government sees no need to bring the money back home. How can Washington not have money to help them, but can buy thousands of tomahawk missiles for $1,000,000 each.

Some government workers paychecks are being cut and this wouldn't be so bad if it were the people earning higher salaries. No, it's the lower income government workers that are seeing their pay checks reduced and they feel it the most. If you are making $10,000 - $15,000 per year and the government reduces your pay by up to 30%, you will have significant trouble making ends meet.

The government workers that can stomach pay cuts are those making $70,000 - $100,000 per year. They won't go hungry. However, to target lower income government workers, under the guise of tightening the belt in a crisis, is a lot to ask.

Another area the government is wasting money that could be better spent elsewhere is the exorbitant budgets the FBI, CIA, DOJ and Pentagon receive. One can understand giving a decent budget to Homeland Security to protect the nation's borders, but as I see it, the FBI, CIA, DOJ and Pentagon, get up to so much mischief in the nation and the world, they are being given lavish sums to create preventable problems for everyone.

The videos are uploaded to their website, where the company charges the public $3 to witness the terrible spectacle. The homeless are cruelly being taken advantage of and it needs to stop.

It is my sincere hope the homeless people prevail in this case, as said misconduct falls under "cruel and unusual punishment" forbidden by law.
