Doctors Discover Kanye West Is Much Sicker Than They Initially Realized And Extend Hospital Hold

Doctors have been discovering the true extent of rapper Kanye West's mental illness, which has resulted in his 48-hour psych hold being extended. West is currently under an  involuntary psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. West missed Thanksgiving as a result of being committed to the mental ward of the hospital. The rapper experienced a psychotic break while performing on stage during his Saint Pablo music tour. 

Some are stating it is an insurance scam, but that is not true. West could have completed the tour if he was in a better frame of mind. However, his mind snapped due to the things he has experienced. The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for well over a year that West has become mentally ill due to joining the sick Kabbalah Center cult.

The Kabbalah Center terrorizes, spies on, hounds and abuses its members, under the direction of deranged pop star Madonna, whom West produced music for a few short years ago. This onslaught of abuse has induced schizophrenia in the cult's members such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Steve-O, Rosie O'Donnell, Amanda Bynes, Solange Knowles, Chris Brown and Blu Cantrell, among others. 

Spears is currently on a regimen of 10 powerful anti-psychotic medicines to keep her schizophrenia at bay, after she experienced a psychotic break in 2008 due to Kabbalah. Spears shaved her head bald and began expressing rage, which are standard expressions of cult members. Spears also bit and shook her toddler while holding him and his brother hostage from their dad and police. Spears also attacked photographers and engaged in other criminally insane behavior, under the direction of the Kabbalah Center.

West was not mentally ill before joining Kabbalah. They abused him and others to such degrees that their minds snapped. Some Kabbalah members have snapped and committed acts of violent assault and murder. They spy on members 24-hours a day via illegal wiretaps, phone hacking, web cam hacking, GPS tracking and sometimes hidden cameras in their homes. Then they text, telephone and email members telling them the details of what privately goes on in their homes, over their phones and in their computers, which creates feelings of depression, anger, anxiety, aggravation, irritation, rage and being perversely violated. It is quite sick. 

It is done in an effort to spy on and control members, as well as induce the mental disorder paranoia, which if continued, often leads to schizophrenia. These are very abusive and serious privacy crimes that are extremely sick and depraved in nature. The FBI has criminally failed in its duty to maintain law and order in America and have allowed the Kabbalah Center to continue to commit these sick crimes due to bribery. In the process, many young lives have been destroyed and people killed due to this satanic cult

Members of Kabbalah are also bombarded with many text messages, emails and phone calls, telling them what to do, wear, say and post on social networking. They maintain tight reins on members, whom they exploit for financial gain and fame. Many members snap due to the satanic rituals the cult holds at Kabbalah Centers, in hotels and private homes, known as "spirit cooking" involving blood, semen and food, disgustingly consumed as meals. Members are also forced into homosexuality, as a pledge of loyal to the cult that promises them fame and fortune. 

They bombard members' minds with negative, ghastly and evil imagery involving the abuse of adults and children alike, items featuring pentagrams and other imagery associated with the occult are also shown in repetition. Members are told to repeatedly chant phrases during these meetings, which is tantamount to brainwashing. The human mind is not meant for such negativity, evil and darkness. It creates depression, suicidal thoughts and violent tendencies.

The cult also preys on people's worst fears, by trying to make them happen as a way to break them down and make them subservient. Using illegal surveillance items (wiretaps, phone hacking, computer and email hacking, audio and video bugs) whatever is said or written as an undesirable outcome the person does not want to happen, the Kabbalah Center works towards creating in the person's life, using minions they label "chevre" to bring about said negative situations. 

The constant abuse and realizing their worst fears induces schizophrenia in Kabbalah Center members. The Kabbalah Center actually touts what they call "inducing schizophrenia" as a greater state of mind or spiritual achievement, but it is simply a way for the cult to control its members and their bank accounts via mentally damaging them. This is known as "mind control."

Kabbalah members are forced to give the cult huge chunks of their income. Items leaked to the press by third parties, regarding multi-millionaires Alex Rodriguez, Mick Jagger and Jerri Hall, among others, revealed this fact. Kabbalah is nothing but an evil, abusive money making scam. 

Meanwhile, the cult's owners, Madonna and the Berg family, have made upwards of $400,000,000 scamming charities and members of the public into giving donations and tax breaks that have gone to maintaining their lavish lifestyles in Beverly Hills, New York and London, rather than to poor Africans, whom the money was intended to help. This has resulted in lawsuits against Madonna and Kabbalah. It is this ugly greed that is damaging people in ways medical science currently cannot fix.

