Confirmed: Smart TVs Are Being Hacked And Used For Revenge Porn Against Children And Adults

In the November 26, 2016 Judiciary Report article "AT&T Uverse Hacked" the site revealed that smart TVs can be hacked. The site also revealed the same in the 2015 lawsuit "Madonna, Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Rita Ora And Jessie J Sued Over Copyright Infringement, Invasion Of Privacy, Commissioned Criminal Harassment And Assault Via The Kabbalah Center."

This month, a new report was released confirming smart TVs can be hacked and even worse, used to commit revenge porn against innocent, unsuspecting people. In short, people are being watched in their homes via smart TVs (and in some cases known to the FBI, people are being illegally watched in their homes through illegally modified cable boxes in completely criminal violation of the law). Some in society, such as sick, abominable Hollywood cults, are really dragging society into the gutter with this depraved, voyeuristic, evil behavior that qualifies them as sexual predators. 

The Daily Mail newspaper listed cases regarding women whose smart TV's were hacked to spy on them, secretly taking naked pictures of them in their homes, then criminally uploading the nude images to revenge porn sites. The Daily Mail newspaper stated, "These so-called ‘revenge porn’ sites are one of the darkest incarnations of the internet, housing images of now-spurned former partners who once voluntarily posed in a sexually provocative way, thinking they were taking part in something intimate and private with someone they could trust. But it’s not just those who willingly — some might say naively, even foolishly — take and send such images who can end up as the victims of revenge porn. Some images are lifted from social media sites and manipulated on-screen to turn them into pornography. Others are stolen using sophisticated spyware, which can switch on and then control cameras on a victim’s computer or ‘smart’ TV."

The Daily Mail also stated sick, perverted people are engaging in revenge porn against victims as young as 11-years-old. Children are being victimized by perverts spying on them naked via spyware illegally installed on their computers and smart TVs, secretly taking photos of the unsuspecting underage victims using the camera on said computers and smart TVs, then uploading the images to revenge porn site. What is this world coming to. That is so sick. A person has to be depraved out of their mind to do something so despicable and disgusting. What kind of deranged, nasty, subhuman scum secretly watch other people in their homes.

The Obama Administration was formally made aware of the sick voyeuristic crimes being committed in America. However, thus far they have not made substantial legal changes to deter sick behavior from perverted criminals, who are victimizing adults and children alike. If some sick, perverted hacker secretly hacked into the computers or smart TVs of Malia Obama, Sasha Obama or the children of members of Congress, with the contents uploaded on illegal sites, as is being done to adults and children alike in America (and other nations), the law would change really fast to lock up perverts victimizing people in this manner.

He was the restaurant manager and she was applying for a job as a waitress. 

Nikki got the job and worked closely with the man she knew as Olly for 18 months. ‘He seemed like such a normal guy, though with hindsight some of the things he did were a little weird,’ she told the Mail. ‘He was always really nice to me, but some of the staff complained about his mood swings and said he could be a nightmare to work for.’ 

Olly Whiting was most certainly a nightmare, but not merely as a temperamental boss, as Nikki has discovered to her continuing cost. ‘Shadows make me nervous now, and I am even worried in my own home and want the lights on at night,’ she says, strain passing over her face. Sophisticated spyware, which can switch on and then control cameras on a victim’s computer or ‘smart’ TV can be used to make revenge porn. Whiting is an illustration of how little one can know a person, of the darkness that can lurk beneath the surface, of the distorted workings of a damaged mind hidden behind a friendly and familiar face. 

Late last month, he received a caution from police for an offence under the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. The fact that it was a caution makes it all sound rather trivial, but there was nothing inconsequential about the shame and fear he instilled in a group of innocent young women — one of whom was his own sister.Whiting, 36 and a father of one, posted explicit images of 13 women on a website that serves as a forum for users wanting to express their most disturbing sexual fantasies — and exact revenge on those who have supposedly wronged them. 

These so-called ‘revenge porn’ sites are one of the darkest incarnations of the internet, housing images of now-spurned former partners who once voluntarily posed in a sexually provocative way, thinking they were taking part in something intimate and private with someone they could trust. But it’s not just those who willingly — some might say naively, even foolishly — take and send such images who can end up as the victims of revenge porn. 

Some images are lifted from social media sites and manipulated on-screen to turn them into pornography. Others are stolen using sophisticated spyware, which can switch on and then control cameras on a victim’s computer or ‘smart’ TV.

