Obama Slammed For Ordering The FBI And DOJ Not To Indict Hillary Clinton For Breaking The Law In Email Scandal

Tweet on Twitter.com by documentary filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza, regarding Obama corruptly meddling in the FBI/DOJ criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton with the intent of corruptly destroying it.

Many experts have revealed their view the FBI is too corrupt to indict Hillary Clinton. Mainstream global and U.S. newspapers have published their view Clinton has broken the law but is, "Too big to jail." The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) tend to not arrest well known people, which is why many Hollywood celebrities behave so terribly, harming members of the public. It's absolutely corrupt.

Tweets on Twitter.com by documentary filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza

As it stands, Clinton willfully violated government rules in keeping a private email server and had it maintained with such poor security, she clearly believed she is "too big to" hack. However, that's exactly what happened. American national secrets were hacked by the communist block and passed around among them.

Hillary Clinton tweet on Twitter.com has been thoroughly mocked by the public and the press, as hypocritical in light of her unlawful behavior, condemned by the State Department's Inspector General

Public feedback calling Clinton a hypocrite

Clinton was really reckless to think the communist block wouldn't hack her computers. After all, she has ordered the computers and telephones of domestic and foreign officials be hacked on a regular basis. She has repeatedly received illegal surveillance data, from the time she hired crooked, now incarcerated private investigator, Anthony Pellicano to unlawfully spy on people in sick ways, to her time at the State Department when she arrogantly spied on the United Nations (in what became a global scandal) and members of Congress.

Could Hillary Clinton really be indicted over her emails?

Friday 10 June 2016 06.00 EDT - Did Hillary Clinton do the wrong thing when she used a private email server while secretary of state from 2009 to 2013? Yes. She herself has admitted that it was a mistake. A recent report by the state department inspector general found that she broke multiple rules despite repeated warnings to use official communications methods that would ensure her emails were stored and kept safe from hackers.

Did she break the law? As an FBI investigation continues, expert opinion is divided. Some offer a view reminiscent of Bill Clinton’s famous remark that he experimented with marijuana but “didn’t inhale”. “I believe Clinton did break the law but at the same time I don’t think there’s evidence she committed a crime,” says Douglas Cox, associate professor at City University of New York School of Law.

It is a violation of federal records law to remove or destroy material, Cox notes, although Clinton “in part” fixed this by returning thousands of emails. More important in assessing whether a crime was committed is the question of intent, Cox says. “While there were warnings and memos that she should have been aware of, from a prosecution side they would need to prove her knowledge and intent and have evidence of that to bring before a jury.”...

Computer Hacks Targeting The U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper Reveals The Need For New Internet Protocols

James Clapper

Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, is the subject of a computer hack conducted by a teenage hacker targeting U.S. government official. Months prior, teenage hackers targeted the email account of CIA Director, John Brennan and disclosed its contents to the public via the whistleblower website WikiLeaks.

CIA Director John Brennan

These incidents reveals the fact U.S. national security in the area of computing and the internet is in dire need of upgrading. Two of America's top government officials being the subjects of successful computer hacks means it was an entry way to illegally obtaining top secret information of a higher security classification. Hackers are known for selling information. Many national secrets are ending up in the hands of people in the international community. Washington does not want said people and governments to be in possession of top secret files, but it is happening.

US official: Clapper's online personal accounts hacked

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Just months after reports that someone was hacking CIA Director John Brennan's personal email, a U.S. intelligence official is confirming that online personal accounts linked to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper also have been hacked. DNI spokesman Brian Hale said Tuesday that Clapper's office is aware of the hacking and has reported the incident to appropriate authorities. He declined to provide other details.

An individual not authorized to discuss details who spoke only on condition of anonymity, said that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence was aware of the hacking incident before it was first reported Tuesday by Motherboard, an online magazine and video channel on science and technology. Motherboard reported that the same teen-age hacker who broke into Brennan's account also targeted Clapper...

Inspector General Slams Obama And The CIA For Allowing Hollywood Access To National Secrets Jeopardizing National Security

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama and his CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) has been slammed in a report by the Office of the Inspector General, for giving Hollywood inappropriate access to nation secrets, while making the Osama Bin Laden film "Zero Dark Thirty." A FOIA request uncovered the fact the Inspector General excoriated Obama's CIA over this misconduct that the FBI has declined to investigate nor has the DOJ agreed to prosecute on President Obama's corrupt orders.

