Wikileaks Email Leak Reveals President Barack Obama Blacklisted Christians From Jobs In His Administration

A Wikileaks email leak has revealed, U.S. President, Barack Obama, sent emails ordering his political advisors to discriminate against Christians and white people regarding job posts in his administration. Obama's email ordered that Muslims be hired, not Christians.

Well, would you look at that. Some black people who say they believe in God watched this man deviate from the tenets of the Bible, committing abomination after abomination against innocent people, arguing on his behalf against people they do actually know...over a man, Obama, they don't even know.

 

For years the Judiciary Report has repeatedly maintained that U.S. President Barack Obama is not a Christian, only stated he is a Christian to get elected and has been arrogantly and abusively acting in a discriminatorily and harmful manner against Christians. Obama has abused the post of president to harm Christians, in conduct that is malicious, mean-spirited and evil. Obama has an unhinged obsession with harming the rights and interests of Christians. 

Obama has behaved in an obsessive and abusive manner, going to extremes not even former President Richard Nixon touched. This led to the Judiciary Report breaking the story regarding the Obama administration targeting and abusing Christians via the IRS (not to mention the FBI, DOJ and NSA). 

My claims were later proven true when the story went mainstream 2-years later (News Report: The IRS Targeted Christians) then confirmed by congressional hearings, where IRS officials were excoriated for following Obama's corrupt, illegal orders. Then, many high profile Christians in America came forward stating the Obama Administration has been targeting them. It was a despicable thing for Obama to do and a gross abuse of his temporary authority as president.

It's a cowardly general that lets his soldiers take the fall for him. Obama is too much of a coward to accept responsibility for his illegal conduct in issuing such disgraceful, unlawful directives, that saw many Christians subjected to abusive financial and social discrimination and outright harassment by his administration. 

When I broke the story, I was credibly informed that the corrupt, illegal orders at the IRS came directly from Obama. The IRS did up and do this on their own. Yet, Obama's not even man enough to own up to it. Well, that's because he would go out like Nixon, needing a pardon from his vice president, for arrogantly breaking the law while head of state.

I do not understand people who behave in a discriminatory manner. I've always maintained the best, most capable person should get the job. As long as the individual passes the background check and is an upstanding person of good character, they should get the job. The best person for the job may be black, white, Hispanic, Arab, Asian, Indian  - you just don't know until you properly evaluate their resume (CV). To exclude people based on religion and or race is despicable.

Then, there's this story that he has yet to explain, regarding three men who were seen dating him, ending up killed when he announced he is running for the presidency of the United States (Reports Indicate Obama Is A Gay Muslim Who Hates Christians With News Surfacing That Three Former Lovers Have Been Killed). 

Obama's whole presidency has largely been focused on passing laws for gay people. His only other main priorities at the White House have been giving a fortune to his cronies and America's enemies. Iran, a nation threatening to blow America up, was given a fortune in American taxpayer money by Obama this year (Obama Is Giving Iran 1.7 Billion Dollars In Taxpayer Money In Violation Of Longtime U.S. Policy).

12:06 PM 10/24/2016 - The newest batch of John Podesta’s hacked emails released by Wikileaks shows Obama’s transition team kept lists of Muslim and Asian candidates for jobs in the administration. According to an email chain from 2008, John Podesta received lists of exclusively Muslims and Asians to be considered for jobs in the Obama administration. 

The email chain revealed that in this process, Middle Eastern Christians were purposefully excluded, or set aside in a separate list, with an aide writing...in the candidates for top jobs, I excluded those with some Arab American background but who are not Muslim (e.g., George Mitchell). Many Lebanese Americans, for example, are Christian. The Federal Bureau of Investigation noted Clinton repeatedly stated she forgot important events and incidents, when questioned about her mishandling of classified information. Clinton's careless conduct resulted in American national secrets ending up in the hands of the Communist Bloc, who hacked her illegal private, servers that had no protection (no firewall, anti-virus or anti-malware).

They used the information gained from Clinton's illegal private email server such as the IP addresses contained in the emails of high ranking officials and government workers that emailed her as well as info on the types of systems they used to contact her online, as a map to break into the computers of several divisions of the U.S. government. 

Since Clinton's server was hacked, the DNC, NSA and CIA have been mysteriously hacked. Sensitive and humiliating emails were dumped online to embarrass America in the world, while U.S. national secrets were retained by foreign entities for use in their own nations. All because Clinton, under a mental fog of illness, broke government rules using a private email server.