There is no cure for schizophrenia. Doctors have unsuccessfully grappled with curing it for years. I am of the belief severe mental and or physical abuse releases dangerous levels of toxins in the brain of previously mentally healthy people, leading to deterioration of the organ. There are brain scans of schizophrenics that reveal perforation - small holes in the brain. If the brain is not sound, the individual's behavior will not be either. It can be equated to brain damage. 

This is what West's doctors are grappling with and the best they can hope for at this time through medical science is to medicate him with powerful anti-psychotic drugs. It is a solution to the problem, with the hope he does not hurt himself or anyone else.

The 39-year-old was rushed to UCLA Medical Center after a reported breakdown on Monday and is currently being assessed with wife Kim Kardashian by his side. The website reports Kanye is in such a 'bad mental state' that his insurance policy for his 21 cancelled U.S. concerts is likely to cover him for lost profits due to illness...

Oliver Stone Slams Obama Administration As The Worst Privacy Invaders In American History

The Obama Administration is the most invasive in U.S. history. They are the worst privacy invaders America and the world has ever known. The levels they spy on people is astonishing. The spying includes wiretapping, computer and email hacking, webcam hacking to watch targets in their homes, audio bugs, hidden cameras and the misuse of GPS satellites, among other things.

Film director Oliver Stone, recently released the film "Snowden" about brave NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden, who leaked documents that confirmed what the Judiciary Report has stated for years - the Obama Administration is illegally spying on many people for political advantage and financial gain. Bill Clinton Slammed For Meeting With Attorney General Loretta Lynch While Wife Hillary Clinton Is Under Criminal Investigation (Video)


 
The mainstream press is slamming former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, for secretly meeting with Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, while the Department of Justice, which she manages, has his wife Hillary Clinton under criminal investigation via the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Clinton is under criminal investigation for illegally using a private, unprotected email server against government rules and U.S. laws, while working as Secretary of State.

The email server containing American national secrets, was accessed by hackers, among them individuals working for the communist bloc, who now have possession of Clinton's emails. Credible reports surfaced stating national secrets in Clinton's emails were also being sold on the black market for several hundred thousand dollars, by a non-government hacker greedy for money. Clinton showed herself to be lax and criminally negligent with national security, something that financially, socially and physically imperils a nation.

Clinton claims his 30-minute conversation with Lynch, which took place yesterday, was about his grandchildren, but most people are highly skeptical of his assertions. I for one do not believe that either. The meeting has a look of impropriety and corruption. Both Clinton and Lynch are lawyers and know better.

During Clinton's presidency, he was known for meeting with people in informal settings, while requesting they engage in unlawful conduct (see: Clinton's meeting with Vernon Jordan on a golf course, where he asked him in code to rollover during a criminal case, which was legal slang for taking a fall for someone's illegal conduct).

Adding to the corruption is Lynch's highly questionably decision issued yesterday as well, stating she will not release Hillary Clinton's emails for 27-months. The American voters deserve to have all the information possible in making a decision on who to vote for in the November 2016 U.S. presidential election. Many are stating Clinton's emails contains evidence of criminal behavior. The public already knows she broke the law via having a private email server unlawfully used to conduct official U.S. government business. 

Clinton's nickname has become "crooked Hillary" due to all the unlawful activity accurately attached to her name. The liberals in the Obama Administration are not covering for Mother Theresa. They are violating the law and their oaths of office to cover for a "crooked" woman with a long track record of lawlessness, via acts such as hiring private investigators like Anthony Pellicano, to engage in commissioned wiretapping, phone hacking, computer hacking, breaking an entry, harassment, bullying, stalking and the issuance of threats of violence. And ironically, she is a lawyer as well. Go figure. I don't understand how anyone can go through law school and do such illegal things.

Clinton also criminally spied on the United Nations in conduct that enraged member nations when the invasion of privacy was discovered. It created a scandal with people calling for Clinton's arrest. This seems to be a common theme in her political life - Clinton does something illegal and the public repeatedly calls for her arrest for breaking the law.

Clinton, whom authors, journalists and former employees have gone on record stating is bisexual, became obsessed with Argentina's former President, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, to the point she devoted an inappropriate and unwarranted amount of resources at the CIA and NSA in spying on her every move. Clinton had Kirchner's computers, emails and mobile hacked by the CIA and NSA. Clinton had the CIA contacting people who know Kirchner and were prying for information. Clinton tried to illegally obtain Kirchner's medical records, which caused a scandal. There is something depraved about trying to read another person's medical records without permission.

Kirchner was duly elected. Argentina is a democratic country. They are a friend of America. There was no reason for Clinton to be spying on Kirchner in this manner. Clinton developed a lesbian obsession with a successful female politician, Kirchner, who ascended to the post of head of state of a prominent nation, which is what Hillary has been trying to do for many years.