The Inspector General's report revealed, "We found that the records maintained by the OPA [Office of Public Affairs] are not sufficient to document that entertainment industry requests to CIA for briefings, interviews, visits, and other support are handled in a consistent and fair manner and that engagement with the entertainment industry is effective in furthering CIA’s goal for engagement...OPA and other CIA employees have not always complied with Agency regulations intended to prevent the release of classified information during their interactions with entertainment industry representatives...There was an instance in which CIA allowed an entertainment industry representative to attend a CIA event in which information classified at the SECRET level was discussed."

Obama is always allowing Hollywood to break the law and as stated in the column previously, it is going to destroy America under the madness, corruption and criminality that is transpiring behind closed doors.

Judicial Watch Obtains Previously Classified CIA Inspector General Report Strongly Condemning Agency Handling of Briefings and Interviews with the Entertainment Industry

October 28, 2015 - Report specifically criticizes CIA’s briefings ‘in which foreign nationals may have participated’ specifically criticizes CIA interface with ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ filmmakers

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it has received a previously classified December 2012 Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) report from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) strongly condemning the agency’s handling of “briefings, interviews, visits, and other support” given to the entertainment industry. The report specifically criticizes the CIA’s granting of “Secret level” access to the makers of the movie Zero Dark Thirty. The OIG report was declassified in response to a Judicial Watch request for a Mandatory Declassification review.

The OIG “Report of Audit – CIA Processes for Engaging With the Entertainment Industry” is critical of both the agency’s procedures and its record-keeping:

We found that the records maintained by the OPA [Office of Public Affairs] are not sufficient to document that entertainment industry requests to CIA for briefings, interviews, visits, and other support are handled in a consistent and fair manner and that engagement with the entertainment industry is effective in furthering CIA’s goal for engagement … OPA and other CIA employees have not always complied with Agency regulations intended to prevent the release of classified information during their interactions with entertainment industry representatives.

While the heavily redacted document carefully avoids the disclosure of the eight projects it reviewed dating back to January 6, 2006, it specifically cites problems involving CIA interactions with the Zero Dark Thirty filmmakers. According to the OIG report, “There was an instance in which CIA allowed an entertainment industry representative to attend a CIA event in which information classified at the SECRET level was discussed.” The report then adds in a footnote:

CIA officials told us that the filmmaker involved with Zero Dark Thirty was invited to the event so that he could absorb the emotion of the event and that he was told he could not use anything he heard at the event for his project. During our audit fieldwork, the then Director, CIA called for an internal examination of the decision to allow the entertainment industry representative to attend the event.

The CIA Inspector General cites one project in particular that was given “significantly more support” than any of the others reviewed. Though the project is not identified, it is an apparent reference to Zero Dark Thirty:

[W]e noted that the CIA provided significantly more support to one of the eight entertainment industry projects that we reviewed: [REDACTED]. Entertainment industry representatives for this project met with [REDACTED] CIA officers (the majority of whom were under cover) … on multiple occasions, including meeting with one officer 12 times.

The newly-released OIG report also questioned the CIA’s granting of access to foreign nationals who may not have received proper screening before their briefings, warning of possible “negative consequences for the CIA:

We also noted three entertainment projects [REDACTED] in which foreign nationals may have participated in briefings, interviews, and visits provided by the CIA. However, because of the lack of adequate records, we were unable to determine the extent of CIA’s support to the eight projects, the extent to which foreign nationals participated in CIA-sponsored activities, and whether the Director, OPA approved of the activities and participation of foreign nationals.

Failure on the part of CIA officers to adhere to regulatory requirements could result in unauthorized disclosures, inappropriate actions and negative consequences for CIA. [Emphasis added]
The CIA IG also concluded that taxpayers were not compensated for the assistance CIA provided to Hollywood film projects:

CIA Has Not Been Reimbursed for Costs Incurred in Supporting Entertainment Industry Projects...
“The Obama administration put Hollywood before national security in order to help Barack Obama win reelection,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Has anyone been held accountable for these illegal leaks? The Obama administration put the heroes who killed Osama bin Laden at risk in order to help make this film.”...