Telling emails from Clinton's assistants revealed she ordered them to research the Parkinson's medicine Provigil. A very telling email from Clinton's top assistant, Huma Abedin, also reveals presidential candidate Clinton often gets "confused" and is very forgetful. These are dangerous qualities in a president.

The President of the United States is often responsible for ordering military action such as wars, as well as drone and missile strikes on individual targets. Under Clinton's dementia, Parkinson's and well documented terrible temper publicly noted by Secret Service agents, she could order a military strike on the wrong people, leaving civilians, including children, dead. It is a serious matter with a very high probability of occurring if Clinton became president. A hacking group called "The Shadow Brokers" has hacked the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and swiped very important files. "The Shadow Brokers" are now offering vital NSA spy tools, such as original malware, spyware and virus programs authored by the agency, which is National Security Agency intellectual property, for illegal sale on black market websites. The files are being sold in two batches. 

Government hackers from world nations, as well as civilian computer hackers, are trying to get their hands on the exclusive NSA programs, manuals and other top secret agency files swiped in the unprecedented hack. Initial reports state the hackers in question are of Russian origin, but this has not been confirmed. In another recent unprecedented hack, Russian hackers hacked the Democratic National Party (DNC), copied and then released 20,000 embarrassing emails revealing hypocrisy among the liberals managing the political party, who are engaging in anti-religious prejudice, racism, xenophobia and homophobia.  

The NSA routinely hacks the computers of Americans, international citizens, world governments and global corporations, to steal data and proprietary information, such as top secret files and protected trade secrets. However, this marks the first major case of the NSA being hacked with their intellectual property swiped and financially exploited to the highest bidders. This data loss is quite damaging to the NSA, as their own tools are being used against American politicians, corporations and high profile silicon valley executives. ‘Shadow Brokers’ Claim to be Selling NSA Malware, in What Could Be Historic Hack

August 15, 2016 - A mysterious online group calling itself “The Shadow Brokers” is claiming to have penetrated the National Security Agency, stolen some of its malware, and is auctioning off the files to the highest bidder. The authenticity of the files cannot be confirmed but appear to be legitimate, according to security researchers who have studied their content. Their release comes on the heels of a series of disclosures of emails and documents belonging mostly to Democratic officials, but also to Republicans. Security researchers believe those breaches were perpetrated by agents thought to be acting on behalf of Moscow. 

The NSA did not answer Foreign Policy’s questions about the alleged breach on Monday. But if someone has managed to penetrate the American signals intelligence agency and post its code online for the world to see — and purchase — it would constitute a historic black eye for the agency. “It’s at minimum very interesting; at maximum, hugely damaging,” said Dave Aitel, a former NSA research scientist and now the CEO of the security firm Immunity. “It’ll blow some operations if those haven’t already been blown.” 

The files posted over the weekend include two sets of files. The hackers have made one set available for free. The other remains encrypted and is the subject of an online auction, payable in bitcoin, the cryptocurrency. That set includes, according to the so-called Shadow Brokers, “the best files.” If they receive at least 1 million bitcoin — the equivalent of at least $550 million — they will post more documents and make them available for free. 

The set of files available for free contains a series of tools for penetrating network gear made by Cisco, Juniper, and other major firms. Targeting such gear, which includes things like routers and firewalls, is a known tactic of Western intelligence agencies like the NSA, and was documented in the Edward Snowden files. Some code words referenced in the material Monday — BANANAGLEE and JETPLOW — match those that have appeared in documents leaked by Snowden. Security researchers analyzing the code posted Monday say it is functional and includes computer codes for carrying out espionage. 

The Equation Group is a collection of hackers whose activities were first documented by Kaspersky Lab, a Russian cybersecurity firm, last year. Kaspersky connected the activities of the Equation Group, which it called “a threat actor that surpasses anything known in terms of complexity and sophistication of techniques,” to operations carried out by U.S. intelligence. While Kaspersky did not outright attribute the Equation Group to the NSA, security researchers say in private that they believe it is a project of the American signals intelligence unit...

The mainstream press is slamming former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, for secretly meeting with Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, while the Department of Justice, which she manages, has his wife Hillary Clinton under criminal investigation via the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Clinton is under criminal investigation for illegally using a private, unprotected email server against government rules and U.S. laws, while working as Secretary of State.