Clinton still has private investigators spying on one of her most outspoken critics, Kathleen Wiley. She is being illegally spied on in terrible ways in conduct worthy of imprisonment. It is invasive, and vile illegally monitoring someone 24 hours a day and to such invasive degrees. All this spying Clinton has been doing is very questionable and unsettling. Anyone spying on people in this manner and to that degree has some form of mental illness. It's not natural. There's something wrong there. 

When I broke the phone hacking case and was interviewed by the FBI twice about it, I told the FBI what Pellicano had been doing to people. He was arrested for said crimes 4-months later. Hillary Clinton was the first person to give that mafia sleaze bucket a job illegally spying on and terrorizing people. Pellicano even broke into the home of one of Bill Clinton's former mistresses, Gennifer Flowers and trashed her place as a threat. That's the type of people Hillary Clinton consorts with. Pellicano also illegally wiretapped Flowers, went through her mail, followed her all over the place, then kept reporting every detail back to Hillary via illegal reports that contained wiretap transcripts, stolen letters, illegal videotapes and other unlawfully obtained items.  

I know for a fact there is concrete, time stamped evidence of Clinton receiving the hacked personal and business emails of private citizens, which she has and continues to illegally utilized in public settings, incriminating herself in criminal behavior. However, that is the arrogance that is Hillary Clinton. So confident in her arrogance is she, Clinton used a private server to conduct government business and didn't even bother to get anti-virus software or a firewall on the computer unit. She may as well have gift wrapped the emails and sent them to the communist bloc herself.

Due to Bill Clinton's connections, his wife has remained free after committing a laundry list of crimes that would have seen the everyday American thrown in jail for life. "Too big to jail" is the very thing that is greatly damaging America. "Too big to jail" caused the 2008 financial crisis that continues to this day, as high profile, greedy criminals have done the unthinkable to the nation, are not being held to account and continue to commit egregious crimes.
 
I don't care how much you like a person, anybody willing to make excuses in trying to justify illegal behavior lacks morals and decency. Right is right and wrong is wrong. You can't have one set of rules for rich people, then another for the poor. That makes you hypocrites and frauds of the highest order, who are unfit to run a government. You can tell a lot about a person by what they stand for and what they call right and wrong. If a person is willing to corrupt justice, twist the truth and make excuses for the inexcusable, they too have become corrupted and dishonest.

Heads Of State Should Act Moderately And In A Conciliatory Manner While In Office

Some have referred to power as a drug (and a few heads of state have literally been on drugs). Some politicians take office and go on massive power trips after being elected. They engage in egregious, harmful behavior, abusing their authority to hurt the financial, social, emotional and sometimes physical safety of others. Some behave like tyrants, indulging in abusive, mean spirited behavior, fully believing the hype of being elected. However, at the end of the day, being elected head of state just means you won a popularity contest. It is what you do with it during your time in office that determines whether you will go down in history as a hero or villain, human rights activist or human rights abuser.

What I always find ironic is some, not all, heads of state having a total inability to think ahead. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know choices have consequences. You won't always be head of state. What happens when you are out of office, a new government is elected and you, your family and former government employees have to deal with real life outside the confines of being head of state. When it's over you and yours have to deal with enemies you've made and people you abused while on a power trip when in office. Hence some former heads of state retiring to heavily guarded private homes and rarely surfacing (for further reference: see George W. Bush).

CBS News Hacks U.S. Congressman's Phone Confirming Previous Site Claims

In the May 7, 2010 Judiciary Report article "The FBI And Mobile Phone Spying" and the April 28, 2011 article "Rupert Murdoch Compromised National Security With Illegal Phone Hacking And Wiretapping" the site stated:

"The U.S. Congress has failed to stop this criminal misconduct, which some of them have benefited from and illegally so. However, whether they realize it or not, the aforementioned misuse of technology, poses a severe danger to national security. If a non-government worker or foreign entity, secretly uses the aforementioned tactics on members of Congress, they could listen into high ranking, classified, closed session meetings, simply by targeting a senator's mobile phone, with inexpensive malware and spyware. 

If they target the mobile phones belonging to the family members of Congress people, they could also spy on the entire family in their home, by default and eventually hear and see things they are not entitled to under the law, which could also damage national security. After all, many people take their work home."

Years after the Judiciary Report's aforementioned 2010 and 2011 articles, in April 2016 the CBS News program "60 Minutes" hacked the mobile phone of Congressman Ted Lieu of California, with his consent, to show him it could be done. They were able to secretly listen into his calls, conversations and track him everywhere he went. Lieu, who has a degree in computer science was astonished. 

