Kabbalah Cult File Fraudulent DMCA Claim Attempting To Suppress Story About Hillary Clinton’s Parkinson’s

The Judiciary Report was mysteriously offline for hours on Tuesday and into Wednesday morning, as it was the subject of a massive hack DDOS attack. The site was briefly restored online, then no sooner was it offline again a few hours later on Wednesday morning through to Thursday evening, due to a fraudulent DMCA filed with the site's host, by a member of crazy Madonna's Kabbalah cult.

The Kabbalah Center did the aforementioned in criminal bids at getting the site knocked offline due to the articles about Hillary Clinton having Parkinson’s disease. The idiot member of the Kabbalah Center that filed the fraudulent DCMA complaint in a bid at restricting free speech/free press is going to get sued and publicly disgraced over it in a forthcoming documentary. 

I was trying to play nice to some degree regarding my writing on the current election. However, over the aforementioned little stunt they pulled in tampering with the site, I declare I will not vote for Hillary Clinton in the election. 

As longtime Judiciary Report site readers know, I had to go to the FBI about Hillary Clinton and Madonna’s private investigator Anthony Pellicano, due to his criminal conduct in engaging in mass illegal wiretapping, identity theft, racketeering and computer hacking on behalf of famous people, who paid him in excess of $100,000 (per incident) to target innocent people. I gave the FBI documents and spoken testimony detailing his criminal behavior in tandem with people like Madonna. It resulted in his arrest on wiretapping charges 4-months later. I also broke the phone hacking case with a formal written complaint to the Metropolitan Police in London, England.

Clinton has been heavily involved in Pellicano’s crimes, having hired him to illegally stalk, wiretap, threaten, computer hack and burglarize political enemies and women her husband, Bill Clinton, was having sex with. However, as with the 2016 case regarding Clinton criminally mishandling classified documents, the FBI corruptly allowed her to skate on charges, in an outcome that outraged America (FBI Hit With Massive Backlash From Americans Labeling Them 'Corrupt' For 'Rigging' Hillary Clinton Investigation Into Mishandling Classified Information And Not Charging Her For Crimes She Committed and Members Of Congress Question FBI Director James Comey In Hearing About Hillary Clinton Lying To The Legislature And FBI Under Oath).

It’s no secret Madonna is affiliated with Hillary Clinton. The loser Madonna name drops Clinton every chance she gets. Madonna was also seen crazily slithering out of Bill Clinton’s office in New York. Madonna also insanely stated she was going to redecorate the White House [Dish Nation TV Show Slams Madonna As A 'Crazy' Madwoman For Stating She Is Moving To The White House And Can't Wait To Redecorate (Hillary Clinton)]. 

I can tell you from the FBI case involving Clinton and Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, that Madonna has criminally passed to the Clintons time stamped computer documents and emails that were illegally hacked and contained original political items the Clintons' used without permission and publicly so, especially Hillary. It's very dumb to publicly reference hacked documents and emails in public, especially considering they are time stamped and predate you spewing them off attributing it to yourself like a parrot in a pantsuit. Very incriminating. This is part of how I know Clinton's mind is going. 

It is vile the manner in which they behave like America is a lawless land where one can do anything illegal thing imaginable to innocent people. America is supposed to be a country of free speech and free press, yet look what those people in Hollywood, backed by the U.S. government, keep doing in going to drastic, fraudulent lengths to suppress freedom of expression. 

Millions of people read my sites from all over the world. Many world governments of various ideologies are in the Judiciary Report’s site hits. They range from people who practice democracy to those who are socialists and communists. How do you think it looks to them that the U.S. government is touting free speech and free press, while criticizing countries like China, then insanely trying to suppress free speech and free press in America. They are calling you hypocrites and frauds for it.

Another thing, I’m sick of people trying to tell me how to vote and who to endorse on this website for government elections. I am not a puppet. I do what I want. You are not going to control what I do, say or write. You are not going to tell me how to think or do anything else in my life, where you are not wanted.

For the past 8 years I’ve been approached in America and Britain by people from the U.S. government and the Kabbalah Center trying to browbeat and bully me into voting for Barack Obama, then Hillary Clinton. At this rate I don’t like either one of them. I am going to do a forthcoming article on just how far the harassment has gone, with receipts and saved time stamped emails to accompany my claims.

Embrace this: I am not voting for Hillary Clinton. Not now. Not ever. Not in a million years. I know too much about Clinton from the Anthony Pellicano case I went to the FBI about to ever endorse such a brazen criminal, who has harmed many innocent people. Clinton has done horrible things to innocent people and is completely unfit, both mentally and physically, to be President of the United States. I would never and will never endorse Clinton. So get over it. 

I tried to play nice and not say it outright, but you tampering with my site has provoked me into publicly denouncing her. I would have preferred it if Bernie Sanders had been the nominee. We don't share the same political views (he's a liberal and I'm a conservative), but I like that he cares about poor people and was trying to improve life for the less fortunate and middle class. I also like the work he did during the civil rights era.

American voters need to take note of the kind of madness emanating from the Clinton camp. Her crazy friends in Hollywood are attacking innocent people for not endorsing her and for having an opinion critical of her behavior (Benghazi, mishandling classified information ect). One Clinton supporter, actor Wendell Pierce, punched a woman in the head over not supporting Hillary in favor of Bernie Sanders.

Free speech is allegedly covered by the Constitution, but Hollywood is proving otherwise, by outright spitting on the law of the land in verbally, physically and financially abusing people who don't support Clinton. The whole thing looks crazy and sick. You only get one vote. Leave other people and their vote alone.