The email server containing American national secrets, was accessed by hackers, among them individuals working for the communist bloc, who now have possession of Clinton's emails. Credible reports surfaced stating national secrets in Clinton's emails were also being sold on the black market for several hundred thousand dollars, by a non-government hacker greedy for money. Clinton showed herself to be lax and criminally negligent with national security, something that financially, socially and physically imperils a nation.

Clinton claims his 30-minute conversation with Lynch, which took place yesterday, was about his grandchildren, but most people are highly skeptical of his assertions. I for one do not believe that either. The meeting has a look of impropriety and corruption. Both Clinton and Lynch are lawyers and know better.

During Clinton's presidency, he was known for meeting with people in informal settings, while requesting they engage in unlawful conduct (see: Clinton's meeting with Vernon Jordan on a golf course, where he asked him in code to rollover during a criminal case, which was legal slang for taking a fall for someone's illegal conduct).

Adding to the corruption is Lynch's highly questionably decision issued yesterday as well, stating she will not release Hillary Clinton's emails for 27-months. The American voters deserve to have all the information possible in making a decision on who to vote for in the November 2016 U.S. presidential election. Many are stating Clinton's emails contains evidence of criminal behavior. The public already knows she broke the law via having a private email server unlawfully used to conduct official U.S. government business. 

Clinton's nickname has become "crooked Hillary" due to all the unlawful activity accurately attached to her name. The liberals in the Obama Administration are not covering for Mother Theresa. They are violating the law and their oaths of office to cover for a "crooked" woman with a long track record of lawlessness, via acts such as hiring private investigators like Anthony Pellicano, to engage in commissioned wiretapping, phone hacking, computer hacking, breaking an entry, harassment, bullying, stalking and the issuance of threats of violence. And ironically, she is a lawyer as well. Go figure. I don't understand how anyone can go through law school and do such illegal things.

Clinton also criminally spied on the United Nations in conduct that enraged member nations when the invasion of privacy was discovered. It created a scandal with people calling for Clinton's arrest. This seems to be a common theme in her political life - Clinton does something illegal and the public repeatedly calls for her arrest for breaking the law.

Clinton, whom authors, journalists and former employees have gone on record stating is bisexual, became obsessed with Argentina's former President, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, to the point she devoted an inappropriate and unwarranted amount of resources at the CIA and NSA in spying on her every move. Clinton had Kirchner's computers, emails and mobile hacked by the CIA and NSA. Clinton had the CIA contacting people who know Kirchner and were prying for information. Clinton tried to illegally obtain Kirchner's medical records, which caused a scandal. There is something depraved about trying to read another person's medical records without permission.

Kirchner was duly elected. Argentina is a democratic country. They are a friend of America. There was no reason for Clinton to be spying on Kirchner in this manner. Clinton developed a lesbian obsession with a successful female politician, Kirchner, who ascended to the post of head of state of a prominent nation, which is what Hillary has been trying to do for many years.

Clinton still has private investigators spying on one of her most outspoken critics, Kathleen Wiley. She is being illegally spied on in terrible ways in conduct worthy of imprisonment. It is invasive, and vile illegally monitoring someone 24 hours a day and to such invasive degrees. All this spying Clinton has been doing is very questionable and unsettling. Anyone spying on people in this manner and to that degree has some form of mental illness. It's not natural. There's something wrong there. 

When I broke the phone hacking case and was interviewed by the FBI twice about it, I told the FBI what Pellicano had been doing to people. He was arrested for said crimes 4-months later. Hillary Clinton was the first person to give that mafia sleaze bucket a job illegally spying on and terrorizing people. Pellicano even broke into the home of one of Bill Clinton's former mistresses, Gennifer Flowers and trashed her place as a threat. That's the type of people Hillary Clinton consorts with. Pellicano also illegally wiretapped Flowers, went through her mail, followed her all over the place, then kept reporting every detail back to Hillary via illegal reports that contained wiretap transcripts, stolen letters, illegal videotapes and other unlawfully obtained items.  

I know for a fact there is concrete, time stamped evidence of Clinton receiving the hacked personal and business emails of private citizens, which she has and continues to illegally utilized in public settings, incriminating herself in criminal behavior. However, that is the arrogance that is Hillary Clinton. So confident in her arrogance is she, Clinton used a private server to conduct government business and didn't even bother to get anti-virus software or a firewall on the computer unit. She may as well have gift wrapped the emails and sent them to the communist bloc herself.