Whiting was an avid supplier of such pictures, a man who expressed his violent sexual fantasies via the keyboard. In one instance, he posted photographs of a former girlfriend naked, imploring viewers to ‘rape this slut, she deserves it’... 

Between April and December last year, 1,160 people came forward to complain about revenge porn, including the parents of three children who were just 11 years old. A third of complainants were under 19, but the average age was 25. Three-quarters of victims were female. The spyware may be installed by an ex-partner, but equally it could be installed by a stranger hacking into your computer...

Malicious posting of images can result in marital breakdown, if infidelity is disclosed, and ruined careers. Post-traumatic stress disorder and suicidal thoughts are common in victims, as is self-harm

Privacy advocates have slammed the Supreme Court's decision to grant the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) the right to hack any computer anywhere in the world without a warrant (they've been doing this for years anyway, now they're trying to make it legal). This means there will be no accountability and scores of violations of international law, when the hacking extends into foreign countries in an imperialistic manner. This is a massive overreach that is unconstitutional. 

The Obama administration has destroyed the American people's privacy to terrible degrees. Obama has used the NSA, FBI and CIA, to spy on Americans in egregious, illegal ways that constitute awful privacy violations. If Obama's family were subjected to the same privacy violations he has rubberstamped as president, he would be outraged. 

Newsweek stated of the decision, "These amendments will have significant consequences for Americans’ privacy and the scope of the government’s powers to conduct remote surveillance and searches of electronic devices...these are complex issues involving privacy, digital security and our Fourth Amendment rights, which require thoughtful debate and public vetting."

The Judiciary Report is of the opinion, with the FBI openly allowed to hack computers domestically and internationally, you will see a massive increase in retaliatory hacks from foreign governments, angry the agency is stepping on their toes, running roughshod over fellow sovereign nations via computer intrusion.

Supreme Court Allows FBI to Hack Any Computer Anywhere With a Warrant

By Seung Lee On 5/1/16 at 10:02 AM - Thanks to a Supreme Court decision on Thursday, law enforcement agencies including the FBI may end up with broad powers to hack any computer, regardless of its physical location—but the expansion of power hinges upon congressional approval. 

With a new rule change in the Federal Rule of Criminal Procedures, which covers search and seizure protocols, federal judges would be able to issue warrants to search computers located anywhere in the world. Before the Supreme Court’s alteration, federal magistrate judges were allowed only to issue warrants within their own jurisdictions. The Supreme Court submitted the changes to Congress as a part of the court’s annual review of the procedures, which were passed by Congress in 1938 for a more uniform way of dealing with criminal cases across the country.

At least one senator and several privacy rights organizations called the decision an affront to civil rights and a doorway to unchecked government hacking. Congress has until December 1 to amend or block the Supreme Court decision. Democratic Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon has publicly slammed the decision on Twitter and said he will propose a bill to reverse it.

On Thursday the Commerce Department announced that the US economy expanded at the slowest pace in two years. GDP growth rose at an anemic 0.5% rate after a paltry 1.4% fourth quarter advance. 

Ronald Reagan brought forth an annual real GDP growth of 3.5%. Barack Obama will be lucky to average a 1.55% GDP growth rate. This ranks Obama as the fourth worst presidency on record. Barack Obama will be the only U.S. president in history who did not deliver a single year of 3.0%+ economic growth. According to Louis Woodhill, if the economy continues to perform below 2.67% GDP growth rate this year, President Barack Obama will leave office with the fourth worst economic record in US history. 

Assuming 2.67% RGDP growth for 2016, Obama will leave office having produced an average of 1.55% growth. This would place his presidency fourth from the bottom of the list of 39*, above only those of Herbert Hoover (-5.65%), Andrew Johnson (-0.70%) and Theodore Roosevelt (1.41%).

Wealthy individuals and companies in Hollywood have also been given taxpayer money and financial breaks by the president that are undeserved and unearned. It certainly didn't help the economy.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has hauled Apple into court, over their refusal to unlock the iPhone 5 belonging to one of the San Bernardino terrorists, who killed 17 people at a community center in California (14 Dead And 17 Wounded In Shooting By 3 Jihadis At A California Disability Center). Apple is resisting, as the tech company states it will lead to more requests from the FBI, which will lead to mass spying on the American people and international citizens.