Lieu stated of the hacking and GPS stalking via his mobile phone, "It was really creepy that they knew where I was even though the GPS was turned off. I always sort of thought that whatever I say on my phone or type in my computer … other people will potentially see it. Now it’s very real to me. This flaw affects everybody. It affects daily life. There are just thousands of ways this flaw affects commerce … and national security. I’m sure the Donald Trump campaign would love to know what the Ted Cruz campaign manager is saying on his cellphone."

Congressman Calls for Cellphone Hacking Investigation After CBS Program
Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 5:41 pm  - WASHINGTON (Los Angeles Times/TNS) - U.S. Rep. Ted Lieu (D-California) is asking for a congressional investigation after an episode of a CBS program in which his phone was hacked to show how easy it is. In a segment that aired Sunday night, the news program purchased an iPhone in New York and sent it to Lieu in California. Lieu, who has a computer science degree from Stanford, agreed to use the phone as his personal device for a week. 

CBS then gave the phone’s number to a German company that looks for security flaws in technology, and two German hackers were able to easily listen to Lieu’s phone calls. Lieu said that when he showed up to tape the segment in Washington, the hackers had told producers which hotel he’d stayed at the night before.“It was really creepy that they knew where I was even though the GPS was turned off,” he said by phone Monday. 

The segment also shows different hackers demonstrating a technique that allowed them to access reporter Sharyn Alfonsi’s emails, ride-sharing account and credit card information when she got onto a fake wireless internet network made to look like it belonged to the hotel where she was staying. 

Lieu said he’s always tried to be careful what he writes and says, but the experience has him thinking about how many elected officials are using phones that might have been hacked. He also has been using encrypted messaging systems. “I always sort of thought that whatever I say on my phone or type in my computer … other people will potentially see it,” he said. “Now it’s very real to me.”...

The FBI Seeks To Take Over Apple In What Will Damage The Trillion Dollar Company If The Courts Allow It

Richard Clarke, a former senior counter-terrorism official who served under George W. Bush, is siding with Apple against the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI), who have dragged the trillion dollar company into court for dubious, dishonest reasons. The FBI is seeking a court ruling to force Apple to unlock the iPhone of the main terrorist behind the San Bernardino attacks that occurred in December 2015.

Apple has resisted, as it would set a legal precedent allowing the FBI constant access to their computer systems, software and future innovations, for surreptitious spying purposes. This would greatly damage Apple, as the public would associate it with the FBI, an agency Americans historically hate and are rightfully suspicious of in many ways. Many articles and online comments reveal Americans hate the FBI. From the injustices of the civil rights era to the present, public contempt for the FBI has only grown.  

On March 14, 2016 counterterrorism official Clarke and others stated the same thing the Judiciary Report previously wrote days prior on March 11, 2016 in the "FBI Using San Bernardino Terrorist Attack As A Power Grab At Apple" article, revealing that the FBI does not need Apple to crack the iPhone of the terrorist. The reason I knew the FBI is lying about this matter regarding Apple is there is a mobile phone/internet shop in London I have used since 2012 to quickly access the internet while on the road and for 15 British pounds sterling, they unlock mobile phones in a few minutes to a half an hour. I've seen them do it. They ask a series of questions to ascertain ownership, then unlock the phone for the fee. It is not some clandestine shop. It is a licensed company providing many legal phone and internet services. 

There are other companies like it. There are similar companies in America as well. So, in short, the FBI is lying about being unable to unlock the mobile phone of the San Bernardino terrorist ringleader. There are companies who do these things. Not that many, but they exist and are not hard to find.

The FBI just wants an illegal foothold at Apple to violate the privacy of American and global citizens, ranging from everyday folks to billionaires to influential domestic and international politicians all over the world, who have Apple products such as iPhones. The FBI would then share this illegal stranglehold and spying foothold with the NSA and CIA (among others). Essentially, it would damage Apple beyond repair, harming a viable U.S. business that employs many people and accounts for a significant amount of revenue in America. 

The irony of it all is the arrogant psychopaths running the FBI and CIA are envious, ill willed, paranoid people resentful of those with valuable assets. The FBI and CIA can't replace the value of Apple once they damage and potentially destroy it with this madness. The FBI did not create Apple. The FBI are not intelligent enough to have done so, yet arrogantly think they should be in control of this company above their intelligence level and paid grade.

Exactly who do they think they are to be meddling in such an innovative, valuable company they do not even understand the inner workings of in any manner. Does the FBI realize how dumb they look to the public when they do such things. It's like watching a hyperactive, restless monkey take a paintbrush to a Picasso. You just know the painting is going to be irretrievably ruined and devalued.