Due to Bill Clinton's connections, his wife has remained free after committing a laundry list of crimes that would have seen the everyday American thrown in jail for life. "Too big to jail" is the very thing that is greatly damaging America. "Too big to jail" caused the 2008 financial crisis that continues to this day, as high profile, greedy criminals have done the unthinkable to the nation, are not being held to account and continue to commit egregious crimes.
 

I don't care how much you like a person, anybody willing to make excuses in trying to justify illegal behavior lacks morals and decency. Right is right and wrong is wrong. You can't have one set of rules for rich people, then another for the poor. That makes you hypocrites and frauds of the highest order, who are unfit to run a government. You can tell a lot about a person by what they stand for and what they call right and wrong. If a person is willing to corrupt justice, twist the truth and make excuses for the inexcusable, they too have become corrupted and dishonest.

Here's another exclusive. U.S. President, Barack Obama, has slammed British Prime Minister, David Cameron as “distracted” on Libya, claiming he turned it into a “s**t show” in what is profane speech, not befitting any head of state. The Obama Administration’s strange, vindictive, vengeful vendettas against his outspoken critics is quite appalling and a gross and egregious abuse of his position as President of the United States. This criminal misconduct from Obama and his Administration is also a serious abuse of the special relationship the U.S. and U.K. governments have long shared. 

Obama’s seething hatred for Britain, stemming from his militant father, Barack Obama Sr, who resented the United Kingdom’s presence in his native Kenya, is the source of this unrelenting madness (parents need to be careful of what they teach their offspring, as hatred can go a far way and end up harming innocent people, when your hateful spawn decides to act out in hatred as Obama has been doing, in what is poor parenting on his father's part). 

Obama and his father resent Britain for colonizing Kenya, yet, Obama is hypocritically and autocratically trying to maintain an illegal and abusive presence in Britain at the British people’s expense and that of the U.S. government’s name in the world, to target his perceived enemies in the United Kingdom. Lawsuits have been filed against Obama in America regarding his deranged "enemies list" of people he is unconstitutionally and illegally targeting in America and the world, in acts of criminal mischief from the White House.

Obama has been harassing and haranguing the British government (and select other world governments) into doing his criminal bidding regarding abusing innocent people he deems enemies for the things they have publicly said and or written about him on television, in newspapers and online. When Obama does not get his way regarding foreign politicians who are appalled and do not wish to break the law perversely targeting innocent people, he maliciously issues threats against them, via the State Department, to expose private failings the FBI, CIA and NSA discovered via illegal spying, such as extramarital affairs or other embarrassing secrets.

In the case of third world countries America gives financial aid, Obama has threatened to cut off all financial aid if foreign politicians in said territories of the world do not break the law as he asks them to, demanding assistance in committing egregious human rights abuses against innocent people. This criminal misconduct is extraordinarily arrogant and wicked on the president's part, as it is U.S. taxpayer money, not his personal funds as he couldn't afford it, regularly given to help the poor and suffering in the third world.

If Obama still does not get his way after issuing numerous threats, he simply runs roughshod over other world governments in illegally sending the FBI and CIA to their nations to engage in criminal activity against innocent people, who publicly criticize or lawfully oppose him on television, in print or online. This is a criminal misuse of U.S. taxpayer money at the hands of a vindictive, malicious president. These lawbreaking FBI and CIA agents are given lavish spending accounts as compensation for going into foreign nations and criminally breaking the law.

Obama’s abusive conduct in the international community in this regard is no secret to a number of world governments and select citizens. People are talking about it. Obama is deluding himself to think it will remain secret, as he has engaged in egregious misconduct that harmed innocent people, both young and old in Britain and other nations, with this appalling behavior. Anyone engaging in acts that endangered and or harmed the young and elderly is truly evil. It is abominable, disgusting and despicable. In another sick twist, many of the people being targeted by Obama, his FBI and CIA, are foreign women, which is very misogynistic and evil. This is not conduct worthy of praise.

He is selfish, cruel, mean-spirited and arrogant to make such sick requests of foreign governments, placing them in jeopardy with their own constituents. 

Obama has engaged in this criminal activity in America and narcissistically expects foreign governments to follow him in this madness. American politicians, Dr. Ben Carson referred to Obama as "a psychopath" and Dr. Alan Keyes referred to him as “abusive“ and they are both right. His behavior is very alarming and indicates a serious underlying problem.