FBI Expands Hillary Clinton Investigation After Finding More Evidence The Communist Block Repeatedly Targeted Her Emails And She Had No Computer Anti-Virus Program For Months

Clinton's Computer Tech Referred To Her Deleted Emails As "Shady"

Hillary Clinton

The FBI has expanded its criminal probe into the email scandal concerning former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. It was revealed Clinton violated government policy in hosting her emails on a private server. The emails were also unencrypted. The latest news regarding the scandal reveals Clinton had no anti-virus software on the server for months, making it much more vulnerable to hacks.

It has already been established that the communist block targeted Clinton's private server. With no encryption or anti-virus software, she made it that much easier for them to obtain national secrets that were laid bare in Clinton's emails. Many of her emails were not marked classified when they should have been. The U.S. government has now gone over her emails and categorized many unclassified emails as classified.

It has also emerged a computer company employee responsible for backing up and then on Clinton's orders, deleting her emails, became concerned, "Starting to think this whole thing really is covering up some shady s**t" is going on, as the FBI began closing in. Some of the emails do contain illegal behavior. Clinton also maintains relationships with criminals. Other items are just flat-out embarrassing and the Clintons do not want the world reading them.

An employee at the company managing Hillary Clinton's server feared 'covering up' something

Oct. 7, 2015, 5:59 PM 33 - Employees working at a company that managed Hillary Clinton's private email server were reportedly instructed to reduce the length of time backups of her emails were saved on the server, according to emails exchanged by the tech firm's employees. One employee started to think that move "really is covering up" something related to Clinton's emails.

The emails, which are being investigated by the FBI as part of a broader inquiry into Clinton's private server, were released Monday in a letter from Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin), the US Senate Homeland Security Committee chairman, McClatchy and other outlets reported...

And after she left the US State Department, Clinton Executive Service Corp., a company linked to the former US secretary of state, apparently asked the tech firm overseeing her private server, Platte River Networks, to cut the length of time emails were stored to 30 days, according to the emails exchanged between Platte River employees.

"Any chance you found an old email with their directive to cut the backup back in Oct-Feb," one Platte River employee asked another, according to McClatchy. "I know they had you cut it once in Oct-Nov, then again to 30day in Feb-ish."

The employee feared that cutting the backups would make the firm look like it was participating in a cover-up on behalf of Clinton Executive Service Corp., which was footing the bill for its services. "Starting to think this whole thing really is covering up some shaddy [sic] s---," the employee said in an email to a colleague, according to McClatchy.

"I just think if we have it in writing that they told us to cut the backups, and we can go public saying we have had backups since day one, then we were told to trim to 30 days, it would make us look a WHOLE LOT better," the employee added, according to Politico. "Wonder how we can sneak an email in now after the fact asking them when they told us to cut the backups and have them confirm it for our records."

Report: Clinton server faced hacking from China, South Korea and Germany

10/08/15 07:17 AM EDT - Hillary Clinton's private email server containing tens of thousands of messages from her tenure as secretary of state was the subject of hacking attempts from China, South Korea and Germany after she stepped down in 2013, according to information reportedly obtained by Congressional investigators.

The Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee has found evidence of attempted intrusions into Clinton's server in 2013 and 2014, according to a letter sent by panel chairman Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and obtained by the Associated Press.

The intrusions were detected by software installed by a Florida-based computer security firm, SECNAP, the AP report said. However, there were at least three months in 2013 when the server may have lacked any threat-detection program, Johnson wrote, according to AP.

The last batch of Clinton's emails released by the State Department under a court order in a Freedom of Information Act suit showed that Clinton received at least five emails from hackers linked to Russia. If Clinton opened attachments in the emails, her account and server could have been vulnerable to hacking, although it is unclear if she did so...

The story could undermine another part of Clinton's public response to the email controversy. She has repeatedly said there's no indication that her server was hacked. Asked in a CNN interview last month whether attackers from Russia or China hacked into her private account, Clinton replied: "There's no evidence of that."...