But that's just it with the FBI, they are in their own strange world, detached from reality. Remember when the FBI arrogantly announced to the world they had come up with a new form of science to explain the anthrax case they stitched up and framed innocent scientist Bruce Ivins for, who ended up committing suicide due to severe FBI bullying, harassment and crazy threats from them against him, his family and friends (The FBI has been framing people for crimes: New Evidence Reveals The FBI Sent Innocent People To Death Row and Man Wrongfully Imprisoned For 28-Years Due To FBI and The FBI Still Framing People For Crimes and Wives Of Men Framed By The FBI Speak). 

When the FBI tried to explain the insane garbage they came up with that the agency branded a new type of science, every credible scientist in the world worth their salt pronounced it nonsensical garbage and idiocy. And it should alarm everyone that a crazy federal agency went that far, spending tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money, to justify framing up an innocent man for a crime he did not commit, to meet an arrest quota. But here they go charging into Apple with their deranged behavior, "Like a bull in a China shop." And make no mistake, the brainless bull is going to destroy some fine China.

In a similar case, the FBI insanely destroyed a man's multi-million dollar internet company, Lavabit, when he had done nothing wrong, all in a crazy attempt at getting at NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden. The FBI is constantly engaging in crazy, damaging behavior that is stripping a fortune in value from companies it meddles in. It is one of the stupidest things I have ever witnessed and Congress is negligent to let their Frankenstein agencies such as the FBI and CIA run loose with such terrible behavior destroying innocent people's valuable businesses. It certainly isn't in the name of national security, as all this invasive spying the FBI, CIA and NSA has been doing has not prevented a single act of terrorism. The federal government had to admit this in Congress. 

They are destroying America with this madness. What kind of federal idiots do such a thing. It is an arrogant fool who thinks he or she is to play games with other people's valuable companies, property and assets they were not smart enough to build and earn themselves. There ought to be a law that if a government employee, including the head of state, engages in conduct that financially damages or destroys a valuable company, he or she should be promptly prosecuted, slapped with staggering fines equaling the financial loss/damage created by their arrogant conduct and sent to prison.

Mar 14, 2016 at 7:45 PM - A couple of weeks ago, the FBI and Apple faced off in a Congressional hearing and answered various questions fielded by members of the House Judiciary Committee. Now it appears that members of the committee, from both sides of the aisle, aren’t happy with FBI Director James Comey’ grasp of technology. 

According to Fast Company’s sources, members of the committee were unpleasantly surprised by Comey’s apparent unpreparedness to answer some of the more technical questions. On one hand, it’s great to see the chief of one of the most relevant law enforcement agencies in the world admit he’s not fully aware of all the technical aspects of encryption. On the other hand, Comey could have brought in aides to help him out with these questions, but he decided not to do it. 

Comey declined to answer several questions, explaining he lacked the technical understanding to do it. But he also proved he knows less than some of the members of the committee. Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who has a security background, asked Comey about the FBI’s attempts to crack the iPhone 5c that belongs to Syed Farook. Issa knew there are two ways to do it, one involving Apple’s help (disabling the security features of iOS), and one that can be done by removing the flash memory chip from the phone and mirroring its contents. 

Issa wanted to find out if Comey knew for certain the FBI can’t break into the iPhone by itself, and Comey’s answers were not satisfactory. “We have engaged all parts of government to see if anybody has a way of doing this on an iPhone 5c running iOS 9, and we don’t,” Comey said. When asked about the mirroring technique, Comey seemed not to understand the question. 

“If you haven’t asked that question, how can you come before this committee and before a federal judge and demand that somebody else invent something if you can’t answer the questions that your people have tried this?” he asked Comey.  “First, I’m the director of the FBI. If I could answer that question there’d be something dysfunctional with my leadership,” Comey said. 

“I only asked you if your people have tried that, not whether or not it would work,” Issa continued. “Who did you go to to find out if you could do it yourself?” “I did not ask the questions you’re asking here today, and I’m not sure I even understand the questions,” Comey replied. “I have reasonable confidence, in fact, I have high confidence, that the federal government has reviewed all the options.”
“I’ve heard about mirroring, maybe that’s what you’re talking about. Hopefully, my folks are watching this, and if they hear any good ideas in what you’re talking about, we’ll let you know.” Democratic Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren admitted that Comey’s lack of knowledge is problematic for the entire debate. 

“It’s clear he’s not up to speed on some of the technical issues, which he conceded during the hearing,” Lofgren told Fast Company. “And that might be part of the problem as to why they are pursuing the course of action they are pursuing.” “The director can’t be expected to be an expert on every subject but I didn’t see him [bring any help into the meeting], which I thought was interesting,” she said. 

Other committee members did not comment on the matter. But committee chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) told the site that “the House Judiciary Committee will soon announce its next steps on the encryption debate.” “As we move forward, the goal is to find a solution that allows law enforcement to effectively enforce the law without harming the competitiveness of U.S. encryption providers or the privacy and security protections of U.S. citizens,” Goodlatte added. 