Rational people will see Obama’s conduct for what it is - criminal - as he has no legal mandate to operate in these foreign nations he is intrusively demanding unlawful conduct from, ordering them to abuse innocent people he deems enemies. However, brainwashed sycophants clinging to his post as the first black President of the United States will try to reason it away. And time will show them they were wrong. 

At the end of the day, no matter what color you are, you should not be sending vile requests to foreign nations asking them to harm innocent people in their domain to satisfy your narcissistic, vengeful urges and evil streak. It does not serve the greater good. It causes division in the world. It is also an embarrassment to the United States government.

As a Jamaican whose nation was apart of the slave trade conducted by Britain, we have tried to move forward from past hurts in an effort to maintain a good relationship with Britain. Many Jamaicans visit Britain and vice versa, in the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood. If we can do this after slavery, how is it Obama, a supposedly civil man of Kenyan extraction, can’t do so. 

Obama's first act as President of the United States was to rudely remove a Churchill bust from the Oval Office in the White House and send it back to Britain, a nation that had sent it as a gift to America, not Obama, who took it upon himself to do this. Let that sink in. Obama's first act in office was to spit in the British people's face. It was ill-mannered and very low brow. I expect more from an educated man whose mother tried to teach him right from wrong in lessons that clearly didn't stick. Obama’s recent comments about the British government and Cameron shows he is still seething in that hatred his father sowed to his detriment. 

Once again, why is Obama sending the British government (and other world governments) harmful, divisive requests that if the contents ever went public, the U.S. Congress would do one of two things from sheer public shame, outcry, humiliation and embarrassment - indict or institutionalize him (and they do know about Obama's behavior in this regard, but as it is secret, they've negligently allowed it). The American people don’t deserve such piss poor representation in the world. Stop trying to settle your ancestral scores and narcissistic vendettas over your bad press at the expense of the American government's name in the world. Show some decorum and integrity.

Presidential candidate Ben Carson: Obama will look at the unemployment rate and then lie to you like a 'psychopath'

May 8, 2015, 9:31 AM - In a new CNBC interview published Friday, Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson explained why he thought the president acts like a "psychopath." Carson, a retired neurosurgeon and conservative author, pointed to what he called President Barack Obama's comfort in lying to the public. He cited the unemployment rate as an example of this. 

"I said he reminds you of a psychopath, because they tend to be extremely smooth, charming people who can tell a lie to your face with complete — it looks like sincerity, even though they know it's a lie," Carson told CNBC's John Harwood. "I think he knows full well that the unemployment rate is not 5.5%. He knows that."...

Carson, repeating an argument he has previously made, said Obama's administration was willing to manipulate the unemployment number to paint a more positive portrait of the economy. "He knows that people who are not well informed will swallow it hook, line, and sinker — even though they are sitting there in the city and can't find a job," Carson said.

Richard Clarke, a former senior counter-terrorism official who served under George W. Bush, is siding with Apple against the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI), who have dragged the trillion dollar company into court for dubious, dishonest reasons. The FBI is seeking a court ruling to force Apple to unlock the iPhone of the main terrorist behind the San Bernardino attacks that occurred in December 2015.

Apple has resisted, as it would set a legal precedent allowing the FBI constant access to their computer systems, software and future innovations, for surreptitious spying purposes. This would greatly damage Apple, as the public would associate it with the FBI, an agency Americans historically hate and are rightfully suspicious of in many ways. Many articles and online comments reveal Americans hate the FBI. From the injustices of the civil rights era to the present, public contempt for the FBI has only grown.  

On March 14, 2016 counterterrorism official Clarke and others stated the same thing the Judiciary Report previously wrote days prior on March 11, 2016 in the "FBI Using San Bernardino Terrorist Attack As A Power Grab At Apple" article, revealing that the FBI does not need Apple to crack the iPhone of the terrorist. The reason I knew the FBI is lying about this matter regarding Apple is there is a mobile phone/internet shop in London I have used since 2012 to quickly access the internet while on the road and for 15 British pounds sterling, they unlock mobile phones in a few minutes to a half an hour. I've seen them do it. They ask a series of questions to ascertain ownership, then unlock the phone for the fee. It is not some clandestine shop. It is a licensed company providing many legal phone and internet services. 