FBI Investigation Unearths Hillary Clinton's Deleted Emails And Reveals Staffer Shared Classified Information On Her Behalf

Hillary Clinton

The FBI’s investigation into presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has unearthed her deleted emails from her time as U.S. Secretary of State. Clinton's tech specialists assured her the emails had been permanently deleted and even used the term "wiped." However, as stated in the column weeks before the FBI retrieved the emails, it is possible to recover deleted data from hard drives (Hillary Clinton Under Investigation By The FBI As Her Deleted Emails Are Being Retrieved From Her Personal Server).

The only thing  you can do to truly delete data is destroy the drive (and in a manner that it can't be pieced back together with fragments of data recovered). Some "thermonuke" drives which is dangerous, as it involves placing the drive in a corrosive chemical solution that could become unstable and incendiary. However, Clinton would have been in trouble if she had destroyed the server. Another less drastic method that sometimes works is to overwrite the data you wish to delete. However, with an email, that's a little tricky.

Baby to Hillary Clinton: put me down, I'm not voting for you!

A member of Clinton's staff shared classified information via email with the Clinton Foundation. Clinton aide Cheryl Mills sent classified data on behalf of Hillary to the Clinton Foundation. Clinton's emails were going back and forth through cyberspace unencrypted, putting national secrets at risk. As stated in the column previously, a hacker is offering a large number of Clinton's emails from her time as Secretary of State, for $500,000. The communist block has also accessed Clinton's emails.

Some online continue to paint Clinton as having committed treason. Once again, as much as I am not a fan of Clinton, due to her involvement with now incarcerated private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, there is no evidence she or her husband betrayed America by selling national secrets to the country's enemies, as some are trying to imply. Don't accuse someone of treason who did not actually commit that crime. It is a very serious allegation to make and in this case against a couple who has done a lot for America.

The Communist Block Accessed Hillary Clinton's Unencrypted Emails

Hillary Clinton

I received a very credible tip that "someone in the communist block accessed the server" containing the unencrypted emails of former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. She is currently under investigation by the FBI, who have retrieved emails and server records from Clinton's time as Secretary of State. The current mushrooming scandal has many political pundits and legal analysts questioning Clinton's candidacy, regarding the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Though the FBI has labeled the investigation into Clinton one concerning "espionage" as far as the Judiciary Report knows, she did not sell U.S. national secrets to foreign entities. Clinton was just negligent and careless in protecting them.

As much as I would love to see Clinton get her butt kicked by the feds, due to her conduct with now disgraced and imprisoned private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, the Judiciary Report prides itself on being truthful (I hope a female FBI agent puts you in a headlock LOL). Clinton was not acting against America. She was just being careless.

World governments of large nations always spy on each other, including America. This is the way it has always been and will be for the foreseeable future. However, Clinton unintentionally left the front door open and it gave America's rivals access to national secrets.

Government Investigators Raise The Tally Of Unprotected Hillary Clinton Classified Emails From 2 To 150

Hillary Clinton's Major Misstep

Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton's legal and presidential campaign problems have worsened. It is forbidden under U.S. law for employees to email classified documents from private accounts. It must be done through secure, government encrypted email channels, to protect national secrets and security. Clinton, the former U.S. Secretary of State, was familiar with the law, but violated it anyway in her role, because she simply couldn't be bothered to follow the proper security protocols.

This misconduct opened U.S. national secrets to hackers, as Clinton sent sensitive information back and forth from her private email account, which lacked proper security. Federal investigators and the State Department have now changed the security status on some of Clinton's emails before releasing them, from unclassified to classified, indicating the serious nature of what the previously unprotected items contained.

Many are questioning Clinton's candidacy as a result of the scandal, because a president must adhere to greater security scandals when handling national secrets via the protection and proper dissemination of classified documents to authorized parties. Government officials and political pundits have labeled Clinton's conduct careless.

State marks 150 more of Clinton's emails as classified

Updated 08/31/15, 05:34 PM EDT - The State Department has deemed roughly 150 more of Hillary Clinton's email messages to be classified, a move certain to fuel the roiling controversy over her use of a private email server instead of an official government account when she served as secretary of state.

The new classifications will more than triple the previous total of 63 classified messages on Clinton's account, but State Department spokesman Mark Toner stressed that the information was not marked classified at the time it was sent several years ago. He also said the decisions to classify the information did not represent a determination that it should have been marked or handled that way back then.