Counterterrorism expert says FBI isn’t being honest about iPhone hacking

By Buster Hein • 12:11 pm, March 14, 2016 - The guy that warned George Bush about an imminent al-Qaida attack before 9/11 is taking Apple’s side in the company’s fight against the FBI over whether it can be compelled to break into the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone. 

Richard Clarke, who served as the senior counterterrorism official in the US for nine years, sat down for an interview this morning regarding encryption and the FBI’s efforts to hack the iPhone. Despite FBI Director James Comey’s insistence that the FBI has tried everything, Clarke says all it would take to hack the device is a call to Fort Meade. 

“If I were in the job now, I would have simply told the FBI to call Fort Meade, the headquarters of the National Security Agency, and NSA would have solved this problem for him,” Clarke told NPR’s David Green on Morning Edition Monday. “They’re not as interested in solving this problem as they are in getting a legal precedent.” 

This is not the first time Director Comey has been accused of trying to set a legal precedent for forcing Apple to weaken security on iOS. Apple’s top lawyer Bruce Sewell argued the same thing before the House Judiciary committee earlier this year, while CEO Tim Cook has made numerous public statement on why the FBI’s demands put all citizens at risk. 

The FBI has insisted that it has no means to hack the iPhone 5c in question and that is only requesting help for one device. Apple has been asked to create a new version of iOS that would make it easier for the FBI to guess the terrorist’s passcode without the device auto-deleting its memory after too many failed attempts. Congress grilled Comey during his committee appearance about whether the agency has exhausted all its resources first. Clarke claims they’re not even trying to unlock it. 

“You really have to understand that the FBI director is exaggerating the need for this and is trying to build it up as an emotional case, organizing the families of the victims and all of that,” Clarke said. “It’s Jim Comey, and the attorney general is letting him get away with it. Every expert I know believes that NSA could crack this phone. They want the precedent that the government can compel a computer device manufacturer to allow the government in.” ...

A Government Error Just Revealed Snowden Was the Target in the Lavabit Case

Date of Publication: 03.17.16. - Time of Publication: 5:30 pm. - It’s been one of the worst-kept secrets for years: the identity of the person the government was investigating in 2013 when it served the secure email firm Lavabit with a court order demanding help spying on a particular customer. Ladar Levison, owner of the now defunct email service, has been forbidden since then, under threat of contempt and possibly jail time, from identifying who the government was investigating. In court documents from the case unsealed in late 2013, all information that could identify the customer was redacted. 

But federal authorities recently screwed up and revealed the secret themselves when they published a cache of case documents but failed to redact one identifying piece of information about the target: his email address, Ed_Snowden@lavabit.com. With that, the very authorities holding the threat of jail time over Levison’s head if he said anything have confirmed what everyone had long ago presumed: that the target account was Snowden’s.

The documents were posted on March 4 to the federal court system known as Pacer as part of Levison’s long battle for transparency in the case that ruined his business. They were spotted this week by the transparency site Cryptome and published online.  Here’s a quick recap of that case: On June 28, 2013, shortly after newspapers published the first NSA leaks from Snowden, FBI agents showed up at Levison’s door in Texas and served him with a pen register order requiring him to give the government metadata for the email activity of one customer’s account. 

The case was initially sealed and the public didn’t learn about it and the fight over Levison’s customer until after he had shuttered his email service in defiance of the government. But even after he closed Lavabit and there was no hope of the government obtaining information about the account that it had been seeking, the target was never identified. When some of the documents in the case were finally unsealed in redacted form in October 2013, however, the unredacted parts left little doubt that the Lavabit case was about Snowden, who was known to be using a Lavabit account in the spring of 2013 when his first NSA leaks were published and when he was hiding in a safe house in Hong Kong. It was still an educated guess, however...

Newspaper Reports Madonna Has Hired Private Investigator To Stalk Guy Ritchie, His New Wife And The Couple’s Children Confirming Previous Site Claims

In the January 26, 2016 article "Madonna Bitter Over Her Son Preferring His Dad's New Wife Over Her" and the February 2, 2016 article "Madonna's Underage Son Continues To Stay Away From Her Preferring To Happily Remain In London With His Dad And Stepmom" the Judiciary Report revealed that crazy pop singer Madonna has a sick penchant for hiring private investigators to illegally stalk people she becomes obsessed with (including Guy Ritchie). Madonna's private investigators has been sued for doing unlawful things on her behalf, such as illegal wiretapping, computer and email hacking, bullying and harassment.