There are other companies like it. There are similar companies in America as well. So, in short, the FBI is lying about being unable to unlock the mobile phone of the San Bernardino terrorist ringleader. There are companies who do these things. Not that many, but they exist and are not hard to find.

The FBI just wants an illegal foothold at Apple to violate the privacy of American and global citizens, ranging from everyday folks to billionaires to influential domestic and international politicians all over the world, who have Apple products such as iPhones. The FBI would then share this illegal stranglehold and spying foothold with the NSA and CIA (among others). Essentially, it would damage Apple beyond repair, harming a viable U.S. business that employs many people and accounts for a significant amount of revenue in America. 

The irony of it all is the arrogant psychopaths running the FBI and CIA are envious, ill willed, paranoid people resentful of those with valuable assets. The FBI and CIA can't replace the value of Apple once they damage and potentially destroy it with this madness. The FBI did not create Apple. The FBI are not intelligent enough to have done so, yet arrogantly think they should be in control of this company above their intelligence level and paid grade.

Exactly who do they think they are to be meddling in such an innovative, valuable company they do not even understand the inner workings of in any manner. Does the FBI realize how dumb they look to the public when they do such things. It's like watching a hyperactive, restless monkey take a paintbrush to a Picasso. You just know the painting is going to be irretrievably ruined and devalued.

But that's just it with the FBI, they are in their own strange world, detached from reality. Remember when the FBI arrogantly announced to the world they had come up with a new form of science to explain the anthrax case they stitched up and framed innocent scientist Bruce Ivins for, who ended up committing suicide due to severe FBI bullying, harassment and crazy threats from them against him, his family and friends (The FBI has been framing people for crimes: New Evidence Reveals The FBI Sent Innocent People To Death Row and Man Wrongfully Imprisoned For 28-Years Due To FBI and The FBI Still Framing People For Crimes and Wives Of Men Framed By The FBI Speak). 

When the FBI tried to explain the insane garbage they came up with that the agency branded a new type of science, every credible scientist in the world worth their salt pronounced it nonsensical garbage and idiocy. And it should alarm everyone that a crazy federal agency went that far, spending tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money, to justify framing up an innocent man for a crime he did not commit, to meet an arrest quota. But here they go charging into Apple with their deranged behavior, "Like a bull in a China shop." And make no mistake, the brainless bull is going to destroy some fine China.

In a similar case, the FBI insanely destroyed a man's multi-million dollar internet company, Lavabit, when he had done nothing wrong, all in a crazy attempt at getting at NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden. The FBI is constantly engaging in crazy, damaging behavior that is stripping a fortune in value from companies it meddles in. It is one of the stupidest things I have ever witnessed and Congress is negligent to let their Frankenstein agencies such as the FBI and CIA run loose with such terrible behavior destroying innocent people's valuable businesses. It certainly isn't in the name of national security, as all this invasive spying the FBI, CIA and NSA has been doing has not prevented a single act of terrorism. The federal government had to admit this in Congress. 

They are destroying America with this madness. What kind of federal idiots do such a thing. It is an arrogant fool who thinks he or she is to play games with other people's valuable companies, property and assets they were not smart enough to build and earn themselves. There ought to be a law that if a government employee, including the head of state, engages in conduct that financially damages or destroys a valuable company, he or she should be promptly prosecuted, slapped with staggering fines equaling the financial loss/damage created by their arrogant conduct and sent to prison.

Congress is disturbed by the FBI director’s lack of tech knowledge
 

Mar 14, 2016 at 7:45 PM - A couple of weeks ago, the FBI and Apple faced off in a Congressional hearing and answered various questions fielded by members of the House Judiciary Committee. Now it appears that members of the committee, from both sides of the aisle, aren’t happy with FBI Director James Comey’ grasp of technology. 

According to Fast Company’s sources, members of the committee were unpleasantly surprised by Comey’s apparent unpreparedness to answer some of the more technical questions. On one hand, it’s great to see the chief of one of the most relevant law enforcement agencies in the world admit he’s not fully aware of all the technical aspects of encryption. On the other hand, Comey could have brought in aides to help him out with these questions, but he decided not to do it. 