While it would be great for the phone to be unlocked to aid in the case of compiling a report on the matter, the terrorists are dead. Therefore, no prosecution is at stake. What Apple is concerned about is the FBI's reputation. As the phrase goes, "Give them an inch and they will take a mile." Once the FBI gets a foothold, they will keep imposing and perversely go further each time. Furthermore, the FBI does not need Apple to unlock the phone. Others have unlocked iPhones. The FBI just wants to illegally control Apple in a bid to further spy on the masses. They are grossly overstepping their congressional mandate. It is arrogant, out of order and totalitarian in nature.

The FBI, NSA and CIA are always looking for ways to illegally spy on people. It is ingrained at the agencies. The FBI, NSA and CIA are always looking for people and companies to conscript into invasive, illegal activity. All this illegal spying the FBI, NSA and CIA have been engaging in has not stopped any act of terrorism. It is being done for reasons that are politically and financially motivated. It has nothing to do with national security.

However, the Judiciary Report does have nearly 300 exclusives that later proved true and correct.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers also hacked this website and deleted online copies of the following articles: News Corp's Andy Coulson From The Phone Hacking Scandal Is Struggling With Mental Illness, regarding him walking up the street, staring at me and angrily muttering. Coulson was later arrested and sentenced to prison in the phone hacking scandal I first reported to police. Madonna's hackers have also deleted Aisha's Affidavit  |  Aisha's Mom's Affidavit  | Kabbalah Center's Yehuda Berg Following Aisha On Twitter. I have since republished these articles using offline back-up copies of the site. 

Exactly who do these people think they are to be criminally hacking and editing this website to remove what they don't want. They are such arrogant trash to be doing such a thing. They also aren't very bright, as each time I discover such conduct, I simply take to the internet and write something even more revealing and damning about them and it works its way through other sites that reference it, then ends up in the mainstream press, then Congress as a scandal. An item was published online this month on another site revealing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been threatening Muslims in America, who have not broken the law, telling them if they do not spy for the FBI, they will be deported (see article below in the STORY SOURCE section). This a disgraceful criminal abuse of the system. Previously, on April 25, 2012, the Judiciary Report published a similar article Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants).

I can also confirm this is a sick criminal pattern of abuse by the FBI. I was interviewed by the FBI twice in November 2005, regarding a formal complaint I filed regarding degenerate pop singer, Madonna, her Kabbalah Center cult and others in Hollywood, engaging in commissioned acts of illegal wiretapping, computer and email hacking, criminal copyright infringement, racketeering, assault and death threats, via private investigator Anthony Pellicano. Madonna’s main private investigator at the time was Anthony Pellicano, a member of the Italian-American mafia (the Colombo family). Madonna also has other ties to the Italian-American mafia and has engaged in money laundering for them.

The FBI asked for and received documents from me regarding the case, as well as my accurate account of what Madonna, Pellicano and others in Hollywood illegally engaged in against innocent people. 4-months later the FBI arrested Pellicano, he was tried and convicted on charges of illegal wiretapping, computer hacking, identity theft and racketeering.

However, following the FBI’s questionable, longstanding policy of not arresting famous people, the celebrities in Hollywood who knowingly paid for and received illegal wiretap transcripts and audio tapes, hacked computer contents and other perverse surveillance data from Pellicano, were not arrested in a decision that is unquestionably corrupt and disgraceful. These celebrities were also not arrested for hiring Pellicano to physically attack innocent people they insanely deemed rivals and enemies.

Madonna issued a bribe at the FBI, who then began to look the other way as she and her cohorts in Hollywood criminally stole massive amounts of my preexisting copyrights. The head of the FBI at the time the case began was racist Robert Mueller, who repeatedly targeted and discriminated against minorities, many of whom filed lawsuits against him and the agency. Some minorities left the FBI due to Mueller's corrupt, racist policies (The FBI And Racism and The FBI Sued By Former Agent For Racism). Mueller is a white supremacist who never should have been given the job (he was appointed by former President and warlord George W. Bush). The current head of the FBI, James Comey, is Mueller’s pupil, who has maintained a senior post at the agency throughout the sick human rights abuses.

In support of the FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah's unlawful, vile, thieving conduct, they began contacting my Jamaican family and friends in America and Britain, demanding they engage in acts of abuse against me, in criminal attempts at forcing me to relinquish all rights to my copyrights that trash in Hollywood had begun stealing (they've also been demanding I turn over newer copyrights I have authored and hidden). The FBI are still using the notorious COINTELPRO program the world has condemned. The FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah even threatened to destroy their children's lives if they did not comply with the sick requests against me.