A week after the Judiciary Report stated this, the TMZ website and the Daily Mail newspaper published an article stating Madonna has hired a private investigator to follow her 15-year-old son around in London, after he fled her care and went to live with his dad, Guy Ritchie, in London, England. Madonna is using her son as an excuse to continue to spy on Ritchie and his new, pretty wife Jacqui Ritchie. Madonna has been using private investigators to inappropriately spy on the couple and their kids for years, out of jealousy and well prior to her son going to live with them against her wishes.

Madonna, who still works for Warner Bros, has been feeding stories to Warner Bros owned TMZ, claiming Ritchie allows their son to do bad things, "Madonna believes Guy has set no rules for 15-year-old Rocco and he's living dangerously" when while in her care, her underage offspring engaged in underage drinking, smoking and illegal drug use, posting pictures online to that effect (other photos were obtained by paparazzi revealing the illegal behavior and terrible parenting by Madonna).   

Madonna keeps spying on people who want nothing to do with her, insanely wanting to know what they do behind closed doors and it's sick. She is a perverted voyeur with a long and disgusting history of stalking and harassing people. Madonna has been and continues to actively break the law in America and Britain, illegally wiretapping and computer hacking individuals she has an obsession with, who do not like her. She has shown herself to be a violent, thieving criminal. The U.S. government, via bribery that began at the FBI then spread, have allowed a dirty, dangerous madwoman, Madonna, to roam free and harm innocent people (including children).

Representatives for Madonna and Guy have been contacted by MailOnline for comment. A source told the publication that she's livid Guy is not being strict enough with Rocco's studies and worries he will fall behind on his exams. The teen would be due to take his GCSEs this summer if he remained in the English school system.

Obama’s War On Journalists Evident In The Case Of CBS News Journalist Sharyl Attkisson Among Others

The Judiciary Report has written articles in the past regarding U.S. President Barack Obama and his absurd and alarming fixation on journalists and bloggers, whom he has unlawfully targeted throughout his presidency for criticizing him in print and online. Obama has illegally and unconstitutionally sent the IRS, FBI, DOJ, NSA and CIA after journalists and bloggers, among other outspoken critics of his policies, ordering the agency to financially abuse, harass, threaten and spy on scribes.

Obama is operating under the illegal premise that he has the right to dictate what goes into the press both on television and the internet and those who dare publicly criticize him must be illegally wiretapped, their computer and emails hacked, GPS systems initiated regarding their phones and cars to track them, among other things, in gross and criminal misuse of taxpayer money.

CBS News journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, began writing investigative pieces on the Obama administration years ago and the president went berserk. Obama, engaging in crimes against the constitution and violations of the U.S. Code, order members of his administration to illegally wiretap Attkisson and hack her emails and computer. Obama was bold enough to order spyware placed on Attkisson’s computer, allowing him to get advance copies of all her unpublished articles as she worked on them for print and television, to misuse and misappropriate as he saw fit (some items he illegally gained advance copies of via spying and hacking, Obama tried to thwart before Attkisson went public with them).

The illegal spyware Obama had placed on Attkisson’s computer was later detected and resulted in a lawsuit against the lawbreaking head of state and his administration. Attkisson, like me, has been repeatedly stonewalled in trying to obtain an FBI Freedom Of Information Act file (when the FBI does that they are covering up criminal activity committed by the government and others who acted in tandem with them).

I’ve stated it before and I shall state it again - there is a perversion running all the way to the top in the U.S. government, that was not present with previous administrations. The Obama Administration is mentally ill to be spying on people like this. In the latest twist, the twisted Obama Administration now has the Pentagon labeling journalists "unprivileged belligerents" giving them an unlawful right to attack and abuse journalists at will (see article excerpt below).

How did the FBI manage to “lose” Sharyl Attkisson’s file?

In her book Stonewalled, she detailed many of the battles she encountered when attempting to expose the truth in the tradition of the Fourth Estate and how unpopular stories tended to wind up being discounted or silenced. Later, her Nosy Nellie ways attracted the interest of the Department of Justice, though they have thus far failed to file any actual charges against her.

This week, Attkisson tells the story of how she finally sought to obtain her own FBI file and the mysterious answers she received. The bottom line for the FBI seems to be… Attkisson? Attkisson? Who is this Sharyl Attkisson person of which you speak?

Years later, in 2013, I learned of the intrusion of my work and home computers. The intruders utilized software proprietary to a U.S. government agency. I knew that the FBI had contacted CBS News and confirmed the computer intrusion. I knew that FBI case workers listed me as a “victim” in the computer intrusion, even though they never contacted me to investigate or help.

As part of my investigation to learn more about the identities of the computer intruders, I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act request to review my FBI file (as every citizen has the right to do). I knew that — at the very least — my file would include information relevant to my White House HARD PASS background checks and the computer intrusion. But I got stonewalled.


