Tom Cruise's corrupt attorney, Bert Fields (is he still around) has been slamming the insane star's critics for writing about his divorce. What did he expect. Rumors about Cruise's sexuality have been prevalent for years. One item that flew from Fields' farty lips, drew my disdain. 

According to TMZ, Fields has his depends in a bunch, complaining that "Tom Cruise did NOT settle his divorce with Katie Holmes because he feared she might spill secrets about the actor." Fields told the TMZ website, "Tom had nothing to hide and did nothing in the agreement to hide anything. People are just making this stuff up." 

Oh really now (sarcasm). I said that about Cruise's quick divorce settlement and with my track record for honesty, it is clear I'm not the liar in this equation. To claim Tom has nothing to hide is a lie. Cruise is apart of the management of Scientology, second in command (of the crazy ship) and for years they kept secret the fact the cult is centered around a mentally deranged story by schizophrenic L. Ron Hubbard, about an alien named Xenu.

Said malevolent alien Xenu, allegedly put hydrogen bombs in volcanoes and blew up millions of his people billions of years ago. Now, according to Scientology, we are supposed to believe these people are evil and displaced aliens, who have attached themselves to humans and in order to rid oneself of them, one must be audited with Scientology's e-Meter, which looks like a Fisher Price toy on crack. 

That crazy little nutball kept the cult's secret all these years, until ex-members spilled the beans, uploading official Scientology documents with this ridiculous, farfetched science fiction story you call a religion. So yea, he's been hiding things. 

Furthermore, Fields is no saint. He hired an evil, lawbreaking member of the mafia, Anthony Pellicano, as a private investigator and he criminally wiretapped, harassed and plotted to murder innocent people, Fields' deranged Hollywood clients deemed rivals, for a fee of $100,000 per person. Therefore, Fields is in no position to cast aspersions on anyone.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, Fields is an immoral man with no scruples, to have represented the individuals he has in Hollywood, such as Scientology and Kabbalah and hired a person like Pellicano to ruin innocent people's lives. The mere fact you keep representing Scientology with all these reports of kids being molested in the cult tells me you are the scum of the earth. As long as the check clears you don't care. Hollywood truly is a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah.

As the phone hacking case rages on in Britain, the Judiciary Report would like to turn its attention to where the case truly began, in New York and Los Angeles, as Rupert Murdoch and his company News Corp, concocted a plan to spy on people for profit (News Corp is headquarter in New York). They did so emulating the conduct of private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, in Hollywood, who is now in prison.

News Corp is a global company that has spread its criminal misconduct to the shores of several nations. In having done so, they brazenly violated international law. Murdoch and his family are members of the Kabbalah Center, which bills itself an offshoot of Judaism, a charge Jewish people deny, shunning the group that is frequently described as a very mentally ill and evil cult. 

Not only has News Corp and Murdoch's Kabbalah, fronted by Madonna, illegally phone hacked, computer hacked and wiretapped innocent public figures, business people and writers, for undue criminal profit, their tit for tat harassment tactics, aimed at breaking people are completely depraved.

For example, a member of Kabbalah affiliated with News Corp via questionable financial dealings, had one of her assistants make contact with a waitress that works for a restaurant often visited by an individual they have been targeting. They offered the waitress hundreds of dollars to spit in the food of the individual before bringing it to the table, in a story they have laughed about in Hollywood like it is a good thing, when it is absolutely disgraceful. The waitress and said star that commissioned the conduct belong in prison. What kind of person pays for and does something like that. 

They are also known to call up certain restaurants in Hollywood and New York and order them to deny admittance to rivals, which is pathetic and petty. To begrudge someone a gourmet meal you think is too good for them is a real human low. 

In another case, they hired a woman that can be called a prostitute due to her behavior regarding rich men, to try to break up the marriage of a business rival, hoping it would lead to a breakdown in the man's life and the collapse of his company he is very involved in, making the corporation vulnerable to pilfering.

In a separate case, they got an individual to sexually pursue an influential person they are trying to control, hoping the two will get married and it will grant News Corp and Kabbalah illegal access to the person's sizeable assets and valuable trade secrets, through the potential spouse, who is in the deranged cult. These people are sick and belong in prison for meddling in people's personal lives in this manner, to facilitate financial fraud.

As seen in the phone hacking case in Britain, News Corp and its affiliates are not above stalking the innocent children of people that oppose them, as a means to intimidate and threaten them, which they inexcusably did to the lawyer representing victims in London that have sued. News Corp and Kabbalah have gone to other extremes in America, such as paying people at a prestigious school to deny an individual's child a spot at the establishment, due to Murdoch and Kabbalah's sick obsession with getting at the person, who did them no harm, but is in possession of valuable proprietary business equipment they illegally want for criminal enrichment.

They have been engaging in commissioned harassment, stalking, bullying and invasion of privacy regarding the individual, in bids at destroying the person and breaking their spirit, hoping to swoop in and grab their assets when the person is at their worst low, struggling with depression.

Law enforcement has also discovered, News Corp and Kabbalah, have been using homeless people to engage in harassing, criminal conduct against rivals and targets, as they are desperate and destitute, willing to do very unethical things for money the average person will not. Homeless people have been paid by Murdoch and the cult's private investigators, to do illegal and harassing things to others, in the hope it will not be traced back to them, but it was. 

This unholy, unbridled greed begs the question, how rich is rich enough that News Corp and Kabbalah are so driven by criminal theft and fraud, refusing to stop this illegal thievery and hatred of those lawfully possessing things they covet. Mark my words, in wanting to illegally own it all through criminal means, News Corp and Kabbalah are going to lose it all, including their freedom and fortunes.