Hillary Clinton Admits She Lied About Emails In FBI Investigation As Agents Find Examples Of Her Breaking The Law

Joe Biden to Hillary Clinton: boy are you in trouble!

FBI investigators working for the Department of Justice have found instances of U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, breaking the law in the email scandal that has enveloped her candidacy. Clinton, in her former post as U.S. Secretary of State, knew she was not permitted to send government emails containing classified information from her private email address/server, as it compromises national security, making state secrets vulnerable to hackers. However, she did exactly that.

This criminal misconduct violated federal law and exhibited poor judgment on Clinton's part. Clinton also destroyed the evidence, or so she thought, ordering the emails be deleted, in conduct that constitutes a felony. However, the FBI was able to retrieve the evidence. As stated in the column previously, computer experts are able to run hard drives backward and retrieve deleted data (Hillary Clinton Under Investigation By The FBI As Her Deleted Emails Are Being Retrieved From Her Personal Server). It requires many hours to do so, but it can be done.

The ongoing criminal investigation into Clinton has so far unearthed two examples of the presidential hopeful violating said government policy that is federal law, in deeds that compromised national security. Clinton has since admitted she did indeed violate this government policy, when previously she publicly lied stating she never sent classified emails from her private email account/server.

Obama Spites Israel By Declassifying And Publishing Their Secret Nuclear Program

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama has spitefully and vindictively declassified a top secret Israeli nuclear program out of revenge, after he was exposed in the press for unethically tampering with the Israel national election, in a failed bid at getting Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, kicked out of office.

The unprecedented disclosure was released by Obama’s Department of Defense on his orders. The documents contain 386 pages of documents exposing Israel‘s nuclear program in detail, while redacting secret information about other nations, which proves it was done out of spite. Is it really a good idea to spite one of America’s allies. What will that accomplish. As the Judiciary Report has maintained all week, President Obama is anti-Semitic [President Obama Meddled In The Israeli Election Trying To Get Benjamin Netanyahu Kicked Out Of Office (Video)].

US Declassifies Document Revealing Israel's Nuclear Program

First Publish: 3/25/2015, 8:00 PM  - US Declassifies Document Revealing Israel's Nuclear Program. Obama revenge for Netanyahu's Congress talk? 1987 report on Israel's top secret nuclear program released in unprecedented move. In a development that has largely been missed by mainstream media, the Pentagon early last month quietly declassified a Department of Defense top-secret document detailing Israel's nuclear program, a highly covert topic that Israel has never formally announced to avoid a regional nuclear arms race, and which the US until now has respected by remaining silent.

But by publishing the declassified document from 1987, the US reportedly breached the silent agreement to keep quiet on Israel's nuclear powers for the first time ever, detailing the nuclear program in great depth. The timing of the revelation is highly suspect, given that it came as tensions spiraled out of control between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and US President Barack Obama ahead of Netanyahu's March 3 address in Congress, in which he warned against the dangers of Iran's nuclear program and how the deal being formed on that program leaves the Islamic regime with nuclear breakout capabilities.

Another highly suspicious aspect of the document is that while the Pentagon saw fit to declassify sections on Israel's sensitive nuclear program, it kept sections on Italy, France, West Germany and other NATO countries classified, with those sections blocked out in the document. The 386-page report entitled "Critical Technological Assessment in Israel and NATO Nations" gives a detailed description of how Israel advanced its military technology and developed its nuclear infrastructure and research in the 1970s and 1980s.

Israel is "developing the kind of codes which will enable them to make hydrogen bombs. That is, codes which detail fission and fusion processes on a microscopic and macroscopic level," reveals the report, stating that in the 1980s Israelis were reaching the ability to create bombs considered a thousand times more powerful than atom bombs. The revelation marks a first in which the US published in a document a description of how Israel attained hydrogen bombs.

The report also notes research laboratories in Israel "are equivalent to our Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore and Oak Ridge National Laboratories," the key labs in developing America's nuclear arsenal. Israel's nuclear infrastructure is "an almost exact parallel of the capability currently existing at our National Laboratories," it adds. "As far as nuclear technology is concerned the Israelis are roughly where the U.S. was in the fission weapon field in about 1955 to 1960," the report reveals, noting a time frame just after America tested its first hydrogen bomb.