My Jamaican family and friends who opposed the sick requests were criminally threatened and brutalized by the FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah. All of a sudden, all my Jamaican friends began getting fired from their jobs that they’d had for many years. Law abiding Jamaican immigrants who worked and paid their taxes to the U.S. Treasury for many years, were all fired from different jobs at different companies under mysterious circumstances. Cases that went to employment tribunals found they had done nothing wrong to be fired. The FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah was behind the whole thing, demanding employers fire them, in acts that criminally violated the Civil Rights Act and constitutes hate crimes.

Honest, hard working people, who came to America as immigrants decades ago and worked hard to support their families, began experiencing a sick wave of criminal abuse from the FBI and and Madonna/Kabbalah when they had done nothing wrong. Hard working people with mortgages and utility bills to pay, who need to put food on their families' tables, were unjustly fired due to the FBI and and Madonna/Kabbalah's sick harassment campaign targeting Jamaicans. What an evil, ugly face to show the immigrant community. And make no mistake, Obama knows and approves of this terrible criminal misconduct by his federal agencies. He has sanctioned it.

A year after I copyrighted and published the aforementioned article, U.S. prosecutors revealed during the Anthony Pellicano criminal trial that one of the disgraced private investigator’s sick methods of abuse on behalf of deranged Hollywood stars, was to hire thugs to run over innocent people celebrities paid him to target (Hollywood Wiretap And Harassment Trial Reveals Pattern Of Abusing Innocent People). It confirmed my previous claims that someone tried to deliberately run me over and that it is connected to Madonna and the Kabbalah Center’s criminal conduct in hiring people to criminally rob, harass, threaten and assault others. They tried to run me over two more times after the 2007 incident (in 2008 and another in 2015).

Here’s where it particularly gets nasty. One of my friends that the FBI and the Madonna/Kabbalah began harassing, demanding she state abusive things to me, in demanding she and others order me to cooperate with the criminal thefts of my copyrights by Hollywood, experienced an incident where someone in Miami driving a car knocked her son off his bike on the sidewalk. This was similar to what happened to me previously in Miami, Florida (however, I was walking on those occasions and got out of the way in time during each incident).

My friend received a call from emergency services and heard her son screaming in agony in the background. Someone in a car knocked him off his bike and in doing so broke his leg in a terrible way. It ended his budding track and field career. He now has a metal rod in his leg. This decent young man, studying at university, was subjected to something so evil via the aforementioned gruesome incident. It also reminded me of another incident where Madonna’s private investigator, Pellicano, paid thugs to run over a journalist/filmmaker, Rod Lurie, in Los Angeles, who was riding his bike, because they did not like lawful, truthful items he had written about them. This, ladies and gentlemen, is Hollywood, a den of dirty thieves and animals.

Another friend's son was mysteriously arrested for drunk driving in Florida and he wasn't even drunk. The case was so fake and trumped up the cop didn't even show up to court to explain or answer for the false arrest of an intelligent, decent young man with a master's degree, who had never been in trouble. The case cost his and my mom money. Prior to it happening, his mom had called me on two occasions crying and worried, due to the unlawful threats and harassment pouring from the corrupt FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah.

The sick conduct didn’t stop there. Hollywood and the FBI, with the help of the CIA who specializes in international matters (and according to the Associated Press breaks international law 100,000 times per year) illegally spread the criminal acts to Britain. In 2012 while staying with a relative in London, England, after I had gone out for the day, I returned to her home to find my physically unwell, elderly family member looking quite shaken and distressed. She told me a man had come to her house and he was a government agent.

She could have had a heart attack and died due to what the U.S. government did and it is despicable. They are a bunch of foul, low class, inbred trash to be targeting a little retired, sick old lady in her 80s struggling with a serious physical ailment. They are scum and an absolute embarrassment and disgrace to the United States government. 

I found out that the FBI, in tandem with the CIA, who acts on international matters, criminally went into Britain and began approaching people I am related to and others I know, demanding they assist them in stealing my preexisting copyrighted catalog of works, valued at billions of dollars. They began demanding they state certain abusive things to me or they would destroy their lives and that of their children.

What was the U.S. government doing operating in Britain, terrorizing Jamaican-British citizens? The U.S. government had and have no right to be there in said criminal capacity. Yet, when the U.S. government gets slapped with the frequently used international tag of imperialists, they get upset and wonder why. Furthermore, why is the U.S. government also illegally wiretapping people and companies in Jamaica and Britain for undue financial gain, engaging in criminal acts of intellectual property theft and corporate theft in support of corporate America. I've seen this with my own eyes and written about it (May 20, 2009 article "Spying To Steal") and former NSA contractor, Edward Snowden, later confirmed it (Edward Snowden: NSA Conducts Economic Spying).