The FBI could conceivably get away with claiming to not have any records of somebody if they were a private person who never did anything in the public eye to attract their attention. (That you know of.) But in Sharyl’s case, she had been through the full background check in the 90s to obtain approval for White House access as a reporter. Did those records simply disappear? Did the dog eat their homework?…

That’s just the way he operates, apparently,” she concluded…

Global Research, August 13, 2015 - Pentagon manual calls for potentially treating journalists like ‘unprivileged belligerents.’ It’s well documented that President Barack Obama’s administration has been brutal in targeting whistleblowers who leak information to the press. James Risen calls Obama 'greatest enemy of press freedom in a generation'

Sunday 17 August 2014 21.24 BST - The New York Times reporter James Risen, who faces jail over his refusal to reveal a source and testify against a former CIA agent accused of leaking secrets, has called President Barack Obama “the greatest enemy of press freedom in a generation”. Speaking to his colleague Maureen Dowd, Risen accused the president of aggressively pursuing journalists, including himself, who report sensitive stories that reflect poorly on the US government.

Risen faces jail over his reporting of a botched intelligence operation that ended up spilling nuclear secrets to Iran. The Justice Department has long been seeking to force him to testify and name the confidential source of the account, which is contained in his 2006 book State of War. Risen recently failed in an attempt to have the supreme court review an order for him to testify, and acknowledges that he has exhausted all his legal options against the Justice Department’s pursuit of him under the controversial Espionage Act. In the face of incarceration that could come as early as this autumn, he is resorting instead to journalistic defiance...

FBI Director Mum On Hillary Clinton Criminal Investigation As The Agency Sits On Evidence That She Committed Serious Crimes (Video)

FBI Director James Comey made an appearance in Congress yesterday, where under oath, he declined to provide any details on the criminal investigation of former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, regarding emailgate. Based on the sparse evidence released by the FBI thus far, Clinton willfully violated U.S. government rules and procedures as Secretary of State, in sending emails via a private, unencrypted server. This made U.S. national secrets vulnerable to hacking. As a result, U.S. national secrets were accessed by the communist block. A hacker branding himself a variant of Lucifer (yes, as in Satan) has also offered Clinton's hacked emails for $500,000 on the black market. Clinton broke the law in this misconduct and in carelessly doing so, unintentionally damaged America.  

As the 2016 presidential election is underway regarding each political party's nomination process, the FBI should make their full report public regarding Clinton's behavior in this scandal. The American people have a right to know what has transpired and all the evidence, to aid in choosing the next President of the United States. Clinton is not a good choice, due to her unlawful conduct. The FBI is also sitting on evidence that Clinton has willfully engaged in illegal, commissioned wiretapping, phone hacking and computer/email hacking, prior to, during and after her time as Secretary of State. Clinton is a criminal. Her hands are dirty. There exists clear cut, compelling evidence/proof of her using illegally obtained surveillance items in criminal violation of U.S. law. Someone with such gross lack of character and a flagrant unwillingness to obey the law, should not be running for president.

In far too many FBI cases, reports and evidence are suppressed by the agency under the guise of the file in question being an ongoing investigation. As a result many innocent people who are victims of crime are endangered, further abused and damaged, while brazen, dangerous criminals skate roaming around the public, as nothing is released revealing their crimes.

 For example, the FBI and SEC knew of Bernard Madoff and Robert Sanford's financial crimes well before they were arrested. However, the FBI allowed these brazen ponzi scheming fraudsters to remain free and they did an extraordinary amount of damage during that time, when they could have been behind bars, which would have mitigated much of the damage.

During that time, more innocent Americans and international citizens invested billions of dollars with their companies, not knowing it was an outright fraud/ponzi scheme being run by the men (in separate cases) and they would certainly lose their money. It was the SEC and FBI's duty to inform the public from the time they knew of the fraud, as it would have saved the unsuspecting public billions of dollars in investor money that no government agency was able to recoup, due to the fact Madoff and Sanford wasted large sums on high living. In the end it created a greater mess for government agency's to clean up and greatly tarnished America's name in the business world and international law enforcement circles. 

I am of the belief that Congress will enact legislation in reference to how the FBI handles cases and the dissemination of information in the agency's possession. As it stands, the FBI has active, unrelated cases containing compelling evidence they are hiding and sitting on regarding dangerous pedophiles, murderers, serial killers, kidnappers, ponzi schemers, drug dealers and thieves engaging in criminal copyright infringement and hate crimes endangering innocent lives. Due to corruption in the form of bribery and an unwillingness to arrest and prosecute the rich and or famous, dangerous criminals are roaming among the innocent public, doing an extraordinary amount of permanent damage America will not recover from. This is wholly wrong and unethical.