Institute for Defense Analysis, a federally funded agency operating under the Pentagon, penned the report back in 1987. Aside from nuclear capabilities, the report revealed Israel at the time had "a totally integrated effort in systems development throughout the nation," with electronic combat all in one "integrated system, not separated systems for the Army, Navy and Air Force." It even acknowledged that in some cases, Israeli military technology "is more advanced than in the U.S."

Declassifying the report comes at a sensitive timing as noted above, and given that the process to have it published was started three years ago, that timing is seen as having been the choice of the American government. US journalist Grant Smith petitioned to have the report published based on the Freedom of Information Act. Initially the Pentagon took its time answering, leading Smith to sue, and a District Court judge to order the Pentagon to respond to the request.

Smith, who heads the Institute for Research: Middle East Policy, reportedly said he thinks this is the first time the US government has officially confirmed that Israel is a nuclear power, a status that Israel has long been widely known to have despite being undeclared...

The FBI Removed Boxes Of Classified Documents From The Home Of David Patraeus' Mistress During Raid

The Plot Thickens

Paula Broadwell (back left), David Patraeus (front right) walks with wife Holly Patraeus

The mere fact the FBI removed boxes of classified material from the home of Paula Broadwell, one of the mistresses of former CIA chief, General David Patraeus, is an indication she crossed the line in her dealings with him in more ways than one.

David Patraeus and Paula Broadwell

Broadwell, the author of Patraeus' biography had already published the book. Therefore, why would she have possession of boxes of classified files belonging to the state. Why was she allowed to take the documents to her house in the first place.

Paula Broadwell

Broadwell's character is in question, as she threatened one of Patraeus' other mistresses, Jill Kelley, in conduct that is unlawful, which resulted in the scandal that led to his resignation. In order for Broadwell to have gained clearance to have access to Patraeus, she would have undergone an FBI background check, which she passed, despite these blaring issues. The FBI background check clearly has holes in it.

After David Patraeus Panty Raid FBI Does Raid Of House Belonging To One Of His Mistresses

Paula Broadwell (back left), stares longingly at David Patraeus (front right) as he walks with his wife Holly Patraeus (front left). I know when his wife found out about his affairs, he probably thought he'd be safer on the battlefield with bombs going off.

Biographer Paula Broadwell was subjected to a surprise search of her home by the U.S. FBI, in conjunction with the David Patraeus scandal. It wasn't a full scale raid, but when the FBI searches your home, it may as well be. The investigation is in regards to Broadwell's adulterous affair with the general and threats she made by email against his other mistress, Jill Kelley. Patraeus abruptly resigned from the CIA as news of this scandal was about to break, leading many to believe there is more to this story than meets the eye.

David Patraeus and Paula Broadwell

Kelley contacted the FBI over the anonymous threats, only to supposedly discover Patraeus' affairs with the two women. It is being stated Patraeus told Broadwell to back off Kelley. It is thought Broadwell wanted access to classified materials, but as of the time of this writing, no documentation has been released to that effect. The FBI really aren't one to talk about compromising national security, female spies and litigants have bedded FBI agents and gotten favors out of them in the process, including protected information.

U.S. General David Patraeus Has Resigned Due To Cheating On His Wife With His Biographer

David Patraeus

U.S. General David Patraeus has resigned from his post as head of the CIA under a scandal, regarding an extramarital affair. The adulterous relationship took place with Patraeus' biographer, Paula Broadwell, who authored the book, “All In: The Education of General David Petraeus.” She is currently under investigation by the FBI, regarding claims she tried to access U.S. national secrets during the writing of the tome.

Patraeus stated  he is resigning for personal reasons, “After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours.” This affair has certainly wreaked havoc on his career and could not have been worth it.

Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Engaged In Phone Hacking Against British Olympic Government Official

Rupert Murdoch's News Corp spied on British Olympic minister, Tessa Jowell, leading to the destruction of her family. News Corp's newspaper division, News International, engaged in phone hacking, computer hacking and illegal surveillance of the Jowell family, for scoops to publish.