The U.S. Congress, clearly needs to answer some serious questions regarding why the ugly, foul, vile Frankenstein agencies they have created in the FBI and CIA, are wasting American taxpayer money and criminally violating domestic and international law brutalizing Christian Jamaicans in America and abroad. I cannot begin to tell you how ugly and disgusting it looks. They are a horrible reflection of the U.S. government. What kind of animals and savages brutalize young and also physically unwell, old Jamaican people in America and foreign nations, in support of an illegal theft initiative aimed at stealing copyrights and patents, for undue and criminal enrichment, in acts universally condemned by law (that they are insidiously breaking). What breed of racism, hatred and absolute malice is that. They are the most evil people in existence.

People work hard all their lives, pay their taxes and provide for their families, only to have evil, despicable, subhuman scum representing two lawbreaking federal agencies on their doorstep, demanding they engage in illegal, abusive acts against an innocent relative and friend.

Given the nasty history of slavery, as it pertains to Jamaica and other nations, such as Africa, regarding blacks being forced to work for free, abused in many horrible ways and sometimes nearly killed or killed, the U.S. government is wrong to be engaging in such abhorrent conduct in modern times, in support of lazy, degenerate, hateful stars in Hollywood, who have been sued so many times by so many people from America and all over the world for stealing valuable copyrights.

It is a nasty and ugly throwback to behavior from slavery times. I have authored a fortune in copyrights and not seen any money or credit from it, as it is been criminally stolen by Hollywood and the U.S. government, who is backing this sick initiative. How can black people be asked to move on from slavery days, when you're still engaging in it.

The times I have tried to leave America, the U.S. government in tandem with Madonna/Kabbalah, criminally stole large amounts of my money and property in unlawful, fraudulent ways, in trying to bar me from escaping the horrible human rights abuses and to save face. They have twice gone into Britain and confronted me (in 2012 and 2015) abusively and threateningly demanding I return to America at once, like they were there to retrieve a runaway slave, as if their human property had escaped. Once again, it is a nasty throwback to slavery on their part. I’ve already been called “slave” and “nigger” by members of  Madonna's Kabbalah Center. Another nasty throwback to slavery.

The U.S. government has been criminally targeting Jamaicans in America and Britain in this highly illegal initiative rooted in racism, hatred and malice towards blacks. The FBI is also illegally wiretapping Jamaicans in America, Jamaica and Britain, to engage in intellectual property theft, in support of Hollywood and corporate America, as mentioned above.

Under American law, when you target a group of people in this manner, it is a hate crime. The FBI is committing hate crimes against minorities in America.

I am writing about this subject because it is sick, disgusting and evil…and they refuse to stop this savage conduct. They are psychotic and laboring under serious levels of mental derangement. The U.S. government is viciously and hatefully abusing innocent immigrants in America and the international community, where they have no mandate. What kind of face is this for the U.S. government to show the immigrant community. What kind of face is this for the U.S. government to show the world.

I have been diligently working on forthcoming pharmaceutical patents regarding cancer and AIDS that will greatly benefit disease sufferers. Cancer and AIDS are two subjects I have written exclusives articles on that later proved true. However, to keep the illegal money train rolling, Hollywood, with the full backing, support and assistance of the U.S. government, has repeatedly engaged in unlawful conduct via stealing money and property belonging to me, in attempts at blocking the release of the drug patents.

They are doing their level best to delay my scientific patents that could have helped millions of sick people already. Through fraud they have stolen two homes from me and over $250,000 for fear I would liquidate my assets to put out the patents (which was what I was trying to do) in what they deem would bring an end to their acts of criminal copyright infringement that has netted Hollywood billions in undue profits and many undeserved awards. Hollywood and the U.S. government made that foul and disgusting decision for disease sufferers all over the world.

There are many talented people in America capable of writing songs, movies and television shows. There was no necessity for Hollywood, with the backing of the U.S. government, to resort to such evil and appalling conduct. They are engaging in deplorable human rights abuses that willfully break domestic and international law in what is the sickest thing I have ever seen. However, I have come to the conclusion, this is just who and what they are - pure evil.

What kind of sub-human scum do such things. Then again, I am expecting far too much in the way of legality, civility and decency from a law enforcement agency, the FBI, who saw it fit to become the world’s biggest distributor of child porn (Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn). They are mentally deranged and a threat to the health and safety of America and the world. 