To further illustrate the fact they are insanely trying to restrict free speech, the Clinton camp is busy trying to rig search results on Google and social networking websites (Obama And Hillary Clinton Tried To Use The Federal Election Commission To Silence And Punish The Conservative Media In America While Engaging In Censorship Using Google). Journalist who criticize Clinton, as with what transpired with those who disagree with President Obama's policies and behavior, Google will financially punish you by stripping away ad revenue on your websites, Blogger and You Tube.

How is that free speech or free press as promised by the U.S. Constitution? How is that a free society? How can you criticize nations like China regarding press freedoms, yet you do this. America is no longer a free and democratic society. Obama, the Clintons and their crazy cronies in Hollywood have seen to that, all while Congress snoozes on the job.

Since Clinton’s friends in Hollywood like to aggravate people, I’ll spell it out in plain English: if the public votes for Clinton, you will be getting a person who has exhibited an alarming drive to control and suppress the press, which would spell a gross lack of personal and social freedoms for the public. You would also be getting a person too sick and incapacitated to carry out the duties of president, who would be routinely sidelined due to blackouts, fainting spells and other symptoms of her neurological disorder.

Obama Slammed During Trip To China After Human Rights Lecture And Forced To 'Go Out The A*s' Of Air Force One Without Traditional Red Carpet

When the Chinese saw Air Force One pulling up on the runway they said roll up the mat! It's a wonder they gave him any stairs.
Once again it continues regarding "How The World Fell Out Of Love With Obama." U.S. President Barack Obama went to China last week for G20 talks and it did not go well. The Guardian newspaper in London is reporting President Obama was not given a red carpet reception in China, while his global counterparts were, such as British PM Theresa May. China, exasperated by Obama's antagonistic behavior regarding trade, the military and the South China Sea, knows his time in office is almost up and are focusing on new world leaders such as May to forge relationship with in the world. China, a nation that has invested over $1 trillion dollars in America, is also paying close attention to the current presidential election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, in reference to future diplomatic talks.

Last week Obama hypocritically lectured the Chinese on human rights (never mind he has wars running in the Middle East, which constitute human rights abuses). Obama took particular issue with what he deems a lack of  free speech in the Chinese press. Obama’s speech was downright hypocritical and comical to journalists and bloggers in America, who are routinely harassed, threatened and hit with unlawful and underhanded financial punishments from the IRS and Google Ads on his orders, for daring to criticize the policies of His Royal Excellency Supreme Overlord Ruler, Barack Obama.

Obama unlawfully extended his abuses into Britain, engaging the FBI and CIA to illegally terrorize British journalists and their families, for exposing his criminal behavior in the press. Obama then proceeded to threaten the British people about the Brexit vote, which caused the populace to do the exact opposite of what the erstwhile visiting dictator demanded. 

There has never been a U.S. president who so opposed free speech and free press, as Barack Obama. He is a narcissistic megalomaniac who pays more attention to his press clippings than the skyrocketing national deficit. Just ask journalist Sharyl Attkisson. Her story is just the tip of the iceberg on how far Obama is willing to go to destroy the finances and rights of those who peacefully and lawfully criticize his political policies on television, online and in the newspapers.

Sunday 4 September 2016 03.27 EDT - The US president was denied the usual red carpet welcome and forced to ‘go out of the a*s’ of Air Force One, observers say. Barack Obama forced to exit from ‘a*s’ of Air Force One China’s leaders have been accused of delivering a calculated diplomatic snub to Barack Obama after the US president was not provided with a staircase to leave his plane during his chaotic arrival in Hangzhou before the start of the G20. 

Chinese authorities have rolled out the red carpet for leaders including India’s prime minister, Narendra Modi, the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, the South Korean president, Park Geun-hye, Brazil’s president, Michel Temer, and the British prime minister, Theresa May, who touched down on Sunday morning. But the leader of the world’s largest economy, who is on his final tour of Asia, was forced to disembark from Air Force One through a little-used exit in the plane’s belly after no rolling staircase was provided when he landed in the eastern Chinese city on Saturday afternoon. 

When Obama did find his way on to a red carpet on the tarmac below there were heated altercations between US and Chinese officials, with one Chinese official caught on video shouting: “This is our country! This is our airport!” “The reception that President Obama and his staff got when they arrived here Saturday afternoon was bruising, even by Chinese standards,” the New York Times reported. 

Jorge Guajardo, Mexico’s former ambassador to China, said he was convinced Obama’s treatment was part of a calculated snub. “These things do not happen by mistake. Not with the Chinese,” Guajardo, who hosted presidents Enrique Peña Nieto and Felipe Calderón during his time in Beijing, told the Guardian. 

“I’ve dealt with the Chinese for six years. I’ve done these visits. I took Xi Jinping to Mexico. I received two Mexican presidents in China. I know exactly how these things get worked out. It’s down to the last detail in everything. It’s not a mistake. It’s not.” Guajardo added: “It’s a snub. It’s a way of saying: ‘You know, you’re not that special to us.’ It’s part of the new Chinese arrogance. It’s part of stirring up Chinese nationalism. It’s part of saying: ‘China stands up to the superpower.’ It’s part of saying: ‘And by the way, you’re just someone else to us.’ It works very well with the local audience. 