This also posed a risk to national security, once again, as the untrustworthy News Corp, was illegally privy to items to do with the upcoming Olympics. The British government has gone to great pains to make the 2012 Olympic games a great and safe one and News Corp had no business spying on behind the scenes planning and security.

Andy Coulson Confirms He Had Access To Top Secret Government Documents While Receiving Money From Rupert Murdoch's News Corp

Andy Coulson

On July 19. 2011 the Judiciary Report published the claim News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On British Government. The site was the only one to do so and has been vindicated this week regarding those claims.

Today during the Leveson phone hacking hearings in London, England, Andy Coulson admitted he had access to top secret government materials, while receiving money from Murdoch. This was wholly inappropriate and Murdoch's conduct constitutes a risk to national security.

Andy Coulson: I may have seen top-secret state material

guardian.co.uk, Thursday 10 May 2012 16.50 BST - Former News of the World editor Andy Coulson has admitted that he may have had unsupervised access to top secret material while he worked for David Cameron in Downing Street, despite not having undergone the necessary security checks.

Coulson's admission at the Leveson inquiry on Thursday afternoon appears to contradict No 10's account of the former News International employee's access to the most sensitive government materials while he was working for the prime minister. It has consistently claimed that Coulson had appropriate security clearance for his work because he did not have unsupervised access to top secret papers...

Robert Jay QC, counsel to the Leveson inquiry, asked Coulson if he had had unsupervised access to material designated top secret or above, he replied: "I may have done, yes."...

Secret Service Prostitute Says She Was Close Enough To View National Secrets

President Obama and members of his Secret Service detail

The fallout from the Secret Service prostitution scandal, involving agents having sex and cocaine with strippers during an official state visit to Colombia, by U.S. President Barack Obama is still going on. Prostitute Dania Suarez, who started the scandal by going to police when a cheapskate agent refused to pay her the full financial amount agreed to in exchange for sex, stated recently, she was close enough to gleam national secrets that pertain to President Obama. The Obama Administration will not be pleased with this news, especially with election season coming up.

Dania Suarez is a prostitute involved in the scandal

Here's hoping this scandal will serve as a lesson for agents to stay away from prostitutes and strippers and remain faithful to their wives. This scandal has tarnished the name of the Secret Service, doing a considerable amount of damage to the agency and President Obama, as political pundits are blaming him for a "lack of leadership" over this incident.

Russian Spy Almost Had Sex With A Member Of The Obama Administration To Gain Top Secret Information

First Lady Michelle Obama to President Barack Obama: all I know is it better not be you!

A member of the Obama Administration wasn't thinking with his head and nearly gave away national secrets. Cynthia Murphy real name, Lydia Guryev, nearly bedded a close friend of Hillary Clinton (are you sure it wasn't Hillary, because she has those tendencies...ironically so does Bill). The Obama fundraiser, Alan Patricof, was being seduced by Guryev.

Anna Chapman

Guryev, was among the Russian spies arrested in 2010 and deported to Russia. Included among them was the spy that captured most of the media attention, Anna Chapman. It is also intimated she had sex for information and was targeting a member of the Obama Administration. This is another reminder of how easily manipulated some, well most, men are when it comes to women. Not to mention, some women... (see: Hillary Clinton).

Cynthia Murphy, also known as, Lydia Guryev

Side Bar: It is rumored that Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has a thing for Argentinean President Cristina Kirchner. She is envious that Kirchner became a head of state, where she failed against Obama in 2008 and has a crush on her. However, it appears Kirchner isn't checking for Hillary. Then again, neither is Bill (see: Monica Lewinsky).

Rebekah Brooks Dangerously Tampered With National Security On Behalf Of Rupert Murdoch And News Corp

Rupert Murdoch and Rebekah Brooks

Previously the Judiciary Report stated Rupert Murdoch's News Corp is engaging in conduct that is a threat to national security (See: April 28. 2011 article Rupert Murdoch Compromised National Security With Illegal Phone Hacking And Wiretapping and the April 12. 2011 article Report: Rupert Murdoch Blackmailed The British Prime Minister).

This week it was announced, the Metropolitan Police, who twice arrested Murdoch's top newspaper executive, Rebekah Brooks, interrogated her recently regarding bribing a high ranking Ministry of Defence government official, seeking scoops for the newspapers.