I have written about this matter not to stir anger or violence (keep the peace), but because it needs to be exposed. Innocent immigrants are being brutalized in America and other nations by the U.S. government (and Hollywood), in sick human rights abuses that are contemptible and condemnable. They are not to be trusted.

Jan. 29, 2016 11:50 am - The need for information about possible internal threats creates some predictably twisted incentives. They've sure got some strange names over there in the Congo.Those who have followed the frustrating stories about the secretive operations of the federally controlled "no-fly" lists may have read about the accusations that some individuals who were on the list were told they would be removed if they served the government as informants.

Those who followed the scandal over the New York Police Department secretly snooping on Muslim schools and mosques (not just in New York but in New Jersey) may also have read about their reliance on paid informants who sometimes tried to actually bait people into saying inflammatory things. And those who have closely followed cases where the FBi has busted up potential terror plots here within the United States have noticed that these often seem to be rather not-very-smart (or even mentally troubled) individuals who were being fed plans, ideas, and even being provided fake bombs and weapons by undercover FBI agents.

The post–September 11 need to track down potential terrorist threats within the United States has created incentives where the determinant of "success" is that terror plots are actually stopped. This has created some pretty twisted mentalities among officials to find those successes even if they aren't out there (and can cause them to miss the ones that actually are). And the victims of these twisted incentives can be anybody a federal official thinks might possibly be able to help them find these plots, even if these people don't know any (or if there aren't even any plots). It is dangerous to be the reason why a government official can't sit in front of a congressional hearing to say that their agency has stopped X terrorist attacks on U.S. soil.

As such, BuzzFeed reporters Talal Ansari and Siraj Datoo have a new lengthy investigation that shows how the FBI is interfering and threatening the immigration efforts of Muslims who want to remain as residents in the United States unless they serve as informants. If they don't have any useful information, the message is clear: They better go find some.

When he got the last call to come meet with the FBI agents, A.M. allowed himself an uncharacteristic bit of optimism. An immigrant from Pakistan, he had spent the last seven years trying to get a green card, a process that had so far included a series of interviews, three encounters with the FBI, and unexplained bureaucratic delays. Maybe this meeting would bring some resolution?

But when the 37-year-old software programmer arrived at the Homeland Security offices in Dallas that day in August 2014, the conversation quickly swerved. One of the two agents placed a piece of paper on the table and told him to write down the names of all the people he knew who he thought were terrorists. Bewildered, he said he didn't know any terrorists. He said he didn't know about any suspicious activity at all. "We think you do," the agents replied.

A.M. was quickly becoming alarmed. (Like almost all other immigrants interviewed for this story, he said he did not feel safe allowing his name to be published. A.M. are his initials.) He was a family man, with a highly skilled 9-to-5 job. He had lived in America for nearly two decades. He went to college in America. Why would the FBI see him as a link to terrorism? And weren't they supposed to be discussing his green card application?

As it turned out, that's precisely what they were discussing. "We know about your immigration problems," he recalls one of the agents telling him. "And we can help you with that." If, they said, he agreed to start making secret reports on his community, his friends, even his family.

The FBI is not supposed to be doing this, BuzzFeed notes. Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales forbid the practice of FBI agents offering immigration assistance in exchange for cooperation, and those policies are still officially in place. But in practice, immigration officials are dragging their feet on green cards, and then FBI is swooping in and using the situation to browbeat people into becoming informants.

A.M. kept insisting that he didn't know anybody. They wanted him to wear a wire, go to his mosque, and try to get folks to talk about jihad. He refused. His work visa was revoked. He and his family were kicked out of the country after living here for 17 years.

Former FBI agent Michael German told BuzzFeed that this outcome is a result of the push for agents to develop any Muslim sources they could get their hands on: "Rather than use all their energy to focus on the very small number of terrorists, they try to find anybody that they have a lever over to compel them to be an informants." And they don't seem to care what happens to them if they prove to not be useful.

The latest Gallup Poll reveals the Republican Party is more popular than President Obama and his Democrat political party in America. Under Obama the Democrats have seen a historic fall in popularity that is unprecedented in the past 90-years. A recent Gallup poll reveals, "After the 2012 election, many political analysts focused on the GOP's "image problem." Now, it is the Democrats who appear to have the more battered image. Their favorability rating has never been lower, and they are reeling from defeats that cost them control of the U.S. Senate and strengthened the Republican House majority to levels likely not seen in 90 years."