“Why [did it happen]?” the former diplomat, who was ambassador from 2007 until 2013, added. “I guess it is part of Xi Jinping playing the nationalist card. That’s my guess.” Bill Bishop, a China expert whose Sinocism newsletter tracks the country’s political scene, agreed that Obama’s welcome looked suspiciously like a deliberate slight intended “to make the Americans look diminished and weak”...

Obama And Hillary Clinton Tried To Use The Federal Election Commission To Silence And Punish The Conservative Media In America While Engaging In Censorship Using Google

I am not a fan of Fox News. I don't watch it anymore. I haven't since it became so divisive years ago. However, I am a fan of free speech and free press. It is a right in the western world. Therefore, it is illegal and hypocritical that the Obama Administration used the Federal Election Commission (FEC) in an attempt to censor and punish Fox News for promoting a republican candidate on their network. Never mind democrats are constantly promoted on many networks that bash republicans.

When you think about the fact the emails of democrat, Hillary Clinton, which have been made public as apart of a criminal investigation into the presidential candidate's illegal activities, reveal she "has the media on a leash" it is highly hypocritical for her allies in the Obama Administration, which she once belonged to as Secretary of State, to criticize a news outlet for promoting a rival republican.

For years the majority of the media in America has been controlled by democrats. The media in America, much like Hollywood, has a very noticeable liberal slant (pro-democrat) and constantly publishes items that bash, degrade, mock, insult and ridicule conservatives (anti-republican). This imbalance gave rise to Fox News and the influential website the Drudge Report (I do read Drudge Report). Both outlets became hugely successful in America, as they cater to millions of underserved conservatives.

Some democrats in Congress and other branches of the U.S. government have deliberately and repeatedly violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code, in trying to censor, abuse and shutdown Fox News, Drudge Report and similar conservative outlets, for having a contrasting point of view.

Lawbreaking liberals in the U.S. government and Hollywood have gone to extraordinary and disturbing lengths to silence conservatives, even jeopardizing the name and financial existence of multi-billion dollar internet service providers, hosting companies, software manufacturers, Pay Pal, Google and advertisers, contacting said companies demanding they damage the financial interests/income and free speech/free press rights of conservatives.

Deranged requests from the aforementioned liberals include demanding the companies in question unconstitutionally cancel the internet hosting accounts (Google), paid advertising (Google), financial sales handled through Paypal, public donations processed by PayPal, of conservative websites in order to unlawfully remove them from the internet and destroy their ability to make money to support themselves.

High profile liberals have also been sending deranged requests to Google to manipulate their system, resulting in the company putting out deceptive search results that grossly defame others and their family members, while redirecting and suppressing traffic from conservative websites.

All in insane efforts to censor, silence and punish conservatives. Not to mention, Google is currently embroiled in a scandal regarding changing search results in favor of Hillary Clinton, hiding negative articles that expose criminal conduct she is under formal investigation for at the FBI. Google has also been weeding out all articles critical of Hillary Clinton, as one of her top donors is the CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt. He has compromised Google and brought very unflattering mainstream publicity on the company, in conduct sure to upset shareholders.

Google and Facebook have also been suppressing conservative news and opinion pieces from search results on Google.com and Facebook.com. The predictive text Google uses on its site has been programmed with parameters to never help search users finish the website address or names of thousands of known conservative sites, politicians, authors, speakers, activities, entertainers, athletes and celebrities. You could type "Hi" and not finish the word "Hillary" and it will immediately suggest and give you the link for Hillary Clinton's website.

 
How does Google know I'm not trying to look up the word "hick" or "high" or "hierarchy"

Under the influence of the Obama Administration, Google's search results have become biased and censored, representing poor journalism standards (it didn't use to be like that). Now Google is actively removing critical items in favor of glowing pieces on people like Clinton, among others. When Hillary has her office contact Google to complain that she wants an unflattering exposé article removed from Google's search results on Google.com and Google News, it is gone within minutes.

Journalists have seen it happen. However, let a mother contact Google complaining there is illegal child porn of her victimized child in Google Images or Google.com and they will leave that garbage up there for weeks, sometimes months. There are court cases where Google has left child porn online for unreasonably long periods of time, after formal requests were made to remove the illegal items.

The Washington Times reported:

"For example, when typing 'Hillary Clinton cri,' Google’s auto-complete function brings up as its top choice 'Hillary Clinton crime reform,' even though competing search engines Bing and Yahoo show the most popular search topics are 'Hillary Clinton criminal charges' and 'Hillary Clinton crime.' While that could reflect legitimate differences in the engines’ algorithms, Mr. Lieberman said that a search of 'Hillary Clinton crime reform' on Google trends showed that 'there weren’t even enough searches of term to build a graph on the site.'

'Which begs the question, why on Earth is it the first potential result?' he said, adding, 'Apparently far more people are searching for ‘Hillary Clinton crimes’ than ‘Hillary Clinton crime reform.’ Google just doesn’t want you to know or ask.' SourceFed found a similar result when typing in, 'Hillary Clinton ind,' which yielded 'Hillary Clinton Indiana' and 'Hillary Clinton India' on Google, but 'Hillary Clinton indictment' on the other search engines.

'The intention is clear. Google is burying potential searches for terms that could have hurt Hillary Clinton in the primary elections over the past several months by manipulating recommendations on their site,' Mr. Lieberman said. There was no difference between Google and other search engines when SourceFed searched for unflattering terms associated with Democrat Bernie Sanders and Republican Donald Trump...'
The unhinged liberal censorship drive by select people in the U.S. government and Hollywood, has damaged the name and finances of American corporations like Google and Paypal, among others, who are financially worth more than the lawbreaking liberals in government and Hollywood combined, imperiled jobs and taxable revenue, under public backlash. However, as long as they can illegally and insanely censor and shut people up, that's all that matters, America's financial interests be damned (sarcasm). I find it distasteful and disgusting. It's very ugly and unbecoming.