This week it was announced, the Metropolitan Police, who twice arrested Murdoch's top newspaper executive, Rebekah Brooks, interrogated her recently regarding bribing a high ranking Ministry of Defence government official, seeking scoops for the newspapers.

Coupled with all the illegal spying the Murdochs ordered be done on several British Prime Ministers, in addition to heads of state in other countries, such as America, Australia, Canada and Jamaica, it is undeniable News Corp is a menace that poses a threat to national security in several sovereign nations.

The Murdoch family that founded News Corp have consistently lied about their involvement in the company's phone hacking, wiretapping and computer hacking crimes. Emails, public testimony and eyewitness accounts have directly connected the Murdochs to criminal wrongdoing on both sides of the Atlantic.

The Metropolitan Police have made over 30 arrests in Britain regarding the scandal, but the FBI, headed up by corrupt, bribe taking Robert S. This week it was announced, the Metropolitan Police informed Los Angeles based, American manager, Julie Colbert, that she was phone hacked and illegally wiretapped by News International/News Corp. Colbert is the manager of Welsh singer, Charlotte Church, who News International has repeatedly stalked, phone hacked and illegally wiretapped for scoops to print in their newspapers.

They've even bribed people in Church's life for derogatory information on her to print in the newspapers. They've incessantly followed her around, which previously led her to flee Wales and live with her manager Colbert in Los Angeles for a time. However, News International followed her into America.

I have read British newspapers everyday for many years. Church has been a scandal staple, with many of the negative stories on the singer emanating from News International, then spreading to other publications. News International has consistently sought ways to humiliate and embarrass her in the name of money.

Having also personally seen the extraordinary lengths News Corp will go to in order to get a story or intellectual property to boost profits, no matter how illegal the means, I am not the least bit surprised they stalked Church into America, when she was trying to get away from them. The company has no respect for the law anywhere in the world.

I Was Criminally Stalked In Multiple Nations By Murdochs' News Corp

Due to my voluminous, valuable Copyrighted Catalog and connections, which led to many exclusives I published online that News Corp began to steal from my computers and emails, I have been stalked and approached by them for years in Miami, Florida in a very invasive, menacing and unwanted manner. They've criminally wiretapped my phones and hacked my computers for years, so they knew all my business and travel arrangements, as said technology are a must in today's world.

As mentioned on my sites prior to the announcement this week of Church having being stalked by Murdoch's News Corp, in 2005 during what was to be a pleasant 9-day trip in the middle of September 2005, to see my family and film scenes for my copyrights, I was stalked from Miami, Florida to Kingston, Jamaica, to London, England by Murdoch and thieving pop star Madonna's cult, Kabbalah (Madonna's Connection To The Phone Hacking Scandal). They ruined my trip with the most outrageous, offensive, harassing and illegal behavior. How did I deserve that, especially since I was minding my own business.

This led me to file a police complaint with the FBI in late September 2005, then the Metropolitan Police in October 2005, upon my return to America after the trip. During a November 2005 interview at their Miami office, the FBI checked my passport stamps to verify that I was in each nation detailed in my complaint. There are no holes, discrepancies or inconsistencies in my story and a mountain of evidence to back it up, as it is all 100% true.

Furthermore, another set of items that corroborate my claims is the time stamped footage I filmed in the three aforementioned nations, which came from scenes and items in my PREEXISTING, WRITTEN COPYRIGHTED SCRIPTS AND TREATMENTS, which were later infringed by Madonna, Murdoch and their affiliates.

On the plane out of Miami, this strange Kabbalah cult member that I had seen before kept following me around, then sat one seat behind me to the left during the flight to Kingston, Jamaica. He was tall, in his 40s with straight brown hair. He oddly stared at me the entire flight, with this serious, angry expression, his eyes wide open in a strange way, like a brainwashed cult member. He looked insane and obsessed.

Once the flight landed in Kingston, Jamaica, he kept watching my every move in the airport, staring at me in the customs line as well, with his eyes wide open in this weird way. Ironically, something happened in Jamaica customs that I had never seen before and I was born on the island and lived there the first 8-years of my life, frequently returning to see family.

It's very easy to visit Jamaica. Tourists are always welcome on the island without any hassle. However, the customs agent did not allow the aforementioned man admittance and directed him to a side room with a clear glass window for questioning, which was visible from where I stood. When I asked a police officer in the airport what's happening regarding that man, he stated something was wrong regarding the travel documents and information he provided, so he was being questioned. Once again, Jamaica is a very easy country to visit, so for them to do that, says something was seriously wrong.

After I spent a few days in Jamaica, where my dad took me to different outdoor, scenic locations to film items for a few of my copyrights, I flew to London, England and was followed around the entire time by Murdoch and Madonna's News Corp. Shortly after I would film something in Jamaica and England to bring my preexisting copyrights to life on film, Madonna and her affiliates, would announce they too would be filming the exact same things, which ripped off preexisting copyrights I had gone to said destinations to film.

To boot, Madonna and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie, a man sued by several unrelated people for every film he has ever put out, as he subscribes to her thieving ways as a way of life, even announced a film they would be shooting in Jamaica that was a complete and utter rip-off of my preexisting copyright regarding my homeland. Madonna also criminally ripped off items I had filmed in London for her later released infringing video "Hung Up." My preexisting copyrighted film scripts were also illegally used without permission at News Corp's 20th Century Fox film studio.

They knew what I had filmed during the multi-country trip, because they had Kabablah members and private investigators stalking me the entire time through three nations, in what is criminal conduct in each jurisdiction.