 

Former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller and former Attorney General Eric Holder engaged in unprecedented levels of corruption that greatly damaged the Democrats and Obama. The president should not have rubber-stamped their high profile misconduct, as the political chickens came home to roost last week in the mid-term elections. Mainstream newspapers, political and news sites are stating the scandals that hit the Obama Administration tanked the Democrats in last week's election.

President Obama was shocked and alarmed by last week's midterm election results [Americans Vote Out Democrats In Midterm Elections Posing An Overwhelming Challenge To President Obama (Video)]. He is now what is known as a "lame duck" President, lacking the power to implement his political agenda, as the rival party now controls both houses of Congress. This is also gives the Republicans an edge in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. For the remainder of Obama's term in office, he needs to try to work with his fellow Democrats and the Republicans, for the good of the country.

Gallup: GOP Congress More Popular Than Obama

by John Nolte 12 Nov 2014, 6:38 AM PDT - Not soon after his media-enabled reelection, when President Obama's poll numbers almost immediately began to crater, the media narrative shifted to the steady drumbeat of, "But the approval rating for Congress is much lower." That spin was obviously directed at Republicans, who controlled Congress. Although "congress" can mean both the Democrat-controlled Senate and the House, this was a nifty rhetorical trick the media used to argue that the GOP was in worse shape than Obama.

That lie was not only laid bare in last week's midterm elections, where Republicans at every level of government crushed Democrats (and their media cheerleaders) in a tidal wave that hit blue and purple states, but also in new polling numbers from Gallup that shows GOP lawmakers currently enjoy a higher approval rating from the American people than President Obama.

As things stand today, Republicans in Congress enjoy a 42% approval rating. Obama, on the other hand, sits at a 39% approval rating. His disapproval rating sits at a whopping 56%. When asked by Gallup who should have more influence over the direction of the country, a majority of Americans chose Republicans in Congress over Obama by a whopping 56-36% margin.

I was there during the 2012 Olympics and the atmosphere was great. A new scandal broke this week that proves my previous claims from 2-years ago correct in that the FBI was indeed spying at the 2012 Olympics. They were doing a cornucopia of spying at the global event. 

The White House knew of the spying

On November 5, 2014 of this week, the New York Daily News newspaper published a report revealing, "Chuck Blazer, once the most powerful man in US football, was an FBI informant used to spy on FIFA, the New York Daily News reported. Blazer, who is now suffering from cancer, secretly recorded conversations with officials he arranged to meet at his London hotel during the 2012 Olympics, the report said. The FBI pressured Blazer into working for them from 2011 because he failed to pay income taxes on millions of dollars he made as a leader of CONCACAF, football's governing body for North and Central America and the Caribbean, said the report published at the weekend."

Football (soccer) is a great sport, is my favorite and I certainly want global athletics to be conducted with the greatest level of integrity. However, the FBI is wading into international football and have no jurisdiction or authority to do so. I do not agree with this. If the FBI's internationally unauthorized investigation is not handled properly, it could wreck world football.

FBI used US soccer chief to spy on FIFA: Report

Last Updated: Wednesday, November 5, 2014 - 11:50 - Chuck Blazer, once the most powerful man in US football, was an FBI informant used to spy on FIFA, the New York Daily News reported. Blazer, who is now suffering from cancer, secretly recorded conversations with officials he arranged to meet at his London hotel during the 2012 Olympics, the report said.

The FBI pressured Blazer into working for them from 2011 because he failed to pay income taxes on millions of dollars he made as a leader of CONCACAF, football`s governing body for North and Central America and the Caribbean, said the report published at the weekend. Those he invited to the meetings in London included Russia`s 2018 World Cup organising committee chief Alexei Sorokin and Frank Lowy, head of the Australian 2022 bid, but it is not known whether they actually met Blazer...

FBI Admits They Inflated Their Mortgage Crisis Crackdown Rates

The FBI admits they have inflated their mortgage crisis crackdown rates regarding clamping down on problems in the system. This is another blow to their credibility. Millions of Americans have lost their homes with many still in danger of foreclosure and involuntary property auction.

Give credit where credit is due, I know people who've been helped by the Obama Administration mortgage modification programs and have been able to stay in their homes, paying a fraction of what they were previously remitting in payments, with the extra debt added to the tail end of their extended mortgage. There are also property tax assistance initiatives by the administration designed to assist people who are delinquent on property taxes, which could also trigger a foreclosure after a 2-3 years of non-payment.