Lawbreaking liberals in the U.S. government and Hollywood need to stop trying to shut people up who disagree with them. It looks certifiably insane. It looks like you have screws loose. It is uncivil and uncouth to think you have a right to tell others they can't express themselves, because it doesn't agree with your point of view and agenda. They are behaving like bratty children with no understanding of the law or people's right to have an opinion. Grow up already.

There are people's opinions I do not agree with. However, I don't act like a blazing lunatic trying to sabotage their income, terrorize their families, friends and supporters, criminally spy on them in insidious ways and or use the law in illegal bids at trying to silence them in violation of the Constitution and United Nation's laws on freedom of expression, as some in government and Hollywood have done to conservatives in America.

I simply listen to, watch and read the things I have an interest in and let other people I disagree with be. It's called being an adult in realizing not everyone will have the same opinion and that is called democracy. Lawbreaking liberals in government and those in Hollywood attacking conservatives in criminal ways should try it sometime. YES, DEMOCRACY.

Considering their ages, most of them are in their 50s-70s, it's a childhood lesson regarding getting along with others that they should have already learned from their parents in their formative years. It is not a good look to be in your 50-70s and acting like spoiled, ill-manner children, who want their own way all the time or they'll throw their toys out of the pram. When you're five you can get away with throwing a temper tantrum.

When you're in your 50s-70s throwing temper tantrums, spying on people, terrorizing them and their families, emailing and calling all over the place trying to silence and punish others for expressing a lawful opinion, you look like maniacs...not people who should be in positions of power. It denotes mental illness to go that far trying to destroy others over their lawful opinions.

You need to look in the mirror, because this is what you have come to in the public eye. This is why so many Americans voice the view on social networking, in many website feedback sections and message boards/forums that the American media is owned and being controlled by a handful of people. You call people with said view conspiracy theorists, but when you do the basic research you realize only a handful of people own the media and entertainment companies in America. And God help you if you decide to start a media outlet or entertainment company in America, as the small handful of people who do own most of the networks and newspapers will literally try to have you killed for it. So much for a free and open market and fair trade, huh.

America is roughly half democrat and half republican. Elections usually fall along those lines with a small percent of votes swinging the direction in either direction. It's usually a democrat for one or two terms, then a republican for one or two terms. Considering America is roughly half conservative, in essence, lawbreaking liberals in the U.S. government and Hollywood have been attacking and savaging the views and rights of half the country, which is a vile thing to do. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Everyone is entitled to be heard. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs and values.

Due to Obama's Nixonian obsession with the press, this harmful madness has been transpiring against innocent people (Richard Nixon, is a former president who famously tried to poison a law-abiding, outspoken journalist via a failed plot to spray poison on the writer's steering wheel, took his press clippings far to seriously as well).

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned that the Obama Administration, on the president's orders, has been abusing journalists in America, having the FBI and CIA spy on, threaten, harass, bully and financially damage journalists and bloggers (and their family members). Obama's unconscionable behavior in this regard, has criminally extended into Britain, as he has been illegally sending the FBI and CIA to target journalists at the Guardian newspaper, in a nation he has absolutely no legal mandate to operate in. His behavior is arrogant, mean-spirited, shameful and ugly.

Obama's bumptiousness and imperialism was revealed again recently, as he went into Britain threatening the British people to vote to remain in the European Union or he would financially abuse the United Kingdom. That was a gross and disgusting abuse of authority by Obama, regarding a nation that has put billions of dollars in Americans pockets via tourism and trade (and vice versa).

Political leaders in Britain and the EU are incensed with Obama over Brexit, as polls showed his visit to London in April, where with his nose in the air and head flung back like a diva, issued threats against the British people (clearly believing his own hype) which immediately resulted in a big bounce for the "leave the European Union" campaign. There are politicians in Britain and the European Union who want Obama's head on a platter over it.

Ironically, Obama's suppression of conservatives in America, gave rise to Donald Trump. The Obama administration went so far to the political left, getting very abusive with the conservative segment of the American population, that the pendulum has swung all the way to the political right with such viscosity, it caught the whole world's attention = Donald Trump.

Fox targeted by FEC Dems in first-ever vote to punish debate sponsorship

6/29/16 2:52 PM - Finally making good on long-harbored anger at conservative media, Democrats on the Federal Election Commission voted in secret to punish Fox News' sponsorship of a Republican presidential debate, using an obscure law to charge the network with helping those on stage. It is the first time in history that members of the FEC voted to punish a media outlet's debate sponsorship, and it follows several years of Democratic threats against conservative media and websites like the Drudge Report.

The punishment, however, was blocked by all three Republicans on the commission, resulting in a 3-3 tie vote and no action. A Republican FEC commissioner leading that fight, Lee E. Goodman, revealed the vote to Secrets Wednesday and said the official report of the May 26 executive vote will be released Thursday. Goodman has led the fight against several other efforts to censor conservative media by Democrats on the FEC.

"The government should not punish any newsroom's editorial decision on how best to provide the public information about candidates for office," he said. "All press organizations should be concerned when the government asserts regulatory authority to punish and censor news coverage." At issue was the Aug. 6, 2015 Fox presidential debate. Initially, the network planned to host one debate featuring 10 candidates. But as the date got close and the nearly two dozen GOP presidential candidates were close in the polls, Fox added a second debate that included seven other candidates...