Coupled with all the illegal spying the Murdochs ordered be done on several British Prime Ministers, in addition to heads of state in other countries, such as America, Australia, Canada and Jamaica, it is undeniable News Corp is a menace that poses a threat to national security in several sovereign nations.

Rebekah Brooks and her husband Charlie Brooks

It's one thing when a journalist is given information regarding serious issues of misconduct by government officials, as seen in the Wikileaks scandal but to engage in bribing government officials to print national secrets in the paper for profit is wholly wrong.

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 30 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters].

Brooks quizzed over MOD payments

UKPA) – 1 hour ago - Former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks has been questioned by police about payments to Ministry of Defence officials. She is understood to have been asked about evidence handed over by News Corporation's Management and Standards Committee.

Mrs Brooks' relations with top police officers and politicians have been called into question in recent weeks after it emerged that she "fostered" a police horse when it retired from active service in 2008. She paid food and vet bills until the animal, called Raisa, was rehoused with a police officer in 2010, months before fresh investigations began into illegal activities at the News of the World.

Mainstream Newspapers Finally Realize The FBI Has Become A Law Unto Itself

Barack Obama is presiding over a massive power grab that defies the U.S. Constitution

Mainstream newspapers such as the New York Times and the New Jersey Star Ledger, have slammed the FBI's new investigative rules, as unconstitutional and lacking oversight. The FBI has so changed its guidelines for agents investigating individuals and organizations, they have eliminated the need to file paperwork, which means there will be no paper trial, thus foiling every Freedom of Information Act request filed by anyone.

As the Judiciary Report first revealed, the FBI has a Secret File Room, where the agency hides files, such as those containing terrible wrongdoing they committed, but the maneuvering has become so complicated, they seek to eliminate the need to do so once and for all, lest a terrible file accidentally gets misfiled. They are going to provoke hackers into raiding their files, if the FOIA treachery, secrecy and defiance, continues on its current path.

The FBI has gotten tired of answering to the press and public and want it stopped, as they believe themselves above the law. It was an extraordinary step to take, in a terrible leap towards a full fledged, undemocratic police state. FBI employees are about to become some of the most powerful people in America and inappropriately so.

They will be able to secretly investigate the President, Vice President, members of Congress, the aforementioned people's family members and significant others, not to mention, everyday Americans, with absolutely no probable cause, oversight or record of any kind. That is chillingly perverse and screams totalitarianism. To grant a secretive, law flouting investigative agency of 30,000 people, absolute power and no accountability in prying into others lives, with the ability to bring criminal cases, is begging for calamity to strike.

U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder and FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller

The FBI has repeatedly been cited over the past several years, in Congress and by the Justice Department's Inspector General, for abuses of congressionally invested authority, as they used the agency's resources to inappropriately spy on girlfriends, wives, objects of their affection, rivals, politicians, scientists, doctors, entertainers, journalists and bloggers. FBI agents have been imprisoned for accepting cash and or sexual bribes, in exchange for privileged agency information, due to the paper trial that used to exist.

Under the new rules, if FBI agents choose to secretly moonlight and accept large sums of money, for improperly investigating people without cause and passing on the information for payment to the highest bidder, they will be able to do so without penalty or any paper trail. Considering FBI agents have betrayed America in the not so distant past, in well documented cases, selling national secrets to the nation's enemies, it is going to be a free for all with the agency's new rules that have removed oversight. They think they're slick.

Agents will have full access to the agency's investigative tools, such as your telephone wiretap transcripts, emails, computer contents with the FBI's CIPAV trojan, web cam images and videos, conversations in your home and office, bank account statements, video surveillance recordings of your home and GPS data from your phone and vehicle.

Almost as bad is the Obama Administration and Congress letting the FBI do this. But don't worry, when this breed of unaccountable surveillance burns some high ranking politicians in Washington, with domestic and foreign rivals finding out all their deepest personal and political secrets, at the hands of FBI agents supplementing their incomes, they'll know it was a bad idea.

The FBI has now effectively managed to completely trample the U.S. Constitution and this time, without fear of any legal consequences. For additional information on the aforementioned, please read the external links below from notable newspapers.