Comey declined to answer several questions, explaining he lacked the technical understanding to do it. But he also proved he knows less than some of the members of the committee. Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who has a security background, asked Comey about the FBI’s attempts to crack the iPhone 5c that belongs to Syed Farook. Issa knew there are two ways to do it, one involving Apple’s help (disabling the security features of iOS), and one that can be done by removing the flash memory chip from the phone and mirroring its contents. 

Issa wanted to find out if Comey knew for certain the FBI can’t break into the iPhone by itself, and Comey’s answers were not satisfactory. “We have engaged all parts of government to see if anybody has a way of doing this on an iPhone 5c running iOS 9, and we don’t,” Comey said. When asked about the mirroring technique, Comey seemed not to understand the question. 

“If you haven’t asked that question, how can you come before this committee and before a federal judge and demand that somebody else invent something if you can’t answer the questions that your people have tried this?” he asked Comey.  “First, I’m the director of the FBI. If I could answer that question there’d be something dysfunctional with my leadership,” Comey said. 

“I only asked you if your people have tried that, not whether or not it would work,” Issa continued. “Who did you go to to find out if you could do it yourself?” “I did not ask the questions you’re asking here today, and I’m not sure I even understand the questions,” Comey replied. “I have reasonable confidence, in fact, I have high confidence, that the federal government has reviewed all the options.”

“I’ve heard about mirroring, maybe that’s what you’re talking about. Hopefully, my folks are watching this, and if they hear any good ideas in what you’re talking about, we’ll let you know.” Democratic Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren admitted that Comey’s lack of knowledge is problematic for the entire debate. 

“It’s clear he’s not up to speed on some of the technical issues, which he conceded during the hearing,” Lofgren told Fast Company. “And that might be part of the problem as to why they are pursuing the course of action they are pursuing.” “The director can’t be expected to be an expert on every subject but I didn’t see him [bring any help into the meeting], which I thought was interesting,” she said. 

Other committee members did not comment on the matter. But committee chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) told the site that “the House Judiciary Committee will soon announce its next steps on the encryption debate.” “As we move forward, the goal is to find a solution that allows law enforcement to effectively enforce the law without harming the competitiveness of U.S. encryption providers or the privacy and security protections of U.S. citizens,” Goodlatte added.

Counterterrorism expert says FBI isn’t being honest about iPhone hacking

By Buster Hein • 12:11 pm, March 14, 2016 - The guy that warned George Bush about an imminent al-Qaida attack before 9/11 is taking Apple’s side in the company’s fight against the FBI over whether it can be compelled to break into the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone. 

Richard Clarke, who served as the senior counterterrorism official in the US for nine years, sat down for an interview this morning regarding encryption and the FBI’s efforts to hack the iPhone. Despite FBI Director James Comey’s insistence that the FBI has tried everything, Clarke says all it would take to hack the device is a call to Fort Meade. 

“If I were in the job now, I would have simply told the FBI to call Fort Meade, the headquarters of the National Security Agency, and NSA would have solved this problem for him,” Clarke told NPR’s David Green on Morning Edition Monday. “They’re not as interested in solving this problem as they are in getting a legal precedent.” 

This is not the first time Director Comey has been accused of trying to set a legal precedent for forcing Apple to weaken security on iOS. Apple’s top lawyer Bruce Sewell argued the same thing before the House Judiciary committee earlier this year, while CEO Tim Cook has made numerous public statement on why the FBI’s demands put all citizens at risk. 

The FBI has insisted that it has no means to hack the iPhone 5c in question and that is only requesting help for one device. Apple has been asked to create a new version of iOS that would make it easier for the FBI to guess the terrorist’s passcode without the device auto-deleting its memory after too many failed attempts. Congress grilled Comey during his committee appearance about whether the agency has exhausted all its resources first. Clarke claims they’re not even trying to unlock it. 

“You really have to understand that the FBI director is exaggerating the need for this and is trying to build it up as an emotional case, organizing the families of the victims and all of that,” Clarke said. “It’s Jim Comey, and the attorney general is letting him get away with it. Every expert I know believes that NSA could crack this phone. They want the precedent that the government can compel a computer device manufacturer to allow the government in.” ...

A Government Error Just Revealed Snowden Was the Target in the Lavabit Case

Date of Publication: 03.17.16. - Time of Publication: 5:30 pm. - It’s been one of the worst-kept secrets for years: the identity of the person the government was investigating in 2013 when it served the secure email firm Lavabit with a court order demanding help spying on a particular customer. Ladar Levison, owner of the now defunct email service, has been forbidden since then, under threat of contempt and possibly jail time, from identifying who the government was investigating. In court documents from the case unsealed in late 2013, all information that could identify the customer was redacted. 