The Washington Times - Thursday, June 9, 2016 - An explosive report released Thursday suggests that Google manipulated its search engine to boost Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton by burying unflattering stories about her. A video posted by SourceFed, a news and pop-culture website, accused Google of attempting to boost secretly Mrs. Clinton’s candidacy.

“Thanks to the help of our editor Spencer Reed, SourceFed has discovered that Google has been actively altering search recommendations in favor of Hillary Clinton’s campaign so quietly that we were unable to see it for what it was until today,” said SourceFed’s Matt Lieberman in the video.

For example, when typing “Hillary Clinton cri,” Google’s auto-complete function brings up as its top choice “Hillary Clinton crime reform,” even though competing search engines Bing and Yahoo show the most popular search topics are “Hillary Clinton criminal charges” and “Hillary Clinton crime.” While that could reflect legitimate differences in the engines’ algorithms, Mr. Lieberman said that a search of “Hillary Clinton crime reform” on Google trends showed that “there weren’t even enough searches of term to build a graph on the site.”

“Which begs the question, why on Earth is it the first potential result?” he said, adding, “Apparently far more people are searching for ‘Hillary Clinton crimes’ than ‘Hillary Clinton crime reform.’ Google just doesn’t want you to know or ask.” SourceFed found a similar result when typing in, “Hillary Clinton ind,” which yielded “Hillary Clinton Indiana” and “Hillary Clinton India” on Google, but “Hillary Clinton indictment” on the other search engines.

“The intention is clear. Google is burying potential searches for terms that could have hurt Hillary Clinton in the primary elections over the past several months by manipulating recommendations on their site,” Mr. Lieberman said. There was no difference between Google and other search engines when SourceFed searched for unflattering terms associated with Democrat Bernie Sanders and Republican Donald Trump...

The stealthy, Eric Schmidt-backed startup that’s working to put Hillary Clinton in the White House

October 09, 2015 - An under-the-radar startup funded by billionaire Eric Schmidt has become a major technology vendor for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, underscoring the bonds between Silicon Valley and Democratic politics. The Groundwork, according to Democratic campaign operatives and technologists, is part of efforts by Schmidt—the executive chairman of Google parent-company Alphabet—to ensure that Clinton has the engineering talent needed to win the election. And it is one of a series of quiet investments by Schmidt that recognize how modern political campaigns are run, with data analytics and digital outreach as vital ingredients that allow candidates to find, court, and turn out critical voter blocs.

But campaigns—lacking stock options and long-term job security—find it hard to attract the elite engineering talent that Facebook, Google, and countless startups rely on. That’s also part of the problem that Schmidt and the Groundwork are helping Clinton’s team to solve. The Groundwork is one of the Clinton campaign’s biggest vendors, billing it for more than $177,000 in the second quarter of 2015, according to federal filings. Yet many political operatives know little about it. Its website consists entirely of a grey-on-black triangle logo that suggests “the digital roots of change” while also looking vaguely like the Illuminati symbol:

“We’re not trying to obfuscate anything, we’re just trying to keep our heads down and do stuff,” says Michael Slaby, who runs the Groundwork. June 28, 2016 at 8:57am - A leader of the effort to pull Britain out of the European Union continued his attack on President Barack Obama Monday, saying Russian President Vladimir Putin behaved in a more “statesmanlike” manner than America’s president during the Brexit vote. Nigel Farage, leader of the Independent Party, last week said that Obama’s chiding in April of Britons to remain in the EU was one factor that influenced their vote to leave.

Obama’s anti-Brexit remarks “backfired,” Farage said last week. “We got an Obama-Brexit bounce, because people do not want foreign leaders telling them how to think and vote. A lot of people in Britain said, ‘How dare the American president come here and tell us what to do?'”

“Vladimir Putin behaved in a more statesmanlike manner than President Obama did in this referendum campaign. Obama came to Britain, and I think, behaved disgracefully, telling us we’d be at the back of the queue … treating us, America’s strongest, oldest ally, in this most extraordinary way,” he said. He noted later that he is “not a fan” of Putin. However, he also said it took two to make tensions flare over the Ukraine, and the EU did more than its share.

In contrast do doom-and-gloomers, Farage said Brexit offers new possibilities. “We are leaving a failed political union and we are joining a bigger, better, modern 21st century world,” he said. Farage further noted that Americans trying to analyze Brexit do not fully comprehend the circumstances that led Britons to approve it.

“We finished up, until last Thursday, with 70 percent of our laws being made by foreign institutions, with our own supreme court being overruled in Luxembourg, and with an open border 500 million people. Whatever problems you’ve got in the USA, they are as nothing to what we’ve had as part of this Europe,” he said.

U.S. FBI And Affiliates In Hollywood Hacking And Removing Exposé Articles From The Site

The U.S. government likes to tell Americans and the world that there is free speech in the United States, under the U.S. Constitution, but that is a blatant lie. This website has been repeatedly hacked by the deranged U.S. FBI and Madonna's Kabbalah Center, to delete articles that pertain to their unethical and criminal conduct. The Judiciary Report has never done a retraction. The site has been offered illegal incentives and inducements by people in Hollywood, as well as a demonic threat from the FBI. They got so desperate they insanely began stalking and contacting people I am related and others I know, harassing them and demanding they tell me to write what they want on the site. What a bunch of psychotics.