The main problem with the system right now is what some banks put people through who attempt to obtain a mortgage modification. People are often told the documents they submitted to the banks by mail were not received (but mark my words, had you sent them a check in the mail, they would have received and cashed it pronto).

I know one woman who was told that several times, even though she used U.S. Postal Service and Fedex in other instances, who all confirmed in writing the items were received. We know it's not the mail carriers as many people are telling this same story.

The government needs to start applying pressure on banks that engage in this practice. Because if the government set up a consumer complaint website and asked people to submit mailing receipts regarding mortgage modification packages banks state they did not receive, there would be a flood of evidence to the contrary.

As the trial of James "Whitey" Bulger rages on, regarding the mobster the The FBI took bribes from and allowed him to murder innocent people simply because he was an informant, a damning report has been released on the law enforcement agency. According to a new government report, the "FBI allowed informants to commit 5,658 crimes" in 2011 alone. 

And what was the FBI's answer to this report "It sounds like a lot but you have to keep it in context." There is no acceptable context for this, as well documented cases revealed, innocent members of the public have been assaulted, maimed, shot and even killed while the FBI looked the other way to allegedly further investigations. That is inexcusable. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, you can't break the law to uphold it.

August 4, 2013 - The FBI gave its informants permission to break the law at least 5,658 times in a single year, according to newly disclosed documents that show just how often the nation's top law enforcement agency enlists criminals to help it battle crime.

March 03, 2010 3:19PM - A SOUTHWEST Airlines passenger is free on US$5000 ($5500) bond after federal authorities say he was caught masturbating on a flight from Philadelphia to Denver. The FBI, who were called in to deal with the man, told Fox 31 a female passenger sitting next to Murali Krishna Nookella saw him "fumbling underneath a blanket" which was draped over his lap, and then looked over and saw him exposing himself. Remember last week when President Obama said he wouldn’t be "scrambling the jets" to get (at) NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden, whom he derisively and dismissively referred to as some "hacker." Well, what he didn’t tell you is he would be scrambling other nations’ jets to get Snowden.

The Obama administration created an embarrassing international incident that is being carried all over the world for brazenly violating U.N. law, as the government summarily ordered allies to divert the plane of Bolivian President, Evo Morales, based on false accusations that Snowden was aboard the plane.

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report article "American NSA Whistleblower Comes Forward From Hong Kong (Photo)" regarding Edward Snowden's NSA leak confirming claims I'd made online for several years about the agency illegally spying on people. Today, the administration dragged France, Italy, Portugal and Austria into the fiasco, only for the latter to search the plane and find no Snowden.

The Bolivian government is rightly accusing Obama of having "kidnapped" their head of state. If that were me I’d have been angrier than a rasta at a pork festival (side bar: rastas hate the pork, don’t even say the word bacon around them LOL).

Just imagine if someone had diverted a plane with Obama on it, falsely stating he was hiding a foreign fugitive on board, as was done regarding Morales. You can’t treat people like that. Obama, "Do unto others as you would have done unto you" because you would be outraged if someone had pulled that stunt on you. You basically crapped on Bolivia’s sovereignty in an unnecessary faux pas. Even if Snowden had been onboard this move would not have been justified.

This is one of the points the Judiciary Report keeps trying to emphasize regarding one of the most negative traits of the Obama administration. The extreme lengths the administration goes to in bids at getting at people.

Bolivia angered by search of president's plane, no sign of Snowden

Wed Jul 3, 2013 6:49am EDT - (Reuters) - Bolivia accused Austria of an act of aggression by searching President Evo Morales' plane on Wednesday and blamed Washington for its forced landing in Vienna over suspicions that former U.S. spy agency contractor Edward Snowden was on board.

Morales' plane was stranded at Vienna airport for several hours after Portugal and France abruptly canceled air permits for it to fly through their airspace, but eventually resumed its flight home form an energy meeting in Moscow. Austria found no sign of Snowden on board. He is believed to still be in the transit area of a Moscow airport, where he has been trying since June 23 to find a country that will protect him from prosecution in the United States on espionage charges.

The diversion and search of Morales' plane were the latest turns in the 30-year-old Snowden's bid to escape the clutches of the United States since he divulged details of a secret U.S. government surveillance program, Prism. Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca blamed the forced stopover in Vienna on "unfounded suspicions that Mr Snowden was on the plane".

"We don't know who invented this lie," Choquehuanca said in La Paz. "We want to express our displeasure because this has put the president's life at risk." Bolivia's ambassador to the United Nations told reporters in Geneva that Austria's decision to search the plane was an act of aggression and a violation of international law...