But federal authorities recently screwed up and revealed the secret themselves when they published a cache of case documents but failed to redact one identifying piece of information about the target: his email address, Ed_Snowden@lavabit.com. With that, the very authorities holding the threat of jail time over Levison’s head if he said anything have confirmed what everyone had long ago presumed: that the target account was Snowden’s.

The documents were posted on March 4 to the federal court system known as Pacer as part of Levison’s long battle for transparency in the case that ruined his business. They were spotted this week by the transparency site Cryptome and published online.  Here’s a quick recap of that case: On June 28, 2013, shortly after newspapers published the first NSA leaks from Snowden, FBI agents showed up at Levison’s door in Texas and served him with a pen register order requiring him to give the government metadata for the email activity of one customer’s account. 

The case was initially sealed and the public didn’t learn about it and the fight over Levison’s customer until after he had shuttered his email service in defiance of the government. But even after he closed Lavabit and there was no hope of the government obtaining information about the account that it had been seeking, the target was never identified. When some of the documents in the case were finally unsealed in redacted form in October 2013, however, the unredacted parts left little doubt that the Lavabit case was about Snowden, who was known to be using a Lavabit account in the spring of 2013 when his first NSA leaks were published and when he was hiding in a safe house in Hong Kong. It was still an educated guess, however...

The FBI Using San Bernardino Terrorist Attack As A Power Grab At Apple

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has hauled Apple into court, over their refusal to unlock the iPhone 5 belonging to one of the San Bernardino terrorists, who killed 17 people at a community center in California (14 Dead And 17 Wounded In Shooting By 3 Jihadis At A California Disability Center). Apple is resisting, as the tech company states it will lead to more requests from the FBI, which will lead to mass spying on the American people and international citizens.

While it would be great for the phone to be unlocked to aid in the case of compiling a report on the matter, the terrorists are dead. Therefore, no prosecution is at stake. What Apple is concerned about is the FBI's reputation. As the phrase goes, "Give them an inch and they will take a mile." Once the FBI gets a foothold, they will keep imposing and perversely go further each time. Furthermore, the FBI does not need Apple to unlock the phone. Others have unlocked iPhones. The FBI just wants to illegally control Apple in a bid to further spy on the masses. They are grossly overstepping their congressional mandate. It is arrogant, out of order and totalitarian in nature.

The FBI, NSA and CIA are always looking for ways to illegally spy on people. It is ingrained at the agencies. The FBI, NSA and CIA are always looking for people and companies to conscript into invasive, illegal activity. All this illegal spying the FBI, NSA and CIA have been engaging in has not stopped any act of terrorism. It is being done for reasons that are politically and financially motivated. It has nothing to do with national security.

Obama is already using the IRS to terrorize his perceived enemies, such as preachers (James Dobson, among others who spoke out against ObamaCare), politicians (Ben Carson, Donald Trump) and businessmen (the conservative billionaires the Koch Brothers regarding their financial interests, among others). Obama is also actively spying on British Prime Minister David Cameron, London mayor Boris Johnson and German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, among others.

All this spying is for political and economic reasons and has nothing to do with keeping America safe, as falsely claimed by the Obama Administration. These acts are violating the rights and privacy of Americans and global citizens, with no legal authority to do so. The Obama Administration also has no international jurisdiction and is criminally breaking international law in spying on foreign citizens and corporations via illegal wiretaps, hacking, GPS tracking, bank account scanning and physical surveillance. It is very unbecoming.

Privacy Advocates Blast Plan to Expand NSA Data Sharing

Feb 29, 2016 1:04 PM PT -  The Obama administration plans to increase the amount of private communications the National Security Agency can share with other government agencies without first adding privacy protections, according to a report published last week in The New York Times.

The plan would ease restrictions on the amount of intercepted email and telephone intelligence the NSA gathers, including bulk collection of satellite communications, phone data between foreigners, and messages from overseas that U.S. allies provide, according to the report, which cited unnamed officials familiar with the deliberations.

The move represents a major expansion of surveillance and data sharing authority and has been a longstanding concern of privacy groups, according to Marc Rotenberg, president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center. "There are significant privacy implications that EPIC will examine in detail," he told the E-Commerce Times.