What I find most deranged about their behavior is the fact many of the topics written about on the Judiciary Report are documented on mainstream sites such as the Associated Press and in newspapers such as the New York Times. However, the Judiciary Report does have nearly 300 exclusives that later proved true and correct.

I noticed last night while working on the site that the following articles were hacked and removed from the website (there may be more, I'm still checking): Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn and Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants). I have now republished the articles to the site, using back up copies.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers also hacked this website and deleted online copies of the following articles: News Corp's Andy Coulson From The Phone Hacking Scandal Is Struggling With Mental Illness, regarding him walking up the street, staring at me and angrily muttering. Coulson was later arrested and sentenced to prison in the phone hacking scandal I first reported to police. Madonna's hackers have also deleted Aisha's Affidavit  |  Aisha's Mom's Affidavit  | Kabbalah Center's Yehuda Berg Following Aisha On Twitter. I have since republished these articles using offline back-up copies of the site. 

Exactly who do these people think they are to be criminally hacking and editing this website to remove what they don't want. They are such arrogant trash to be doing such a thing. They also aren't very bright, as each time I discover such conduct, I simply take to the internet and write something even more revealing and damning about them and it works its way through other sites that reference it, then ends up in the mainstream press, then Congress as a scandal. Even Pavlov's dogs had more sense than them. Each time they hack the site and or remove anything from it, I write a worse exposé, but they are that dim they haven't made the connection yet.

Obama’s War On Journalists Evident In The Case Of CBS News Journalist Sharyl Attkisson Among Others

The Judiciary Report has written articles in the past regarding U.S. President Barack Obama and his absurd and alarming fixation on journalists and bloggers, whom he has unlawfully targeted throughout his presidency for criticizing him in print and online. Obama has illegally and unconstitutionally sent the IRS, FBI, DOJ, NSA and CIA after journalists and bloggers, among other outspoken critics of his policies, ordering the agency to financially abuse, harass, threaten and spy on scribes.

Obama is operating under the illegal premise that he has the right to dictate what goes into the press both on television and the internet and those who dare publicly criticize him must be illegally wiretapped, their computer and emails hacked, GPS systems initiated regarding their phones and cars to track them, among other things, in gross and criminal misuse of taxpayer money.

CBS News journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, began writing investigative pieces on the Obama administration years ago and the president went berserk. Obama, engaging in crimes against the constitution and violations of the U.S. Code, order members of his administration to illegally wiretap Attkisson and hack her emails and computer. Obama was bold enough to order spyware placed on Attkisson’s computer, allowing him to get advance copies of all her unpublished articles as she worked on them for print and television, to misuse and misappropriate as he saw fit (some items he illegally gained advance copies of via spying and hacking, Obama tried to thwart before Attkisson went public with them).

The illegal spyware Obama had placed on Attkisson’s computer was later detected and resulted in a lawsuit against the lawbreaking head of state and his administration. Attkisson, like me, has been repeatedly stonewalled in trying to obtain an FBI Freedom Of Information Act file (when the FBI does that they are covering up criminal activity committed by the government and others who acted in tandem with them).

I’ve stated it before and I shall state it again - there is a perversion running all the way to the top in the U.S. government, that was not present with previous administrations. The Obama Administration is mentally ill to be spying on people like this. In the latest twist, the twisted Obama Administration now has the Pentagon labeling journalists "unprivileged belligerents" giving them an unlawful right to attack and abuse journalists at will (see article excerpt below).

How did the FBI manage to “lose” Sharyl Attkisson’s file?

In her book Stonewalled, she detailed many of the battles she encountered when attempting to expose the truth in the tradition of the Fourth Estate and how unpopular stories tended to wind up being discounted or silenced. Later, her Nosy Nellie ways attracted the interest of the Department of Justice, though they have thus far failed to file any actual charges against her.

This week, Attkisson tells the story of how she finally sought to obtain her own FBI file and the mysterious answers she received. The bottom line for the FBI seems to be… Attkisson? Attkisson? Who is this Sharyl Attkisson person of which you speak?

Years later, in 2013, I learned of the intrusion of my work and home computers. The intruders utilized software proprietary to a U.S. government agency. I knew that the FBI had contacted CBS News and confirmed the computer intrusion. I knew that FBI case workers listed me as a “victim” in the computer intrusion, even though they never contacted me to investigate or help.

As part of my investigation to learn more about the identities of the computer intruders, I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act request to review my FBI file (as every citizen has the right to do). I knew that — at the very least — my file would include information relevant to my White House HARD PASS background checks and the computer intrusion. But I got stonewalled.


The FBI could conceivably get away with claiming to not have any records of somebody if they were a private person who never did anything in the public eye to attract their attention. (That you know of.) But in Sharyl’s case, she had been through the full background check in the 90s to obtain approval for White House access as a reporter. Did those records simply disappear? Did the dog eat their homework?…


Sharyl Attkisson’s Scathing Indictment of Obama for Ignoring Terrorism Intel 

25 Nov 2015 - Independent investigative reporter and host of “Full Measure,” Sharyl Attkisson is giving a blistering account of what one source called Barack Obama’s potential “personality flaw,” leading him to only see and believe what he wants to see and believe when it comes to the global threat from terrorism – that, as opposed to what ground operators are actually trying to report to him.

Obama’s Brutal War on the Press: “Pentagon Manual Calls for Treating Journalists as ‘Unprivileged Belligerents.’”

Global Research, August 13, 2015 - Pentagon manual calls for potentially treating journalists like ‘unprivileged belligerents.’ It’s well documented that President Barack Obama’s administration has been brutal in targeting whistleblowers who leak information to the press. The Department of Justice has spied on the Associated Press and Fox News to track down sources of information. It has slid down the World Press Freedom Index to 49th place, lower than several African and South American countries.

James Risen calls Obama 'greatest enemy of press freedom in a generation'

Why Is The Obama Administration Contacting The Family And Friends Of Journalists And Bloggers Harassing Them On His Behalf Over His Press Clippings

The Constitution was formed with the provision that there be free speech and free press in America. Megalomaniac, narcissist, President Barack Obama, disagrees and has been waging a war against journalists and bloggers for criticizing his actions in office. No U.S. President has gone to the extreme lengths Obama has in attacking members of the press that disagree with him. I have read articles by bloggers who stated the Obama Administration contacted their sites complaining about lawful items they wrote demanding the content in question be removed. I’ve read items by journalists and bloggers who have complained of being harassed by the Obama Administration over items criticizing the president on their sites.

The Obama Administration has engaged in unlawful activity regarding the Judiciary Report as well, before and after the site broke exclusive articles that later proved true regarding Obama as well as his vile campaign donors in Hollywood. In what is disturbing conduct, members of the Obama Administration have contacted some of my family and friends, demanding they tell me what to write in my column concerning him and his agenda, while complaining about items on the site they want removed.

The Obama Administration violated domestic and international law via this conduct in harassingly contacting some of my family and friends in America and Europe with this crap. They have absolutely no conscience, as some of the people they have been contacting who are related to me and others who are friends, are elderly and have physical aliments, such as heart issues, among other things. Such harassing conduct has created stress and distress in their lives and could induce heart attacks. However, that should let you know how abominable the Obama Administration is, as they don’t care about other people’s health and well-being, only their foul agenda and getting it across.

The irony is I don’t like the Obama Administration. I do not like the president due to his corrupt conduct in office. And for every time someone I know or am related to has been contacted by them with his crap regarding the Judiciary Report, it only made me dislike Obama and company even more. They even had the gall to harass someone close to me demanding they tell me I must like the president. Clearly, America has become North Korea under Supreme Leader Obama.

For every time they contacted someone I know, I simply got online and wrote something even more incendiary in exposés about the Obama Administration. Smart people would have made the connection by now and stopped. However, they kept running with this crap until I exposed so much about him and his administration that my exclusives ended up in the mainstream press, then in congressional hearings as scandals.

For those of you who like to bury your heads in the sand, Obama has quoted from time stamped items in my column and blog, AFTER I PUBLISHED THEM ONLINE, attributing my original writing to himself on several occasions (Obama has been outed in the press for being a chronic plagiarist). He reads this website. Site statistics for this site, provided by Go Daddy, also revealed numerous website visits from just about every department of the Obama Administration.

The man has no integrity or class. There have been stories published about Obama’s underage daughters that were unflattering and I opted not to run them or to ask the public to go easy on his kids as they are minors (though items were released that his first born was engaging in underage drinking, among other things). Yet here is this dictator in the White House, violating the constitution and U.S. Code having weirdos in his administration contacting my actual family and friends over lawful articles about him and his misconduct. They even showed up at one of my elderly relative’s house with this crap, harassing an old lady with preexisting heart issues in a foreign country which is a criminal violation of U.S. and international law.

Once again, you have no class and your administration loves crossing illegal and inappropriate boundaries no head of state or his administration ever should, as it is a mark of shame and disgrace. What kind of animals and savages do something like that to an old lady. Is that how your parents raised you to behave and disgrace the government in the process. Do you think that is a desirable image for the U.S. government to have - harassing and trying to manipulate old ladies because a vain, narcissistic head of state can’t stand lawful criticism that exposed his unlawful behavior.

You’re nothing but a bunch of common thugs wasting taxpayer money. Your consciences are seared, because decent human beings who were properly raised by people with morals, would be too embarrassed and ashamed to do such vile things. However, you guys revel in it. There is a distinct lack of decorum and character with the Obama Administration that is repugnant and sick, not befitting any government.

Can you imagine if someone started having people contact and publicly approach, Marian Robinson, Mr. Obama’s elderly mother-in-law, over the phone and at her home, criminally harassing her, demanding she censure Obama over his public opinions and tell him to retract it and remove it all from the internet. He and Mrs. Obama would throw a massive hissy fit and sick law enforcement on said individuals for breaking the law. So, tell me why is it okay when his administration breaks the law and does so to others.

Once again, I do not like Obama over terrible things he and his administration have done in office that I do not agree with. It is my right to dislike him and anybody else I feel like, as it is a right of ALL members of society. If he searched online he would find millions of items by millions of people in America and around the world who dislike him for things he has done. He needs to act like a grown up and accept the fact that many people do not like him and have the right to voice their opinions. He, however, does not have the right to misuse and waste American taxpayer money in harassing and abusing journalists and bloggers who disagree with him and his political policies. Congress should make him and every employee that engaged in said misconduct of targeting journalists and bloggers pay that money back.

The administration of U.S. President Barack Obama has revived COINTELPRO against political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers, who expose the government’s criminal conduct. COINTELPRO is a heinous program the FBI created in the 1950s to disrupt, discredit and destroy people and groups its disliked for having too much influence over the populace.

People, particularly outspoken black people, who sought equal rights and justice in society, saw their business and personal lives destroyed in sick ways at the FBI's hands. Some were even murdered in cold blood as a means of silencing them. As a black man, Obama should be ashamed to have rebooted this terrible tool in modern times that was previously used against great men such as the late Martin Luther King Jr. and Medgar Evers.

Under the Obama Administration, relatives, (romantic) partners and friends of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers are being illegally contacted by the feds and told their loved one has gone crazy, is making up stories on the government, who needs help reining them in, to help them for their own good. However, it is a load of crap, as it is meant to irreparably damage and destroy the target (political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers).

Relatives, partners and friends are unwittingly fed invasive items about the person and told to repeat it back at them verbatim as the government texts, emails and phone calls state, not realizing it came directly from criminally placed FBI, CIA and NSA wiretaps, roving bugs (audio and video), email hacking, phone hacking, webcam spying and other means of surveillance not permitted under law against innocent people or for the aforementioned purposes. Court orders for wiretaps, the collection of emails and phone records, as well as computer contents, must be done via a judicial process and cannot be done to silence writers and whistleblowers.

Many political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers have had their phone service and internet tampered with by the Obama Administration, via the FBI, CIA and NSA, seeking to thwart stories being publishing exposing their criminal conduct. The Obama Administration via the via the FBI, CIA and NSA, is also illegally intercepting and opening the mail of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers. The Obama Administration has also engaged in incidents of criminal harassment, threats, bullying and gaslighting, against political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers. These are criminal offenses being committed by the Obama Administration worthy of federal imprisonment.

Relatives, partners and friends are asked to search their loved one’s computers, home and personal belongings for specific information and items. They are asked to steal items and give it to the government agents handling the respective cases. Political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers are also being subjected to illegal tampering and intrusions of their bank accounts, business accounts, credit accounts and credit reports. The Obama Administration is going around unlawfully trying to get political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers fired from their jobs so they will have no means of supporting themselves, which is an economic crime.

Additionally relatives, partners and friends of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers who do not go along with the sick program, are fired from their jobs, subjected to malicious, baseless tax audits and in some cases fake, trumped up charges are brought against them for things they did not do (arrested for phony DUIs when they were not drunk, accused of financial crimes they did not commit ect…).

In many of these cases the Obama Administration’s conduct are not just criminal, they also constitute hate crimes. For example, one journalist being targeted is an gay American man. His boyfriend, most of his friends and some of his family are gay as well. The government unleashing the rebooted COINTELPRO against them in illegal bids at stopping the journalist’s lawful stories exposing Obama Administration criminal activity, is targeting gays and as such is a hate crime, deemed worse under existing U.S. statutes.

In other cases, some of the law abiding political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers being criminally targeted by the Obama Administration are Christians and so are the people in their circle who are being subjected to the government sponsored abuses as well, under the president‘s bids at illegally silencing them from publishing articles exposing his criminal behavior. Once again, these are hate crimes by the Obama Administration, as it is targeting a specific group of people, in order to harm a political journalist, blogger or whistleblower.

There are cases under this rebooted COINTELPRO where the Obama Administration has inexcusably interfered with the medical care of political journalists, bloggers and whistle blowers in criminal violation of HIPA. The Obama Administration has illegally contacted doctors and other medical providers demanding they engage in conduct counterproductive to the health and well being of political journalists, bloggers and whistle blowers targeted under their vile reboot of COINTELPRO.

This criminal misconduct is done to cause division in families and relationships, in order to isolate and damage political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers from their loved ones, in a psychological maneuver psychiatrists label a targeted plan to emotionally and mentally abuse, then destroy the victim as a means of neutralizing them.

The Obama Administration has taken its COINTELPRO reboot so far as to engage in deceptive, underhanded and vile conduct to break up marriages and families of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers, as was previously done in repeated efforts to destroy the home life of Martin Luther King Jr. The reasoning is a person will lose their will to live under such circumstances. The FBI is after all the agency that sent civil rights hero Martin Luther King Jr a letter demanding he kill himself.

The COINTELPRO reboot has a psychological component of the program aimed at applying pressure with the intent of driving targets to suicide and was designed with the assistance of psychiatrists. The psychiatrists who designed this aspect of the rebooted COINTELPRO program were told it would be used on terrorists. However, the Obama Administration is using it on political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers (as well as political rivals) in criminal violation of the law.

What type of insidious evil is this coming from the Obama Administration. You do realize this type of invasive, criminal conduct is associated with psychotics, sociopaths and perverted voyeurs. Not to mention, nowhere in U.S. or U.N. law is it legal to do such sick things to people. Just because you’re the government doesn’t make the conduct you’re exhibiting, which is found in books on mental illness and abnormal psychology, acceptable or okay. If civilians did any of the sick crap the Obama Administration is doing they would be thrown in federal prison and fed a steady stream of anti-psychotic medication.

This is what the Obama Administration is wasting American taxpayer dollars on in criminal violation of United States and United Nations laws. This criminal misconduct against members of the press and whistleblowers constitutes serious felonies and human rights abuses (and there's proof). Congress is giving them billions of dollars in taxpayer money and this is the contemptible evil they are doing with it (then hypocritically lecturing America and the world on human rights, equality, democracy and free society).

Chairman/Emperor/Dictator Obama is violating the rights of political journalists and whistleblowers in conduct condemned by domestic and international laws, as well as noted human rights groups. It’s pretty sad when the public can’t tell the administration from the criminals.
